Propositions 1A-1F, a Democrat controlled state Assembly and a RINO Governor’s attempt to push the job that they wouldn’t do on the people of California.

The California Assembly wouldn’t restrain spending. Therefore California’s out of control spending is but a forewarning of where national Democrats that control Congress are taking the rest of the nation. As California goes so goes the nation. (see story)

Yet surprisingly the Girlee-nator Arnold Schwarzenegger is a politician without a base. Schwarzenegger did an Arlen Specter on the Republicans of California his advisers told Arnie that to be a successful politician in the state of California one needed to be a Democrat so Arnold shook off Republicans like a bad B-movie and immediately went out and backed NO on proposition 8 and then he backed 6 propositions to increase the taxes on Californians.

Needless to say the Girlee-nator’s switch didn’t quite have the affect that he was hoping for. The people of California said Yes to proposition 8 and No to his tax increases. So much for Party desertion, I suggest that the next time that Arnie shares crib notes with the Lincoln Chafee fraction of the Republican Party he does it as a true Democrat not a Democrat wanna-be under a smoking tent.

What’s next for Kali-Forn-ya? Well it’s become pain-stakingly obvious that Democrats or Semi-Democrat Republicans are not going to fix what is wrong in California. No 1940 rethread Democrat ex-Governor Jerry Brown or no Democrat San Francisco Mayor and law breaker, Gavin Newsom is going to stop California spending.

What California needs is a real Republican Governor someone with no connections to the Kennedys, a Governor who will exercise real fiscal restraint at a time of fiscal crisis.

Finally what California needs is to vote out all Democrat State Assemblymen and women. Democrats have run the Golden State into the ground and if California is going to recover it will need to show the nation that it realizes that putting Democrats in control of government leads to egregious deficit spending.

In California’s case billions of dollars but in our Nations case Barack Obama and a Democrat controlled Congress have spent trillions in a matter of 100 days. Democrats have spent more than all U.S. Presidents combined and more that was spent in both the Iraq and Afghanistan wars under President Bush. Democrat sources have President Bush spending $940 billion for six years in both the wars and Katrina

What was it that Barack Obama was doing at Notre Dame? Was he there for a commence speech? Not according to the news media. According to the news media Obama was facing the difficult topic of abortion head on. (see story)

You see Liberals have discovered the science of transforming lead into gold. Give them your bolts of gold thread and they will weave you an invisible tapestry of whole cloth. It seems that Liberals make a lot of things out of whole cloth these days.

Homosexual marriage, the CIA lied and abortion all made out of whole cloth. The fact that these things are even a debate speaks to the nonsensical state in which we find our culture. A culture where a former religious Catholic College can come out to the world as a flaming Liberal College by inviting the most Liberal President in the history of the United States to speech at its 2009 commencement.

And then to further prove that they are down with the popular culture Notre Dame conferred an honorary degree on Obama like it had no more value than a tattoo. However like a tattoo Notre Dame and Barack Hussein Obama will be etched on each others lives forever.

What that means is these two names are now inextricably linked so if one or the other falters the other will be apart of that event. For example when Mr. Obama is found to be constitutionally ineligible to be president of the United States of America Notre Dame will be remembered as the Liberal College that conferred an honorary degree on him. Isn’t that special!

But I digress. Obama was at Notre Dame because he takes great pleasure at thumbing his nose at traditional values and Christianity (need I remind you of the National Day of Prayer?). It is Obama’s mantra that the United States is no longer a Christian nation. It is also Obama’s goal to fundamentally change the constitutional traditions of America he has said as much.

Therefore, Obama was at Notre Dame to help the University usher in a change for the University. A change from a religious University to one of a Secular Liberal University much in the same way that he sees the transformation of America from a religious society to that of a secular Liberal one. Notre Dame has been on this road for some time now. Inviting Obama was Notre Dame’s coming out of the closet they are no longer a religious institution Notre Dame is Secular Liberal College.

The University created no small controversy with its choice of Obama there were many arrest before the commencement as well as this protest during Obama’s speech. (see video)



The center of controversy is Mr. Obama’s support for abortion and the destruction of embryos for stem cell research two issues that are diametrically opposed to traditional Christianity. Following is 3mins of Mr. Obama’s speech where he attempts to create out of whole cloth a moral parity between people who are for the preservation of life and people who are for abortions. Following is the transcript of Obama’s Orwellian attempt to use language to change reality. You see with Obama is all about words. He attempts to use them like magical spells. This speech was about Obama superceding religion, superceding Catholicism, superceding tradition and superceding Notre Dame.

This speech was about superceding the arguments against abortion and meeting those challenges head on at Notre Dame. Obama’s intention for going and speaking there was simply to give moral parity to those who value life and those who feel they have the right to destroy it.

Of course this doesn’t apply to Liberals this is a one way invitation for those who are not Liberal to abandon their beliefs to see the good in abortions and abortionist.

This is a Non Sequitur following a true statement. Obviously we don’t agree on killing babies. And Mr. Obama is wrong on one point every year this society gets more and more casual regarding abortion. Regarding his statement that abortion as a heart-wrenching decision, that’s true, but it means nothing if we fail to discuss why having an abortion is heart-wrenching. Abortion is heart-wrenching because it takes a life.

So let us work together to reduce the number of women seeking abortions, let's reduce unintended pregnancies. (Applause.) Let's make adoption more available. (Applause.) Let's provide care and support for women who do carry their children to term. (Applause.) Let's honor the conscience of those who disagree with abortion, and draft a sensible conscience clause, and make sure that all of our health care policies are grounded not only in sound science, but also in clear ethics, as well as respect for the equality of women." Those are things we can do. (Applause.)

Tucked neatly away in this bouquet of things we can agree with and do is a thorn. When Mr. Obama says …draft a sensible conscience clause what he is actually doing is throwing a bone to pro-lifers while coyly slipping in the fact that he will use science and the law to establish the right to federally funded and back abortions. Oh but he’ll add a sensible conscience clause just in case a woman should happen to disagree with abortion.

