New Black Panther Leader assaults Obama over Libya using Black on Black Rhetoric

Only in America can a Black man verbally assault another Black man who is the president of the United States. And the Man, who is no longer the White man but the Black man, does nothing about the verbal hate speech because it is Black on Black racism.

Malik Zulu Shabazz Leader of the New Black Panther fired a verbal assault last week against president Barry Hussein Soetoro with all of the effect of a drive-by-shooting in the hood. Shabazz’s AK47 rapid fire use of the pejorative n-word and other put downs hit their mark like he was playing “Yo Mama” or “the dozens” underneath inner city ghetto streetlights while the ball of midnight basketball was bouncing in the background.

Shabazz’s racist tirade against president Soetoro was enough to shame the most ardent of so-called racist skinheads or KKK white sheet wearing domestic terrorists. Yet Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will not notice the hate speech. Moreover, if they do notice, and this is far worse, they wouldn’t acknowledge that this type of speech is unacceptable, racist and wrong.

Napolitano and Holder have repeatedly shown the American people that their focus is on the sins of our fathers, which equates to them as White bible believing, bible reading Christians who believe in the constitution. Unbelievably the Barry Hussein Soetoro administration’s focus is actually on patriotic former military veterans who want to preserve the United States of America and who prefer that the president of the United States to be pro America, rather than post anti America in his attitude.

I must warn you that the following verbal assault is so bigotedly laced with racist content that had a white man spoken these same words the Revs Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpten would have organized a 300 million man, woman and child march on Washington D.C. demanding that police use nightsticks, fire hoses and police dogs against the white perpetrator of such hate speech. An Illegal War by any other name is just as unconstitutional

What I find most paradoxical is every one of these new peacehawks are actually defending what they falsely accused president Bush of doing. They are defending an illegal war. It like Karma came back with a can of kick butt and said, “You lied about Bush waging an illegal war so you’re going to wage one!”

Barry Hussein Soetoro didn’t consult Congress before he started bombing Libya he just took it upon himself to engage in an illegal war. However if it makes you Liberals feel better call the president’s illegal actions a Rose.

But whatever you call them let it be known that Conservatives are not going to play along with your redefinitions any longer. A rose is a rose and illegal kinetic military action still violates the constitution of the United States.

Anyone who illegally authorized kinetic military action in Libya may be interested in retiring to Federal Containment Condos. I’m pretty sure you may lease them for a very long time. After all the landlords of those Condos are the American people. And the last I checked the American people do not approve of unauthorized kinetic military action.

We feel that those who engage in illegal kinetic military action should retire to our government funded containment condos before something really crazy is done like starting an illegal war.

Will Biden recommend Impeachment for Obama?

Obama is destabilizing North Africa for the advancement if Islam

The White House Letter Operation Libya

Even George W. Bush didn’t do this. Any military engagement that president Bush was involved with always had pre Congressional approval.

That is what ‘s at question here, no matter how president Soetoro attempts to obfuscate the point or pull at the emotional and irrational heart strings of America tonight attempting to justify the unjustifiable. Mr. Soetoro did not seek to nor is he yet to comply with the constitution regarding Libya.

Jake Tapper raised this point pre-emptively before the president’s speech tonight, with Secretaries of State and Defense; Hillary Clinton and Robert Gates their answers were remarkably unimpressive and unconvincing. Tapper not known for impartial reporting sets the two Soetoro cabinet members up for a hard fall with the question; Do you think that Libya posed an actual or imminent threat to the United States?

Sec. Gates: No, no, it was not a vital national interest to the United States, but it was an interest. And it was an interest for all of the reasons that Secretary Clinton talked about, The engagement of the Arabs the engagement of the Europeans, the general humanitarian question that was at stake.

With Sec. Gates’ “no” answer the deed is gone. Nothing the president says tonight can refute or explain the president’s violation of the constitution. The Secretary of Defense has admitted that the president of the United States has violated not only his own words when he was a Senator, when Mr. Soetoro said that the president doesn’t have the power to send troops in harm’s way with the approval of Congress.

What is equally surprising is Sec. Clinton in-artfully attempted to revise the meaning of the way unilaterally was used against president Bush. Both Sens. Clinton and Soetoro railed against president Bush because they thought Bush might attack Iran as the Executive Branch unilaterally without Congressional approval as president Barry Hussein Soetoro has done in Libya.

Sec. Clinton attempted to bamboozle the American people with a total revisionist history of the context which she and president Soetoro used the word unilateral.

