Obama approval ratings meet the reality of Obama deeds and fall

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows thirty-four percent (34%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -1. Today is the second straight day the President’s rating has been below zero (source)

In spite of the Pro-Obama media’s 24/7 propaganda blitz, all positive Obama all of the time, there is developing a disconnect with the image that Obama image machine is trying to project and what the public is actually seeing in reality concerning the Obama federal budget, the weaken Obama economy and the Obama Democrat $787billion dollar stimulus bill passed by Democrats and Obama.

It would appear that Obama is now being judged on his actual words and deeds. rather than his lofty promises and utopian socialist goals.(see story)

For instance Obama promised in February 2009 when the Stimulus package was hurriedly passed by the Democrats that the $787billion dollar stimulus package would save and create 3.5 million jobs. He also promised that unemployment would not rise above 8% The reality is since the stimulus bill was signed into law by Obama upwards of 2.9million jobs have been lost from this economy and unemployment is at 9.6% and rising thus causing Obama to announce a speed up stimulus payout and reduce his original job creating estimate from 3.5million jobs to 600,000 jobs. So let’s summarize, Obama originally promises in February 2009 to create 3.5million jobs if his stimulus package is hurriedly passed. After the Democrat stimulus was passed 2.9 million jobs were lost from the economy, so Obama recalibrates his promise to create 3.5million jobs down to creating 600,000 jobs by the end of this summer Got it?

These numbers are so bad that people are beginning to notice. The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll reported for Monday June 22 a thirty-four percent (34%) Strongly Disapprove polling for the first time in his presidency giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -1, indicating that Independents and Republicans who supported and voted for Obama may be having heartburn for their November 2008 choice for president.

Now normally one would not expect the sycophants of the Democrat party to acknowledge that there is something dreadfully wrong with the direction that Obama and Democrats are taking this country but I came across this Sherman Frederick article published in the Las Vegas Review-Journal that is a must read. Frederick is a Democrat who in his words “dumped” the Democrats at a time when it’s all good for Obama and his posses following is Frederick in his own words why he left the Democrats (see below)

SHERMAN FREDERICK: Why I dumped Obama's party


I was on political easy street as a Democrat.
President Obama, the party head, is a political rock star in America and a near-god in Amsterdam and Cairo.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is portrayed as grown too big to fail, and he's convinced everyone who's anyone in my home city of Las Vegas to join him on the Obama freight train to socialism. Next stop: Rationed health care, union card check and $10-a-gallon gasoline. All aboard!

Democrats own Washington, D.C., as well as the Nevada Legislature.

Meanwhile, Nevada's Republican "Luv Guv," Jim Gibbons, couldn't be on a more prolonged hard-luck streak. He's in the divorce from hell with the first lady, who for a time holed herself up in the Governor's Mansion; his staff regularly jumps ship; and rumor has it that the governor's dog has obtained a restraining order.

And, lest we forget, Nevada's most popular Republican, Sen. John Ensign, shook the party faithful by admitting to a nine-month roll in the hay with the wife of his good friend.

Nope, I don't think I could have picked a worse time to go Republican. However, because KXNT-AM radio's Alan Stock revealed my party switch last week, I feel the need to explain.

First, I'm not trying to time anything. Enough was enough. Could stand no more. So, when it came time to renew my driver's license on June 9, I also gave the Democratic Party the pink slip.

I pushed the DMV clerk the paperwork. She shoved it back and said I didn't have to fill out that form if my address remained the same.

"No, I want to change party affiliation."
"Oh," she said. "Had enough of the president, have we?"
"Up to here. I quit."

Republicans offer our only hope in slowing the Obama "change" juggernaut before the America of unbridled optimism and opportunity goes the way of the buffalo. I don't want my great-grandchildren growing up in cradle-to-grave government care, where only the privileged few may afford a car, or own a home, or get non-rationed health care.

The only institution positioned to stop the progression of the Obama welfare state is the Republican Party, coupled with independent-minded Americans like me.
Second, the popular myth that the Democratic Party is the party of tolerance and big-tent ideas is spectacularly false.

A fiscal conservative such as myself is treated by Obamaniacs like a ringing cell phone in church. "Shhhh!" they say. The only debate among Democrats is how fast and how deeply to run up the national debt. Any Democrat who questions deficit spending or a limit to federal power is simply not invited to the party.

And finally, I have reservations about abortion. Now, I know that there are many Democrats who call themselves "pro life."

But being a "pro life" Democrat doesn't mean you're "anti-abortion." It means that you are "abortion tolerant." The rationalization goes like this: "Abortion is the law of the land. Abortion is wrong. But abortion must be supported and expanded."

It's hardly an intellectually honest position, but all "pro life" Democratic office holders must toe that line. The moral dilemma is further compounded by the Democratic Party ethic that taxpayer money must be used to fund abortion, here and abroad.

For those reasons and many more, I switched. Democrats are probably happy as hell to see me go. And for all I know, Republicans may be equally unhappy to see me coming.
But at least as a Republican, I'm respectfully part of the discussion.

When your birth certificate finally comes to light we are going to need a strong Republican reformer to go in and cleanout all of your illegitimate policies, every one of them; appointments and programs alike. Americorps: Unraveling Obama’s method for Changing America

The following video log shows how Obama used and plans to use community organizing to change America while answering the question why IG Gerald Walpin was fired.

Here are the uncontested undisputed facts regarding the scandal of President Obama’s firing of inspector general of the AmeriCorps program, Gerald Walpin: Walpin, doing his duty as AmeriCorps IG filed investigative findings accusing prominent Obama supporter Kevin Johnson Mayor of Sacramento California and former NBA star of misusing AmeriCorps grant money. Johnson subsequently worked out a deal with the Sacramento U.S. Attorney to pay back more than $400,000 of that grant money, that’s half of the $800,000 original grant in question, without admitting to any wrong doing. Obama fires AmeriCorps IG.

Here are some additional facts regarding this potential political corruption disaster for the Obama administration: The IG can not be fired by the president, on one day’s notice and without formal justification, by law. This law was cosponsored by Barack Obama himself when he was a Senator!

Inspectors General are part of every federal department. They are given the responsibility of independently investigating allegations of waste, fraud, and corruption in the government, without fear of interference by political appointees or the White House.

Last year Congress passed the Inspectors General Reform Act, which added new protections for IGs, including a measure requiring the president to give Congress 30 days prior notice before dismissing an IG.

The president must also give Congress an explanation of why the action is needed. Then Sen. Barack Obama was one of the co-sponsors of the Act.—Byron York (see source)

Now just what is AmeriCorps?

