If media would have turned, the same skeptical eye on president Soetoro is it did against president Bush in the beginning of Soetoro’s candidacy the country would not be in the constitutional crisis we presently find ourselves. So in an interview with the Hawaiian newspaper, Honolulu Star-Advertiser, the reporter asks as an aside at the very end of the interview, Oh yes governor, how is the investigation into the president’s birth certificate going? On the other hand, Barry Hussein Soetoro produced an altered therefore invalid website copy of a COLB, attorneys and over a million dollars of attorney cost to prevent Americans from seeing any substantiated independent verified proof of his birth, which is enough to make any non-partisan fair-minded person a birther!

What Democrats and their Media cohorts are finding is the majority of Americans have awakened. Soetoro will not be allowed to usurp the presidency one term longer. In all the time, leading up to the 2012 election Americans must be vigilant and resolute on this one point. We will not have even the appearance of an illegitimate unconstitutional government in authority over us nor will we knowingly permit a constitutionally ineligible person to lord it over the people of the United States of America.

When it is totally uncovered that Democrats poisoned America’s body politics with the taint of illegitimacy every person from the left leaning to the RINO politician, every judge and justice, every person from Speaker of the House to DNC Chairperson must be brought before the American people to answer for violations of their sacred oaths, to protect and defend the constitution. In a new development since Rush Limbaugh has commented on Governor Abercrombie’s failure to bring forth evidence of Soetoro’s birth, the Leftwing Sawyer—Couric Media has gone into full damage control reporting that Hawaii’s law prevented the Governor from more disclosure. But this counter is much too late because the Governor’s statement wasn’t that he was prevented by law from investigating, his statement was that his investigation only resulted in speculative and dubious results concerning the president’s alleged Hawaiian birth.

Finally, whether Barry Hussein Soetoro was born in Hawaii or not the president’s actions all along the way betray him. His refusal to verify his birth in the same manner that presidential candidate John McCain did. His active fight to conceal all documents from Kindergarten to his time as a Senate Senator in Chicago and the jailing of Military Officer Terry Larkin a political prisoner detained in order to protect the secret of the president’s ineligibility. In all, the president has committed multiple political crimes against Americans and the Constitution.

Soetoro knew that he was ineligible for the presidency before he ran as proven by a letter written by an associate lawyer of his in a Chicago-based firm whose partner served on a finance committee for then Sen. Barack Obama. In the letter she advocated for the elimination of the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president is be a "natural-born" citizen, calling the requirement "stupid" and asserting it discriminates, is outdated and undemocratic.

The paper was written in 2006 by Sarah Herlihy, just two years after Obama won a landslide election in Illinois to the U.S. Senate. Herlihy is listed as an associate at the Chicago firm of Kirkland & Ellis. A partner in the same firm, Bruce I. Ettelson, cites his membership on the finance committees for both Obama and Sen. Richard Durbin on the corporate website.

House Republicans Do Their Job Waiting for America to Do its Job in 2012

Yesterday’s vote to repeal Obamacare is what the American people wanted. We wanted a responsive government. That is what House Republicans became yesterday. By a vote of 245-189, House Republicans approved the repeal of the court ruled unconstitutional Health care law. Democrats disregarded the American people and because they did they paid an exacting toll in the 2010 elections, no one can dispute that. It seemed that the American people were asking Democrats who lost control of the House, “Can you hear us now?”

In spite of the Shellacking that Democrats took the 111th lame duck Democrat controlled Congress defiantly passed of the health care law like erecting a middle finger to the American people.

House Republicans have done the American people a great service distinguishing themselves as the only political Party in America that is responsive to their constituents the American people.

Nearly two-thirds of U.S. doctors surveyed fear healthcare reform could worsen care for patients, by flooding their offices and hurting income, according to a Thomson Reuters survey released Tuesday.

"When asked about the quality of healthcare in the U.S. over the next five years, 65 percent of the doctors believed it would deteriorate with only 18 percent predicting it would improve," Thomson Reuters, parent company of Reuters, said in a statement.—Reuters

Repeal of ObamaCare can't come soon enough -- as several damaging provisions are set to take effect this year.

For starters, it has effectively stopped the construction of physician-owned hospitals throughout the country.

Section 6001 of the health-care law required physician-owned hospitals to obtain their Medicare certification by the end of last year. Without it, they can't treat Medicare patients. And the facilities needed to be open to get that certification.

