Embattled Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano

[T]he top House Democrat with oversight of the Department of Homeland Security said in a letter to Ms. Napolitano that he was "dumbfounded" that such a report would be issued.

"This report appears to raise significant issues involving the privacy and civil liberties of many Americans - including war veterans," said Rep. Bennie Thompson of Mississippi, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, in his letter sent Tuesday night. --Audrey Hudson and Eli Lake

The Federal government has just slandered the citizens of the United States of America and apparently the government is planning to violate our privacy and civil liberties. What’s more the Obama Administration is standing behind those intentions. (see here and here)

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said she was briefed before the release of the controversial intelligence assessment and that she stands by the report which was sent to law enforcement and controversially the report lists United States military veterans as a terrorist risk to the United States.

The report also defines "rightwing extremism" as including groups opposed to abortion, homosexuality, the Obama administration and illegal aliens. If Napolitano was briefed before the release of this report this alone shows an extraordinary lack of judgment while showing a gross partisanship at the same time.


The report, ‘Homeland Security’s Assessment: (U//FOUO) Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment’, states that the Department of Homeland Security has no specific information that domestic rightwing terrorists are currently planning acts of violence so for all intentions and purposes that should have been the end of the subject right? (see report)

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

But it wasn’t. The report which Barack Obama appointee Napolitano says she completely stands by was a complete work of fiction and ‘what if’ scenarios that required a complete suspension of reality. Yet the report was disseminated to law agencies throughout the United States of America indicating that for the first time in U.S. history law enforcement is expected to police ideological and thought crimes under the Obama administration rather than actual criminal activity.

So shocking is this preemptive preparation to violate the 1st amendment that even Democrats are attempting to distance themselves from this government sponsored discrimination against Americans. Democrat Rep. Bennie Thompson of Mississippi said that the report appeared to have raised significant issues involving the privacy and civil liberties of Americans. Yet Ms. Napolitano’s continued support of this report indicates that she is oblivious to the obvious objectionable characterizations and profiling of Americans.

Therefore, Creating Orwellian Worldview calls for the immediate firing and removal of Janet Napolitano, we also call for the firing of the author or authors of the DHLS report.

As well, Creating Orwellian Worldview calls for all persons in the Homeland Security Department that contributed to such an unbalanced and biased attack against a very large segment of our society to be fired as well.

This unprecedented government sponsored discrimination and intolerance against the groups named in the report or any segment of the U.S. population will not be tolerated. Napolitano must go!

CNN is a Farce!!!!!!

I would have died laughing, if it weren’t such
a serious situation. I caught that “interview”
on CNN, by a dumb, blond “reporter”, who
tried her damndest to embarrass a “Tea Tax
Protester”. Is this what CNN calls an “interview”?

chance to finish a statement, before you cut them
off and unintentionally “make their case for them”

Homeland Security in the hands of a Fascist Obama

A newly unclassified Department of Homeland Security report warns against the possibility of violence by unnamed "right-wing extremists" concerned about illegal immigration, increasing federal power, restrictions on firearms, abortion and the loss of U.S. sovereignty and singles out returning war veterans as particular threats.

Are you planning to attend a Tea Party today? Do you go to church most Sundays? Have you ever or are you now serving your Country? Are you concerned about illegal immigration, increased federal power, restrictions on Constitutional 2nd Amendment Rights, abortion or the loss of U.S. sovereignty?

According to Homeland Security under President Obama you might be a “right-wing extremist” and you may be a threat to the Obama administration.

It’s just like Liberals to base policies on unsubstantiated theorizing, such as Liberal’s policies with respect to Global Warming. There is no proof that the planet is actually warming therefore there is no proof that there is Global warming but Liberals are proceeding as if the Earth is in danger of global warming.

And now with no evidence to do so Liberals are planning to mislabel everyday patriotic Americans as “right-wing extremists” even if they have no evidence to do so.

What do I mean? The very report that Liberals in the Obama administration will use to begin its assault against patriotic Americans states under “Key Findings” that there is no information that anyone is planning or engaging in any of the activities that Liberals are wetting their pants about. But that fact is not stopping Liberals from creating a crisis out of nothing.

Okay and the president of the United States of America may be a foreign born individual but we don’t see Home Land Security speculating about that possibility now do we?

And as a point of fact a president who is not a natural born citizen is much more of a threat to America then individuals who are concerned about an usurper and how he and his illegal government is using the government against itself and its people like some sort of out of control human autoimmune disease.

The report warned law enforcement agencies to watch for suspicious individuals who may have bumper stickers for third-party political candidates such as Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin.

It further warned law enforcement to watch out for individuals with "radical" ideologies based on Christian views, as well as views opposing illegal immigration, abortion and federal taxes.

Fair minded Americans remember the howls that when up when the Bush administration used Home Land Security to tap the phone lines of suspected terrorists that where plotting addition attacks against America and Americans. Subsequently courts found that President Bush use of wiretapping was totally appropriate and Constitutional. (see here and here) Even so the protest from the left against President Bush’s use of HLS was visceral.

So now its suddenly okay, in the minds of those who opposed president Bush’s use of HLS for national security, for president Obama to use HLS against American people in a even more questionable and freedom destroying usage?

Maybe the Obama administration would do well in reading the Declaration of Independence, according to the Founding Fathers, if this or any government loses the consent of the governed it is the governed’s absolute duty as Americans to take control of that government.

We hold these truths to be self-evident:
That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; that, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it…

…when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them [the people] under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.

In the Declaration of Independence there lays a duty for the people of the United States of America to throw off a government that would abuse, usurp power, or otherwise exert despotic rule over the people of America. That is exactly what the Obama government is doing.

