Obama will lose because of his San Francisco Disdain not because he’s Black!

Barack Obama tours his ancestral homeland Kenya, with his grandmother, Sarah Obama, in August 2006.

Now let me get this straight if Sen. Barack Obama should lose the Presidential election to Sen. John McCain it won’t be because Sen. Obama has less experience than the vice president nominee, Gov. Sarah Palin.

It won’t be because Sen. Obama refuses to produce his original birth certificate to prove that he is a citizen of the United States of America instead of that registry of birth that he’s been attempting to pass off.

It won’t be because everybody connected with Obama is either corrupt or anti-American. Tony Rezko, William Ayers, Rev. Wright, and Father Pfleger just to name a few.

It won’t be because of Obama’s past connects to ACORN, a radical voting fraud organization. And even now Sen. Obama is the only presidential candidate who has ever hired ACORN to campaign for him as he has in this presidential election.

It won’t be because Obama was wrong about the surge and still is wrong but refuses to admit it.

It won’t be because Obama put America down in Germany during his pre Presidential victory lap tour, a week in which Sen. Obama gained all of his foreign relations experience.

It won’t be because Obama violated the Logan Act by interfering in the Bush administration’s negotiations for withdrawing troops from Iraq during just mentioned tour. (see here and here)

It won’t be because Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama himself said that Sen. Obama is too inexperienced to be President. (see video)

It won’t be because 9 out of 10 terrorist back Sen. Obama’s candidacy. (see story)
A few weeks ago, Ahmed Yousef, a top political adviser for terrorist group Hamas, said in an interview on WABC radio in New York that the group supports Obama.

“We like Mr. Obama. We hope he will (win) the election and I do believe he is like John Kennedy, great man with great principle, and he has a vision to change America to make it in a position to lead the world community but not with domination and arrogance,” Yousef explained.

Hamas, which seized control of the Palestinian Gaza last June, has long been designated as a terrorist group by the U.S. State Department.

It won’t be because of his San Francisco disdain for small town Midwesterners in which Obama intimated that small town America wouldn’t vote for him because they are simple scared bitter bigots that cling to their guns and religion. (see story)

It won’t be because since 2004 Barack Obama has only served 143 working days in the Senate doing the people’s business while the remainder of the time Obama’s been doing his own business.

And it won’t be because Sen. Obama has absolutely no major legislative accomplishments in his entire political career. It has been a career used to serve Sen. Obama’s own selfish and personal ambitions only, not a career in service to his constituents.

Finally, it won’t be because Sen. Obama is running against a Senator, Sen. McCain, who has served his country in uniform and his constituents in the Senate for well over 35 years not his own personal ambitions.

No according to Associated Press and Yahoo News writers Ron Fournier and Trevor Thompson if Obama loses the race to become president of the United States it will be because he’s Black! (see story)

Now that statement is odd, because according to Democrat and former vice president nominee Geraldine Ferrar the only reason that Obama has any chance of winning is because he’s Black.

According to Ferrar a White candidate with the same non credentials as Sen. Obama would not have even made it this far. he would have lost in the primaries to Sen. Hillary Clinton. (see story)

Why are the partisan media and the Democrats so determined to drag Race into this presidential campaign? They did it in the Democrat primaries when there were no Republicans around and they are doing it now! (see story)

Democrats are already suggesting Racial fallout if Obama were to lose. (see story)

But allow me to assuage your fears there will be no urban Race riots if Sen. Obama loses, unless of course Sen. Obama receives a Rodney King beat down along with his political defeat and nobody is going to do that.

So while the partisan media is already attempting to gin up an excuse as to why Sen. Obama’s campaign could fail let’s just go with the simplest explanation.

Sen. Barack Hussein Obama could and should lose this election because he is a woefully unqualified Democrat candidate who is attempting to steal this election using ACORN voter fraud and Saul Alinsky-Chicago styled corrupt political tactics.

But the American people now see what Sen. Obama is doing and they will reject Obama as they rejected Al Gore, John Kerry, and Hillary Clinton!

Bush Bailout Puppet for the Democrats

There is an old saw that I hear quite a bit. “Many a truth is told in jest.” None is truer than the SNL skit that showed Democrats at the bottom of the $700 now $850 billion dollar rabbit hole. (see video)

All though the original skit was pulled and edited because it was a little too truthful. It signaled what had become so obvious, Democrats are responsible for the bailout mess and that some liberals do get it.

SNL was willing, if only for a brief unedited moment, to acknowledge that Democrats bear a huge amount of blame for the world-wide economic crisis by making Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac their own little private experiment in socialistic practices

I saw the original skit on Saturday Night and couldn’t believe my eyes. SNL was acknowledging that George Soros, the Moveon.org 527 multibillionaire and self proclaimed Messiah who along with other billionaires and multimillionaire friends were somehow complicit in the Wall Street financial crisis as well as influential in the Democrat Party.

Many including myself have warned that Soros and other far left wing exploiters were conspiring to take over the country by controlling the Democrat Party and its Presidential candidate Barack Obama.

SNL portrayed Herbert and Marion Sandlers, left-wing moguls, as themselves, who through their mortgage company whose major product was subprime mortgages which they sold it to Wachovia for $24.2 billion in 2006 as faces to put on this crisis, faces to blame.

And what do the Sandlers do when they are not peddling subprime garbage? They are busy writing checks to leftist groups like the Center for American Progress, the American Civil Liberties Union, and Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN). Yes that ACORN.' The Sandlers are seething over the skit that is reason that it was pulled and edited.

According to Michele Malkin of the Hot Air Blog; "The Sandlers have started to invest their billions of dollars politically, in the manner of George Soros, sugar daddy of many far-left wing groups and an early and prominent supporter of Presidential candidate Barack Obama.

Soros has developed an empire of so-called 527 groups, putatively independent political activists groups that have influence within the Democratic Party. These 527 groups include the Center for American Progress, MoveOn.Org, Human Rights Watch, Media Matters and a slew of other like-minded groups… Soros, Lewis, and the Sandlers form a core group of billionaire activists and Democrat partisans who have formed a group called The Democracy Alliance. They realized that they could magnify their power by working in unison and tapping other wealthy donors to further their agenda...”

This explains how a relatively unknown candidate with no experience and no accomplishments, other than writing two biographies that show that he has no experience and no accomplishments, can be on the verge of capturing the office of President of the United States.

If Barack Obama is elected it will not really be him who sits in the White house. No it will be the vast left wing conspiracy, lead by George Soros, Herbert and Marion Sandlers, the Center for American Progress, MoveOn.Org, Human Rights Watch, Media Matters and ACORN all conspirators who for eight years attempted to kill Conservatism by bashing George W. Bush.

Which brings me to my final point, I remember distinctly Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid calling for President Bush to get out in front of the effort to convince the American people that this $700 billion dollar rip-off was actually good for America.
Where Is President Bush On Most Important Crisis In Generations?- Sen. Harry Reid
And like a marionette the President in his best bi-partisan comprehensive approach came out at Reid’s beckoning. I thought my God that’s strange his man has been hammered by the left for eight straight years and when they call him he comes arunnin’?

In fact, Barack Obama is ahead in the polls because his favor catch line is, “This financial crisis is the result of eight years of failed economic policies of the Bush administration.” And President Bush says nothing about Democrat complicity other than, “This is not the time to play the blame game”?

Then it struck me, SNL had hit on the funniest parody of the entire eight years of the Bush administration, President Bush being played for a dope, and a stooge while he thinks that he’s working bi-partisanly with Democrats.

Now that’s sad but it’s funny!

Just what are we up against Sen. Obama?

