Harold Koh:Hostilities is an ambiguous term of art

Facing the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, legal adviser Harold Hongju Koh laid out a flurry of legal arguments to justify the [war in Libya.]

When is an illegally waged war really not a war at all? When president Barry Hussein Soetoro redefines reality and preposterously attempts to suggest that bombing Libya and attempting to assassinate Moammar Gadhafi are not hostile war actions.

Jeh C. Johnson, the Pentagon general counsel, and Caroline D. Krass, the acting head of the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel, told the White House that they believed that the United States military’s activities in the NATO-led air war amounted to “hostilities.” Under the War Powers Resolution, according to the New York Times

The president rejected his top legal advisor’s counsel and selected opinions of known Democrat partisans working in his administration the White House counsel, Robert Bauer, and the State Department legal adviser, Harold H. Koh.

Harold Hoh a former professor of international law and dean of the Yale Law School is a Radical Left-wing Liberal. Hoh argued before Congress the ambiguous stance that the hostiles in Libya were not hostiles at all. Hoh’s argument stated that the word hostility has not been legally defined therefore the word hostilities is an “ambiguous term of art.” Huh? (see story)

No wonder American courts are a wreck, this kind of nonsensical argument is made in courts all of the time and Liberal judges are prone to agree with such dribble. In both the Iraq and the Afghanistan wars president George W. Bush sought and received authorization from Congress before one bullet was fired or one bomb was dropped in either war in accordance with the war powers resolution. Even so, Liberals called the wars, which Congress approved illegal.

SEC. 2. (a) It is the purpose of this joint resolution to fulfill the intent of the framers of the Constitution of the United States and insure that the collective judgment of both the Congress and the President will apply to the introduction of United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, and to the continued use of such forces in hostilities or in such situations.-- Joint Resolution, Concerning the War Powers of Congress and the President.

It is absolutely astonishing that this president according to Liberal blogger Andrew Sullivan is conducting two illegal wars, Libya and Yemen, with no outcry from the left. In fact the silent hypocrisy of the Left is deafening (see source)

War Powers Resolution

Bob Corker (R-Tenn.). “You’ve done a great disservice to our country.”--Sen. Corker reply to Harold Koh's argument that the president doesn't have to get congressional approval.

What is so amazing is the Soetoro administration is arguing simultaneously that they do not need Congressional approval to wage war in Libya but Congress should give them authority to do so anyways.

Why this president would waste time making this outrageous argument is beyond reason. He could have ask Congress for authority to wage war against Libya and been compliant within the law.

Mind you, this is the same administration that just forced Americans to buy government-mandated healthcare, which has been ruled, unconstitutional in several federal courts.
This administration rather play legal gymnastics with words and meaning rather than comply with the constitution and the rule of law. However, if Americans, that don’t receive one of the over 2,000 waivers, don't comply with government-mandated healthcare there is written in the law heavy fines and even jail.

The hypocrisy of the Barry Hussein Soetoro presidency and administration is amazing. For this president hostility against the constitution and the American people is an unambiguous term of art.

Obama in violation of FEC laws again?

One would think that a former Constitutional senior lecturer of the University of Chicago law school, president Barry Hussein Soetoro, would know better than to violate Federal Election Commission laws in his reelection bid.

Yet here he is using the White house to promote a campaign event that is sponsored by his reelection committee, Obama for America 2012. (see 30sec. video)



As we can clearly see from the different landmarks in the room, the lamp for example, the room that the president is campaigning in is the same room in the White house that he gives his Weekly Addresses. (see pictures following)

In a very recent complaint filed before the F.E.C. the Ohio Democrat Party alleged that Josh Mandel and elected public official used resources of his state campaign and the resources of his state office to support his run for the U.S. Senate.

Complainant files this complaint under 2 U.S. C. §437g (a)(1) against Josh Mandel, Citizens for Josh Mandel, and Steven R. Cuckler, treasurer (“Respondents”). For apparent violations of the Federal Election Campaign Act (“FECA” or the “Act”). Several months ago, Mandel ran and was elected State Treasurer of Ohio. It now seems, however, that Mandel is using the resources of his state campaign and the resources of his state office to support a new run for the U.S. Senate. Federal law clearly prohibits this kind of conversion of state campaign and official resources, and the Federal Election Commission (“FEC”) should immediately open an investigation to determine the full scope of Mandel’s questionable practices. The president seems to have engaged in the very same violation that Josh Mandel is accused of by using the White house for his 2012 reelection bid.

However, this is not the first time that president Barry Hussein Soetoro has violated election law. In the 2010 midterm, Elections President Soetoro and Senator Patty Murray broke Washington state election laws by campaigning on the state funded University of Washington college campus.