Now, understand -- understand, Class of 2009, I do not suggest that the debate surrounding abortion can or should go away. Because no matter how much we may want to fudge it -- indeed, while we know that the views of most Americans on the subject are complex and even contradictory -- the fact is that at some level, the views of the two camps are irreconcilable. Each side will continue to make its case to the public with passion and conviction. But surely we can do so without reducing those with differing views to caricature.

See Obama doesn’t want to open his mind and he really doesn’t want to find common ground he doesn’t even think that the debate can or should go away. And pro-lifers don’t want to fudge its only Obama and people who think like him who want to pretend that pro and con abortion arguments are both valid.

Here Obama blows smoke up the end of Notre Dame because they have invited the very antithesis of what they believe to speak to the graduating class of 2009. Obama knows that his presence there plus the degree that they conferred on him means that Notre Dame has already began to abandon the religious and traditional values that up until now has made the University one of the premiere Catholic Universities in the United States of America.

Obama is this generation’s symbol for secular social change. Notre Dame has embraced secular social change and has deserted its traditional religious Catholic moorings.

Or as those at Notre Dame would say, “We are ND!” Yeah but not Knute Rockne’s Notre Dame, one of tradition, no this is Barack Obama’s Notre Dame one of open minds about abortions and stem cell research.

Nice. Notre Dame has changed from one of the premiere Catholic Universities in the country into a run-of-the-mill secular liberal University. Like we don’t already have enough of them!

He is a man who boasts that America is no longer a Christian nation. Whenever he speaks at a Christian facility Christian are asked to cover their symbols of faith while his symbols are put up. (see story) (see previous post)

He is using the government to experiment with embryonic stem cells (a practice that destroys life now in order to possibly save it in the future), and he is using government funding to pay for abortions around the world. (see story)

He is the President of the United States of America who has not yet given proof that he is eligible to be President under Article II, U.S. Constitution which states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

His birth certificate, College records and other documents that identify who he is, document that any of us would show to get a job, are under lock and key and have been since he began his political career. (see sourceand here)

In spite of all of the above the Administrators of Notre Dame surrendered their souls to the last temptation of Barack Hussein Obama on last Sunday and the name Notre Dame will forever be linked with the name Obama. They invited this icon of the world to speak to its graduates in its 2009 commencement address and in addition they conferred an honorary degree upon him. (see story)

Christian scripture recorded an instance where Jesus Christ was tempted of Satan while Christ was in the wilderness on a 40 day fast. Satan asked Christ to bow down and worship him. If Christ would pay such homage Satan would give Christ all of the kingdoms of the world.

Today receiving the kingdoms of the world is equivalent to being politically correct and being accepted by the world.

How best for Notre Dame to be hip and cool than to invite the hippest, coolest iconic symbol of the world OBAMA and bestow on him the blessings of the Catholic Church, an honorary degree from one of the most prestigious Catholic Universities in America!

That is exactly what the administrators of Notre Dame did in inviting Obama and in doing so many rank and file Catholics believe that this is the spiritual equivalent of putting a face piercing and a tattoo on the body of Christ. Sure it may look cool but is it really appropriate?

Anti-Christian forces in America have gotten a powerful ally in Barack Hussein Obama, a man who bows to Saudi Royalty yet he dismisses the National Day of Prayer in this country. Anti-Christian forces have and are depending on the continual silence of Christians while they advanced anti-Christian themes in the society.

As you know all that it takes for evil to prevail is for good men and women to do and say nothing. Yet even the Vatican remains silent on Notre Dame’s invitation to Obama. (see story)

That is completely astonishing because the Church has already had this controversy. In 2004 when the Church was debating Presidential contender John F. Kerry’s stated stance on abortion the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops issued a statement that neither Catholics nor Catholic Institutions should honor those who act in defiance of Catholic fundamental moral principles.

Obama’s overt stances on abortion, stem cell research and Christianity in America are not in keeping with the Church’s teachings and are in fact in defiance of the Churches teachings. To confer an honorary degree on Obama has aligned Notre Dame with the World while it shows unequivocally that Notre Dame has forsaken the teachings of the Church.

Obama represents a benchmark of choosing in all faucets of American life. Whether we will remain faithful to and choose that what we have been taught and know to be true or whether we will sell out our traditions to follow after what is popular.

Notre Dame chose the latter of the two.

Obama attempted to frame the abortion and stem cell research controversies in his address as, we will just have to agree to disagree. Which means that Obama refuses to see abortion or destroying life via destroying stem cells as a violation of God's laws he only sees it as one of two opposing political opinions. Christians have their opinion and he and abortionist have theirs. That's called relativism.

During Obama's address a lone protest rose up, one man yelled,"You are a baby killer!" but the Notre Dame crowd would have none of it. Just as the Crowd shouted down Ponitus Pilot who offered to release Christ that Crowd demanded that a Revolutionist be released instead, this Notre Dame crowd drowned out the alone voice with the chant, "We are ND!"

It seems that Notre Dame wanted their abortionist just as those who opposed Christ wanted Barrabbas! But don't be fooled there was more than 1 protester! (see story)

So -- so let's get this straight. The Bush administration has conceived a policy, the CIA comes to the Congress, withholds information about the timing and the use of this subject.

They -- we later find out that it had been taking place before they even briefed us about the legal opinions and told us that they were not being used.
This is a tactic, a diversionary tactic to take the spotlight off of those who conceived, developed and implemented these policies, which all of us long opposed.

So let’s get this straight according to Democrat partisan and Uber-Liberal Nancy Pelosi on the topic of what she knew about waterboarding and when she knew it, it's all Bush’s fault because it was the president’s policy to illegally torture and in addition to that the CIA was complicit in it because it lied to Congress about this subject?

Do we have it now Ms. Pelosi?