"Our job in this election is not just 'win,' although I'm a big believer in winning, I don't intend to lose this election. John McCain doesn't know what he's up against."—Senator Barack Hussein Obama (see story)
Just what are we up against Sen. Obama? Just what is behind that veiled threat directed at Sen. McCain? Are we up against the radical left wing George Soros group Moveon.org which backs you?
"... the community organizer ... must first rub raw the resentments of the people; fan the latent hostilities to the point of overt expression.'
-- Saul Alinsky, Rules for Radicals
Or are we up against the radical 60s style in-your-face political upheaval that tore down morays and traditions in this country that lead to a virulent strain of anti-Americanism and hatred for this country now wrapped up in a poser who would be President? (see 4min video)

Michelle Obama recently said that she is for the first time in her adult life is proud of her country. Is that because she anticipates the radical deconstruction that your Presidency would bring to America? Oh it’s not Change it’s the deconstruction of America that you’re pedaling Mr. Obama.

Are we up against corrupted Chicago machine politics that Tony Rezko and Bill Ayers, both men whom you have disassociated yourself from because you are running for President, represent?
“Whatever the question, whatever the issue, there's always a back story with Sen. Obama,” McCain added.

“All people want to know is: What has this man ever actually accomplished in government? What does he plan for America?

In short: Who is the real Barack Obama? But ask such questions and all you get in response is another barrage of angry insults.”
—TheHill.com, Who is the real Obama?
Or are we up against Saul Alinsky’s radical Rules for Psychopaths that James Lewis wrote about in his piece in the American Thinker? (see article) (see 1 min video)

Are we up against a community organizer?

“Barack! I want him to do his thing, you know his thug-thisel, you know that’s how I want it to be you know.”
The alarming reality is, is that we still don’t know very much about you Sen. Obama. We don’t know if you are a natural born citizen of the United States of America, we don’t know if you are allowing foreign interest to influence this Presidential election through your internet fundraising efforts where you won’t release records of who is donating to your campaign.

After your speech in Germany where you put America down and your violation of the Logan Act in Iraq where you interfered with the President’s negotiations of withdraw troops we don’t know if you have America’s best interest at heart or whether your run for the Presidency is merely a bid for power to steer America down a road of left wing ideology.

What we do know Sen. Obama is that there is no way an inexperienced, unaccomplished political neophyte who just came on the scene in 2004 has any business vying to be President when we don’t know what and who is behind your improbable political rise.

In America’s current weakened political state we could be open for a political infection that would be worst than the flesh eating bacteria by electing someone of your questionable political and personal past.

Here is one solitary insular time that I agree with Jimmy Carter. When asked by Charlie Rose whether Sen. Obama was ready to be President, Carter replied that Obama didn’t have the substance or the experience to be president. (See Video)

I just don’t think that he has the proven substance or experience to be President—Jimmy Carter

Are we up against a psychopath who without conscience intends to break the moral rules of our country? Someone who is trained in the Saul Alinsky "community organizer" mode, who in the Orwellian upside-down world of the Left, says he will unite America while he works to destroy America as we know it.

To Sen. Obama and others trained like him that is the meaning of revolution, to overturn whatever exists today in the raw pursuit of one's own power. That's the change that he is speaking about!

So aside from the veiled threats Sen. Obama just what are we up against?

Ignorance is Democrats’ Greatest Strength

Congressman Barney Frank – (D) Massachusetts
Last week, as the economy slipped further toward recession, the momentum seemed to be shifting in places such as Nevada, a swing state that went for George W. Bush in 2000 and 2004 and has been seen as promising turf for Senator John McCain for months.

With the highest foreclosure rate in the nation, a tourism industry damaged by rising food and energy prices, and an unemployment rate at a 23-year high, Nevada is, according to polls, edging Obama's way.
--Lisa Wangsness
If you asked most Americans why the economy is tanking most will blame President George Bush. (see story)

What’s unfortunate about that is Democrats have more to do with this disaster than President Bush but because of uber-partisanship in the Democrat Party and the partisan leaning media most American will vote thinking that they are voting for change when their vote will actually bring them more of the same.

Think about it what medical professional would treat an illness first and then diagnosis it later?

Yet your Political leaders have told you that this is no time for finger pointing this is time for treating the financial crisis, in doing so our leaders throw your money at a symptom and neglect the actual causes. What that means is over $700 billion dollars and no names of the culprits in business and in government that caused this mess.

But at last, Bill O’Reilly did something that every American would like to do, he confronted someone who was actually responsible for this financial melt down Congressman Barney Frank, Democrat of Massachusetts the following is an amazing exchange where finally a Democrat is rightly blamed for the World wide financial melt down. (see video about 7mins)

Democrats like Congressman Frank have an amazing ability to disregard facts and blame President Bush for all things as demonstrated by Representative Frank and as seen in the Vice President debate where Gov. Palin chided Sen. Biden for the constant Democrat blame game.
No, in fact, when we talk about the Bush administration, there's a time, too, when Americans are going to say, "Enough is enough with your ticket," on constantly looking backwards, and pointing fingers, and doing the blame game.—Gov. Sarah Palin, Republican Vice President nominee
Because most Democrats will only listen to Democrats or liberal leaning commentary there is a perception that this mess is the result of failed policies of the Bush administration when as O’Reilly points out Democrats like Barney Franks refuse to acknowledge their significant role in it.

Therefore many Democrat voters will vote for what they perceive to be change when they will actually be voting for the Party, their own Party that is primarily responsible for getting this country into the financial straits that we presently find ourselves in. Watch as Democrats resist Republican efforts to regulate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.(see video 8mins)

It has been because of Democrat “good intentions” which was in actuality fiscal irresponsibility that help caused this financial crisis. A vote for a Democrat is not a vote for change. A vote for a Democrat is a vote for ignorance and a vote for more of the same.

What we need is a vote for reform. Reform will only come when we throw out all of those who were against regulating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Democrats are only pretending to be the Reformers now.

Barack Obama and Democrats will say anything to win this election. Our economy’s failure is not due to 8 years of failed policies of the Bush administration our economy’s failure is due to Democrats resistance to regulation of Fannie and Freddie according to former President Clinton.
“I think the responsibility the Democrats have may rest more in resisting any efforts by Republicans in the Congress or by me when I was President to put some standards and tighten up a little on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac."—Bill Clinton
On that word alone no one can vote for a Democrat in good conscience. According to President Clinton and according to the above congressional hearing Democrats got us into this mess and that does not equate into a vote for Obama!

It’s Who Wrecked the Economy Stupid

Reid and Pelosi, They've passed the bail out
As the polls have shown over the last three weeks, the current economic crisis is having as keen a political impact as it is an economic impact.

In the three weeks since the nationalisation of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, John McCain has seen his position relative to Obama’s slide from one of a narrow lead to one of a slightly-less-than-narrow-deficit (albeit a deficit that could still be fairly described as a statistical tie).
-- Shane Greer,Skynews
Democrats have placed this Nation’s entire attention on change. They claim that failed policies have resulted in the current economic world-wide crisis which has rocked the Western Free Markets.

But who’s failed economic policies are responsible? First Democrats claimed that there was enough blame to go around. Then slowly Democrats began to blame Republicans and President Bush solely for the Economic melt down that is facing this nation and Europe.

Whoever is responsible, I agree with Democrats, it’s time for a change from the Party that cause this economy disaster. The following video shows Democrats blocking regulation of Fannie and Freddie.(8 mins)

One thing that everyone agrees on is that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are at the epic center of this calamity. This would not be a partisan issue if Democrats had not made it one so as a result Republicans should not attempt to hold to some ancient and archaic code of honor by attempting to be above fighting back.

It’s alright to say that Sen. Barack Obama received money from both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, It is expected that Republicans tell that Obama received over $126,349 in political donations from those two institutions.

