Report: Obamacare will create deficits not save money as promised

If governments and laws were people, “The Patient protection and Affordable Care Act” (ACA) signed into law by president Barry Hussein Soetoro would be a bastard son born to a single Party in a two Party government. If governments were religion (ACA) or Obamacare would be sin because it was brought forth in partisan iniquity, and in political sin did it’s mother (Nancy Pelosi) conceive it.

Who could forget the infamous words of former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi as she and her Democrat controlled Congress gave birth to the bill known as Obamacare. The bill, which no one was able to see until it, was voted into law and signed by the most partisan president in the history of the nation. Neither the Democrat controlled Congress nor the President took the time to read the bill in order to ensure that what was in it is for the best interest of the American people. (see :05sec video)



So now that we are able to peer down into Obama’s and Pelosi’s Pandora’s Box, the Healthcare law, we can see that truly the devil is in the details of this unsustainable and negatively fiscal impacting law.

Government Economist Charles Blahous, who serves as public trustee overseeing Medicare and Social Security finances for the Soetoro administration, suggested that federal accounting practices under this administration have obscured the true fiscal impact of Obamacare. Mr. Blahous newly released fifty-two paged report, The Fiscal Consequences of the Affordable Care Act (see below) is being untruthfully and unmercifully attacked by the Soetoro administration because it attempts to give a truthful picture of the fiscal impact that Obamacare will have on the American economy. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) signed into law by President Obama in 2010 will significantly worsen the federal government’s fiscal position relative to previous law. Supporters argued that this comprehensive health care reform would deliver a much-needed correction to the government’s unsustainable fiscal outlook and would benefit the country’s overall fiscal situation. However, between now and 2021, the ACA is expected to add as much as $530 billion to federal deficits while increasing spending by more than $1.15 trillion.— Charles Blahous

With nothing more than what can be described as unbelievable temerity the Soetoro administration is defending an over 2,000-page law that no one in the administration probably still haven’t read against a economic report that that they probably haven’t put in a honest effort to investigate.

Inevitably, the American people will have to decide whom they are going to believe, a government that forced an unconstitutional law on it by any means necessary. As Nancy Pelosi said, “We’ll go through the gate. If the gate’s closed, we’ll go over the fence. If the fence is too high, we’ll pole vault in. If that doesn’t work, we’ll parachute in but we're going to get health care reform passed.”

Does that sound like a government one can trust? This law is not only unconstitutional, it is the second greatest lie propagated against the America people. The first is the presidency of a foreign student who’s education was partly funded by William Ayers’ mother and father, Mary and Thomas Ayers.

The Hill has reported Monday that the Barry Hussein Soetoro administration has stealthy diverted one-half a billion dollars to the IRS to transform the civilian government agency into the armed national security force that candidate Soetoro said he needed to secure his national security objectives. According to The Hill, the money is only part of the IRS’s total implementation spending, and it is being provided outside the normal appropriations process. The tax agency is responsible for several key provisions of the new law, including the unpopular individual mandate. (see related story)

Congressional Leaders have been warning for two years that 16,500 IRS agents would be added to the roles of the IRS under Soetoro and those agents would be armed to enforce Obamacare. It is highly suspect that when one queries the subject of 16,500-armed IRS agents, pages on the subject are removed throughout the internet however in contrast several pro Soetoro factcheck sites are posted to refute the claims of several thousand armed IRS agents. Highly curious I must say!

The Supreme Court is presently deciding the constitutionally of Obamacare. However according to the Hill the Soetoro administration is not waiting for such a ruling it is presently laying ground work for enforcement of Obamacare by the IRS.

It should be apparent to even the blindest partisans supporting the administration Barry Hussein Soetoro’s plan is to use the government attack dog, the IRS, to bully the American people to comply with his healthcare law whether or not the law is found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.

The Obama administration has plowed ahead despite the legal and political challenges.

It has moved aggressively to get important policies in place. In addition, according to a review of budget documents and figures provided by congressional staff, the administration is also burning through implementation funding provided in the healthcare law.

Presidential candidate Soetoro called for a civilian national security force to enforce his objectives. The IRS certain could fill that order.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has transferred almost $200 million to the IRS over the past two years and plans to transfer more than $300 million this year, according to figures provided by a congressional aide.

After all the IRS is just as powerful, just as strong and just as well funded as any other U.S. governmental organization. They certainly are the most feared civilian government agency.

Continuing Democrat Voter Fraud in the USA

Why are Democrats opposed to voter identification? Democrats know that if voters were required to show identification when voting that action alone would cut precipitously into the number of fraudulent Democrats casting votes in U.S. elections.

In fact, Democrats have worked feverously making lax voters laws by instituting motor voter laws thereby allowing any non-citizen to register to vote. Democrats have also organized and supported vote by mail, which makes U.S. elections highly susceptible to high volumes of voter fraud.

The irony is the United States has sent former Democrat president Jimmy Carter to monitor against voter fraud in newly formed democracies throughout the world. Yet this country won’t lift a finger to end it’s own fraud infested elections by simply requiring anyone who votes in a U.S. election to identify themselves. I’m reminded of that biblical scripture in which Jesus foretells that his enemies would challenge Him with the derisive, “physician heal thy self!”

In the 2008 elections in which president Barry Hussein Soetoro was elected, community organizing groups like ACORN were not only accused of but they were caught in various voter fraud endeavors. Though caught in many cases red-handed in the ongoing enterprise of committing voter fraud those incidents were largely glossed over by the Soetoro supporting media.