Patty Murray's 2010 Midterm Elections campaign received scrutiny for violations of state and federal law, after a WorkSource employee used government resources to organize support for Murray’s campaign. Senator Patty Murray’s re-election campaign met with the state worker with the purpose of asking for campaign work to be done using state resources.[10] Using taxpayer money, WorkSource employee Sally Garcia asked veterans to contact Kerala Hise, either by telephone or at a pattymurray.com address, to get involved in a ”walk and knock" to remind people to vote for Murray’s re-election.[11]
President Obama and Patty Murray broke Washington state laws by campaigning on the state funded University of Washington college campus.[12] According to RCW 42.17.130, Use of public office or agency facilities in campaigns — Prohibition — Exceptions, "No elective official nor any employee of his [or her] office nor any person appointed to or employed by any public office or agency may use or authorize the use of any of the facilities of a public office or agency, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of assisting a campaign for election of any person to any office or for the promotion of or opposition to any ballot proposition." According to RCW 42.52.180, Use of public resources for political campaigns, "No state officer or state employee may use or authorize the use of facilities of an agency, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of assisting a campaign for election of a person to an office or for the promotion of or opposition to a ballot proposition. Knowing acquiescence by a person with authority to direct, control, or influence the actions of the state officer or state employee using public resources in violation of this section constitutes a violation of this section." As the president and the vice president would say, this is a really “big deal.” This president is presently conducting two illegal wars, Libya and Yemen without fulfilling the constitutional requirement to get Congressional authority, something that George W. Bush did prior to engaging in Iraq and Afghanistan.

With this apparent violation of the F.E.C., the president seems to be signaling that he doesn’t intend to play by the rules anytime soon.

All things considered, there is emerging a continued pattern of lawlessness from this White house. If the video is proven authentic and if the president is found to be violation of F.E.C. regulations he should be made to suffer the penalties and fines afforded for such violators.

If the president isn’t made to obey the law in this matter, I’m afraid sometime in the near future we will see once again the New Black Panthers and ACORN helping in the reelection effort of President Soetoro.

CBO: We don't estimate speeches

The country is facing a fiscal disaster greatly exacerbated by the policies of the Obama administration and congressional Democrats, but so far the president has refused to acknowledge the problem or act to alleviate it. He has been struggling to avoid making tough choices, hoping instead to paper over our troubles with words and so distract voters from the need for action. -- YUVAL LEVIN

He is a speech-giving machine. Just point him in the direction of the nearest teleprompter and podium and he will perform as if he were playing the classical Canon in D on piano or Pachelbel.

So imagine my surprise when Congressional Budget Office (CBO) director Douglas Elmendorf whose job is to give factual analysis on U.S. fiscal policy and government budget matters, was asked about the president’s budget which he proposed in February of this year and a subsequent speech he made in April outlining the president’s goals and policies. Mr. Elmendorf response was, “We don’t estimate speeches.” (see story)

The Democratic Senate has not proposed a budget in either of the last two years. In February, President Obama offered a budget that would actually increase the deficit. Then in a speech in April, he essentially retracted it, and offered in its place a vague and incoherent series of policy goals that left Democrats with no particular agenda. On June 23, at a hearing of the Budget Committee, CBO director Douglas Elmendorf was asked what his agency made of the proposals in that presidential address. “We don’t estimate speeches,” he said. “We need much more specificity than was provided in that speech.”

But Mr. Elmendorf words are important. Our president has told us so. He and his Democrat colleagues spend a great amount of time speaking to the American people about things like “hope and change” and how everything that is wrong in America is Bush’s fault.

So why can’t you take the president’s April speech and tell us if what he’s proposing is going to actually reduce the deficit? Oh that’s right what the president said was just words and you need specific data on which to base any estimates.

All of which reminds me of what Hillary Clinton said about president Soetoro in the 2008 campaign. Ms. Clinton told us all that Barry Hussein Soetoro would not be a leader. According to Mrs. Clinton Barry Soetoro is a speechmaker and very little else. (see :23sec video)

The word is the president is now going to join in the budget talks. My hope is that talks turn into some actionable debt and deficit reduction policies. If they don’t the president is in jeopardy of losing any credibility that his words many have ever had.

Why I’m not a Democrat

I came across a video that may have intended to have the opposite affect yet what it did was bring clarity to the stark differences between the Right and the Left. Though obviously intend as a propaganda piece it exposes the blatant inanity of Democrats and the Democrat Party.

College Democrats of America or CDA really cemented in my mind why I am not a Democrat. Listening to pimply faced college students in cult like fashion regurgitate the gruel of Liberal dogma made me sick to my stomach.

To think that we have entrusted our world to people who think like them. From the CEOs of major companies to the Democrats in the Senate, Democrats in the House and to the Democrat President of the United States, they are all one in the same. They are all Weinercrats!

