You Don’t Speak for Me, President Obama!

How dare you, Mr. President, say that the United
States is “not a Christian nation”?........... how dare
you demean the presidency of the US by bowing to
King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia?, how dare you
apologize for our “arrogance” while in a Muslim
nation?

In short, you do not speak for 85% of the
United States, and your actions only emphasize the
claims of your opponents during the presidential
campaign........... that you are unqualified for the
position that you hold, based on your total lack of
experience.

Did you somehow feel the need to suck-up to the
Europeans.......... the most overrated civilizations to
ever grace the planet? Instead of bending over
backwards, to both the European community and to
the Muslim nations, you should have stressed that it
was the United States that shed it’s treasure and blood
to rescue the bulk of the world from tyranny and
oppression. That would have been a much better
explanation of the reasons for our “arrogance” and
pride.

Your twenty years with Reverend Wright have obviously
slanted your vision of this wonderful country. The
insidious lessons were well learned, much to the delight
of our “European allies” and our Muslim adversaries.
Your friendship with generally distasteful people, such
as William Ayres, shows that you are not, and probably
never were comfortable being “American” Whether or
not the first ten years of your life, when you attended a
Muslim school, in a Muslim country, plays into that
thinking, is yet to be confirmed.

Maybe when the myriad of lawsuits working their way
through the courts, concerning your country of birth, are
finally settled, many things will come to light. In the
meantime, put aside your desire to be loved by weak
“allies”, and vicious enemies, and do what is in the best
interest of the country that elected you.

How did this happen? For Decades Universities, News and Entertainment Media, Government and Corporations have been establishing the ideology of Liberalism in the U.S. as the dominate ideological way of life.

Why would they do that you ask? Well because the primary tenant in this Neo-Liberalism is that anything traditional or Conservative is evil and must be destroyed. Therefore anything goes, we can sell what we want, we can broadcast what we want, we can teach what we want, we can marry whomever we want, hell we can just about do whatever it is that we wish to do, with no bothersome restraints of traditional morals or values.

That also was the underlying message in the Barack Obama campaign for Change and that, as well, is the underlying message for Homosexual’s who are attempting to destroy the sacred traditions of marriage.

Oh Homosexuals won’t come straight out and say we don’t like the fact that marriage has always been the uniting of a man and a woman, or that we intend to destroy the traditional definition of marriage. No they disguise their arguments under the cloak of constitutional and human rights which are arguments built on bricks of clouds and air.

Bricks of clouds and air because there are no Constitutional guarantees that support homosexuality or homosexuality marriage and likewise there are no human rights that mandate that homosexuals must have their sexual proclivities equated to civil rights.

Yet homosexuals have been able to weave tapestries of lies and false logic into legalistic arguments which fools in black robes, who consider themselves judges of the law, accept. Not because the homosexual arguments are strong, true, logical and based on precedence of law but rather because Judges accept the consensus of the ideologies of Liberalism as Dreher’s article points out.

The Iowa Supreme Court is but the latest court that has accepted fallacious arguments of equal rights for homosexuals thus proving that the law is an immoral ass. (see story)

What Iowa’s Supreme Court has done is essentially sodomized the law. Thomas Jefferson wrote of this in his Bill for Religious Freedom for the state of Virginia. Jefferson warned of Judges imposing their own personal morality through the law on the people, Jefferson wrote:

[T]he opinions of men are not the object of civil government, nor under its jurisdiction; that to suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion and to restrain the profession or propagation of principles on supposition of their ill tendency is a dangerous fallacy, which at once destroys all religious liberty, because he being of course judge of that tendency will make his opinions the rule of judgment, and approve or condemn the sentiments of others only as they shall square with or differ from his own; that it is time enough for the rightful purposes of civil government for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order; and finally, that truth is great and will prevail if left to herself; that she is the proper and sufficient antagonist to error, and has nothing to fear from the conflict unless by human interposition disarmed of her natural weapons, free argument and debate; errors ceasing to be dangerous when it is permitted freely to contradict them. —Thomas Jefferson, Bill Establishing Religious Freedom in the State of Virginia, 1786

Jefferson argued that opinions, including those of religion, but nevertheless men’s opinions should not be the object of civil government.

Therefore the fallacy that the Iowa Supreme Court has committed is to take an opinion, i.e. homosexuality and make their opinions concerning homosexuality the rule of judgment as Jefferson foresaw would happen.

That is why Jefferson reasoned that these types of personal issues of opinion were not to be determined by civil government in the form of the courts nor are they under its jurisdiction.

Therefore these fools in black robes cast aside traditional morals for arguments that are the equivalent to, ‘Because we now want homosexuality to be considered normal you must give it to us.’ When one cuts through all of the façade of human rights, civil rights and equality of rights the bottom line is homosexuals have built these phony arguments with which to wile the judiciary. All the while making judges ignorantly feel that they are striking a blow for rights, instead of what they are really doing, which is striking a blow which will eventually destroy America by destroying fundamental tenants in America, tenets which are truth, logic, family and constitutional based government.

Only in a courtroom where law is immoral and apparently judges are too can homosexuality be adjudicated a civil right.

When the Supreme Court of California attempted this very same preposterous legal absurdity 6.3million California voters stormed the voting polls like the storming of the France Bastille in 1789, they supported proposition 8 which reversed California’s court’s attempted Oligarchical coup against a government of the people, for the people and by the people.

Obama’s partisan politics has given him a worst partisan gap in job approval ratings than Nixon, Carter, Reagan, Bush I,Clinton or Bush II. But you won't see him bowing to the Saudi King or this 61-point partisan job approval rating on network news. Now will you?

