The beauty about being a Liberal is that you can call someone a liar while it is you who is actually doing the lying by doing so!

Confusing? Well not as much as the recent row over death panels in the Democrats Health Care Reform bill. Gov. Sarah Palin has been pronounced the latest Conservative nut job because she actually read the bill and discovered a provision that allow a provision for end of life “health care.”

This is a provision that Senators, getting a clue from the controversy that such a revelation has caused, have thusly yanked from their version of the health care bill. (see story)

Which is interesting because everyone from the media to Barack Obama where dispelling the very notion that there was such an idea as committees making end-of-life decisions but a lot can be hidden in 1017 of unread pages.

“There are some things I've been hearing lately that we need to dispose of. The rumor that's been circulating around lately is, the House of Representatives somehow voted for death panels that will basically pull the plug on Grandma 'cause we've decided it's too expensive to let her live anymore.

This arose out of a provision in one of the House bills that allows Medicare to reimburse people for consultations for end-of-life care. The irony is, that actually one of the chief sponsors of the bill [Republican Sen. Johnny Isakson] ... very sensibly thought this is something that would expand people's options, that got spun into this idea of death panels. I am not in favor of that. The fact is the health care bill passed by three House committees allows Medicare to reimburse doctors for voluntary counseling sessions about end-of-life decisions. Such a provision the Senate concluded could be misinterpreted or implemented incorrectly and could lead to death panels and euthanasia for seniors so they dropped their version of that provision.

That’s exactly what Gov. Palin said! Yet assuming that Palin is a Conservative therefore she could not be right the media jumped to the defense of their fellow Liberals in government and pronounced Palin wrong which was a lie on the Media’s part.

So once again we get the false headlines that Conservatives are wrong and false when in actuality it is MSNBC and the president who are wrong, misleading and false. (see example)

Which again speaks to little Julia Hall’s question to Barack Obama how can kids (or anyone) know what is true?

Knowing what is true has become increasingly more difficult with the Obamedia (a fusion of Obama worship and media partisan reporting) and the Obama administration working hand-in-hand to obfuscate reality with socialist propaganda and a neo-socialist worldview.

One thing is for certain Americans are not going to arrive at the truth by listening to the Obamedia, Democrats in Congress or the Obama administration.

Only voices like Sarah Palin can counterbalance the false claims of Obamedia and the president with truth. And as the Senate demonstrated Gov. Palin was right the president is wrong again on this issue as he has been wrong on so many!

Eleven year-old Julia Hall asked Barack Obama how children like her could tell the truth about what’s being said about Health Care Reform.

After repeatedly listening to Obama’s answer I certainly couldn’t tell nor do I think anyone, child or adult, would be able to tell the truth about Health Care Reform as presented by Obama or Democrats.

Obama’s answer was so partisan, so convoluted that he failed to answer little Julia’s question in any understandable way. There is no way in the world that a child or anyone else, for that matter, could come to an understanding that Democrats are telling the truth about Health Care Reform after the answer that Obama gives. The truth is Julia Democrats have become masters of misinformation and deception. On the subject of Health Care Reform as well as many other recent issues Democrats have worked feverishly to obfuscate truth. We have Barack Obama on video saying the opposite of what he’s proposing now about Health Care Reform now. All the way up until now Obama has been an advocate of a government-controlled, single-payer health system which he denies today, but it’s on the record and there is no denying that! This is one way to know that the president isn’t telling the truth.

And Julia this particular president, Barack Hussein Obama, is a man who has spent to date 1.4million dollars hiding the truth about himself. He spent all that money hiding documentation concerning were he was born. This man could hardly be relied upon to tell the truth about anything.

Obama’s first act as president was to sign executive order 13489 to seal all documents that disclose the truth about himself; kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, the original vault copy (OVC) of his birth records, and his adoption records.

Anything concerning the truth about him is hidden behind a wall of legality another way of knowing that Obama isn’t telling the truth.