Former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner may be gone (for now) but the philosophies that made him drop his pants on the ground are clearly enounced in the Liberal mind set. Moreover, video and all explains why America is on the decline. (see 2:17min video)


Furthermore, what is even more alarming is that those puerile thinking young adults will inevitability grow up to be infantile thinking adults along the order of a Janeane Garofalo or a Keith Olbermann who clearly confuse the ability to speak with having something true and relevant to say. I am a Conservative because preserving what has made America a great nation is worth fighting for. No, America is not nor has it ever been perfect. However, the idea that this nation would be, ‘One Nation Under God with Liberty and Justice for all,’ is not an idea that can be reached by balkanizing America into little hyphenated enclaves of […]-Americans as Liberals are working to do. Conservatives believe that people, we the people come first, not groups such as Unions or Corporations but people working together to keep the integrity of our government and the union of our states.

Dr. Martin Luther King’s dream of treatment based solely on content of character… and President John Fitzgerald Kennedy’s goal that Americans be less narcissistic and more patriotic are in violent contrast to the “give me my rights” mentality of Progressive Left that presently controls the Democrat Party and who often fight for rights that are not included in the constitution.

What is more, they too often than not, fight for people and causes that were never intended to be included under this Constitution as Mexican Foreign Nationals and rights made up out of whole cloth in the category of sexual orientation.

Foreign Nationals have rights in their own countries but if they wish to be a part of this country they must do it legally not by coup d'état, attempting to force politicians to change laws to adapt to illegal activity by their sheer numbers marching illegally in American streets while waving the flag of their own country. What I just described is an illegal invasion and that is just what Mexican Nationals have been doing in America!

Likewise changing laws to grant Homosexual rights like what was recently done in New York is bestowing special rights over and above what every other American man and woman has.

How is that so, you ask? I understand that is is complicated for Progressives to fathom so I'll go slow.

All American men already have the right to marry a woman. The operative word here is all. Likewise, the opposition is true for women. All women have the right to marry a man.

To be clear each and every American has that equal right protected under the law.
What Homosexuals have done is they have come along and argued for an additional right something very subtle but completely different. In the whole set of men and women a subset of men and women want the additional right to do something that is historically different from the other men and women of the whole set. This thing has never been done in the annuals of humankind.

And yet they have gotten ignorant Judges and Government officials to acquiesce and go along with their new invention in "Civil Wrongs." Dr. MLK, Jr. would puke in his grave at the very thought that homosexuals would use his good name and his good efforts of fighting for civil rights to legalize what he knew and what is an affront to his God.

Apparently, the arguments of homosexuals worked because even most of you believe that homosexuals are entitled to a right that first is not constitutionally based and second most of you believe that homosexuals are deserving of greater and more special rights than the rest of Americans.

That is the inherent danger of allowing special interest groups to create hyphenated Americans. It is the Animal Farm dilemma, hyphenated group are made up as in the case of homosexuals and then special rights are bestowed upon them making them more equal than others.

These kinds of Progressive Liberal ideologies will eventually destroy and separate the United States into two camps, Conservative against Progressive Liberals, each divided by what each believes to be, what is right or what is wrong.

I am a Conservative because Conservative American values have brought American thus far. Those values were not always adhered to nevertheless they are right values. Progressive Liberal values, on the other hand, are not American values they are values borrowed from failed governments of the past.

As we adapt these failed Progressive Liberal values to American culture and the American Government we already see, as in the past so it is now. America is being destroyed as Progressive Liberal values have destroyed all other past governments that have been under its Fascist and lecherous control.

Therefore because I know right from wrong and because I know what has made America once a great nation opposed to the already failed hope and change of Progressive Liberalism, I am not a Democrat!

Well wouldn’t you know it, Obamacare is scheduled to cover over 3 million unintended people skyrocketing exponentially the cost of healthcare for U.S. tax payers. (see story)

Change the subject you’ve just been Obamtomized

Did you view the President’s speech last night? Over staged and over produced wouldn’t you say? I thought it was like putting a tuxedo on a goat. No matter how one dresses up a goat, a goat is still a goat.

Likewise sometimes highfalutin poetry in a speech isn’t needed. Sometime prose will do just fine. This was such a time. You see the president just attempted to outsmart the American people by presenting a dressed up speech about troop withdrawal from Afghanistan when consulting with Congress, as required by the Wars Power Act, about his illegal war in Libya was all the straight talk in prose that was really needed. Last night’s speech was an act of classic misdirection. The president attempted to change the subject of the national debate by switching the national conversation from his illegal war to that of troop withdrawal from Afghanistan.

In like manner the president purposely and with great fanfare changed the national conversation when he held a press conference about a month ago producing what he alleges is his birth certificate, a document he previously, for almost three years, refused to show.

By the president’s own admission, he purposely produced the birth certificate at this time to change the national dialogue. He said he was unsettled by the media’s attention on the birth certificate therefore he released what he claims is his birth document to change the media’s focus.

Yes by all means bring the troops home from Afghanistan but don’t attempt to change the national discussion concerning your violation of the Wars Power Act (WPA) by using the brave fighting men and women of the armed services.

No matter how many troops the president plans to pull out of Afghanistan and no matter the timeline, the national conversation was about the illegal war in Libya and the president’s violation of the Wars Power Act because of his failure to consult Congress regarding the Libyan war.