Over and Over..................

Yet more rhetoric from a hesitant US government, that
seems frightened of a “paper tiger” North Korea.
We should have shot that missile down, without hesitation...... especially since it crossed our ally Japan’s airspace, and
headed in the direction of Hawaii. This was an intentional
effort by North Korea to snub it’s nose at not only the US,
but at the entire world.

Since most of our allies are basically spineless, and rely
90% on US action, even to save their own asses, it is left
up to us to police the world..... and then endure their
criticism.

The United Nations will prove once again, for the 5,000th
time, that it is useless to the point of being a cancer on
the face of the earth. These leeches are members of the
UN for the sole purpose of getting whatever they can,
whenever they can, and couldn’t care less about the world situation. So long as their pockets are filled, (as
evidenced by the missing art works from the UN headquarters),
and they can “meet” in New York, their work is done. They
all take their cheap shots at the US, but in fact, if it
weren’t for us, most of them wouldn’t have home countries
anymore.

Now there are reports that the North Korean missile
“fizzled” and fell into the Pacific...................how reassuring! What will happen the next time they fire one? They obviously lied about the purpose of the launch, stating
that it carried a communications satellite, when western
monitoring clearly states that no satellite was placed in
orbit.

I am sure that the NK propaganda machine is working overtime,
playing music and phantom communications “from outer space”,
for the benefit of their duped citizens. So long as they
remain in the clenched fist of Kim-Jong and his oppressive
North Korean government, they will smile, go about their
work, and accept what they are told.

I firmly believe that only revolution from the insed, will
change the police state of North Korea. We can help that
along, if only the bleeding-heart “progressives” in this
country would adopt a harder line. The next time (and
there will be a next time) that a famine or major disaster
in North Korea leaves countless people starving and without
medical care, let’s send them millions of dollars worth of
food and medicine.............. to further prop up the
“self-made image" of Kim-Jong-Il and his compassion.

It’s not cruelty, and it’s not lack of compassion for the people.... it’s just plain common sense. We send the
aid, the people never see it, because Kim-Jong “feeds the
army first”, as proven in the past, over and over again. What
little might trickle down to the populace is promoted as "help"
from the wonderful Kim-Jong!

What does it take for Americans to wake up? But, it’s not surprising, because the voters here have shown stupidity
over and over again, by electing the bleeding hearts over those from the Teddy Roosevelt school of common sense.

'Hate speech'? No, bloggers, it's just common sense

I have detected a disturbing trend in the tenor of the debate now coming from the left.

Blogs, phone calls to talk radio and letters to the editor all ring with the same theme. Anything that is remotely critical of our president or the Democrats in Congress is now being characterized as "hate speech." Liberals have even been emboldened to shout at me across busy floors of public commerce. The political dialogue in this country has taken a nasty turn.

When I took a vacation from my column here at The Tennessean last week, the left-wing blogosphere rejoiced that the only decidedly conservative voice of the Sunday opinion page had, at last, been banished. Sorry to disappoint you: I'm back.
You may not agree with my opinions. They may, in fact, enrage you, but you should be willing to at least listen to what those who don't share your vision of what this country ought to be have to say.

A few weeks ago, the editor of a small-town newspaper very publicly banned my writings from his newspaper. Not over something I had written in his newspaper, mind you, but because of a position I had taken in The Tennessean. What could possibly be so distasteful as to warrant my lifetime ban from his publication? I dared ask the question, "What are we getting for our federal tax dollars?'' When George W. Bush was spending money on what people on the left claimed was an "endless, pointless, immoral war,'' then questioning the expenditures of the federal government was not only acceptable but mandatory.

Now that the liberals have taken over Washington, it seems that criticizing massive bailouts and so-called stimulus packages to the tune of trillions of dollars we don't have is suddenly repugnant if not downright unpatriotic.

The left has always had its forums. The Big Three networks along with CNN, PBS, NPR, MSNBC and countless others have always given voice to the liberal way of thinking. Filmmakers like Michael Moore and Al Gore release propaganda pieces disguised as documentaries. Although we on the right point out the obvious, we don't insist that these entities be shut down.

Talk radio seems to be the last remaining bastion of conservative thought -- dare I say, common sense -- and the liberals have set their sights on closing it down. Liberals who, no doubt, read from talking points hand-crafted by back-bench strategists, call my show with accusations of "hate speech." When asked to provide specifics, they fumble and mumble and accuse me of hating the president. I don't hate the president. I rather like him, on a personal level. What's not to like? He's personable. He's charming. He's intelligent.

What I hate is what he's attempting to do to this country. He sincerely believes that the government can spend its way out of debt. As I've said, that's akin to believing one can drink his way to sobriety. It defies logic but logic is not the currency of liberalism; emotion is.

Liberals look at our current economic situation and scream and cry that our government should do something. Anything! That's an emotional response to a problem that requires logic and common sense to solve. It's easy to throw money at a problem in a fit of misguided compassion, but throwing money around is exactly how we got here. So those of us who criticize the policies of this administration are systematically targeted for destruction.

What's so disturbing about this trend is the damage it does to our fundamental right to freedom of speech, to freedom of the press, to the free exchange of ideas. It is not I who hate; rather, it is those who disagree with me who hate me for holding an opinion contrary to their own.

These supposedly open-minded liberals seem to be all about diversity except when it comes to diversity of thought.

Throwing Rocks and Hiding Hands

As kids we did things that we didn’t want to take the blame for. Some of us have thrown a ball through a window of the house next door and run away to hide. Some of us have thrown rocks and when our intended target turned to face us we hid our hands and glanced upwards as if, ‘It wasn’t me who threw that rock.’