So construction halted at 45 hospitals as the New Year arrived. Work on countless others will never start, having been effectively banned by ObamaCare. This will limit competition in the health-care marketplace, driving up costs for patients.-- SALLY PIPES

Of course, patients may have trouble finding not just a hospital, but a doctor. This health care law should never have been enacted Democrats know it and the president knows it. What they didn’t know is the American people are not stupid, not most Americans at least.

Today the 112th U.S. House of Representatives will engage in the most important vote of it young term. It will speak for and vote for the majority of the American people. That is something that the 111th Congress failed to do. The consequences of that failure resulted in the expulsion of Democrats who controlled the House and awarded control of the House to Republicans.

After the 2009 summer of health care discontent by the American people, which Democrats ignored by passing Obamacare, the people are not going to forget. Again, a fact that Democrats seem to forget but the rest of us remember, forcing Health care on the American people resulted in the 2010 sweep of Democrats out of the House of Representatives.

However, the most insidious part of Obamacare is the Bureaucratic Dictatorship it introduces into the political bloodstream of the United States. As the law is written, it is not written like a normal Congressional law, which specifies and defines its own scope and authority, no. This law is written giving bureaucrats the ability to make up law as they go. As the law is written, it grants sweeping new powers to Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius.

There are more than 2,500 references to the secretary of HHS in the health care law (in most cases she's simply mentioned as "the Secretary"). A further breakdown finds that there are more than 700 instances in which the Secretary is instructed that she "shall" do something, and more than 200 cases in which she "may" take some form of regulatory action if she chooses. On 139 occasions, the law mentions decisions that the "Secretary determines." At times, the frequency of these mentions reaches comic heights. For instance, one section of the law reads: "Each person to whom the Secretary provided information under subsection (d) shall report to the Secretary in such manner as the Secretary determines appropriate."

The powers given to Sebelius are wide ranging. In the coming years, if she remains in office, the former Kansas governor will be able to determine what type of insurance coverage every American is required to have. She can influence what hospitals can participate in certain plans, can set up health insurance exchanges within states against their will, and even regulate McDonald's Happy Meals. She'll run pilot programs that Democrats have set up in an effort to control costs, and be in a position to dole out billions of dollars in grant money. (source)

This law must be repealed not only because it is the antithesis of a constitutional representative government. This law is the first official establishment of an Oligarchical dictatorship embedded like a computer worm or Trojan hidden deep inside the programming (or laws) of the United States. SNL parody on Civil Discourse got it all wrong

Last week’s call for civility from President Barry Hussein Soetoro was lost on the Left as demonstrated by the Left’s favorite source of News and Information Saturday Night Live.

The Progressive Liberal lowbrow base of the Democrat Party uses sitcoms and comedic shows such as Saturday Night Live, The Steve Colbert Report and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart to receive information about the world and politics.

That is why the Democrat Party uses these comedy shows to connect with its base. Everyone from Democrat Senators to the current Democrat President will make appearances on Letterman and other late night comedic shows because that is where they must go to reach their voting constituents.

Therefore, when SNL does a skit on Conservatives automatically you know its conception and point of view will have a Progressive Liberal orientation. Case in point after initial Left wing reports attempting to link the massacre of thirteen people in Arizona and the attempted assassination of Rep. Gabrielle Gifford by gunman Jared Loughner to Conservatives and talk radio the Liberal punditry, bloggers and News Media went wild attempting to blame Conservatives and the Right for this national tragedy.

Yet after a week of serious searching for a motive it was factually determined that Conservatives and the Right had absolutely nothing to do with the reason that Loughner attempted to kill Congresswoman Gifford and murder and wound others as if he was playing a massacre “everyone you can” video game.

Nevertheless, in the aftermath of the heartbreak and in spite of the president’s call to stop the incivility in our national dialogue SNL presented a totally partisan and stereotypical skit, which enforced the Left’s unwarranted and fanatical view that Fox News and its hosts are the ones suffering from the inability to restrain themselves from political vitriol. In actuality, this skit was a disturbing look through the looking glass of the Liberal warped mind. Apparently, the Liberal mind is a place that pictures reality upside down and inside out. In opposition to all of the factual information that has come out about the motives for the Arizona killings between and up to the broadcasting of Saturday’s show SNL still chose to foment hate against the Right by suggesting to the minds of their undemanding viewers that Sean Hannity, Michelle Malkin, Greta Van Susteren and Glenn Beck have a problem with hate.

When in fact all evident is, that it was the hate of the Left against Conservatives that created the false narratives by the Left’s own media. False narratives, which the Left began at the start of the Arizona shootings are the cause of this instance of political incivility. Moreover, they are the cause for the president’s call for civility.