Julia to ask such a man how to know the truth about Health Care Reform is like asking Nancy Pelosi the truth about the CIA informing her on waterboarding or asking Harry Reid the truth about winning the Iraq war. Democrats play politics with everything they can’t be trusted and they have no equal in their warped game of deception.

Overall Julia the opposition to Democrat Health Care Reform is coming from the people of our country. We gave Democrats a chance to show us what they would do if in power. To which Democrats have bailed out big business with taxpayers’ money, 700billion dollars. They’ve squandered an opportunity to stimulate the Economy asking tax-payers for 787billion dollars to boost the economy only to use the money for their own special projects and political strategizing for 2010. Democrats took over America’s Auto industry and put them in the hands of foreign interests.

And now Democrats what to change American Health Care into a European Health Care model that will be more costly and less responsive to patients’ needs even though we have a better system than Europe now.

I’m highly insulted that I have to discover the purported real age of the president of the United States of America on that official government source, his MySpace page.

However by this correction alone Barack Hussein Obama has just set in motion events that will rock this Nation to its core. This is a blockbuster revelation.

That’s right! With all of the Obama supporters who have called everyday Americans the Liberal coined pejorative “birthers” because we have dared to ask to see some solid evidence about events surrounding Obama’s birth (as if these sycophants knew the truth) the shamelessness of it all is absolutely breathtaking.

It’s like they think they can make every “b” word a derogatory word much like they made “Bush” a four letter foul curse upon Republicans. Now the Bush is gone Obama supporters turn directly on the American public and the public has been pilloried for asking to see Obama’s original birth certificate by the same partisans who ran Obama’s campaign against Bush in 2008 (who incidentally wasn’t running).

These sycophants told us that we’d seen Obama’s birth certificate because it was posted on the internet by Obama. And then they brazenly waved it at us from every Liberal news network show from Keith Olbermann to Chis Matthews.

But interestingly enough, by that very birth certificate Barack Obama is 48-years old contrasted to today information which appeared like magic on Obama’s MySpace page indicating that Obama is actually 52-years old, so somebody’s got some “‘splaining to do!” A lotta ‘splaning to do. According to the headline on Worldnetdaily.com Obama corrected his age on his MySpace page by indicating that he is “52, not 48” that would mean that the birth certificate that people like Olbermann and Matthews have been heavy leaning on as proof that Obama is a legitimate president is wrong.

That would also mean, by Obama’s own admission, if Obama is in fact 52-years-old he was not born a Natural born citizen of the United States of America because Hawaii was not a state in 1957 it was a territory of the U.S. then, and that was it’s status from about 1900 until statehood in 1959. Therefore Barack Hussein Obama was not eligible to be president of the United States of America because he is not a Natural Born Citizen as specified by the Constitution of the United States of America.

I can already hear the arguments that it’s too late to do anything about it or it doesn’t matter now because the people have voted. And I can see a Democrat controlled Congress convening to wave the Constitutional requirement after the fact for their Partisan which would be altogether wrong. All of those actions would be placing a man and a Party above the Constitution. Not only that the people have been defrauded! This matter must for the sake of law and order be dealt with accordingly or we risk sending the inappropiate message that lawlessness is acceptable in our society.

But let me reminded you that Obama and Democrats knew all along that he was ineligible. In fact what he was betting on was that he could create such a scenario that would allow him to keep the office that he took by fraud. (see previous post)

Understand, if Obama now admits that he is 52-years-old an age that differs from the information that he willfully give on a legal document a birth certificate which was offered as proof of his citizenship that deed shows intention to commit fraud on the American people and it is in direct violation of the Constitution that he swore to uphold. That also goes directly to his and his Party’s credibility.

As further proof that he knew that he was committing fraud following is a paper that Obama apparently had commissioned by a once associate lawyer, Sarah Herlihy, in a Chicago-based firm in which Obama worked and has ties to. The paper attacks the Constitution and specifically Article II which prevents Obama from ever legally obtaining the Office of president. The paper was written in 2006 before Obama began his campaign for the presidency. Proof that Obama and his associates knew and conspired to obtain the presidency in spite of their knowledge that he was ineligible.