And then there’s that little matter of why we're even speaking about this subject anyway. Well she’s not bragging or anything like that but after she fought the Iraq war she took control of Congress for Democrats and after that she put Democrat Barack Obama in the White House so that she could implement a truth commissions in order to stop the illegal practice of torture and bring the perpetrators of these human rights violations of the Bush administration to justice. Sound quite remarkable doesn’t it? Almost as remarkable as then Sen. Hillary Clinton’s fantastic recollection of her own heroics in the skies over war torn Bosnia where Sen. Clinton’s plane took on sniper fire and when the Senator’s plane landed she had to hurry Chelsea to safety from the bullets flying everywhere you remember don’t you? In case you’ve forgotten Sen. Clinton had a camera crew aboard which captured for all posterity the accuracy of her memory of those events as well as captured Sen. Clinton’s heroics. (see 1:56min video)



Well unfortunately we don’t have a camera crew to verify the veracity of Congresswoman’s Pelosi’s heroic claims of fighting the Iraq war and capturing Congress and the White House for Demcrats. And we don't have footage covering whether or not she was briefed on waterboarding. But what we do have are the CIA documents and various witnesses that report that Ms. Pelosi was briefed regarding the technique of waterboarding in 2002.

These sources also report that Pelosi never so much as showed the slightest discomfort with the techniques nor did she complain about the techniques to any one, as did Congresswoman Jane Harman who wrote a letter of concern to CIA officials when she received the same CIA briefing on Enhanced Interrogation Techniques.

The sheer hypocrisy screams at us. Pelosi was down with waterboarding right after 9/11 when everyone else was. But when the acts at Guantanamo Bay brought torture into the forefront of the American lexicon Democrats found that they could use this subject to beat George Bush and Republicans about the head with so they, Pelosi included, began to back away from their original support of these techniques as well they threatened to prosecute the Bush administration for the very practices that Democrats were aware of and condoned.

This is why it is so important that Pelosi is able to say that she wasn’t briefed and that she knew absolutely nothing about the practice. You see, her calls to prosecute the Bush administration over these so called torture techniques would appear to be unreasonably partisan and they would be exposed as the hypocritical ploy that they are if it holds that she knew about waterboarding all along. It would seem even to the most partisan Democrat that she is simply lying and using waterboarding and the subject of torture as just another Democrat attempt to score political points.

The evidence from the CIA and Pelosi’s own contradictory statements are so compelling that an usually partisan and Democrat supportive media is asking enough questions that Pelosi’s story is ever evolving from a emphatic she wasn’t ever briefed about waterboarding period into a more unsure she was told about a briefing by someone who was briefed about the subject but that person did not tell her what the briefing was about. (yeah right!) (see here )

Following is a remarkable nineteen minute news briefing with question and answer session with the Congresswoman. In it Ms. Pelosi attempts to blame former president Bush the CIA and her incompetent staff for not briefing her and for outright lying or misleading her about waterboarding.

Which only begs the question, if Ms. Pelosi was so easily misled about the Iraq war and waterboarding by a President and his administration which she totally disrespected and apparently distrusted then what’s to say that she has ever gotten anything correct? Never before has a public official been as busted as Hillary Clinton who bald faced lied about taking sniper fire over Bosnia. Come on Hillary we have the video. Now Nancy Pelosi wants to call the CIA liars and assert that this controversy is all some vast Right-wing conspiracy.

Well last I checked Congresswoman the Republicans are out of power and are in somewhat of a condition of disarray. It would be nice if they could pull something like this off but they would need mainstream media's support which is squarely in the Democrat’s camp.

No I’m thinking that you’ve been caught in a web of your own making Ms. Pelosi.

Ms. Pelosi you were for torture before you were against it. And now you’re simply considering prosecuting Bush aides with your so called independent truth commission for “the log that is in your own eye.” Ms. Pelosi, people are noticing your hypocrisy!

Not to mention that the story that you were never briefed regarding waterboarding has just as much credibility as Clinton’s sniper fire over Bosnia story. In fact that Bosnia lie may have just been what cost Clinton the Democrat nomination to be president.

Who knows what your little “tay da tay” with the CIA will cost you Ms. Pelosi!

Oh it is to laugh! Pelosi knew. They all knew! This sudden outrage against torture from Mr. Obama and Democrats and these calls for hearings and investigations are purely partisan post Bush bashing.

And of course Democrats are going to find people like former FBI agent Ali Soufan, who appeared Wednesday before a Senate Judiciary subcommittee investigating torture allegations. Soufan boosted Democrats’ claims that waterboarding and other harsh interrogation tactics didn’t work. (see story)

Soufan’s testimony, like former CIA Officer Mary McCarthy who leaked classified information to the media about existence of secret CIA prisons used by the Bush administration while she was yet in the service of the Bush administration, shows the constant undermining that Bush administration faced. These Senate Judiciary subcommittee hearings are but an extension of anti-Bush sentiment plus they are an attempt to discredit Bush policies even to the present day.

The bottom line is Democrats demanded to be treated as co-equals to the Bush presidency and President Bush acquiesced to accommodate their wishes. Democrats were briefed on all the major Bush decisions and Ms. Pelosi was briefed on waterboarding as she now confesses due to CIA records that prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was briefed as early as 2002.

A Democratic source acknowledged yesterday that it is almost certain that Pelosi would have learned about the use of waterboarding from Sheehy. Pelosi herself acknowledged in a December 2007 statement that she was aware that Harman had learned of the waterboarding and had objected in a letter to the CIA's top counsel.
"It was my understanding at that time that Congresswoman Harman filed a letter in early 2003 to the CIA to protest the use of such techniques, a protest with which I concurred," Pelosi said in the Dec. 9, 2007, statement.—Paul Kane (see source)

Congresswoman Jane Harman was also briefed, as Congresswoman Pelosi was, but unlike Pelosi who claims that she couldn’t do anything about what she knew, Harman wrote a letter in protest of the use of the techniques in 2003. At the very least Pelosi could have added her name to that letter it’s done all the time in Congress. However Pelosi didn’t even do that!

If Democrats go ahead to pursue Bush administration attorneys who gave legal advice regard the use of waterboarding and other information gathering techniques then every Senator and Congress man or woman who were briefed on these techniques but did or said nothing are equality at fault and should receive the same treatment as any former Bush aide.

