Disregard Obama’s Jobs saved Jobs created Claims: They’re all phony and the Stimulus is not working

The economy is in trouble and Barack Obama is panicked and scrambling to look in control. Why? Because he doesn’t have President Bush around to blame, silly! In addition to that, what’s ailing our economy today is all the result of a Democrat controlled Congress and a Democrat President. That’s why today he ordered that the stimulus moneys to be spent faster.

It’s been reported by Americans for Tax Reform that thus far 43.7 Billion dollars of the Democrat passed $787 billion stimulus has been spent and 1.5 to 2million jobs have been lost since the Feb. 17, 2009 signing of the “stimulus” bill. If this continues it is reported that the whole $787 stimulus plan could be in jeopardy. Brit Hume explains. (see story)(see video)



All who opposed the Democrat pork spending last year and early this year, warned the Democrat that using tax payers money to fund their special pork barrel projects in the middle of a recession was the wrong thing to do but Democrats did it anyways. Democrats loaded up Obama Economic Recovery bill like a Christmas Tree full of money for projects back at their home states. You recall what the Democrats earmarked for the stimulus plan don’t you?

Here allow me refresh your memory:

• The plan has more than $3 billion in “neighborhood stabilization” and Community Development Block Grant funding, much of which may go to benefit ACORN, a low-income housing and voter registration “community” organization that is under federal investigation for its suspicious voter registration practices.
• $1.3 billion to bailout AMTRAK, the perennial money-loser railroad.
• $1 billion for educational programs, including courses on sexually transmitted diseases.
• $30 million for restoration of wetlands to be spent in the San Francisco Bay Area – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s district. The money will go in part to protect the endangered salt marsh harvest mouse.
• $200 million for a low-pollution, coal-fired power plant in President Barack Obama’s home state of Illinois.
• $45 million for ATV four-wheeler trails, and government office renovations, according to RNC Chairman Michael Steele.
• $200 million to provide computers to community colleges.
• $50 million for the National Endowment of the Arts.
• Over $650 million in coupons to help consumers buy digital TV converter-box coupons.
• A reported $300 million for hybrid vehicles and electric-powered cars. According to the Washington Times, this item will include buying golf carts for federal workers. (previous post)

You remember Obama arrogantly defending this kind of pork barrel spending suggesting that spend tax payers money in this way was the point, In other words this kind of Democrat special project spending and growing government would stimulate the economy. Boy was he ever wrong. (see video)



Also the point is, very large portions of the stimulus moneys is scheduled on the back end of the stimulus recovery bill so that it can be spent during election years. Of course Mr. Obama and members of his Party are planning to use that money to con you into reelecting them in 2010 and 2012 very clever, yes?

Finally Democrat and Senate Finance Committee, Chairman Max Baucus alerts us that every time Mr. Obama or one of his proxies, like tax cheat and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, open one of their mouths to claim jobs saved or jobs created they will be engaging in a bald face lie because there is no earthly discernable way to determine a job saved or lost. Following is Senator Baucus statement to Timothy Geithner on the made up farce of jobs saved or jobs lost:

You created a situation where you cannot be wrong," said the Montana Democrat. "If the economy loses two million jobs over the next few years, you can say yes, but it would've lost 5.5 million jobs. If we create a million jobs, you can say, well, it would have lost 2.5 million jobs. You've given yourself complete leverage where you cannot be wrong, because you can take any scenario and make yourself look correct."

Now, something's wrong when the president invokes a formula that makes it impossible for him to be wrong and it goes largely unchallenged. It's true that almost any government spending will create some jobs and save others. But as Milton Friedman once pointed out, that doesn't tell you much: The government, after all, can create jobs by hiring people to dig holes and fill them in.

2 million jobs lost in six months. Unemployment up 9.4% when Obama promised that passing the 787Billion dollar stimulus package would keep unemployment at 8% and below, and spending tax payers money on frivolous pork barrel spending all are signs that we are in economic trouble exacerbated by the failed fiscal policies of Barack Obama and a Democrat controlled Congress.

Mr. Obama’s promise to spend the money faster is not going to fix what wrong with our economy America.

It’s the JOBS stupid! But not government temporary low paying jobs that your administration is going to make. No Mr. Obama , what this economy needs are the middle class jobs that the Congress of the United States of America has been allowing Corporations to outsource to India and China for decades for cheater labor while they were shutting down American manufacturing.

If the American people don’t have good paying jobs, then no amount of bailout, no trillion dollar stimulus package and no promised phony government fix is going to work.

And this time there is no one to blame but a Democrat!

Boy is Gen. James Jones wrong! For eight years George W. Bush and Dick Cheney succesfully kept America safe from terrorist attacks on the homeland, yet under the Obama administration there has been a terrorist attack on U.S. soil that you probably didn’t hear anything about. On June 1, 2009 U.S. Army Pvt. William Long, 24, was gunned down in front of his recruiting office in Little Rock Arkansas by a self proclaimed Muslim Jihadist. But the Pro-Obama media reported very little on it if they reported anything at all.

Whether the media neglected to report this act of Jihad because it precluded and would have sullied Obama’s Cairo Egypt Muslim goodwill speech or they were too occupied reporting on the killing of the abortion doctor somehow this story slipped between the cracks and some of you may be hearing about this for the first time. There was no acknowledgement from the president regarding the young murdered soldier as he did for the abortion Doctor. There was no 24/7 media coverage questioning why no terrorist attacks occurred after 9/11 on Bush’s watch, in spite, of the boast of the Obama national security adviser (who claimed America is safer today then under the Bush administration) America has been hit by terrorism on our own soil and on Obama’s watch. In addition, we now know that Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad had ties to extremist Muslims here in the United States (see story)

But you say why make such a big deal out of an isolated incident? I assure you that I am not. You wouldn’t know it because the media refuses to report anything that would show the Obama administration doing worst than its predecessor but it is!

That’s right, America has had not one but two terrorist attacks on our soil since the 100 plus days of the Obama administration and I’m betting that you haven’t heard of either one!

June 1, 2009 a mere three days before the president’s message of peace to the Muslim world a converted Muslim committed Jihad in an American street, as the president delivered that speech June 4th he knew that a young soldier had been murdered by a Muslim in the streets of Arkansas just three days before yet Obama kissed up to Islam and sang its praises like he was singing an early morning azaan.

But as I said June 1st was not an isolated incident. Yet another terrorist attack happened in the state of New York.

On April 3, 2009 Islamic Jihadists massacred 13 people at a U.S. immigration center in New York state. Is there any wonder why the people of New York were stricken with fear when Air Force One buzzed Lower Manhattan for a photo opt on April 27th without any prior warning? They had just faced a Islamic massacred just 24 days earlier.