Why didn’t SNL do a skit depicting Slate's Jacob Weisberg who wrote that there was no evidence of Loughner's politics “but the deranged are most easily swayed by the surrounding political climate.”

Why didn’t SNL do a skit depicting Left-wing blogger Andrew Sullivan who wrote that Palin's “recklessly violent and inflammatory rhetoric has poisoned the discourse and has long run the risk of empowering the deranged." As written and commented on by the “The Oklahoman” in their Editorial (source)

In addition, why didn’t SNL do a Skit on the MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann and others who falsely blamed the Right or on the Leftwing Media and Newspapers that did the same.

What SNL did to its viewers was to suggest by Jedi mind trick that the droids that they were looking for where Conservative droids instead of the Liberal droids that actually was responsible for stirring up the partisan hate around the Arizona shootings.

SNL’s ploy will probably work too because as we all know Jedi mind tricks only work on the weak minded.

The Left falsely accuses the Right of creating the atmosphere that produced the Arizona Shooter however weed smoking murderer Jared Loughner was less likely to be influenced by Conservative ideas because he was immersed in the Liberal culture that is predominant and inescapable in the general population. The ideas that Loughner were most susceptible to are the ones he gathered from friends in general and found in popular culture particularly.

The Left clearly used the lives of those who were murdered in Arizona, in addition to all who were injured as a crisis to advance their assault on free speech, the internet and the second amendment in a effort to do what they normally would not be able to do à la Rahm Emanuel.

According to the Associated Press mistrust of government was Jared Loughner's defining conviction. Loughner’s friends said he believed the U.S. government was behind 9/11.

Those who really know Loughner best, contradict the Left wing Media and the Left wing Political narrative that want to use Loughner as a poster boy for violating the first and second amendments of the Constitution.

Speaking about out of touch with the truth, the group that Jared Loughner matches the closest with is the 9/11 truthers, conspiracy Left wingers who believe that president Bush knew about 9/11 beforehand and in fact orchestrated the whole thing.

What kind of people shares this belief with Loughner? Comedienne and Left wing talk show host Rosie O’Donnell, Comedienne and Left wing political pundit Janeane Garofalo, Left wing Actor Charlie Sheen, Country singer pot smoker, Willie Nelson, former wrestler former governor Jesse Ventura, James von Brunn, the Holocaust Museum killer, Hollywood director David Lynch, Oscar-winning actress Marion Cotillard, rapper and actor Mos Def, D-list actors Christine Ebersole and Daniel Sunjata are all 9/11 truthers.

And now we discover, contrary to media description, joining the inauspicious ranks of 9/11 truthers is the political assassin, mass murderer and child killer, Jared Loughner. He could not be further from the influences of the Right than Ed Shultz or Keith Olbermann is.

Left wing radical and Liberal Rosie O’Donnell had a better chance of influencing Jared Loughner than any one on the right! Who in the Media will be the first to blame this massacre on the Progressive Liberal left?

Yet in Tucson to eulogize the victims of last weekend's tragic shooting did the president take ownership for the divisiveness that his own blaming “the previous administration” has caused.

Did he admit to his polarizing personal attacks against Fox News? Did president Soetoro recognized and admit to his own culpability in his use of words against his “enemies” who some of us call more appropriately, Republicans.

This would have been an excellence time for the president in establish a little hope and change in his own life by acknowledging that he too had participated in the exact same behavior that he is now asking the nation to end.

Instead, as always the president looked down from on high behind his lectern and condescended to the American people.

Yes he said the appropriate things—things that are expected for a president to say at a time of national tragedy. And yes, he did look presidential. Both things I am sure he and his handlers were primarily attempting to accomplish.

However, the important thing, the hope and change of moving the national dialog away from the poisonous partisan political rhetoric that this country desperately needs relief from was not addressed in a true sense.

Words that wound are a staple of the president and his Party. The Left used and are using this tragedy to finger point at the Right and blame the Right, Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh and Conservative Talk Radio. Not to acknowledge this fact directly as he lectures the nation on our use of words only suggests that even though the speechwriters wrote a moving speech for president Soetoro sometimes a speech is only a speech.

And sometimes, as Jesus demonstrated in his parable, words do not match actions.

Progressive Liberals are all about Contradiction. Ironically, the same elected Progressive Liberals who complain about the reading of the Constitution are sworn to uphold the Constitution. So why are they using the tragic assassination attempt on Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Gifford as cover to violate the 1st and 2nd amendments by legislating against free speech and the right to bear arms? They do it because the position is totally at odds with the Constitution and in the Progressive Liberal mind Contradiction is a sign of intelligence and enlightenment.