In one of the most blatant of voter intimidation acts in recent memory the New Black Panthers camped outside of voter polls in Philadelphia armed with nightsticks intimidating white voters at the polls. The case originally prosecuted by the Eric Holder justice department however in an apparent change of mind the case against the New Black Panthers was abruptly halted by AG Holder.

Holder is reported saying that his Justice department will not prosecute any blacks for violations of voter laws because that would demean his people. His people? Is he referring to the people of the United States of America? No Eric Holder is a racist he meant only Black people.

With that known, it is now understandable that Holder has been working to negate the votes of legitimate Americans by knowingly allowing voter fraud, not only he but also the entire Democrat Party. Such activities have resulted in virtually anyone voting in U.S. elections posing as anyone. Why one could pose as the AG Eric Holder himself. (see 3:06min video)



No doubt, Democrats are relaying on this type of voter fraud to win again in 2012 as they did in 2008.

Hum, maybe there is a need for citizens armed with nightsticks to stand outside of minority voting polls to ensure that only registered U.S. citizens vote in U.S. elections. Do you think Jimmy Carter would take the job?

The President’s Alternate Liberal Progressive view on the Supreme Court

He was the farthest left-wing partisan in the U.S. Senate. Rather than vote for a Maverick who would have given them direct access to the presidency Progressives voted an inexperienced person of questionable origin and questionable loyalty to this country and its constitution into the White house.

Barry Hussein Soetoro has the nation split yet again down partisan lines. Some believe that he knew exactly what he was saying when he threatened the Supreme Court over his unconstitutional health care law. (In addition, if Justice Elena Kagan secretly communicated last Friday’s vote to the president she should immediately be made to recuse herself and in addition, whatever mechanism that is in place to remove a justice from the court should be employed again her.) Others believe that the president’s remarks regarding the court were so astonishing ignorant that it is unbelievable that he was a law student perish the thought that he was a senior law lecturer at the University of Chicago (He was never law professor as the lying narrative advances)

His provably false remarks weren’t aimed at Supreme Court justices, but rather at uninformed Americans, especially liberals (is there any other kind?). The most divisive president in history is setting up yet another straw man for his re-election campaign, one that fits directly into his strategy to divide and conquer.

Joseph Curl’s article “Divide and conquer” opines that the president is so deviously political that he is purposely manipulating all his liberal sycophants at the Supreme Court’s expense (see story)

Author and Commentator Ann Coulter believes that the president’s comments were made out of startling ignorance. Every first year law student should know of the case Marbury vs. Madison which formed the basis for the exercise of judicial review in the United States under Article III of the Constitution. If this president could may his statement against the court in light of this case, if he isn’t ignorant of the case then the alternative is he is intellectually dishonest.

I believe that Liberals have created an alternative view of reality. It is a psychosis, a derangement of personality, a loss of contact with reality causing deterioration of normal social functioning.

The president is such person. He keeps saying he has belief that an unconstitutional law with be upheld by those whose responsibility is to judge whether laws are constitutional and reject laws that are not. To say that he has belief and certainty that the court will uphold an unconstitutional law is remarkably out of touch with reality.

Either the president is out of touch with reality or he believes that he can create his own reality by speaking things, which be not, as though they were. If he believes he has the power to create his own reality that would explain why he says that things that he does.

The president’s alternate view on the court is that the court will adhere to his will to his words. This president believes that all of the world will bend to his will.

Which also means that president Soetoro believes his word preempts the Constitution. We’ll all see if the court holds that same view.

Obama Looking for Lapdogs on the Supreme Court

Those fact s notwithstanding, what is so striking about the president’s remarks is how apparent it has become to all citizens of the United States, to all Chicago thuggery and to all prison inmates across this country that this presumed president is attempting to make the Supremes his bitches. That is why he chastises them so often and so publicly.

Apparently Barry Hussein Soetoro is doing his job so well as the presumed president of the United States of America (presumed because his legitimacy is still in question) that he has time to tell a legitimate body of government ( his appointments excluded) how to conduct it’s affairs. (see story)

You would think that a Constitutional lecturer (Soetoro was never a law Professor) would know that the Supreme Court is an equal branch to the Legislative and the Executive branches of the United States government. The Supremes’ job is to decide whether laws within a case or cases brought before it comply with the Constitution of the United States of America.

Justices are supposed to be fair and unbiased judges of constitutionally. They are not supposed to be swayed by the partisan carping of a politically insecure president, be he legitimate or be he not. Nor should the court be ideologically influenced hence their lifetime appointments.

The reality is both of the president’s Supreme Court appointments Sonia Sotomeyer and Elena Kagan were placed on the court for their progressive ideological views rather than their judicial acumen or their commitment to Constitutional principles. For example, Justice Kagan who was the solicitor general for the Soetoro administration when they were beginning to plan their defense of this health care law is in clear conflict of interest yet she hasn’t the legal ethics to recuse herself from the case. Seems these days judges or justices are selected for their ideological fealty rather than unbiased dedication to law or the constitution.

Moreover, in the media there is continued talk about a partisan split on the court between Progressive and Conservatives. If what the media reports is true then the house of the United States has fallen, it is a political and social house divided. Justices Sotomeyer’s and Kagan’s primarily function on the court is to fortify that ideological breach rather than adjudicate constitutionally.