Two, count them two terrorist attacks on American soil since Obama has been President. Yet the most disturbing thing about them is that the media would have reported these attacks unremittingly if these terrorist attacks would have happen while Bush was president but because they happen on Obama’s watch you didn’t know anything about them.

To which, there are several things that we can conclude; the Pro-Obama media cannot be trust to objectively report the news, we are not safer under the Obama administration contrary to what Gen. James Jones thinks and last, neither one of these attacks on Americans were an isolated incident.

Unfortunately, severer attacks against Americans on American soil lay ahead for us under the Obama administration chiefly because of Obama’s non-response to these two incidents. Islamic radicals see non-response as weakness. But the second reason that stronger attack are inevitable is because of Obama’s failed policy of Islamic terrorist appeasement.

On June 4, 2009 as touted by the Pro Obama media, Barack Hussein Obama spoke 6000 words in Cairo Egypt offering the Muslim world a new beginning with the United States and the West. Obama’s tone and message suggested that this was not only a message to Muslims, but it was equally a rebuke of the Bush administration’s policy in America’s fight against Islamic Terrorist.(See source)

Six days later On June 9, Islamic extremist identified as The Taliban attacked the Pearl Continental Hotel, which is popular with foreigners, in the Pakistani city of Peshawar with guns and a truck bomb killing five people including a U.N. worker, authorities say. Officials believe that this Hotel was selected because it is popular with foreign visitors(See article) (see video)



For all of us who where speculating about the effectiveness of the Message of New Beginnings to the Islamic World we don’t have to guess anymore we have our answer. Many believe that this bombing and terrorist attack is Islam’s response to Mr. Obama’s speech.

If so , Mr. Obama may wish to rethink his policies regarding the Middle East and Islam. Apparently the Obama charm works wonderfully on Liberals, Democrats and Socialist Heads of State but not so much with radical extremist and Muslim terrorists. Mr. Obama first can apologize to the Bush administration for the disrespectful talking out of school he does when he attempts to blame the previous administration for all the problems we face in the Middle East and in our own Country.

Second Mr. Obama would do well with less identifying with Islamic terrorist states. He should also show more support for Israel and other free Democratic Nations like America for instance.

So how well was Obama’s 6000 word speech received by the Muslim world? Well that old saw seems true and appropriate in this case.

Barack Hussein Obama's Cairo almost “Ich Bin Ein Muslim” Moment

I'm a Christian, but my father came from a Kenyan family that includes generations of Muslims. As a boy, I spent several years in Indonesia and heard the call of the azaan at the break of dawn and at the fall of dusk. As a young man, I worked in Chicago communities where many found dignity and peace in their Muslim faith.

Much has been written about Barack Obama’s Cairo speech to Muslims however most of what I have heard is critique that quite frankly misses the point.
In Cairo Obama came out to the world as a Muslim once removed on his father’s side, a boast that just 6 short months ago was anathema for anyone who would dare speak such blasphemy. But now here was Obama in all of his speechifying glory imitating John F. Kennedy’s, “Ich Bin Ein Berliner,” moment in Germany as best he could. Obama was self identifying with the Muslims of the world.

Only thing is Obama's, “ich bin ein, sort of” moment was hampered (he didn’t fully come out and say that he was Muslim as Kennedy said he was a Berliner) largely because he’s never had this discussion with the people of his own country before he came out this day to the Muslims of the world. It was sort of like sitting in an audience at a play and your thespian father announces at final bow that he is a homosexual. Something that you kinda suspected but it’s a punch in the gut just the same.

Yet as striking as Obama’s announcement about his Muslim roots was I found the American Pro Obama press only critiquing the tone and delivery of Obama’s speech as if how he said what he said was much more important than what he actually did say.
For me it was like listening to and reading historians critiquing the methodology that the Romans used when they crucified Christ while paying no attention to the larger issues involved. You know stupefying questions like, were the nails long enough, was the cross made of gopher wood or cedar, how does this crucifixion compare with other Roman crucifixions?

In addition, the America Pro-Obama media concerned itself with the superficial window dressings of Obama’s speech rather than focusing in on the subtle implications of Obama’s confesses which speak to Obama’s eligibility to be President of the United States of America.

For example, Obama said, “As a boy, I spent several years in Indonesia and heard the call of the azaan at the break of dawn and at the fall of dusk” (see transcript)

This would undoubtedly mean that Obama himself was raised as a Muslim for several years in Indonesia by his Muslim stepfather Lolo Soltero which would mean that Obama studied the Quran and prayed to Allah five times a day as the Muslim custom is and that he was taught these thing and they were enforced in the Muslim “hadras” or school which he attended in Indonesia which by the way has the largest Muslim population in the world.

Alas Obama couldn’t completely embrace his inter Muslim just quite yet because there is his pesky little claim that he is a Christian which he used during his campaign to win the presidency. Too much information to soon might be damaging to the Obama image and erode the coalitions of blind loyalty that Obama has so successfully constructed out of the groups that support and follow him.

So in a moment of unmatched political sophistry Obama claims both Christianity and Islam mutually inclusively he said, “I am a Christian, but my father came from a Kenyan family that includes generations of Muslims.”

Here Obama allows for your imagination to fill in the blank. You hear what you what to hear. Back home in the United States you hear that he is a Christian but there in Cairo you hear that Islam is in Obama’s blood even in his name.

But Barack Hussein Obama is no John Fitzgerald Kennedy. In fact Obama turns what President Kennedy represented on its head! President Kennedy identified himself as a free man and because of that freedom his statement was underlining the support of the United States for West Germany shortly after the Soviet-supported Communist state of East Germany erected the Berlin Wall as a barrier to prevent movement between East and West. In that cause Kennedy said that he was a Berliner.

On the other hand Barack Obama’s identification with Islam was supporting Obama’s ideology of moral relativism. That is, his attempt to draw moral parallels between the Theocratic dictatorships of Islamic countries with that of the Secular Constitutional Countries of the West and that was totally in contradiction of JFK who sought to encourage free Western Germany against the Communist Soviet backed East Germany.

For Kennedy to have done what Obama did in Cairo, Kennedy would have had to address East Germany instead of West Germany and he would have had to have praised Soviet-supported Communism.

One might even go as far as to call what Obama did in Cairo Egypt anti-Kennedy like behavior. Nevertheless make no mistake President Kennedy stood against Communism in his time whereas Barack Obama stood in Cairo Egypt addressed Muslims and identified and stood with countries under the traditions of oppressive theocratic rule of Islamic Sharia law of the East. To Obama all is morally relative.