The Obama administration’s power grab is so blatant that 20 states in the Union have in the works drifts that would declare themselves sovereign states reasserting the states 10th amendment rights. These states are indeed ready to throw off the despotic rule of Obama’s Federal government.

Too Big to Fail, to bad that doesn’t apply to America

How did we get into this mess?

How did we become the land of the “Government Bank and Auto Industry” take over and the home of the too scared to invest in our own stock markets?

You ever heard the term, “Too Big to Fail”? That term has been recently associated with companies like AIG where it is said that if it or some of these other mega conglomerates were to face the natural business consequences of bankruptcy then all the economies of the world would fail. Pretty damn scary right? (see previous post)

Well here’s a message to Congress, Alan Greenspan and the world, “Too Big to Fail” is not a good thing. I think that even the most financially inept among us would now be inclined to agree with that statement.

[C]ompanies have gotten to big. The only reason that companies are consolidating into such huge Global entities is to amass more wealth and more power.

These huge monstrosities are not helping competition in the market place, furthermore such wealth and power are a direct threat to the freedoms of the American people.

No to the contrary, what these Corporations are doing, they are devouring their competitors while creating tyrannous control and power over the markets which they are apart of. However to complicate things if these mammoths are threaten in any way our whole economic system is threaten with default. And as we now see that also includes the World.—Alaphiah

It was Congress that sold out the American people by allowing corporate lobbyists’ influence to entice them into striping out anti-trust laws (this practice continued well into the early 2000s). Such laws would have prevented the monopolizing acts of Big Oil and Banking industries from consolidating with, devouring or destroying all competition.

What’s more, Congress’ lack of regulation made these corporations the behemoth world threatening monstrosities that they are today which can threaten the world economies with either total domination or either utter collapse.

The government, the Federal Reserve and institutions that were supposed to protect the American people failed the American people miserably.

Alan Greenspan, in his essay entitled Antitrust[11] condemns the Sherman Act (antitrust laws) as stifling innovation and harming society. "No one will ever know what new products, processes, machines, and cost-saving mergers failed to come into existence, killed by the Sherman Act before they were born. No one can ever compute the price that all of us have paid for that Act which, by inducing less effective use of capital, has kept our standard of living lower than would otherwise have been possible."

We now know that Greenspan was wrong. What Greenspan was arguing for is being called Free Market Economy but what his arguments actually resulted in was the deregulation of Corporations and the concentration of corporate wealth and power which inevitably always ends in the oppression of the individual person through corporate rule.

Now Congress wishes to play on the ignorance of the American people. They know that we didn’t know that they were responsible for the deregulation therefore the unleashing of corporate domination upon the people of the world so they’re playing up phony outrage and proposing outrageous laws against the bonuses that they’ve allowed and the corporations that they’ve empowered. For example Rep. Alan Grayson (D) Orlando, Florida has put up a bill meant to play on the American’s people anger with Corporate America that would give the government the authority to set executive pay. An act that is, at best too little too late, or at worst it unconstitutionally targets individuals with the full weight and authority of the Federal government.

A Parapraxis, is an error in speech, memory, or physical action that is believed to be caused by the unconscious mind. It is an act that is generally thought to reveal an unconscious belief, thought, or emotion. Most of us would call such an occurrence a Freudian Slip.

In perhaps the singular and most symbolic act which could sum up what President Obama’s secret intentions for America are, in spite of the White House’s efforts to have you believe that your eyes were lying to you. President Barack Hussein Obama has done what no other U.S. President has done and what American tradition and presidential protocol is set against. Obama bowed to Royalty. Was he telegraphing a message from his unconscious?


The truth is Barack Hussein Obama has been in the prostrate position, bowing to the world, long before he was president. If one remembers he first started apologizing for America on his first European tour where he bowed before the people of Germany as proxy for the people of the world. He did this while he stood in front of the Victory Column (Siegessaeule) in Berlin and proclaimed that he was a citizen of the world. (see previous post)

There he spoke in very Orwellian terms suggesting to the world that if he were elected president of the United States he would govern America by the laws of Global governance. Thereby Obama intimated that if elected he would reject any claim to America’s exceptionalism but rather he would fold America into the common nationhood of global government.

So Obama’s bowing before King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia shouldn’t be perceived as surprising. No, on the contrary it is in prefect keeping with his attitude about America, it is in exact keeping with what he has been telling Americans about his feels toward America and also it is in keeping with where he sees America’s place in the world.

President Obama has an apparent deep rooted disdain for our founding fathers, for our Constitution and for America. This disdain was only partially hidden during his campaign for the presidency. He has always wished to fundamentally and radically change the pillars of American society. And no matter what the White house says now, he did bow to an Arab King. (see here and here)

Further, Obama continues to tell everyone who will listen that America is arrogant and is in need of humbling before the world. (Maybe America has voted for its own chickens to come home to roost in voting for Obama.) Obama keeps apologizing for America at every opportunity as if America has uniquely and singularly sinned against the world. What is more he acts as if it is he who must take it upon himself to correct America.

Even in his most recent trip to Europe to attend the G20 summit Obama cast America as an arrogant disrespectful country and once again apologized for America but this time he added something new as he attempted to equally castigate Europe in this effort to bring America inline with the European model. This may also point out that Obama’s problem is with the entire Western World.(see 3:05min video)

Judges should interpret the Constitution according to other nations' legal "norms." Sharia law could apply to disputes in US courts. Yet if you still have doubts about Mr. Obama intentions take a hard look at his pick for one of the US government's top lawyers Harold Koh.