I think that it’s clear that Obama anticipated that the day would come when he would have to confront the fraud that he perpetrated against the American people. I believe his hope is and was that his backers will have so much to lose that they would even disavow the Constitution to keep him in power. Obama is also depending that you will be so extremely partisan in your views that you will fight to keep him in office on the grounds that it’s too late to remove him or that there is something wrong with the Constitution. That is his gamble. So leaking this bit of information about his age at this time is his test on the American people and on the Constitution on which America stands.

All those judges that said that we as Americans didn’t have any standing to question Obama’s eligibility before he became president or who ruled that all cases filed were frivolous, which requested to see whether or not Obama was eligible to be the president, all of these judges have some explaining to do to the American people.

The questions about Obama were raised even before he received the nomination to be the Democrat candidate. If Obama became president by the hand of any judge federal or Supreme Court that judge or justice has violated America in ways that only a sexual pervert could violate someone.

This seemingly innocuous little MySpace correction of a president’s age is perhaps the most potential catastrophe political event in the 233 hundred year history of the United States of America. It will either be seen as the admission of a Usurper who knowingly attempted to change his country’s Constitutional laws by a radical leftist’s organized military-less Chicago-style ACORN coup-d'e'tat or he will get his wish and Americans will not perceive the threat of his actions and they will permit him to keep his stolen property, the presidency of the United States of America.

Obama administration Killing people with Swine Flu Vaccination

Victim: Hilary Wilkinson spent three months in hospital after she was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome. When Hilary Wilkinson woke up with muscle weakness in her left arm and difficulty breathing, doctors initially put it down to a stroke.

According to the Daily Mail an online UK newspaper 25 people in the United States have been killed by being injected with the new swine flu vaccination.
The Mail reports that an injection of swine flu vaccination can cause Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine.
GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal.

In a confidential letter sent by the Obama administration to the nation’s senior neurologists the flu vaccination has been linked to GBS and deaths in America. (see source)

The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, has been leaked to The Mail on Sunday, leading to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public before the vaccination of millions of people, including children, begins.

• More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu.
• 500 cases of GBS were detected.
• The vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times.
• The vaccine was withdrawn after just ten weeks when the link with GBS became clear.
• The US Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to those affected.

Concerns have already been raised that the new vaccine has not been sufficiently tested and that the effects, especially on children, are unknown.

It is being developed by pharmaceutical companies and will be given to about 13million people during the first wave of immunization, expected to start in October.
If you value your life and the lives of your loved ones you need to alert them of the possibly that taking the new swine flu shot might put them at risk of contacting GBS or worst.

Major Garrett of Fox News asked Robert Gibbs White House spokesperson a very simple straightforward Health Care slash illegal email question yesterday. How did people who never had any communications with the White House receive unsolicited emails concerning Health Care from the White House.(see story)

Gibbs’ inability to give a coherent answer left egg on his face as well as questions about the Obama White House violating the American people’s personal privacy not to mention the violating of the 2004 United States CAN-SPAM Act.

Both people who received the above emails claimed that they did not make contact with the White House, what’s more, they are concerned that the White House has the ability to Spam their email accounts.

Finally, follow is information regarding the illegality of sending unsolicited emails.

Spam Laws: The United States CAN-SPAM Act

CAN-SPAM stands for "Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing." The act was put into place January 2004 to set out requirements for those sending out commercial emails, establish penalties for spammers, and give consumers the right to ask emailers to stop spamming them.

The law covers email that's primary purpose is to advertise or promote a product, service, or website. Personal emails and email updates and advertisements that have been consented to are not covered under this law.

The CAN-SPAM Act is enforced by the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Department of Justice has authority to enforce its criminal sanctions. Other federal and state agencies can enforce the law in their jurisdictions, and internet service providers can also sue violators.