It’s permissible to tell that the Democrats blocked 17 attempts from the Bush administration to warn about Fannie and Freddie. (see brief)

It’s okay to tell that Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, Chris Dodd, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barack Obama all participated in preventing Fannie and Freddie from being regulated.

Finally if those who are responsible for this crisis are not identified that they many take rightful responsibility for their failed policies we will not get the change that we need. (see video 2mins)

And the change that we need is for all who were wrong about this economic perfect storm not be allowed to make any new policy and ultimately they need to pay for this incompetence. Politicians need to lose their offices and a Party needs to lose control of the Congress.

Those politicians are Democrats and that Party is the Democrats Party. And what goes without saying is no Democrat should get promoted to higher office. Just how close are the ties with Fannie Mae?

Frannie Mae, President Daniel Mudd, considers Democrats his company's family. Here he speaks at a ceremony of the Congressional Black Caucus where he intimates at the on coming troubles of Fannie Mae.

Barack Obama is present as evidence by Michele Obama wildly clapping. Democrats including Obama had to know even at this early stage that there was something terrible wrong with Fannie. (see video about 4mins)

And because of his complicity in this major disaster Sen. Barack Obama must be defeated this November by fair-minded Americans everywhere.

This is not about Sen. Obama any more, this is about who wrecked the economy stupid!

Barack Obama and the Democrats wrecked the economy and John McCain must say so!

Change? Obama and Democrats Involved in the Greatest Financial Crime Ever

Democrat Presidential hopeful Barack Obama
…we now have an opportunity, thanks to the New York grand jury, to probe perhaps the greatest financial crime ever — one that dwarfs Enron in size and scope.

Yes, we're talking Fannie and Freddie.
—Investors Business Daily
Investors Business Daily reports on the absolute double standards which saw Congressional Democrats drool over the down fall and conviction of corporate executives in the early 2000s yet in what is even a greater financial disaster, the $700 billion Wall Street bailout, no Democrats are yet even blamed for their part in bringing the U.S. financial house of cards down to a crashing heap left to gravel begging at taxpayers feet.

Companies like WorldCom, Enron, Tyco and Xerox all accused of cooking company books to make earnings appear greater than they were so that stock values would increase and executives would be paid millions in bonuses and other payouts were hit hard by Democrat politicians and executives and Republican politicians were both made to pay a price. (see story)

Several Execs were perpwalked out of towering corporate suites in handcuffs and tried as Democrats gleefully attempted and succeed to link Republicans to this corporate corruption.

This was the seeds of the 2006 sweep out of the Republican majority from Congress to be replaced by a Democrat majority.

How quickly we forget and how short is the American memory. As I recall Americans were incensed at the “culture of corruption”, so much so that they threw the bums out of office and with good reason.

But look in just two short years and trillions of stolen dollars in the housing markets Democrats are the new “culture of corruption” and the partisan media has not so much as mentioned the who, what, when, where, why and hows of true journalism in this the biggest story of our life time rather it is being virtually ignored, why?
There's lots of evidence that the two mortgage giants had become little more than taxpayer-guaranteed front companies for Democrats, who used them to reward supporters with cheap loans and to provide jobs for out-of-work politicians.
Why? I’ll tell you why if partisan media were to cover this story like they covered hurricanes Rita and Katrina we would have 24hours of Democrats attempting to answer corruption questions in an election year and why their failed social policies destroyed the free markets and the U.S. economy.

This would immediately discredit anything that the Democrat nominee for President has to say about what he would do for the economy.

Speaking of the Democrat nominee for President if the partisan media would report this story there would be a number of names linked to the cause of this financial crisis.

As IBD reports, Jim Johnson, former Walter Mondale aide, became head of Barack Obama's vice presidential search committee. Franklin Raines, who headed Fannie from 1998 to 2004, the years of its worst excesses, pocketed nearly $100 million in pay and bonuses from Fannie. He, too, became an adviser to Obama.

Other Fannie-Freddie alumni did equally well. Rep. Rahm Emanuel has been front and center in crafting a new rescue bill. Ex-Clinton Justice official Jamie Gorelick careens from career catastrophe to catastrophe, and still gets top jobs. It pays to have ties.

Meanwhile, as previously documented, Rep. Barney Frank and Sen. Chris Dodd repeatedly thwarted reforms.
Rep. Maxine Waters, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Senate leader Harry Reid and Presidential hopeful Barack Obama can be added to that list as well.

A Democrat controlled Senate has kept the facade up by voting to pass the bail out bill something that the House of Representatives couldn’t do.

The failed leadership of the Democrat House couldn’t pass a $700 billion dollar Wall Street bailout to cover up, money stolen in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scandals, so the Senate attempted to conceal the corruption by passing their version of the bill chocked full of pork, and their bill will bail out the wealthiest on Wall Street not the middle class main street American. (see story)

Yet as of this post not one Democrat that is responsible for this world wide financial pandemic is yet to be arrested or blamed for their part in the sheer criminality that brings the western world to its financial knees.

The U.S. financial house of cards continues to fall down all around the American middle class, main street America, yet in complete ignorance and irony, main street is about to elect the ones responsible for their sufferings Sen. Barack Hussein Obama and his Democrat allies.

The House of Lords Approves American Socialism

US Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (centre) speaks as (left to right) Sen. Christopher Dodd, Sen. Max Baucus, Sen. Judd Gregg and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell
"We've sent a clear message to Americans all over that we will not let this economy fail. This is not a piece of legislation for lower Manhattan. This is legislation for all America."-- Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev.
But critics on the right and left assailed the rescue plan, which has been panned by their constituents as a giveaway for Wall Street with little obvious benefit for ordinary Americans.

Sen. Jim DeMint, R-S.C., a leading conservative, said the step was "leading us into the pit of socialism."
-- CHARLES BABINGTON and JULIE HIRSCHFELD DAVIS
Doing the job that most American Congressmen wouldn’t do the Senate in an overwhelming 74 to 25 vote, put lipstick on a pig and sent, what was once a 3 page bill now an engorged 451 page bill, back to the House of Representatives full of so called sweeteners. (see story)

The Senate added $100 billion in tax breaks for businesses and the middle class, plus a provision to raise, from $100,000 to $250,000, the cap on federal deposit insurance. As added incentive the Securities and Exchange Commission eased rules that force companies to devalue assets on their balance sheets to reflect the price they can get on the market. (see video)

The Senate whose members are not facing any reelection threats is hoping that this bit of political peer pressure will be enough to force the House to abandon the will of the people and join them as Comrades in Socialism.

According to Charles Babington and Julie Hirschfeld Davis, Associated Press Writers; They were especially targeting the 133 House Republicans who voted against the package. Yet as pointed out in my previous post only 93 Democrat votes in the House would have passed the original bill with no Republican backing.

If Democrats wanted to pass this bill they are the majority in the House of Representative and could have passed this bailout 235 to 198 on a straight line partisan vote so any targeting is an obvious effort to give Democrats the cover of bi-partisanship as they have done in the Senate.

Babington and Hirschfeld Davis, also report that [t]here were worries, [...] that the tax breaks might cause some conservative-leaning Democrats who voted for the rescue Monday to abandon it because the revised version would swell the federal deficit.

Friends no matter how Congress presents this bailout, it is primarily a cover up for Democrats who allowed this nation to go to the brink of financial ruin's edge on Democrat's failed social engineering policies in housing.

Democrats and their Republican allies should be held responsible for the greatest finance crisis in recent history.

This is an election year we can do something about this!

Barack Obama and his Party must be held responsible for this, the greatest financial crisis in our life time, just as Democrats would hold President Bush or any Republican responsible if they could.