Democrats say their recent attack against freedom of speech and the right to bear arms is for the safety and civility of the American people however, as founding father Benjamin Franklin said, “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

However what is absolutely amazing is MSNBC’s host Rachael Maddow catches president Barry Hussein Soetoro in a contradictory and Orwellian unconstitutional proposal to imprison terrorist (in a war Progressive’s deem illegal) by calling it “prolonged detention.” Soetoro's proposal the very thing for which Progressive Liberals excoriated president George W. Ms. Maddox why is the president’s contradictory behavior a surprise. This president’s whole candidacy and presidency has been full of double-entendre and Orwellian redefinition. The fact that he would stand right in front of the Constitution and make a proposal that completely violates the Constitution is what Soetoro’s whole presidency is based on.

The fact that you won’t persecute president Soetoro like you did president Bush and vice-president Cheney speaks to your own hypocrisy Ms. Maddow.

Obama should take rightful responsibility for the Arizona Shooting

He is the President. For the last two years, he has set the national tone for hate speech in this country. For example, the president said a White Cambridge police acted 'stupidly' when the officer arrests a Black College professor for not cooperating with a break in investigation. The backlash to the president’s remarks forced him to stage an even more ridiculous “beer summit” where the nation’s racial wounds were supposedly healed.

But not a chance, not even the racial wounds that the president inflicted on the nation himself were healed by beers on the White house lawn. Yet in spite of the president's participation which, helped create the political atmosphere that produced a Jared Lee Loughner the Left wing in the nation has chosen to politicize this tragic shooting and is calling for unconstitutional defiance of the 2nd amendment by asking for more restrictions on guns instead of dealing with it's own hate issues.

Even more than that the Left is calling for unconstitutional 1st amendment violations on speech. They are asking this using the horrific assassination attempt on Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords' life when it is they who are the purveyors of hate speech against Conservatives. It mustn’t be forgotten that Democrats are at the forefront of the erosion of political civility in this country due to the blame game and finger pointing highlighted by their Party against Conservatives and Republicans.

However, more than that, Democrats have launched a campaign of the politics of personal destruction that is on steroids. It started ten years ago against George Bush but has recently expanded to all Republicans but it is particularly focused on former Republican and Conservative candidate Sarah Palin.

The Left wing and the president have. As they have belittled and spewed hate on Fox News, Conservatives and anyone who would disagree with their Radical Progressive Liberal agenda.

Barry Hussein Soetoro is the head of the Left wing he is the president therefore, he is responsible for the hate that is coming from the left. Hate that he has participated in himself.

The shooting of a U.S. Representative is not the fault of the Right it is the fault of the Left. Barry Hussein Soetoro must take responsibility for this shooting because as president it is he who sets the tone for the Nation.

Democrat Congresswoman Victim of Liberal Hate?

It started Election Day November 2000 when Al Gore lost the presidential election to George W. Bush. That night Gore conceded the loss to Bush but then on the advice of Democrat partisans who cared more about the Democrat Party and Liberal Ideology above the political cohesiveness of the country Gore took his concession back. Therefore Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords attempted assassination in no means can be laid at the feet of Republicans or talk radio. 22-year-old Jared Lee Loughner was no Conservative he hated religion and some of this favorite reading was "The Communist Manifesto" and Hitler's "Mein Kampf.”

According to Worldnetdaily, One user on Twitter, Caitie Parker, wrote she went to high school, college and was in a band with the gunman. She said she hadn't seen him since 2007.

Parker wrote of Lougher, "As I knew him he was left wing, quite liberal and oddly obsessed with the 2012 prophecy." (see source)

The Progressive Liberal Media is looking to pin this anarchical violence on Conservatives and talk radio as a way to silence the constitutional voice of dissent that Liberals so vehemently defended as voiced by then Sen. Hillery Clinton when she stated, “WE ARE AMERICANS AND WE HAVE A RIGHT TO DEBATE AND DISAGREE WITH ANY ADMINISTRATION!”

It appears that Mr. Loughner’s influences were all radical and all Left wing that is why it is so hard for the Progressive Liberal Media to report this story. The narrative that the left has been attempting to create since Barry Hussein Soetoro has been president is, that it is from the Right that violence will arise spurred on by talk radio and Conservative internet.

The truth is all of this has been provoked from the left. All of the political discord originated from the Left. All of the Uber partisanship originated from the Left and now as a result of the Left’s hatred a Democrat Congress woman has been shot.