There is much to glean from the Message of New Beginnings to Muslims; Barack Obama’s Muslim heritage, Barack Obama’s Indonesian citizenship, the acceptance in Barack Obama’s mind that theocratic Dictatorship Islamic governments of the East are equal to Democratic Constitutional Representative forms of government of the West.

However the most important thing that we can understand from Obama’s message to Muslims is that Barack Hussein Obama is no John Fitzgerald Kennedy!

Barack Hussein Obama is a Messenger of Peace, a dreamer but he’s not the only one. Obama captured the spirit of the Liberal manifesto, deceased Beatle John Lennon’s song Imagine, and preached that idea to the Muslims of the world via Cairo Egypt Thursday morning June 4, 2009. (see transcript)

Obama preached a mixture of Lennon’s utopian dream of total worldwide communism and his own dreams of Liberal Left-wing Marxism via moral relativism. Obama’s world is a world where trickle up poverty is a shared experience by all peoples. It is a world where no nation is better than any other.

Obama’s world is a world were Islam, Christianity, Judaism, or any other religion or non-religion are all equally honored the same. Just imagine it if you can.

Obama’s world is a world where the Jihadist, the Christian and the Jew are all equally at fault for the turmoil in the Middle East. Obama’s world is a world where only his Message of a “New Beginning” can bring the peace that the old messages of Islam, Christianity and Judaism failed to bring. If we all just embraced Obama’s message of a new beginning above all of our old petty divisive beliefs of the past the world would be as one. Just imagine it if you can.

Obama’s world is a world where, according to Charles Krauthammer ,the result of 60 years of[Islamic] Palestinian leadership that gave its people corruption, tyranny, religious intolerance and forced militarization; leadership that for three generations rejected every offer of independence and dignity, choosing destitution and despair rather than accept any settlement offer can somehow, in Obama’s mind, can be blamed equally on Israel as if Israel was at fault for Palestine’s self imposed miseries.

Krauthammer further notes that Former Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Hajj Amin Al Husseini and leader of the Palestinian movement chose war rather than a two-state solution in 1947. Palestinian President Yasser Arafat turned down a Palestinian state in 2000. And Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas rejected Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's even more generous December 2008 offer of land for peace. (see source)

Krauthammer wrote that in the 16 years since the Oslo accords turned the West Bank and Gaza over to the Palestinians, their leaders built no roads, no courthouses, no hospitals, none of the fundamental state institutions that would relieve their people's suffering. Instead they poured everything into an infrastructure of war and terror, all the while depositing billions (from gullible Western donors) into their Swiss bank accounts.

The point is there is no moral relativity here. Israel has been willing for a two state solution since 1947 and has attempted to negotiate that reality with the Palestinians with ever increasing concessions of land on Israel’s part in spite of the fact that there were never any concessions on Palestine’s part.

I suppose that it's good first step that Mr. Obama recognized, if ever so slightly, the violence of the Palestinians against the people of Israel but there will never be a new beginning in the region or peace until the Messenger of Peace denounces moral relativism and recognizes that in reality, unlike in the Lennon song noted above, in this world there are “Lions” and “Lambs.” Meaning that Obama’s message should have been tailored for that reality instead of the placating to Islam in relativist imaginations that we all witnessed him do in Cairo.

I’m afraid that Mr. Obama’s Message to the Muslim world was way above his pay grade. And in spite of whatever Mr. Obama was attempting to accomplish by his speech in Egypt the results will be that there will be no peace until the Prince of Peace comes with the power to make the lion lay down next to the lamb.

Until then we should at least attempt to speak as truthful as best we can about our present situation in the Middle East. To which I am afraid to say Mr. Obama failed even to do that in Cairo!

I have the Right to know if Barack Hussein Obama is Constitutionally Eligible to be POTUS

Of all of the rights enumerated in the Constitution presently the most important right for the Citizens of the United States of America is to know whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is actually Constitutionally eligible to be sending troops to Afghanistan, or eligible to be taking over General Motors, or eligible to be nominating Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court, or eligible to be Signing Executive Orders, or eligible to have selected a Vice President, or eligible to have made Cabinet appointments, or eligible to do any of the numerous things that a Constitutional eligible President of the United States must do.

I have the right to know whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to hold the office of president or if he is eligible to act as if he is the rightful elected president of the United States of America.



The White House has opened a public dialogue site entitled Open Government Dialogue according to Worldnetdaily.com since this site was opened 77% of voters are requesting that Barack Hussein Obama present his original long copy of his birth certificate as proof that he is eligible to be president. In addition, proving that there is a mounting drive building for the truth, for the first time a reporter asked the Obama administration publicly and directly about the controversial subject of Obama’s birth certificate. He was ridiculed for his efforts by press secretary Robert Gibbs and the rest of the pro-Obama White House press corps nonetheless this proves that this subject is not going to go away. (see video)

The "Certification of Live Birth" posted online and widely touted as "Obama's birth certificate" [which press secretary Robert Gibbs refers to] does not in any way prove he was born in Hawaii, since the same "short-form" document is easily obtainable for children not born in Hawaii. The true "long-form" birth certificate – which includes information like the name of the birth hospital and attending physician – is the only document that can prove Obama was born in Hawaii, but to date he has not permitted its release for public or press scrutiny. --Chelsea Schilling

President Obama has spent over 1 million dollars to prevent you and me from seeing his actual birth certificate, his college records or any document that would tell us if he is eligible to be president does that sound like a laughing matter or a false conspiracy to you?

If you you’d like to do something and you felt up to this point that there was nothing for you to do go to the site, Open Government Dialogue and under ,Verifying eligibility to be president of the USA, sign in and demand that your government be accountable to you and millions of others who did not vote for Obama or who are now realizing that what Obama is doing was not the change that they were hoping for. If Obama is not the constitutionally eligible elected president he has no right to do any of the things that he is doing.

When it is determined that Barack Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be president and when it is proved that he and others knew before hand that he wasn’t eligible to run or hold the office of president, the parties involved must be summarily tried before a court of law and sentenced to the full extent of the law.

That includes any Judge, DNC official, Senator or Congressman or woman that blocked the people’s right to know whether Obama was eligible before he was elected and all parties who conspired to aid and abet in the greatest Constitutional crime ever perpetrated against the United States of America, that is knowingly aiding and conspiring to elect a constitutionally ineligible person to the office of the presidency of the United States of America.

If Press Secretary Gibbs were really serious about this controversy going away it could go away in one day not four years. All he would have to do is advise his boss to release all records that are currently under lock and key pertaining to Obama’s birth. If the original long form of his birth certificate verifies that Obama was born in Hawaii and that he is a natural born citizen of the United States of America the controversy will be over instantaneously and sites like this one would be shamed into closing down.

