The path to Democrat’s Health Care Agenda

Congressman John Conyers like his fellow Congressmen are having trouble with the Obama Health Care Reform Bill, H.R. 3200. The trouble Democrats are having is they can’t past this bill fast enough. The only problem is they met unexpected resistance within their own ranks.

Talk about cash for a clunker.H.R. 3200 is a clunker. It is a 1017page disaster that Democrats are throwing money at. Trillions of your tax dollars. This Health Care clunker was supposed to be passed before Congress took their August summer break by command of the president but it wasn’t passed. Democrats couldn’t get their super majority in the house to agree on the bill before the president’s deadline. So a vote will have to wait until after August when Congress returns from listening to the people back home.

Which by the way negates one of Rep.Conyers’ excuses for voting for a bill that he hasn’t read because two days are suddenly expanded to about a month which is plenty of time to read 1017pages but will he? Will Congress?


Not only are Senators and Congressmen having trouble reading the bill they are having troubles explaining themselves to their constituents back at home. Former Republican turned Democrat Sen. Arlen Specter brings Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius for support to a townhall meeting and attempts to explain Democrats talking point about the bill but citizens where having none of it. Later a Female constituent from the crowd says: "I see nothing about health, or about care." Apparently speak about the health care reform bill. Continuing she says, "Medicade is broke, Medicare is broke, and the government can't manage cash for clunkers" (see 1:43min video)



Oh boy! Senators and Congressmen aren’t the only ones having trouble with explanations about this Health Care bill. Barack Obama doesn’t seem to remember what he as said about his plans to eliminate private insurance which is in direct contradiction of his statements that if you like your insurance or if you like your doctor then you can keep them. Yeah I’d like to see a crowd rip into Obama next time he holds a townhall meeting to further misinform about Health Care, if he dares!

One can't help noticing that the more Obama talks about his health plan, the less the public supports it. Why? Because it’s 1017 pages of the Democrat political agenda that’s why!

Voters have connected the dots between the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and Obamacare. They have seen the meager results and huge deficits that the stimulus produced, and can't come up with a good reason to embark on yet another government shopping spree. For the public, the stimulus was bad economic medicine. Now Obama wants it to try another, unapproved experimental drug.

Stupid is as stupid does!

The fundamental fiction is that Obama has refused to release his “real” birth certificate. This is untrue. The document that Obama has made available is the document that Hawaiian authorities issue when they are asked for a birth certificate.

Speaking of stupid The Editors of the National Review Online piece “Born in the U.S.A. ” posted on 7/28/09 stupidly work against theirs and the interest of the United States of America . If these Editors where Black they would be Uncle Toms and if they consider themselves Conservatives they are traitors to the Conservative cause. (see article)

Why do I call them stupid? They discount a whole movement as foolishness when that movement rightly is asking Barack Hussein Obama to put an end to speculation that the first Black president of the United States of America got to be president by other than truthful and honorable means.

It’s really a very simple fix Barack! Show the original vaulted copy of your birth certificate something that every American has had to do at least a dozen times in their life time. Showing his original vaulted copy would prove that Obama is constitutionally eligible to hold the office of the presidency. Why is it necessary? well Obama has post this on his website, “Fight the Smears” as his birth Certificate (see site) and (here)

It has now been reported by Worldnetdaily that Ms. Eleanor Nordyke has come forward with copies of the original vaulted birth certificates issued to her for the births of her twin daughters born in Hawaii the day after Obama was purportedly birth there at the same hospital which he claims to be born in. Not the same as Obama’s is it? That’s the point! All that the people that the radical left and some so called Conservatives are casting aspersions on are asking for is that Obama show us this!

This ain’t the same coverage as Congress is getting

A lot has been said and promised concerning Health Care reform. Sen. Obama promised that under his plan you and I could get the same coverage that Congress is receiving. Let me repeat Barack Obama promised during his campaign that his Health Care Reform would mean that you and me would receive Congressional Health Care Coverage! Obama promised this in a speech on Sept 20, 2008 at Dayton Beach Florida at Bethune-Cookman University . (see transcript)

Now I’m totally used to Democrats saying one thing and then coming back later to either lie, modify or totally contradict their original statements. But I must admit that I’m totally stunned by Barack Hussein Obama’s and the media’s total omission and overlooking of Obama’s promise that you and me; Joe and Jane American would be afforded the same health care that Congress receives.

