Is the President as Invulnerable as he thinks?

President Barack Obama has been acting as if he is virtually invulnerable. It is like he believes that everything and anything will simply brush off of his shoulders if he wants it too.

In California last week Obama told crowds full of adulation for him that the whole AIG mess was his responsibility as president so blame him. What the president didn’t say to the crowds is that he is really actually the one at fault for the executive bonuses that most people are mad as hell about and aren’t going to take this behavior from our government any longer. Of course none of this mattered when Democrats believed that the American people didn’t care about the billions of dollars of earmarks that they stuffed in the so-called stimulus bill, at least that’s what Sen. Charles Schumer told us. (see video)




What Obama did in essence is a stroke of Machiavellian manipulative genius by feigning an executive responsibility for the actions of subordinates while he attempted to appear above and separated from doing anything personally wrong.

Oh but you did make this mess Mr. President it was you who created the whole scenario in which these bonuses were paid out. . Here are your own words calling for and creating the conditions for these bonuses in an op-ed you wrote for the Washington Post. (see op-ed) Mr. President you betrayed this country, you played on our fears!


First you demanded that Congress haphazardly push through a partisan $782Billion dollar bailout bill under threat that if they didn’t an economic apocalypse would ensue. This was a bill over a thousand pages of unread Democrat goodies that included $180.7Billion dollars of Democrat pork or earmarks which first you were against but later you justifiedthem as you signed this monstrosity into law over the objections of Republicans who incidentally did not support this stimulus bill.

By the way the $218Million dollars of bonus money was tucked away in that pork-laden bill which was approved by you and your administration, Mr. President. Sen. Christopher Dodd now admits he and your administration inserted the language in that bill which guaranteed that these bonuses would be paid. Sen. Dodd is a little confused on the details, first he didn’t know anything about it and then he admits he was responsible and he wrote the bonuses into the amendment of the stimulus bill and then he says he and your administration did it. Further, Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner the tax cheater whom you nominated and the Democrat controlled Senate confirmed as Treasury Secretary (in spite his unworthiness to serve) was aware for weeks of these bonuses. It was he and Sen. Dodd who haggled over the language in the bill. After all, like Sen. Dodd says he didn’t negotiate the language of his own amendment to the bailout bill by himself he did it with your administration Mr. President!

So when you say Washington is all in a tizzy please include yourself, when you say everyone is running around pointing fingers blaming someone else please include yourself, when you imply that someone else made this mess please, please don’t insult the American people’s intelligence.

These Washington “business as usual” bailouts were the workings of the “President of change,” Democrats of Congress and your administration Mr. Obama. So don’t use your JZ brush off the shoulder too quickly president Obama. We’re not just going to move on just because you go to California and say so.

You did make this mess Mr. Obama, you and your fellow Democrats are actually to blame for the $218Million dollars tax payer funded bonuses to AIG which was just fine with you and Democrats when you all thought that the American people didn’t care about the “little porky” amendments in your $782Billion dollar give away of hard working tax payers money.

But apparently we do care and somebody besides AIG executives is going to have to answer to the American people. The American people didn’t vote for anyone in AIG but we did vote for you and Democrats in this Congress and to think that you, Sen. Christopher Dodd or Sen. Charles Schumer would do this to the American people and then insult us by playing us for fools is unconscionable.

Mr. President you’re no Superman and what you and your fellow Democrats did with this AIG fiasco should be just the Kryptonite to prove it.

The Congressional Budget Office or the CBO, a nonpartisan government organization is reporting that Democrats under the leadership of President Barack Obama only needed just over 50 days with complete control of the government to run America into the ground.

Voters should have known how irresponsible Democrats where in the manner which they attacked the previous administration attempting to make the president fail. They did this, so that Democrats could gain power. Voters should have gotten a clue when Democrats attempted to sabotage the Iraq war effort under President Bush showing that Democrats are completely out of control. But Americans disregarded the warning signs.

By CBO's calculation, Obama's budget would generate deficits averaging almost $1 trillion a year of red ink over 2010-2019.

Worst of all, CBO says the deficit under Obama's policies would never go below 4 percent of the size of the economy; figures that economists agree are unsustainable. By the end of the decade, the deficit would exceed 5 percent of gross domestic product, a dangerously high level.—Andrew Taylor

Not only that, voters only had to look how Democrat controlled states are being run into the ground. California for example has been controlled the Liberals and Democrats for decades. California is on the verge of bankruptcy. The California state senate has just approved an onerous $64Billion dollar tax increase. But did you know that California’s 7.25% sells tax is already the highest in the nation? April 1, 2009 will see California sells tax increased to 8.25% to 10.25% depending where you live in California. (see source)

So why is anyone surprised at the CBO’s report that the Obama administration’s reckless spending spree will cost the American people $9.3 trillion in deficits over the next decade, more than four times the deficits of Republican George W. Bush's presidency? That is what congressional auditors reported on Friday. (see story)

Going on Jay Leno and cracking on the Special Olympics may endear you to the constituency that blindly follow you and voted you into office but there are those even now that are looking at the fiasco that your policies are creating and they are rejecting your governess as madness! All of congress is now focused on AIG, the global financial and insurance giant congress bailed out with billions after AIG contributed hundreds of thousands to their election campaigns. Suddenly, congress has been inspired by a pseudo morality unseen in the history of the nation. Congress has been inspired to call for all of the AIG retention bonuses to be given back despite the fact all of them earned the bonuses based on contractual agreements on how long they would remain with AIG.