I for one welcome the challenge! Release your birth certificate Mr. Obama if you dare or if you care about America.

In a bid to gloss over the highly controversial racial charged comments that Mr. Obama’s nomination to the Supreme Court has made concerning White men or White male judges in particular the Democrat Party made a concerted effort on Tuesday to give Latina Judge Sonia Sotomayor another chance to say what she said in 2001 but this time say it like a Supreme Court nominee.

In 2001, Sonia Sotomayor, an appeals court judge, gave a speech declaring that the ethnicity and sex of a judge “may and will make a difference in our judging.”

Sotomayor refuted such a notion that day by her now infamous quote:
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life”—Judge Sonia Sotomayor

But 8 years later and a Supreme Court appointment in the balance Sotomayor busily visited Republican and Democrat Senators on Tuesday to assure them that she believes in following the law and wouldn't let her life experiences inappropriately influence her judging. This is called a “do-over.” Only Democrats get them. A Republican nominee would have already been pilloried by the Liberal favoring Media and would have been forced to withdraw by now.

Have you ever been ticketed for rolling through a stop sign or for speeding? Well is there any chance that you said to the ticketing officer, Sir what I actually meant to do was to stop at that stop sign so if you would kindly judge me on what I intended to do I’ll just give you back this ticket and be on my way.

Or try this on the officer that just cited you for speeding, Look officer what I really meant to do is obey the posted speed limit so knowing that, I’m sure you wouldn’t mind just pretending that you didn’t just cite me and just move on to your next driver.

As ridiculous as the above two examples seem that is exactly what the Obama administration is attempting to orchestrate concerning Judge Sonia Sotomayor’s infamous statement concerning Latina superiority.

As early as last week both press secretary Robert Gibbs and president Obama stated that they felt that Sotomayor comments, that she being a Latina is wiser than a White man were poor word choices and if she had it to do it over both of them were sure that she would say it differently.

Well image that they were right! You’d think that if she had a second chance at it that she wouldn’t diss the White man, right? Well as Sotomayer made her rounds on Capitol Hill she met with several Senators who were White and she didn’t diss a single one of them. Not only that, everyone she met was glad to give her a second chance you know help her replay the round.


Look, here’s the thing, Sotomayor was allowed to bypass her statement of racial superiority over White man with a minimal correction to that idea in her 2001 speech. You see she says today that she won’t allow ethnic and gender bias to affect her decisions as a Supreme Court Justice. She also says now that she believes in following the law and wouldn't let her life experiences inappropriately influence her judging.

But what she didn’t address and what the whole point of her original statement is about, that is, her belief in Latina superiority.

In her 2001 speech Sotomayor quoted Justices Ginsberg and O’Conner speaking of male and female rendering justice in like manner, equally. Sotomayor refuted that and said that a female Latina would render justice better than a White man and it is that issue that Sotomayor did not address on Tuesday. She did not apologize for her belief nor did she take it back.

So as far as anyone can tell Sonia Sotomayor still believes that she as a Latina is superior to White man only now we have it on record that she won’t allow her superiority to inappropriately influence her judging!

Are Republican Senators so sycophantic that they didn’t catch this little game of semantics?

Here’s a thought maybe the Black man and the Latina woman are superior to the White man. If you find that thought offensive (as you should) then maybe you should do something about allowing an avowed Racist on the Supreme Court!

The bottom line is no matter how the words are said differently 8 years later we all know for years in academia and Liberal society what Sotomayor originally stated in 2001 is a Liberal social accepted truth. Sotomayor’s do-over was just to assuage the fears of sycophantic Republicans. It was meant to give them cover so they can idly stand by while Democrats place a radical Racist on the Court completely uncontested by the Party of loyal opposition.

Democrats have become the Party of unaccountability and do-overs and only a 2010 correction at the polls will change that America!

She is a Judge among lesser men and judges. Especially White men. When she consults with the Senate judicial leadership Democrats and Republicans mostly White men she will be the wisest person in the room and they will all bow to her like Barack Obama bowed to his Saudi King Abdullah. They will bow because she is the first Latina nominated to the Supreme Court.

Any White man who stands before her will already be deemed as an inferior being because in this culture White men are the burden. The unspoken question is, just what are we going to do with them?

Andrew Breitbart’s commentary entitled, “No More Apologies from Sotomayor” states the case that nearly everyone has bought into the politically correct idea that it is okay for Blacks and Latinas to be racist. That is why Republicans won’t filibuster her nomination and why Republicans Michael Steele chairman of the Republican Party and Senate Republican leader Sen. John Cornyn won’t fight this nomination. Republicans have already tried the ways of appeasement. Just look at how successful Sen. John McCain’s campaign of appeasement for the presidency was. No one could have been more “bend-over-backwards” appeasing to Barack Obama and Democrats that John McCain and what did it get him?

Though McCain authored the Comprehensive Immigration Bill he got less of the Latino vote than President George W. Bush. This should go to show Republicans that they must stop pandering to Latinos and do the right thing whatever the cost.

Barack Obama opposed Chief Justices John Roberts and Justice Sam Alito just because of his partisan Party politics. Obama didn’t like their judicial conservative ideology. Obama didn’t oppose these men because they weren't eminently qualified for the Supreme court, they were. Obama opposed them because what they represented, Conservatism. In other words in Obama's mind he was opposing the establishment, or that what has always been in America, White men in authority and in power. You see change to Obama also means the end of White political and economic power in the world.

On the other hand, Sotomayor should be opposed by Republican senators, for all intents and purposes she is unfit to be a Supreme Court Justice because she subscripts to the idea that because of her Race and gender she is superior to White Jurists. She said as much herself.

What is a poor word choice or a do over to Obama and Press Secretary Robert Gibbs is not simply a mistake in words this goes much deeper. This is a mistake in ideology, this is a mistake in philosophy. What this mistake is, Sotomayor thinks that one Race is superior to another Race that mistake in the recent past was deemed as Racism up until this point. Now Obama and Gibbs would have us think of it as a simple Fopaux instead of the Racism that it actually is.

Finally the reason that Sotomayor shouldn't receive Senate confirmation and be elevated to the Supreme Court is the other Justices would simply be a burden to her ,after all ,everyone knows that White Supreme Court Justices are inferior to Latina Supreme Court Justices.

A Latina Justice’s wisdom and experience trumps a White man’s wisdom and experience, anyways that's what the Left-wing believes and that is theirs and Sotomayor’s burden.