It’s true, so now that it’s established that Obama said that under his health care plan we would be able to get the same kind of coverage that members of Congress give themselves so why did Congress exempt themselves from coming under the Democrat proposed HealthCare Reform? That’s right Congress has totally exempted itself from the Health Care reform that they want to force on you and me!

Under the current draft of the Democrat healthcare legislation, members of Congress are curiously exempt from the government-run health care option, keeping their existing health plans and services on Capitol Hill.

You probably heard that Obama is going around attempting to sell his Health Care plan because it’s in trouble, right? His basic argument is the world will end if his plan isn’t enacted immediately. He even showed up at an AARP telephone townhall meeting recently. One caller named Robert asked, If health reforms “were so great,” why don’t members of Congress have to participate? Bingo!

That is the question! If Obama’s promised “Congressional health care” for all then why is he and Congress creating an elitist group and a common group of Health Care users.

Obama’s response was that in his mind he is offering Congressional Health Care for all. He should realty read the bill

Well I actually think that the Health Care exchange that people like Jeannine would be able to participant in would be very similar to the kind of program that we have for the federal health care employees.

But keep in mind this is something that I can’t emphasize enough, you don’t have to participant. You don’t… if you are happy with the health care that you’ve got then keep it. If you like your Doctor keep it. Nobody’s gonna go out there and say you’ve got to change your health care plan.

So this is not like Canada where suddenly we’re dismantling the system and everybody is signed up under some government program. All we’re doing is we’re saying if you already got health care the only thing that we’re going to do for you is reform the Insurance companies so that they can’t cheat you. And we are…if you don’t have health insurance we’re going to make it a little bit easier for you to obtain health care and hopefully overall we’re going to change the delivery systems so that we are saving money as a society over the long term.

So nobody’s being forced to go into the system and frankly the ah, if we do this right than all that we’re actually doing is giving the American people the same options that members of Congress have because they’ve got a pretty good deal right now. According to California Congresswoman Maxine Waters the blame for the Democrats’ failure to deliver Health Care Reform for president Obama lies squarely on the shoulders of Obama Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and the Democrats that he recruited to win 2006 Congressional races which gave Democrats their majorities in both the House and Senate. The fact is these Blue Dog Democrats are not Liberal enough for Maxine Waters or the rest of the Democrat leadership.

It’s About Reverse-Racism Stupid

This incident, however, was not about civil rights nor was it about racial profiling of a Black man.

What this incident typifies is elitism and arrogance. A noted Black scholar and professor at Harvard thought that he was above cooperating with the police and turned what should have been a simple police call about a mistaken break in into a racial incident.

Cold Beer and Prejudice at the White House so much for baseball apple pie and Chevrolet. Hey, Chevrolet is still an American made car under the Obama administration isn’t it?

Oh well any ways, it’s quite an occasion and a teachable moment when the president of Racism pals up with his Black scholar professor friend and play the race card on Cambridge police officer Sgt. James Crowley. Without knowing all of the facts Barack Obama called Sgt. Crowley’s actions stupid referring to the arrest of professor Gates.

Crowley was responding to a 9-1-1 call of a possible break in and entry. He was just doing his duty trying to protect Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. from a reported breaking in at Gates’ address.

Sgt. James Crowley is a police instructor who instructs his fellow police officers on the subject of racial profiling. Sgt Crowley is not the stereotypical redneck prejudge White police officer looking to mistreat Black men in America. You know like the type that Professor Gates and Mr. Obama obviously know so much about. Following president Obama’s statement on the issue (see 3:24 min video) .



Taking the president’s lead on the incident the “Obama news media” weaves a mythical narrative of civil rights violation and racial profiling, Katie Couric reports (see 2:18min video)

It was originally reported that the 9-1-1 call noted that there were two black men attempting to break into the house. This was obviously made up to establish racial motivation for Sgt. Crowley’s actions but a review of the 9-1-1 call proves that race was not a factor in the call or in Sgt. Crowley’s initial contact with Professor Gates race only became a factor when professor Gates injected it into the situation (see video 2:45mins)



Indeed Professor Gates turned a reported break in into a racial incident and president Obama turned the elitism and arrogance of a Harvard professor into a racial firestorm.

Stupidity uh yes! But not in the instance of the Cambridge police. If this is a teachable moment then here are the lessons that I learned. No matter who you are or how accomplished you might be it is always best that you cooperate with a police officer when stopped and questioned.

Second if you are the president of the United States of America commenting on any subject without all of the facts is definitely political suicide and a career ender to boot.