Those fact s notwithstanding, what is so striking about the president’s recent remarks regarding the Supreme court is how apparent it has became to all citizens of the United States, to all Chicago thuggery and to all prison inmates across this country that this presumed president is attempting to make the Supremes his bitches. This president shows unprecedented contempt for the Supreme Court. That fact was on full display for the nation to see January 2010 when the president dressed the Justices down in a national viewed bi-cameral meeting. What had the court done? It ruled in a way that presumed president didn’t agree with.

In a 5-4 ruling, in the Citizens United v. FEC case the court ruled to strike down a key campaign-finance provision. The presumed president’s response;

"With all due deference to separation of powers, last week the Supreme Court reversed a century of law that I believe will open the floodgates for special interests, including foreign corporations, to spend without limit in our elections.

Well, I don't think American elections should be bankrolled by America's most powerful interests, or worse, by foreign entities." --President Barry Hussein Soetoro

In a nearly unprecedented move, the presumed president lambasted the Supreme Court embarrassing the Justices before the whole country. Now he’s done it again. On Monday April 2 2012, he virtually threatens the court. The president sent a message via the media to the court that if they do their job they would be the ones acting unconstitutionally. That message was also meant for his partisans who are already gearing up to attack the court if the court’s ruling is not what Soetoro supporters want.

The presumed president’s unveiled threats against the Supreme court were so brazen that an Appellate court has responded ordering the administration to answer whether it believes that the Supreme court is within its constitutional role to rule on the constitutionality of the health care law. The presumed president’s remarks in their entirely are below:

"I actually continue to be confident that the Supreme Court will uphold the law. And the reason is, because in accordance with precedent out there, it's constitutional.
"That's not just my opinion by the way. That's the opinion of legal experts across the ideological spectrum, including two very conservative appellate court justices that said this wasn't even a close case."

"I think it's important -- because I watched some of the commentary last week -- to remind people that this is not an abstract argument. People's lives are affected by the lack of availability of healthcare, the inaffordability of healthcare, their inability to get healthcare because of preexisting conditions.

"The law that's already in place has already given 2.5 million young people healthcare that wouldn't otherwise have it. There are tens of thousands of adults with preexisting conditions who have healthcare right now because of this law. Parents don't have to worry about their children not being able to get healthcare because they can't be prevented from getting healthcare as a consequence of a preexisting condition. That is part of this law.
"Millions of seniors are paying less for prescription drugs because of this law. Americans all across the country have greater rights and protections with respect to the insurance companies, and are getting preventive care because of this law.

"So, that's just the part that's already been implemented. That doesn't speak to the 30 million people who stand to gain coverage once it's fully implemented in 2014.
"And I think it's important, I think the American people understand and I think the justices should understand that in the absence of an individual mandate, you cannot have a mechanism to ensure that people with preexisting conditions can actually get healthcare.
"So there's not only an economic element to this and a legal element to this but there's a human element to this, and I hope that's not forgotten in this political debate. Ultimately I'm confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically-elected Congress.

"And I'd just remind conservative commentators that for years what we've heard is the biggest problem on the bench was judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint. That an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law. Well, this is a good example, and I'm pretty confident this court will recognize that and not take that step."

"I'm confident this will be upheld because it should be upheld. And again, that's not just my opinion, that's the opinion of a whole lot of constitutional law professors and academics and judges and lawyers who've examined this law, even if they're not particularly sympathetic to this particular piece of legislation or my presidency."

The president’s remarks are political sophistry at its absolute worst. His words reek of the scent of healthcare snake oil sold for medical cures by a roadside huckster. This unconstitutional healthcare law is the lemon that the lemon laws were enacted to enforce against.

The American people were sold a lemon in Obamacare. We all know it. The American people want nothing more than to take this lemon back to the dealer and get our money back. We’ve had enough of roadside hucksters telling the American people to swallow the snake oil of Obamacare. We’ve had enough of the government telling us that what they tell us to do is for our own good whether we like it or we want it or not.

According to the founders of this country, our government was instituted in a triad form for the purpose of checks and balances. When two branches of our government act unconstitutionally as the Congress and the President has in passing Obamacare, the Judiciary was designed to check them for the sake of the American people.
That is why the Supremes will strike down Obamacare, it is unconstitutional, and we all know it.

Finally, if we no longer have a government that will protect and defend the constitution we have disappointed Benjamin Franklin and the rest of America’s founders. Though it’s taken over two hundred years to lost it we have shown that we could not keep what the founders bequeathed to us when they gave us a constitutional republic. That is if we let stand any unconstitutional law, which Progressives in both the Democrat and Republican Parties including the president put forth.

No matter what the president says, Obamacare is unconstitutional. The Supremes must strike it down. We all know that it is. What we don’t know is whether there is remaining an American institution that will uphold the Constitution of the United States of America in the way that it is intended to be protected and defended.

Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayer and Kagan the Supreme Legislature of the United States of America

At this time, the whole of the American government under Barry Hussein Soetoro is acting extra-Constitutionally. The president and his entire Party must be removed from office starting this November and continuing until every Democrat and Moderate Republican pays for what they have done to America.

No longer can the 9 Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States be called a court if they do what some experts contemplate them doing.

Experts believe, by reason of questioning that certain partisan justices posed regarding ‘severability’ the third day of the health care hearings, the court is about to strike down only part of the Obama health care law as unconstitutional while they leave parts of the law in place.