And perhaps that is why Ms. Pelosi has gone to the extreme of looking like a total laughingstock in her denials and her downgraded partial denials stating that she knew nothing about enhances interrogation techniques being used by the CIA. Pelosi knew and she’s lying as Jon Stewart so aptly pointed on in 3minutes time!

Who made the Swine Flu? No, WHO made the Swine Flu!

Outrageous! Forget everything that you’re hearing about the so called Swine Flu it is not an influenza that originated in swine or any animal for that matter this is a genetically concocted “reassortant” virus that was made by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC and the World Health Organization WHO.

This is a hybrid virus made to order by the WHO and the CDC so that their “boy who cried wolf” scenarios for a worldwide pandemic could be realized.

Impossible you think, but it’s not. According to CIDRAP In 2004 the CDC launch experiments designed to combine the H5N1 virus or the avian influenza virus and human flu viruses to then see how the resulting hybrids affect animals. The goal was to assess the chances that such a "reassortant" virus will emerge and how dangerous it might be. —Alaphiah (see previous post)

I posted the above on April 28, 2009 and just recently Scientist Adrian Gibbs, 75, who collaborated on research that led to the development of Roche Holding AG’s Tamiflu drug, said in an television interview with Bloomberg news that he intends to publish a report suggesting the new strain may have accidentally evolved in eggs scientists use to grow viruses and drugmakers use to make vaccines. Gibbs said he came to his conclusion as part of an effort to trace the virus’s origins by analyzing its genetic blueprint. (see story) (see 6:56min.video)



Gibbs is careful not to say emphatically that this new Swine flu concoction is a man-made virus but as I originally reported this virus has many unusual and unnatural characteristics; it is a new “reassortant” virus (meaning that it is made up of a combination of H5N1 Avian flu virus strain, a human flu virus strain and the Swine flu virus strain), this virus has not yet been isolated to animals and this it is not a seasonal virus.

And on top off all of that, as I have written before, in 2004 the CDC launch experiments designed to combine the H5N1 virus or the avian influenza virus and human flu viruses to then see how the resulting hybrids affect animals. According to the same report the World Health Organization (WHO) was also "pleading" for laboratories to do the exact same research that the CDC was doing, if successful WHO could provide some evidence to back up the agency's warnings about the risk of a flu pandemic, according to the CP report.

But really, does anyone expect the WHO or the CDC to actually come out and take full responsibility? And if it is determined that either organization or both are the cause for this outbreak, believe me we will never know because they are the ones doing the investigating.

Unless there is some sort of independent scientific investigative body appointed and unless scientist like Adrian Gibbs are protected and supported the WHO and the CDC will remain unchecked and we may never know the truth about the origins of the Swine flu.

Anti-Carrie Prejean Forces TRUMPED

They were like gathering maggots readying to feast on the carcass of freedom of speech. Yes, all of the usual offended suspects were hovering about like Africanized Killer Flies ready to lite on the pile of manure that they’ve created from politically correct speech and the protected Classism of the homosexual agenda.

Thrust at the center of this social harmonic convergence otherwise known as Barack Obama’s hope and change is Miss California, Carrie Prejean as she was vying for the title of Miss USA. (see story)

Ms. Prejean was asked the most patently transparent self-serving, agenda driven and political motivated question in the history of the Miss USA pageant. The infamous Perez Hilton question was meant to hoist the rainbow flag up to overshadow the Miss USA pageant by making Mr. Hilton’s sexual preference an issue thus helping to ushering in a new social harmonic convergence. In Hilton’s vblog right after the pageant he bragged that his question was the question that stole the entire show.

Hilton and his fellow homosexual activists have begun a blitz campaign to legalize homosexuality throughout the United States by courts and by state legislature. They are also attempting to convert the World via the United Nations; this is the coming social harmonic convergence.

The social harmonic convergence that homosexuals are attempting to usher in will be the end of traditional history and the beginning of a post historical world a world where truth and falsehood are indistinguishable one from the other.

What better place to fire off a salvo than the Miss USA pageant?

Since Barack Hussein Obama and the Super Majority controlled Democrat Congress are in power homosexuals feel that this is their time. They feel that this is their moment to force homosexuality on the unwilling Ninety-seven percent of the population that isn’t homosexual and as well they want to use the fascist arm of government to force homosexuality on those who would oppose them.

When Ms. California did not allow Perez Hilton to unfurl homosexuality in all of its ignominious glory onto the Miss USA pageant stage by a politically correct supportive response of, “Yes, all states should be like Vermont.”

Hilton began to launch a controversy that only seems to have backfired now. I’m quite sure that it was the equivalent of sure everybody’s doing it so why not, is undoubtedly the answer that Hilton wanted to hear. A bit of advice for Hilton if you don't want to hear the answer then don't ask the question!

But that was not the case. Ms. Prejean spoke from a tradition that is deeply rooted in the historical and cultural condition of the anthropological condition. However, because she did all of the usual offended suspects sprung into action to attempt to defame, demean and discredit her.

These Africanized Killer Flies went dumpster driving through the past life of Ms. Prejean and came up with a picture that they thought would be enough to tarnish the beauty’s witness and possibility strip her of the title Miss California. All for expressing an opinion that is shared by all of the annuals of human history the state of California , Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. That opinion simply is marriage is the uniting of a man and a woman. (see 57sec. video)




Thank God we are not England where there is no freedom of speech. If we were there, there might have been a different outcome.

Fortunately conditions have not yet devolved in the United States into the official banning of speech like that of Home Secretary Jacqui Smith’s Britain. Smith recently released a list of 16 people banned from the U.K. among them was American talk show host Michael Savage who was named among England’s undesirables.

Keeping Miss California was the right thing to do Mr. Trump you are to be commended for doing the right thing. Yet we live in a time that doing the right thing is not always a foregone conclusion. The anti-Carrie Prejean forces were “Trumped” for now. However this is only the beginning of the homosexual social harmonic convergence.

Look, the recent activities that you see in states like Iowa and Vermont, these things combined with the use of the Miss U.S.A. pageant by Hilton to promote the homosexual agenda are indicative of the fact that we are at the point at which the counter-spin of history finally comes to a momentary halt, and the still imperceptible spin of post-history commences.

