You heard of a term called Dead Reckoning, is a Navigational term usually used in Maritime law. And what it is when you decide to figure out where you’re going base on where you are, right now and where you’ve been, rather than using navigation tools.
Sometimes it’s used when people don’t have access to navigation tools or they don’t use the stars. And what happens is they tend to get lost. Because they are frequently going from a false premise they’re already lost. And they’re under the impression that they are somewhere.
I don’t know if I’m articulating this correctly, dead reckoning, but if you go from a false premise which a lot of Conservatism does. And then you move on from there, you’re going to continue to stack falsehood from falsehood.
And a lot at sea when people get lost allot is because they use dead reckoning they are making assumptions about where they are and where they’ve been.

What is ironic is Garofalo uses false premises about Conservatives to explain her theory of Conservative Dead Reckoning. So what is this president doing? He is continuing his Obamacare quest and he is starting up an attempt to get Illegal Aliens amnesty legislation passed.
These things are the far left Progressive’s trifecta; Universal Health Care, Gay’s in the Military (which he proposed weeks ago) and Illegal Alien amnesty. This is every dream and agenda item that Liberals Democrats and Progressives have attempting to force on the American people for decades.
And most of these things are job killers. The very antithesis of what our nation and economy needs now is a multi-trillion dollar health care burden on tax payers, or 40 million Illegals granted citizenship. (This is an obvious attempt to curry favor with special interest Hispanic groups.)
Illegals will undoubtedly weigh on an alright strained economy, or they will negatively affect our jobs market and health care cost while skewing U.S. elections toward more Liberal policies which in turn will surely continue our downward spiral into socialism and big government.
All of these Liberal Progressive acts will irreparable damage America in the long term so that Democrats can make short term gains. These are careless and reckless goals of the Democrat Party.

ON Thursday, the Congressional Budget Office reported that, if enacted, the latest health care reform legislation would, over the next 10 years, cost about $950 billion, but because it would raise some revenues and lower some costs, it would also lower federal deficits by $138 billion. In other words, a bill that would set up two new entitlement spending programs — health insurance subsidies and long-term health care benefits — would actually improve the nation’s bottom line.
Could this really be true? How can the budget office give a green light to a bill that commits the federal government to spending nearly $1 trillion more over the next 10 years?

In reality, if you strip out all the gimmicks and budgetary games and rework the calculus, a wholly different picture emerges: The health care reform legislation would raise, not lower, federal deficits, by $562 billion.
Gimmick No. 1 is the way the bill front-loads revenues and backloads spending. That is, the taxes and fees it calls for are set to begin immediately, but its new subsidies would be deferred so that the first 10 years of revenue would be used to pay for only 6 years of spending.
This is a political victory of Democrat by Democrats for Democrats as this was always a fight between Democrats with a little conscience and Democrats without a conscience. Democrats without a conscience won. Now there are no Democrats with a conscience.

Justice Department officials say that when senators were considering Eric Holder's nomination to be attorney general last year, he didn't given them all the legal briefs he had signed from his time in private practice.—The Associated Press
Being confirmed Attorney General of the United States of America is a tricky thing. It’s a little like playing poker. You gotta hold your cards close to the vest. In AG Eric Holder’s situation one had to hold seven cases, which he was involved doing legal work for terror detainees, close to the vest and out of view of the Senate committee that was considering confirming him to the position of Attorney General.(not that in would have mattered anyway) (see article)
As part of the confirmation process, Holder submitted a list of all such legal briefs to the committee. But that list did not include filings in seven cases.—The Associated Press
And here the real beauty of AG Holder’s deceit, if by chance or by purpose, it ever becomes a problem or if it ever comes up that he withheld information in order to be confirmed (because it is now after the fact and he’s already in office) there is not much anyone can do about it, now is there?
So now he can reveal to the Democrat controlled Senate Judiciary Committee that he had a little “ ‘lapse’ in turning over copies of the legal filings” at his confirmation and his mentioning it now will suffice to put all right with the world as Democrats, Liberals and Progressives see it.
And then there the matter of the “al Qaeda7” part of the nine attorneys that AG Holder has employed in the DoJ which Holder refused to name or even to tell the America people if these attorneys are in any way, shape or form working on terrorists related matters since these attorneys defended terrorists while in private practice. What’s even more curious is the fact that Holder would not give the names of these attorneys yet he was considering charging the Bush attorneys who give advice regarding what constituted torture with criminal offenses. (see article)