We all know it!

Fanny Mae Scandal...... DISGUSTING!

Here is a quick look into 3 former Fannie Mae executives who have brought down Wall Street.

Franklin Raines was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fannie Mae. Raines was forced to retire from his position with Fannie Mae when auditing discovered severe irregularities in Fannie Mae's accounting activities.

At the time of his departure The Wall Street Journal noted, " Raines, who long defended the company's accounting despite mounting evidence that it wasn't proper, issued a statement late Tuesday conceding that "mistakes were made" and saying he would assume responsibility as he had earlier promised. News reports indicate the company was under growing pressure from regulators to shake up its management in the wake of findings that the company's books ran afoul of generally accepted accounting principles for four years." Fannie Mae had to reduce its surplus by $9 billion.

Raines left with a "golden parachute valued at $240 Million in benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the accounting scandal became clear. http://housingdoom.com/2006/12/18/fannie-charges/

The Government noted, "The 101 charges reveal how the individuals improperly manipulated earnings to maximize their bonuses, while knowingly neglecting accounting systems and internal controls, misapplying over twenty accounting principles and misleading the regulator and the public. The Notice explains how they submitted six years of misleading and inaccurate accounting statements and inaccurate capital reports that enabled them to grow Fannie Mae in an unsafe and unsound manner." These charges were made in 2006. The Court ordered Raines to return $50 Million Dollars he received in bonuses based on the miss-stated Fannie Mae profits.
Net windfall . . . $190 million!

Tim Howard - Was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard "was a strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would ensure a "stable pattern of earnings" at Fannie. In everyday English - he was cooking the books. The Government Investigation determined that, "Chief Financial Officer, Tim Howard, failed to provide adequate oversight to key control and reporting functions within Fannie Mae,"

On June 16, 2006, Rep. Richard Baker, R-La., asked the Justice Department to investigate his allegations that two former Fannie Mae executives lied to Congress in October 2004 when they denied manipulating the mortgage-finance giant's income statement to achieve management pay bonuses. Investigations by federal regulators and the company's board of directors since concluded that management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses. Raines and Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004.
Howard's Golden Parachute was estimated at $20 Million!

Jim Johnson - A former executive at Lehman Brothers and who was later forced from his position as Fannie Mae CEO. A look at the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight's May 2006 report on mismanagement and corruption inside Fannie Mae, and you'll see some interesting things about Johnson. Investigators found that Fannie Mae had hidden a substantial amount of Johnson's 1998 compensation from the public, reporting that it was between $6 million and $7 million when it fact it was $21 million." Johnson is currently under investigation for taking illegal loans from Countrywide while serving as CEO o f Fannie Mae.
Johnson's Golden Parachute was estimated at $28 Million.

WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

FRANKLIN RAINES? Raines works for the Obama Campaign as Chief Economic Advisor

TIM HOWARD? Howard is also a Chief Economic Advisor to Obama

JIM JOHNSON? Johnson hired as a Senior Obama Finance Advisor and was selected to run Obama's Vice Presidential Search Committee

IF OBAMA PLANS ON CLEANING UP THE MESS - HIS ADVISORS HAVE THE EXPERTISE - THEY MADE THE MESS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Would you trust the men who tore Wall Street down to build the New Wall Street ?

The Financial Crisis!!!!!

Now this is a very interesting idea!! I could go for this bailout!

To my fellow Americans......

I'm against the $85,000,000,000.00 bailout of AIG. Instead, I'm in favor of giving $85,000,000,000 to America in a "We Deserve It Dividend". To make the math simple, let's assume there are 200,000,000 bonafide U.S. Citizens 18+. Our population is about 301,000,000 +/- counting every man, woman and child. So 200,000,000 might be a fair stab at adults 18 and up. So divide 200 million adults 18+ into $85 billion that equals $425,000.00.

My plan is to give $425,000 to every person 18+ as a “We Deserve It Dividend”. Of course, it would NOT be tax free. So let's assume a tax rate of 30%. Every individual 18+ has to pay $127,500.00 in taxes. That sends $25,500,000,000 right back to Uncle Sam. But it means that every adult 18+ has $297,500.00 in their pocket. A husband/wife have $595,000.00.

What would you do with $297,500.00 to $595,000.00 in your family?

Pay off your mortgage – housing crisis solved.

Repay college loans – what a great boost to new grads

Put away money for college – it'll be there

Save in a bank – create money to loan to entrepreneurs.

Buy a new car – create jobs

Invest in the market -- capital drives growth

Pay for your parent's medical insurance – health care improves

Enable Deadbeat Dads to come clean – or else

Remember this is for every adult U. S. Citizen 18+; including the folks who lost their jobs at Lehman Brothers and every other company that is cutting back. And of course, for those serving in our Armed Forces.

If we're going to re-distribute wealth let's really do it...instead of trickling out a puny $1000.00 ( "vote buy" ) economic incentive that is being proposed by one of our candidates for President..If we're going to do an $85 billion bailout, let's bail out every adult U S Citizen 18+!

As for AIG – liquidate it. Sell off its parts. Let AIG go back to being American General. Sell off the real estate. Let the private sector bargain hunters cut it up and clean it up.

Here's my rationale. We deserve it and AIG doesn't. Sure it's a crazy idea that can "never work." But can you imagine the Coast-To-Coast Block Party! How do you spell Economic Boom?

I trust my fellow adult Americans to know how to use the $85 Billion "We Deserve It Dividend" more than do the geniuses at AIG or in Washington DC. And remember, this plan only really costs $59.5 Billion because $25.5 Billion is returned instantly in taxes to Uncle Sam.

Ahhh...I feel so much be tter getting that off my chest.

Kindest personal regards,

Taxpayer

NOW THIS IS A GREAT IDEA!
THIS IS WORTH SENDING OUT TO EVERY BODY! COPY AND PASTE AND EMAIL TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW. WHY NOT? WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE.?

THINK ABOUT IT!!

The Obama Age of Political low Expectations

Sens. McCain and Obama

Since Jim Crow many minorities have gotten by because of allowances made for them. So is the case with Democrat’s presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama.

With questions about Gov. Sarah Palin’s experience and ability coming to the fore front, questions with regards to her abilities to lead this nation, it is time that those same questions be pointed back at the Democrat nominee for President, Barack Obama.

The fact of the matter is that Gov. Palin has more executive experience than Sen. Obama. Therefore any questions doubting Gov. Palin’s abilities go directly to Sen. Obama’s readiness to lead as well.

Yet Democrat partisans don’t care to see it that way, so they set the Commander in Chief bar high for Gov. Palin while actually lowering the standard for Sen. Obama.

In last Friday night’s Presidential debate it was clear that one man was a fake, a phony and a poser the other man was the genuine article a diamond, he was forge under the pressure of experience having walked the walk in his service to our Country and his over 20 years service in the Congress, Senator McCain has not simply talking the talk he has walked the walk. (see transcript)

Still, many in the Media have proclaim Barack Obama the winner in last Friday’s Presidential debates because… well gee he just looked and sounded presidential.

That and Obama was able to speak about the Middle East with what seemed like knowledgeable insight.

These are the low expectations that Democrats have for Sen. Obama who Democrat Hillary Clinton supporter Harriet Christian referred to as an inadequate Black male.

What’s also surprising are what low expectations that those in the media and on the Democrat side have for the Command in Chief. If you believe liberal leaning media because Sen. Obama was prepare by Cliffs Notes for this debate he as somehow passed the “Commander-in-Chief Test”! (see story)

Look, just because Sen. Obama got a few of his study buddies together to cram for Friday nights debate does not mean that he is qualified to be Commander in Chief what it means is that he was well prepared to debate the issues.