If these Justices do that, they will in fact become a supreme legislative body instead of a court. They will create new legislative scenarios in which the monstrous health care law that a Democrat congress created behind closed doors, will be forced to morph. Obamacare the over 2,000-page law was not read in Congress nor was it read by anyone in the White house before the president signed it. If the Liberal wing of the court plus so-called Conservatives Kennedy and Roberts (as rumored) decide to only strike down part and not all of the healthcare law, that act will be a pure political act. By that act the court will change the oversize law into separate little stand-alone laws that will need new infusions of taxpayer moneys to survive if the mandate is struck down alone.

Needlessly to say this was not the intent of the healthcare law. Democrats, including the president, repeatedly told the American people that the health care law’s intent was to bring down health cost and cover all Americans. The law will not accomplish either goal in its original form or in whatever form the Supreme Legislature of the United States chop it into if Ginsburg and her posse have their way.

Where is the money going to come from? According to every reputable source, the United States is out of money. If this Court does anything besides strike down this complete unconstitutional law, they could conceivably be responsible for bankrupting America. All of this because the court attempted to placate left wing Democrats who forced through the President’s 2,000 plus page law. (see stories here and here)

I have never been more disturbed than in the three days of last week listening to the arguments before the Court regarding the unconstitutionality of the health care law, a law incidentally which was passed only by Partisans of the Democrat Party. When the bill was in Congress Democrats controlled both the Congress and the Presidency. Passing this bill was a strict partisan act.

What has become apparent; not only to me, but also to everyone watching this important case is that there is a subjective and partisan wing on the Supreme Court what will adjudicate only by partisan ideology and nothing more. It is apparent that these partisans can do no more than view the cases before them ideologically. It is clear that objectivity is beyond the scope of the present Supreme Court.

Because of Progressives and Democrats, this is no longer a nation of laws. The constitution is no longer in effect. The Democrat Party as corrupted the courts, the congress and the presidency.

In addition, the weak Conservative appointments, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Anthony Kennedy ensure the Progressive Democrat destruction of America. Experts that know the court are warning that these men are susceptible of “going along to get along” with the Liberal bloc on the court.

For these justices this case will not be decided by the constitution or the law. This case will be decided by opinion; this is why, the court’s so-called liberal wing –Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan—indicated by their questioning that they would uphold most of the healthcare law even if the individual mandate is deemed unconstitutional. That would be disastrous for the country.

What that means is various parts of the Obamacare law will be enacted upon the American people in a weakened economy therefore the Supreme Court will be responsible for the economic fallout which will inevitably ensue.

All of this will occur because partisans on the court will not have done their jobs by completely striking down an unconstitutional law. They instead will cut the baby up as Solomon threatened to do in the biblical account. One must note that Solomon was wise enough not to actually cut a baby in half. No one is accusing the partisans on this court of having Solomonic Wisdom.

At this time, the whole of the American government under Barry Hussein Soetoro is acting extra-Constitutionally. The president and his entire Party must be removed from office starting this November and continuing until every Democrat and Moderate Republican pays for what they have done to America.

It’s Time for Conservative Radio to Leave Clear Channel

Speech can never by free if unscrupulous men and women are allowed to control it. When I was coming up there was a saying, “I can say what I want it’s a free country.” You probably have to be over forty to remember that sentiment. That type of thinking was prominent when the country leaned more Conservative. Then the Avant-garde, the Lenny Bruces, the Richard Pryors, the Norman Lears (hiding behind Archie Bunker and George Jefferson) all said what they wanted, often on broadcast television, because they were advancing Liberal Progressive ideas. In addition, because of the idea of the 1st amendment that guaranteed freedom of speech.

Now that these same Liberals in government control the country, media, business, science and education there is no longer freedom of speech. Freedom of speech and thought has been replaced with Soviet styled propaganda and mass brainwashing techniques. This statement is not hyperbole. This statement was taken from the mouth of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder when he was a U.S. Attorney in 1995 in the Clinton administration when he speaks about over turning another Constitutional amendment that Liberals disagree, with the 2nd amendment. It is clear that the tactics that A.G. Holder espoused in the above video are in play in the Barry Hussein Soetoro administration. Liberals are against both freedom of speech, if that speech is Conservative speech, and they oppose the Constitutional right to bear arms.

It is apparent that Liberals are relentless in their attacks against legitimate Constitutional rights of free speech and gun ownership. However, first on the Liberal agenda is to get Barry Hussein Soetoro reelected the way Liberals intend to do that is by killing Conservative talk radio.

Already mysteriously, the face of Conservative radio landscape is changed. Many of the prominent voices that held prime time slots prior to the 2008 elections have been either moved or removed from radio. The Conservative voices were removed stealthily so that conservative listeners would not be riled into action.

They have been replace with phony Conservatives like ones in the San Diego market, Mike Slater and Chip Franklin, Franklin openly acknowledges that he is no conservative, they replaced staunch Conservatives like Rick Rogers in that market to make the reelection of Barry Hussein more attainable.

Progressives couldn’t have the truth told about their President and their agenda in an election year. Therefore, they surreptitiously moved conservative voices out of prime time replacing them with fakes.

The Washington Post reports that the greatest attack against conservative radio is being orchestrated by the organization “Media Matters” (see article)

Media Matters has taken to extremist measures but threatening advertisers of conservative radio with boycotts. Media Matters has sunk so low as to use negative publicity tactics against stations like Clear Channel and their advertisers. If owners fail to capitulate to Media Matter’s demands to silence conservative talk, they rarely do, Media Matters uses economic black mail. It is a clear effort to quash freedom of speech when that speech confronts the Social Liberal messaging that prevails throughout the country.