Additional fines are also charged to commercial emailers who break the provisions of the CAN-SPAM Act and also:

• "Harvest" email addresses from websites or web services prohibiting the use of their directories for sending unsolicited mail
• Generate email addresses using the "dictionary attack" (combining names, numbers, and/or letters in multiple ways to come up with email addresses)
• Use automated ways to register for multiple accounts to send commercial email
• Relay messages through a computer or network without permission
Imprisonment is possible for commercial emailers who:
• Send commercial email through a computer they are not authorized to use for that purpose
• Relay or retransmit multiple messages to deceive recipients about the origin of a message
• Falsify header information
• Register for multiple email accounts or domain names with false identities
• Falsely represent themselves as owners of multiple IP addresses used to send commercial messages

Given the existence of the CAN-SPAM Act, it's important that you report spam in your inbox rather than just deleting it so that the spammers can be prosecuted and fined under the law. If we all do this, it can help reduce spam in the future.

Reporting Spam to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

One of the fist steps to take when dealing with spam is to report it to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Send a copy of the unsolicited email to spam@uce.gov. Your email will then be stored in a database, so that the appropriate measures can be taken to deal with those at the heart of the offense.

If your request to be removed from a mailing list was not honored, you should also report to the FTC. Simply fill out the online form located at www.ftc.gov. This will send the site to the FTC's Consumer Sentinel database so that both law enforcement and consumer protection agencies may access it.

You should also send a copy of the email to your Internet service provider (ISP). Normally, their abuse desk will have the email address abuse@theirispname.com, or postmaster@theirispname.com. This will alert them to the problem and help them to prevent it in the future. Likewise, you should also send a complaint email to the sender's ISP. They are usually glad to rid themselves of anyone abusing their system.

When reporting spam email, you will need to have the full header of the email you received. Most email programs have a method of acquiring this information. For example, if you use Microsoft Outlook, here are the steps you need to take:
1. Left click the email in question and click on 'Properties'.
2. Click the 'Details' tab, and then 'Message Source' - this will make the full header of the email available for viewing. You should then copy and paste this into the body of the email you send for reporting spam.

If you are unclear on how to retrieve this information, consult your email software's FAQ page on their website.

In addition to the FTC, there are other online services that will report spam on your behalf. One of the most reputable among them is SpamCop.com. These sites will report the spam on your behalf to the ISP. Although this can oftentimes be more convenient, it will mean the spammer won't have any legal action taken against them. (source)

There were no attacks, Republican or otherwise, at Town hall meetings until Barack Obama dispatched SEIU union members to meetings to deal with the “un-American Thugs and Astroturf Mobsters” which Democrats have so labeled American citizen that don’t agree with Democrats on health care. According to Democrats, Republican mobsters are being unacceptably uncivil and disruptive at Health Care Town hall meetings.(see story)

But that is not what we’re seeing. We’re seeing American citizens concerned with Congress’ 1017page Health Care Reform bill being threatened by Democrat operatives. Even if Obama and Democrats have not read the Health Care reform bill that they’re proposing, more and more citizens have read it and they’re not allowing their Democrat representatives to get away with phony Party line talking points anymore.

No these Americans are actually questioning their elected representatives on Health Care, and because they are they are being slandered and maligned by their government. But lately our government has been doing more. Lately our government has been engaging in bullying, threatening and anti-social behaviors under the Obama administration. The same tactics we saw on election day 2008 when the New Black Panthers took over voting polls with nightsticks in attempts to intimidate voters and make sure that a “Black man would not be cheated out of the presidency.” (see related story)(see 4min video)



One other thing, having a weapon in a poll and threatening voters at a poll are federal offenses but the New Obama Justice Department under Attorney General Eric Holder soon dropped the charges against the New Black Panthers after Obama took office. (see story)

Obama’s admission to his minions to, “hit’em back and hit’em back harder than they hit you,” may be suitable for Chicago politics, but do we really want our government oppressing the people of the United States of America in the style of Chicago thugs?

Americans should not and will not accept bullying from their government on Health Care Reform by government nor by well funded shadow government civilian armies like ACORN, AmeriCorps and Unions. This is not an acceptable way to govern a free and open Constitutional Democratic Republic Mr. Obama and Ms. Pelosi!