Just a week ago the headlines where trumpeting the fact that Libya is an illegal war. They were reporting that Congress was demanding that the president report to them in accordance to the Wars Power Act. (here,hereand here)

Florida Republican Congressman Tom Rooney, who used to teach constitutional law as a professor at West Point, slammed President Barack Obama this week for insisting that the War Powers Resolution does not apply to American military action against Libya.-- Kevin Derby

To counter Congressional calls for compliance with the WPA the White house through the president’s advisors said that they didn’t consider the Libyan incursion a war therefore they didn’t see a need to report to Congress and/or ask the Congress’s permission under the war power act. (source)

NPR, obviously covering for the Soetoro administration, went as far to suggest that the War Power Act was no longer a valid and working law (source)

As the date of full noncompliance rapidly approached and the Soetoro administration would be found in complete violation of the WPA suddenly and completely shifting attention away from the matter at hand the president gave a speech last night about troop withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Then remarkably, the media conversation shifted to a troops draw down out of Afghanistan instead of the president’s illegal war in Libya. That was the purpose of the president’s speech last night.

But wait a minute, just how many wars does the president have going? Bush had just the two wars, Iraq and Afghanistan. Well if you count Iraq and Afghanistan, one that the president didn’t end according to his campaign promises and the other one he escalated on this own.

He also has the illegal U.N. backed Libyan war going, and illegal conflicts in Yemen going. That’s four Soetoro wars to Bush’s two wars. In addition, Bush had congressional approval before one bullet was fired or one bomb was drop in either Iraq or Afghanistan. Presently according to Liberal pundit Andrew Sullivan, President Soetoro has two illegal wars going, Libya and Yemen where he has not sought Congressional approval. (see source)

It is interesting that Code Pink isn’t camped out at the Obama’s Chicago home, 5046 South Greenwood Avenue. In protest of the four wars, the Nobel Peace Prize winner is engaged in.

Makes all anti-war protestors look kinda hypocritical doesn’t it?

Talk about hypocrisy, true story, there’s a person at work who had the daily count of military deaths in Iraq in the back of his car window on flip over placards when Bush was president. But since Obama been president he’s taken the counts down. When I asked him where his death counts were he sheepishly schlepped away mumbling something under his breath.

Hypocritical much?

Bottom line is its good that the president is drawing down troops in Afghanistan but that is not the conversation that we need to be having right now. What the president needs to do is stop all illegal war activity as Congresses is demanding or show cause by submitting to Congress under the WPA.

The time of political subterfuge and political slight-of-hand is over Mr. president you can’t believe that the American people are as stupid as the media and haven’t notice what’s going on.

You didn’t want the national spotlight focused on your illegal war so you switched the conservation to troop draw-downs.

For those of us who have not been Obamtomized, your little trick didn’t work Mr. president. Also it has not escaped the attention of the vast majority of Americans that you are engaged in two illegal wars during your reelection bid, something that even George Bush did not do.

Jon Stewart’s Blind Fox Hunt

Watching Jon Stewart on Fox News with Chris Wallace was like watching the stereotypical aging actress who has confused herself with reality and one of her many illustrious leading roles in the bygone past of the silver screen.

Stewart acknowledged to Wallace that he sees himself as a comedian first as if there is some significant other role, which he plays, something more than being just a comedian.

Yet at the same time, he seemed to suggest that anyone who takes him seriously is seriously misled about his role in politics.

Confusing? Yeah just a little. Yet Stewart has managed to blur the lines betwixt and between comedy, political punditry and partisan political activism while attempting to skewer and dismiss the only real News organization remaining, be it network or cable, Fox News.

Stewart maintains that he is the only sane objective arbiter of what is fair and balanced, while everyone else is either dependent on his objectivity, misinformed by Fox News or we are all insane for taking him serious in the first place. Huh? (see 24:11min video)



It’s all too clear that Stewart wishes to remain in a political duck blink where he can make nightly "The Daily Show" duck calls and take shots at Fox News without being identified as a duck hunter.

Nevertheless, the fact is Stewart is a partisan hunter, only he is a Fox hunter who says that he is a comedian who describes Americans who don’t think as he does as misinformed if, we receive our News from Fox News and if we identify Stewart as a partisan activist, his response is, we are insane.

That’s quite a clinical diagnosis coming from a comedian that has an identity complex. And who also has an obsessive compulsion with Fox News. It appears that Mr. Wallace’s little intervention didn’t work. Stewart is convinced that he is judge and jury as to what constitutes unbiased reporting when he is neither a journalist nor a objective person.

What Jon Stewart is, he is a partisan comic hack who has confused being a “smart acres” with political relevancy. He has transferred his hate for Conservatives in general to hatred for the Fox News network in particular.

Stewart is no different from any Progressive Liberal who as an unwarranted hate for Conservatives and Fox News. Stewart just has a television show and people to listen to his slander of a reputable news network. Which is prejudicial Partisan behavior.