Barack Obama’s selection for the Supreme Court is in big trouble. How do I know this? All week long Democrats have been on the offensive with Judge Soto mayor, touting no flaunting her Race and gender all over the media while daring any Republican to say anything negative about the president’s pick.

Why if Republicans even as much as think about opposing the confirmation of Sotomayor Democrats threaten to send Republicans to political timeout in a corner where Republicans would not be able ever again to get Hispanic votes.

But a funny thing is happening, and not due to any bold and brave Republican opposition I might add, Sotomayor’s own words are coming back to haunt her and that’s putting Democrats on the defensive as they attempt to blunt the offensive and Racist remakes made by their own choice for the highest Court of the land.

Obama Press secretary Robert Gibbs assures us all that Sotomayor would have worded her remarks differently if she would have known that one day she would be nominated for the Supreme Court. Pretty good Gibbs just like you told us what VP Joe Biden meant to say even though we heard what he actually said.

Gibbs’ correction on Sotomayor statement is based on the fact that he heard from a friend of a friend who was overheard saying that Sotomayor was at least contemplative about what she said about White men who are judges.
Gibbs, told reporters about Sotomayor: “I think she’d say that her word choice in 2001 was poor.”

Gibbs, however, said he did not hear that from Sotomayor directly. He said he learned it from people who had talked to her, and he did not identify who those people were. Sotomayor herself has made no public statements since her nomination became official Tuesday and was not reachable for comment.

Then Obama himself steps into the void left by an absent Sotomayor who has apparently been sequestered away until this whole, “I’m better than White man” thing blows over.

Obama speaking for Sotomayor said … “I’m sure she would have restated it,” Obama flatly told NBC News, without indicating how he knew that. …(see source)

Not only is this administration good for speaking for other people they are absolutely famous for their crackerjack vetting process. One which allows tax cheats and now apparent Racist Judges to waltz through without as much as the blinking of an eye. So it shouldn’t surprise anyone that this “Terror on the Bench” as she is known by the attorney’s that appear before her was vetted through the Obama William Ayers, Tony Resko vetting process. After all other tax cheats and frauds have been vetted through by Obama why not a poor choice in a Judge too. (see here, here and here)

And then there’s this according to the Christian Science Monitor in a speech Sotomayor gave at Berkeley which was reprinted in the La Raza Law Journal in 2002. Sotomayor cited a couple of propositions that she accepts, both of which are deeply troubling. One is the claim made by Professor Martha Minow of Harvard that "there is no objective stance but only a series of perspectives – no neutrality, no escape from choice in judging." The other, made by Professor Judith Resnik of Yale, is that "to judge is an exercise of power." (see source)

To Sotomayor judging is totally subjective and is a way for one to exercise individual and personal power.

All of the above would lead Americans to conclude that judging from Sotomayor temperament to her choice of poor words which she has demonstrated over the course of years that she would make a poor choice as a Supreme Court Justice.

Republicans are powerless to stop her confirmation; they haven’t the votes to stop it. In addition they are too afraid to do the right thing and oppose this nomination, so once again this choice which will have grave affects on America will be the results of voting for Barack Obama and a Democrat controlled Congress.

Poor Word choice, Poor Vetting makes for a Poor Justice as does Poorly educated electorate, Poor Candidates make for Poor Democracy.

have been in control of the Congress since 2006, and
it was THEY who allowed the markets to collapse.

Barney Frank, the “Crowned Clown of Congress”, LIED
just two months before the real estate market crashed,
that Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac were “sound”, actually
encouraging people to invest their savings in those
organizations... all the time knowing that they were inches
from insolvency.

Facts and records SHOW, that it was the Republicans in
both the Senate and the House, who tried repeatedly to
force the government to provide more oversight into both
of those organizations. Senator McCain and others signed
a letter, addressed to the Financial Oversight committee,
warning of impending doom. However, the usual wisdom
of the Democratic party chose to completely ignore the
situation...........in favor of expanding the already dangerous
practice of giving mortgages to purchasers who stood no
chance what-so-ever of every carrying the monthly charges
Of course, this meant many more votes for the “Socialist
Democrats”!!!!.

Now, in their infinite wisdom, the powers that be are
looking for a scapegoat, with the eager help of the liberal
media who is in their pocket....... back pocket I am sure,
for easier access to the area that they kiss.

So beat the drum slowly, play the pipe softly and beware

But that’s just the point, Mishin says he is speaking from experience because the very same tactics that have successfully taken America down this road where attempted on Russia first and according to Mishin the Russian people did not sell their souls out to the big money backed Marxist. Like the American Government and its people are doing under the guise of hope and change.

Mishin then gives the hows and whys. First he says Americans where purposely dumbed down.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives.

Then Mishin claims that Americans faith in God was destroyed by Marxism.

Mishin completes his assessment of America’s decline into the state of Marxism in somewhat of a mocking tone. He says:

Sin that's desperately seeking to be a Civil Right

Article 1 Section 7.5 of the California Constitution Upheld
Article 1 Section 7.5 of the California constitution states that "Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California." (see story)
This amendment was voted on and passed by the people of California and confirmed by the California State Supreme Court on Tuesday May 26, 2009 it is the law.

But nothing is enough for homosexuals short of getting what they want no matter what. And in the process homosexuals have disrespected the California voters by successfully overturning a perfectly valid ballot initiative, proposition 22 which defined marriage for California. Now homosexuals are disrespecting the Courts by protesting the California Supreme Court’s decision which ruled that the arguments which homosexuals brought against Article 1 Section 7.5 where fallacious arguments.



According to the bible and all major religions homosexuality is a sin but this it is no ordinary sin. No this is the only sin that has prominent attorneys defending it, state legislatures supporting it and courts protecting it.

None of the other sins; lying, adultery, stealing, lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy and pride have advocacy groups. The only one that does is homosexuality.

There should be no question in the church that homosexuality has established itself specifically as the paramount threat to the church in the 21st century and a threat to the world society in general.

And in the likeness of true Devil’s advocates former U.S. Solicitor General Theodore B. Olson and David Boies, who represented opposing sides in the 2000 Bush v. Gore election challenge, announced they have filed a lawsuit in federal court on behalf of two gay men and two gay women. Sin has never been so well represented.

Even so there is disagreement among homosexuals on how best to proceed.

The American Civil Liberties Union, Lambda Legal and other national organizations issued a statement saying they think the U.S. Supreme Court is not ready to rule in their favor on the issue of homosexual marriages.