AmeriCorps provides opportunities for 75,000 Americans to give back in an intensive way to their communities and country each year. It consists of three main programs: AmeriCorps State and National, whose members serve with more than 2,900 national and local nonprofit and community groups; AmeriCorps VISTA, through which members serve full time fighting poverty; and AmeriCorps NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps), a team-based residential program for young adults 18-24 who carry out projects in public safety, the environment, youth development, and disaster relief and preparedness.

What Do AmeriCorps Members Do?

AmeriCorps members do a wide range of things: They recruit, train, and supervise community volunteers, tutor and mentor youth, build affordable housing, teach computer skills, clean parks and streams, run after-school programs, help communities respond to disasters, and build the capacity of nonprofit groups to become self-sustaining, among many other activities. Now let’s tie this Obama corruption scandal all together. Do you remember candidate Barack Obama calling for a civilian security organization that is as well funded and as powerful as the United States military? (see 21sec. video)



Do you recall the billions of dollars earmarked for hidden community organizing projects in the $787 to $825billion dollar stimulus package?

The latest economic stimulus bill promises to do just that by providing a huge bailout --up to $5.2 billion in taxpayer funds -- for some of the same liberal groups that helped get Barack Obama elected.

The three relevant fiscal provisions are buried deep in the $825 billion monstrosity known as the proposed "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009."

Title XII of the spending legislation backed by the Democratic congressional leadership and the Obama administration would dole out $1 billion in old-fashioned slush funds for the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) program. Local politicians love CDBG because it is flexible.

The program gives them wide latitude when spending grant money and allows local leaders to use federal dollars on local projects that they wouldn't dream of spending their own local tax dollars on.

ACORN loves CDBG because it is adept at lobbying for CDBG funds. – Matthew Vadum, American Spectator (see source)

A Community group such as AmeriCorps would most likely be funded by the Community Development Block Grants that Democrats have tucked away and hidden in the stimulus package inside the Economy Recovery Plan thereby providing quasi-political arms of the Democrats Party with tax payer funding.
All of this is to do partisan Democrat work while using taxpayer money. It was this type of grant money that IG Walpin found AmeriCorps misusing.

You see it is through community organizations like AmeriCorps and ACORN that Obama intends to extend and cement his regain over the American people. And as you will see he called for so-called community organizing groups to continue their work even after his election. (see 1:46min video)



You see it just wouldn't do for AmeriCorps to be connected with the taint of misappropriating taxpayer money via the stimulus package granting. If the American people ever connected the dots realizing that taxpayer money, money that was supposed to be used to stimulate the economy was going instead to create unfair partisan political advantage for the Democrats they might not hold such a favorable opinion of the president and his Party. A President and a Party that would spending tax payer money under illegal and false pretenses.

Yet that is exactly what Barack Obama and Democrats are doing. Obama is combining social technology to grassroots organizing to create civilian security forces via AmeriCorps and ACORN just as well funded and just as powerful as the military. Following are examples of the brainwashed young people in Barack Obama's Army. (see 3:19mins. video)



Obama is also employing his community organizing methods to win the Health Care reform debate. Here is an recent example of Obama attempting to employ his community organizing abilities for Health Care reform from Air Force One (Listen 3:15min audio)



The economy is failing largely because Democrats did not use the moneys that they required of the tax payers to fix the economy. Instead they are using tax payer money to inappropriately fight partisan wars against their political opposition.

This is an affront to all that is politically decent and would not be happening save for Democrats in control of our government.

Finally for your consideration the following video shows the same pattern that Obama is repeatedly using to ensconce himself into power. A method that uses pliable gullible young people in large numbers who are organized to carry the Obama partisan message no matter what the facts are on the ground. (see 11:56min video)



With all of the community organizing fire power that the Obama administration has under it’s control it is simply astounding that Obama must risk the appearance of apparent lawlessness by inappropriately firing the Investigative General of AmeriCorps against all positive principles of good government in order to prevent the American people from seeing how their tax money, which was supposed to be used for economic stimulus, is actually being used. And believe me it’s not to create jobs. Although one could argue that it is being used to save a job, only one job Obama’s in 2012!

Finally the firing of Gerald Walpin should be a wake up for all but the most ardent Obama sycophants. Obama’s overreaction exposed the soft underbelly of corruption in this Obama administration.

Obama corruption so defined as using tax payer moneys to pay so-called volunteers to do the work of keeping Obama in office.

In totality the AmeriCorps scandal is about using taxpayers own money against them and illegally firing any whistleblower who attempts to alert the public of such crimes. Even if it is the expressed job of the so-called whistleblower to do so.

It’s the Jobs Stupid!

James Pethokoukis’ “Why Obama’s big economic gamble is failing,” is an acknowledgement of what we already knew but wouldn’t hear from the Democrats who control the White House, the Congress and the Media. (see story)

According to Pethokoukis Obama could have demanded and got a stimulus plan that would have attempted to reverse or significantly dampen America’s terrible economic downturn instead Obama put his Party and his Politics first and signed a $787billion dollar Democrat spending spree that Joe Biden is now acknowledging was wrong. Biden now admits that Democrats got it all wrong. (see previous post)

What this economy needs are the jobs that corporate America has been outsourcing for decades. Corporations have been outsourcing American jobs to avoid paying middle class wages and benefits. No matter what tricks Obama and Democrats do with our tax dollars via “Demulus,” Democrat pork barrel spending dressed up as economic stimulus, spending it will not help solve the fundamental causes for this crisis.

Removing these jobs gutted the economic infrastructure of the United States economy. Without these jobs no matter how the government spends money and no matter how Wall Street fares Americans can not spend the money that is needed to get this economy going.

No matter what Obama promises no created government job can replace private sector jobs or stimulate the economy.

The quickest and most effective approach would have been a big cut in payroll taxes. For $800 billion, combined Social Security and Medicare taxes could have been slashed by 6 percentage points, or 40 percent. That would have put $1,500 in worker paychecks and, according to one credible study, increased employment by 4 million jobs in 2009.—James Pethokoukis

Pethokoukis like everyone else who discusses this subject believes that cutting taxes will solve the crisis in America but cutting taxes is not the answer for the millions of Americans who lost good paying jobs that were outsourced to save corporations from paying middle class American wages.

What has happened to the American worker is directly related to the American economy so Corporate greed once again is responsible for the economic misfortune of America.