Last if you’ve established yourself as a world-wide apologizer then don’t stop short when you’ve make an obvious inappropriate statement about Americans on the Cambridge police force and an individual American Sgt. James Crowley, here's some advice, just apologize stupid!

Usually Cold beer and stupidity just doesn’t mix well, but Barack Obama feels that he can make it work on Thursday. So let’s all hope that Sgt Crowley, the only one who didn’t do anything stupid in this Obama/Gates made racial blow-up, will keep his cool head when he is surrounded by overt ‘60s Racists radicals who obviously are still fighting The White man. Obama’s Original Birth Certificate has been Destroyed

Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate no longer exists! It was destroyed in 2001 when Hawaii went paperless. This startling revelation was reported by Joseph Farah, founder, editor and CEO of Worldnetdaily.com in his article questioning whether or not the story regarding Obama’s eligibility is still relevant.

Farah reports that CNN researchers contacted the Hawaii Public Health Department about the missing long-form birth certificate and they were told that the original no longer exists. According to Farah Hawaiian authorities’ story to CNN was that it was destroyed in 2001 when Hawaii went paperless. (see story)

If this is true then Hawaii Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino lied when she claimed in October 2008 that she personally inspect the original birth certificate. Not to mention that the Annenberg organization Factcheck.org also lied when it claimed as early as August 2008 that their staffers had seen, touched , examined and photographed the original birth certificate. Neither of these incidents could be true if the Hawaii Public Health Department is now saying that the original birth certificate was destroyed in 2001. (see Fukino’s statement below):

The Annenberg Foundation is a Chicago based organization with connections to Obama and that supports Obama. They also employed Obama at one time. Here they argue against those who say Obama's birth certificate is a fraud. (See Annenberg’s statement on their facts check page below):

This development does not help Obama rather it hurts him. If the document that was reportedly under lock and key and has been the center of the most intense scrutiny all of this time is reported suspiciously destroyed and this is the same document that several individual sources said that they saw in 2008 while it was yet under lock and key Barack Hussein Obama has a problem if now it is reported destroyed in 2001.

The fact is Barack Obama can not prove that he meets the constitutional requirement that he is a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America.

So therefore he is deemed ineligible to serve and act as President of the United States of America and to the extent that he is not removed from office by impeachment during his first term there is no possible chance that he will be reelected if he attempted to seek a second term.

Sen. McConnell’s statement comes at the same time that the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office issues a second warning regarding the Obama Health Care Reform. The President is touting his Reform as a fix for health care and a cost saving measure. Not so says the CBO, they say that the bill actually saves no money over 10 years.

On Health Care: Just Read the Damn Bill Stupid

During the call, a blogger from Maine said he kept running into an Investors Business Daily article that claimed Section 102 of the House health legislation would outlaw private insurance.

He asked: "Is this true? Will people be able to keep their insurance and will insurers be able to write new policies even though H.R. 3200 is passed?" President Obama replied: "You know, I have to say that I am not familiar with the provision you are talking about."—Heritage Foundation

Not familiar with the provision that he’s talking about? Are you familiar with any provision in the 1,018 page bill Mr. Obama? Forget all the speechifying Mr. Obama just answer one small insignificant question, have you even read the Health Care bill?

This question is important Mr. Obama because you keep promising that if we don't like your overhaul of the health care system, no worries we just keep the coverage that we have but there is just one small problem on page 16 in the bill it says that ain’t so!

According to Investor’s Business Daily; On Page 16 is a provision making individual private medical insurance illegal. The provision would indeed outlaw individual private coverage. Under the Orwellian header of "Protecting The Choice To Keep Current Coverage," the "Limitation On New Enrollment" section of the bill clearly states: (see full bill)

"Except as provided in this paragraph, the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day" of the year the legislation becomes law.

So we can all keep our coverage, just as promised — with, of course, exceptions: Those who currently have private individual coverage won't be able to change it. Nor will those who leave a company to work for themselves be free to buy individual plans from private carriers.

From the beginning, opponents of the public option plan have warned that if the government gets into the business of offering subsidized health insurance coverage, the private insurance market will wither. Drawn by a public option that will be 30% to 40% cheaper than their current premiums because taxpayers will be funding it, employers will gladly scrap their private plans and go with Washington's coverage.

The nonpartisan Lewin Group estimated in April that 120 million or more Americans could lose their group coverage at work and end up in such a program. That would leave private carriers with 50 million or fewer customers. This could cause the market to, as Lewin Vice President John Sheils put it, "fizzle out altogether."