Likewise, how long must we put up with the insufferable charade of Democrats claiming to be inclusive, open-minded and bi-partisan? After eight straight rancid years of Bush blaming and Bush bashing does anyone really think that Democrats have anything in them but distain for the Republican Party? Anyone?

It’s a joke. Democrats are pushing the most radical agenda ever in the history of the United States of America. Democrats are attempting a sea change of social change through legislation, change that will turn American society on its ear. They are spending obscene amounts of tax payers’ money and expanding government control beyond anything ever known in the United States of America.

They’re really playing Americans for fools by pretending that they are reasonably attempting to govern when all they are attempting to do is totally dismantle any sense of American tradition and replace it with some sort of utopian socialist government mandated way of life.

On top of all of this Democrats blame Republicans for playing a partisan blame game that they themselves are engaged in. Democrats do this if Republicans dare to criticize them in any way or even slightly resist the Democrat deconstruction of traditional American values. It is a brilliant piece of projection, a throwing of rocks and hiding of hands.

In Jay Cost’s, “The President Blames Republicans for the Partisan Blame Game,” Cost outlines how President Obama’s words regarding partisanship never match his actions. In other words throughout his short presidency Obama has talked bi-partisanship while he continued to act stridently partisan. Then he blames Republican for the partisanship that he has enacted. In John Dickerson’s, “From Détente to Taunts,” Dickerson discloses that any talk about partisanship from Democrats was only pretense to begin with. Democrats never ever intended to be bi-partisan not even when they were in the minority they were always planning to undermine Republicans at every opportunity. (see story)

The best measure of how far we've not traveled may be Republican Sen. Judd Gregg of New Hampshire. Back in January, there was talk of the stimulus bill getting 80 votes in the Senate, including a slew of Republicans.

Now the White House and some Democrats are considering using the process of "budget reconciliation" to pass important initiatives on health care and energy—a process that allows them to pass these bills without Republican votes. "You're talking about running over the minority, putting them in the cement, and throwing them in the Chicago River," says Gregg.--John Dickerson

It’s all a ruse, a con. Democrats want you to think that everyone is happy that Obama won the presidency, but 58.3million Americans voted against Obama. Democrats want you to believe that everyone is for the spending that they are doing but even some Democrats are against the 3.27trillion dollar stimulus spending and the 3.2trillion dollar Democrat budget, they even want you to think that the radical changes that they are proposing for America are good for America.

But the government just took over GM, and the Democrats just blamed AIG executives for bonuses that Democrats approved in a closed door session and wrote those bonuses into the stimulus bill with the Obama’s administrations blessing. (see 7:34min. video)



Democrats are good for blaming others for things that they have done or are doing. Yep throwing rocks and hiding hands that’s what Democrats do.

Obama’s America is a Tyrannous America

Today President Obama is in Europe attending a G20 meeting attempting to help get the World economy on line which means that the One World government is not far behind, which means that America is closer to losing its sovereignty.(see story)

You remember Obama’s people of the world speech the one that he gave in Germany the one which he virtually assured the world that America would be apart of that One World government if he were president. Well if you haven’t figured it out yet there is something terribly wrong with what Democrats are doing to America.

The Government is not supposed to be using tax payers money to give to private bankers or to the auto industry or for that matter giving billions of dollars to Liberal Democrat causes it order to pull America away from its traditional moorings.

Perhaps you’ve forgotten the principles which this country was founded on. This country was founded on the principles freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

We all must demand that Barack Obama do nothing else under the auspices of the presidency not one single thing until he shows us all that he is eligible to be president. After all we have the right to know if the man who is in the people’s house, the White House is in fact a natural born citizen.

New World Economy will be built on the back of the Climate Change Scare

A United Nations document on "climate change" that will be distributed to a major environmental conclave next week envisions a huge reordering of the world economy, likely involving trillions of dollars in wealth transfer, millions of job losses and gains, new taxes, industrial relocations, new tariffs and subsidies, and complicated payments for greenhouse gas abatement schemes and carbon taxes — all under the supervision of the world body.—Charles Russell

You probably didn’t know that your support of Global Warming or Climate Change, whichever you choose to call it, will effectively end America, but it will. Climate change’s ultimate goal is to transfer wealth and jobs from industrial nations to poor nations and the United States of America is the number one target of the America hating United Nations. As you know it is the United Nations that is behind the Global Warming/Climate Change transfer of wealth. (see story)and (here)

On March 29 (Sunday) in Bonn, Germany, the United Nations began negotiations on the Copenhagen Accord, the successor to the Kyoto Treaty. This is the first of three scheduled conferences or sessions that will commentate with a world-wide agreement to place all world governments under the auspices of the United Nations as it relates to Climate Change. This will happen when world governments sign on to the Copenhagen agreement on a scheduled signature date in December 2009. UN Framework Convention on Climate Change

The Obama administration has said it supports the treaty process if, in the words of a U.S. State Department spokesman, it can come up with an "effective framework" for dealing with global warming.

Getting that deal done has become the United Nations' highest priority, and the Bonn meeting is seen as a critical step along the path to what the U.N. calls an "ambitious and effective international response to climate change," which is intended to culminate at the later gathering in Copenhagen. The U.N. sees this as an opportunity to create its very own revenue stream of tax money from nations of the world. (see previous post)

The United States Congress has already started work on a cap-and-trade system for controlling carbon emissions that has been espoused by the Obama administration; "carbon taxes" on imported fuels and energy-intensive goods and industries, including airline transportation; and lower subsidies for those same goods, as well as new or higher subsidies for goods that are considered "environmentally sound."