Assistant DoJ Attorney General Ron Weich defending the nine Justice Department lawyers who previously represented terror suspects, said that they contributed to court briefs in detainee-related cases or otherwise helped advocate for detainees. Weich added that he thought that any suggestions of a "conflict of interest" are "an apparent misapprehension" of legal standards, adding that all political appointees have taken pledges to meet ethical standards.
That’s right this administration and this Congress are supposed to be the most ethical in the history of the United States according to Nancy Pelosi and Barry Hussein Soetoro.
The fact of the matter is the Attorney General of the United States of America withheld information from the Senate Judiciary Committee responsible for confirming him to office which is a gross violation of ethical standards. How anyone connected with the DoJ can be speaking about ethical standards after that is beyond me.

Former Congressman Massa’s abrupt exit from Congress is indicative of the power of those who will stop at nothing to fundamentally change America. Let’s remember that one of the reasons that homosexuality was frowned on in the military and government is because it was thought that an individual could be compromised by their homosexuality.
Apparently the original thoughts for excluding homosexuals from the military and government were correct, because Democrats did in fact used Congressman’s homosexuality against him to blackmail him and force him out of Congress. Just as it was believed could happen. It did happen!
Using homosexuality against a Democrat to pass health care reform shows that Democrats will stop at nothing to pass this Fascist legislation.

Like Global Warming is Climate Change, to Al Gore and Dr. Rajendra Pachauri Scientific Fraud is just a mistake, which they intend to perpetrate whether or not their claims prove to be fraudulent.
Gore admitted that the climate panel published (in his words) a flawed overestimate of an alleged Himalayas glacier melting rate. And he admitted that Prof. Phil Jones of the University of East Anglia did not comply with the British freedom of information law. But according to Gore these things are mistakes, they’re just misunderstandings.
Yeah it’s been all one great big misunderstand right Mr. Gore? If left to your own devices Mr. Gore you the UN IPCC headed by Dr. Pachauri and your cap and trade consortium would have imposed such draconian global carbon taxes on the people of the world, it would make the machines of the movie The Matrix look like baby sitters instead of the practitioners of human husbandry that they were.
The “mistakes” that you refer to Mr. Gore are, in the least, gross violations of the scientific method or at most blatant criminality. Destroying evidence and/or refusing to turn over documentation as required by Britain’s freedom of information law are criminal acts. These are the things that Prof. Phil Jones of the University of East Anglia in Britain is accused of doing your apologetics notwithstanding. (see article)
Basing claims that the glaciers in the Himalayas were melting on untested and unproven speculation is not a flaw in science, that claim is criminal scientific incompetence.
The act of holding the entire fraudulent scam of Anthropogenic Global Warming up as settled science and defending it by casting aspersion on the reputations of anyone who questioned either the source of your information or the accuracy of that information is a criminal enterprise of which you the UN IPCC and your supporters should be round up and tried at the International Court at the Hague for crimes against humanity.
Yet the most pathetic thing about your global warming scare Mr. Gore is how you continue to couch your questionable “concerns” for the planet, the economy and our national security in the fake disaster scenarios which you and your carbon trading profiteer partners have cooked up to stampede the world’s people into a global taxation scheme that will enrich you and your partners by this global fraud for cash and world power.

Democrat Dick Durbin Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) called the leader of his Party a liar.
Melanie Hunter-Omar reported in CNSNews.com that Sen. Dick Durbin a very highly placed Democrat contradicted President Barry Hussein Soetoro on whether the health care reform bill will lead to a decrease in health care premiums. According to Hunter-Omar, Durbin claimed that rates would go up, while the president is campaigning all across America claiming that Congress passing his health care plan would result in rates that would go down. The president on the other hand must still believe that he’s campaigning because he’s stomping for health care like he’s on a permanent campaign. Even though he snapped at Sen. John McCain in the Health Care summit just days ago telling Sen. McCain that the campaigning was over.
Here’s the downside of why campaigning again may not be a good idea for president Soetoro. Stomping for health care like the president is doing just may remind people of all of the campaign promises that he didn’t keep; ending the war, closing Gitmo in a year, that he wouldn’t employ lobbyist in his administration, etc, etc, etc.