This will surely happen if there are not more Carrie Prejeans who will stand for truth and speak truth to power. For truth is the ultimate eternal beauty. Carrie Prejean possesses this beauty what about you?

Pelosi: Lying works for Democrats

Three things are now clear about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s recent comments about what she knew and when she knew it concerning the CIA’s use of Enhanced Interrogation Techniques (EITs), including water-boarding:

First, it is no longer possible to doubt that Pelosi knew as of September 4, 2002 that the CIA included water-boarding among its tools for interrogating high-value terrorists like al Qaeda operative Abu Zubaydah.

Second, there are additional documents in CIA and congressional records that will remove any remaining doubt that Pelosi knew water-boarding and other EITs were being used and that further deadly terrorist attacks were thereby prevented from taking place in this country.

Calling Nancy Pelosi a liar is of no consequence. And calling Pelosi a liar while being supported with CIA documentation and evidence that she knew about waterboarding has the same affect as calling a dog, Canis lupus familiaris or Canis lupus domesticus one simply receives the same response. Well duh!

Democrats expect Democrats to lie. Oh they dress it up a bit they call it being nuanced à la mode de Al Gore or John Kerry. Or they may call it well thought out answers like Mr. Obama is credited with giving. But whether it’s Obama, Gore, Kerry or Pelosi Democrats consider everyone else stupid enough to con, as you know, lying to someone is the ultimate insult to the person(s) that is being lied to intelligence.

And that is the point isn’t it, Democrats in political office don’t think the rest of us are really that smart or they wouldn’t constantly and continually bald face lie to us.

So why did Nancy Pelosi go to Baghdad on a unusual surprise visit instead of being here in the United States answering questions about why she lied about not knowing anything about waterboarding and why did she lie about not being briefed on the tactic of waterboarding before it was used.

Oh I guess I answered my own questions didn’t I? It‘s highly unusual for a Congresswomen to make a surprise trip to a war zone for no apparent reason unless that Congresswomen is blatantly attempting to change the discussion and duck questions back at home about lies she’s told about her knowledge of waterboarding!

What Ms. Pelosi was engaging in is a little maneuver called redirecting the news cycle. You see a little “surprise visit to Baghdad ” is a trick intend to have your focus redirected from the fact that Ms. Pelosi was caught in bald face lies about “enhanced interrogation techniques” or waterboarding and naturally the media fell for it.

Her actions were to have the public focused on her “lone efforts” to fix the Middle East instead of the coming controversy over Democrats in Congress, herself included, who were also briefed and approved of waterboarding at the time that it was instituted, meaning that any investigation of Bush officials who approved these torture techniques would have to include Democrats who also knew of them and approved also.

Intelligence officials released documents this evening saying that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was briefed in September 2002 about the use of harsh interrogation tactics against al-Qaeda prisoners, seemingly contradicting her repeated statements over the past 18 months that she was never told that these techniques were actually being used.—Paul Kane (see source)

Pelosi’s assertions, that she didn’t know, contradicts a recently released White House and Senate committee reports that cited CIA records to claim that senior members of Congress in both parties were briefed on the waterboarding, which had already been done to detainee Abu Zubaydah. (see report)

So who are we to believe the White House, the CIA or Nancy Pelosi? Here’s Nancy Pelosi answering reporter’s rare questions, of a Democrat, regarding the inconsistencies in her statements about not knowing about waterboarding. Notice how Pelosi first attempts to shut the reporter down by attempting to divert the conversion. Unsuccessful in that attempt Pelosi proceeds with a 10 minute opaque statement meant to Octopus ink her way out of danger by a black cloud of nonsensical blame Bush denials.(see 10:57min video)



Democrats have gotten themselves in quite a pickle. By calling for the prosecution of the Bush administration for using torture techniques they’ve exposed themselves as approving of those very same techniques when it was politically acceptable to do so. The deception and finger pointing of Democrats is astonishing especially when Democrats continued to demand of President Bush that they be considered an equal power with the presidency in the final 2 years of the Bush administration. Attempting to be bi-partisan the Bush administration acquiesced to Democrat’s demands and included them in on intelligence, waterboarding was just one such instance.

To say now that Democrats didn’t know anything about torture being used is an outright bald face lie. But hey, lying is working for the Democrats.

With the rise of Jon Stewart as the premier “Journalist” from which most Democrats get their news it’s not at all surprising that the annual White House Correspondents' Association black-tie dinner would be dominated by Hollywood A-listers, film and TV stars only to be mixed up with a smattering of journalist according to Rich Schapiro. There is a saying that, “Many a truth is said in jest.” However to an administration and it’s supporting media devotees who have been practicing Orwellian tactics of redefinition of truth it is probably more fitting to say that “Many a redefinition of truth is said in jest,” under the Obama administration! But isn’t that what Mr. Obama promised when he promised to fundamentally change the United States of America?

And then there is the White House Correspondents’ Association choice for entertainer, Comedienne Wanda Sykes. Ms. Sykes’ mischaracterization of Rush Limbaugh’s “I hope Obama fails,” Is classic mischaracterization in order to make a point that could not otherwise be made. Sykes clumsily and unfunnily attempted to equate Limbaugh’s statement with the thought that Limbaugh’s statement advocates for America’s failure. It did not, any more than Democrats promoting and wishing for George Bush’s failure as president was equal to wishing for America’s failure. (see 1:12min video)

Could someone please explain why an event that is supposed to be for the media and journalism was only attended by a smattering of journalist but was well attended by a full on complement of Hollywood A-listers? (see WHCA site)

And what, no jokes about Obama’s birth certificate, I would have thought that an Illegal Alien in the White House, that’s essentially what Mr. Obama is, with no one in the media doing anything to investigate and report that story would be the biggest joke on America in American history.