In addition a major component of this new Global initiative is the relocation of U.S. industries to non-industrial nations.

According to this Copenhagen agreement signature nations with be subjected to new kinds of tariffs and trade protectionist barriers such as those termed in the agreement as "border carbon adjustment"— which, the agreement says, can impose "a levy on imported goods equal to that which would have been imposed had they been produced domestically" under more strict environmental regimes. In other words if President Obama signs this agreement in December he will virtually cede power over the U.S. to the U.N.

Another form of "adjustment" would require exporters to "buy [carbon] offsets at the border equal to that which the producer would have been forced to purchase had the good been produced domestically."

It is for these reasons that I stated above that your support of Global Warming/Climate Change will effectively end the United States of America as our Nation will be folded into a European World Government situation governed by the United Nations. The U.N. will have powers of taxation that will even supercede the powers of our own Constitutional Government.

Therefore supporting Global Warming/Climate Change has everything to do with ending American sovereignty and very little to do saving the planet.

I thought that you should know.

Foxes Guarding the American Henhouse

Someone asked the question just how did we get to the point in America where we have the very people that caused the world-wide financial crisis, Barack Obama and Democrats, in charge of fixing the financial crisis. A very good question but can you handle the truth? Then follow the timeline.

The Bush Administration attempted to warn Congress as early as 2001 and continually thereafter that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were potentially toxic agencies that were primed to bring the world economy crashing down. However Democrats aided by the media were able to present Republicans in the worst possible light as well as portray them to be uncaring and out of touch fear mongers who were only trying to prevent poor families from sharing in the great American dream of home ownership. The Democrat and media con job was so effective for years that Saturday Night Live spoofed it as an incredible work of propaganda. SNL laid the blame of the financial crisis squarely at the feet of Democrats. According to the SNL spoof the banking crisis and subsequent Democrat involvement was the cause of the financial crisis. But because the skit told too much of the truth it was censored by SNL but not before over 3 million people viewed it. Interestingly enough no other skits spoofing Sen. McCain or Gov. Palin were censored during that same time period. Bill O’Reilly picks up on this partisan hypocrisy and reports on why he believes the SNL skit was banned. In effect, what has occurred in America is one of the greatest scams in American political history. The people and Party which caused this international financial debacle have convinced you the American people that they are the ones who should be running America and you have put them in charge of the White House and Congress so that they can now hide their guilt and further confuse the issue of their responsibility for this the most dangerously volatile financial times in American and world history. What we have in American today is the proverbial Foxes guarding the Hen house.

The following video details the financial footprints of Democrats which lead from Democrat Presidents Carter, Clinton, Obama and the Organization ACORN which President Obama trained when he was a civil rights attorney. Obama taught ACORN how to force banks to make the loans that are at the heart of the international financial collapse. Yet to this day Obama lies and says that he inherited this problem from Bush. Carter, Clinton, Obama and ACORN equals world economic collapse



Americans you have been played for fools by the glib smooth talking political partisans that you wanted. Politicians who believe that they can talk you and me into allowing them to spending trillions of dollars that we don’t have. They also believe that they can convince us that they must completely remake America from a Constitutional Representative Democracy which uses an economic Capitalist engine into a Fascist Socialist Government which controls its people through combined Presidential, Congressional and Judicial fiat. In addition to that, their Socialist model has no idea how to create wealth.

Barack Obama, the Democrat Controlled Congress and Liberal Judges must be stopped from doing any more damage than what they’ve already done to America.

Democrats’ dreams of a Liberal Socialist utopia where the government tells the people what to eat, where to work, where to get health care, how to live and when to sleep is the very antithesis of what America was meant to be. To be sure the huge paternal omni-government that Obama and Democrats are constructing right this minute is the very opposite of the freedom from tyrannous government that America was founded on.

But this seems to be the point doesn’t it? Democrats have found a way to make you believe and accept the very opposite of the truth. That is why they are in power now. Now Obama is asking the American people and the Congress for an unprecedented 3.55-trillion dollar federal budget to embed the Liberal agenda, his Liberal agenda into the American psyche and government. Spending on education, energy and health care with money that we don’t have and won’t have for generations after generations to come yet Democrats in Congress are attempting to give Obama much of what he wants.

President Obama’s European counterpart British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has been attempting to institution some of the same policies as President Obama is employing in America the only thing is Brown doesn’t have a rubber stamping Congress to do his bidding like Obama. In fact the British Parliament took PM Brown to task for the reckless way in which he has spent the people’s money.

Barney Frank called Justice Antonio Scalia a homophobe because Justice Scalia is not intimated by the homosexual agenda, apparently, like his colleagues are.

Scalia dissented from the court's Lawrence v. Texas ruling in 2003 that struck down state laws banning consensual sodomy. Like most Conservatives Scalia has complained about judges, rather than elected officials, deciding questions of morality about which the Constitution is silent. Scalia was right! (see article)

Controversial topics like gay rights and abortion should not be in the hands of judges, Scalia has said, calling on people to persuade their legislatures or amend the Constitution.

In June 2003, the Supreme Court legalized homosexual conduct in all 50 states by it’s ruling in Lawrence v. Texas, the court insisted its ruling had nothing to do with gay marriage. ‘Baloney,’ Justice Scalia replied. Scalia was right!

In Lawrence v. Texas, Scalia wrote in dissent that the court’s decision “leaves on pretty shaky grounds state laws limiting marriage to opposite-sex couples. …Today’s opinion dismantles the structure of constitutional law that has permitted a distinction to be made between heterosexual and homosexual unions, insofar as formal recognition in marriage is concerned. …This case ‘does not involve’ the issue of homosexual marriage only if one entertains the belief that principle and logic have nothing to do with the decisions of this Court.”