Obama chose to listen to Rahm “Never let a crisis go to waste” Emanuel and put forward an $800 billion plan that advanced his healthcare, energy and education policy goals — but pretty much neglected the economy in 2009. Team Obama had to fully understand this.

Indeed, a study from the Congressional Budget Office study — when led by current Obama budget chief Peter Orszag — concluded that an Obama-like economic stimulus package would be “totally impractical.”—James Pethokoukis

Barack Obama put forward a totally impractical stimulus package according to Peter Orszag Obama’s own budget chief. However, regardless of that fact no stimulus package will be able to replace the billions of dollars of jobs that have been out sourced to low paying foreign country to save corporations billions of dollars of salaries and compensations while leaving the U.S. economy in a total shambles.

Instead of Obama telling Americans the truth about our situation he, Rahm Emanuel and Democrats used this economic crisis to further dismantle the U.S. failing economy and insert Democrat policies and programs that would guide America down the road to socialism.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that by outsourcing middleclass jobs for over 10 years and in-sourcing Illegal Alien workers, U.S. corporations have destroyed the economic ecosystem of America, it is akin to breaking the food chain in the ecosystem and the higher animal life forms begin to be affected because the food that animals down the food chain is missing, starving the mid chain Animals because the food that they depend upon was taken out of the system. This is what Corporations have done to the entire economic system in America.

Though Corporations’ original goal was more profit by cheaper labor their insatiable appetite for Global economic greed has in fact caused the economic crisis that we face today. Corporations are at fault for everything that is wrong with America today!—Alaphiah (see previous post)

Finally it is not tax cuts, or government created jobs, or government bailouts, or any of the fraudulent fixes that have been trotted out by Obama as answers to take this country out of the economic cataclysm which we face. The only thing that will save America is jobs, lots and lots of good paying middle class jobs that were gutted out of our economy in order to maximize corporate profits.

For decades our government allowed corporations to dismantle the most vibrant economy in the world in order to save these corporations the cost of paying Americans middle class wages. And as a final insult to our intelligence now that the economy is in total collapse, due to corporate and government actions, the America people were forced to pay trillions of dollars in taxes to replace the money corporations siphoned out of this country in the first place. It is that lack of money due to the lack of jobs that has caused the failing of the American economy.

Obama’s economic stimulus package was a fraud on it’s face and it was never intended to stimulate the economy only real jobs will do that, it was meant to use the economic crisis to put in place Democrat social policies and programs that they had been wishing for, for years. But you bought Obama’s empty promises and his phony stimulus package because he is well spoken.

Next he’ll be selling swamp land in Florida otherwise known as Comprehensive Health Care.

To Live Within Our Means, means nothing to Democrats!

California is preparing to issue IOUs to its creditors this week as it grapples with an unprecedented cash crunch and prepares to begin its new fiscal year deep in the red.

Once the US’s richest state, California now has the dubious distinction of having the worst credit rating in the country.-- Matthew Garrahan (see story)

Why are California and the United States on the brink of fiscal ruin? I believe it’s because of thinking like that of Democrats who are in control of the California’s State Assembly and Democrats who are in control of the Congress of the United States of America..

On Wednesday California will issue IOU’s because Democrats have rusted out the once Golden state. Likewise, Barack Obama has already admitted that the United States is out of money yet in California like fiscal responsibility Democrats have piled on millions upon millions of more taxes via their proposed Clean Air Global Warming legislation that president Obama is touting.

They also propose to add millions upon millions of dollars of Health Care legislation. No money and yet the Federal government continues to spend. That’s exactly how California got into its mess.

And here’s another mantra for Ms. Evans, As goes California so goes the rest of the Nation!

Here’s an idea why doesn’t California and the United States at least try living within their means, sure we’d have to remove Democrats and Republicans who think like Noreen Evans. And we’d have to rid ourselves of Democrats who voted on multi-million dollar Global Warming legislation and Carbon dioxide reduction when there is no scientific proof that CO2 causes Global Warming. And there is no proof that the earth is warming. For that matter, there is no scientific proof that CO2 is a pollutant yet Democrats want to place draconian taxes on you in the name of the made-up threat of anthropogenic Global warming

Talk about meaningless!

The Separation of the News Media and State or American PRAVDA

The Press the 4th Estate of American government, as provided by the United States Constitution is to be a free, an unbiased and an independent reporter on government.

The Founders thought this necessary in order to prevent government from gaining usurious power over the people by way of deception, propaganda or information blackout.

Therefore Americans should never see headlines like this one:

ABC TURNS PROGRAMMING OVER TO OBAMA; NEWS TO BE ANCHORED FROM INSIDE WHITE HOUSE (see source)

And just as the three branches of government were meant to be checks and balances upon one another, the press is supposed to be a check and balance on the government.

Yet the American press has forgotten its purpose. The Pro Obama press unashamedly boasts that its job is to make Barack Hussein Obama succeed ergo MSNBC’s Chris Matthews (see 1min video)



Unbelievable! And it’s the same all over. Every U.S. media outlet is Pro Obama all the time. Evan Thomas if Newsweek thinks that Obama is God! (see 41sec video)



NBC’s Brian Williams unbelievably bowed the King Abdullah bow to Obama. This is an unacceptable gesture for President or journalist. (see 15sec. video)



One news network out of all of the other news networks in America fails to sell out its soul and constitutional purpose to pay homage to our Lord God Obama (per Newsweek’s Evan Thomas) they do this by attempting to report unbiasly on the Obama administration. For doing their job they get called out (unnamed) by Obama as if they are doing something wrong. (see 1:58min video)



No, unnamed News network whoever you are, you are not wrong you are doing exactly what the founding fathers envisioned for the press. All the other genuflecting, bowing, brown nosing so called media broadcasting from the White House to promote the government’s agenda are in the wrong.

The American media is not supposed to be sycophants of the government they are supposed to be unbiased and objective observers of truth. However ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, CSPAN and even FOX news have all been corrupted by a need to be political correct rather than Constitutionally correct.

Pravda in Russian means truth, an Oxymoron because the Russian newspaper was the opposite of truth it was a government propaganda rag. Who would have dreamed that the American media in its entirety would today be reporting “Pravda” to the American people concerning the Obama administration.

In the words of Bill Moyers; “Democracy without honest information creates the illusion of popular consent at the same time that it enhances the power of the state and the privileged interests that the state protects.”

That is exactly why there must always be separation of News media and State, that is exactly why ABC news should not be biasly supporting the President's Health care plan and that is why ABC news should not be broadcasting from the White House!

Letterman’s “Straightheaded Conservative Ho” Moment

Thanks Dave for assuring us that the questionable joke that you told was not the hearers fault. And thanks for admitting that the fault was all your own!