But I suppose that my sense of humor is a lot different from Mr. Obama’s who said very subtly at the end of his routine about 15:09 minutes in, that Journalism at best is an approximation of the truth. (I don’t think the journalist in the room understood the implication because they laughed)

I am one of only three Republicans to vote passage for the Obama $838 Billion Dollar Stimulus package, Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe were the other two RINO’s who voted for it. Without our votes Mr. Obama never would have been able to put the country into trillion dollars of debt.(see story)

So just because I hardly ever vote to uphold the Republican Party some lame Pennsylvania Republicans are trying to hold me accountable for my treachery but I won’t let them to it. I won’t I say! And because I’m too damned important to allow Pennsylvania Republican voters to decide my fate I’m telling Republicans to kiss off! (see video)



Well how quickly the worm turns. After being formally welcomed by Mr. Obama and the White House to the Democrat Party and after being promised by Senate Majority leader Harry Reid that he would maintain his overall seniority in the Senate Senator Arlen Specter was stripe of his seniority by vote of the remaining Democrat Senators giving Specter what amounts to the seniority of a freshman Senator. Now far be it from me to gloat but after years of poking Republicans in the eye with his consist undermining of Republican positions. Then to top it off after being faced with his political mortality as a consequence for his own reckless political caucusing Specter lied when he said the Republican Party left him. The Party didn’t leave him, Specter is a political user he used the Republican Party to exact his own brand of “guess which Party I belong to.”

By Sunday, on NBC's "Meet the Press," Specter was asked about Reid's assurance. "That's an entitlement. I've earned the seniority," Specter said. "I will be treated by the Democrats as if I'd been elected as a Democrat."--David Paul Kuhn

A funny thing happened on the way to the front of the Democrat seniority line Tuesday night, the Democrats in the Senate voted to strip Specter of his seniority. Specter has served in the Senate for twenty-nine years. The vote, as stated before, left him with the power of a freshman.

The all important, all mighty, the center of the American Senate, Arlen Specter now is the equivalent of a Democrat freshman with dim to no chance of winning the Democrat primary.

And Democrats say that there is no God! Well my faith is renewed! Republicans didn’t leave Specter he left them. But Democrats, they left Specter as well they should have.

Specter left the Republican Party to save his political career only to have Democrats deliver what will enviably be the final coup de grace to twenty-nine years of political treachery.

I’d say that there is a God Mr. Obama and He answers prayers! And don't worry Mr. Obama on the National Day of prayer, I prayed a special prayer for you too!

We are no longer a Christian Nation: Obama Dissed National Day of Prayer

For the past eight years, the White House recognized the National Day of Prayer with a service in the East Room, but this year, President Obama decided against holding a public ceremony. (see story)

Under the Bush administration, the White House hosted an interfaith service each year, inviting protestant, Catholic and Jewish leaders for an event at the East Room.

President Ronald Reagan and President George H.W. Bush also marked the day with a White House observance.

President Harry Truman first established the day as a national event in 1952. Reagan signed a resolution in 1988 to observe the National Day of Prayer each year on the first Thursday in May, and each president since has recognized this day with a proclamation.

President George Bush lead the Nation in recognizing the National Day of Prayer for the past eight years and it has been formally and publicly recognizing since its institution in 1952 but according to Mr. Barack Hussein Obama we are no longer a Christian nation and apparently we are no longer a nation that is unashamed of Christianity.

Mr. Obama’s refusal to actively participate in the National Day of Prayer is a signal to all anti-Christian forces in the United States that Christians are now considered second-class citizens in the United States of America by Mr. Obama and his administration.

It just unfortunate that a White House that would celebrate a Passover Seder, Earth Day and Obama’s own “Cinco de Cuatro” in the White House would not find the time to lead the Nation in a time of prayer in this most tenuous time in America.

S. 909, dubbed the "Pedophile Protection Act is a Senate bill that creates a special class for homosexuals and others with alternative sexual lifestyles and provides them protections against so-called "hate." It also specifically denies such protections to other targeted classes of citizens such as pastors, Christians, missionaries, veterans and the elderly. (see story)

Rep. Louis Gohmert, R-Texas explains Democrat depravity as the House bill H.R. 1913, the House version of S. 909, the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act bill, the plan was adopted and passed on a 249-175 straight party line vote.



According to Janet Porter, Worldnetdaily reporter this bill would criminalize Christianity and turn those who disagree with the homosexual agenda into felons, but criminalizing Christianity is just the beginning of what this bill would do. It would also elevate pedophiles as a special protected class – since the term 'sexual orientation' which has been added to the 'hate crimes' legislation includes them in the American Psychiatric Association's definition of various 'sexual orientations."

According to Porter Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa told the full U.S. House that the APA has a list of 547 different "paraphilias" that would be protected by members of Congress under the S. 909, the"hate crimes" bill. (see related blog)

The "hate crimes" proposal not only sets up criminal charges against those whose actions or words offend homosexuals but also provides money "to improve the education and training of local officials to identify, investigate, prosecute and prevent hate crimes."

President Obama, supported strongly during his campaign by homosexual advocates, appears ready to respond to their desires according to Bob Unruh of Worldnetdaily.

If passed, the law will lay the groundwork for restricting religious liberty and freedom of speech as it has in Canada and Europe." Already Radio personality Michael Savage has been banned from Europe as an act of intimidation against his and all American’s right to free speech. (see story)

Rep. Louis Gohmert, R-Texas warns the law will be used against pastors – or anyone else – who speaks against homosexuality or other alternative sexual lifestyle choices. He said it provides that anyone who through speech "induces" commission of a violent hate crime "will be tried as a principal" alongside the active offender.

This law would also allow for prosecutions against pastors who preach a biblical ban on homosexuality if someone who hears such a message later is accused of any crime.

Andrea Lafferty, executive director of the Traditional Values Coalition, said, "A pastor's sermon could be considered 'hate speech' under this legislation if heard by an individual who then acts aggressively against persons based on 'sexual orientation.' The pastor could be prosecuted for 'conspiracy to commit a hate crime'" she said.

The 2008 Democrat super majorities voted into office by the American people plus the election of a ultra-liberal president Mr. Barack Obama has resulted in the possibility of laws being instituted for the first time in the United States that will make Christianity and Christian teachings a felony under law. As Mr. Obama has repeated told Americans the United States is no longer a Christian nation.