These are not performance bonuses, they are retention bonuses. Why not have congress also give back all the monies collected from AIG for their political races? Is this not a double standard being imposed by the same people who approved the billion dollar giveaway? That part is not even mentioned as if it had never happened. President Obama received $101,000 dollars and Chris Dodd head of the Senate committee who not only approved the AIG bailout funds but has oversight received more than that.

There are many politicians who had their hands out. Chuck Schumer the outspoken New York, Senator who wants to tax any bonus recipients by 100% somehow does not see his political campaign share as part of the problem. Peanuts when the level of corruption has risen into the billions. Signaling out specific Americans by the Senate to take away legally obtained earnings regardless of how unmerited we may feel those earnings are, is a dangerous precedent. Your legal right to ask for what you think you are worth has now been placed into question. At any time, the senate can determine retroactively you have been getting paid too much and get it all back. Of course, we as the taxpayers have no equal right. Sound fair to you? Far fetched? It is happening before your very eyes.

America has just been placed in the most tenuous socialistic position unimagined just a few months ago.

Five hundred men and women who we as Americans elected to represent us in congress and the senate have made the decision to encumber our nation for generations by shoveling out money as if there was limited time to empty out the nations coffers; Trillions, an amount too large to comprehend and certainly too large to ever, ever pay back. According to congress, American Taxpayers now own 80 percent of the trillion dollar giant, AIG. Really? List that on your asset sheet.

There is absolutely no way to understand the massive shift which is taking place under the guise of social welfare reform. Certainly all of us are in favor of supporting education and having better medical care opportunities but I doubt any one of us believe bankrupting our nation while taking on the beliefs of a Hugo Chavez or a Fidel Castro is of benefit to the United States.

Regardless of how much contradictory verbiage is directed at the American population, especially in California, the reverence given to the current administration will continue and they will not be held accountable for its actions. Obama is keeping his popularity by appearing on shows such as Jay Leno and pretending to be a rock star instead of a mature, savvy, experienced President of the United States we desperately need at the helm.

We all want America to get back on its feet but the inexperienced, clumsy approach being shown by the administration is exposing the way America does business and the underbelly of corruption in our own system. This unintended peek at business as usual politics should be examined carefully. It should be enough to wipe the star struck look off our faces but it won’t.

America is naïve enough to believe our leaders are special and there are no terrorists wanting to harm us. We are still believing the multi trillion dollar give away will be good for us and also choosing to believe bringing in the most hardened killers in the world now housed at Guantanamo into our realm of American judicial justice will soften their hearts. We seem to think by calling terrorists misguided souls it will somehow reduce the danger to levels of a Looney Tunes episode of the wily coyote and the roadrunner. Sheer fantasy ingrained in our national lunacy.

America, you are being hit with numerous reality slaps across the face and most of you have no awakening reaction. There must be an element of truth in global warming since something is definitely frying our brains. (see source)

It is true Liberalism is Madness! For the Obama administration to come in and push the U.S. economy over the brink by adding on its costly radical social agenda for change right in the middle of an economic collapse speaks to the lack of judgment that Obama, Liberals, Progressives and Democrats have.

Indeed Washington has gone Mad because the American voters unleashed the political virus of Liberalism directly into the mainstream of American politics and this virulent strain of Liberalism will do what all viruses tend to do, attempt to destroy its host as quickly and efficiently as it can.

I believe that President Obama would call that change! And it is. As death is change from life not all change is good change!

I Hate to Say it!

Yep...........it's hard to say, "I told you so", but
I did!!!!!

When grossly inexperienced then candidate Obama was
running for office, the liberals made hay out of Sara Palin's "inexperience". Well guess what? On her worst
day, she couldn't have caused the total chaos and ruin
that the Obama administration has already caused in less
than 60 days.

Not only can Obama not speak publically without the help
of a teleprompter, he has proven that he can't put together
a cabinet. Most of his key posts in the Treasury department
are vacant, and his Treasury Secretary has the ability of a chipmunk in putting together a workable economic plan.
I mean, look what his AIG plan consisted of. It was he
who was responsible for writing the agreement, before the
bail-out money was issued, and he blew it.............big
time! To add insult to injury, he spent days trying to
weasel out of the situation, blaming everyone who was within
arm's length of the office.

Why is it that the liberals can only berate the Republicans,
instead of giving them credit for accomplishments, when they
are in office, but consider themselves to be infallible in governmental matters? The biggest part of their problem
when they are in the majority, is that big government is
never big enough, and as we have seen, never competent
in any case.