The propaganda; TV ads and news media support combined with the strong arm tactics of the Obama administration are proof that the current Socialist regime of Barack Hussein Obama is a tyrannical government of which the founding fathers warned us against.

The question is are there enough Americans left who are willing to pledge our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor to stop tyranny before it becomes further ensconced in our government by instituting surreptitious and offensive legislation such as Health Care Reform.

According to a Gallup poll last week, about 52 percent of Americans approved of Obama's job as president, the lowest number of his tenure.

Somashekhar reports that Stephanie Slater, 44,has been disturbed by the large Wall Street bonuses that Obama doesn't seem to be able to halt and his inability to rein in credit card companies that raise rates even on those with good credit. Although she is trying to be patient, she said she is losing faith in the Democrats running Washington.

"Honestly, at this point, I have to say I'm worried. I haven't come across one person that seems to have been helped," she said. "If I don't see a spark, a light at the end of the tunnel, I may be voting Republican [for governor]."

Cleland, 39, is not so generous. Obama was supposed to help the everyman but instead he helped the banks and General Motors, she said. He was supposed to help homeowners keep their houses, but the primary federal effort in that direction, called Hope for Homeowners, has had limited success. She said she has grown uneasy as government spending has seemingly grown out of control.

Maher calls America Stupid!

Bill Maher is stupid. Not because I say it but because he said it. That’s right! Maher in the stupidest article that I’ve ever read actually wrote down for everyone to see just how stupid he is.

Case in point; Maher retells an interview he had on CNN with Wolf Blitzer were he was asked if he thought Sarah Palin could get elected president. Maher’s response was, “ I hope not, but I wouldn’t put anything past this stupid country.” (see article)

Now I don’t know this for a fact but Maher does live in this country doesn’t he? Therefore he is a fellow countryman isn’t he? So wouldn’t that by extension make him stupid by his own judgment?

The beauty of it all this that after Maher said it and caught flack from the television audience that he said it before, he then sat down to composed an article about how stupid America is. That after he thought long and hard on the subject never once realizing that if he is an American his condemnation of America’s stupidity would naturally included himself! Hilarious!

Oh, you think that he thinks his critique of America doesn’t include him?

So what did he do, jump up and while he was off the ground for mere seconds declare himself not an earthling? Is he somehow exempt because Liberal Ideology is based in contradictory thoughts and statements that cancel out any sense of reality? Or is he exempt because he owns a summer home in Somalia?

It's Justice Sotomayor now. Sonia Sotomayor has been sworn in as the Supreme Court's first Hispanic justice. She's only the third female justice in the court's 220-year history.—Mark Sherman, AP Reporter

Make no mistake about it Sonia Sotomayor’s presence on the Supreme Court is primary about Race and Sex politics but secondarily its about changing America in ways that you’ve never thought of (more on that later). Just read the headlines mostly every last one report that she is the Courts first Hispanic justice and that she is female. Most of the reporting to date has been about her Latina life story while hardly any of the reporting has been analysis on what makes Sotomayor the best choice out of all of the possible picks that a president could have selected to be a Supreme Court Justice. From this point forward every time I see Sotomayor looking down from the bench of the Supreme Court I will see and be reminded of what the first Black president’s covert Racism has wrought upon this country. I will see, ¡Viva la Raza!

Barack Hussein Obama was touted as the post racial candidate however since entering the office of president he has demonstrated that he suffers from the same fixations on Racism and Sexism that Rev. Jeremiah Wright and Hillary Clinton, his former pastor and his 2008 opponent for the presidency, suffer from.

The White House beer summit between President Barack Obama, Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates and Cambridge police officer sergeant James Crowley, made necessary because Obama inserted himself in the middle of a situation that a president normally would stay above, is but the latest example of Obama attempting to hide his latent racists tendencies.