Scalia foresaw the “judicial imposition of homosexual marriage” in the wake of Lawrence v. Texas.

By overturning Bowers v. Hardwick, the 1986 decision upholding the states’ rights to criminalize homosexual conduct, the court was making gay marriage all but inevitable, Scalia suggested.

He was right. Five months later, in November 2003, the highest court in Massachusetts ruled that laws barring gay marriage were unconstitutional. Earlier this year, California followed suit.

You see a person like Justice Scalia messes up Frank's homosexual agenda. According to the Homosexual agenda the Courts are supposed to advance the homosexual agenda like the California Supreme Court did in 2008 when the state Supreme Court struck down proposition 22 the state law that defined marriage uniting man and woman.

Homosexuals didn’t count on the 6.3million homophobic voters in California supporting proposition 8 reestablishing what 4 out of 7 Justices on the California court wrongly ruled against, marriage as it had always been defined uniting man and woman.

Lastly, what Congressman Frank is doing by calling Justice Scalia a homophobe is tilling the ground for a possible Obama homosexual supporting Justice appointment to the Supreme Court.

Frank is also firing a shoot across the bow of the U.S. Supreme Court warning of upcoming suits challenging marriage. Frank is telling the other Justices don’t be like Justice Scalia, be good judges don’t be homophobic. Frank is doing this in the same manner which president Obama did it when Obama warned Congressional Republicans not to listen to Rush Limbaugh.

In general homosexuals are embolden by the Liberal agenda being unleashed on the United States by the Democrat controlled Congress and a Democrat President.

Congressman Frank feels so empowered that he believes that he can openly verbally assault a Supreme Court Justice with homosexual bigoted hate speech and suffer no repercussions from his bigoted and disrespectful behavior.

If Justice Scalia can not sue Frank for slander at the very least Frank should be censured by Congress for behavior unbefitting an elected official. If not the voters of Massachusetts should take responsibility for this disgrace of a Congressman and vote Frank out of office!

Brewster cannot tell anyone that he’s spending the money as part of the agreement, everyone thinks that Brewster has flipped when he practically knocks himself out on a spending spree to get rid of the $1 million in time.

In the Barack Hussein Obama story, Obama is a former community organizer who parlays a Chicago state senate seat into a U.S. Senate seat and then into the Office of Presidency of the United States of America. Once he becomes president he must spend trillions upon trillions of dollars within the first 100 days of his presidency in appearance to save the United States economy when in secret he is attempting to destroy Western styled capitalism of the United States so that he gets his secret socialistic wish to established socialism in the United States. The thought of his secret plan coming true makes him laugh out loud on 60 minutes.

No, that wasn’t the Batman’s arch enemy the Joker being interviewed by 60 minutes’ Steve Kroft last Sunday. That was the president of the United States Barack Hussein Obama with knee slapping gallows humor making light of the U.S. Banking system and Auto Industry and all at the same time. Well Obama did say that a president should have the ability to do several things at the same time. So I suppose simultaneous insults are included in his definition. Apparently the thought of putting trillions of dollars into either the banking system or the auto industry is so hilarious to our president and his inner circle that Mr. Obama let their little inside joke slip out in front of the American people and couldn’t quite keep himself composed during the Kroft interview. In other high comedy Secretary of Treasury Geithner has unveiled his plan for using tax payers moneys to buy bad bank assets. Apparently this plan was leaked to the media before Geithner’s announcement on Monday and according to Paul Krugman it is being called “cash for trash” a rehash of former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson’s plan that was presented to President Bush. But wait president Obama surely wouldn’t use any of the failed policies of the pass now would he? That would be too funny!(see article) and (see Geithner’s Plan)

The question is was the president laughing at us in our angst about the economy and whether or not there will be an America after the trillions of dollars he expends or was he just laughing at the banking and auto industries' demise?

Either way he, his administration and Osama bin Laden should continue to have good gut belly laughs for months to come while the American people fret over his policies which many of us fear will lead to the total destruction of the western economic system and lead to the establishment of socialism in the United States of America.

Is AIG President Obama’s Kryptonite?

President Barack Obama has been acting as if he is virtually invulnerable. It is like he believes that everything and anything will simply brush off of his shoulders if he wants it too.

In California last week Obama told crowds full of adulation for him that the whole AIG mess was his responsibility as president so blame him. What the president didn’t say to the crowds is that he is really actually the one at fault for the executive bonuses that most people are mad as hell about and aren’t going to take this behavior from our government any longer. Of course none of this mattered when Democrats believed that the American people didn’t care about the billions of dollars of earmarks that they stuffed in the so-called stimulus bill, at least that’s what Sen. Charles Schumer told us. (see video)




What Obama did in essence is a stroke of Machiavellian manipulative genius by feigning an executive responsibility for the actions of subordinates while he attempted to appear above and separated from doing anything personally wrong.

Here are your own words calling for and creating the conditions for these bonuses in an op-ed you wrote for the Washington Post. First you demanded that Congress haphazardly push through a partisan $782Billion dollar bailout bill under threat that if they didn’t an economic apocalypse would ensue. This was a bill over a thousand pages of unread Democrat goodies that included $180.7Billion dollars of Democrat pork or earmarks which first you were against but later you justifiedthem as you signed this monstrosity into law over the objections of Republicans who incidentally did not support this stimulus bill.