President Obama and his Democratic Congress should back off
the entire question of the economy. They have already
proven themselves totally inept in the field, and should
beg the forgiveness of the American voters for having deceived
us all. Then, they should accept the Republican plans of
no more bailouts, no programs favoring the unions, a full one
year tax moratorium, no nationalized healthcare, no more
tons of money going to wasted educational attempts, and most
of our problems will disappear within 6 months.

As for our "Foreign Policy"......... once again Obama has
shown that he is neither a sophisticaed nor firm leader,
but rather one who seeks the approval of the world, including
our enemies. Only a total incompetent would approach Iran
in the manner in which he did. You can't extend an olive
branch to someone who would toss it into the fire in an
instant. Iran doesn't seek our approval nor do they want our counsel. They have but one thing in mind; to create a world-wide disaster, so that the world will be ready for their "benevolent" god to come to earth to reward all the little terrorists. (You listening Ms. Napolitano?)

Our wonderful President has made us the laughing stock of the
entire world. He accused President Bush of making us lose
respect among nations, but his actions have reduced the once
great United States to the position of a Third World nation.
At least under President Bush, if we lost respect, we were
feared. Under President Obama, even a puppy would consider
lifting his leg on the President's shoes.

Unless Obama shows some backbone very soon, I am afraid that
Israel will fear the loss of United States backing, and take
it upon itself to unleash a devastating attack on Iran, to
complete what the United States should have done a long time
ago.

Chief Justice John Roberts has agreed to read a petition filed before the Supreme Court which questions President Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to be president of the United States of America. Whether he will keep his word is yet to be known.(see story)

When I raise the question of President Barack Hussein Obama’s ineligibility, Obama supporters and non-supporters alike wonder how Obama could have gotten as far as he did, becoming president and no one stopped him. Most people believe that it would be impossible for someone to accomplish such a thing.

In March 1997, Gore had to explain phone calls which he made to solicit funds for the Democratic Party for the 1996 election.[91] In a news conference, Gore stated that, "all calls that I made were charged to the Democratic National Committee. I was advised there was nothing wrong with that. My counsel tells me there is no controlling legal authority that says that is any violation of any law."—Wikipedia

The fact is several people attempted to stop Obama all along the way though state, federal and even the Supreme Courts but to no avail. You might say there was no controlling legal authority in other words most of the courts claimed that the Americans who filed petitions attempting to ascertain whether Obama was eligible to be president had no standing to do so several cases were dismissed.

In those courts’ judgment no American has standing enough to question a candidate’s eligibility, therefore no controlling legal authority. So, as you can see, it wasn’t for a lack of trying. Law suits were filed to prevent this very thing from happening. It is my belief that the whole court system has been corrupted by this crisis. (see listing)

Following is a listing of cases active and inactive at various stages of the Obama candidacy which attempted to ascertain the truth about Obama’s eligibility

• New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress didn't properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of president.

• Pennsylvania Democrat Philip Berg has three cases pending, including Berg vs. Obama in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a separate Berg vs. Obama which is under seal at the U.S. District Court level and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, (now dismissed) brought on behalf of a retired military member who could be facing recall to active duty by Obama.

• Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.

• Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.

• Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.

• Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.

• Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.

• In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.

• Also in Ohio, there was the Greenberg v. Brunner case which ended when the judge threatened to assess all case costs against the plaintiff.

• In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.

• In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.

• California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters.

President Obama is a constitutional attorney he would have known that there is no controlling legal authority to prevent someone who is ineligible from becoming president. So he just went for it! He gambled with the constitution and the courts. Obama gambled that he would be able to accomplish what no one else in American history was able to accomplish. That was becoming the first non-natural born person to become president of the United States of America. And right now his gamble is paying off.

Obama’s presidency is no accident. Obama and his associates researched the possibility in 2004 and wrote a paper two years later dismissing the constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen as stupid and outdated when Obama was a Senator.

An associate lawyer in a Chicago-based firm whose partner served on a finance committee for then Sen. Barack Obama has advocated for the elimination of the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born" citizen, calling the requirement "stupid" and asserting it discriminates, is outdated and undemocratic.--Bob Unruh, Worldnetdaily.com

…isn’t there some questions whether or not President-elect Barack Hussein Obama is Constitutionally qualified to be President of the United States of America? And weren’t there numerous court filings before the election questioning that fact. And wasn’t a paper advocating for the fundamental change of the constitution to allow other than U.S. natural borns to be President of the United States written two years after Obama won his senate seat in 2004 by an Obama associate? There is no guarantee that Justice Roberts will read the petition or for that matter the court will consider it or even that this petition will ever see the light of day. The only thing that is guaranteed is that we the people need to keep the heat up on our government and make the courts and the Senate to do their jobs and protect the constitution.

If it is ever legally determined that Barack Obama was and is ineligible to be president every court that a petition was presented before is as culpable as the Democrat controlled Senate whose leadership is as liable as Obama. And every Judge, Congressman and Senator that allowed an Usurper to be sworn in and assume the office of President of the United States of America should be duly tried, convicted and jailed along with the Obamas and other unnamed co-conspirators.