The president is quick to tell us that what he is quoting are not his numbers, ah yeah because there just might be a little belief problem between the American people and this president. So it’s probably best that he cites someone else’s numbers for believability sake.

The CBO’s analysis of the final Senate health care bill, as reported by Melanie Hunter-Omar, indicates that your health care reform would impose a mandatory $15,000 annual fee on middle-class families that earn greater than 400 percent annually of the federal poverty level. That means $88,200 for a family of four.
That means Mr. president that according to the source that you cited there would be an increase of premium cost on the middle-class not a cost decrease. Mr. president I hate to remind you of this but in your campaigning you promised not to raise taxes on the middle class by one penny. Maybe campaigning and promising when put together isn’t your strong suits Mr. president.
But no worries Mr. Soetoro the next president of the United States of American, in 2012, Rep. Paul Ryan has no problem with believability nor does he need a teleprompter to make him appear to be articulate and in command of this subject matter.

On ABC’s This Week on Sunday, February 28th hosted by Elizabeth Vargas, Pelosi channeled Baghdad Bob when asked about statements she make regarding the Conservative movement, The Tea Party.
Pelosi attempted to mitigate her early comments about the group by feigning some commonality and fealty to the Tea Party’s goals and objectives while at the same time reinforce her original statement that it was a fake movement spurred on by the Republican Party. (see transcript)(see 1:23min video)

There is virtually no difference between the reality testing of Baghdad Bob and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. All the more reason to remove Democrats from power, if Pelosi is as demented as Baghdad Bob proved to be, she is doing this country a grave disservice by hold the office and the responsibilities that she now bears being that she is third in line to be president if Soetoro or Vice president Biden can no longer serve.

Congressman Ryan has said that he will not run for President in 2012. Republicans should quit the “I’m next” tradition that allowed Senator John McCain to become the failed Republican nominee in 2008. One would have thought Republicans would have learned their lesson after nominating the “I’m next” Sen. Bob Dole in 1996. If Republicans had any sense and if the GOP and Michael Steele had the any political foresight they would drift this young Kennedyesque Politician who has his finger on just what the problems are in our economy.
Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton both warned us that Barry Hussein Soetoro was not ready to be president of the United States of America, but we didn’t listen. And boy were they right!
If there is anyone in the Republican or GOP brain trust Congressman Paul Ryan will be the next Republican nominee for President of the United States of America. This is a no brainer Republicans and Conservatives! This is an almost guarantee to oust the immaculate conceived president who has no Negro dialect. (Of course, unless he wants to have one.)
Aside from all of the problems that Soetoro will have running for election in 2012 it will be nice on the Republican side of the aisle to actually have a nominee who understands and knows what's good for the country rather than an ultra-Partisan like the Democrats nominated and elected to the presidency.