Obama is a closet Racist who in his own words learned the tactic of assuaging White people’s fears by appearing docile as he so states in his book Dreams from my Father. Dreams from my Father pp. 94-95

To further demonstrate, The Canadian Free Press reports how Obama uses religion to hide his Socialist Marxist tendencies and how he uses the veneer of an Educated Liberal Elite to hide his wanton Racism:

The question that goes begging is does Obama get a sense of Racial Superiority when he punks White people in this fashion?

The choice of Sotomayor is in keeping with Obama’s Radical Racist views. That is why Sotomayor’s exclamations of being a wise Latina woman, wiser than any White man, are and were so important. That attitude is in concert with the attitude that Obama holds and is why he feels compelled to apologize around the world for all of the White presidents that came before him who,in Obama's opinion, have committed historic atrocities against the world’s non-white peoples.

Obama’s nomination of Sotomayor was and is political ethnic cleansing of White men by which he intends to replace the white experience and worldview with that of an experience and worldview that is more supportive and empathic of non-white people.

Barack Obama’s, “Dreams from my Father” and the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I have a Dream” have absolutely nothing in common. Where Dr. King’s dream was that of a racial unbiased society, Obama dream is one of payback for racial sins of the past by the subornation of government power. To use a Malcolm X phrase, “By any means necessary.”

All of those who opposed the nomination and the confirmation of Sotomayor I’m sure could sense that something wasn’t quite right with this nomination and they were correct!

Sotomayor’s nomination and subsequent appointment to the Supreme Court represents one step in Obama’s plan to replace the traditional Western power structure with one which will ultimately be favorable to Eastern ideas and anti-capitalism.

Sotomayor is just what the Obama ordered! Make no mistake about it Sonia Sotomayor was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on near Party line vote and has ascended to the highest Court of the land chiefly because she is Latina !

The secondary reason is having Sotomayor on the Court begins to fulfill Obama’s overall plan to move America away from the Western civilization model (This is the change he’s talking about). A model which made America great, even so, removing conservative White men from places of political power fulfills Obama’s goal of changing America.

The third reason Obama chose Sotomayor is that she shares his judicial philosophy of empathic Racism. (Obama pushes for Empathy)

Empathic Racism meaning identifying with non-White races over White people. Though Sotomayor has sworn an oath to up hold the Constitution she like Obama feel a greater allegiance to Race and ideology.

Apparently “Please call me Senator” Barbara Boxer has a problem with natty dressed townhallers who chose to exercise their rights to debate and disagree with her or any administration regarding health care. So let me remind you Senator Boxer that we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree. Following is Boxer demonizing citizens that she disagrees with. (see.58sec. video)



Boxer does her flat out best to disparage hundreds of citizens who were motivated by nothing more than their opposition to her Party’s attempted trek into socialized medicine. The same plan that Democrats are proposing for America is already failing in Canada and Europe.

Unfortunately it seems that Democrats are on a Kamikaze mission to enact Health Care Reform or burst. So instead of listening to constituents this summer Democrats are hell bent to dump this invasively draconian legislation on the American people. Therefore Boxer feels perfectly justified in creating villains out of citizens who oppose this detrimental legislation rather than questioning hers and her Party’s own motives for pushing this 1017page bill that she probably has not even taken the time to read.

Ah! How soon we forget the chic political movements of the day. It seem like it was only yesterday when Liberals where protesting at Camp Casey yards from the entrance of the Bush Crawford Texas Ranch. I don’t know what the attire was like, camping and all, but I’m sure it was "Rural Nice!" And I’m equally sure the protestors’ intents were not to hurt the Bush presidency in any way.

Or who could forget the constant hammering and the steady drum beat against the Bush administration and the war in Iraq, the patriot act, Abu Ghraib prison, Guantanamo Bay detention camp, WMDs, or all the things that Liberals protested against for eight solid years. I’m sure that none of the protest against those issues were intended to harm the Bush presidency or his administration.

Boxer’s allegations that concerned citizens who are protesting Democrat’s Health Care Reform are apart of some organized conspiracy to attack president Obama are baseless and meritless.

But here’s a warning, if Democrats go back to Washington in September and vote for Health Care Reform over the objections of the American citizenry and if Obama signs it into law Democrats do it at their own peril.