After listening to the criteria that Mr. Obama says he will use in his selection process to name the next Supreme Court Justice to replace the retiring Justice David Souter, I could think of no better candidate than Hilton Perez. (see 3:17min video)



Perez, judge of recent Miss USA pageant fame possesses all of the attributes that Mr. Obama and his Liberal colleagues have described as the perfect candidate for the job.

Vermont Sen. Patrick Leahy, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee says that he would like to see more people from outside the traditional judiciary circles, somebody who has had some real-life experience, not just as a judge. (see source)

Sen. Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania, a Judiciary Committee member who last week defected from the Republican to the Democratic Party, suggested someone not a lawyer, if that person had the right credentials.

"I would like to see somebody with broader experience," Specter said. "We have a very diverse country. We need more people to express a woman's point of view or a minority point of view, Hispanic or African American ... somebody who's done something more than wear a black robe for most of their lives."

Duh, that’s Hilton Perez all over, okaaay! Mr. Obama has said that he wouldn’t nominate someone who doesn’t believe in the right to privacy. That interesting because the Constitution doesn’t delineate a right to privacy, that “right” has been inferred into the Constitution by Liberal thinking Judges of the type that Mr. Obama says he would select to the Court.

Besides we all know that the “right to privacy” is code for Abortion rights and Homosexual rights both “rights” that are not found in the Constitution either.

That’s the irony, these two rights are “rights” that could not exist without the phantom constitutional “right to privacy.” And that is why a certain type of Justice must be selected if one is a Liberal like Obama.

I would not appoint somebody who doesn't believe in the right to privacy. […] I taught constitutional law for 10 years, and I -- when you look at what makes a great Supreme Court justice, it's not just the particular issue and how they rule, but it's their conception of the court.

Whoever Mr. Obama and his Democrat controlled Congress places on the highest Court of the land that Justice will be a “Perez Hilton” selection.

Whatever the name, whomever the person Mr. Obama and his Democrat allies have already told America that their nominee will not be a tradition nominee one who is blind to everything but the law. Meaning that there can be no favoritism in a Justice, Mr. Obama says that his very first criteria for the person that he selects is the ability to show favoritism.

Ergo whoever Mr. Obama selects that person will be a “Hilton Perez” Justice. Now image this if you are unfortunate enough to appear before an Obama stacked Court and you should say something that is not in keeping with the Court’s worldview then you will be called a Bitch from the bench and Obama’s pick will immediately run out of the courtroom to video blog the reason why you didn’t win your case before his or her court. or the Constitution of the United States ? This country was founded on Judeo-Christian ethics and the principles governing
this country, at least until you came along, come directly

bonuses, and the Freddie Mac bonuses. What do you intend
to do about them? Anything? I seriously doubt it.

What about the U.S. House members passing out $9.1
million in bonuses to their staff members – on top of
the $2.5 million in automatic pay raises that lawmakers
gave themselves? I understand the average House aide got a
17% bonus. I took a 5% cut in my pay to save jobs with my
employer.. You haven’t said anything about that. Who
authorized that? I surely didn’t!

Executives at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will be
receiving $210 million in bonuses over an eighteen-month
period, that's $45 million more than the AIG bonuses.
In fact, Fannie and Freddie executives have already been
awarded $51 million – not a bad take. Who authorized that
and why haven’t you expressed your outrage at this
group who are largely responsible for the economic
mess we have right now??

I resent that you take me and my fellow citizens as
brain-dead and not caring about what you idiots do. We
are watching what you are doing and we are getting
increasingly fed up with all of you. I also want you to
know that I personally find just about everything you
do and say to be offensive to every one of my
sensibilities. I promise you that I will work tirelessly
to see that you do not get a chance to spend two terms
destroying my beautiful country.

100 days and already the Obama hypnotic affect on the nation is waning. Fox network said that it would air its normal broadcast lineup rather than fall inline with the rest of the Obama Big Brotha Networks.

How ironic that Fox’s new hit show “Lie to Me” was scheduled to air at the same time that Big Brotha wanted to tell the Oceania Proles, sitting in front of their telescreens, what to think for the next 100 days.

Seems like the Fox network isn’t the only ones breaking away from the Obama Big Brotha echo chamber, reporter CALVIN WOODWARD - Associated Press Writer fact checked the Obama 100 day speeches and he’s not accepting the Big Brotha Newspeak and Doublethink of the Obama administration either.

Though he wouldn’t say it directly Woodward found that the viewers who watched Fox’s “Lie to Me” weren’t the only ones being lied to!

For instance, Woodward found that Mr. Obama’s assertion that his proposed budget will cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term, His promised vast savings from increased spending on preventive health care, Mr. Obama’s claim that since he’s taken office he has saved or created over 150,000 jobs, and that his budget is the new foundation for economic growth in America are claims that are unverifiable at best or at worst straight out deceptions and lies. Oh and as to Mr. Obama’s claim that he had absolutely nothing to do with the $1.3 Trillion Dollar deficit that he “inherited.” Not exactly true, Congress, under Democratic control in 2007 and 2008, held the purse strings that led to the deficit Obama inherited.

And Mr. Obama supported the emergency financial bailout package in President Bush's final months - a package Democratic leaders wanted to make bigger.

As for the war, Mr. Obama opposed the Iraq war But with one major exception, he voted in support of Iraq war spending.

Pelosi and Reid suggest a Fix for what ails Republicans

In 2000 George Bush defeated Al Gore for the White House. Gore called Bush conceded the election then called back and took back his concession when advised by one of his operatives that it was quite possible to steal the election with recount methods Al Franken used to steal the Senate election in Minnesota after Minnesota’s the initial count showed that Sen. Norm Coleman won. However unlike Franken Gore failed after the U.S. Supreme Court stopped the Florida State Supreme Court from interfering.

The next morning Democrats all across the country were in the fetal position sucking on thumbs and cursing the name of Bush. The media pronounced the end of the world for Liberalism and many Liberals were on suicide watch.

On the following day of the 2004 elects after a President Bush defeat of Sen. John Kerry Liberals world wide went apoplectic with apocalyptic rantings and Conservative doomsdays scenarios.