Obama is not listening to real climate experts

Right now all the science listened to by the Left is biased. From stem cell research to Global warming it’s all tainted science. Tainted by personal prejudge and hidden agendas. This is the science that Barack Obama wishes to restore to its rightful place.

What passes for science in these areas is actually akin to the massive financial bailouts that banks are receiving from the government. Only the scientists that work for the politically correct Left structure their findings to receive huge amounts of scientific bailouts a.k.a. government grant moneys along with government and public approval.

These university and government supported scientists always clamber for big government dollars by producing so called scientific findings that drives Liberal policy and Liberal agenda thereby satiating what Liberal politicians want. It is this science that Obama wishes to put the full force of the U.S. government behind.

Consider this, Christopher Booker of Europe’s Telegraph online writes, “Nobody listens to the real climate change experts.” In Booker’s report are outlined two Global warming conferences that were held recently. One held in Copenhagen, billed as "an emergency summit on climate change," the other held in New York, organised by the Heartland Institute under the title Global Warming: Was It Ever Really A Crisis? (see story) and (see Heartland)

The Copenhagen event was a gathering of government and UN IPCC funded scientists [a]s one of the organisers put it, "this is not a regular scientific conference: this is a deliberate attempt to influence policy.". There was wall to wall media coverage there.

I did a google search, “global warming conference” and the Copenhagen event was the one that came up almost exclusively.

The New York event was a gathering of world renowned scientific leaders on the topic of climate. President Vaclav Klaus of the Czech Republic, the acting head of the European Union, and Professor Richard Lindzen of MIT, perhaps the most distinguished climatologist in the world gave the opening addresses. Yet there was next to no media coverage at this event.

As for the science, the Copenhagen group has based it’s entire global warming scare on computer models that have been proven faulty to inaccurately wrong. Yet this is the “science” that world leaders crave because they want to use this “science” to create new revenue streams of taxation on CO2 emissions for the new Global rule, a global tax on the entire world to go to unelected officials at the U.N. That’s taxation without representation, now just where have we heard of that before?

In the New York meeting it was shared that, [s]ea levels are not shooting up but only continuing their modest 3mm a year rise over the past 200 years. The vast Antarctic ice-sheet is not melting, except in one tiny corner, the Antarctic Peninsula. Tropical hurricane activity, far from increasing, is at its lowest level for 30 years. The best correlation for temperature fluctuations is not CO2 but the magnetic activity of the sun. (For an admirable summary of proceedings by the Australian paleoclimatologist Professor Bob Carter, Google "Heartland" and "Quadrant").

Gee can’t let that scientific information get out it might mess up the plans for global taxation.

Brooks concludes, Yet the terrifying thing, as President Klaus observed in his magisterial opening address, is that there is no dialogue on these issues. When recently at the World Economic Forum in Davos, he found the minds of his fellow world leaders firmly shut to anything but the fantasies of the scaremongers.

As I said in my own modest contribution to the conference, there seems little doubt that global warming is leading the world towards an unprecedented catastrophe. But it is not the Technicolor apocalypse promised by the likes of Al Gore. The real disaster hanging over us lies in all those astronomically costly measures proposed by politicians, to meet a crisis which in reality never existed.

If president Obama is actually going to restore science to its rightful place we would see more scientists with views against the accepted political trending supporting the disproved theory of global warming. Not the blind and closed minded acceptance of a nonscientific failed theory of anthropogenic global warming which the Obama administration presently fully supports.

He’s Doing the Job that the Judiciary and the Legislative Branches wouldn’t do!

Just one man in all of Congress cares enough about the America people and the Constitution of the United States of America to do something about what could be an unconstitutional usurper in the White House.

Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., filed H.R. 1503, an amendment to the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, which increased required campaign fund disclosure and was later amended to establish the Federal Elections Commission. (see story)

This amendment will require presidential candidates to provide a birth certificate and other documents to prove their eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.

Up until now American elections have virtually been on the honor system but apparent dishonor has recently manifested in the American election system, a system that saw the organized corruption of ACORN that infected our national elections in 2008.

In addition to the manipulation of election laws that allowed voters with no addresses to vote, polling places to remain open past normal closing times, many communities to hold week along elections instead of the traditional November 20th election day ballot casting, and illegal aliens illegally casting unchallenged ballots in an American election, there is no longer honor or honestly in American elections.

That’s right based on the above America is far removed from conducting honorable and fair elections from this time forward.

Yet the ultimate disgrace is we now have an imposer in the White House, President Barack Hussein Obama was able to advance through the election process even thought he was challenged all along the way by various law suits attempting to make him show that he was eligible to be president of the United States. Yet no Court, state, federal or Supreme, wanted to do the right thing or be the court that prevented the first Black man from becoming president by upholding the Constitution over political correctness and public sentiment.

George Cecala, a spokesperson for Rep. Posey's office, told WND that constituents had been calling, questioning whether Barack Obama – who has publicized a Certificate of Live Birth, but not his official birth certificate – has demonstrated that he meets the Constitution's requirement to be a natural-born citizen.