Mr. Koh former Dean of Yale Law school is a self described "transnationalist," meaning that it is of Mr. Koh’s opinion that American laws are no longer adequate. Mr. Koh, as apparently does Mr. Obama, feels that Judges should interpret the Constitution according to other nations' legal "norms." (see story) and here

This well may be the trend in which the U.S. Supreme Court is heading as Mr. Koh many well be President Obama nominee to the Supreme Court one day. Mr. Koh would find his ideas welcomed by Justices Ginsberg, Souter Stevens and Breyer if that would be the case. Or if Koh had to replace one of them he would keep the trending to international law alive. (see document)

Mr. Koh’s nomination, I think, portends of the larger goal of President Obama in which he remakes America into the image of the Europe past. It is a Europe that he and other radicals trained by 60’s types like Saul Alinsky romanticize about. A Europe where Socialism was tried and has subsequently failed, a Europe that has now opted for the American model of Capitalism. Mr. Obama and his fellow American Socialist dreamers seem to have not gotten the memo yet.

Being more like Europe past is not being progressive; being like Europe is being regressive. Adopting European socialism and/or laws is like demanding that troubled Automakers retrofit to assemble the Model-T to take America into the 21st Century in effort to help the go green movement.

If Americans learned anything by the Global economic collapse we should have learned that “Too Big to Fail” is a bad thing. So what do you think a huge monolithic Global Economy that would be unanswerable to the people would be and do?

Such consolidation of wealth and power would be the very antithesis of what the founding fathers were attempting to protect the individual against. A global rule or government would be in total opposition to the American idea.

Yet this unholy concentration of power is the very thing that President Barack Hussein Obama and his fellow Internationalists are rushing America and the world into. A Global economic time bomb that will either explode or implode just as surely as AIG, Bear Stearns, the Banking Industry or Chrysler and General Motors did.

In the examples of world stock markets and the world economy what goes up must come down, therefore putting up an all encompassing Global Economy as the answer to all of the world’s problems makes as much sense as shooting pollution in the atmosphere to block out the sun to fight global warming as the scientists in the Obama administration intends to do.

Congressman Frank, how much responsibility, if any, do you have for the financial crisis? Such a question can have been answered with a simple one word answer, None! But apparently not if you are a Liberal and not if your name is Barney Frank.

No if you are a Liberal and your name is Barney Frank you must treat every questioner as a right-wing Republican conspirator. If you are the face of the Democrat Party and the Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee you must assume that college students are operatives for the National Republican Committee who are attempting to blame you for the housing crisis when everyone knows that it was the vile Republicans who caused the housing crisis and you must crush the very life out of anyone who would think otherwise. You must do this even if it is a college student who dares to ask you, a powerful Congressman, a question. (see video)



So if Barney Frank is to be believed, even though he didn’t say it directly, according to Frank he’s not to blame for the financial crisis. But if he actually thought so why wouldn’t he just say that he didn’t have any responsibility for the financial crisis with one simple word, ‘none.’

Congressman Frank is too wily a politician to say anything which he believes could possibly be brought back and used against him. Yet there is historical proof that Congressman Frank is at least somewhat responsible for the financial crisis. (see video)



Finally there is significant evidence that Congressman Frank is at the center of the financial crisis in spite of his brow beating of a college student and his blaming of Republicans. (see video)



Frank is a control freak and political bully who uses classic Liberal Democrat tactics; over talk your opponent, blame your opponent for unjust or nefarious behavior and redirect blame to Republicans. This works for partisan Democrats every time. But for everyone else this is just pathetic and trite partisanship transparent and insulting to the intelligence.

Any fair and honorable American would not vote for Barney Frank.

Why Obama won’t get the Genie back in the Bottle

Like being at a world wide Alcoholics Anonymous meeting President Obama stood up before the world on his recent “Presidential ‘God Damn American’ European tour” and confused, “Hi my name is Barack Obama and my country, America sucks!” Obama continued, “America has always sucked from its inception, to its founding fathers and to its constitution, it all sucks and I have come here today to apologize for America’s suckiness.

“In fact, America has sucked equally to the European and to the Arab it has sucked to the non-religious and to the Muslim and I am here today to let you know that I know that you know that we all know that America sucks!”

President Obama spent much of his time in Europe actually talking down the United States of America in the fashion which I parodied above. Gee and I thought that the representative of a country was supposed to look out for his or her country’s interests.

I thought that the President of your country is supposed to represent and present your country in the best possible light. Maybe I’m wrong or maybe America is sooooo bad that Obama was presenting America it the best light that he could.

Oh well, I guess all the other world leaders and the G20 were all wrong too because not one of them followed Obama lead and said a single negative word about their own countries. Maybe they’ll follow Obama’s lead at some future AA like meeting but they didn’t do it at this meeting of the G20 at all, not one negative word about their countries came out of this meeting from anyone but Obama. Hum that should tell Americans something.

Which leads me to my point, while the President wasn’t throwing America under the bus with his anti-America rhetoric, he was doing another diminish America type of thing, he was promising Europe, China and the Middle East that the United States would willingly disarm itself of its nuclear armament with hopes that the rest of the world would follow suit. Okay now Obama couldn’t get just one world leader to diss his or her own country like he did. Surely America is not the only Country that has sinned. And you would think that Obama could have at least gotten British Prime Minister Gordon Brown to say something overtly negative about Great Britain because Brown was so up on Obama’s jock that Brown’s own country was highly embarrassed and worried that Brown was suffering from a case of acute Obama infatuation. Mr. Obama uttered a sentence. Mr. Brown nodded. Mr. Obama paused. Mr. Brown froze, frowning. Mr. Obama made a very slight joke.

Even though Brown is apparently completely taken with his American Milk Chocolate fancy even he didn’t launch into an anti-British bashing spew.