I, however, will not be discouraged by Obama Disinformationists because it is my right as a citizen of this country to demand that my government and my leaders are held accountable to the standards that were put in place to ensure that this country would continue to be the exceptional example of freedom that the founders envisioned.

That standard is the Constitution of the United States which says that: No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President—Article II Sect I.

I will not allow the arbitrary and relativist belief that the ends justify the means which Obama supporters hold, what that is, is even if Obama ran an illegitimate and ineligible campaign and won it is now too late to do anything about it. You do know Obama supporters actually believe this! This was actually said to my face! Hey friend, there is no statue of limitations on murder that includes murdering the Constitution of the United States !

What this shows is, Obama supporters really don’t care about the Constitution, they don’t care about the rule of law and they don’t care about doing the right thing. The only thing that they care about is having their way. And right now “their way” is having Barack Hussein Obama remain the illegitimate usurper who is ineligible to be president.

Obama has had the following records sealed from public view; kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, the original vault copy (OVC) of his birth records, and his adoption records.

So Mr. Maher, Mr. Funnyman you get your president to show the OVC of his birth certificate, a document that you or any of Obama’s supports have not seen, and release any of these other sealed records and I’ll guarantee that Don Ho won’t be needed for further proof.

Mr. Maher you are defending the indefensible. Remember the media was asking to see Hillary Clinton’s date book when she was first lady to verify that she had the experience that she claimed she had to be president? Are we going to ask for less because Obama is Black? And I only refer to his race because his supporters use race as a shield to inculcate Obama from any scrutiny whatsoever.

What this all comes down to is the left’s fanatical attack against anyone or any persons that would legitimately question the lack of documentation that Obama has presented to date. The radical left uses race to define birthers as such:

Read Health Care Reform?

The path to Democrat’s Health Care Agenda

Congressman John Conyers like his fellow Congressmen are having trouble with the Obama Health Care Reform Bill, H.R. 3200. The trouble Democrats are having is they can’t past this bill fast enough. The only problem is they met unexpected resistance within their own ranks.

Talk about cash for a clunker.H.R. 3200 is a clunker. It is a 1017page disaster that Democrats are throwing money at. Trillions of your tax dollars. This Health Care clunker was supposed to be passed before Congress took their August summer break by command of the president but it wasn’t passed. Democrats couldn’t get their super majority in the house to agree on the bill before the president’s deadline. So a vote will have to wait until after August when Congress returns from listening to the people back home.

Which by the way negates one of Rep.Conyers’ excuses for voting for a bill that he hasn’t read because two days are suddenly expanded to about a month which is plenty of time to read 1017pages but will he? Will Congress?


Not only are Senators and Congressmen having trouble reading the bill they are having troubles explaining themselves to their constituents back at home. Former Republican turned Democrat Sen. Arlen Specter brings Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius for support to a townhall meeting and attempts to explain Democrats talking point about the bill but citizens where having none of it. Later a Female constituent from the crowd says: "I see nothing about health, or about care." Apparently speak about the health care reform bill. Continuing she says, "Medicade is broke, Medicare is broke, and the government can't manage cash for clunkers" (see 1:43min video)



Oh boy! Senators and Congressmen aren’t the only ones having trouble with explanations about this Health Care bill. Barack Obama doesn’t seem to remember what he as said about his plans to eliminate private insurance which is in direct contradiction of his statements that if you like your insurance or if you like your doctor then you can keep them. Yeah I’d like to see a crowd rip into Obama next time he holds a townhall meeting to further misinform about Health Care, if he dares!

One can't help noticing that the more Obama talks about his health plan, the less the public supports it. Why? Because it’s 1017 pages of the Democrat political agenda that’s why!

Voters have connected the dots between the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and Obamacare. They have seen the meager results and huge deficits that the stimulus produced, and can't come up with a good reason to embark on yet another government shopping spree. For the public, the stimulus was bad economic medicine. Now Obama wants it to try another, unapproved experimental drug.