Therefore, if Clear Channel-owned Premiere Radio Networks and Advertisers know that they are being played by Media Matters, and they should, yet they don’t have the value set to support conservative values Conservatives should divest themselves of Clear Channel and all Liberal influenced and controlled media and advertisers.

Apparently, Media Matters wishes to split the country further along partisan lines creating a time in which one day Conservatives will only shop in conservative stores and Liberals will only shop in liberal stores.

If Clear Channel and some of it’s advertisers are going to acquiesce to the Progressive Liberal Media Matters then so be it. Maybe it is time for Conservative radio to leave Clear Channel and start their own exclusive stations and media companies.

What about it Rush instead of tea or as well as tea why not you and Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, Laura Ingram and Michael Savage, G. Gordon Liddy, Dennis Prager and any conservative that I’ve might have missed look for investors and start a media corporation that would be impervious to the meddling of the likes of Media Matters?

You all believe in capitalism, you all believe in the first amendment, it’s time to leave Clear Channel before they further limit your abilities to speak freely. Right now all conservative radio has been muted we all hear it you are not free to tell the truth for fear of losing advertisers.

Lenny Bruce and Richard Pryor fought for freedom of speech from their prospective. Why aren’t conservatives doing the same? Leave Clear Channel!

It was meant to shutdown the questions concerning his legitimacy and it worked the Progressive media was given an excuse to stop looking into the question of his legality.

Arpaio asserts that his investigators discovered, during a 6 month long investigation which is ongoing, not only was the "Long Form" likely a digitally created forgery, but the presidents Selective Service Card (Draft Card), allegedly filed in 1980, was also a forgery. These documents are what Barack Hussein Obama relies upon to prove his constitutional eligibility to the office of President of the United States.

This U.S. Supreme Court case decided that Virginia Minor, the plaintiff, could not use the 14th Amendment to claim citizenship and the right to vote because she was a Natural Born Citizen, and therefore unable to lay claim to the statutory citizenship the 14th Amendment gave to former slaves, which included their right to vote. This is the only U.S. Supreme Court case in the history of the United States to define what a Natural Born Citizen is. It has been cited in dozens of cases since.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s posse: Obama Birth Certificate is a Forgery!

It will become clear to even the most nil among us that the very people that they opposed, the very people that they disdained and ridiculed, Conservatives, were the ones who attempted to warn the nation that Democrats and their illegitimate president were attempting to bring the constitution to ruin.

In an hour long press conference which concluded with reporters attempting to refute the evidence presented by Arizona’s Maricopa county Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s cold case posse, it was stated that the president’s birth certificate and selective service card, which registers one for the armed services, were fraudulent documents. Arpaio and a representative of the cold case posse carefully laid out findings of their months of investigative work taking great care not to accuse the president of involvement in the forgeries.

The group of former law officials and investigators concluded that the electronic document that President Barry Hussein Soetoro presented to the world as a copy of his authentic birth record, which was posted on the White house website, is in fact an electronic created document instead of a copy of an original document that had been scanned into a computer.

To date that means that every document that the president has presented as a legitimate representation of his original birth certificate has been proven to be a forgery. Leaving the president’s eligibility in question once again. This time his illegitimacy is being regarded as doubtful as he attempts to be reelected. The president is attempting to be re-elected while withholding his background from the American people.

If one remembers the president first presented a short form certificate of live birth that was invalid on it’s face because the document stated if it were altered in any way that was cause of invalidation. However, it was presented as valid eventhough sequence numbers in the upper right of the document were blacked out making the document believable to only the very partisan of the president supporters.

After almost three years into his presidency and fearing that the “birther” issue would undo him in a reelection bid the president presented the “real” long form birth certificate in a transparent effort to shut up Americans who wanted to know the truth. This transparent ploy to present a fake long form birth certificate was also meant to shut up the media and it worked.

CNN’s Soledad O’Brien Implodes Defeating Black Racism

In an interview that clearly was an electronic lynching of a White man CNN’s Soledad O’Brien shows her imperviousness to the fact that black racial bigotry exists as well as showing that she is as unprofessional as the Rev. Al Sharpton is on his mockery of a News program. Only O’Brien is supposed to be a professional journalist, maybe that’s the problem. In O’Brien’s interview of Breitbart.com’s editor-in-chief, Joel Pollack the host of Starting Point with Soledad O’Brien showed that perhaps her personal starting point is seeped in racism.

Maybe O’Brien is too close to the subject matter or maybe she is a closet racist, what we do know is that she invited Mr. Pollak on her show where she attempted to rudely belittle, berate and argue with her invited guest rather than professionally interview him.

Mr. Pollack was there representing the late Andrew Breitbart’s promised vetting of the president in 2012, a vetting that he did not receive by the Mainstream media in 2008. The media did everything in it’s power to defeat Conservatives and Bush in 2000 and 2004 apparently they have vowed to be damned if their candidate didn’t win in 2008 and doesn’t win in 2012. The Progressive Media was complicit in keeping the American people in the dark about the man who would ultimately become their president.

Three things that Conservatives should have all learned from the the 2008 elections, first Liberals and Progressives would rather elect an unknown radical leftist than a known RINO Progressive.

Second, only 51 percent of the electorate is needed to win the White house. Third Liberals and Progressives will not vote for a Republican no matter whom that Republican be.

So what’s the meaning of it all? Well, first it means that if John McCain couldn’t get the Liberal vote against an unknown Barry Hussein Soetoro, it stands to reason that no one that Republicans will put up against President Soetoro in 2012 will get Liberal Progressive votes.