So the question is if America disarms of its nuclear capability will the rest of the world do the same? The immediate answer has to be no.

Mr. Obama is on the wrong side of this argument. Iran has already asserted its God given right to have nuclear power which is Middle Eastern speak for nuclear weapons if you didn’t know. Here, here and here

Russia and China have been supplying Iran and other third world terrorist with nuclear facilities and nuclear materials. They've been supporting third world nation's nuclear pursuits strategically. These two nations are waging proxy shadow wars against the United States and the American economy in case President Obama didn’t know.

Doesn’t President Obama know that a Genie only grants wishes because of extreme self-interest. When wishes are granted and the Genie has fulfilled the conditions of his sentence he is then released from his entrapment, he is release from the bottle. Under no uncertain terms is that Genie going back into that bottle.

Iran and other terrorist supporting nation states now have access to nuclear facilities and materials thanks to Russia and China and no matter who agrees to give up or limit their nuclear capability terrorist supporting nations and terrorist are not going to give up their new found nuclear standing in the world no matter what Barack Obama wishes.

Let’s be absolutely clear Obama has always planned to disarm America no matter who is armed. (see video)



If Obama does as he wishes and he is able to disarm America this is the scenario that I envision. Just like no other leaders dissed their nations at the G20 meeting but Obama himself I believe that Iran and other third world nations that desire and are seeking nuclear weapons will not be deterred by anything that Obama does.

This is one Genie that Obama will not get back in the bottle.

There is no question that George W. Bush was and is a Globalist what that means is that in spite of the fact that Mr. Bush swore to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America at many times in his presidency president Bush was awkwardly at odds with his pledge. For example; Mr. Bush signed an agreement with the Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin and the President of Mexico, Vicente Fox which would have virtually erased for all practical purposes the borders between Mexico and Canada. Not the best policy for keeping America sovereign. (see post)

Mr. Bush attempted to end the uniqueness of U.S. citizenship by proposing that 20 million illegal aliens, people who have wantonly and willfully broken U.S. immigration laws be recognized as immigrants and treated as all other historical immigrants that came to this country legally. He also insisted that illegal aliens be granted immediate citizenship with all the rights and privileges that natural born and naturalized citizens enjoy. Not necessary in the best interest of the United States of America.

And finally President Bush signed the first $700Billion dollar taxpayer bailout of criminal financial institutions that set America on a course of a national Trillion dollar generational indebtedness. Not in the best interest of the American people. (see story)and here

According to President Obama, we’re all interconnected? No one nation can meet these challenges alone? America’s success is inextricability linked to the global economy? Did you somehow feel the need to suck-up to the
Europeans.......... the most overrated civilizations to

backwards, to both the European community and to
the Muslim nations, you should have stressed that it
was the United States that shed it’s treasure and blood
to rescue the bulk of the world from tyranny and
oppression. That would have been a much better
explanation of the reasons for our “arrogance” and

Your twenty years with Reverend Wright have obviously
slanted your vision of this wonderful country. The
insidious lessons were well learned, much to the delight
of our “European allies” and our Muslim adversaries.
Your friendship with generally distasteful people, such
as William Ayres, shows that you are not, and probably
never were comfortable being “American” Whether or
not the first ten years of your life, when you attended a
Muslim school, in a Muslim country, plays into that
thinking, is yet to be confirmed.

Maybe when the myriad of lawsuits working their way
through the courts, concerning your country of birth, are
finally settled, many things will come to light. In the
meantime, put aside your desire to be loved by weak
“allies”, and vicious enemies, and do what is in the best
interest of the country that elected you.

How did this happen? For Decades Universities, News and Entertainment Media, Government and Corporations have been establishing the ideology of Liberalism in the U.S. as the dominate ideological way of life.

Why would they do that you ask? Well because the primary tenant in this Neo-Liberalism is that anything traditional or Conservative is evil and must be destroyed. Therefore anything goes, we can sell what we want, we can broadcast what we want, we can teach what we want, we can marry whomever we want, hell we can just about do whatever it is that we wish to do, with no bothersome restraints of traditional morals or values.

That also was the underlying message in the Barack Obama campaign for Change and that, as well, is the underlying message for Homosexual’s who are attempting to destroy the sacred traditions of marriage.

Oh Homosexuals won’t come straight out and say we don’t like the fact that marriage has always been the uniting of a man and a woman, or that we intend to destroy the traditional definition of marriage. No they disguise their arguments under the cloak of constitutional and human rights which are arguments built on bricks of clouds and air.

Bricks of clouds and air because there are no Constitutional guarantees that support homosexuality or homosexuality marriage and likewise there are no human rights that mandate that homosexuals must have their sexual proclivities equated to civil rights.

Yet homosexuals have been able to weave tapestries of lies and false logic into legalistic arguments which fools in black robes, who consider themselves judges of the law, accept. Not because the homosexual arguments are strong, true, logical and based on precedence of law but rather because Judges accept the consensus of the ideologies of Liberalism as Dreher’s article points out.

The Iowa Supreme Court is but the latest court that has accepted fallacious arguments of equal rights for homosexuals thus proving that the law is an immoral ass. (see story)

What Iowa’s Supreme Court has done is essentially sodomized the law. Thomas Jefferson wrote of this in his Bill for Religious Freedom for the state of Virginia. Jefferson warned of Judges imposing their own personal morality through the law on the people, Jefferson wrote:

[T]he opinions of men are not the object of civil government, nor under its jurisdiction; that to suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion and to restrain the profession or propagation of principles on supposition of their ill tendency is a dangerous fallacy, which at once destroys all religious liberty, because he being of course judge of that tendency will make his opinions the rule of judgment, and approve or condemn the sentiments of others only as they shall square with or differ from his own; that it is time enough for the rightful purposes of civil government for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order; and finally, that truth is great and will prevail if left to herself; that she is the proper and sufficient antagonist to error, and has nothing to fear from the conflict unless by human interposition disarmed of her natural weapons, free argument and debate; errors ceasing to be dangerous when it is permitted freely to contradict them. —Thomas Jefferson, Bill Establishing Religious Freedom in the State of Virginia, 1786

Jefferson argued that opinions, including those of religion, but nevertheless men’s opinions should not be the object of civil government.