“In our view, the best way to win marriage equality nationally is to continue working state by state, not to bring premature federal challenges that pose a very high risk of setting a negative U.S. Supreme Court precedent,” said Shannon Minter, legal director of National Center for Lesbian Rights. What? What is this court watching for the right judges or the right time to bring a suit? And homosexuals even have a plan to work state by state through state legislatures and state courts this sounds like a well orchestrated and insidious national plan to infiltrate the social with homosexuality.

So what is the church’s plan to oppose this onslaught of immorality and perversion? The Church has none. Does the Church honestly think that doing nothing or continuing to act reactionarily will be enough to protect itself from the increased hostility it faces from homosexuals.

Who can forget the attacks against churches and synagogues when proposition 8 passed in California last year. Churches must realize that homosexuals will continue their assault against the church therefore there must be some proactive action from the church. If not homosexuals will turn sin into a civil right while at the same time they will turn the first amendment's constitutionally guaranteed right of religion into a crime.

Homosexuality is sin according to the major religions of Christianity, Judaism and Islam. The people of California knew that and voted yes on proposition 8 in spite of the millions of dollars that went into defeating prop 8 by homosexuals.

Homosexuals and their advocates have been brainwashing our children in public schools for decades now and this must stop.

No matter how homosexuals attempt to dress it up, homosexuality is Sin and the perversion that they call same-sex marriage is an abomination to humankind.

Homosexuals have declared war on normalcy and if the Church and Conservative values people continue in their pre 9/11 mentality homosexuals will successfully and completely corrupt our entire society.

The Church must be proactive in the culture war which they find themselves in, through no fault of their own. Nonetheless organizing, planning and getting involved in the society to a greater extent is the only way to address and successful thwart the national ambitions of homosexuals who intend to remake the nation into their own image.

Dr. King would not vote to confirm Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court

Sonia Sotomayor is the very antithesis of what Dr. King lived and fought for. Dr. King fought for a color blind society one which character and ability would be the prerequisites of accomplishments for all Americans. It is because of Dr. King and people like him that a Sonia Sotomayor had the opportunity to succeed.

Yet in spite of Dr. King’s dream Barack Hussien Obama has presented Judge Sonia Sotomayor based on her Race and her gender. Not exclusively but nonetheless these are the key factors he used to select her and these are the key factors he used to tell her story. Sotomayor is being present as a historical first, the first Latina to be nominated to the Supreme Court that presentation is based on her Race and her gender.

In addition to that Sotomayor’s judiciary record is replete with using her personal race and gender to decide issues which have come before her. She has even stated on the record that this is her judicial philosophy she said:

“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,”—Sonia Sotomayor

That is an absolute racist statement, as racist as that of Bull Connor vintage. Conner the Racial Segregationist of Birmingham, Alabama who stated at the height of the civil rights battle, “ I say segregation today, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever!”

Sotomayor’s judicial rulings are institutionalizing her own brand of legal segregation, a new reversed segregation where minorities are favored and one in which whites are excluded and that’s reverse racism and that is what Sotomayor represents. One example of this is the case Ricci v. DeStefano.

Frank Ricci, a firefighter in New Haven , Conn. , worked hard, played by the rules, and earned a promotion to fire lieutenant. But the city denied him the promotion because he is not black. Ricci sued, along with 16 other whites and one Hispanic firefighter. After a 7-6, near-party-line vote by a federal Appeals Court to dismiss the lawsuit, the plaintiffs petitioned for Supreme Court review.

Ricci studied for eight to 13 hours a day to prepare for the combined written and oral exam in 2003 that he hoped would win him a promotion. He spent more than $1,000 buying the books that the city had suggested as homework and paying an acquaintance to read them onto audiotapes. (Ricci is dyslexic and learns better by listening.) And he got one of the highest scores.

But Ricci and other would-be lieutenants and captains with high scores did not get the promotions they expected. The reason was that -- because not enough black firefighters had done well enough to be eligible -- New Haven decided to discard the test results and make no promotions at all. (see source)

Sotomayor voted along with her partisan Liberals on the Federal Appeal Court denying White firefighters their civil rights based on no other fact than they were White.

This is not what Dr. King would have wanted. Yet Sotomayor and Barack Obama both have taken the advantages of the civil rights work that Dr. King made available to them and turned those advantages plus Dr. King’s work, into weapons to use against White people. That is reverse Racism!

Sonia Sotomayor does not possess the judicial temperament or the intelligence, according to people who know her, to be a Supreme Court Justice she is a judicial bully and is not fit to serve on the highest court of the land.

Sotomayor can be tough on lawyers, according to those interviewed. "She is a terror on the bench." "She is very outspoken." "She can be difficult." "She is temperamental and excitable. She seems angry." "She is overly aggressive--not very judicial.

She does not have a very good temperament." "She abuses lawyers." "She really lacks judicial temperament. She behaves in an out of control manner. She makes inappropriate outbursts." "She is nasty to lawyers. She doesn't understand their role in the system--as adversaries who have to argue one side or the other. No Mr. Dionne Not Third Way this is Orwellian

Liberals are obsessed with contradiction. I’m convinced that in order to be a Liberal one must possess the ability to suspend reality and replace it with some polar opposite to the truth, a flight over Bosnia or a Third Way if you will, which is a political philosophy that President Clinton was a disciple of.

According to Wikipedia The Third Way is a term that has been used to describe a political position which attempts to transcend left-wing and right-wing politics by advocating a mix of some left-wing and right-wing policies. Third Way approaches are commonly viewed as representing a centrist compromise between capitalism and socialism, or between market liberalism and democratic socialism.

This was what Bill Clinton was attempting to do with his trademark tactic of triangulation which was capturing the opponents’ best arguments and ideas then using those arguments or ideas as one’s own.

That is not what Barack Hussein Obama is doing and E.J. Dionne has got it all wrong in his article Obama and the limits of mastery. (see editorial)

Dionne contradictorily attempts to commend and condemn Obama at the same time for what he misinterprets as Obama using Clintonest techniques. Bill Clinton was a Centrist by definition by contrast Barack Hussein Obama is a radical Left-wing demagogue who is not looking for a Clintonest Third Way Obama is looking to fundamentally change America by Obama’s own words. Dionne is not even close on this one.

Dionne’s Liberalism is showing and it is absolutely confounding. It is perplexing how an individual can witness the actions of last 100 plus days and describe them as Obama building a new and enduring political establishment located slightly to the left of center. One doesn’t exclude Republicans or the far right as Dionne mischaracterizes them and land slightly left of center. If Dionne doesn’t see that then he is blinded by his own far left bias’.

Dionne’s Ode to the “Liberal establishment,” and his slight displeasure at the bifurcated messaging that the Obama administration uses to manipulate the press to get its propaganda out, propaganda which the Obama administration uses to build, according to Dionne, its new and enduring political establishment are demonstrative of Dionne’s subjective partisanship.