Therefore, it is time that Republicans face the reality that it doesn’t matter whether they put up a Mitt Romney, a Newt Gingrich, or a Conservative in 2012. No Republican will get Liberal Progressive votes.

The McCain test was a bell weather event. It was an indicator as to just how far left Liberal Progressives have gone off the beaten path. The Liberal Progressives, which Barry Hussein Soetoro represents, are so far left that they feel that anyone who believes in a strict constructionist reading of the Constitution, Americanism and God are the hated Zionist Nazi Fascists enemy.

Republicans can stop attempting to appeal to Liberal Progressives. Attempting to appeal to Liberal Progressives is a huge waste of time, resources and intellectual energies, all of which could be spent on far more significant and worthy pursuits.

Besides when Barry Soetoro became president he governed to the extreme left without a care for what Conservatives thought. Even though he indicated that, he would govern from the middle. Soetoro pushed through the most expansive big government Liberal agenda this side of Democrat Socialist President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

To date all of the Soetoro big government Progressive Liberal fixes has failed to recover the economy. And the president has stated repeatedly that if he didn’t fix the economy within his first term he would be a one-term president.

Interestingly enough the Republicans are so busy knifing one another with their own inadequacies that they apparently don’t notice the one term blood in the water. All that a Republican would need to do is splice together a couple of the president’s own assessments of his inability to do the job he promised and president Soetoro’s own prophecy would be all but inevitable.

In any event, Republicans should stop fretting over attempting to win over Democrats because that’s never going to happen. Democrats have proven to be radical rabid partisans who would rather vote for the ruination of the country than for a Republican.

This is factually borne out by all of their social and economic policies that went into place when they controlled both house of Congress and the White house in 2008 and 2009.

Republicans would do well to concentrate their efforts on Independents and Conservatives. They don’t need the whole country just 51 percent of the populist will save America from the partisan Progressive Left and their front man, Barry Hussein Soetoro.

With 53% of Americans, disapproving of the president’s job performance and a totally failed domestic and foreign economic agenda the last thing that president Soetoro needs is a scandal suggesting that his presidency has been illegitimate all along.

This is a story that the Progressive Liberal media dreads because this revelation could possibility hurt president Soetoro reelection chances. President Soetoro has benefited exclusively from media’s protection. This story is of equal of not greater import as Sarah Palin’s emails; however don’t expect the same media coverage that was given to discredit Palin. The Progressive Liberal media has a stake in continuing to protect Soetoro president.

The scandal has already led to the sudden resignation Monday night of Butch Morgan, chairman of the St. Joseph County Democratic Party. (see article)

Nees, a junior at Yale University, served as an intern in the Obama White House last year and supports the president’s re-election. But as an intern at the non-partisan political newsletter Howey Politics Indiana, he delved into the Byzantine and complicated world of petition signatures and found reams of signatures that he says appeared to be written in the same handwriting, some apparently copied from previous petitions.

Democrats and president Soetoro has succeeded in corrupting the three branches of government, the legislature, the judiciary and the Executive branches. As well, they have corrupted the fourth estate, the press. Therefore, don’t expect full reporting on this blight on American politics.

Media undoubtedly will excuse this scandal as to late to do anything about, so let’s just move on. They’re wrong as usual. Acting to do something about this scandal assures us that America is beginning to fix what is wrong with our country. Not to act implies that we are not willing to work on what is wrong with America. That would be a tragic admission that we have lost our way in this country.

Occupy Wall Street or Occupy America or whatever you’d like to call it is no Tea Party. Occupy is a Union backed, Democrat Party sanctioned, Communist, Marxist and Anarchist infested mob of discontents calling for the end of Capitalism.

Yet the president of the United States believes that this mob of disgruntled anti-Capitalist misfits are the same as the respectful, organized a clear messaged Tea Party.

There were no police confrontations with the Tea Party Protest, there were no defecations on police cars, there were no calls for the destruction of the government or calls to eat the Rich. There was no attempt to make the Tea Party a worldwide movement as Occupy did last weekend. The Tea Party was strictly about the government and business of America.

For the president of the United States of America to compare a group of American patriots with a mob of anti-American anarchists shows just how delusional he is. He has denigrated the Tea party in the past yet to bolster the Occupy movement he invents a false parity to give Occupy an unwarranted and undeserved credibility. (see 1:38min video)




The president says he understands Occupy. That is a coded message that he backs their rebellion.

Remember this is the man who called homegrown terrorists William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn friends and neighbors. So naturally, he would support anarchists, Marxists, Communists and Nazis that compose and support Occupy.

Any clear thinking and fair-minded person knows Occupy and the Tea Party are as different as Adolph Hitler and president George Washington. If the president is unable to discern the difference, we shouldn’t let him near the nation’s secrets.

There’s a police car somewhere with turd stains that shows the difference between the two even if the president refuses to see it. He’s able to feel Occupy’s pain, he didn’t support the Tea Party in any way.

Global Occupy with Fire

Last weekend planners of Occupy Wall Street went global. Some of the sights and sounds of this global mob suggests that this is neither a spontaneous nor a peaceful movement. Occupy is an anarchists based, union financed, Democrat backed attempt to destroy America. The people in the streets are being used they just don’t know it yet.

Too harsh you think? Okay then Occupy is a Nazi, Communists, Progressive and Democrat backed movement to fundamentally change America.

You see what I did there? Fundamental change and destroy is the same thing. To fundamentally change you need riots in the streets you need class warfare and you need mindless minions to parrot your talking points. Oh and a service vehicle on fire wouldn’t hurt. (see 8:10 min video)

The Truth about Occupy

This post is only for readers who are spiritual discerning. None else need to read it unless you wish.