Well I would say that Democrats and Liberals rebounded very well from all of that in 2006 and 2008 wouldn’t you say? So a lost election or two does not the end of the world make.

Then, you can image my surprise that Democrats and some Republicans have given up on the Republican Party as if Democrats weren’t in this very same position of being out of power just about eight short years ago.

You can just image my hysterical laughter at Democrats’ recent attempts to lecture Republicans on how they must abandon Conservatism and take back their Party from the dreaded Conservatives or never be the majority Party ever again. Democrats didn’t abandon Liberalism when they were out of power they only thought of this day a day that they would take back the Congress and the White House.

Does anyone really think that Republicans need advice from Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid on how to test reality? I mean, what a Bizaro world we find ourselves in when Republicans even consider a Nancy Pelosi suggestion! No thank you Ms. Pelosi and Mr. Reid we’ve seen your reality testing and if we had of listened to you al Qaeda would own Iraq and possibly would be launching strikes into the homeland right this minute.

Republicans really don’t need your advice about how to run their Party but I must say it is a real hoot to hear it. (see video)


Republicans are going through a cathartic period right now we’re exfoliating all of the dead dry Moderate and Liberal Republicans who disrespect Conservative core principles. These RINOs or Republicans in name only do not follow those core values and are the primary reason Republicans are in the fix that we find ourselves today.

Conservative Republicans invite all Republicans who think that Barack Obama is swell, and that the Republican Party should be more like Obama’s Democrat Party, to follow Alren Specter to Goosestep boot camp immediately.

It’s funny how fast people forget. For eight straight years Democrats did everything that they could to undermine a sitting President; lied on him, defamed him, humiliated him, and made his life a living hell. For eight straight years Democrats in Congress refused to work bipartisanly with Republicans and for two straight congressional terms the Congress was named the “do nothing” Congress because Democrats refused to work with George Bush and Republicans when Democrats were in the minority do any of you remember that? Apparently not suffering from Liberal Amnesia I suppose.

So you must forgive my incredulity when I hear Democrats pronounce the end of Conservatism when just eight years ago Democrats were out in the cold.

This one thing I know Republicans will not regain power by being a mini-me Democrat Party, John McCain is proof of that fact. When Liberals are faced with the choice of a Moderate or Liberal Republican as in McCain and a far left radical Liberal as Barack Obama well you see the results.

Sen. Arlen Specter’s defect to the Democrat Party is a indictment against Arlen Specter and all Moderate to Liberal Republicans not against the Republican Party. However if there is a lesson that Republicans can learn from Democrats its how to destroy a country to get the power that your Party desires one only have to look at what Democrats did over the last eight years.

Specter: No Pain No Gain

Sen. Arlen Specter (D) Pennsylvania is now officially caucusing with Democrats. so what’s the difference you ask Specter has always been an undependable Republican at best. (see story)

No difference really. Specter never really supported Conservative ideology. Specter was a RINO, a Republican in name only. He survived all of these 43 years in the Republican caucus because Republicans never had the goose stepping lockstep control over their caucus that Democrats, through Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, have displayed for well over eight years.

So just why are Democrats rejoicing? Don’t they get it, Democrats owe their 2006 and 2008 electoral success to their Party members mind numbing allegiance to the Party line not exactly a strong suit of Sen. Specter.

So it doesn’t hurt Republicans that Specter has changed from RINO to Democrat malcontent and self preserving political Maverick. There is really no gain for Democrats other than a number, 59 to be exact, because Specter has already let it be known that his goose stepper may or may not function as well as the other Democrat Reid and Pelosi toadies.

The only thing that angers me in this whole sorted affair is that Specter left the Republican Party lying. The Republican Party didn’t leave Specter by moving to the right or becoming more Conservative. Hell, John McCain was the Republican standard bearer in a losing 2008 effort for the Presidency. John McCain isn’t exactly what I would call a Conservative. By McCain’s own admission at best he is a Moderate who enjoyed careening out of control when the Republicans needed him most just as much as Specter was doing. After all McCain does describe himself as a Maverick now doesn’t he?

What a crock! Stop with the lies Sen. Specter you didn’t leave the Republican Party because the right-wing hijacked the Party. The Republican Party is in deep disarray right now because of what you; Mr. Specter and so-called Moderates like McCain, Graham, Martinez, Snowe, Collins and Trent Lott did to the Party attempting to make it a mini-me Democrat like Party. Senator you were never really with the Party as proven by your unwillingness to face the Republican voters of Pennsylvania, voters who you are supposed to be serving.

Will someone please lean over to inform Mr. Specter that he serves at the pleasure of the people who voted him into office. And if I’m not mistaken that would be Republican voters of Pennsylvania. So how dare Mr. Specter say that he will not submit to the judgment of Republican voters because he fears that his support for Mr. Obama’s stimulus package put him in disfavor with the Republican electorate. That Mr. Specter is the height of political elitism and misplaced arrogance both characteristics are unfitting of a public servant and signals that Mr. Specter is drunk on political power has forgotten how the system works.

The bottom line is this Mr. Specter. If an elected official, such as yourself, can just willy-nilly do whatever he or she wants during a term in office and then simply run away from the voters (as you are doing by changing Parties) when it comes time for election, then the people lose control of their government if they allow this to happen.

Remember Sen. John McCain was a Moderate Republican who ran for president against a Left-wing Radical Sen. Barack Hussein Obama. And what was the lesson learned?

The lesson learned was, Democrats would rather put the country in the hands of a Radical Left-wing partisan than a Moderate Republican.

So Moderate Republicans the likes of Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe have no real value to the Republican Party. Neither does John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Mel Martinez and any other RINO and if any of them feel froggy they should jump or hop over to the Democrat Party too.

Sen. Specter’s leaving was no loss to the Republican Party. There is not a tear shed and we are feeling no pain at his departure. But on the other hand the Democrats gain nothing with Specter’s arrival that they didn’t already have. He was already voting for much of the Democrat agenda and he will continue to do so as it suits him. Ergo no pain and no gain good riddance Arlen!