Therefore the fallacy that the Iowa Supreme Court has committed is to take an opinion, i.e. homosexuality and make their opinions concerning homosexuality the rule of judgment as Jefferson foresaw would happen.

That is why Jefferson reasoned that these types of personal issues of opinion were not to be determined by civil government in the form of the courts nor are they under its jurisdiction.

Therefore these fools in black robes cast aside traditional morals for arguments that are the equivalent to, ‘Because we now want homosexuality to be considered normal you must give it to us.’ When one cuts through all of the façade of human rights, civil rights and equality of rights the bottom line is homosexuals have built these phony arguments with which to wile the judiciary. All the while making judges ignorantly feel that they are striking a blow for rights, instead of what they are really doing, which is striking a blow which will eventually destroy America by destroying fundamental tenants in America, tenets which are truth, logic, family and constitutional based government.

Only in a courtroom where law is immoral and apparently judges are too can homosexuality be adjudicated a civil right.

When the Supreme Court of California attempted this very same preposterous legal absurdity 6.3million California voters stormed the voting polls like the storming of the France Bastille in 1789, they supported proposition 8 which reversed California’s court’s attempted Oligarchical coup against a government of the people, for the people and by the people.

Yet more rhetoric from a hesitant US government, that
seems frightened of a “paper tiger” North Korea.
We should have shot that missile down, without hesitation...... especially since it crossed our ally Japan’s airspace, and
headed in the direction of Hawaii. This was an intentional
effort by North Korea to snub it’s nose at not only the US,
but at the entire world.

Since most of our allies are basically spineless, and rely
90% on US action, even to save their own asses, it is left
up to us to police the world..... and then endure their
criticism.

The United Nations will prove once again, for the 5,000th
time, that it is useless to the point of being a cancer on
the face of the earth. These leeches are members of the
UN for the sole purpose of getting whatever they can,
whenever they can, and couldn’t care less about the world situation. So long as their pockets are filled, (as
evidenced by the missing art works from the UN headquarters),
and they can “meet” in New York, their work is done. They
all take their cheap shots at the US, but in fact, if it
weren’t for us, most of them wouldn’t have home countries
anymore.

Now there are reports that the North Korean missile
“fizzled” and fell into the Pacific...................how reassuring! What will happen the next time they fire one? They obviously lied about the purpose of the launch, stating
that it carried a communications satellite, when western
monitoring clearly states that no satellite was placed in
orbit.

I am sure that the NK propaganda machine is working overtime,
playing music and phantom communications “from outer space”,
for the benefit of their duped citizens. So long as they
remain in the clenched fist of Kim-Jong and his oppressive
North Korean government, they will smile, go about their
work, and accept what they are told.

I firmly believe that only revolution from the insed, will
change the police state of North Korea. We can help that
along, if only the bleeding-heart “progressives” in this
country would adopt a harder line. The next time (and
there will be a next time) that a famine or major disaster
in North Korea leaves countless people starving and without
medical care, let’s send them millions of dollars worth of
food and medicine.............. to further prop up the
“self-made image" of Kim-Jong-Il and his compassion.

It’s not cruelty, and it’s not lack of compassion for the people.... it’s just plain common sense. We send the
aid, the people never see it, because Kim-Jong “feeds the
army first”, as proven in the past, over and over again. What
little might trickle down to the populace is promoted as "help"
from the wonderful Kim-Jong!

What does it take for Americans to wake up? But, it’s not surprising, because the voters here have shown stupidity
over and over again, by electing the bleeding hearts over those from the Teddy Roosevelt school of common sense.

'Hate speech'? No, bloggers, it's just common sense

I have detected a disturbing trend in the tenor of the debate now coming from the left.

Blogs, phone calls to talk radio and letters to the editor all ring with the same theme. Anything that is remotely critical of our president or the Democrats in Congress is now being characterized as "hate speech." Liberals have even been emboldened to shout at me across busy floors of public commerce. The political dialogue in this country has taken a nasty turn.

When I took a vacation from my column here at The Tennessean last week, the left-wing blogosphere rejoiced that the only decidedly conservative voice of the Sunday opinion page had, at last, been banished. Sorry to disappoint you: I'm back.
You may not agree with my opinions. They may, in fact, enrage you, but you should be willing to at least listen to what those who don't share your vision of what this country ought to be have to say.

A few weeks ago, the editor of a small-town newspaper very publicly banned my writings from his newspaper. Not over something I had written in his newspaper, mind you, but because of a position I had taken in The Tennessean. What could possibly be so distasteful as to warrant my lifetime ban from his publication? I dared ask the question, "What are we getting for our federal tax dollars?'' When George W. Bush was spending money on what people on the left claimed was an "endless, pointless, immoral war,'' then questioning the expenditures of the federal government was not only acceptable but mandatory.

Now that the liberals have taken over Washington, it seems that criticizing massive bailouts and so-called stimulus packages to the tune of trillions of dollars we don't have is suddenly repugnant if not downright unpatriotic.