Repubophobic Press Battles Boehner at Press Conference

The hate was palpable. The press didn’t question Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi or Barry Hussein Soetoro in the fashion that the Washington Press Corps lit into Speaker of the House John Boehner in one of Mr. Boehner’s first press conferences. Speaker Boehner held his own in spite of the bombastic way, which the press pilloried him.

It makes one wonder where was this press when Soetoro was nominated for the presidential nomination and Democrat partisan Attorney Phillip Berg raised the question of Soetoro’s eligibility. (see 4:26min video)



Where was this press when Nancy Pelosi put together a over 2,000 page health care bill behind closed doors in direct contravention of the president’s promise that the process would be complete open and transparent. It was in the Democrats pocket that’s where it was.

John Boehner: Unfit to Lead and Republicans Just don’t understand

In this highly partisan charged political climate, call United States politics the last thing that Republicans need is a crybaby who acquiesces at the helm of the Republic push back of the Democrat Progressive-Liberal overreach of the Pelosi, Reid and Soetoro Democrats. It’s as if Republicans didn’t learn from the 1988 Bob Dole (it’s my turn) mentality that resulted in the election of William Jefferson Clinton. Neither did Republicans learn from the 2008 John McCain (it’s my turn to lead) candidacy that resulted in the election of Barry Hussein Soetoro.

Without raising the question, Is John Boehner the right person to led the House Republicans in 2011 and beyond?’ Boehner ascended to the role of Speaker of the House and I’m afraid the Republican Party is the worst for it.

Boehner is from the old Republican ‘Marquess of Queensberry’ world of politics where men stood erect and fought with fist facing backwards a world where chivalrous men open doors for unliberated women and where politicians put the interests of the country before their Party’s interests and before their own interests. Boehner is not equipped to deal with the Dem-o-Qaeda political tactics that will be used against him.

Boehner’s politics are like the British Red Coats marching in formation while fighting opponents using guerrilla warfare. Boehner will make Republicans sitting ducks while Nancy Pelosi guerilla politicos snipe at them from behind the cover of the Progressive Liberal media.

How do I know? Boehner has already promised to reduce his powers and share power with Democrats. Now as noble as this sounds it goes beyond the bounds of naïveté and political suave.

Democrats are not John Fitzgerald Kennedy Democrats, no these are not your father’s Democrats these Progressive Liberal Socialist undermined eight years of George W. Bush, they undermined seven years of the Iraq war, both of these offenses are treasonous acts.

Under the most Left-wing radical ever to be elected president Democrats disregarded two years of protest by the American people and against the wishes of the majority of Americans they enacted socialized medicine called Obamacare which was recently found unconstitutional.

Democrats have encouraged illegal entry into this country and have abandoned protecting American borders. Democrats have attempted to fund illegal aliens’ college education, calling it the Dream Act while American students go wanting. Democrats have repealed ‘Don’t ask don’t tell’ which will throw the U.S. armed forces into chaos which no doubt will result in the prosecution of military personnel who will be accused of homophobia or crimes against homosexuals.

Democrats have used pure raw political power to advance a progressive liberal socialist agenda to the detriment of this country. So why would new Speaker of the House, John Boehner want to reduce his power and share power with Democrat ideologues?

Oh, that’s right it’s his turn. This simply means that Republicans have no political acumen. Democrats led by Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barry Hussein Soetoro will have Boehner out on his derriere crying in a crying towel before Republicans can push back any of the damage that the country has endured due to Democrats acting badly as Progressive Liberal Socialist.

Republicans need a politician who can outperform the most political devious reckless corrupt Party to take power in American history; John Boehner is not that politician.

Unfortunately, I don’t know if there is a Republican politician on the horizon that has the gravitas the political good judgment and the shrewdness needed to combat the dishonesty and deception of the Democrat Party and their media cohorts.

John Boehner just promised to share power with the devil; he is definitely not fit to lead Republicans. It will be quite painful to see Speaker Boehner attempt to dance with the devil while at the same time the devil stabs him in the back with political pitchforks his entire tenure as Speaker. Democrats are already vowing Nancy Pelosi return to the Speaker's Chair.

What is it Republicans don’t understand? Democrats attempted to annihilate the entire Republican Party while they were in power.

When pointed out that within the Obamacare legislation was the authority to deny health care based on the decisions of bureaucrats and those decisions could be based on various factors age, illness and the possibility of or the lack of the possibility of recovery. In short these bureaucrats where called death panels.

However, partisans in favor of Obamacare called this characterization of the legislation a gross mislabeling and an unfair political attack.