Following is a listing of cases active and inactive at various stages of the Obama candidacy which attempted to ascertain the truth about Obama’s eligibility:

• New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress didn't properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of president.

• Pennsylvania Democrat Philip Berg has three cases pending, including Berg vs. Obama in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a separate Berg vs. Obama which is under seal at the U.S. District Court level and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, (now dismissed) brought on behalf of a retired military member who could be facing recall to active duty by Obama.

• Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.

• Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.

• Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.

• Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.

• Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.

• In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.

• Also in Ohio, there was the Greenberg v. Brunner case which ended when the judge threatened to assess all case costs against the plaintiff.

• In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.

• In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.

• California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters.

• In Texas, Darrel Hunter vs. Obama later was dismissed.
• In Ohio, Gordon Stamper vs. U.S. later was dismissed.
• In Texas, Brockhausen vs. Andrade.

As you can see no court presently has taken up the part of the Constitution or the people of the United States of America. I think that this is a clear indication that the Obama phenomenon has corrupted all branches of government.

It is my belief that if Obama is at some time found to have been ineligible to be president each court that this question appeared before should be charged with aiding and abetting treason against the people of the United States of America if that court failed to do it’s duty on behalf of the American people.

Lowry reports that [t]he latest instance of the three-step in action is the matter of presidential signing statements. The left yowled about President George W. Bush's signing statements, arguing they demonstrated his essential lawlessness.

There was nothing new about the statements: Presidents have issued them since the 19th century to indicate that a particular provision in a law might be unconstitutional, or to set out how the executive will interpret a provision to avoid any conflict with the Constitution.

Bush issued more signing statements than any other president, but - with a hostile Congress attempting to limit his war powers - he also was confronted with more legislation involving constitutionally contested ground.

Obama promised change from Bush's "abuse," and the other day issued a headline-grabbing memorandum promising to limit the statements. Oh, blessed day!
Former Bush spokesman Ari Fleischer, casting a justifiably jaundiced eye on the memo, noted of signing statements: "This has been a standard practice going back decades. They're going to do the same thing, whenever they feel like it."

It took a mere 48 hours for Obama to issue his first signing statement, in the words of The New York Times, "reserving a right to bypass dozens of provisions in a $410 billion government spending bill even as he signed it into law."

As you know Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson made the Congress agree to give him complete immunity regarding the $700 Billion dollar bailout in section 8 of the legislative proposal from Treasury Department for authority to buy mortgage-related assets, and they did. He also asked for and got complete secrecy as to where the money would go.

So your Congress is as culpable as Paulson for what happen to this unaccounted for money.

They did this most of the time in outright blatant disrespect for this country, disrespect for our constitution, disrespect for our military and they did this when most of the time president Bush was defending this nation from Islamic terrorists who also declared war against America. Bush was constantly fighting on three fronts, al Qaeda terrorists, Democrat political terrorists and media terrorists.

On the morning of 9/11 Democrat operatives and the press where plotting to bring down George W. Bush. Democrat strategist James Carville and Democratic pollster Stanley Greenberg were meeting with their fellow co-conspirators in the Washington press, subject how to turn public opinion against Bush. If Al Gore cared anything about this country he would have conceded the 2000 election instead of showing off his un-statesmanship like behavior which stirred the whole country up with the nonsense of Chad-gate and taking the 2000 election to court. (see previous post)

Al Gore’s legacy will be that he alone ushered in a new era of doubt in the democratic process, no longer will free and open elections be enough. Next Democrats, in large numbers, voted to go to war in Iraq. As well Democrats voted several times to fund the war every time they were asked.

So President Obama don’t talk about the failed policies of the Bush administration or any other failure of president Bush because if he failed it was because Democrats and the American media worked tirelessly to made failure the only option for president Bush. (see previous post)

Not only did he sign the $410 billion omnibus spending bill that Democrats filled up with 9,000 earmarks and pet projects the president attempted to displace blame by embracing the earmarks. And then he attempted to give the impression that he wasn’t in the least embarrassed for doing it. And you know what, he wasn’t. It’s like whatever he says at the time is what he expects the American people to believe. Our President is a psychopathic liar. (see story) (see video)

President Obama checked this bill for wasteful spending just as well as he vets his picks for Cabinet positions for his administration.

The unfortunate political ploy that Democrats and the Obama administration are attempting to sell to the American people is that President Bush is responsible for this earmark infested bill. That’s right you heard me, if President Bush would have signed these 9,000 Earmarks into law then President Obama would not have had to. What a load!

The Obama administration has said it will recommend changes for future spending and appropriations measures, but that the president viewed this bill as essential. Obama has "no second thoughts" about signing it, White House spokesperson and Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said.

"I bet many presidents have signed bills that may not meet 100% of their desires," Gibbs told reporters in the televised briefing. "This stuff should have been done before Sen. Barack Obama became President-elect Barack Obama and certainly before he became President Barack Obama."