The left has always had its forums. The Big Three networks along with CNN, PBS, NPR, MSNBC and countless others have always given voice to the liberal way of thinking. Filmmakers like Michael Moore and Al Gore release propaganda pieces disguised as documentaries. Although we on the right point out the obvious, we don't insist that these entities be shut down.

Talk radio seems to be the last remaining bastion of conservative thought -- dare I say, common sense -- and the liberals have set their sights on closing it down. Liberals who, no doubt, read from talking points hand-crafted by back-bench strategists, call my show with accusations of "hate speech." When asked to provide specifics, they fumble and mumble and accuse me of hating the president. I don't hate the president. I rather like him, on a personal level. What's not to like? He's personable. He's charming. He's intelligent.

What I hate is what he's attempting to do to this country. He sincerely believes that the government can spend its way out of debt. As I've said, that's akin to believing one can drink his way to sobriety. It defies logic but logic is not the currency of liberalism; emotion is.

Liberals look at our current economic situation and scream and cry that our government should do something. Anything! That's an emotional response to a problem that requires logic and common sense to solve. It's easy to throw money at a problem in a fit of misguided compassion, but throwing money around is exactly how we got here. So those of us who criticize the policies of this administration are systematically targeted for destruction.

What's so disturbing about this trend is the damage it does to our fundamental right to freedom of speech, to freedom of the press, to the free exchange of ideas. It is not I who hate; rather, it is those who disagree with me who hate me for holding an opinion contrary to their own.

These supposedly open-minded liberals seem to be all about diversity except when it comes to diversity of thought.

Throwing Rocks and Hiding Hands

As kids we did things that we didn’t want to take the blame for. Some of us have thrown a ball through a window of the house next door and run away to hide. Some of us have thrown rocks and when our intended target turned to face us we hid our hands and glanced upwards as if, ‘It wasn’t me who threw that rock.’

Likewise, how long must we put up with the insufferable charade of Democrats claiming to be inclusive, open-minded and bi-partisan? After eight straight rancid years of Bush blaming and Bush bashing does anyone really think that Democrats have anything in them but distain for the Republican Party? Anyone?

It’s a joke. Democrats are pushing the most radical agenda ever in the history of the United States of America. Democrats are attempting a sea change of social change through legislation, change that will turn American society on its ear. They are spending obscene amounts of tax payers’ money and expanding government control beyond anything ever known in the United States of America.

They’re really playing Americans for fools by pretending that they are reasonably attempting to govern when all they are attempting to do is totally dismantle any sense of American tradition and replace it with some sort of utopian socialist government mandated way of life.

On top of all of this Democrats blame Republicans for playing a partisan blame game that they themselves are engaged in. Democrats do this if Republicans dare to criticize them in any way or even slightly resist the Democrat deconstruction of traditional American values. It is a brilliant piece of projection, a throwing of rocks and hiding of hands.

In Jay Cost’s, “The President Blames Republicans for the Partisan Blame Game,” Cost outlines how President Obama’s words regarding partisanship never match his actions. In other words throughout his short presidency Obama has talked bi-partisanship while he continued to act stridently partisan. Then he blames Republican for the partisanship that he has enacted. In John Dickerson’s, “From Détente to Taunts,” Dickerson discloses that any talk about partisanship from Democrats was only pretense to begin with. Democrats never ever intended to be bi-partisan not even when they were in the minority they were always planning to undermine Republicans at every opportunity. (see story)

The best measure of how far we've not traveled may be Republican Sen. Judd Gregg of New Hampshire. Back in January, there was talk of the stimulus bill getting 80 votes in the Senate, including a slew of Republicans.

Now the White House and some Democrats are considering using the process of "budget reconciliation" to pass important initiatives on health care and energy—a process that allows them to pass these bills without Republican votes. "You're talking about running over the minority, putting them in the cement, and throwing them in the Chicago River," says Gregg.--John Dickerson

It’s all a ruse, a con. Democrats want you to think that everyone is happy that Obama won the presidency, but 58.3million Americans voted against Obama. Democrats want you to believe that everyone is for the spending that they are doing but even some Democrats are against the 3.27trillion dollar stimulus spending and the 3.2trillion dollar Democrat budget, they even want you to think that the radical changes that they are proposing for America are good for America.

But the government just took over GM, and the Democrats just blamed AIG executives for bonuses that Democrats approved in a closed door session and wrote those bonuses into the stimulus bill with the Obama’s administrations blessing. (see 7:34min. video)



Democrats are good for blaming others for things that they have done or are doing. Yep throwing rocks and hiding hands that’s what Democrats do.

Obama’s America is a Tyrannous America

You remember Obama’s people of the world speech the one that he gave in Germany the one which he virtually assured the world that America would be apart of that One World government if he were president. Well if you haven’t figured it out yet there is something terribly wrong with what Democrats are doing to America.

The Government is not supposed to be using tax payers money to give to private bankers or to the auto industry or for that matter giving billions of dollars to Liberal Democrat causes it order to pull America away from its traditional moorings.

Perhaps you’ve forgotten the principles which this country was founded on. This country was founded on the principles freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

New World Economy will be built on the back of the Climate Change Scare

A United Nations document on "climate change" that will be distributed to a major environmental conclave next week envisions a huge reordering of the world economy, likely involving trillions of dollars in wealth transfer, millions of job losses and gains, new taxes, industrial relocations, new tariffs and subsidies, and complicated payments for greenhouse gas abatement schemes and carbon taxes — all under the supervision of the world body.—Charles Russell

You probably didn’t know that your support of Global Warming or Climate Change, whichever you choose to call it, will effectively end America, but it will. Climate change’s ultimate goal is to transfer wealth and jobs from industrial nations to poor nations and the United States of America is the number one target of the America hating United Nations. As you know it is the United Nations that is behind the Global Warming/Climate Change transfer of wealth. (see story)and (here)

On March 29 (Sunday) in Bonn, Germany, the United Nations began negotiations on the Copenhagen Accord, the successor to the Kyoto Treaty. This is the first of three scheduled conferences or sessions that will commentate with a world-wide agreement to place all world governments under the auspices of the United Nations as it relates to Climate Change. This will happen when world governments sign on to the Copenhagen agreement on a scheduled signature date in December 2009. UN Framework Convention on Climate Change

The Obama administration has said it supports the treaty process if, in the words of a U.S. State Department spokesman, it can come up with an "effective framework" for dealing with global warming.