By the way the $218Million dollars of bonus money was tucked away in that pork-laden bill which was approved by you and your administration, Mr. President. Sen. Christopher Dodd now admits he and your administration inserted the language in that bill which guaranteed that these bonuses would be paid. Sen. Dodd is a little confused on the details, first he didn’t know anything about it and then he admits he was responsible and he wrote the bonuses into the amendment of the stimulus bill and then he says he and your administration did it. Further, Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner the tax cheater whom you nominated and the Democrat controlled Senate confirmed as Treasury Secretary (in spite his unworthiness to serve) was aware for weeks of these bonuses. It was he and Sen. Dodd who haggled over the language in the bill. After all, like Sen. Dodd says he didn’t negotiate the language of his own amendment to the bailout bill by himself he did it with your administration Mr. President!

So when you say Washington is all in a tizzy please include yourself, when you say everyone is running around pointing fingers blaming someone else please include yourself, when you imply that someone else made this mess please, please don’t insult the American people’s intelligence.

These Washington “business as usual” bailouts were the workings of the “President of change,” Democrats of Congress and your administration Mr. Obama. So don’t use your JZ brush off the shoulder too quickly president Obama. We’re not just going to move on just because you go to California and say so.

You did make this mess Mr. Obama, you and your fellow Democrats are actually to blame for the $218Million dollars tax payer funded bonuses to AIG which was just fine with you and Democrats when you all thought that the American people didn’t care about the “little porky” amendments in your $782Billion dollar give away of hard working tax payers money.

But apparently we do care and somebody besides AIG executives is going to have to answer to the American people. The American people didn’t vote for anyone in AIG but we did vote for you and Democrats in this Congress and to think that you, Sen. Christopher Dodd or Sen. Charles Schumer would do this to the American people and then insult us by playing us for fools is unconscionable.

Mr. President you’re no Superman and what you and your fellow Democrats did with this AIG fiasco should be just the Kryptonite to prove it.

The Congressional Budget Office or the CBO, a nonpartisan government organization is reporting that Democrats under the leadership of President Barack Obama only needed just over 50 days with complete control of the government to run America into the ground.

Voters should have known how irresponsible Democrats where in the manner which they attacked the previous administration attempting to make the president fail. They did this, so that Democrats could gain power. Voters should have gotten a clue when Democrats attempted to sabotage the Iraq war effort under President Bush showing that Democrats are completely out of control. But Americans disregarded the warning signs.

By CBO's calculation, Obama's budget would generate deficits averaging almost $1 trillion a year of red ink over 2010-2019.

Worst of all, CBO says the deficit under Obama's policies would never go below 4 percent of the size of the economy; figures that economists agree are unsustainable. By the end of the decade, the deficit would exceed 5 percent of gross domestic product, a dangerously high level.—Andrew Taylor

California is on the verge of bankruptcy. The California state senate has just approved an onerous $64Billion dollar tax increase. All of congress is now focused on AIG, the global financial and insurance giant congress bailed out with billions after AIG contributed hundreds of thousands to their election campaigns. Suddenly, congress has been inspired by a pseudo morality unseen in the history of the nation. Congress has been inspired to call for all of the AIG retention bonuses to be given back despite the fact all of them earned the bonuses based on contractual agreements on how long they would remain with AIG.

These are not performance bonuses, they are retention bonuses. Why not have congress also give back all the monies collected from AIG for their political races? Is this not a double standard being imposed by the same people who approved the billion dollar giveaway? That part is not even mentioned as if it had never happened. President Obama received $101,000 dollars and Chris Dodd head of the Senate committee who not only approved the AIG bailout funds but has oversight received more than that.

There are many politicians who had their hands out. Chuck Schumer the outspoken New York, Senator who wants to tax any bonus recipients by 100% somehow does not see his political campaign share as part of the problem. Peanuts when the level of corruption has risen into the billions. Signaling out specific Americans by the Senate to take away legally obtained earnings regardless of how unmerited we may feel those earnings are, is a dangerous precedent. Your legal right to ask for what you think you are worth has now been placed into question. At any time, the senate can determine retroactively you have been getting paid too much and get it all back. Of course, we as the taxpayers have no equal right. Sound fair to you? Far fetched? It is happening before your very eyes.

America has just been placed in the most tenuous socialistic position unimagined just a few months ago.

Five hundred men and women who we as Americans elected to represent us in congress and the senate have made the decision to encumber our nation for generations by shoveling out money as if there was limited time to empty out the nations coffers; Trillions, an amount too large to comprehend and certainly too large to ever, ever pay back. According to congress, American Taxpayers now own 80 percent of the trillion dollar giant, AIG. Really? List that on your asset sheet.

There is absolutely no way to understand the massive shift which is taking place under the guise of social welfare reform. Certainly all of us are in favor of supporting education and having better medical care opportunities but I doubt any one of us believe bankrupting our nation while taking on the beliefs of a Hugo Chavez or a Fidel Castro is of benefit to the United States.

Regardless of how much contradictory verbiage is directed at the American population, especially in California, the reverence given to the current administration will continue and they will not be held accountable for its actions. Obama is keeping his popularity by appearing on shows such as Jay Leno and pretending to be a rock star instead of a mature, savvy, experienced President of the United States we desperately need at the helm.

We all want America to get back on its feet but the inexperienced, clumsy approach being shown by the administration is exposing the way America does business and the underbelly of corruption in our own system. This unintended peek at business as usual politics should be examined carefully. It should be enough to wipe the star struck look off our faces but it won’t.

America is naïve enough to believe our leaders are special and there are no terrorists wanting to harm us. We are still believing the multi trillion dollar give away will be good for us and also choosing to believe bringing in the most hardened killers in the world now housed at Guantanamo into our realm of American judicial justice will soften their hearts. We seem to think by calling terrorists misguided souls it will somehow reduce the danger to levels of a Looney Tunes episode of the wily coyote and the roadrunner. Sheer fantasy ingrained in our national lunacy.