By his own admission Stewart is a comedian, what he doesn't admit to is his Ultra partisanship for the Progressive Liberal Left. To be fair he should own up to this as well.

Rick Perry to GOP: Grow a pair they aren’t going to like you anyways!

For all those RINO’s that advance the notion that Social Conservatives are passé and for all those Progressive Liberals who say that Republicans are being pulled too far to the Right by those diabolical Tea Partiers I have two words, one name, for you… John McCain.

You see for all of you Progressives and RINOs that promote the fallacy that Republicans need to be more centrist to win elections you could have made that happen in 2008 by electing Sen. John McCain president. McCain would have done everything in his power to destroy the Conservatives in the Republican Party if he were elected president. You Progressive Liberals and RINO’s missed your chance for remaking Republicans in your own image by electing a partisan socialist leftist.

Instead you chose to bypass the Moderate Maverick and elect the super partisan most leftist President ever to be elected in the history of the United States of America completely bypassing moderation. There was no one as prone to stab Republicans in the back while calling himself a Republican as McCain. With McCain as president, the Republican Party would have simply imploded.

So it is time that all fair-mind Conservatives realize that Progressive Liberals and RINOs are not going to like you no matter what you do. So stop whining and stop trying to appease the Left and grow a pair.

Weiner Lied but Obama is an admitted Shovel-Ready Liar

Shovel-ready was not as . . . uh . . . shovel-ready as we expected —president Barry Hussein Soetoro

Translation: I lied about shovel ready jobs.

What did we learn from disgraced and former Brooklyn Queens Congressional Representative Anthony Weiner? Most of us learned how not to lie. In addition, if you do lie you have to be really good at it to keep your job.

Regarding how not to lie we learned. Only lie when you have full control of all of the evidence for example, like a birth certificate or your passport or your school records.

Only lie when those who are involved in your actions have just as much to lose as you do, if ever the truth got out. And only lie if you intend to keep telling that same lie as long as four to eight years or until its evident, to even you, that absolutely nobody, not even a Democrat, is believing you any longer.

Fact is Weiner didn’t have the chops for “Democrat in-yo-face, flat-out, deceptive Nancy Pelosi –Debbie Wasserman Schultz“lying. Oh, he could tell the general Party-line lie, which is usually backed up by fellow Democrats, and the media. That’s easy for most Democrats. What Weiner couldn’t do is tell a personal lie that had to stand on its own. Only the rarest among Democrats are able to do this. And even rarer still, is the ability to tell personal lies and then record them in two books, if in fact you did write those books.

Which brings me to my point, Progressive Liberals like to point out, ‘He only lied about sex, and he shouldn’t lose his job because he lied about sex.’ As if sex is not important but that’s another discussion. The point is Weiner only lost his job because this is an election year and Democrat who would normally shield any Democrat lie no matter how outrageous are busy attempting to get their best liar re-elected. So unfortunately, for Weiner he is thrown under the bus for the Party’s sake. I’m sure that were was the promise of another job if Weiner took this one for the Party. We’ll see him reappear in some prominent Progressive Liberal venue very soon.

So Democrats, just what is a lie that one should lose his or her job over if not lying to America about your twitter account being hacked. What about repeatedly lying to the American people about the economy and jobs? Is that a serious enough offense? (see article)

President Barry Hussein Soetoro has lied to the American people that his policies would product shovel ready jobs, thus creating jobs would in turn help to lift America out of its economic mire. The president did this repeatedly disregarding information coming to him from Republicans who warned him that his policies would hurt job creation not help job creation, but because the president is a super Partisan he would not listen. The president cannot say that he wasn’t aware or that he didn’t know unless his default position is that nothing that Republicans say is true. Or he believed whole-heartedly in the theory of his failed policies and the Progressives that advocate those theories. If the latter is true then the president has a dangerous partisan blind spot that is based solely on partisan consensus and little to no empirical fact.

Whichever it is America cannot continue down this backward road of blind partisanship that Democrats are misleading our country down.

Weiner lied for self-preservation. The president seems to lie because lying helps further his agenda. There were never any shovel ready jobs. And even so, the president lied about shovel ready jobs, as Bill Clinton once said when asked by CBS News Anchor Dan Rather why he had an affair with White House Intern Monica Lewinsky, former President Bill Clinton answered:
"I think I did something for the worst possible reason — just because I could.”

President Barry Hussein Soetoro lied about shovel ready jobs just because he could. To anyone, but a Democrat, lying about jobs as they relate to this disastrous economy is reason to lose one’s job.

The president said last week if he were Weiner he would resign even though Weiner only lied about sex. The president lied about shovel ready jobs a major component in America’s economic downturn when millions of Americans are depending on his policies to fix the economy, if the president doesn’t resign he should surely lose his job for the destruction, which he has caused because of his continual lies to the country about the economy and about jobs.