What wasn't known until now is that the bill itself will kill the market for private individual coverage by not letting any new policies be written after the public option becomes law. (see source)

Then there was that needy health care news thingy that Obama did earlier this week. Did you watch it? (yawn!) Well according to FactCheck.org Obama lied all the way through the conference to sell his health care reform to Democrats!

That’s right Republicans don’t have the numbers to stop this train wreck (voters made certain of that last November) so the only reason that Health Care reform is held up and won't meet Obama's deadline is because Obama doesn’t have enough Democrat votes to pass it. Believe me this thing is soooo bad that even Democrats are balking at the chance to blow another trillion dollars of tax payers money just for the giggles.

Oh and the other reason that Democrats are holding this bill up is since no Congressman, Senator or the President has read it they’ve heard that some of you did read it and you have discovered pages like page 16 and other matters of embarrassment for Democrats so they’re running for cover.

The lesson learned from Obama’s health care and his hope and change? No matter how much one hopes the more things change the more they remain the same!

And please Congressmen and Senators, since you aren't going to pass Health Care reform before your summer break like Mr. Obama requested. Why don’t you guys and girls do a little light reading before you return from vacation and I'm not suggesting Nancy Drew novels either!

Why Obama’s Birth Certificate Matters

They are called birthers a term which is meant to be derisive. A birther is anyone who demands that Barack Hussein Obama cease stonewalling on the issue of his birth certificate and release the original vaulted certificate so that his citizenship can be confirmed. Don’t worry the Revolutionaries of our country’s birth were called insurrectionist by the British government so birthers are in good company.

I reject the term birther. People who are attempting to protect the Constitution and seek truth should be honored as patriots. People who oppose them are the crackpots because they work against theirs and their country’s own interest whether they know it or not. Therefore I will honor what they derisively call birthers I will call Truthers! (see 3min. video)



To date Obama has spent over one million dollars to conceal his birth certificate and other records that would verify whether or not he is constitutionally qualified to hold the office of President of the United States of America. He has used government resources to protect the fact that he may be ineligible to be president and he is using the blindness of his supporters to shield himself from truth and reality.

According to the Constitution only someone who is a natural born citizen of the United States is eligible to be president of the United States of America. All that Obama would have to do to end all of the speculation regarding his birth would be to release his original certificate and put the so-called birthers to shame but he hasn’t and he won’t.

So why are Truthers who are attempting to defend the constitution and who are seeking truth about a possible violation of everything that America stands for being treated with such disdain by people who considers themselves fair-minded? Two word answer; Ignorance and Partisanship!

Why? Because there is an obvious disconnect with truth, right and wrong and the rule of law in America. People for the most part are ignorant of the common virtues of truth, right, and lawfulness.

The reason that Barack Obama’s birth certificate matters is for all of the above. Truth means something, right means something, the rule of law means something and the Constitution means something. If any of the just mentioned are meaningless concepts then there is no social order, no civilization, no United States of America.

Presently no one has seen Obama’s original birth certificate so for anyone to look down on anyone else asking to see his birth certificate is engaged in an act of arrogance ten times to the ridiculous.

The total arrogance that one must have to call someone a birther (like you’ve seen some proof of Obama’s birth) stems from psychotic and fringe behavior of maladjusted social engineered lemmings that feeble-mindedly follow along with the piped-pipe of the corrupt Democrat Party. Rather than questioning the illegitimate authority of a usurper and his ACORN coup d'état takeover of the United States of America you call truth seekers, birthers or kooks when you yourselves are the kooks.

The bottom line is it is wrong for someone, to be President when he knew before he ran that he was not constitutionally qualified. It is wrong for anyone to aid him and defend him whether or not they know he is qualified. If one knew that this is a question (and everyone does Obama mentions it himself) then it is your duty as an American citizen to ask Barack Hussein Obama for proof of his Constitutional eligibility to hold office.

If he refuses to show you his eligibility or he can’t then it is your duty to demand that all of the legal authority of the United States of America is brought to bear on Obama and everyone who transgressed this nation’s laws in order to gain illegitimate power thus making our country an illegitimate power.

Obama birth certificate matters because this is a nation of laws and as long as he remain president without valid proof that he is complying with the laws of this nation he make this a lawless nation.

Obama birth certificate matters because holding the office of the presidency hostage while there is this legitimate question concerning his constitutional eligibility, again, makes America an illegitimate power.