Gibbs said the bill was not perfect, but that the president was committed to changing the process. "There'll be some new rules of the road," Gibbs said.
Now that’s just insulting to our collective intelligence President Obama funds 9,000 earmarks for billions of dollars and at the same time promises a future fix for pork barrel spending.

I would call that the audacity of stealing tax payers’ money in the middle of the worst economic times since the great depression or you might call it a president who is a psychopathic liar and a Democrat controlled Congress that is complicit in thief of taxpayers’ money.

How does the Obama administration justify this bill? By deception of course, just as they always do.

Notice the pattern first sign it, and then promise to do something different in the future, then justify wrong action by stating that it is an emergency or that it is critical that something wrong be allowed just for the moment, express that you are not ashamed of doing the wrong thing. Point out the fact everyone is doing it and finally if all else fails or even if it doesn’t, Blame Bush.

There’s no moral high ground here Mr. Obama only Psychopathic behavior Mr. President.

Be Careful What You Wish For

I want Barack Obama to Fail. Since I wrote that in November of 2008 a famous radio personality has pick up the sentiment and Liberals have gone sanctimoniously apoplectic in their affront at the thought.

Why even one such person of the Liberal persuasion who knows my political views walked up to me and said, “Hey, we’re all in this together we all have to hope that President Obama succeeds, right?” He obviously concerned by the poor political start of his favorite Socialist-Marxist of choice.

Boy did I lay into that Alzheimer’s suffering hypocrite. I began to recant Murtha, Reid, Clinton, Kerry, Dean, Gore and Obama who all at the height of the Iraq war and for eight solid years of the Bush presidency made it known in no uncertain terms that they wanted President Bush to fail, they wanted the Iraq war to fail and by extension they wanted America to fail. Oh, but he couldn’t or didn’t remember Democrats ever wanting (or saying that they wanted) President Bush to fail.

Al Gore Proved Wrong about Global Warming Gets Obama’s Support Anyway

Al Gore has discovered that one can use the former prestige of being the Vice president of the United States of America couple that with bad science and turn them into phenomenal fame and riches. Gore has won a Grammy, an Oscar, and a Nobel Peace Prize but I’m sure that he would give it all back if he could have the one prize that has eluded him thus far, taxing billions of dollars of your money.

For years Mr. Gore has been heavily leveraged on the front end of cap and trade investments. He was hoping for windfall profits when he first started his campaign in 2000 denouncing anthropogenic Global warming due to man-made CO2 emissions. (see here, here and here)

In Gore’s vision the world would simply panic persuaded by his cataclysmic pronouncements and dire warnings to act immediately or face the irreversible consequences of melting ice caps, dieing Polar Bears, rising sea levels and the CO2 induced warming of Earth that would be so extreme that the Earth would soon resemble the terrain on Mars. Well after nine years of Gore’s Global Warming Prophecies, the Earth is still standing, we are all still here. And the fact that you didn’t allow the government to willy-nilly run off and join the Kyoto agreements and other European cap and trade schemes which would have forced American tax payers and their children’s children to pay for Al Gore’s and his children’s C02 investments has Gore perplexed and a bit angry.

Oh there are some lowly environmentalist and college students that are in it to save the planet but by-in-large this is a big money venture on the scale of creating a second Federal Reserve. This is an Energy Federal Reserve and like the original there is money for nothing to be made coming directly from a permanent source the American tax payer.

That’s the bottom line, that’s the truth about Al Gore’s Global warming and climate change scheme, what Gore is really about is tax payer’s money going to him and his associates under the guise of saving the planet.

The only thing between Gore and his big payday now is the current state of the economy. President Obama will enact Clean Air policies and EPA regulations which residually will make Al Gore wealthier than the country of Venezuela but Obama has got to get money flowing in the economy again so that tax payers won’t notice the siphoning off of more billions of their dollars.

We all know that Global warming is not the Earth killer that Gore said it was in 2000 so why are they still doing this? Your money, it couldn’t be anything else because according to Dr. Singer CO2 is not even a pollutant!

But why reduce CO2 emission at all?

• CO2 is not a "pollutant." The best evidence we have from climate science shows that any warming from the emission of greenhouse gases is insignificant — contrary to claims by the UN-IPCC. See the NIPCC report, Nature Not Human Activity Rules the Climate, at www.sepp.org.
• The climate has not been warming since 1998 — in spite of steadily rising CO2 levels. But even if it were warming, reputable economists have shown that it would yield overall benefits. For details, see the NIPCC report.
• Finally, the level of CO2 is now largely controlled by emissions from China. But even if all nations were to cut emissions according to the Kyoto Protocol, CO2 levels would continue to rise, albeit at a slightly slower rate.

Global warming/Climate Change has never been about the planet it has always been about creating a new revenue stream for the Global economy. Whether it’s Rahm Emanuel or Barack Obama both men believe that crisis is good! Good that is, for putting forth a concurrent covert Liberal Democrat agenda. In President’s Obama weekly address the president outlined a bold Democrat agenda in spite of the fact that the nation is suffering on the brink of an economic catastrophe.