Maybe the president should follow his own advice, which he gave to Anthony Weiner. If not, at the very least the American people should hold the president to the president’s own standard in 2012 by firing him for the egregious lies that he has told about jobs and the economy.

To say that shovel ready jobs wasn’t what he expected is flaccidly weak yet indicative of his presidency.

So I suppose the World Bank won’t have to levy that C02 global tax on jet and shipping fuel in recommendations to G20 governments later this year to raise climate finance is it is planning to do.

I suspect that whether there is Anthropogenic Global Warming or not, the World Bank and all who are attempting to advance Global taxation through the false claim of Climate Change will succeed in enslaving the world by a worldwide tax.

After all, the global warming scheme was always about raising tax revenue globally for the world rulers. As there is absolutely nothing that man can do to prevent climate change and there is no proof that carbon dioxide has any relevance to the planet warming as the emissions of carbons have increased but there has been no increases in global climate temperatures since 1998.

Originally thinking that they could control the messages Democrats first lied about Congressman Anthony Weiner’s online self-pornography by suggesting that his twitter account was hacked. Now that the situation is spinning out of control, because of the Congressman’s prolific shutter-eye, the leader of the Democrat party is sending the message that Weiner should take one for the team by resigning.

This is an attitude that clearly places Democrat politics above the Progressive ideology of the Sexting Congressman and 56 percent of his constituents that say they think Weiner should be able to Sext and legislate just as long as he does a good job in Congress.

After all 56% percent of his New York district in Queens say that Weiner’s actions represent them, they see no moral irregularity in such behavior. The problem is, it is the Democrat Leadership that wants Anthony Weiner gone. Weiner represents the blatant immorality that Democrats attempted so hard to hide or project on Republicans in 2008 elections.

Weiner has engaged in all of the Democrat’s ruses; first deny, deny deny. Then blame Republican hackers, admit only when caught, tearfully (as best one can) accept responsibility. Finally when caught and there is nothing left admit oneself into rehab. Weiner has done it all yet he promises not to quit.

Congressman Anthony Weiner’s story is that of unbridled Progressive Liberalism. Weiner is what happens when a society throws morality away. The president’s main argument for Mandated Healthcare was that it would bring down cost if everyone were forced to buy his healthcare plan. So why has the Soetoro administration granted nearly 1,400 waivers for various portions of the new health care reform law. This Means that not everyone will be forced to buy Obamacare. If this is true, the fact that the president has allowed his cronies to be waivered out of the healthcare law mean that cost will not be lowered for the rest of us. (see 1:27min video)



In addition to that, the Soetoro Solicitor General Neal Kumar Katyal believes that Obamacare is meant to punish the rich. He believes if individuals object to mandated Obamacare they should make less money.

The fact that so many have been granted waivers from “Mandated Healthcare” speaks to the utter failure of the concept of mandated healthcare and gives repeal of Obama it’s most forceful argument.

Following are testaments to the sheer Left-wing plutarchy and cronyism that is Obamacare.

According to Michael Barone, National Review Online, May 26, in the 14 months since the Health Care Reform bill known as "Obamacare" was signed in March 2010:
— (So far) 1,372 businesses, state and local governments, labor unions and insurers (covering 3,095,593 individuals) have been granted waivers from Obamacare. Union members have gotten 50.3 percent of the Obamacare waivers.
— Two of the states granted waivers were Nevada and New Hampshire, both states considered crucial in next year’s presidential election.
— In April, 38 waivers were granted to restaurants, nightclubs, spas and hotels in the congressional district of former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. (Her office said she had nothing to do with it.)

Given the above, it is fair to ask: If Obamacare is so great, why do so many people and organizations want out of it? If 1,372 waivers have been granted so far (most of them to organizations supporting President Obama), how many do you think have been denied? The list includes the administration’s friends and allies and, of course, those who have the best lobbyists. More than 50 percent of the Obamacare waiver beneficiaries are union members, which is striking because union members account for less than 12 percent of the American work force. The same unions that provided more than $120 million to Democrats in the last two elections and, in many cases, openly campaigned in favor of the government takeover of your health care, now celebrate that Obamacare is not their problem. But the political payoffs don’t stop there. The Obama administration didn’t forget its closest friends in the latest round of waivers. Although there are 435 congressional districts across America, nearly 20 percent of the new waivers, amazingly, found their way to a single district -- Mrs. Pelosi's [the liberal former Speaker of the House of Representatives]."

While liberally granting waivers to its allies, the Administration has flouted the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), refusing to respond to FOIA requests about its criteria for waivers or why it has denied waivers to other applicants. Two things that I’d never though I see, one is Ed Schultz arguing as the voice of reason in a cause and the other is Bill Clinton used as a standard for morality.

Amazingly, Ms. Walsh and Mr. Press, staunch partisans, argue that if Bill Clinton can become a Liberal icon in spite of his immoralities then Congressman Weiner be just as immoral and become just as successful.