She attempt to say that she and Sen. Soetoro were speaking of allies rather than Congressional approval yet in the clip that Jake Tapper shared above it was made plain that both Clinton and Soetoro were speaking of Congressional approval not approval from allies.

I don't think that this kind of internationally authorized intervention where we are one of a number of countries participating to enforce a humanitarian mission is the kind of unilateral action that either I or President Obama was speaking of several years ago.”

If Colonel Mormmar Quaddafi was allowed to quail the uprising in this own country that would have had negative implications on the Muslim brotherhood and the al Qaeda uprisings that are fueling the unrest now taking place in both Tunisia and Egypt. In essence the attack on Qaddafi is an attack on regimes in the North Africa region that were resistant to radical Islamic influences as where the down fall of Tunisia and Egypt. With those somewhat secular governments disposed, the radical anti-American influences can infiltrate all of Africa and the Middle East.

Obama is helping al Qaeda take over Libya

A friend asked me to explain to him why president Obama started a third war with Libya. I quipped off that president Soetoro is helping al Qaeda take over Libya. My friend’s shocked and awed response was Nah-uh; you just don’t like the president, do you?

I assured my friend that my answer had nothing to do with whether I liked or disliked the president. You asked me why the president started an illegal war with Libya without consulting the Congress and I told you.

I said, “Maybe you missed the Times Magazine article in which Times outlined the Soetoro, ‘pre-emptive doctrine.’ I said to him, “you remember how liberals accused president Bush of launching a pre-emptive war against Iraq?” He nodded yes he remembered. In its article Times alleges that the Soetoro administration over-stated the case when they accused Col. Murmmar Qaddafi of human-rights violations against his own people just so that they would have an excuse to start a war in Libya. (see story)

As it turns out, Gaddafi hasn't done enough to justify humanitarian intervention—despite their rhetoric to the contrary, the administration and human rights organizations admit that reports of potential war crimes remain unconfirmed. Instead, interviews with senior administration officials show that the rehabilitators convinced Obama to go to war not just to prevent atrocities Gaddafi might (or might not) commit but also to bolster America's ability to intervene elsewhere in the future.

Starting war with Libya is president Soetoro’s ‘weapons of mass destruction’ moment. As it turns out Col. Qaddafi hadn’t done anything to warrant president Soetoro’s aggression on March 19th the day he started dropping bombs on Libya. The president’s act of war was completely unconstitutional unmerited and without excuse. Simply this illegal war is worst than anything the U.S. has done in the past, since we’ve had the mistakes of the past to learn from. Yet in spite of lesson of the pass, this administration started a war without first consulting Congress. That’s unconstitutional. Some speculate that all the unrest in the Middle East is helping either the Muslim Brotherhood or al Qaeda. What was that book Mr. Soetoro was reading on the campaign trail in 2008… oh yes, "The Post-American World", written by Muslim author Fareed Zakaria.

"Post" America means the world after American leadership, and postulates the decline of western civilization and the rise of Islam and the Far East. All of the governments that have fallen recently in the Middle East have been pro-American Governments, Tunisia, Egypt and now Libya all governments that favored the west.

Moreover, whom benefits from the absence of Western influence many believe it’s the Muslim brotherhood and or al Qaeda.

President Obama notified Congress that he started an Illegal War 2 days after

Exercising extra-Constitutional authority president Barry Hussein Soetoro started a war with Libya. What is extra-Constitutional authority? Allow me to put it this way, when President George W. Bush when to war with Iraq, looking for weapons of mass destruction, he first consulted with Congress and Congress, both the Senate and the House authorized the Iraq invasion. President Bush had congressional approval to start the Iraq war. Barry Hussein Soetoro started war against Libya and after hearing Rep. Dennis John Kucinich suggest impeachment against Soetoro for starting an actual illegal war. Moreover, two days after the president starts his illegal war against Libya he sent and letter after-wards telling Congress (not consulting with) what he had done. That's not how supposed to work.

Authorizing acts of war without Congressional approval is such a violation of the constitution that in 2007 Sen. Joe Biden said it was an impeachable offense. Mr. Biden you need to get the impeachment papers ready that is if you aren't a complete partisan hack who doesn't put the country above his politics.

Polls show that America is a Birther Nation

Not even one person in 10 believes Barack Obama has shown that he is eligible to be president of the United States, according to a stunning new scientific poll that also reveals political Independents have less tolerance than even Republicans for his efforts to obfuscate the issue —Bob Unruh

America we have a problem. According to polls the majority of Americans believe that our government is illegitimate. Also the majority of the American people believe that the president of the United States of American is ineligible to hold the office of President.(see story)

Wenzel Strategies reports that a recent poll indicates that not even one person in 10 believes Barry Hussein Soetoro has shown that he is eligible to be president of the United States.