America, you are being hit with numerous reality slaps across the face and most of you have no awakening reaction. There must be an element of truth in global warming since something is definitely frying our brains. (see source)

It is true Liberalism is Madness! For the Obama administration to come in and push the U.S. economy over the brink by adding on its costly radical social agenda for change right in the middle of an economic collapse speaks to the lack of judgment that Obama, Liberals, Progressives and Democrats have.

I Hate to Say it!

I did!!!!!

When grossly inexperienced then candidate Obama was
running for office, the liberals made hay out of Sara Palin's "inexperience". Well guess what? On her worst
day, she couldn't have caused the total chaos and ruin
that the Obama administration has already caused in less
than 60 days.

Not only can Obama not speak publically without the help
of a teleprompter, he has proven that he can't put together
a cabinet. Most of his key posts in the Treasury department
are vacant, and his Treasury Secretary has the ability of a chipmunk in putting together a workable economic plan.
I mean, look what his AIG plan consisted of. It was he
who was responsible for writing the agreement, before the
bail-out money was issued, and he blew it.............big
time! To add insult to injury, he spent days trying to
weasel out of the situation, blaming everyone who was within
arm's length of the office.

Why is it that the liberals can only berate the Republicans,
instead of giving them credit for accomplishments, when they
are in office, but consider themselves to be infallible in governmental matters? The biggest part of their problem
when they are in the majority, is that big government is
never big enough, and as we have seen, never competent
in any case.

President Obama and his Democratic Congress should back off
the entire question of the economy. They have already
proven themselves totally inept in the field, and should
beg the forgiveness of the American voters for having deceived
us all. Then, they should accept the Republican plans of
no more bailouts, no programs favoring the unions, a full one
year tax moratorium, no nationalized healthcare, no more
tons of money going to wasted educational attempts, and most
of our problems will disappear within 6 months.

As for our "Foreign Policy"......... once again Obama has
shown that he is neither a sophisticaed nor firm leader,
but rather one who seeks the approval of the world, including
our enemies. Only a total incompetent would approach Iran
in the manner in which he did. You can't extend an olive
branch to someone who would toss it into the fire in an
instant. Iran doesn't seek our approval nor do they want our counsel. They have but one thing in mind; to create a world-wide disaster, so that the world will be ready for their "benevolent" god to come to earth to reward all the little terrorists. (You listening Ms. Napolitano?)

Our wonderful President has made us the laughing stock of the
entire world. He accused President Bush of making us lose
respect among nations, but his actions have reduced the once
great United States to the position of a Third World nation.
At least under President Bush, if we lost respect, we were
feared. Under President Obama, even a puppy would consider
lifting his leg on the President's shoes.

Unless Obama shows some backbone very soon, I am afraid that
Israel will fear the loss of United States backing, and take
it upon itself to unleash a devastating attack on Iran, to
complete what the United States should have done a long time
ago.

Chief Justice John Roberts has agreed to read a petition filed before the Supreme Court which questions President Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to be president of the United States of America. Whether he will keep his word is yet to be known.(see story)

When I raise the question of President Barack Hussein Obama’s ineligibility, Obama supporters and non-supporters alike wonder how Obama could have gotten as far as he did, becoming president and no one stopped him. Most people believe that it would be impossible for someone to accomplish such a thing.

In March 1997, Gore had to explain phone calls which he made to solicit funds for the Democratic Party for the 1996 election.[91] In a news conference, Gore stated that, "all calls that I made were charged to the Democratic National Committee. I was advised there was nothing wrong with that. My counsel tells me there is no controlling legal authority that says that is any violation of any law."—Wikipedia

The fact is several people attempted to stop Obama all along the way though state, federal and even the Supreme Courts but to no avail. You might say there was no controlling legal authority in other words most of the courts claimed that the Americans who filed petitions attempting to ascertain whether Obama was eligible to be president had no standing to do so several cases were dismissed.

In those courts’ judgment no American has standing enough to question a candidate’s eligibility, therefore no controlling legal authority. So, as you can see, it wasn’t for a lack of trying. Law suits were filed to prevent this very thing from happening. It is my belief that the whole court system has been corrupted by this crisis. (see listing)

• Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.

• Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.

• Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.

• Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.

• Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.

• In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.

• Also in Ohio, there was the Greenberg v. Brunner case which ended when the judge threatened to assess all case costs against the plaintiff.

• In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.

• In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.

• California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters.

President Obama is a constitutional attorney he would have known that there is no controlling legal authority to prevent someone who is ineligible from becoming president. So he just went for it! He gambled with the constitution and the courts. Obama gambled that he would be able to accomplish what no one else in American history was able to accomplish. That was becoming the first non-natural born person to become president of the United States of America. And right now his gamble is paying off.

Obama’s presidency is no accident. Obama and his associates researched the possibility in 2004 and wrote a paper two years later dismissing the constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen as stupid and outdated when Obama was a Senator.

…isn’t there some questions whether or not President-elect Barack Hussein Obama is Constitutionally qualified to be President of the United States of America? And weren’t there numerous court filings before the election questioning that fact. And wasn’t a paper advocating for the fundamental change of the constitution to allow other than U.S. natural borns to be President of the United States written two years after Obama won his senate seat in 2004 by an Obama associate? There is no guarantee that Justice Roberts will read the petition or for that matter the court will consider it or even that this petition will ever see the light of day. The only thing that is guaranteed is that we the people need to keep the heat up on our government and make the courts and the Senate to do their jobs and protect the constitution.