There are those who say that this is not the right time to question Obama’s legitimacy or that this will come to nothing. I strongly disagree.

If there is an appearance of lawlessness from the top of our political structure there will be the seduction to be lawless throughout the country. Every judge, every law enforcement office will be questioned, “Why prosecute me when you allow a usurper to be president?”

Finally the truth will eventually come to light and when it does where will you stand? Will you be one who defended constitutional anarchists whose intent was to destroy America’s constitution? Will you be one who lamely laments that you didn’t know about this issue when you should have?

The very Constitution is at stake. The very Country is at stake. What that means is the freedom that you and I have come to expect and enjoy is at stake. Already you are being taxed more and more, already your rights are being eliminated, already the state is intruding where the state has never intruded in the whole history of this nation.

Just think if it is this easy for someone to misrepresent himself and take control of this country and Americans are too confused or too weak to demand what is right and what is true then America is not great or smart or any of the things we used to be.

For America’s sake, for the founding fathers sake, for your children’s sake you need to see proof that the man who is representing himself as the president of the United States of America is eligible to do so. If he is not you have the constitutional authority to demand that he and his cabinet and his czars and his vice president vacate office. That is your right.

And everyone from the Supreme Court, District Courts, and the United States Congress that aided and betted in this treasonous presidency must be tried by the full force of the law and that full force of that law must be brought against them.

Barack Hussein Obama’s birth certificate is important because every time he is referred to as president Obama that is an injurious lie against America. And every time he acts in the capacity of that office that is a crime against Americans.

There is no more important issue in America today than to know whether or not Democrats conspired to seat a constitutionally ineligible person in the office of the president. If Democrats committed this gross crime against America the Democrat Party should be legally disbanded.

This matter will not go away and it should not go away. This is the most important constitutional question to ever face America.

Can an illegitimate person steal the presidency of the United States of America? Yes he Can! When Obama’s birth certificate comes to light (and it will) you will know just how far America has fallen. That is why Obama’s birth certificate matters.

Obama refusal to show proof will have grave consequences for our military as well as for our political standing in the world. (it already has soldiers are questioning Obama’s authority to send them to Afghanistan)

If Obama cared for this country he would put the questions to rest and show that he is a natural born citizen of the United States of America as the constitution requires.

If he doesn’t care about America, only his power he will let the question blister and fester like a nasty puss filled boil on the face of America, only to bust at the most inconvenient time.

Brooks frets Dems Ultra-Liberal Agenda

David Brooks’ “Liberal Suicide March” is Liberal self flagellation with a wet noodle.

Why is it that Liberal can never critique or criticize themselves without first blaming Bush or the Republicans? Liberals are like children who get in trouble and quickly point out, “Well Johnny did it too!” Johnny being your play-friend whom you relish throwing under the bus because you just got caught doing something wrong.

It would be nice for once to hear a Liberal say, “Hey we stink and our stink has nothing to do with Bush or any other person or persons stink!” (That’ll be the day!)

So when Brooks finally makes his point which is Democrats have lost touch with America he still seems uncomfortable making his laundry list of Democrat mistakes and missteps: (see story)

• The party is led by insular liberals from big cities and the coasts, who neither understand nor sympathize with moderates.
• They have their own cherry-picking pollsters,
• They have their own media and activist cocoon
• They have their own plans to lavishly spend borrowed money to buy votes

Hey David what you’ve just described is Liberals working the Liberal agenda! Brooks painfully notes that hiding the Liberal agenda behind the popularity of Barack Hussein Obama is simply not working now. Liberals like Brooks are discovering that even Obama doesn’t cast a large enough shadow to hide Liberal unpopular ideology

Approval of Obama’s handling of health care, for example, has slid from 57 percent to 49 percent since April. Disapproval has risen from 29 percent to 44 percent. As recently as June, voters earning more than $50,000 preferred Obama to the Republicans on health care by a 21-point margin. Now those voters are evenly split.—David Brooks

In plan English Brooks is complaining that radical Liberals have taking over the Democrat Party and as a consequence they are forcing their agenda on the American people. Government bailouts, Cap and Trade, Comprehensive Health Care, Government take over of private business, escalation of both wars and record historical spending & taxation, which apparently wouldn’t be a problem with Brooks if the American people sat still for this force feeding of Liberal pabulum, but since the polls show that the American people are spitting the Democrat agenda back in the faces of Obama and Liberals Brooks sounds his cautionary note.