Wenzel Strategies, an independent public opinion research firm based in Ohio, conducted a nationwide telephone poll using a randomly selected sample of all adults. The survey, including 1,095 respondents, was conducted March 15-17, 2011, and carries a confidence interval of 95 percent and a margin of error of +/- 2.93 percentage points—Bob Unruh

These numbers are so devastating that MSNBC’s poor Chris Matthews attempted to take on these polls because of the doom that they spell out for president Soetoro. However, Matthews’ attempts are but a waste of time. Instead of ad hominem attacks and ridicule leveled at the American people, Matthews would be more constructive if he advised the president to release all of the documents that are court ordered sealed which prevents the American people from knowing exactly who Barry Hussein Soetoro is. According to Worldnetdaily The Public Policy Polling found that only 28 percent of the Republicans surveyed believe Obama was born in the U.S. while 51 percent do not. Another 21 percent say they are not sure.

A survey by Angus Reid Global Monitor, a division of Vision Critical Group, in October 2009 found three in 10 people in the U.S. believed Obama to be a foreigner.

If the president wanted to he could end all speculation about his eligibility today by releasing his kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, his files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records and yes his long form birth certificate.

It’s not a matter of why should he, the reason is evident a majority of the American people are not buying your ridicule and condescension Mr. Soetoro like Sen. McCain when the question of his eligibility was raised McCain produced his long form birth certificate. McCain has set the standard the American people can have no less from someone who is supposed to be a protector of the constitution.

The majority of the American people believe that you have not satisfactorily answered the questions concerning your eligibility Mr. Soetoro. If you can now would be a good time to do so.

What will not happen is you will not be reelected with this question still hanging over the nation like C02 pollution. Mr. Soetoro you dare to ridicule the majority of the American people on this issue. Nevertheless, do not be fooled. Just because the corruption of the judiciary and the political class has prevented them from acting the American people will have the truth about your eligibility status.

This is such a simple fix any American that enrolls their child in public education or for the neighborhood little league produces a birth certificate. The fact that Mr. Soetoro has produced over a million dollars in legal defense fees to prevent his birth certificate from being seen indicates that this man has something to hide concerning his eligibility status.

No matter what Democrat pols say the eligibility issue alone is the death knell for Barry Hussein Soetoro presidency. The fact that a politically savvy politician would leave only this issue unanswered suggests that there is something gravely askew in the president’s birth and background story.

If not, release your long form birth certificate and records of your early childhood and if you are eligible that move is guaranteed to end birther speculation and put a lock on the 2012 elects.

If not you might as well ask Great Britain to send back the bust of Winson Churchill because the next president will want to start work on mending relations with Britain as soon as possible.

March 19, 2011 the present leader of the Nation of Islam, Louis Farrakhan has a message to a particular Black man, the president of the United States Barry Hussein Soetoro.

Farrakhan obviously disagrees with Barry Hussein Soetoro’s recent announced third war in Libya. Farrakhan is so displeased with the president that he broadcast his message to president Barry Hussein Soetoro over the radio.

My advice would be, why don’t you organize a group of respected Americans and ask for a meeting with Qaddafi. You can’t order him to step down and get out. Who the hell, do you think you are? That you can talk to a man who build a country over 42 years and ask him to step down and get out.

Can anybody ask you…well there’s a lot now that are going to ask you to step out of the White house because they don’t want no black face in the White house? Be careful brother how you handle this situation because it is coming to America and it has already started look in Wisconsin, look in Ohio, look at what’s going on in your country and remember your words because the American people are rising up against their own government.

It’s not Muslims, it’s not black people, its White militia that are angry with their government and they are well armed. Are you going to tell them to put your arms down and let’s talk it over peacefully? I hope so. But if not America will be bathe in blood. First, the president forces into law Universal Health care that “everyone” in America would be forced to buy. Then the Soetoro administration issued over 1,000 waivers so that only a select few, the president’s supporters, are not forced to comply with buying “Universal Health care.” What a mess! This is patently unfair. Moreover, if it is unconstitutional for the government to force citizens to buy healthcare it has to be unconstitutional to force some to comply and not others.