Don Imus formerly of MSNBC Imus in the Morning, could tell Dave Letterman a thing or two about calling women Hos. Imus lost his job when he called Black women on the Rutgers University women’s basketball team “Nappyheaded Hos.”

Dave Letterman opting not be as crass as Imus (but just barely) didn’t use the “H” word but used instead words to create the imagery of an eighteen year old out of wedlock mother “doing” a promiscuous professional athlete during seventh inning stretch in the middle of the ball stadium in front of God and everybody in order to suggest to all of our minds that Gov. Sarah Palin’s eighteen year old Daughter, Bristol is a Ho. (see story)

Now because such talk about Conservatives is typically permitted among Liberals Letterman enjoyed days of ridiculing the Palins for taking offence at his “joke,” but as sentiment began to change and people reflected on the absolute crassness and pathetic attempt to get a cheap laugh at a young woman’s expense Letterman offered up an apology (no less forced by sponsors of his show disapproval of Letterman’s remarks).

Oh did I say apology? Well that’s actually debatable if you examine what Letterman said. The Media is calling it Letterman’s second apology whereas I never heard the first! What I heard (even this “second” apology) was an accusology! That’s an accusal plus an apology.

According to Letterman we were all too stupid to understand the joke. In fact he’s been doing classless jokes like this for 30 years so what’s the problem?

Anyways for those of you who were confused he wasn’t joking about a baseball player raping a fourteen year old he was joking about a baseball player having sex with an eighteen year old “straightheaded Conservative Ho!” Get it! Isn’t that just knee slapping hilarious!

But Letterman assures us all that it wasn’t our fault that we misunderstood which of the Palin children his joke was aimed at, oh no! And for all of us who did misunderstand; his sponsors, Sarah and Todd, the Palin Children, and those of us in the public, Letterman apologized for our misunderstanding of who he intended for us to laugh at because it just wouldn’t be right to call a fourteen year old a Ho like her sister.

That was clearly the wrong Palin “straightheaded Conservative Ho” and David assures us that his aim will be much, much better next time he attempts to shoot down a Conservative. Dave said, "I'm sorry about it, and I'll try to do better in the future."

Yeah I’m sure you will Mr. Letterman, I’m sure you will…

I wasn’t wrong on the job numbers Mr. Biden!

No one realized how bad the economy was. The projections, in fact, turned out to be worse. But we took the mainstream model as to what we thought — and everyone else thought — the unemployment rate would be—VP Joe Biden

No that’s absolutely not true Mr. Vice President everybody didn’t guess wrong. I wasn’t wrong Mr. Vice President and neither where all Conservatives who opposed the Demulus Stimulus package and said that spending the 787billion dollars on Democrat pet projects would not stimulate the economy nor would it protect or create private sector jobs.

Republicans warned of the failure of the Democrat stimulus package all along the way!

"The Democrat bill won't stimulate anything but more government and more debt," Representative Mike Pence of Indiana, chairman of the Republican conference, said Tuesday.

"The slow and wasteful spending in the House Democrat bill is a disservice to millions of Americans who want to see this Congress take immediate action to get this economy moving again." (see source)

What Biden also meant to say is Democrats thought that they could do business as usual and add their little Chucky Schumer porky amendments to their stimulus package, a package by the way, that was not stimulus at all and was not geared to produce or protect one single private sector job in the U.S. economy. It is commonly accepted knowledge that the 2009 U.S. Presidential elections were replete with voter fraud on a national scale, á la ACORN, illegal voters (no voter I.D.), voter intimidation (the New Black Panther Party in voter polls armed with weapons), and unfair extension of poll hours in some communities and not in others.

Yet not one Republican took to the streets in protest, not one Republican raised the issue of a tainted election and not one Republican demanded that the Supreme Court of the United States of America (our equivalent to Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and the powerful Guardian Council) examine the known multiple fraudulent acts that took place in America’s 2009 elections.

Yet here’s a Country, Iran, which is not a Democratic society, not a Constitutional Republic, Iran is a Theocratic government ruled by a Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei with a figurehead President. A Country that no matter who the president is the real power is with the Supreme Leader the Ayatollah, this Theocratic government apparently could be moved to call for an investigation into possible voter fraud when the United States of American which is supposed to be the world’s example in democracy had a fraudulent election and did nothing about it. Not only did the United States hold a fraudulent 2009 election we also managed to elect a constitutional ineligible person to be president.

In contrast, not one Republican Politician in a free and open Democratic Constitutional Republic was brave enough to ask for a birth certificate or an investigation into ACORN voter fraud in the 2009 president election of Barack Obama.

In this instance one would think that Iran is the free country and America is the totalitarian regime. At the very least it would seem that Iran is more Democratic than America!

Impressed by his own oratory skills Obama jumped at the chance to take premature credit for an upset victory by Ahmadinejad’s opponent Mir Hossein Mousavi, however playing both sides as he always does, Obama did leave room for an Ahmadinejad victory. (see :59mins video)




Barack Hussein Obama thought that his speech in Cairo Egypt would be enough to change the world or at least change the outcome of the Iranian elections so Obama announced before the election results that it was his speech that is making the difference in the Iranian elections no matter what the outcome when it appeared that Mr. Mousavi would win.

Obama could have a point; President Ahmadinejab seems to think that the current controversy that is occurring within his country and without is the product of Obama’s, the Western culture and the Western media’s mending in Iran’s affairs

That could be true because Mr. Obama stated that the United States is in no position to impose its values on any country. Yet apparently he gave the Cairo speech with the expressed intentions to affect the Muslim world in general and the Iranian elections in particular. Then just before the elections results Obama announced that he believed that his Cairo Egypt speech could have made a difference in the Iranian elections no matter what the outcome would be.

Nevertheless the Western press certainly has its nerve attempting to call the Iranian elections tainted when the biggest staged corrupted election in United States history was conducted by Barack Obama, Democrats and their ACORN affiliates to which the Western press said nary a word.

Democrats have thrown U.S. elections into turmoil since 2000 and now it seems that they have spread their political discontent world-wide even to affect the Iranian elections with chaos and turmoil to run out into the very streets of Iran. Or as Mr. Obama is terming the Iranian street riots these days, a robust debate!

Forget the fact that Obama's "stimulus plan" isn't
working, forget that he has us on the road to
bankruptsy, forget that he still blames President
Bush for "the mess we inherited". Obama is a FRAUD!
This entire financial crisis is happening on HIS
watch. He can't blame the former president anymore.