Getting that deal done has become the United Nations' highest priority, and the Bonn meeting is seen as a critical step along the path to what the U.N. calls an "ambitious and effective international response to climate change," which is intended to culminate at the later gathering in Copenhagen. The U.N. sees this as an opportunity to create its very own revenue stream of tax money from nations of the world. (see previous post)

The United States Congress has already started work on a cap-and-trade system for controlling carbon emissions that has been espoused by the Obama administration; "carbon taxes" on imported fuels and energy-intensive goods and industries, including airline transportation; and lower subsidies for those same goods, as well as new or higher subsidies for goods that are considered "environmentally sound."

In addition a major component of this new Global initiative is the relocation of U.S. industries to non-industrial nations.

According to this Copenhagen agreement signature nations with be subjected to new kinds of tariffs and trade protectionist barriers such as those termed in the agreement as "border carbon adjustment"— which, the agreement says, can impose "a levy on imported goods equal to that which would have been imposed had they been produced domestically" under more strict environmental regimes. In other words if President Obama signs this agreement in December he will virtually cede power over the U.S. to the U.N.

Another form of "adjustment" would require exporters to "buy [carbon] offsets at the border equal to that which the producer would have been forced to purchase had the good been produced domestically."

It is for these reasons that I stated above that your support of Global Warming/Climate Change will effectively end the United States of America as our Nation will be folded into a European World Government situation governed by the United Nations. The U.N. will have powers of taxation that will even supercede the powers of our own Constitutional Government.

Therefore supporting Global Warming/Climate Change has everything to do with ending American sovereignty and very little to do saving the planet.

I thought that you should know.

Foxes Guarding the American Henhouse

Someone asked the question just how did we get to the point in America where we have the very people that caused the world-wide financial crisis, Barack Obama and Democrats, in charge of fixing the financial crisis. A very good question but can you handle the truth? Then follow the timeline.

The Bush Administration attempted to warn Congress as early as 2001 and continually thereafter that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were potentially toxic agencies that were primed to bring the world economy crashing down. However Democrats aided by the media were able to present Republicans in the worst possible light as well as portray them to be uncaring and out of touch fear mongers who were only trying to prevent poor families from sharing in the great American dream of home ownership. The Democrat and media con job was so effective for years that Saturday Night Live spoofed it as an incredible work of propaganda. SNL laid the blame of the financial crisis squarely at the feet of Democrats. According to the SNL spoof the banking crisis and subsequent Democrat involvement was the cause of the financial crisis. But because the skit told too much of the truth it was censored by SNL but not before over 3 million people viewed it. Interestingly enough no other skits spoofing Sen. McCain or Gov. Palin were censored during that same time period. Bill O’Reilly picks up on this partisan hypocrisy and reports on why he believes the SNL skit was banned. In effect, what has occurred in America is one of the greatest scams in American political history. The people and Party which caused this international financial debacle have convinced you the American people that they are the ones who should be running America and you have put them in charge of the White House and Congress so that they can now hide their guilt and further confuse the issue of their responsibility for this the most dangerously volatile financial times in American and world history. What we have in American today is the proverbial Foxes guarding the Hen house.

The following video details the financial footprints of Democrats which lead from Democrat Presidents Carter, Clinton, Obama and the Organization ACORN which President Obama trained when he was a civil rights attorney. Obama taught ACORN how to force banks to make the loans that are at the heart of the international financial collapse. Yet to this day Obama lies and says that he inherited this problem from Bush. Carter, Clinton, Obama and ACORN equals world economic collapse



Americans you have been played for fools by the glib smooth talking political partisans that you wanted. Politicians who believe that they can talk you and me into allowing them to spending trillions of dollars that we don’t have. They also believe that they can convince us that they must completely remake America from a Constitutional Representative Democracy which uses an economic Capitalist engine into a Fascist Socialist Government which controls its people through combined Presidential, Congressional and Judicial fiat. In addition to that, their Socialist model has no idea how to create wealth.

Barack Obama, the Democrat Controlled Congress and Liberal Judges must be stopped from doing any more damage than what they’ve already done to America.

Democrats’ dreams of a Liberal Socialist utopia where the government tells the people what to eat, where to work, where to get health care, how to live and when to sleep is the very antithesis of what America was meant to be. To be sure the huge paternal omni-government that Obama and Democrats are constructing right this minute is the very opposite of the freedom from tyrannous government that America was founded on.

But this seems to be the point doesn’t it? Democrats have found a way to make you believe and accept the very opposite of the truth. That is why they are in power now. You believed reality from a Democrat perspective and voted them in and gave them power to unleash their bizzaro world of “right and wrong”, “up and down” on the rest of us.

President Obama and Secretary of Treasury Timothy Geithner has doled out usurious bonuses to their AIG buddies, and billions of dollars of Democrat earmarks were folded into the Stimulus bill that Obama signed into law. This has been the great American taxpayer money give-away with no shame. In fact Obama is defending his and Congress’ unwarranted and egregious actions as needful to prevent the 2nd great depression and a global financial apocalypse.