If it is ever legally determined that Barack Obama was and is ineligible to be president every court that a petition was presented before is as culpable as the Democrat controlled Senate whose leadership is as liable as Obama. And every Judge, Congressman and Senator that allowed an Usurper to be sworn in and assume the office of President of the United States of America should be duly tried, convicted and jailed along with the Obamas and other unnamed co-conspirators.

Obama is not listening to real climate experts

Right now all the science listened to by the Left is biased. From stem cell research to Global warming it’s all tainted science. Tainted by personal prejudge and hidden agendas. This is the science that Barack Obama wishes to restore to its rightful place.

What passes for science in these areas is actually akin to the massive financial bailouts that banks are receiving from the government. Only the scientists that work for the politically correct Left structure their findings to receive huge amounts of scientific bailouts a.k.a. government grant moneys along with government and public approval.

These university and government supported scientists always clamber for big government dollars by producing so called scientific findings that drives Liberal policy and Liberal agenda thereby satiating what Liberal politicians want. It is this science that Obama wishes to put the full force of the U.S. government behind.

Consider this, Christopher Booker of Europe’s Telegraph online writes, “Nobody listens to the real climate change experts.” In Booker’s report are outlined two Global warming conferences that were held recently. One held in Copenhagen, billed as "an emergency summit on climate change," the other held in New York, organised by the Heartland Institute under the title Global Warming: Was It Ever Really A Crisis? (see story) and (see Heartland)

The Copenhagen event was a gathering of government and UN IPCC funded scientists [a]s one of the organisers put it, "this is not a regular scientific conference: this is a deliberate attempt to influence policy.". There was wall to wall media coverage there.

I did a google search, “global warming conference” and the Copenhagen event was the one that came up almost exclusively.

The New York event was a gathering of world renowned scientific leaders on the topic of climate. President Vaclav Klaus of the Czech Republic, the acting head of the European Union, and Professor Richard Lindzen of MIT, perhaps the most distinguished climatologist in the world gave the opening addresses. Yet there was next to no media coverage at this event.

As for the science, the Copenhagen group has based it’s entire global warming scare on computer models that have been proven faulty to inaccurately wrong. Yet this is the “science” that world leaders crave because they want to use this “science” to create new revenue streams of taxation on CO2 emissions for the new Global rule, a global tax on the entire world to go to unelected officials at the U.N. That’s taxation without representation, now just where have we heard of that before?

In the New York meeting it was shared that, [s]ea levels are not shooting up but only continuing their modest 3mm a year rise over the past 200 years. The vast Antarctic ice-sheet is not melting, except in one tiny corner, the Antarctic Peninsula. Tropical hurricane activity, far from increasing, is at its lowest level for 30 years. The best correlation for temperature fluctuations is not CO2 but the magnetic activity of the sun. Gee can’t let that scientific information get out it might mess up the plans for global taxation.

Brooks concludes, Yet the terrifying thing, as President Klaus observed in his magisterial opening address, is that there is no dialogue on these issues. When recently at the World Economic Forum in Davos, he found the minds of his fellow world leaders firmly shut to anything but the fantasies of the scaremongers.

As I said in my own modest contribution to the conference, there seems little doubt that global warming is leading the world towards an unprecedented catastrophe. But it is not the Technicolor apocalypse promised by the likes of Al Gore. The real disaster hanging over us lies in all those astronomically costly measures proposed by politicians, to meet a crisis which in reality never existed.

If president Obama is actually going to restore science to its rightful place we would see more scientists with views against the accepted political trending supporting the disproved theory of global warming. Not the blind and closed minded acceptance of a nonscientific failed theory of anthropogenic global warming which the Obama administration presently fully supports.

He’s Doing the Job that the Judiciary and the Legislative Branches wouldn’t do!

Just one man in all of Congress cares enough about the America people and the Constitution of the United States of America to do something about what could be an unconstitutional usurper in the White House.

Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., filed H.R. 1503, an amendment to the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, which increased required campaign fund disclosure and was later amended to establish the Federal Elections Commission. (see story)

This amendment will require presidential candidates to provide a birth certificate and other documents to prove their eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.

Up until now American elections have virtually been on the honor system but apparent dishonor has recently manifested in the American election system, a system that saw the organized corruption of ACORN that infected our national elections in 2008.

In addition to the manipulation of election laws that allowed voters with no addresses to vote, polling places to remain open past normal closing times, many communities to hold week along elections instead of the traditional November 20th election day ballot casting, and illegal aliens illegally casting unchallenged ballots in an American election, there is no longer honor or honestly in American elections.

That’s right based on the above America is far removed from conducting honorable and fair elections from this time forward.

Yet the ultimate disgrace is we now have an imposer in the White House, President Barack Hussein Obama was able to advance through the election process even thought he was challenged all along the way by various law suits attempting to make him show that he was eligible to be president of the United States. Yet no Court, state, federal or Supreme, wanted to do the right thing or be the court that prevented the first Black man from becoming president by upholding the Constitution over political correctness and public sentiment.

As you can see no court presently has taken up the part of the Constitution or the people of the United States of America. I think that this is a clear indication that the Obama phenomenon has corrupted all branches of government.

It is my belief that if Obama is at some time found to have been ineligible to be president each court that this question appeared before should be charged with aiding and abetting treason against the people of the United States of America if that court failed to do it’s duty on behalf of the American people.

Rep. Posey be assured that you are not alone the American people are not going to let this affront to the Constitution go un-addressed nor will we allow any court to go unaccountable from charges of dereliction of its duty to uphold the constitution. We make this promise regarding all courts from the Supreme Court on down. Regardless the Courts and the Congress which were involved in this travesty will answer to the American people in no uncertain terms!