This president has no idea whatsoever, of how to save
our economy and our country. He and his entire
administration is completely inept, and is in just five
months, deeply involved in more fraud, corruption, graft
and payola, than the Bush administration had been
accused of in all of it's eight years in office.
Remember... it was the Social Democrats who promised to
clean up DC, be the most transparent administration ever,
and be bipartisan in all it's proceedings. I don't know
about you, but I have seen NONE OF THAT!

The biggest hoax by far is his proposed "Universal Health
Coverage" plan. No bigger fraud has ever been proposed
to the American public, and if we don't stop it before it
becomes law, ........... quite honestly, we deserve what
we get.

This plan would go in direct competition with the some
thirteen hundred medical insurance companies in the country.
It would be dictating and undercutting their payments,
virtually guaranteeing that they would one-by-one, be
driven out of the insurance field. Leaving the government
to do what they are least capable of..... running our
health insurance. I mean, we can all see what a marvelous
job they have done with social security, medicare, medicaid,
the mortgage industry, the banks and now the auto industry.

People........ use your heads. Protest this fiasco that
will be our final undoing.

Another very good reason to prevent this horror from
happening, aside from the fact that our health care will
deteriorate to that of a third world country, is the
employment situation. Just think of the millions who
have already lost their jobs..... on OBAMA'S watch, not
Bush's. ADD to that, the millions who will be unemployed
after the government forces all those insurance companies
out of business. Conservatively, we are talking about
thirteen hundred companies....... with say, average
employment of 600 people per company. I make that about
780,000 MORE unemployed.

Can someone explain to me, how someone who accepted the
presidency, UNDER FALSE PRETENSES, is going to "create
or save 250,000 jobs" in his first term, when he is
knocking people out of work left and right. By my
calculations......... and I am no mathematician......
we will surpass the 11% unemployment mark, by the end
of 2010.

Thank you President Obama....... do this, and you
guarantee that the Republicans will retake BOTH houses
of Congress in 2010, and regain the White House in '12.

Disregard Obama’s Jobs saved Jobs created Claims: They’re all phony and the Stimulus is not working

The economy is in trouble and Barack Obama is panicked and scrambling to look in control. Why? Because he doesn’t have President Bush around to blame, silly! In addition to that, what’s ailing our economy today is all the result of a Democrat controlled Congress and a Democrat President. That’s why today he ordered that the stimulus moneys to be spent faster.

It’s been reported by Americans for Tax Reform that thus far 43.7 Billion dollars of the Democrat passed $787 billion stimulus has been spent and 1.5 to 2million jobs have been lost since the Feb. 17, 2009 signing of the “stimulus” bill. If this continues it is reported that the whole $787 stimulus plan could be in jeopardy. Brit Hume explains. (see story)(see video)



All who opposed the Democrat pork spending last year and early this year, warned the Democrat that using tax payers money to fund their special pork barrel projects in the middle of a recession was the wrong thing to do but Democrats did it anyways. Democrats loaded up Obama Economic Recovery bill like a Christmas Tree full of money for projects back at their home states. You recall what the Democrats earmarked for the stimulus plan don’t you?

Here allow me refresh your memory:

• The plan has more than $3 billion in “neighborhood stabilization” and Community Development Block Grant funding, much of which may go to benefit ACORN, a low-income housing and voter registration “community” organization that is under federal investigation for its suspicious voter registration practices.
• $1.3 billion to bailout AMTRAK, the perennial money-loser railroad.
• $1 billion for educational programs, including courses on sexually transmitted diseases.
• $30 million for restoration of wetlands to be spent in the San Francisco Bay Area – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s district. The money will go in part to protect the endangered salt marsh harvest mouse.
• $200 million for a low-pollution, coal-fired power plant in President Barack Obama’s home state of Illinois.
• $45 million for ATV four-wheeler trails, and government office renovations, according to RNC Chairman Michael Steele.
• $200 million to provide computers to community colleges.
• $50 million for the National Endowment of the Arts.
• Over $650 million in coupons to help consumers buy digital TV converter-box coupons.
• A reported $300 million for hybrid vehicles and electric-powered cars. According to the Washington Times, this item will include buying golf carts for federal workers. (previous post)

You remember Obama arrogantly defending this kind of pork barrel spending suggesting that spend tax payers money in this way was the point, In other words this kind of Democrat special project spending and growing government would stimulate the economy. Boy was he ever wrong. (see video)



Also the point is, very large portions of the stimulus moneys is scheduled on the back end of the stimulus recovery bill so that it can be spent during election years. Of course Mr. Obama and members of his Party are planning to use that money to con you into reelecting them in 2010 and 2012 very clever, yes?

Finally Democrat and Senate Finance Committee, Chairman Max Baucus alerts us that every time Mr. Obama or one of his proxies, like tax cheat and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, open one of their mouths to claim jobs saved or jobs created they will be engaging in a bald face lie because there is no earthly discernable way to determine a job saved or lost. Following is Senator Baucus statement to Timothy Geithner on the made up farce of jobs saved or jobs lost:

You created a situation where you cannot be wrong," said the Montana Democrat. "If the economy loses two million jobs over the next few years, you can say yes, but it would've lost 5.5 million jobs. If we create a million jobs, you can say, well, it would have lost 2.5 million jobs. You've given yourself complete leverage where you cannot be wrong, because you can take any scenario and make yourself look correct."

Now, something's wrong when the president invokes a formula that makes it impossible for him to be wrong and it goes largely unchallenged. It's true that almost any government spending will create some jobs and save others. But as Milton Friedman once pointed out, that doesn't tell you much: The government, after all, can create jobs by hiring people to dig holes and fill them in.

2 million jobs lost in six months. Unemployment up 9.4% when Obama promised that passing the 787Billion dollar stimulus package would keep unemployment at 8% and below, and spending tax payers money on frivolous pork barrel spending all are signs that we are in economic trouble exacerbated by the failed fiscal policies of Barack Obama and a Democrat controlled Congress.

Mr. Obama’s promise to spend the money faster is not going to fix what wrong with our economy America.

It’s the JOBS stupid! But not government temporary low paying jobs that your administration is going to make. No Mr. Obama , what this economy needs are the middle class jobs that the Congress of the United States of America has been allowing Corporations to outsource to India and China for decades for cheater labor while they were shutting down American manufacturing.

If the American people don’t have good paying jobs, then no amount of bailout, no trillion dollar stimulus package and no promised phony government fix is going to work.

And this time there is no one to blame but a Democrat!