Does Ms. Walsh and Mr. Press really want to argue that America is so devoid of integrity and morals that a married elected government official can twitter his exposed penis to women that are not his wife while he engages in other lewd and lascivious acts. And just as long as this dishonorable behavior doesn't affect this Progressive Liberal politics this scandalous behavior is acceptable to Progressive Liberals.

Moreover, are Progressives willing to accept dishonorable behavior in their politicians just as long as their politicians prevent honorable men and women of the opposing Party from being elected?

If Jedi mind tricks only work on the weak-minded then so too does Liberal Democrat message discipline as was demonstrated by new Democrat National Committee Chairperson Debbie Wasserman-Schultz . Wasserman-Schultz apparently thinks that by stonewalling the crotch-gate incident, Democrat Congressman Anthony Weiner twitter controversy, she and Democrats can control the narrative and talk about things that they want to talk about. Congressman Weiner has been attempting to divert media attention away from his gray skivvies and skinny leg twitter soft-porn pix since hackers hacked into his twitter account and prankishly sent the picture of his “little weiner” to the college co-ed that he was “following.” However the diversions, the blaming "Hackers" was all a lie. The Congressman has admitted that the pictures are pictures of himself. He has also admitted that is was him who sent the pictures himself via twitter.

CNN’s Wolf Blitzer demonstrating some audacity of hope thought that he could get Wasserman-Schultz to weigh in on the “crotch-gate” controversy. But alas, too late. Wasserman-Schultz was already on message and the only reply that Blitzer could elicit from the DNC chair was a droid like, “…what Anthony Weiner is dealing with right now is a personal matter and that’s where it should be left.”

First how dare Wasserman-Schultz tell the public what they should or should not be interested in.

Secondly, so embedded was the prerecorded text in the mind of Wasserman-Schultz that she repeated it drone- like five times under one minute in the Blitzer interview. It was like Debbie “Obi-wan Kenobi”-Schultz was attempting to divert our attention away from R2D2 or C3PO (see 1:24min video)



From this point on, we can expect all Democrats to march in lockstep with the learned by rote orders on Weiner. When asked about Congressman Weiner say the following, “…what Anthony Weiner is dealing with right now is a personal matter and that’s where it should be left.”

Let this be a lesson to Republicans. No matter how serious the offense you don’t have to trash one another when the media is looking to make cannon fodder out of the Trumps, Palins, Ryans and Bachmanns of your party. You should practice the same message discipline that Wasserman-Schultz and Democrats use on the media and their ill-informed constituents.

Of course because ,as the president has intimated, you are the enemy you can’t expect the same free passes as Wasserman-Schultz and Democrats receive when they refuse to answer the media on Democrat scandals. But at least it won’t be your hand stabbing a fellow Republican in the back à la Newt Gingrich’s senseless and unnecessary stab against Paul Ryan.

By the way Debbie when something is tweeted for the world to see that act takes the matter out of the personal domain. Or if Mr. Weiner’s account was hacked that too takes the matter out of the personal and places the alleged hacking into the criminal. Either way a public figure like a Congressman, sending a lewd picture of his “little weiner” via twitter or his twitter account being hacked are both very public matters.

Your insufficiently weak, “These aren’t the Droids you are looking for” defense of Congressman Weiner notwithstanding.

However since the Congressman has confessed to sending those pictures and since he has admitted that he did lie, that makes your defense all the more pathetically partisan.

Democrats will continue to divide this country along racial, sexual and class lines if they are not voted out of office in 2012. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Anthony Weiner are but examples of the radicals that have taken over the Democrat Party.

After I got over the pre-spider bite Toby McGwire picture of Congressman Anthony Weiner, I suddenly felt sad for America. I thought, ‘has it really come to this America?’ No longer can sensible Americans consider the facts of an event and come to a reasonable and rational conclusion of those facts. We now have to wait for verification of what we should already know to be true from a person who is involved in the event and who it may be in his or her interest to skew the facts. (see story)

This person may or may not be truthful about the events depending upon how much control they have over the evidence. It is fortunate for us that the Congressman did not have complete control of the evidence or we would be debating for years the preposterous notion that some Republican operative hacked into the twitter account of Anthony Weiner and sent pictures meant to defame him.

Yes, it is indeed sad that we cannot as Americans agree on objective facts any longer. Everything is colored by partisanship. We now accept that New York Congressman Anthony Weiner did send the lewd tweet of his gray clod “little weiner” because the congressman confessed under duress of more pictures of like kind coming out and definitely showing the congressman in various poses and in relative degrees of undress working hard for his constituency.

Sadly today if a suspect says he, ‘did not have sex with that woman…Ms. Lewinsky’, there are those partisans among us that will defend to the death the liar even if he still had Ms. Lewinsky’s panties stretched around his head and we had the blue dress with “the evidence” in our possession.