Brooks’ concern is plain. He wants Democrats to hold on to power without making the same mistakes that Republicans made.
Please hear me when I say this Mr. Brooks, and also all of you who consider yourselves moderate or Liberal. What you are seeing put in place by Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrat Party is in fact the Democrat agenda, there is no hiding from that fact and if you don’t like it then maybe you should reconsider your political loyalties.

If on the other hand you just don’t like the fact that the American people aren’t accepting of the full out socialist coup that Obama and Democrats are introducing into this country you will be one of the ones we seek out to pay for the damage to our country once we regain control from your Democrat Socialist Party and your Fascist leaders Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Schumer, Kennedy et. al.

Serving up the CIA

Nancy Pelosi didn't have anymore to say about the CIA but her minions do!

She failed to bring down the Bush presidency though she and her Democrat cohorts did destroy the Republican Party which deeply impacted the 2008 presidential elections.

Now she’s actually put a hit on the CIA. That’s right she has them in her sights. She and the Democrats intend to do the same to the CIA as they did to the Republican Party and when they’re done the CIA will be every bit the Democrat lap dogs that the Republican Party has become.

Oh there are some pockets of resistance within the Republican Party but for the most part Republicans have been made mini-me Democrats from issues ranging from not opposing the first openly radical Racist Sexist Supreme Court nominee, Sonia Sotomayor to supporting the Democrat $700Billion dollar bailout plan and don’t forget the Democrat’s $787Billion Dollar Stimulus bill (that didn’t stimulate). Some Republicans are “going along to get along” with Democrats who have virtually defanged Republicans of any real fighting leadership like the Democrats have.

Now there’s this $1.6Trillion dollar Health care bill that no centrist Democrats and no Republicans should ever support in their right minds but under the threat of a Democrat beatdown both opposing Democrats and Republicans are being forced to support legislation that they and everyone else knows is not good for the country.

Among centrist Democrats targeted by the advertisement, Sens. Blanche Lincoln (D-Ark.), Byron Dorgan (D-N.D.), Kent Conrad (D-N.D.), Mary Landrieu (D-La.) and Ben Nelson (D-Neb.) have voiced concern over the program's cost.

Meanwhile, though Republicans have not embraced Democratic initiatives, the DNC is also aiming ads at three Republican senators. Sens. Susan Collins (Maine), Olympia Snowe (Maine) and George Voinovich (Ohio) are in Democrats' sights.—Reid Wilson

On top of all of this drama Nancy Pelosi has called out the CIA. Earlier this May she accused the CIA of lying about what she knew about waterboarding and when she knew it and as a result Pelosi has suffered for it in the polls. But now Pelosi is attempting to regain her standing with the American people and has put a Democrat hit on the CIA. (see story) and here and here

In plain English that means: Nothing happened -- there never were any Jason Bournes -- and no one informed the intelligence committees about it.

Subsequent stories elsewhere reported that the program never got off the ground. CIA Director George Tenet killed the program in 2004. We already know that Democrats will go to the lengths to oppose leadership that they don’t agree with from outright attempting to lose a war to sabotaging an opposing sitting president. Finally, since Democrats have breeched the integrity of the CIA for their Party’s political ends it will be interesting to see which other agencies must be tarnished so that Democrats can continue to look good to the public eye and remain in power are the FBI or Homeland Security next?

Captured Soldier pleas with Obama to end the war

There are no Cindy Sheehans protesting the Obama administration, there are no “Obama lied and troops died” chants, and there are no media echo chamber coverage on the negative aspects of the Iraqi and Afghanistan wars since Obama has been president but that isn’t because Barack Obama kept his campaign promise to end the war.

No Obama did not keep his promise to end the war, Obama didn’t even keep his promise not to send troops into war without the proper equipment. What he has done instead is escalate the war and send troop into Afghanistan without the proper equipment but did CNN report it? No! (see source)

Obama has ordered 17,000 troops into Afghanistan and there have been 207 deaths of Americans since Obama has been president but has the media reported that? (see source) and (here)

Democrats’ health care plan will put the American economy in such a deep hole that we will literally be able to see China. According to Vice President Joe Biden America is going bankrupt and the only way to stop it is to spend more money, like spending over a trillion dollars on Barack Obama’s and the Democrats health care reform. Well that cockamamie idea makes as much sense as digging a hole from the USA through the earth’s molten core all the way to China. Yet Obama and the Democrats are selling their so-called health care reform as mandatory to preventing a coming fiscal apocalypse just like Al Gore sold Global warming in 2000. (Hey shouldn’t we all be dead by Gore’s calculations?)