There is a crack in the Washington monument. The crack resulted from a 5.9 earthquake on August 23, 2011. Even to the casual observer an earthquake in Washington D.C. is unusual to say the least, however to those who are spiritually discerning this is just one additional sign of great spiritual import. Do you understand the meaning of these things? We’ll see.

I will explain why you are seeing the “Occupy” movement in the Streets of the United States from a spiritual perspective. You have heard all the other perspectives. For those of you who are spiritual you must hear and see beyond both the propaganda of the media and of the Political class.

First, the Washington monument is a replica of an obelisk. Without going into great detail the symbolism of the obelisk, it derives from Africa. The obelisk is a symbol of reproductive power, protection and defensive power. (see source) Many such structures were stolen from Africa and placed in varies locations around the world for their spiritual significance. The greatest concentration of these abducted structures is in Rome where there are thirteen obelisks. (source)

We also know that Washington D.C. was planned and laid out with regards to it’s own symbolism the truth be told that is why the obelisk is there. (source)

We also know that the occupiers are been used by radical Anarchists, Nazis, Communists and Progressive inside and outside of government to fundamentally change the United States.

Now what does all of this have to do with Occupy Wall street? At first appearances nothing until the OWS participants start invoking prophetical references as to why they are there. Warren Goldstein, chair of the history department at the University of Hartford in Connecticut made the bold prophetic claim that the occupy movement is fulfilling the prophecy of the book of Isaiah. In addition, what was that prophecy in Isaiah?

And it hath come to pass, in that day, Turned is his burden from off thy shoulder, And his yoke from off thy neck, And destroyed hath been the yoke, because of prosperity.—Isaiah 10:27 YLT

Whether it is true or not that occupy is a fulfillment of prophecy, what is true is there is tremendous spiritual significance to the place that they occupy.

Wall Street is actually the birthplace of Federal Government of the United States of America. Very near where the “occupiers” camp George Washington was inaugurated first president of the United States of America. Immediately after Washington’s inauguration speech, he led a procession over to Trinity Church of Wall Street, St. Paul's Chapel and prayed.

In Washington’s inaugural speech, he warned America that if we disregard God, God would remove his protection from the United States.

“We ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right, which Heaven itself has ordained”—George Washington (source)

In Washington’s prayer, he asked for God protection and favor but warned that God grace would not tarry upon the United States if its citizens did not abide by godly characteristics.

Washington’s Prayer for the United States of America appears on a plaque in St. Paul ’s chapel in New York City where Washington was a vestryman from 1762 to 1784:

The cracks in the Washington monument as well as the occupiers in the streets are signs that God has removed his protection from the United States.

America has elected a president who proclaimed that America is no longer a Christian nation. That proclamation combined with all of the anti-Christian activity of the last thirty to forty years is the cause for the removal of God protect from America.

The occupiers themselves proclaimed that they are the fulfillment of prophecy in Isaiah Chapter 10. However, the verse, which University of Hartford’s Warren Goldstein cites, is contained within a passage that calls for the Destruction of Israel’s oppressor and then the return of God's people to Israel’s God.

Is “Occupy” actually calling for the destruction of God’s enemies and a return of God's people in America, to the God of the bible? George Washington would agree with that.

Christians are Murdered in America too

Anita Perry, campaigning for husband Rick Perry in South Carolina, suggests he's been "brutalized" by the media and the GOP because of his faith. Perry is the most religiously expressive candidate in the Republican field. He hosted a seven-hour Christian prayer rally in August in advance of entering the presidential race. President Barry Hussein Soetoro had it right when he said, “This is no longer a Christian nation.” Appallingly at a time when Christians are being murdered all around the world but particularly in the Middle East and Africa we are now witnessing what amounts to the spilling of Christian blood in America.

I would even go as far to say America is now an anti-Christian nation. How else does a person who declared America to be a post Christian nation get elected to the presidency if America were a Christian nation?

In addition, all across the Muslim world Christians are tortured or murdered for the faith of Christianity. Likewise in the United States if a Christian runs for political office his or her political career is murdered in the media for their profession of Christian faith.

Case in point because Gov. Sarah Palin dared to consider a run for the office of president, she was figuratively skinned alive and impaled by the media.

Why because she had the audacity to hope in the Son of God and declare that she is a Christian and a Conservative.

Gov. Rick Perry has been pilloried mercilessly to the point of the ridiculous by media and other godless agents because he openly claims the faith of Christianity. The Tribesman-in- Chief

In president, Barry Hussein Soetoro’s book “Dreams from my Father” the president establishes that like his father he is an anti-colonialist. That’s important because president Soetoro views Europe and America as Colonial powers that must be divested of the wealth that they acquired from exploiting third world countries. Because the president is an anti-colonialist, he would never want to be called a king. Therefore, I’ve borrowed from the president’s African Luo tribal heritage and I will refer to him as a dictator or Chief.

I refer to him as a dictator because of his desire to bypasses the United States Congress concerning the laws of the United States. He attempted to bypass Congress when he illegally waged wars in the countries of Yemen and Libya without Congressional consent, his desire to by pass Congress on the issue of illegal Alien’s illegal entry into the United States. Now he has newly instructed his inner circle to find ways to by pass congress yet again to enact administratively his jobs plan.