Yet based on political backlash Democrats pulled the language, which allegedly gave this type of life or death authority to bureaucrats before they passed the legislation and before president Barry Hussein Soetoro signed Obamacare into law.

So imagine the surprise when Rep. Earl Blumenauer’s (D-Ore.) office recently sends a memo that urged health reform advocates not to advertise new end-of-life counseling regulations, to be reinserted into the law, to avoid reviving talk of “death panels. (see article)

Blumenauer doesn’t claim that the “new” end-of-life counseling regulations are not the “death panel” provisions, which created the initial political firestorm. Congressman Blumenauer only claims that he didn’t see the memo, which originated from his office and had he seen it he would have “suggested it be worded differently.”

The original House healthcare reform bill included a Medicare provision reimbursing doctors for advising patients on end-of-life care, but was dropped from the final bill after some conservatives said it could have led to government-run “death panels.”—Jason Millman

They discuss Republicans’ plan to read the Constitution in the House and Republicans’ plan to cite Constitution authority for every bill when 112th Congress reconvenes.

…You can say two things about it, one it has no binding power on anything. And two the issue of the Constitution is not that people don’t read the text and think they’re following. The issue with the Constitution is that the text is confusing because it was written more than a hundred years ago and what people believe it says differs from person to person and differs depending on what they want to get done. –Ezra Klein

Again, there’s a very instrumental relationship people have with the Constitution. Hawaii's Gov. Abercrombie new pointman for Obama's Eligibility Fraud

This effort is a blatant and calculated attempt to protect the one Achilles heel of Soetoro’s presidency, whether he is Constitutional ineligible to hold the office in which he sits.

Soetoro needs not only change public opinion but he needs to discredit any persons who would dare raise questions concerning his eligibility. These efforts are essential to prevent the possibility of Soetoro having to provide evidence of his eligibility before the 2012 elections.

Why else would the recent elected Democrat governor of Hawaii in his own words, be the only one in the entire country that can say he was in Hawaii when, “that baby was born.” Gov. Abercrombie's statement apparently referring to the president who has hidden all of his vital records from the American people since, during and before he received the Democrat nomination to be their candidate for the presidency.

Abercrombie’s claim that he will “show proof” (independent of the president) of Soetoro’s birth is an old Socialist-Communist counter-intelligence ploy of attempting to discredit and shame people away from the truth. This new attempt is to further establish the lie that Soetoro is eligible to be president while giving the president plausible deniability that he activity participated in lying about his ineligibility.

All of the demonizing of Americans from the Left, all of the media conspiracy and cover up has been to obscure the truth, not to uncover the truth, regarding the greatest fraud perpetrated on the United States in America since its inception

The president’s refusal to show any of his vital records, any of his school records or any of his legislative history while he was a state representative in Chicago enabled Soetoro’s Manchurian candidacy to usurp the presidency. Now that many more of American people are aware that Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat National Committee did not properly vet his man and they are demanding to see those hidden records.

The only reason that Democrats are themselves raising this issue is Democrats believe they can attack the America people who are questioning the lack of bona fide proof that Barry Hussein Obama is eligible to be President of the United States of America. (see here and here)

However, the only person responsible for the doubt about Barry Hussein Soetoro’s eligibility is Barry Hussein Soetoro! Before president Soetoro received the nomination to be the Democrat candidate for president the challenge to his eligibility came up within his own Party by attorney and Democrat Partisan Phillip Berg instead of Soetoro releasing his original birth certificate then, as candidate John McCain did, Soetoro fought against showing his records to the extent of over a million dollars of attorney fees to protect his secrets.

Gov. Abercrombie efforts in no way should be construed that he is attempting to divulge the truth concerning Soetoro’s eligibility, he is not. To the contrary, if president Soetoro is exposed the complete Left wing Progressive Liberal Democrat agenda is revealed as fraudulent. So whatever Abercrombie is doing it is not to reveal the truth.

Likewise, the Governor’s careful distancing himself from the president is very revealing. It shows that the Soetoro administration wants the benefit of saying the president is eligible without actually being required to show actual proof. The president could have ended this controversy long ago by being the most transparent president in the history of the United States instead he chose not to reveal his vital records thus placing a cloud of suspicion over his own presidency.

Of course, had he been transparent he would have revealed himself, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean, Charles Schumer and Democrats as the most corrupted traitorous politicians of all time.

At the 6:25 min point in the video, you can see that even Matthews isn’t buying Clarence Page’s sycophantic allegiance. Matthews asks, so this is a document one could use if they wanted to join the CIA? Referring to the certificate of live birth, both Page and Corn alleges that document would be enough.