Same thing with Obama he told America if we didn’t just sit back and watch the Democrat controlled Congress allocation $787billion dollars in stimulus money for Democrat pork spending then the whole US economy would melt down, vaporize or both (up until now only about 6% of the emergency stimulus money has been spent just as Democrats planned from the beginning). So Democrats passed the stimulus bill and are sitting on the bulk of the money to help them win reelection in 2010 and 2012. Aren’t Democrats just wonderful Stewards over our nation!

And also this, the organization Americans for Tax Reform reports that the Democrat health care bill is laden with usurious taxes across the board meaning that Obama’s promise not to raise taxes on the middle class was just a lie.

A draft of the House Democrat health care bill is out, and it's been leaked to ATR staff. There are several major tax increases in here, most of which violate the Taxpayer Protection Pledge. They include:

• a tax on individuals failing to sign up for health care equal to the lesser of 2.5% of adjusted gross income (AGI) or the average individual premium amount
• a tax on employers for not providing a health care plan equal to 8% of payroll. This becomes 0, 4, or 6 percent of payroll as payday totals dip below $400,000 annually
• a new and undetermined excise tax on health insurance plans
• codification of the "economic substance doctrine," whereby businesses would not be able to engage in legal tax avoidance techniques without demonstrating a bona fide business purpose
• delay of worldwide interest allocation, a baby step toward the full double-taxation of corporate profits earned overseas
• the big one--a new "surtax" on the AGI of small businesses and other high income earners. Here's the details:

1% on AGI of $350,000 to $500,000
1.5% on AGI of $500,000 to $1,000,000
5.4% on AGI of over $1,000,000
Those brackets are 50% if you're Married Filing Separately, and 80% if you're Single or Head of Household

This will result in a top rate of 45%, and a capital gains rate of over 25%. It's more than that when you factor in that this surtax is not on taxable income, but on adjusted gross income. Factoring that plus state income tax in means that the top rate will exceed 50%, and the capital gains rate will exceed 30%. (source)

Democrats are determined to dig a hole to China literally. If this health care reform is passed Democrats will have dug a fiscal hole in our economy so deep that we would literally be depending on China (a nation that already holds too much of our debt) to hold even a larger stake in America as we borrow money to help defray the cost of socializing America’s health care system.

Obama’s health care reform is too costly and layered in too much bureaucracy both things are ingredients for fraud, waste and poor government health care,none of which will keep Democrats from enacting it but I thought the American people ought to know.

Sotomayor told the stupid White men and women of the Senate Judicial Committee that she was simply agreeing with Ginsburg and O’Connor which is not only untrue but it is revisionist. What Sotomayor was actually doing was refuting O’Connor. Where O’Connor stated that male and female judges would reach the same conclusions when deciding cases, Sotomayor said No a wise Latina would conclude cases differently and better than a White male.

One can only conclude that the way that White Democrat males, females, and some Republicans are fawning over Sotomayor to defend her racist statements and her new revisions of those statements perhaps she is absolutely correct Latinas are smarter than White men.

At least smarter that the White men and women in the Senate confirmation hearings. And it has became painfully obvious that Sotomayor thinks we’re all stupid and she can just talk pass the fact that she made several racist comments to several different groups. Comments quite frankly that would have stopped a White men’s nomination to the Supreme Court cold in its tracks

Sotomayor just may be the wisest Latina in the room in the Judicial confirmation hearings but considering who is there with her that’s really not a complement and considering the committee that’s not saying much.

If Barack Hussein Obama is able to hang on to the presidency for one term in spite of his radical left wing social agenda, his out of control spending, his mismanagement of the U.S. economy, his political motivated plan to legalize 20million illegal aliens or his blatant disregard for the United States and it’s Constitution one thing that he won’t be able to do is seek a second term without showing proof that he is eligible to be president of the United States of America.

Obama like no other candidate or president before him attained the office of president with Americans knowing next to nothing about him. We don’t know if he is a constitutionally mandated natural born citizen, we don’t know where he was born and we have not seen his college records or any pertain information that would verify who he is.

The only reasons that Obama was able to become president is one, he ran against feckless opponents that were afraid to raise the issue of his eligibility during the elections and two, he was aided by the Mainstream press. Neither the media nor Obama’s opponents cared enough about the constitution to attempt to protect it against a fraudulent candidate therefore not any of them should feel that they will be supported by the American people.