Last Thursday afternoon, for example, the White House invited in journalists, mostly opinion writers, to sell them on the substance of the president's big speech on Guantanamo and the treatment of detainees.

Unbeknown to the writers until afterward, they had been divided into two groups, one more centrist with a sprinkling of moderate conservatives, the other more liberal. (I was in the liberal group.) The president made an unscheduled appearance at each briefing. As is his way, he charmed both groups.

The idea, as far as I can determine, was to sell the liberal group on those aspects of Obama's plan that are a break from George W. Bush's policies, and to sell the centrist group on the toughness of the president's approach and the fact that it squares with Bush's more moderate moves later in his second term.—E.J. Dionne

What Dionne just described is an Orwellian phenomenon known as doublethink which apparently Mr. Obama and Liberals engage in. For example, Eber-Liberal Reporter Elenor Cliff engages in double think all of the time. (see previous post) Double think as described in the George Orwell book 1984 by Winston Smith the novel's protagonist, described doublethink in this fashion:

Doublethink is the only way that Liberals of the Obama administration could justify holding two press conferences, tell each group different propaganda points while feeling no ambiguity or confliction about it at all. Doublethink is the only way that E.J. Dionne could see that the Obama administration's manipulating people and events through propaganda as good.

Dionne concludes that the ends justify the means in that he believes that the changes that Mr. Obama is attempting to affect are good for the country. Dionne’s only concern is that the Obama administration shouldn’t get too confident in their ability to manipulate people and events or too certain of their own moral righteousness.

So to Liberals using Orwellian language to manipulate people and events is acceptable.

Unbelievable! Fascism is just off stage waiting in the wings America. But sadly its subjective journalism by Liberal journalists like E.J. Dionne that will aide Fascism come through a Fascist dictator to take control over America.

California Here We Come!

SCULLY: You know the numbers, $1.7 trillion debt, a national deficit of $11 trillion. At what point do we run out of money?

OBAMA: Well, we are out of money now.

Nobody will dispute the fact that California’s economy is in a mess and if you know anything about how American politics work you know that it is the State Assembly of California which controls California’s budget not its Governor. That is the case for all state and federal levels of government. It is State Assemblies or Congresses that controls State budgets. Now in California case Democrats have been in control of the State budget for decades ergo California’s decline from the Golden state to the folding state, as the state folds under years and years of additional state programs and additional cost which is symptomatic of what Democrats who are fiscally liberal do with the purse strings of a governmental budget.

We all witnessed the California Legislature’s desperate attempt to put up six ballot initiatives, 1A-1F in order to pass their mismanagement onto the backs of the tax payers of California but they were met with a resounding “NO” on all propositions except the one which tied legislator’s pay with a constitution mandate to submit a timely yearly balanced budget to the Governor which the California legislature has failed to do for years.

Even so, when Barack Hussein Obama was asked in a recent C-Span interview with Steve Scully of C-Span about California’s plight Mr. Obama remarked: “I think that what you're seeing in states is that anytime you got a severe recession like this, as I said before, their demands on services are higher. So, they are sending more money out. At the same time, they're bringing less tax revenue in. And that's a painful adjustment…” (see transcript)

Translation please: Let’s see more and more services, spending more and more money while eroding their tax base by driving business out of the state or causing businesses to fold under egregious tax burdens, liabilities and regulations is what Mr. Obama is saying happened to California.

But alas, California is not alone, no in fact California here we come. That is, here comes the rest of the Federal government because when Mr. Scully asked Mr. Obama when did he think the U.S. government would run out of money with all of the new reforms and spending placed on it by his administration and the Democrat controlled Congress Mr. Obama straightforwardly declared that the United States government is already insolvent and we are already out of money! That’s correct Americans your President has declared America, your Country insolvent! We’re out of money but that didn’t stop the Democrats from pushing through trillions of dollars of pork spending which they and Obama renamed stimulus. And that isn’t stopping Al Gore and Henry Waxman from attempt to put through Climate Change legislation that will further destroy our economy. (see story)

In Addition to that, the lack of money won’t stop the Health Care reforms that the Obama administration is going to implement. But don’t sit around waiting for the gold plated Congressional Health care that you were promised when Democrats were campaigning for the presidency, no, what you will end up with if this legislation comes to pass is the DMV version of Health care, long lines and a poorly managed federal system.

So allow me to ask, is this any way for an insolvent government to be acting, that is, spending money that we don’t have for partisan political objectives which are meant to keep the ones who wrecked the government in the first place, in power?

And don’t you buy for one second that it wasn’t Obama and the Democrats that wrecked this economy. No matter how much he and his fellow Democrats attempt to blame the Bush administration they’ve got a very large problem in selling that old dried out lie to the American people which is, it is Congress that controls the purse strings of the budget and when this economy went careening out of control Democrats were in control of both House of Congress for two years and Barack Obama was in the Senate voting for all of the measures that sent us spiraling in to fiscal chaos. The CIA are Liars

Earlier this month, Pelosi told reporters that she had not been told that waterboarding had been used against terrorism suspects, even though it had been. When asked whether she was accusing the CIA of lying to her, she said "yes."--Associated Press (see source)

I have that on the best authority! So there is talk about instituting a truth commission, good! I say the very first task of that commission should be to investigate who in the CIA lied and misled Congress. I think that we should follow this no matter were it leads us and if it’s all the way to the top echelons of government will so be it.

We can’t just have charges of government corruption hanging about and just move on. If the CIA is lying or has lied to Congress these are criminal acts and must be investigated immediately.

Ms. Pelosi says that she stands by her statements that the CIA misled and lied to Congress so something must and should be done about it. (see 1:23min video)


What? Does Pelosi think that everyone can just resume their lives and act as if these claims were never made? No way! If the CIA misled and lied to Congress and if this has been a continual occurrence as Ms. Pelosi claimed then the people responsible should be held accountable.

What is going on with the political elitist in Washington D.C., why is it that no one wants to be held accountable for their actions? Several weeks ago Alren Specter abandoned the Republican Party because he felt that it was beneath him to answer to his Republican constituents for his anti-Republican behavior. Specter said in so many words that his political career was much to important than to have his fate decided by the lowly Republican electorate in some lowly Republican primary and so he bolted to the Democrat Party to avoid any accountability for his actions.

I have traveled the State, talked to Republican leaders and office-holders and my supporters and I have carefully examined public opinion. It has become clear to me that the stimulus vote caused a schism which makes our differences irreconcilable.