All three men insult citizens of the United States of America who want the truth. Not only should the president release the original birth certificate if it can be found as David Corn suggests, but he should release all documents from his kindergarten records to his college records.

Finally Soetoro should release his Chicago legislative records and the original passport, which he used to travel to Pakistan in 1981 when it was off limits and illegal for U.S. Citizens to do so.

Sure, they’ve assigned more agents to the borders so they can say that they have more agents and more technology and that this president as done more than any other president but it is only a dog and pony show.

None of Soetoro’s efforts were meant to enforce the border. Soetoro’s efforts are all an illusion a political talking point to use against political opponents. They are but empty words-words that found themselves at the funeral of a dead American who give his life for what America used to be.

Brian Terry lived as an America that honored the constitution, its borders and the American people. Nevertheless, he died an American who honored his country but whose country, under this administration, that is dishonoring the things for which Terry died.

Napolitano‘s empty words made the death of agent Brian Terry vain according to agent Terry’s family. More Americans are being to realize that the Soetoro administration makes living as an American equally as vain.

Under this the regime of most anti-American administration in the history of America living or dying has became meaningless for citizens and patriots.

This is why in 2012 we must rid the government of Progressives, Liberals and RINO’s and begin anew. The point is simply this, what Democrats strong-armed into law was purely partisan legislation and its ramifications will regurgitate throughout American life like puked spoiled milk for years to come.

So rejoice the vandals have sacked the Roman Empire once again, first in AD 455 and now in AD 2010. One thousand five hundred and fifty-five years later the barbarians have bust asunder the gates of Western civilized society and have laid waste to the last vestige of a free people.

When the Progressive heathens end, their celebratory dances around the fires of destroyed Western morality or when they end their Hawaiian and Winter Solstice vacations the draconian acts will begin.

Look for FCC net neutrality regulation, the end of free speech, as we know it, Rev. Al Sharpen led FCC persecution of Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and other Conservatives are already scheduled.

All the while EPA carbon emissions regulations (fines and harsh penalties) are on tap. Not to forget the further attacks against the institution of marriage, the dismantling of the meaning of what it means to be a citizen of the United States of America and the demolishing of Constitutional Republic that heretofore was the United States of America by a Left trained Federal and State judiciary.

The American voter intervention of November 2010 meant nothing to Democrats or it was too little to late as proven by the December flurry of Progressive Socialist legislative victories.

Is there any hope? Jennifer Rubin seems to suggest that Americans are intelligent enough to discern between the nuances of political successes that the president and his Party have just enjoyed opposite of legislative achievement.

But liberal media mavens have a narrative that resists "bad news" (i.e. scandals, polling, the Tea Party movement) that suggests trouble for the Obama administration. They also confuse legislative achievement with political success. While I agree with Ms. Rubin that Progressives have just “pass[ed] stuff,” on the strength of their super majority. What I’m not quite sure of is whether Americans can withstand the media brainwashing that will ensue to ensure each one of us that though unemployment remains detrimentally high at or above 9.8%. In spite of no job creation by this administration, pro Soetoro media will attempt to convince Americans that what the president accomplished is monumental and deserving of accolades.

Why he just might be deserving of a Nobel Peace Prize (this time) or a second term as president they’ll advance.

To which I’ll say fine where’s the jobs he’s repeatedly promised, where’s the repaired economy he said the three stimulus packages he asked for and got would fix and where is the birth certificate?

These things he should have done to the exclusion of his Progressive agenda.

The Media Helped make this Mess

Congress going to Constitution School?

Tax bill that the Harry Reid led Senate passed is unconstitutional.

So why is president Barry Hussein Soetoro applauding an unconstitutional act once again (see here). After the Health care bill was declared unconstitutional, it seems like the word unconstitutional and the president’s name are synonyms these days.

Former Presidential advisor Condoleezza Rice in perhaps one of the finest explained answers regarding the decision to go to war with Iraq takes a farcical Katie Couric question on the subject of, what the Bush administration would have done if they knew then what we know now. Rice’s professorial response uncovered Couric’s obtuseness without Couric realizing it. I say this principally because Couric ventured the question again indicating that she didn’t understand that she had be revealed. (see 6:21 video)



Of course, in Couric’s desire to construct a question that reflected badly on the Bush administration’s decision to go to war, she did not consider that Rice was skilled enough to explain the flaw in Couric’s logic.

Instead of reflecting badly on Bush as she intended Ms. Couric’s Liberal bias as well as her faux journalist abilities were exposed.