This time because so many Americans are aware of the fact that there are questions regarding Obama’s eligibility he will not be given a free pass this time. (see 2:28min video)




Any opposing candidate that fails to make the issue of Obama eligibility the primary focus of the election will not have the backing of the American people and will not win.

The American people want to know why Obama would spend over 1million dollars in legal cost to prevent them from knowing the truth about his birth place. We want to know why a president would allow speculation about his birth to remain in question even one second during his presidency when he could dismiss the nagging questions about his birth once and for all by showing the lone form of his birth certificate. That courageous act will also be the end of the Democrat Party masquerading as if Obama is a legitimate President and it will also end the Democrat Party’s masquerading as if they didn’t know that they put forth an illegitimate candidate from the beginning thus showing irrefutably that Democrats care nothing for our constitution, our rule of law, the American People or the good of our Country.

Obama’s whole presidency is contingent on the ignorance of the American people. He has gambled on the fact that he could serve as president while Americans be kept in the dark about his legitimacy to be president. Obama is betting that the American people will simply not care that he is not a constitutional natural born citizen. Obama is also betting that Americans are so ignorantly placid that we will not demand to see proof of his birth and other records pertaining to his citizenship. And upon seeing that he is not constitutionally eligible, Obama is betting that the American people just won’t care or are too weak in their resolve to oust him from the presidency.

The White House, despite repeated requests from WND last week, failed to provide any details on President Obama's birth, including the name of the attending physician.

It also ignored a request that it release Obama's long-form birth certificate or to obtain from the president the required permission for official medical records on his birth to be released by the hospitals and government agencies that may possess such information.-- Jerome R. Corsi

If Obama is able to serve as president without proving that he is a natural born citizen he would have shredded the constitution much worst than anything that former president Bush was accused of doing when the far left Liberal radicals attacked Bush for wiretapping saying that the practice was shredding the constitution. Obama is signing Presidential Orders, signing Congressional bills into law, sending troops into harms way into Afghanistan where soldiers and Marines are dying, nominating to the Supreme Court and attempting to pass Global warming and Health care laws.

If Obama is illegitimate, and all indications are that he is, nothing that he does as an illegitimate president is valid and all of it will have to be repealed and it should be!

The whole stimulus program has been a fraud from the start, promising millions of jobs and delivering few, and playing on Americans' fears to get the stimulus passed right away, because we simply couldn't wait. So far, only 6% of the total has been spent. The "emergency" was a sham.

This may be why 45% of taxpayers in a June 10 Rasmussen Poll said they'd halt stimulus spending now vs. just 36% who want it continued. They know it's not stimulus at all. Its waste, fraud and abuse on a grand scale — almost as if it was planned that way.-- Investor's Business Daily

That’s what Democrats are, irresponsible. Where are the jobs? The only thing that will really recover this economy is jobs. If you remember the Obama administration and a Democrat controlled Congress rushed through a $787billion dollar pork filled emergency stimulus package while everyone (except the Democrats) knew that spending money on Democrat pet projects and expanding government was not going to stimulate the economy.

"They promised unemployment would not rise above 8 percent if their trillion-dollar stimulus was passed.

"But our nation has lost nearly 3 million jobs this year. Unemployment has soared above 9 percent. And now the president admits that unemployment will soon reach double digits.

• A turtle crossing in northern Florida, at a cost of $3.4 million, to a guardrail near a man-made lake that no longer contains any water, with a price tag of $1.1 million.
• $1 billion for the FutureGen power project in Illinois, called the biggest earmark ever. And no one is sure it will even work.
• $800,000 to pave a runway at John Murtha Airport — dubbed the Airport for Nobody because it's rarely used.
• Money from stimulus funds for 10,000 dead people.
• A report by Deloitte Touche last week said that about $500 billion of the $787 billion in stimulus will be spent through the "traditional (government) procurement network." Using past performance as a gauge, Deloitte Touche predicted as much as $50 billion will end up being fraudulently spent — or 10% of the total. (see source)

Knowing that this economy needed jobs Obama and Democrats disregarded the middle class and they disregarded the economy and did what they wanted to do, they spent tax payer money on partisan Democrat projects. And now there’s talk about a second stimulus?

This is proof that the first rushed Obama stimulus didn’t work and proof that Democrats in the face of worst economic down turn since the great depression put their partisan politics before the well being of the United States of America.

That was totally irresponsible! And try as they may, they can’t blame Bush either!