It is President Obama’s and Democrats’ plan to expand their power and control over the government while you and I worry about the manufactured economic crisis which the United States is in the middle of. (see story)

This country is suffering from 20 to 30 years of Corporations outsourcing middle class jobs to the global economy in order to maximize their own profits free from U.S. taxes and regulations. In addition to that of course we also suffer from Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and Chairmen of the Federal Reserve Ben Bernanke, front men of international money interest, sacking of the U.S. Economy.

All the while president Obama is talking about enacting government funded Health Care that will be yet another tax on the American people because realistically it is the American people who are paying for it all.

If the president truly wanted to pull America out of its crisis he would take control of America’s monetary system, he then would pull America out of all of its international commitments. Like for instance if American is in such grave crisis (which we are), why did Secretary of State Hillary Clinton just commit the American tax payer on Thursday March 5th to $900 million dollars in aid to the Palestinians? Where is that money coming from?(see story)

And lastly if the President really wanted to help America and Americans he would stop spending not increase it!

The Republicans are no better in this regard. Instead of Republicans forcefully opposing Democrats and defending the American people against the tyranny of Obama’s agenda of, changing the American system to one of de facto Socialism, Republicans answer in their weekly address sheepishly and timid. If President Obama were concerned about the Middle Class as he pretends all he would have to do is demand that all corporations that have exposed America to economic ruin for the cheap un-unionized labor of India and Asia reorient themselves to support the American worker over their greed for usurious profits of the last 20 to 30 years. One would think that these international geniuses would have figured out by now that it isn't wise to attempt to kill the goose that lay the golden egg!

That said, Obama should wretch control of the American economic system away from the money lenders and internationalist who have enslaved the America people with trillions of dollars of debt.

If the Obama Socialists are true populists as they campaigned that they were to win the election then off with the heads of the ruling moneyed aristocracy like the 1790 revolution of France.

The French Revolution killed about 40,000 predator elites in the name of Liberty, about 14 percent of the 27.7 million French population.

The killing of the predator elites happened after the ordinary people realized that (1) ordinary people were the nation's sole producers of real wealth, (2) the small number of predator elites had grabbed most of the wealth, (3) the predator elites gained wealth through cheating and corruption, and (4) the predator elites directed much of their corruption at destroying the French middle classes to gain obscene profits.

Today the way to kill off the elites is to cut off their money supply. Everyone knows it but will those in the Obama administration who came into power on the populist mantle actually do it or are they only interest in advancing their agenda under the status quo?

If president Obama pursuits his Liberal Democrat agenda under the present economic structure he is no better than George W. Bush a man that Obama railed against for putting this country in the economic mess that we are in.

Bush didn’t do it, it was the International money interests and corporations that have America on the brink of failing.

The question is will Obama do something about it or will he give speeches and then go back and move papers around on his desk in the White House while America is dismantled by the avarice of people who are well on their way to destroying the greatest economic engine that the world has ever produced. Such is the National crisis which we face.

Enough of rearranging the deck chairs on the USS Titanic of our economic crisis Mr. Obama. The People want you to stop exchanging Liberal Democrat ideology in place of Conservative ideology. The people want you to stop holding high school and college conferences and do something real about the economy Mr. Obama or… you are no better Mr. Obama than the man that you reviled and sent packing to Dallas Texas.

Moderates are to Blame for Obama

Moderate David Brooks

Those of us who consider ourselves moderates — moderate-conservative, in my case — are forced to confront the reality that Barack Obama is not who we thought he was.

His words are responsible; his character is inspiring. But his actions betray a transformational liberalism that should put every centrist on notice.

As Clive Crook, an Obama admirer, wrote in The Financial Times, the Obama budget “contains no trace of compromise. It makes no gesture, however small, however costless to its larger agenda, of a bipartisan approach to the great questions it addresses. It is a liberal’s dream of a new New Deal.”—David Brooks

Moderates are sniveling little politicos who vacillate between political ideologies like undecided underachieving high school graduates who can’t decide between a job at McDonald’s or signing up for the Armed Services.

David Brooks is such a Moderate, he and Moderates like him are the reasons that we have a far left radical in the White House and the best that Brook can say now in his mea culpa entitled, A Moderate Manifesto” is , Oops my bad! (see story)

Too little to late Mr. Brooks but I would be remiss if I didn’t say that Conservatives tried to warn you about Obama but you wouldn’t listen to reason.

Brooks and Moderates wouldn’t hear it when Conservatives warned them that Barack Hussein Obama is the job at McDonald’s. Mr. Brooks is only realizing that point now in his admission that the President is not who he and his fellow Moderates thought he was.

Well Mr. Obama told you exactly who he was in two years of campaigning we all heard it but it was Moderates who chose to hear what they wanted to hear regarding Obama.

Let me be clear Barack Obama did not deceive in this case. He is doing exactly what he said that he was going to do, that is fundamentally change America, if he were elected president Mr. Brooks.

So for Mr. Brooks or any Moderate to imply that they didn’t know who Obama was or what he would do is emblematic of the problem with Moderates.

And it is for this reason all Moderates should be striped of the illusion that they are rational fair-minded individuals who attempt to see both sides of an issue and will always come down on the correct side of said issues.