Now Obama is asking the American people and the Congress for an unprecedented 3.55-trillion dollar federal budget to embed the Liberal agenda, his Liberal agenda into the American psyche and government. Spending on education, energy and health care with money that we don’t have and won’t have for generations after generations to come yet Democrats in Congress are attempting to give Obama much of what he wants.

All the while the news media is allowing the President’s administration to float such blatant lies as, ‘Obama: Budget attacks crisis on all fronts’ and ‘Obama says country is moving down the right path,’ like this country is trapped in a constant Orwellian 1984 two minute hate propaganda session.

Europe is watching this fiasco and they are attempting to steer clear of America’s economic ship wreck. If the American economy is a ship according to president Obama’s metaphor, a ship being turned about slowly by his economic priorities, then Obama as made this ship the U.S.S. Titanic and Obama’s priorities are ice bergs that will finally end this ship’s journey.

President Obama’s European counterpart British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has been attempting to institution some of the same policies as President Obama is employing in America the only thing is Brown doesn’t have a rubber stamping Congress to do his bidding like Obama. In fact the British Parliament took PM Brown to task for the reckless way in which he has spent the people’s money.

(1) Anyone who believes that marriage is and has always been an institution uniting man and woman.

(2) Anyone who rejects the homosexual agenda which is to force aberrant and deviate sexual behavior on the society.

(3) Anyone who doesn’t kowtow to the political correct groupthink which accepts aberrant homosexual behavior as normal.

(4) Anyone who homosexuals are attempting to win an argument against.

(5) Anyone who stands in the way of homosexuals achieving their ultimate goal of establishing sexual deviancy as a normal way of life.

(6) Anyone who doesn’t think that any form of deviant sexual expression is a civil right.

(7) Anyone who expresses a contrary opinion to what homosexuals are attempting to achieve.

(8) Anyone who is brave enough to say that homosexuality is wrong.

(9) Anyone who doesn’t accept the fallacious legal arguments that homosexuality is a civil right.

Homophobe is the strongest pejorative that homosexuals can hurl at anyone that they wish to smear so Barney Frank should be under the same sanctions that anyone else would be under if they referred to him as a Faggot.

Barney Frank called Justice Antonio Scalia a homophobe because Justice Scalia is not intimated by the homosexual agenda, apparently, like his colleagues are.

Scalia dissented from the court's Lawrence v. Texas ruling in 2003 that struck down state laws banning consensual sodomy. Like most Conservatives Scalia has complained about judges, rather than elected officials, deciding questions of morality about which the Constitution is silent. Scalia was right! (see article)

Controversial topics like gay rights and abortion should not be in the hands of judges, Scalia has said, calling on people to persuade their legislatures or amend the Constitution.

In June 2003, the Supreme Court legalized homosexual conduct in all 50 states by it’s ruling in Lawrence v. Texas, the court insisted its ruling had nothing to do with gay marriage. ‘Baloney,’ Justice Scalia replied. Scalia was right!

In Lawrence v. Texas, Scalia wrote in dissent that the court’s decision “leaves on pretty shaky grounds state laws limiting marriage to opposite-sex couples. …Today’s opinion dismantles the structure of constitutional law that has permitted a distinction to be made between heterosexual and homosexual unions, insofar as formal recognition in marriage is concerned. …This case ‘does not involve’ the issue of homosexual marriage only if one entertains the belief that principle and logic have nothing to do with the decisions of this Court.”

Scalia foresaw the “judicial imposition of homosexual marriage” in the wake of Lawrence v. Texas.

By overturning Bowers v. Hardwick, the 1986 decision upholding the states’ rights to criminalize homosexual conduct, the court was making gay marriage all but inevitable, Scalia suggested.

He was right. Five months later, in November 2003, the highest court in Massachusetts ruled that laws barring gay marriage were unconstitutional. Earlier this year, California followed suit.

Dozens of states have passed constitutional amendments barring the recognition of same-sex marriage. But these laws will soon be tested. Justice Scalia was right! Because they didn’t understand the impact which their ruling would have on society it was the U.S. Supreme Court itself that has opened this door to homosexuals seeking the right to marry. You see a person like Justice Scalia messes up Frank's homosexual agenda. According to the Homosexual agenda the Courts are supposed to advance the homosexual agenda like the California Supreme Court did in 2008 when the state Supreme Court struck down proposition 22 the state law that defined marriage uniting man and woman.

Homosexuals didn’t count on the 6.3million homophobic voters in California supporting proposition 8 reestablishing what 4 out of 7 Justices on the California court wrongly ruled against, marriage as it had always been defined uniting man and woman.

Lastly, what Congressman Frank is doing by calling Justice Scalia a homophobe is tilling the ground for a possible Obama homosexual supporting Justice appointment to the Supreme Court.

Frank is also firing a shoot across the bow of the U.S. Supreme Court warning of upcoming suits challenging marriage. Frank is telling the other Justices don’t be like Justice Scalia, be good judges don’t be homophobic. Frank is doing this in the same manner which president Obama did it when Obama warned Congressional Republicans not to listen to Rush Limbaugh.

In general homosexuals are embolden by the Liberal agenda being unleashed on the United States by the Democrat controlled Congress and a Democrat President.

Congressman Frank feels so empowered that he believes that he can openly verbally assault a Supreme Court Justice with homosexual bigoted hate speech and suffer no repercussions from his bigoted and disrespectful behavior.

If Justice Scalia can not sue Frank for slander at the very least Frank should be censured by Congress for behavior unbefitting an elected official. If not the voters of Massachusetts should take responsibility for this disgrace of a Congressman and vote Frank out of office!