President Obama wanted to give us all universal health care. But then he discovered that the country was broke and that most people did not like his massive federal takeover. Obama warned us that we could not drill our way out of the ongoing gas crisis and needed instead to develop new green energy. As proof, he borrowed billions to promote wind and solar power, and stopped most new leases for fossil-fuel exploration in Alaska, the west, and offshore. But it turned out that we still need lots of oil as gas nears $4 a gallon. So the president brags that America is now pumping more oil under his green administration than ever before — but neglects to mention that this is true only because Presidents Clinton and Bush long ago approved the sort of oil leases that Obama had rejected.—Victor Hansen

Fox News Reporter Megan Kelly interviewed the Rev. Jesse Jackson who apparently was filling in for the absent president Barry Hussein Soetoro who promised the Unions that he would join them in Wisconsin and march with them but surprisingly he didn’t show.

Kelly asked the Rev. Jackson to explain the utter barbaric and uncivil actions of Liberals and Democrats who lost the political fight in Wisconsin and to compare that to when Republicans lost the national political fight regarding the health care law. Jackson’s answer though garbled, filled with Liberal talking points and rapper’s rhymes is astonishingly hypocritical. (see 8:59min video)



Rev. Jackson answer? What Rev. Jackson said equated to this, Democrat Progressive Liberal policies and ideologies are more important than Republican’s. So Liberals and Democrats will use any means necessary to advance Progressive ideology and Democrats will use any means necessary to crush Republican’s Conservative policies and ideologies.

Rev. Jackson’s repeated references to Democracy were quite disturbing also. It is as if he knows nothing about his own country. America is not and never was a Democracy. The fact that someone in political leadership would say that shows remarkable ignorance for what the founding fathers created and why they created it. America is a Constitutional Republic. Rev. Jackson should learn what it means to be a Constitutional Republic before he speaks again publicly on issues that affect this country.

Surely, as Rev. Jackson continues to pretend to carry the mantle of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. he should at least attempt to understand that Dr. King’s efforts were to better this country rather than to destroy its institutions. By using Mobocracy Rev. Jackson is attempting to force the same failed European Progressive Socialist agenda on America that president Barry Hussein Soetoro is attempting to adopt nationally.

Every day we received news from Europe that their utopian dream of Progressive Socialism has failed. Perhaps American Progressive Socialists cannot quit their mad march into social and governmental destruction. Perhaps they know their ideology is failed but if they admitted its failure, they would also have to admit their greatest fear.

However, Bill Maher’s point is correct the so-called Ideologues, which Rep Ellison referred to, draw from the Quran for justification for hate against America and American interests.

There is also the problem that there are Muslims who believe that Mr. Ellison is an apostate if he condemns the 9/11 attacks.

Janet Napolitano Secretary of Homeland Security, on the back of the report entitled "Rightwing [sic] Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment," claimed that the culmination of events such as: the first black President in the person of Barack Obama, perceived future gun control measures, illegal immigration, the economic downturn beginning in 2008, the abortion controversy, and disgruntled military veterans' possible vulnerability to recruitment efforts by extremist groups as potential risk factors regarding right-wing extremism recruitment.

According to the Soetoro administration and the leftwing, the country was in eminent danger of radicalized Christians and Constitutionalists who were going to take up arms and overthrow the government.

Let me go to Republican Senator Grothman, my question is of course is why did the Governor pick on the unions that didn’t endorse him in the last campaign but give a free ride to the firefighters and the cops who did, in their localities. Talking to Wisconsin Republican state Senator, Glenn Grothman Matthews asked a fact less partisan leading question obviously meant to misinform rather than report the News.

Well one more time you’re completely misinformed. The Fireman’s Unions around the state have repeatedly campaigned against Republicans and the statewide police have repeatedly campaigned against republicans.

Governor Walker is doing this out of financial necessity. And out of financial necessity, the state with a $3 billion state deficit has to do something.

Governor Walker as well as the cities, counties and schools, which all rely on state’s money, can either lay people off or everybody can take a mild reduction in take home pay. A person was called stupid kinda nutty if he or she didn’t believe Al Gore’s opinion about global warming. We are told that all scientists agreed and that there is nothing more to discuss. The earth’s temperature was rising because of trapped CO2 emission cause by man. But if we allowed a world tax on carbon plus a cap and trade carbon “world market” similar to the stock market we could lower emissions. The absurdity of this thinking is absolutely astonishing. It’s like saying that more money will fix our schools.

Just a look at schools that spend the most money reveals that more money is not the answer for the problems that our schools face. Neither are more taxes and carbon trading the answer to global warming if in fact, the earth is warming and it is not.