But as all of us know information that is crammed in this fashion is not really ours to retain and though Obama gave an impressive showing it remains to be seen that he actually knows what he is talking about.

After all parroting information is something a law professor could do and that is what Sen. Obama performance amounted to. But actually applying said information in a court of law as an Attorney, or Presidential debate information as the President of the United State for that matter, is entirely a different thing.

Sen. Obama used the same old Blame Bush tactics that Democrats have employed for the last 8 years. Frankly the only people impress with these types of tactics are partisan Democrats.

This election has been all but given to Democrats by the media for at least 8 years so it’s not surprising that they called this debate for Obama.

But not everyone did! Rodger Simon writing for Politico saw Friday night’s debate as an all out McCain win! (see story)

David S. Broder, Washington Post says Sen. McCain clearly as the Alpha Male on the stage and in the debate where Sen. Obama had to acquiesce no fewer than 6 times to Sen. McCain’s expertise by saying I agree with Sen. McCain or Sen. McCain is absolutely right. (see story)

As Sen. McCain demonstrated there was only one candidate in this presidential election that is fit to be President, as Sen. Hillary Clinton pointed out Sen. McCain has all ready passed the Commander in Chief test, and that other candidate well he gives good speeches as long as he’s connected to a teleprompter.

Undoubtedly, Sen. McCain’s own personal knowledge and command of the facts were so vastly superior to Sen. Obama’s flash card memorized information that Sen. McCain could do two things at one time. McCain could fly to Washington to assist in the greatest finance crisis of our time and then fly down to Mississippi to debate with Obama with very little time to prepare himself.

However because Democrats have lowered their expectation as to what the experience and qualifications of the Democrat leader of the free world should be they have settled on a political neophyte with what amounts to 143 working days in Congress no executive experience, no military experience and presented this person who is lacking in expertise because he came across as a good speaker in the 2004 Democrat Convention and now gives the impression as somewhat knowledgeable in a 2008 Presidential debate and based on that, they say he has passed the Command in Chief test?

Oh Please!

Bailout Blows up in Pelosi’s Face

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi

In a stunning show of lack of leadership Nancy Pelosi sets in motion a $700 billion dollar blow up by rubbing the Republicans’ noses in the nastiness which is Democrat disdain for Republicans.

Understand that this has nothing to do with Republicans contrary to what Barney Frank is saying and contrary to what Barack Obama is saying and contrary to what the partisan media is reporting. (see story)

You don’t believe me? Okay get your pencils out and I’ll prove it to you with some plain elementary school arithmetic. How many Democrats in the Democrat controlled House of Representatives? That’s right 235! And how many Republicans in the minority in the House, 198 that’s right again!

So if the Democrats wanted to pass, oh let’s say a measure stating that this is Anti-President Bush day they could do it and the hapless Republicans could do nothing about it and nothing to stop it! On a straight partisan line vote Democrats win every time 235 to 198.

So if the Democrats wanted to pass this bailout they could have done it without one single solitary Republican vote. So you see this has nothing to do with Republicans it has everything to do with politics as it always does with Democrats.

What are the politics? The Democrats want to eat their cake and have it too. (see story)

Democrats want to blame Republicans for this crisis and at the same time have Republican help them hide the fact that this crisis came about as the result of the direct failure of years of Democrat policies of forced socialism put upon the housing and financial markets. Not Republican policies of free trade as Democrats and the partisan media is reporting. (see my previous post on this subject on this site)

If the Republicans go along silently with this, this is a win, win for Democrats. Why, because Democrats get to continue to perpetrate the lie that this crisis is the Republicans fault and by allowing that lie to stand, Republicans participate in their own defeat at the voting polls and John McCain goes down in defeat because of the $700 billion pound gorilla in the room, and that is the Democrat mantra, we need change from the Party that created this mess, The Republican Party.

At every opportunity Barney Frank has said it, Barack Obama has said it and on the floor of the House just before taking the vote to pass this bailout measure Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi blasted the Republicans out right in front of their faces signaling that after Republicans signed on to this monstrosity Democrats would use it to beat down any chance of Republicans winning in 2008 while Democrats wrongly took credit as the saviors of Wall and Main Street .
Pelosi’s remarks were:

"When President Bush took office, he inherited President Clinton's surpluses — four years in a row, budget surpluses, on a trajectory of $5.6 trillion in surplus.

And with his reckless economic policies within two years, he had turned that around ... and now eight years later the foundation of that fiscal irresponsibility, combined with an anything-goes economic policy, has taken us to where we are today.

They claim to be free-market advocates when it's really an anything-goes mentality, no regulation, no supervision, no discipline. ..."

"... Democrats believe in a free market ... but in this case, in its unbridled form as encouraged, supported by the Republicans — some in the Republican Party, not all — it has created not jobs, not capital, it has created chaos."
—Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi

Listen for yourself at the sixteen minute rant against President Bush and Republican policies by the Speaker of the House and tell me if she knows anything about bipartisanship. (see video 16 mins) This is a must see

You see all the blame for the Republicans and all of the credit for the Democrats no wonder Republican house members voted against this bill.

But wait it was a moot point as I mentioned above even if all Republicans voted against this bill and they didn’t some 65 Republicans voted for it, but even had all voted against it if Democrats wanted to they could have passed this bill all by themselves but why didn’t they do it?

If the Republicans screwed every up why didn’t Democrats vote 235 to 198 to pass this bill and earn the title Democrats saviors?

One word answer, blame…Democrats wanted to say Republicans voted for this bill too, Democrats wanted it to appear bi-partisan without actually being bi-partisan.

The deal that Pelosi refers to at the end of her rant is an agreement that half of the House Republicans would vote for this bailout to provide cover for Democrats who vote for it. But why would Democrats need cover?

Democrats wanted to have the political advantage even in this crisis situation. This is a remarkably partisan act of putting Party before Country and putting politics before the welfare and protection of the American people. And what do Democrats do when they fail? They do what they always do they blame Republicans.

Barney Frank is such a liar! Listen how Barney Frank continues to mischaracterize the failure of Pelosi’s leadership and blames Republicans.

Remember Republicans did not stop this nor could they Democrats out number Republicans 235 to 198 so if Rep. Frank wishes to speak to someone then why doesn’t he speak to the 95 Democrats that usually vote in lock step with Democrat leadership who voted against this bill. This is solely a Democrat failure and the American people must know that.

This is what Republicans must demand to turn this crisis around.

Nancy Pelosi must correct the Congressional record and withdraw her highly partisan statement further she must rightly fault Democrats for this crisis.

If Democrats want to work in a bi-partisan way then they must stop laying the blame for this crisis on President Bush, or on any Republican for that matter when so much evidence points to Democrats’ culpability.

If Democrats want Republican participation Barack Obama must cease and desist in his blaming the Bush administration for this crisis.

If Democrats want Republican participation Barney Frank must stop lying about his part in this political fiasco and take his rightful guilt.

Nancy Pelosi must call for an independent counsel to look into who in government is at fault for putting the American people at risk.

This is the reform that we need and this is the way to piece back the agreement that Pelosi has single-handedly destroyed.

How do Democrats Keep Getting All of the Credit and None of the Blame

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV)

So they've decided to spend $700 billion of taxpayer money, our money! They said that there was enough blame to go around for everyone. You heard it didn’t you?

So just how do they do it? How do Democrats play on the ignorance of the American people and keep on getting away with it.

Surely voting Liberals and Democrats are not that stupid! Yet Democrat Leaders Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barney Frank, Charles Schumer, Barack Obama and Sen. Charles Dodd’s liberal policies caused the World wide financial collapse and now they are taking credit for spending $700 billion dollars of taxpayer’s money like they’ve done Americans a favor.