On this state of the record, I am unwilling to have my twenty-nine year Senate record judged by the Pennsylvania Republican primary electorate.

Likewise last week the Speaker of the House claimed that the CIA lied to her and in addition the CIA has an ongoing practice of misleading Congress. These are serious charges and if true could jeopardize America’s national security.

Creating Orwellian Worldview calls for an immediate investigation of Ms. Pelosi’s allegations and if they are found true persons who perpetrated such acts must be appropriately charged and convicted in a court of law.

We can’t simply move on. This matter is crucial to the security of our nation. If the CIA are liars and have been misleading Congress as Ms. Pelosi claimed then maybe they’ve been lying to the White House too.

And if so maybe it was corrupted CIA Intel that the White House based its decision to go to war with Iraq on (weapon of mass destruction et. al.) If all of the above is true then Ms. Pelosi has done this Nation a service for exposing the CIA as liars.

No we can not just simply move on, we must first stop this agency from undermining our government and then convict all of those in the CIA who had a part in this treasonous enterprise of lying to the White House and to Congress.

The American people should not allow this matter to rest until we receive a full accounting of CIA activities regarding these charges.

This should be the first case for the truth commission that Ms. Pelosi has advocated and apparently is fond of.

Tell that to Democrats Mr. Obama

In what the media has described as “a major rebuke” and “a potentially serious setback” to President Barack Obama, the US Senate voted 90-6 to withhold funds the White House had requested for shutting down the Guantánamo Bay prison camp at the US military base in Cuba. Question which political Party controls the White House, both houses of Congress and can do whatever they want because their political opponents do not have sufficient numbers to stop them? That’s right the Democrat Party.

So when Barack Hussein Obama spoke yesterday regarding the shutting down of Guantánamo Bay prison camp who was he speaking to? Surely he wasn’t attempting to convince Republicans because Republicans can’t stop him and his fellow Democrats from doing anything that they want to do. Democrats could pass a bill into law requiring the American people to register with the government if they attend church more than twice in one month and Republicans couldn’t stop it because Republicans don’t have the numbers in Congress to stop them.

So why was Obama justifying his executive order to close Guantánamo prison yesterday and to whom was he justifying the closure too? On January 22, just after his inauguration, Obama issued an arbitrary executive order to close the Guantánamo prison within one year without any kind of plan of what to do with the enemy combatants contained there.

To this day Mr. Obama still doesn’t have a closure plan for Guantánamo so the Democrats in the House of Representative and the Senate withheld money that Obama requested for the closure of Guantánamo. Apparently Democrats are afraid that the inexperienced Obama might release terrorists inside of the United States. (see here and here) (see 26sec. video)



You see this is a Democrat pissing contest. This has nothing to do with Republicans or the Bush administration though Obama, as he always does, attempted to blame the Bush administration. Following is an excerpt of Obama’s justification in which he responds to the fears of his fellow Democrats regarding his determination to close the terrorist detainee camp and bring terrorists to U.S. soil and allow enemy combatants of an on-going war access to ACLU attorneys and a broken legal system that allowed him, a constitutionally ineligible person, to become president of the United States of America.

If the courts couldn’t protect the constitution from a usurper to the presidency of the United States of America how are the courts going to protect the American people from ACLU lawyered up terrorist? They aren’t! (see 2:32min video)



You see this is a Democrat fight. The most Liberal Senator in the U.S. Senate and now the most Liberal president that the United States has ever had is attempting to convince Moderate to Conservative Democrats to buy his argument that the Bush administration violated the rights of enemy combatants.

However, that is not the case, because we are at war. And nowhere in the annuals of human history does a nation at war release combatants who are captured on the battlefield during the war that they are currently fighting. When a war is over is the time when prisoner release is normally negotiated. And it is absolutely unheard of for a nation to grant an enemy combatant, someone that is sworn to destroy it, the same rights as it’s citizens by granting that enemy access to that nations resources, their attorneys and their court system while they are engaged at war with the combatant. Yet that is the preposterous argument that Obama is attempting to advance but even his own Party isn’t buying it.

Mr. Obama you closed Guantánamo for all the wrong reasons. You did it to show up the Bush administration but instead you’ve shown just how you politicize everything that you do.

Even Democrats agree Mr. Obama you had no plan you just capriciously ordered Gitmo closed without considering the impact of your decision. That kind of governing makes America less safe Mr. Obama.

What President Bush did made us safe for almost eight years. What you’re doing Mr. Obama makes America less safe. I only hope we don’t pay with American lives for your politicizing!

Girlee-nator Arnold Schwarzenegger

Propositions 1A-1F, a Democrat controlled state Assembly and a RINO Governor’s attempt to push the job that they wouldn’t do on the people of California.

The California Assembly wouldn’t restrain spending. Therefore California’s out of control spending is but a forewarning of where national Democrats that control Congress are taking the rest of the nation. As California goes so goes the nation. (see story)

Yet surprisingly the Girlee-nator Arnold Schwarzenegger is a politician without a base. Schwarzenegger did an Arlen Specter on the Republicans of California his advisers told Arnie that to be a successful politician in the state of California one needed to be a Democrat so Arnold shook off Republicans like a bad B-movie and immediately went out and backed NO on proposition 8 and then he backed 6 propositions to increase the taxes on Californians.

Needless to say the Girlee-nator’s switch didn’t quite have the affect that he was hoping for. The people of California said Yes to proposition 8 and No to his tax increases. So much for Party desertion, I suggest that the next time that Arnie shares crib notes with the Lincoln Chafee fraction of the Republican Party he does it as a true Democrat not a Democrat wanna-be under a smoking tent.

What’s next for Kali-Forn-ya? Well it’s become pain-stakingly obvious that Democrats or Semi-Democrat Republicans are not going to fix what is wrong in California. No 1940 rethread Democrat ex-Governor Jerry Brown or no Democrat San Francisco Mayor and law breaker, Gavin Newsom is going to stop California spending.

What California needs is a real Republican Governor someone with no connections to the Kennedys, a Governor who will exercise real fiscal restraint at a time of fiscal crisis.

Finally what California needs is to vote out all Democrat State Assemblymen and women. Democrats have run the Golden State into the ground and if California is going to recover it will need to show the nation that it realizes that putting Democrats in control of government leads to egregious deficit spending.

In California’s case billions of dollars but in our Nations case Barack Obama and a Democrat controlled Congress have spent trillions in a matter of 100 days. Democrats have spent more than all U.S. Presidents combined and more that was spent in both the Iraq and Afghanistan wars under President Bush. Democrat sources have President Bush spending $940 billion for six years in both the wars and Katrina