Boy is Gen. James Jones wrong! For eight years George W. Bush and Dick Cheney succesfully kept America safe from terrorist attacks on the homeland, yet under the Obama administration there has been a terrorist attack on U.S. soil that you probably didn’t hear anything about. On June 1, 2009 U.S. Army Pvt. William Long, 24, was gunned down in front of his recruiting office in Little Rock Arkansas by a self proclaimed Muslim Jihadist. But the Pro-Obama media reported very little on it if they reported anything at all.

Whether the media neglected to report this act of Jihad because it precluded and would have sullied Obama’s Cairo Egypt Muslim goodwill speech or they were too occupied reporting on the killing of the abortion doctor somehow this story slipped between the cracks and some of you may be hearing about this for the first time. There was no acknowledgement from the president regarding the young murdered soldier as he did for the abortion Doctor. There was no 24/7 media coverage questioning why no terrorist attacks occurred after 9/11 on Bush’s watch, in spite, of the boast of the Obama national security adviser (who claimed America is safer today then under the Bush administration) America has been hit by terrorism on our own soil and on Obama’s watch. In addition, we now know that Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad had ties to extremist Muslims here in the United States (see story)

But you say why make such a big deal out of an isolated incident? I assure you that I am not. You wouldn’t know it because the media refuses to report anything that would show the Obama administration doing worst than its predecessor but it is!

That’s right, America has had not one but two terrorist attacks on our soil since the 100 plus days of the Obama administration and I’m betting that you haven’t heard of either one!

June 1, 2009 a mere three days before the president’s message of peace to the Muslim world a converted Muslim committed Jihad in an American street, as the president delivered that speech June 4th he knew that a young soldier had been murdered by a Muslim in the streets of Arkansas just three days before yet Obama kissed up to Islam and sang its praises like he was singing an early morning azaan.

But as I said June 1st was not an isolated incident. Yet another terrorist attack happened in the state of New York.

On April 3, 2009 Islamic Jihadists massacred 13 people at a U.S. immigration center in New York state. Is there any wonder why the people of New York were stricken with fear when Air Force One buzzed Lower Manhattan for a photo opt on April 27th without any prior warning? They had just faced a Islamic massacred just 24 days earlier.

The Taliban immediately claimed responsibility for this act of terrorism indicating that this act was in retaliation for an alleged American drone strike in northwestern Pakistan that killed 13 people .—Fox News & Associated Press

Two, count them two terrorist attacks on American soil since Obama has been President. Yet the most disturbing thing about them is that the media would have reported these attacks unremittingly if these terrorist attacks would have happen while Bush was president but because they happen on Obama’s watch you didn’t know anything about them.

To which, there are several things that we can conclude; the Pro-Obama media cannot be trust to objectively report the news, we are not safer under the Obama administration contrary to what Gen. James Jones thinks and last, neither one of these attacks on Americans were an isolated incident.

Unfortunately, severer attacks against Americans on American soil lay ahead for us under the Obama administration chiefly because of Obama’s non-response to these two incidents. Islamic radicals see non-response as weakness. But the second reason that stronger attack are inevitable is because of Obama’s failed policy of Islamic terrorist appeasement.

Six days later On June 9, Islamic extremist identified as The Taliban attacked the Pearl Continental Hotel, which is popular with foreigners, in the Pakistani city of Peshawar with guns and a truck bomb killing five people including a U.N. worker, authorities say. Officials believe that this Hotel was selected because it is popular with foreign visitors(See article) (see video)



For all of us who where speculating about the effectiveness of the Message of New Beginnings to the Islamic World we don’t have to guess anymore we have our answer. Many believe that this bombing and terrorist attack is Islam’s response to Mr. Obama’s speech.

If so , Mr. Obama may wish to rethink his policies regarding the Middle East and Islam. Apparently the Obama charm works wonderfully on Liberals, Democrats and Socialist Heads of State but not so much with radical extremist and Muslim terrorists. Mr. Obama first can apologize to the Bush administration for the disrespectful talking out of school he does when he attempts to blame the previous administration for all the problems we face in the Middle East and in our own Country.

Second Mr. Obama would do well with less identifying with Islamic terrorist states. He should also show more support for Israel and other free Democratic Nations like America for instance.

So how well was Obama’s 6000 word speech received by the Muslim world? Well that old saw seems true and appropriate in this case.

Barack Hussein Obama's Cairo almost “Ich Bin Ein Muslim” Moment

I'm a Christian, but my father came from a Kenyan family that includes generations of Muslims. As a boy, I spent several years in Indonesia and heard the call of the azaan at the break of dawn and at the fall of dusk. As a young man, I worked in Chicago communities where many found dignity and peace in their Muslim faith.

Much has been written about Barack Obama’s Cairo speech to Muslims however most of what I have heard is critique that quite frankly misses the point.
In Cairo Obama came out to the world as a Muslim once removed on his father’s side, a boast that just 6 short months ago was anathema for anyone who would dare speak such blasphemy. But now here was Obama in all of his speechifying glory imitating John F. Kennedy’s, “Ich Bin Ein Berliner,” moment in Germany as best he could. Obama was self identifying with the Muslims of the world.

Only thing is Obama's, “ich bin ein, sort of” moment was hampered (he didn’t fully come out and say that he was Muslim as Kennedy said he was a Berliner) largely because he’s never had this discussion with the people of his own country before he came out this day to the Muslims of the world. It was sort of like sitting in an audience at a play and your thespian father announces at final bow that he is a homosexual. Something that you kinda suspected but it’s a punch in the gut just the same.

Yet as striking as Obama’s announcement about his Muslim roots was I found the American Pro Obama press only critiquing the tone and delivery of Obama’s speech as if how he said what he said was much more important than what he actually did say.
For me it was like listening to and reading historians critiquing the methodology that the Romans used when they crucified Christ while paying no attention to the larger issues involved. You know stupefying questions like, were the nails long enough, was the cross made of gopher wood or cedar, how does this crucifixion compare with other Roman crucifixions?

In addition, the America Pro-Obama media concerned itself with the superficial window dressings of Obama’s speech rather than focusing in on the subtle implications of Obama’s confesses which speak to Obama’s eligibility to be President of the United States of America.

For example, Obama said, “As a boy, I spent several years in Indonesia and heard the call of the azaan at the break of dawn and at the fall of dusk” (see transcript)

This would undoubtedly mean that Obama himself was raised as a Muslim for several years in Indonesia by his Muslim stepfather Lolo Soltero which would mean that Obama studied the Quran and prayed to Allah five times a day as the Muslim custom is and that he was taught these thing and they were enforced in the Muslim “hadras” or school which he attended in Indonesia which by the way has the largest Muslim population in the world.