Pelosi and her allies blame Republicans and business for the calamity which they have caused and created in the housing market (see video 10mins you may need to view more than once)

Everyone in the know rightly blames Democrat cronyism and Democrat policies for blocking regulations that Republican attempted to place on Frannie Mae and Freddie Mac the financial institutions primarily involved this fiasco. Yet Sen. Barack Obama is still lying on the Campaign trail blaming President Bush and Republicans when in actually the reverse is true. Democrats are responsible. The faulted policies of liberalism are responsible.

President Clinton when asked by Chris Cuomo about Democrats like Sen. Obama who blame Republicans President Clinton said that it was Democrats who where largely at fault. (see video about 5mins about 3mins in)

“I think the responsibility that the Democrats have [in this financial crisis] may rest more in resisting any efforts by Republicans in the Congress or by me when I was President to put some standards and tighten up a little on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac"—Former President Bill Clinton, Good Morning America September 25, 2008

Rather than gaining a single seat in Congress or ascending to taking the most powerful political office in the world Democrats should be sweep out of office in 2008 and Sen. Barack Obama and all Democrat who perpetrated this flim-flam sham upon the American people should be arrested for negligence of their fiduciary duties to the American people, libel and slander against Republicans, fraud and conspiracy to cover up mismanagement and crimes that caused the near destruction of the Capitalism system of the West.

Bush Didn’t Convince the Nation

Recently, we've seen how one company can grow so large that its failure jeopardizes the entire financial system.—President George W. Bush, September 24, 2009 explains taxpayer bailout
Speaking in sweeping generalities Wednesday night President Bush asked the American people to trust that he and Congress would do the right thing in using $700 billion dollars of taxpayers money to give to unnamed people who have up until now made historical profits at the expense of the American taxpayer while these unnamed people and Corporations gamed the free market enterprise system. (transcript of speech)

In the President’s attempt to justify this criminal request he gave all the reasons why Americans shouldn’t allow for a bailout of the free market economy.

Number one companies have gotten to big. The only reason that companies are consolidating into such huge Global entities is to amass more wealth and more power.

These huge monstrosities are not helping competition in the market place, furthermore such wealth and power are a direct threat to the freedoms of the American people.

No to the contrary, what these Corporations are doing is they are devouring their competitors while creating tyrannous control and power over the markets of which they are apart. But if these Mammoths are threaten in any way the whole system is threaten and that includes the American people, and as we now see that also includes the World.

If the President was referring to the Corporation AIG as the one company that grew so large that its failure jeopardizes the entire financial system, then that is a rock solid case which demonstrates that it is detrimental to Americans and people of all countries to allow a company or companies to get so huge by not allowing some controlling authority to ensure that a company might not destroy the entire system by greed. (see related story)

Second the President should not expect the American people to give him trust without going into great detail who are the people and companies responsible for this crisis. Isn’t the President doing the same thing as he says caused this problem?

The President is asking the American taxpayer to hold so-called bundled bad debt without getting proper information on the requestors of the $700 billion dollar loan.

The American people need to know in detail names of who, methods of how and the amounts of money that was taken in what resulted in the need for entire free market to crawl on its knees to the American taxpayer to beg for a loan.

In the following excerpt from the president’s speech he describes a market that was working as it should:

[W]ell, most economists agree that the problems we're witnessing today developed over a long period of time. For more than a decade, a massive amount of money flowed into the United States from investors abroad because our country is an attractive and secure place to do business.

This large influx of money to U.S. banks and financial institutions, along with low interest rates, made it easier for Americans to get credit. These developments allowed more families to borrow money for cars, and homes, and college tuition, some for the first time. They allowed more entrepreneurs to get loans to start new businesses and create jobs.

Unfortunately, there were also some serious negative consequences, particularly in the housing market. Easy credit, combined with the faulty assumption that home values would continue to rise, led to excesses and bad decisions.

Many mortgage lenders approved loans for borrowers without carefully examining their ability to pay. Many borrowers took out loans larger than they could afford, assuming that they could sell or refinance their homes at a higher price later on.

Optimism about housing values also led to a boom in home construction. Eventually, the number of new houses exceeded the number of people willing to buy them. And with supply exceeding demand, housing prices fell, and this created a problem.

Borrowers with adjustable-rate mortgages, who had been planning to sell or refinance their homes at a higher price, were stuck with homes worth less than expected, along with mortgage payments they could not afford.

As a result, many mortgage-holders began to default. These widespread defaults had effects far beyond the housing market.

See, in today's mortgage industry, home loans are often packaged together and converted into financial products called mortgage-backed securities. These securities were sold to investors around the world.

Many investors assumed these securities were trustworthy and purchasers of mortgage-backed securities were Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Because these companies were chartered by Congress, many believed they were guaranteed by the federal government. This allowed them to borrow enormous sums of money, fuel the market for questionable investments, and put our financial system at risk.

The decline in the housing market set off a domino effect across our economy. When home values declined, borrowers defaulted on their mortgages, and investors holding mortgage-backed securities began to incur serious losses.

Before long, these securities became so unreliable that they were not being bought or sold. Investment banks, such as Bear Stearns and they could not sell. They ran out of money needed to meet their immediate obligations, and they faced imminent collapse.

Other banks found themselves in severe financial trouble. These banks began holding on to their money, and lending dried up, and the gears of the American financial system began grinding to a halt.

With the situation becoming more precarious by the day, I faced a choice, to step in with dramatic government action or to stand back and allow the irresponsible actions of some to undermine the financial security of all.

I'm a strong believer in free enterprise, so my natural instinct is to oppose government intervention. I believe companies that make bad decisions should be allowed to go out of business.

Under normal circumstances, I would have followed this course. But these are not normal circumstances. The market is not functioning properly. There has been a widespread loss of confidence, and major sectors of America's financial system are at risk of shutting down.- George W. Bush

The above is how free enterprise works and here’s a very simple principle, What goes up, must come down!

According to the President everything worked except criminals who took advantage of the system. The President needs to identify these people clearly.

In addition to that, we can not artificially prop up a market that has over-reached and gotten too big. At some time this system was due to collapse because too many unscrupulous people were taking billions of dollars out of the system to place in their individual private accounts we should make them return that money.

Third Republicans have allow Democrats who are primarily responsible for not allowing regulation on these huge financial companies take the high ground in this crisis and by doing so have virtually cost Sen. McCain the election.

Democrats are blaming Conservative principles of allowing the markets to take care of themselves when it was Democrats who blocked Republican efforts to regulate these markets.

Sen. John McCain and Republicans attempted to do something to regulate these companies in 2005 and was blocked by Democrats and Rep. Barney Frank, Sen. Charles Schumer Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and Sen. Charles Dodd . (see story)

Yet Republicans continue to allow Democrats to act if they had nothing to do with this problem and the Media is describing this as a Republican problem.

In an interview with Chris Cuomo of Good Morning American President Clinton freely admits that Democrats blocked reform and regulation that Republicans attempted to enact as my previous two post outlined. President Clinton says that Democrats even blocked his attempts to regulate the financial markets. (see 5min video about 3mins in)

If the McCain campaign doesn’t get on the front end of this perception and reverse it this spells doom for his chances to be President.

As long as the Democrats can play on the ignorance of the America people Sen. Obama has a fair chance of turning sentiment away from Sen. McCain.

This crisis is the canary in the mine shaft for the American people there is something terribly wrong with America and it is my belief that Barack Obama and his Party the Democrat Party are the problems not the situation.

The last time Democrats worked with President Bush was on a Comprehensive Illegal Alien bill which would have given upwards of 20 million illegals unmerited and unwarranted citizenship.