[Barry Hussein Soetoro] posted a copy of his Certificate of Live Birth, or “short form” certificate on the web. [Soetoro] claimed that it was a copy of his certified birth certificate. The owner of the blog where the copy was posted, a “fact checker”, verified that the copy submitted by [Soetoro] was an official birth certificate.
People who saw the certificate online claimed that the Certificate of Live Birth wasn’t a copy of [Soetoro’s] original birth certificate, or “long form”, the one that listed which hospital Soetoro was born in, and what doctor was in attendance. Soetoro, and his representatives, argued that the document he proffered was recognized by state officials where he was born as a viable alternative of his original certified birth certificate. The state officials came to Soetoro’s defense, stating a copy of his original birth certificate was “on file” and “had been viewed”.
Several lawsuits were filed in various state and federal courts, demanding Soetoro provide a copy of the original birth certificate, or “long” form to the court.
Soetoro responded to the lawsuits by having his subordinates ridicule in the press those who had filed the suits as nitwits, conspiracy nuts, and “birthers”.
Rather than submitting a copy of his original birth certificate to a judge, Soetoro choose to spend-under the aegis of a committee he had formed-hundreds of thousands, in some estimates, over a million dollars in legal fees to fight the lawsuits. --(source DBKP)
First we elected a man who has spent over a million dollars hiding his past from the American people. A man who Tom Brokaw and Charlie Rose admitted that we know very little about. Prof. Phil Jones the preeminent scientist at the center of the Climate change/Global warming claims has stepped down from his position as director of the Climatic Research Unit after numerous scandals and alleged criminal conduct regarding his refusal to comply with freedom of Information requests concerning global warming data. The IPCC mistakenly claimed that global warming would:
• Melt Himalayan glaciers by 2035; i
• Endanger 40 percent of Amazon rainforests;ii
• Melt mountain ice in the Alps, Andes, and Africa;iii
• Deplete water resources for 4.5 billion people by 2085, neglecting to mention that global warming could also increase water resources for as many as 6 billion people;iv
• Slash crop production by 50 percent in North Africa by 2020.v
In addition the IPCC:
• Incorrectly stated that 55 percent of the Netherlands lies below sea level;vi
• Used data from Chinese weather station measurements that are not only seriously flawed, but can’t be located. IPCC scientists suppressed this data for years because of fears that it could cast doubt on a key 1990 study on the effect of cities on warming;vii
• Included a diagram used to demonstrate the potential for generating electricity from wave power that has been found to contain numerous errors;viii
• Used a biased report by the activist group Defenders of Wildlife to state that salmon in US streams have been affected by rising temperatures;ix
• Deliberately ignored a paper written by a scientist that contradicted the panel’s claims about the cost of climate-related natural disasters;x
• Misrepresented the alleged link between climate change and coral reef degradation. The IPCC based this link not on peer-reviewed science but on advocacy articles by the radical group Greenpeace;xi

CLAIM: Some have dismissed the email scandal as involving just a few scientists, the IPCC’s major gaffes exposed by the media (e.g. that the Himalayan glaciers will melt by 2035) as irrelevant—and that neither of these things affects EPA’s endangerment finding.
FACT:
• The scientists involved in the CRU controversy violated fundamental ethical principles governing taxpayer-funded research and, in some cases, may have violated federal laws.
• Many of the scientists involved in the CRU controversy also wrote the IPCC’s science reports.
• The flawed IPCC science reports are the most important scientific basis for EPA’s endangerment finding for greenhouse gases.
• On the critical issue of whether man-made greenhouse gases are causing climate change, EPA relied nearly exclusively on the work of the IPCC.
• EPA accepted the IPCC’s conclusions wholesale, without doing an independent review. Therefore, EPA failed to uncover key errors in the IPCC reports that ultimately were incorporated into the endangerment finding.
• EPA claims separately that it also relied on the work of the United States Global Change Research Program (USGCRP). But the USGCRP is closely linked with the IPCC. For example, of the 35 members who worked on a key 2006 USGCRP report, 23 also worked on the IPCC’s 2007 climate change science assessment.
• In short, the CRU emails reveal scientists who worked together on the major reports that form the so-called “consensus.” The emails show that there is no consensus and that EPA’s endangerment finding should be scrapped. (source)
Global warming/Climate Change/Cap and Trade legislation is no longer viable and should no later be able to get out of even the most irresponsible of Congresses in any form imaginable. And the EPA should drop all attempts to force needless laws involving the regulation of carbon on the American people.
Sadly this Congress and the Barry Hussein Soetoro administration have proven to be irresponsible enough to enact laws based on false scientific claims. It only remains to be seen if they will.

President Obama's endorsement Wednesday of a risky legislative maneuver to complete health-care legislation sent Democratic leaders scrambling to settle policy disputes and assemble the votes necessary for passage in the coming weeks. -- Shailagh Murray and Lori Montgomery
According to Barry Hussein Soetoro he is no better than Karl Rove and Democrats are no better than Republicans. At the very least this is president Soetoro's "Read my Lips moment."
President Soetoro and Democrats were all in an uproar a few years ago because they thought that Republicans were about to use a Senate procedure that would have allow Republicans to use a simple majority, 51 votes to pass legislation in the Senate.
But now that Democrats are in the majority they are attempting to use the risky legislative maneuver described above called “Reconciliation.” Reconciliation is a method used to by-passing the Senate rule of requiring 60 votes to pass legislation by implementing measures to allow only 51 votes to pass their health care bill. This 51 vote maneuver is wrong. Not because I say so. It is wrong because Democrats including president Barry Hussein Soetoro have all said so.
Oh Democrats aren’t saying that its wrong now, but even the top Democrat, president Soetoro vehemently spoke against Republicans when Democrats thought that Republicans might use a measure called the Nuclear Option five years ago which would have by-passed the 60 vote norm for the chicanery of a 51 vote maneuver. But now with Democrats in the majority Soetoro is encouraging Democrats to use the 51 vote tactic. (see story)