It turns out that scientists now know that the planet’s temperature hasn’t increase since 1998. Also, over a thousand sciences disagree with the theory that anthropogenic carbon emissions causes increase in temperatures. Global warming is settled science? Sorry Mr. Gore please return your Emmy, your Oscar and your Nobel Peace Prize. Oh and all the money that you’ve made with your fraudulent slide shows and movie.

Then there is the eligibility issue of our current president Barry Hussein Soetoro. We are told that he was born in Hawaii and anyone who doubts this is stupid kinda nutty…a…a “birther.”

After all Soetoro did have posted on a website a copy of a certificate of live birth which the president and his supporters hold as absolute proof of the president’s eligibility. Case closed, it is settled. Just as settled as Global warming is. But it’s really not. Neither one of them Global warming or the president’s eligibility are settled. (see8:47min video)



The truth is the president has spent over a million dollars to keep his eligibility an unsettled matter and he has used media goons and political bullies to scare off any politician or reputable persons who would even broach the subject of his eligibility. And then there’s that perennial favorite, “The American people don’t care whether the president of the United States is eligible to be president or not.”

You've all heard Bill O'Reilly, Chris Matthews and Lawrence O'Donnell rant and rave about this "non-issue" – making it seem like only crazy people would have a concern about the eligibility of the present occupant of the White House. The American people don’t care that the U.S. Constitution is being violated by an Usurper and his Party of American deconstructionists that believe there are 27 ways to interpret the constitution , or any law for that matter, as long as one of the laws is not a strict constructionist view.
To be sure, the concern about Barry Hussein Soetoro was raised before he was the Democrat’s choice for presidential candidate yet it remains unsolved to this day because Soetoro has successfully stonewalled the issue both legally and politically.

The dispute arose even before Obama was elected, when his status as a "natural born citizen" under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution was questioned. A multitude of lawsuits have sought unsuccessfully to clear the air, and there are several court cases that continue.
States have reacted by proposing legislation that would require a presidential candidate to provide documentation of his constitutional eligibility, and similar legislation even has been proposed in Congress.

Barry Hussein Soetoro has allowed the question of his eligibility to become a pustulate on American politics like an unsightly boil. He intends to running in 2012 with the bag of infection hanging from the nose on his face. And if anyone dire to mention it’s unsightliness just as Hercule-Savinien de Cyrano de Bergerac Soetoro and has media and politico henchmen will run the inartful questioner through with a sharp sword of deceit as Christian deceived Roxanne into believing that his handsome face covered a soul of true poetic beauty rather than the soul of an imposter.

Global warming is not settled science and underneath the veneer of presidential legitimacy could lay the soul of an imposter, a Usurper to the presidency of the United States of America.

When uncovered we must ask ourselves why didn’t our Judiciary care enough to defend the constitution. Why didn’t our Congressmen and women and our Senators protect the constitution.

And finally why don’t the American people care as much as Egyptians, or Libyans cared about the wrong way in which their governments where going.

Obamacare is Fatally Flawed according to Obama

Now that Obamacare is passed, you and I can see that there is something horribly wrong with Democrats and the president if they think that Obamacare is anything but unconstitutional and a fatally flawed law.

Sorry Ms. Pelosi Obamacare will never get away from the fog of controversy. Interestingly enough the reason why is wholly because what you have done. The 1,990-page legislation, which you concocted behind secret partisan closed doors plus the Democrat controlled Senate’s 2,074 pages of healthcare reform has made a Fanny Mae Freddie Mac mess out of American healthcare. Just as the Democrat caused the housing market and global financial meltdown American healthcare is going to implode in on itself. (see story)

Before the Orwellian named Patient Protection Affordable Care Act became law Democrats claimed that such a law would pay for itself, bring down exploding healthcare cost and save Medi-Care and Medi-Caid from bankruptcy. Now it’s a different story. After Democrats forced the legislation through a Democrat controlled Congress over a majority of American’s objections and after partisan president Barry Hussein Soetoro sign the legislation into law, Democrats are no longer are saying that this monstrosity is self-sustaining. Democrats are admitting the opposite. They now say the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act is not affordable and will not protect patients.

It seems that the administration has landed on a new way of dealing with the fact that the health-care debate will be far from over when the president is up for reelection next year. Rather than defend their health-care law, they’re going to say that it has many huge problems that they want to fix, but then allow for only those fixes that do not actually permit a different approach to our health-care financing crisis.— Yuval Levin

Fix it? How would one fix the problem of creating Frankenstein’s monster? There is no fixing this mangled mass of a train wreck. HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has admitted that portions of Obamacare are “totally unsustainable” as laid out in the law. Her answer is that she will fix it.