So for you Barbara Walter types who believe that Congressman Weiner took over two hundred pictures and sent them to six other women over the internet for his wife, Huma here is irrefutable proof. And for you types who still believe in Anthropogenic Global Warming even when scientists say that there has not been Global warming since 1998, here is Congressman Weiner admitting that the picture of his “little weiner” is in fact him. I must admit that watching this whole fiasco unfold was like going through a Seven Step program with Congressman Weiner. As I see it, Weiner has already gone through and is going through the following phases.

1… Denial: He lied that someone hacked his twitter account and he said he didn’t send those pictures.
2… Anger: He blamed everyone for keeping him from doing his job. He called a reporter a jackass.
3… Acceptance: He got wind that hundreds of other lewd pictures that he previous sent where coming out.
4…News Conference: He held a news conference to attempt to get on the front end of the story and put his best media spin on it.
5… Tears of Self pity: You ever been caught doing something wrong and… Yeah those tears
6… Refusal to honorably step down: Yeah he did it all and then some but he ain’t stepping down. Couldn’t you tell by these pictures and this scandal that Weiner has no honor? (Besides only Republicans step down when caught red handed in a scandal).
7… Continuing on as a Compromised husband, Congressman, and colleague from New York: So he’ll continue to represent the people of New York. And every time we see him, we’ll remember those gray “whitey tighties” the skinny leg and we’ll remember that he is a rude, lewd, perverted liar whose last name is Weiner.

Tennessee’s Grassroots embrace American’s Religious Heritage

…WHEREAS, throughout America's rich history, both the citizenry and their elected officials alike have deeply respected the Ten Commandments, its profound influence on the formation of American legal thought, and its fundamental place in the history of law and government as a whole…

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the 107th General Assembly of the state of Tennessee, that this body hereby urges all Tennessee counties to allow the Ten Commandments to be posted in their respective courthouses.

The State of Tennessee has passed a resolution following 90percent of its counties, which have already adopted their own resolutions asserting that America, contrary to president Barry Hussein Soetoro’s beliefs, is still a Christian nation and owes its conception and growth to founding Christian principles. The state lawmakers of Tennessee passed a resolution 98-0 that recognizes the Ten Commandments and the Creator as the basis for American government. (see article)

This apparent grassroots rejection of the president’s blatant attempt to mitigate Christian influence in this country is surprising particularly when media and government have combined fundamentally to change the historical record showing the primary role that Christianity has had in the founding of this nation. Current efforts had successfully thwarted any government agency from acknowledging America’s historical relationship with the Ten Commandments.

Worldnetdaily’s Drew Zahn reports that Tennessee’s State Representative Todd Watson, author of the resolution, explains in its text, "It is imperative that these revered tablets continue to grace our public buildings, as reminders to this generation and the next of the vital role the Ten Commandments and its Author have played in shaping our great republic." Yet a simple resolution that states the historical truth, the Ten Commandments is and always has been a vital part of the American experience, is a push back from the Right to the president and the Progressive Left.

Dohrn a founder of the Weatherman group, Dohrn was a member of the "Weather Bureau" (name later changed to "Central Committee") is a domestic terrorist. Larry Grathwohl, an FBI informant who was with the Weatherman from autumn 1969 through spring 1970, considered her one of the two top leaders of the organization, along with Bill Ayers.

During this period, the group organized the October 1969 Days of Rage riot in Chicago, which Dohrn led.[20] During the 1970s, the Weathermen bombed federal buildings and police stations.[21] Prior to the March 6, 1970 Greenwich Village townhouse explosion, in which three members of the group were killed as a bomb was being constructed, all members of Weatherman went underground. The group then changed its name to Weather Underground.

Dohrm believes that U.S. bombings of Libya are acts of terrorism. I believe that without Congressional approval(which Soetoro doesn't have and hasn't sought) president Soetoro is waging an illegal war in Libya. Whether Soetoro’s illegal war is an act of terrorism is something that the American people are going to have to decide.

Furthermore, how does a bulging briefed crotch-shot of male sex organs tweeted from Rep. Anthony Weiner’s twitter account become a Republican problem?

Weiner thinks that it is. He and some are suggesting that Congressman Weiner’s twitter account was hacked and the crotch-shot was sent to distract Congress from doing the work of the people. They're alleging a vast rightwing conspiracy or Republican schoolboys prank no doubt.

In spite of Democrat allegations here’s what we know. Rep. Weiner is conceding that the picture of male genitals was on his account or computer. Rep. If the congressman was hacked by Conservatives of the vast right-wing conspiracy, why doesn’t he call the Capitol Police or the FBI? According to Breitbart.tv CNN's John King asks a great question: "There's one way the congressman could try to put this to rest, and that would be to call the Capitol Police or call the FBI and say, ‘please launch an investigation because I was hacked.' Why hasn't he done that?"

According to CNN’s Dana Bash, Rep. Weiner's office did not respond to that question but informed CNN that the congressman instead has hired a lawyer. (see 1:24min video)

She says despite the congressman's claim that his account hand been "hacked" neither the Capitol Police nor the FBI are currently investigating a hacking.