Patricia Smith, who heads the solicitor's office, told me in an interview yesterday that the plan is a "living document" that will "never be finalized." Whatever its status, it includes the following:
• "Identify a public affairs liaison in each Regional Office" to "send stronger, clearer messages to the regulated community about DOL's emphasis on litigation."
• "Engage in enterprise-wide enforcement."
• "Engage in greater use of injunctive relief"--John Fund

This administration cannot be trusted as proven by repeated disclosures of its use of political subterfuge i.e., their phony political claim that they have saved or created an unverifiable 3 million jobs and their claim that the 700 billion-stimulus package worked to stimulate the economy.

What voters didn’t know was they were not getting to full story of Barry Hussein Soetoro. That story was hidden away with all of this school records from kindergarten through college. The Soetoro birth certificate and all records of his legislative history in Chicago Illinois all hidden and voters didn’t know because Democrats kept the focus on Bush in 2008 even though Bush wasn’t running.

This was a brilliant political move for Democrats, but not so good for the country because it allowed a completely unknown quantity to slip into the White house without going through the process of vetting. (see previous post)

For purely political reasons Democrats did not vet Barry Hussein Soetoro in 2008. However, in 2012 it is up to the Republican Party to rise the questions that are on all of our minds, regarding a president who doesn’t seem to like America and American values. We cannot depend on Democrats to force the president to answer all of the questions, which currently swirl around his presidency; it’s not in their interest to do so.

Now that we’ve digested the phony Barry Hussein Soetoro story, it is time for the real story to come out. I believe this man is unelectable with such a secretive life story when he promised the most transparent administration in the history of America.

The Soetoro promise of transparency is the “Read my lips, no new taxes” Achilles heel of the Soetoro presidency. If Republicans fault to use the Soetoro secrecy against him now and until the election, it shows that they really don’t what to win, it won’t matter who runs Republican.

Republicans are running against the most sinister deviant political machine of recent memory if what Howard Dean is saying is true. Nothing save the truth about Soetoro will end the deception, which Democrats are using against the American people.

If voter exploitation helped elect Soetoro then only the disinfectant of sunlight on the Soetoro secrets will bring the American people out of the shadows of deceptive Democrat politics.

Obama Uses Deception in Deportation Numbers

It’s not Wikileaks but the secret it exposes is just as damaging to the Barry Hussein Soetoro administration as any secrets revealed by Julian Assange. The Soetoro administration is cooking the books in an attempt to make itself look tough on Illegal Immigration deportation as revealed in interval emails and interviews.

Andrew Becker of the Center for Investigative Reporting based in Berkeley, California reports, [f]or much of this year, the Obama administration touted its tougher-than-ever approach to immigration enforcement, culminating in a record number of deportations. (see story)

What this story represents is the corruption of this president and the way his administration deceives and misinforms the American people. This is the Sotoro administration’s attempt to give the appearance of doing something while in fact they do the polar opposite.

Here is how it works. The Soetoro administration has set a goal of 392,862 deportations, that number is greater than last year number of 389,834 deportations. A greater number gives the administration the factual claim that under president Soetoro there is not a decrease in deportation of illegal aliens in fact deportation numbers are going up.

Now how does the administration arrive at those numbers plus keep their special interest constituents happy, which I’m sure you would agree are two contradictory propositions.

First, they must skew the numbers. Mr. Becker reports that:

• The 392,862 deportations, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement included more than 19,000 immigrants who had exited the previous fiscal year, according to agency statistics.
• ICE also ran a Mexican repatriation program five weeks longer than ever before, allowing the agency to count at least 6,500 exits that, without the program, would normally have been tallied by the U.S. Border Patrol.
• Even still, the agency still was in jeopardy of falling short of last year's mark so they quietly directed immigration officers to bypass backlogged immigration courts and time-consuming deportation hearings whenever possible.
• ICE instructed employees to offer illegals a quick pass to their countries without a negative mark on their immigration record. Such an offering called Voluntary Return or VR doesn't bar the illegal from applying for legal residence or traveling to the United States in the future.
Once the administration reached its targeted “deportations”, it was business as usual according to ICE agents.

In a bid to remake the enforcement of federal immigration laws, the Obama administration is deporting record numbers of illegal immigrants and auditing hundreds of businesses that blithely hire undocumented workers.-- Peter Slevin source

However in order to keep their core constituency of illegal alien activists happy, while the Soetoro administration is touting how tough they are, by the numbers, of deportations they’ve recorded they quietly remake federal enforcement of immigration laws. While at the same time, they release thousands of illegal aliens detained at facilities across the country if the illegal has a potential path to legal residency.