Alas Obama couldn’t completely embrace his inter Muslim just quite yet because there is his pesky little claim that he is a Christian which he used during his campaign to win the presidency. Too much information to soon might be damaging to the Obama image and erode the coalitions of blind loyalty that Obama has so successfully constructed out of the groups that support and follow him.

So in a moment of unmatched political sophistry Obama claims both Christianity and Islam mutually inclusively he said, “I am a Christian, but my father came from a Kenyan family that includes generations of Muslims.”

Here Obama allows for your imagination to fill in the blank. You hear what you what to hear. Back home in the United States you hear that he is a Christian but there in Cairo you hear that Islam is in Obama’s blood even in his name.

But Barack Hussein Obama is no John Fitzgerald Kennedy. In fact Obama turns what President Kennedy represented on its head! President Kennedy identified himself as a free man and because of that freedom his statement was underlining the support of the United States for West Germany shortly after the Soviet-supported Communist state of East Germany erected the Berlin Wall as a barrier to prevent movement between East and West. In that cause Kennedy said that he was a Berliner.

On the other hand Barack Obama’s identification with Islam was supporting Obama’s ideology of moral relativism. That is, his attempt to draw moral parallels between the Theocratic dictatorships of Islamic countries with that of the Secular Constitutional Countries of the West and that was totally in contradiction of JFK who sought to encourage free Western Germany against the Communist Soviet backed East Germany.

For Kennedy to have done what Obama did in Cairo, Kennedy would have had to address East Germany instead of West Germany and he would have had to have praised Soviet-supported Communism.

One might even go as far as to call what Obama did in Cairo Egypt anti-Kennedy like behavior. Nevertheless make no mistake President Kennedy stood against Communism in his time whereas Barack Obama stood in Cairo Egypt addressed Muslims and identified and stood with countries under the traditions of oppressive theocratic rule of Islamic Sharia law of the East. To Obama all is morally relative.

There is much to glean from the Message of New Beginnings to Muslims; Barack Obama’s Muslim heritage, Barack Obama’s Indonesian citizenship, the acceptance in Barack Obama’s mind that theocratic Dictatorship Islamic governments of the East are equal to Democratic Constitutional Representative forms of government of the West.

However the most important thing that we can understand from Obama’s message to Muslims is that Barack Hussein Obama is no John Fitzgerald Kennedy!

Barack Hussein Obama is a Messenger of Peace, a dreamer but he’s not the only one. Obama captured the spirit of the Liberal manifesto, deceased Beatle John Lennon’s song Imagine, and preached that idea to the Muslims of the world via Cairo Egypt Thursday morning June 4, 2009. (see transcript)

Obama preached a mixture of Lennon’s utopian dream of total worldwide communism and his own dreams of Liberal Left-wing Marxism via moral relativism. Obama’s world is a world where trickle up poverty is a shared experience by all peoples. It is a world where no nation is better than any other.

Obama’s world is a world were Islam, Christianity, Judaism, or any other religion or non-religion are all equally honored the same. Just imagine it if you can.

Obama’s world is a world where the Jihadist, the Christian and the Jew are all equally at fault for the turmoil in the Middle East. Obama’s world is a world where only his Message of a “New Beginning” can bring the peace that the old messages of Islam, Christianity and Judaism failed to bring. If we all just embraced Obama’s message of a new beginning above all of our old petty divisive beliefs of the past the world would be as one. Just imagine it if you can.

Obama’s world is a world where, according to Charles Krauthammer ,the result of 60 years of[Islamic] Palestinian leadership that gave its people corruption, tyranny, religious intolerance and forced militarization; leadership that for three generations rejected every offer of independence and dignity, choosing destitution and despair rather than accept any settlement offer can somehow, in Obama’s mind, can be blamed equally on Israel as if Israel was at fault for Palestine’s self imposed miseries.

Krauthammer further notes that Former Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Hajj Amin Al Husseini and leader of the Palestinian movement chose war rather than a two-state solution in 1947. Palestinian President Yasser Arafat turned down a Palestinian state in 2000. And Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas rejected Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's even more generous December 2008 offer of land for peace. (see source)

Krauthammer wrote that in the 16 years since the Oslo accords turned the West Bank and Gaza over to the Palestinians, their leaders built no roads, no courthouses, no hospitals, none of the fundamental state institutions that would relieve their people's suffering. Instead they poured everything into an infrastructure of war and terror, all the while depositing billions (from gullible Western donors) into their Swiss bank accounts.

The point is there is no moral relativity here. Israel has been willing for a two state solution since 1947 and has attempted to negotiate that reality with the Palestinians with ever increasing concessions of land on Israel’s part in spite of the fact that there were never any concessions on Palestine’s part.

I suppose that it's good first step that Mr. Obama recognized, if ever so slightly, the violence of the Palestinians against the people of Israel but there will never be a new beginning in the region or peace until the Messenger of Peace denounces moral relativism and recognizes that in reality, unlike in the Lennon song noted above, in this world there are “Lions” and “Lambs.” Meaning that Obama’s message should have been tailored for that reality instead of the placating to Islam in relativist imaginations that we all witnessed him do in Cairo.

I’m afraid that Mr. Obama’s Message to the Muslim world was way above his pay grade. And in spite of whatever Mr. Obama was attempting to accomplish by his speech in Egypt the results will be that there will be no peace until the Prince of Peace comes with the power to make the lion lay down next to the lamb.

Until then we should at least attempt to speak as truthful as best we can about our present situation in the Middle East. To which I am afraid to say Mr. Obama failed even to do that in Cairo!

Of all of the rights enumerated in the Constitution presently the most important right for the Citizens of the United States of America is to know whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is actually Constitutionally eligible to be sending troops to Afghanistan, or eligible to be taking over General Motors, or eligible to be nominating Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court, or eligible to be Signing Executive Orders, or eligible to have selected a Vice President, or eligible to have made Cabinet appointments, or eligible to do any of the numerous things that a Constitutional eligible President of the United States must do.

I have the right to know whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to hold the office of president or if he is eligible to act as if he is the rightful elected president of the United States of America.