As the law is written Obamacare cedes a great deal of Congressional power and authority to Sebelius and she will be able to make any change she desires to the law. This unconstitutional condition will essentially give one person the ability to make law in the United States as it relates to Healthcare.

It‘s the same as when Congress ceded its authority to print money over to the Federal Reserve. For every dollar that the Reserve prints, it sells it back to the U.S. thus one of the reasons that the U.S. is in deficit. If the Congress would print its own money as authorized in the Constitution we would not be in the grave financial situation we find ourselves.

Similarly having a person writing healthcare rules and regulations as Sebelius claims to have authority to do is an extra-Constitutional ability, which Congress should be performing. This new Sebelius ability is something which will no doubt come back to hurt the American people. Just one more reason that this law must be repealed.

The Patient Protection Affordable Care Act was conceived in deception and Democrats to this day propagate Obamacare by lies. This law is so bad that the debt-reduction group that president Soetoro commissioned said this law should be reformed or repealed.

Mr. Obama’s debt-reduction commission, a bipartisan advisory body, said in its report late last year that Congress should “reform or repeal” the program.
“The program’s earliest beneficiaries will pay modest premiums for only a few years and receive benefits many times larger,” the panel said, “so that sustaining the system over time will require increasing premiums and reducing benefits to the point that the program is neither appealing to potential customers nor able to accomplish its stated function.” — ROBERT PEAR

Written in secrecy, cloaked in deception and force on the American people by Democrats and a Democrat president this law is fatally flawed and everyone knows it.

Finally, one knows that It’s much worse than I’ve described when Democrats are admitting that the healthcare law needs to be fixed. I don’t even have to mention how wrong it is for the president to issue 733 waivers that exempt his Union supporters and friends from being forced to buy Government mandated healthcare. Congress should repeal it. If not the Supreme Court must end it.

This Lawless President

How quickly did he forget? He swore an oath. It was completely unforced. To faithfully execute the office of the presidency, he swore it you heard it, I heard it. If he didn’t want the job as it is prescribed, he shouldn’t have taken it. He swore to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. So how in God’s name does a person swear that oath before God but after attaining the office he then works to destroy the very thing he swore to protect?

In our Constitutional Republic, we are governed by three co-equal branches of government each branch has its role defined very narrowly by the Constitution as a precaution against any one branch assuming un-prescribed power thereby creating a tyrannous regime.

The United States doesn’t have a presidency, which the Senate and the Judiciary bows down. Neither is it intended for the citizenry to bow before the presidency, the United States’ government derives its authority and power from the people as represented by our Constitution and our laws.

Our President, our Congress and our Judiciary are answerable to the people not the other way around. Therefore, when one of our elected representatives suddenly announces that he is not going to abide by the Constitution or the laws of this nation then that person has just placed himself or herself above and outside of all Constitutional authority. Such an act makes that person lawless. Barry Hussein Soetoro has done this once again. He has placed himself outside the laws of the United States. The president is an outlaw.

The Soetoro administration’s first act of lawlessness was violating a court order. For that, they were held in contempt of court. The administration ignored a court ruling that struck down their moratorium on deepwater drilling after the Gulf oil spill.

Second, the Soetoro administration contemptuously ignored U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson ruling that The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act a.k.a. Obamacare’s so-called individual mandate went too far in requiring that Americans start buying health insurance in 2014 or pay a penalty. After the ruling, the Soetoro administration immediately announced that it would continue with their plans to defy the court decision, which declared unconstitutional the law’s implementation.

Suddenly the president has declared that he feels that DOMA or the Defense of Marriage Act, which is law of the land, is unconstitutional. Speculation is that he is doing this to throw Red Meat to his Homosexual base and its supporters. It is thought that he is doing this because the rest of the country has deserted him. Furthermore, the president has ordered the Department of Justice not to defend DOMA in court. Never in our history has a president shirked his sworn duty as such. This unconscionable stance has never been taken in the history of the presidency of the United States. (see story)

No one wishes to be a three times loser. In the U.S. penal system such a person faces life imprisonment, “Three strikes and you’re out.” One can only hope that serial contempt that Barry Hussein Soetoro has shown for our constitution and the laws of the United States is enough that the American people will develop just as much contempt for him.

Soetoro has shown that he holds nothing but contempt for the American people and our constitution.