A Moderate is a Liberal who for faulty imprinting or fear is afraid to totally claim his or her Liberal tendencies. As Republicans discovered in the 2006 and 2008 elections a Party that houses Moderates is a Party that will be defeated by the opposing radical Party who harbors no such perfidy.

There is a biblical scripture that describes a Moderate as vomit.

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other!

Mr. Brooks’ realization of what America has become under an Obama administration is like a young girl explaining a pregnancy as, “It just happened!”

No it didn’t just happen Mr. Brooks this was the plan all along.

Democrats have been planning for this day since they lost the Congress in 1994 in the Contract with America revolution.

It took them until 2006 to reclaim Congress and 2008 to reclaim the White house and Barack Obama is only the face of the Democrat Liberal agenda to remake America Mr. Brooks.

One would think that a syndicated columnist like you would be better informed Mr. Brooks.

Brooks says that he didn’t realize that an Obama administration would mean; Social programs piling up on top of each other, a gargantuan $3.6 trillion budget, and deficits that, when considered realistically, are $1 trillion a year or an agenda that represents a social-engineering experiment.

Brooks says that the U.S. has never been a society riven by class resentment. Yet the Obama budget is predicated on a class divide.

Brooks points out that the president issued a read-my-lips pledge that no new burdens will fall on 95 percent of the American people. All the costs will be borne by the rich and all benefits redistributed downward.

Brooks further laments the following; the U.S. has always been a decentralized nation, skeptical of top-down planning. Yet, the current administration concentrates enormous power in Washington, while plan after plan emanates from a small group of understaffed experts.

The U.S. has always had vibrant neighborhood associations. But in its very first budget, the Obama administration raises the cost of charitable giving. It punishes civic activism and expands state intervention.

The U.S. has traditionally had a relatively limited central government. But federal spending as a share of G.D.P. is zooming from its modern norm of 20 percent to an unacknowledged level somewhere far beyond.

I only have one question for you Mr. Brooks what is it about fundamental “Change” that you don’t understand?

Oh I do have another question, What is it about Socialism and radical Liberal agenda that the Democrats have represented for well over 50 years that you didn’t understand Mr. Brooks?

What Democrats have achieved is Democratic Nirvana; this is the total Democrat program the total Democrat package.

This whole Democrat Liberal program is what Moderates voted for when they supported and voted for Barack Hussein Obama so to write that you didn’t know or it just happened or what is happening isn’t what you thought was going to happen is not acceptable because the damage that you and your fellow Moderates have afflicted on the country is a Pandora’s Box of radical Liberalism which cost to this Country’s integrity will be more than we can pay.

Obama never would have been elected had it not been for the Moderates in the media and in the Republican Party.

So take a look at your handy work Mr. Brooks and know that what Moderates bring to our politics is vomit.

It would be better if you where either hot or cold, Liberal or Conservative because according to your article even you Mr. Brooks can’t stomach what you’ve brought on the American people by supporting Barack Hussein Obama!

I Hope You Are Happy Now!

This post is directed to all those college students
who voted for Barack Obama. You wanted change,
you got it............... and definitely not for the better.

You criticized older, wiser parents and other adults,
for “messing up the country”. But long after I am
gone, you are the ones who will be stuck with the burden
of your own stupidity. “Change you can believe in”, became more than just a slogan. It effectively chained you, your children, and your grandchildren, to generations of
insurmountable debt, lowering your standards of living,
and consuming most of your household’s two-incomes for
taxes.

You can’t say that you weren’t warned. Older, wiser voters had tried to inform you that programs like Obama’s
just don’t work. Socialism is not the American way, and
you will soon see why, and live to regret it.

I remember a story that someone told me, about a female
college student and her dad. They had been discussing
political parties, and the daughter stated that she was a
staunch Democrat, and belittled the father for being a
Republican, saying that he favored benefits for the “rich”,
rather than “entitlements” for the middle class.

The father asked her how things were going at school, and
told her that he missed her coming home on weekends as
she had previously done. She began to bemoan the fact that
she was carrying a more than normal credit load, and that
plus her part-time job on campus, kept her busy all the time.
She said that she missed all the campus parties, because she
just didn’t seem to have any time to have fun, and was proud
that she was able to maintain a 4.0 grade.

Dad asked about her roommate and whether she was in the
same boat. The daughter said, “no way dad...... she parties
all the time, never does her assignments and is close to failing.
Laura can barely maintain a 2.0, because half the time she is
either late for class or misses it entirely”.

Dad said, “you really like her, don’t you?” The daughter said,
“yes dad, she is my best friend”. “Well”, said dad, “why don’t
you give Laura just one of your credits........... that way, each of
you will have a 3.0?

Daughter hit the ceiling!!!! “What???.......... I should give her
one of my credits, that I worked so hard for, when she has been
partying every night since term began? No way!!! Those
credits are mine, I earned them and I will not share them!”

Dad smiled, looked at his daughter and said,................”welcome
to the Republican Party honey”