This time President Bush and his Democrat allies would give criminals who have distressed the free market system $700 billion dollars to continue in their criminal enterprises against the American people.

Somehow the President didn’t convince me that this is the right thing to do! And I don’t believe that he convinced the American people.

Maybe it’s Beyond Me??

I don’t know, maybe I haven’t learned anything in
all my years.
But having run three businesses in my lifetime, and been through some hard financial times myself, it seems to me that there has to be a better way of averting this “financial calamity” that the government is warning about.

We all know what is going to happen to that 700 Billion.
It’s going to go to those banks/brokerage houses, and go right down the tubes, with absolutely no help for the individuals who really need it.

I was discussing this with my daughter (extremely intelligent) last night, and she hit on what seems to be a pretty good plan for the salvation of the “deserving” rather then the “bloodsuckers”.

Rather than taking over all these high-interest mortgages that these unscrupulous organizations knowingly forced on buyers,
why not try something a bit more sensible? The government would save half of the 700 Billion, the homeowners would be protected from foreclosure, and the so-called “bank/brokerage house companies, have a chance of remaining solvent. Not that they deserve it by any means, but only because killing them
off might provoke a financial panic.

Say a homeowner got horn-swaggled into a 10.75% 30-year fixed rate mortgage, and now can’t make the payments. If the bank forecloses, it is stuck with a physical asset, that is falling in value each day. When they write it off, or sell it for next to nothing, they lose a fortune. Rather than put greed before the
welfare of the country, what if the government offered to do this?

Force all mortgage holders to roll back interest rates on all mortgages, effective immediately, to 5.25%. The banks benefit by not having to
write off all these assets, while still making fair profit on the lower rate mortgages, and the homeowners get to keep their homes with affordable payments.

Then, the government can guarantee the homeowner mortgages to the banks. Even assuming that half the homeowners will default, which is absurd, we would be stuck with a 350 Billion Dollar bill, rather than 700Billion.

And the best part is that none of this money winds up in the hands of the charlatans and crooks who are so adept at mismanaging finances. They would only waste it on incompetent fools who look for huge “performance bonuses” for doing inferior jobs.

Democrats Are Responsible for Hell on Wall Street!

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., speaks to reporters after members of Congress met with SEC Chairman Chris Cox, 3rd left, and Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, fourth from left, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Federal Reserve Board Chairman Ben Bernanke. right. Congressional leaders met with financial leaders late into the evening Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008 on Capitol Hill in Washington .
(AP Photo/Lauren Victoria Burke)
As financial storm signals appeared the last 18 months, some Bush officials urged drastic reform of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

But according to internal government sources, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson objected because it would look "too political." The Republican administration kept hands off the government-backed mortgage companies that are closely tied to the Democrats.
—Robert Novak
What you are about to read should quash any hopes of Democrats picking up a single additional seat in Congress and as well, this information should stop Barack Obama’s bid to become President. The only thing is not enough people will see this.

I make this bold statement based on three completely verifiable findings:

• Democrats caused this financial 9/11
• The Bush Administration attempted to do something about this crisis 18 months ago and was told not to act by Secretary of Treasury Henry Paulson who is in complete conflict of interest just two years from being employed by Goldman Sachs.
• Sen. John McCain attempted to do something to regulate these companies in 2005 and was blocked by Democrats and Rep. Barney Frank, Sen. Charles Schumer Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and Sen. Charles Dodd .

Everything that is wrong in America today is the direct result of uncontrolled unregulated corporate greed and criminality. However it took this financial fiasco to get people to see it. (see post)

Now that, that point is indisputable here’s a second point, our government is no longer functioning to protect and serve the people of this country our government is an instrument of corporate and special interest will.

That is why the President of the United States can back the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act or CIRA. And further that is why the Republican nominee can back CIRA too as well as Global warming. Both CIRA and Global warming are big money interest and they are directly in opposition to the interest of the People of the United States.

But most importantly, that is why the Democrat led Congress and the President can orchestrate a $700 billion dollar bail out for failed lenders who ripped off the American People. What’s worst is the President and Congress can do this without holding one single investigative hearing into who is at fault and why it was allowed to happen.

We had a 9/11 commission I’m thinking a Financial Industry Collapse Commission is needed.

First here are three sources that detail Democrat complicity in this Wall Street meltdown.
See (here), (here) and (here)

The following source you probably will not be able to find on the internet if you google you just may come up with this only (see here)

However in this report Robert Novak discloses that the Bush Administration was talking about a fix 18 months ago only to be dissuaded by Henry Paulson who is heading up the affords to bring stability back to the U.S. Economy. (see article below)

Crony image dogs Paulson's rescue effort
Published: 12:00 AM Jul 17,2008
Chicago Sun-Times by ROBERT NOVAK

As financial storm signals appeared the last 18 months, some Bush officials urged drastic reform of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. But according to internal government sources, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson objected because it would look "too political." The Republican administration kept hands off the government-backed mortgage companies that are closely tied to the Democrats.

Paulson is a Republican, but as head of the Goldman Sachs investment bank, he had close ties with Democratic-dominated Fannie Mae. After prominent Democrat James A. Johnson left Fannie after eight years as chairman and CEO, he was named head of Goldman Sachs' compensation committee, helping set Paulson's abundant salary there.

That connection clearly was not enough for Paulson to consider recusing himself from dealing with the crisis threatening Fannie, Freddie and the whole American economy. He structured the bailout and was on the phone last weekend encouraging leading investment bankers to buy Freddie Mac bonds. Financial consultant Lawrence Lindsey, President Bush's former national economic director, told clients Sunday, "Surely things are somewhat amiss when a country's finance minister plays bond salesman for a supposedly privately owned company."

Testifying before the Senate Banking Committee on Tuesday, Paulson stressed the U.S. would purchase assets only if necessary. But relying on investment bankers could be awkward for Paulson because of indiscreet jubilation from his old company. "This is our bailout," a senior Goldman Sachs official told a Wall Street colleague this week, suggesting the firm will cherry-pick for mortgage bargains.

The only senior executive branch officials who expressed alarm about overextended Fannie and Freddie were former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan and former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers, and their warnings were shrugged off.

It was worse on Capitol Hill. Former Rep. Richard Baker could not find a single House co-sponsor for his reform bill. He lost his bid to become ranking Republican on the House Financial Services Committee though he had seniority, and then retired from Congress to become a lobbyist. Republican Sen. Chuck Hagel had trouble finding other Senate supporters of Baker's bill.

Baker, Hagel and Sen. Richard Shelby, ranking Republican on the Senate Banking Committee, were rare members of committees with jurisdiction who took the issue seriously. The powerhouse Democratic overseers of the banking committees -- Rep. Barney Frank, Sen. Christopher Dodd and Sen. Chuck Schumer -- protected Fannie and Freddie.

Tuesday's hearing was more than an hour old when Hagel became the first senator to ask whether the well-paid officials and directors of the mortgage companies should be held accountable. "I'm not looking for scapegoats," Paulson replied.

Many of Paulson's non-scapegoats have traveled a familiar path from modest net worth to sudden wealth at the mortgage companies, especially Fannie Mae. Most have been Democrats, but token Republicans also have enjoyed the profitable ride. It is an old story, well described in "Crony Capitalism: American Style" by financial affairs reporter Owen Ullman in the July-August 1999 issue of the International Economy magazine. He portrayed rich "rewards" for fortunate insiders.

In that article, former Treasury official Peter Wallison of the American Enterprise Institute saw Fannie and Freddie posing a "prescription for financial disaster," similar to the savings-and-loan debacle a decade earlier. Will Paulson follow Wallison's advice and put the mortgage companies in federal receivership at the expense of shareholders? Wall Street tycoon Hank Paulson was the secretary of the treasury that Bush finally found on his third try. Now, grumbling has begun inside the Senate Republican Conference. The grumblers are asking whether Paulson will prove more than a crony in this crisis.