The head of the US Marines, General James Conway one of the few good men left in government or the military did not bow to peer pressure instead he opposes ending the ban on gays serving openly in the military, the first top officer to break openly with President Barack Obama over the issue.
General Conway told the Senate Armed Services Committee that he disagreed with Obama's plan to repeal the ban as reported by AFP News. "My best military advice to this committee, to the (defense) secretary, and to the president would be to keep the law such as it is."
General Conway is joined by the chiefs of the US Army and Air Force who also expressed doubts about lifting the ban. (see article) (see related stories here, here and here)
Conway said the current policy worked and any bid to lift the ban should answer the question: "do we somehow enhance the war fighting capabilities of the United States Marine Corps by allowing homosexuals to openly serve?"
According to the AFP report, Conway's public rejection of his commander-in-chief's stance is sure to fuel debate in Congress on the issue and reflects apprehension among some senior military officers about changing the 1993 law that was signed by President William Jefferson Clinton.
The chiefs of the US Army and Air Force in their opposition said they were concerned about putting the military under further strain in the midst of two wars.
But Conway went further, making it clear he opposed lifting the ban that requires gay service members to keep quiet about their sexual orientation or face expulsion from the military.
His comments contrasted sharply with the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Mike Mullen, who is obviously carrying the Soetoro administration’s line on this controversial policy change and has spoken forcefully in favor of ending the ban but the General’s views are in line with former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Peter Pace who opposed homosexuality. Defense Secretary Robert Gates has called for a review of the issue to survey service members and examine the possible effect of changing the law, known as "Don't Ask, Don't Tell."
This is one more of the far Left-wing agenda items that Democrats intend to pass under the Uber-Liberal to Socialist presidency of Barry Hussein Soetoro. This attempt is more a social engineering ploy more than a concern for military readiness.
Homosexual advocates want this change in the military as one more step in their plan to change the society through legal Fascism, which in their minds is more important than military readiness, or for that matter truth and social morality.

But there’s more, we also find out that the Barry Hussein Soetoro administration knew that the actual evidence does not support the theory of AGW and the other claims of Global warming alarmists.
However instead of an open and transparent disclosure of the facts the Soetoro EPA suppressed Senior EPA Researcher Alan Carlin’s report that shows unequivocally that global temperatures are not rising with CO2 emissions. (see 2:52 min video)
Also the EPA has threatened that if Congress doesn’t enact and pass a cap and trade bill that the EPA itself would regulate Carbon emissions.
They would enact draconian laws to control emissions in America by imposing its own regulatory edicts. This even in light of the fact that the EPA is aware that there is evidence to suggest that any regulatory measures against CO2 are blatantly unnecessary and unwarranted. (see 6:46min video)
Global temperatures are not increasing due to CO2 in the atmosphere. Global temperatures have not increased since 1998. Global temperatures are decreasing and now Global warming alarmists are turning to science to ask why?
Scientists said they must explain better how a freezing winter this year in parts of the northern hemisphere and a break in a rising trend in global temperatures since 1998 can happen when heat-trapping gases are pouring into the atmosphere.
Scientists can no longer deny that global temperatures are colder and that there has not been an increase in global temperatures since 1998 so scientists are attempting to explain to us how the phenomenon of global warming produces global cooling.
British Hadley Centre scientists said last year that there was no warming from 1999-2008, after allowing for extreme, natural weather patterns. Temperatures should have risen by a widely estimated 0.2 degrees Centigrade, given a build up of manmade greenhouse gases.
Some Global warming Alarmists are still clinging to the Arctic ice melt and the all but debunked 2007 U.N. IPCC report. By doing so they virtually choose to ignore the fact that Alaskan ice mass is growing greater than it has grown in 250 years. (see source)

Instead Global warming alarmists are going to use science to explain why global warming has been in hiatus for almost 15 years and why it has produced the cooling that the earth is experiencing.