The president is clearly overstepping his Constitutional bounds. He’s done it several times. In his latest contempt of Congress, he has asked his inner circle to implement administratively the $447billion dollar tax increase, which he calls the American jobs Act. In doing so, Barry Hussein Soetoro moves from the pretense of being president to that of being an African Luo Chief. (see 5:14min video)


To play games knowingly and willfully with the constitution in order to get his policies into law is exactly what Democrats did with Obamacare.

Charging his inner circle to enact administratively his jobs bill after the Congress voted it down is exactly what the president has done.

Those are not the actions of a U.S. president. These are the actions of a tyrant, a tin horned dictator. This president is acting more in line with a Luo Tribal Chief rather than the president of the United States of America.

Just add it to a grown list of reasons that he shouldn’t be reelected in 2012.

Do the Math on Obama’s Failed Jobs bill vote

Numbers don't lie.

There are one hundred Senators. Fifty-one Democrats, two Independents that caucus with Democrats and Forty-seven Republican Senators.

Republican Tom Coburn did not vote on S6351 or the America Jobs Act. Therefore, in reality there were only 46 Republicans to vote on the president’s job bill last evening. At the very least, the president’s bill should have passed the Senate by a vote of 53-46 in a straight-line Party vote. This may come as a surprise but Democrats control the Senate. In spite of this, the media reported that the bill failed by a 49-50 vote. They are also reporting that Democrat Senate leader Harry Reid change his yea to a nay vote which resulted in a final tally of 48-51.

That’s the math. In addition, and this is so wrong, headlines are reporting, “Republicans Block Jobs Bill” So what’s wrong with that picture? In light of the fact that Obamacare was force through both the House and the Senate without a single Republican vote. Of course, Democrats lost the House because of their Obamacare vote; they still have the majority in the Senate. (see story)

At the time of Obamacare Democrats controlled the Senate Fifty-six with two Independents who caucused with Democrats. There were only Forty-two Republicans therefore; Republicans did not have the numbers to stop Obamacare from passing the Senate. Democrats still benefit from a 53 to 47 advantage.

Numerically as with Obamacare Republicans didn’t have the numbers to stop Soetoro’s Jobs bill. Therefore, the president couldn’t get his own Party to back this bill despite the headlines. Democrats Ben Nelson of Nebraska and Jon Tester of Montana -- both up for re-election next year voted against the president’s jobs bill. In addition, when Senate minority leader, Harry Reid realized that the bill failed he change his yea vote to a nay vote.

The truth is three Democrats voted against their Party, their president and his jobs bill. Truthful headlines would report the fact that Democrats could not keep their caucus or Democrats betrayed the president or Democrats blocked the president’s bill.

You won’t see the just mentioned information in headlines, all you’ll see are the lies that Republicans blocked the president’s jobs bill. However, the numbers say something different. Only 46 Republican Senators could not stop the Democrat controlled Senate from passing this or any bill, Democrats stop this jobs bill.

The Progressive Liberal media think you stupid so they’ll be reporting, “REPUBLICANS BLOCK PRESIDENT’S JOBS BILL”

It’s all a part of the plan that the media is complicit in, to re-elect an unqualified partisan ideologue for a second term.

Scandals Rock the Obama White house Media remains silent

You remember Abu Ghraib where pictures supposedly showed prisoner abuse. You remember Guantanamo Bay prison where prisoners of war were being held during the active war (the war is still ongoing) they were engaged in before capture. You recall the Patriot Act where certain ones among us went nuts because they claimed Bush was violating Constitutional guarantees of privacy.

Well the Baghdad Central Prison formerly known as Abu Ghraib is still open, Guantanamo Bay Prison is still open and the Patriot Act is still functioning. These were all supposedly scandals under the Bush administration so what has changed.

Hope and change has changed. In other words, President Barry Hussein Soetoro ran for the presidency in 2008 on the promises that he would right all of the wrongs of the Bush administration you know hope and change.

Only thing is Democrats are now in charge but all of the scandals of the Bush administration remain in place. Hum, isn’t that interesting. After countless hours of reporting and after all of the rants, raves and post about the shredding of the constitution that the Bush administration was allegedly doing why after almost 3 years in office the Soetoro administration has not stopped the violations that they accused the Bush administration of doing.

Why at least isn’t Guantanamo Bay prison closed, the president promised that he would close Gitmo in his very first year. He even signed an executive order to close the Cuban located base, so why is it still open?

It would be scandal enough if George W. Bush had promised something but instead reneged on his promise of closing high profile Guantanamo prison. The fact that all of these scandal are happening under the Soetoro administration and none are receiving the attention by the Progressive Liberal Media had they occurred under Bush.

That would be enough media fodder to pillory Bush for another eight solid years. Nevertheless, there are new scandals that make the just mentioned look like NYTs partisan gossip.

Solyndragate and Fast and Furious Government gun running to Mexican drug cartels are two scandals that would end the presidency of any other than the Progressive Liberal media’s made first Black president.

In the worst worldwide economic downturn in the history of the Western world the Soetoro administration gambled $35 billion dollars of tax payers moneys on green energy ventures that they knew beforehand were failing and destined for bankruptcy. Yet the Progressive Liberal media is virtually mum.

Then there’s two U.S. border agents and one hundred and fifty Mexican citizens murdered with what could be guns that the government of the United States gave to Mexican cartels. Evidence shows that AG Eric Holder knew about this operation and it is believed that the president knew too. Yet the PLM is not reporting on this scandal either.

These are scandals that a White president would be held accountable for in the PLM but for the first Black president they’re hardly mentioned. Just another reason that the Progressive Liberal media is dying.