Lawrence B. Lindsey
Larry Lindsey is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Lindsey Group. He has held leading positions in government, academia, and business. Prior to forming The Lindsey Group, he held the position of Assistant to the President and Director of the National Economic Council at the White House and was the chief economic adviser to candidate George W. Bush during the 2000 Presidential campaign.

Dr. Lindsey also served as a Governor of the Federal Reserve System from 1991 to 1997, as Special Assistant to the President for Domestic Economic Policy during the first Bush Administration, and as Senior Staff Economist for Tax Policy at the Council of Economic Advisers during President Reagan's first term. Dr. Lindsey served five years on the Economics faculty of Harvard University and held the Arthur F. Burns Chair for Economic Research at the American Enterprise Institute. From 1997 until 2001 he was Managing Director of Economic Strategies, a global consulting firm.

Dr. Lindsey earned his A.B. Magna Cum Laude from Bowdoin College and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Harvard University. He was awarded the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award by the National Tax Association and named the Citicorp Wriston Fellow for Economic Research at the Manhattan Institute. He is the author of numerous articles and three books: The Growth Experiment, Economic Puppet Masters and What a President Should Know...but Most Learn Too Late.

Finally Sen. McCain has not only talked about what to do and what he would do but Sen. McCain has already attempted to enact the reforms over Financial Loan institutions only to be stopped by Democrats. See (here) and (here)

And last for all of you that still don’t quit get it the following 10 min video shows how a the proposed bail out will harm the American people.

If anyone is still willing to elect Barack Obama or any Democrats after seeing this information then you really don’t have this country’s best interest at heart.

Finanical Katrina and Dems Don’t Blame Bush?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi speaks next to Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke (R) after meeting with Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson (2nd L), Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (L) and other congressional leaders in Washington September 18, 2008.
(Mitch Dumke/Reuters)
"The Powerhouse Democratic Overseers Of The Banking Committees -- Rep. Barney Frank, Sen. Christopher Dodd And Sen. Chuck Schumer -- Protected Fannie And Freddie." (Robert Novak, Op-Ed, "Crony Image Dogs Paulson's Rescue Effort," Chicago Sun-Times, 7/17/08)
The silence is deafening! This is the catastrophe Global warming meltdown of modern Western financial markets, it is potentially going to be far worst than the Iran Israel coming Armageddon of the Middle East, it is the hurricane Rita and Katrina of the entire Global economy and nobody absolutely no Democrat is pointing a finger at President Bush?

Unbelievable! I’ve been watching and waiting and you gotta know that after 8 years of constant, pedantic mantra like Democrat partisan droning that Bush did everything wrong somebody was going to say that this financial meltdown is Bush’s fault.

But no it didn’t happen. Oh Obama tried to say that he’s been warning people for years that this crisis was going to happen, if people would have listened to him it would not have happened and that this crisis is a result of the policies of the Bush administration but quickly added that now wasn’t the time for partisan wrangling. (wink, wink)

When have Democrats ever passed up a time for partisan wrangling I ask you? Then I began to get suspicious when President Bush and the Democrats begin to work together on the $700 billion dollar bailout without so much as blaming anyone.

President Bush said that this was no time to play the blame game and the Democrats began to work with the Bush administration like no time since the Comprehensive Illegal Alien bill that they tried to force on Americans and the North American Community without borders that they worked on together... Hey wait a minute; something about this whole thing is not right.

Democrats aren’t blaming Bush and Democrats are working with Bush…hum?

Then it hit me when does a Democrat work with a Republican? Answer when it’s in the Democrat’s best interest to do so.

And of course a Republican will work with a Democrat just to feel cool, sort of like when a Nerd is accepted to the elite echelon of the High school Jocks and Cheerleaders social network. Only the Jocks and Cheerleader only want Nerds around to do homework and tutor for test.

So what is really going on here?

Well two things first the simple answer is President Bush doesn’t want his legacy to include, “The End of Western Civilization happened under the Bush Administration.”

And the second thing which is far more complex is that this is the greatest Democrat cover-up of incompetence and mismanagement this side of the President Carter Administration!

Democrats don’t what any finger pointing because for every one finger that they can point at the Republicans on this financial Armageddon three fingers point back at Democrats.

Andrew Cuomo, a Clinton Appointee, the youngest Housing and Urban Development secretary in history, made a series of decisions between 1997 and 2001 that gave birth to this current crisis. (see story)

In 2005 Sen. McCain was a co-sponsor of Fannie and Freddie reform bill was passed by the Senate Banking Committee. The bill gave a regulator power to crack down, and would have required the companies to eliminate their investments in risky assets.

Had this bill been passed after it left committee instead of being killed it could have averted this crisis by providing the oversight that everyone is talking about now but Democrats by partisan vote blocked it and who was the overseers of the banking committees, none other than, Rep. Barney Frank, Sen. Christopher Dodd And Sen. Chuck Schumer. (see story) (see bill)

Sen. Obama has received more money from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae than any other member of Congress other than the Senate Banking Committee Chairman Sen. Chris Dodd. See Democrat links to this financial melt down. (GOP.com)

It was Clinton policies enforced by Attorney General Janet Reno that put the current policies in play. (see story)
Under the Clinton administration, federal regulators began using the act to combat “red-lining,” a practice by which banks loaned money to some communities but not to others, based on economic status. “No loan is exempt, no bank is immune,” warned then-Attorney General Janet Reno. “For those who thumb their nose at us, I promise vigorous enforcement.”

The Clinton-Reno threat of “vigorous enforcement” pushed banks to make the now infamous loans that many blame for the current meltdown, Richman said. “Banks, in order to not get in trouble with the regulators, had to make loans to people who shouldn’t have been getting mortgage loans.”

This threat combined with the government backing of Fannie and Freddie set the stage for the current uncertainty, because the “banks could just sell the loans off to Fannie or Freddie,” who could buy them with little regard for negative financial outcomes, Richman said.

If word were out that it was Democrat leadership and Democrat policies that primarily drove the financial institutions Frannie Mae and Freddie Mac to greed and corruption because Democrats blocked legislation that would have provided oversight not only would Democrats lose this Presidential election but Democrats and Republican who are Democrat allies would all be voted out of Congress.

Pelosi, Bernanke, Paulson and Schumer in the shadows

No there will be no finger pointing at President Bush just a sweeping sound, do you hear it?

That is the sound of Democrats sweeping all of their responsibility for this economic Katrina under the rug.

Hello!!!..... Anybody Listening?

With our own economic house falling down around our
ears, why do we still provide so much aid to foreign
countries
............... even those that hate us and want to
see us destroyed?

Look at this list, and tell me why, why, we have to send
so much of our national wealth,
to nations that neither
deserve it nor appreciate it?

In 2006.......(not even looking at present day)

Egypt received more than $1,795,000,000 total aid.

Jordan received $461,000,000 to leave Israel alone.

Pakistan got $698,000,000 to chase terrorists, with a questionable result.

Peru received $133,000,000 for “drug abatement”.

Kenya got $213,000,000 “free money”.

Haiti received $163,000,000

Russia, our dear friends, received $52,000,000 so that they could confront us more.

West Bank/Gaza got $150,000,000, so that next time there is a terrorist attack on the US,, they
can be seen dancing in the streets once again.

Bosnia received $51,000,000 for “reparations”

With all of the above, corruption remains the major
problem.
Many funds wind up in private bank accounts. The leaders get the money, not the people, and ironically, the richer nations receive the most aid..

Congress should remember that charity begins at home!