The White House has opened a public dialogue site entitled Open Government Dialogue according to Worldnetdaily.com since this site was opened 77% of voters are requesting that Barack Hussein Obama present his original long copy of his birth certificate as proof that he is eligible to be president. In addition, proving that there is a mounting drive building for the truth, for the first time a reporter asked the Obama administration publicly and directly about the controversial subject of Obama’s birth certificate. He was ridiculed for his efforts by press secretary Robert Gibbs and the rest of the pro-Obama White House press corps nonetheless this proves that this subject is not going to go away. (see video)

The "Certification of Live Birth" posted online and widely touted as "Obama's birth certificate" [which press secretary Robert Gibbs refers to] does not in any way prove he was born in Hawaii, since the same "short-form" document is easily obtainable for children not born in Hawaii. The true "long-form" birth certificate – which includes information like the name of the birth hospital and attending physician – is the only document that can prove Obama was born in Hawaii, but to date he has not permitted its release for public or press scrutiny. --Chelsea Schilling

President Obama has spent over 1 million dollars to prevent you and me from seeing his actual birth certificate, his college records or any document that would tell us if he is eligible to be president does that sound like a laughing matter or a false conspiracy to you?

If you you’d like to do something and you felt up to this point that there was nothing for you to do go to the site, Open Government Dialogue and under ,Verifying eligibility to be president of the USA, sign in and demand that your government be accountable to you and millions of others who did not vote for Obama or who are now realizing that what Obama is doing was not the change that they were hoping for. If Obama is not the constitutionally eligible elected president he has no right to do any of the things that he is doing.

When it is determined that Barack Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be president and when it is proved that he and others knew before hand that he wasn’t eligible to run or hold the office of president, the parties involved must be summarily tried before a court of law and sentenced to the full extent of the law.

That includes any Judge, DNC official, Senator or Congressman or woman that blocked the people’s right to know whether Obama was eligible before he was elected and all parties who conspired to aid and abet in the greatest Constitutional crime ever perpetrated against the United States of America, that is knowingly aiding and conspiring to elect a constitutionally ineligible person to the office of the presidency of the United States of America.

If Press Secretary Gibbs were really serious about this controversy going away it could go away in one day not four years. All he would have to do is advise his boss to release all records that are currently under lock and key pertaining to Obama’s birth. If the original long form of his birth certificate verifies that Obama was born in Hawaii and that he is a natural born citizen of the United States of America the controversy will be over instantaneously and sites like this one would be shamed into closing down.

I for one welcome the challenge! Release your birth certificate Mr. Obama if you dare or if you care about America.

In a bid to gloss over the highly controversial racial charged comments that Mr. Obama’s nomination to the Supreme Court has made concerning White men or White male judges in particular the Democrat Party made a concerted effort on Tuesday to give Latina Judge Sonia Sotomayor another chance to say what she said in 2001 but this time say it like a Supreme Court nominee.

In 2001, Sonia Sotomayor, an appeals court judge, gave a speech declaring that the ethnicity and sex of a judge “may and will make a difference in our judging.”
In her speech, Judge Sotomayor questioned the famous notion — often invoked by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her retired Supreme Court colleague, Sandra Day O’Connor — that a wise old man and a wise old woman would reach the same conclusion when deciding cases. --CHARLIE SAVAGE (see source)

Sotomayor refuted such a notion that day by her now infamous quote:
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life”—Judge Sonia Sotomayor

But 8 years later and a Supreme Court appointment in the balance Sotomayor busily visited Republican and Democrat Senators on Tuesday to assure them that she believes in following the law and wouldn't let her life experiences inappropriately influence her judging. This is called a “do-over.” Only Democrats get them. A Republican nominee would have already been pilloried by the Liberal favoring Media and would have been forced to withdraw by now.

Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor is racing through a crucial set of meetings with senators on Capitol Hill, working to reassure Republicans who worry she'd bring ethnic and gender bias to her decisions.

Sotomayor, who would be the high court's first Hispanic and third woman, is telling senators in both parties that while her background has shaped her worldview, she believes in following the law and wouldn't let her life experiences inappropriately influence her judging.

Have you ever been ticketed for rolling through a stop sign or for speeding? Well is there any chance that you said to the ticketing officer, Sir what I actually meant to do was to stop at that stop sign so if you would kindly judge me on what I intended to do I’ll just give you back this ticket and be on my way.

Or try this on the officer that just cited you for speeding, Look officer what I really meant to do is obey the posted speed limit so knowing that, I’m sure you wouldn’t mind just pretending that you didn’t just cite me and just move on to your next driver.

As ridiculous as the above two examples seem that is exactly what the Obama administration is attempting to orchestrate concerning Judge Sonia Sotomayor’s infamous statement concerning Latina superiority.

As early as last week both press secretary Robert Gibbs and president Obama stated that they felt that Sotomayor comments, that she being a Latina is wiser than a White man were poor word choices and if she had it to do it over both of them were sure that she would say it differently.

Well image that they were right! You’d think that if she had a second chance at it that she wouldn’t diss the White man, right? Well as Sotomayer made her rounds on Capitol Hill she met with several Senators who were White and she didn’t diss a single one of them. Not only that, everyone she met was glad to give her a second chance you know help her replay the round.


Look, here’s the thing, Sotomayor was allowed to bypass her statement of racial superiority over White man with a minimal correction to that idea in her 2001 speech. You see she says today that she won’t allow ethnic and gender bias to affect her decisions as a Supreme Court Justice. She also says now that she believes in following the law and wouldn't let her life experiences inappropriately influence her judging.

But what she didn’t address and what the whole point of her original statement is about, that is, her belief in Latina superiority.

In her 2001 speech Sotomayor quoted Justices Ginsberg and O’Conner speaking of male and female rendering justice in like manner, equally. Sotomayor refuted that and said that a female Latina would render justice better than a White man and it is that issue that Sotomayor did not address on Tuesday. She did not apologize for her belief nor did she take it back.

So as far as anyone can tell Sonia Sotomayor still believes that she as a Latina is superior to White man only now we have it on record that she won’t allow her superiority to inappropriately influence her judging!

Are Republican Senators so sycophantic that they didn’t catch this little game of semantics?

Here’s a thought maybe the Black man and the Latina woman are superior to the White man. If you find that thought offensive (as you should) then maybe you should do something about allowing an avowed Racist on the Supreme Court!

The bottom line is no matter how the words are said differently 8 years later we all know for years in academia and Liberal society what Sotomayor originally stated in 2001 is a Liberal social accepted truth. Sotomayor’s do-over was just to assuage the fears of sycophantic Republicans. It was meant to give them cover so they can idly stand by while Democrats place a radical Racist on the Court completely uncontested by the Party of loyal opposition.

Democrats have become the Party of unaccountability and do-overs and only a 2010 correction at the polls will change that America!
