Well can you see a brand new day! All that hope and change has resulted in only 36,000 people losing their jobs according to Sen. Harry Reid on Friday March 5, 2010. Can I get an Amen! It must have taken the best Democrat Orwellian wordsmiths to come up with that concept Harry. “Job lost is good!” Yay!

And here’s some more good news America, only 112,000 families lost their homes last month. I’m sure Democrats are just giddy about that “good” news too. After all it could have been much worst under George Bush. (irony intended) (see 7sec.video)




Well before we get to involved in celebrating the good times of the new global convergence of left wing European Socialism and government control brought on by the election of Barry Hussein Soetoro lets gather our thoughts and assess just what brought us to Sen. Reid’s good news.

[Barry Hussein Soetoro] posted a copy of his Certificate of Live Birth, or “short form” certificate on the web. [Soetoro] claimed that it was a copy of his certified birth certificate. The owner of the blog where the copy was posted, a “fact checker”, verified that the copy submitted by [Soetoro] was an official birth certificate.

People who saw the certificate online claimed that the Certificate of Live Birth wasn’t a copy of [Soetoro’s] original birth certificate, or “long form”, the one that listed which hospital Soetoro was born in, and what doctor was in attendance. Soetoro, and his representatives, argued that the document he proffered was recognized by state officials where he was born as a viable alternative of his original certified birth certificate. The state officials came to Soetoro’s defense, stating a copy of his original birth certificate was “on file” and “had been viewed”.

Several lawsuits were filed in various state and federal courts, demanding Soetoro provide a copy of the original birth certificate, or “long” form to the court.
Soetoro responded to the lawsuits by having his subordinates ridicule in the press those who had filed the suits as nitwits, conspiracy nuts, and “birthers”.

Rather than submitting a copy of his original birth certificate to a judge, Soetoro choose to spend-under the aegis of a committee he had formed-hundreds of thousands, in some estimates, over a million dollars in legal fees to fight the lawsuits. --(source DBKP)

First we elected a man who has spent over a million dollars hiding his past from the American people. A man who Tom Brokaw and Charlie Rose admitted that we know very little about. (And that is still the case in a little over a year of his presidency.) Then this man, as he promised he would during his campaign, goes about to fundamentally change America by using Orwellian redefinition and fascist executive order signing (perhaps more authoritarian executive order signing) than by any previous president in history in his first year.

This president and Democrats are redefining America with their Orwellian Worldview as they go along on their agenda of change. So how is the business of fundamentally changing America going? (see 6:34min video)




Ah yes, I can see a brand new day. A day when Americans losing only 36,000 jobs is a good day because under this current administration and Democrat controlled Congress I’m sure those numbers will drastically increase. Making 36,000 lost jobs a mere tear drop in an ocean of unemployment.

With "good" news like this Mr. Reid I can't wait until presidential elections 2012!

Barbara Boxer and EPA slapped down on Global Warming

Sen. James Inhofe for the first time was able to unpack the evidence showing that Climate Change and Global warming is a hoax in front of the Environment and Public Works Committee and its chairperson Barbara Boxer without the slightest rebuttal.

That’s because a lot has transpired since e-mails from the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit a major scientists at the hub of the global warming theory have been exposed. (see article)

Prof. Phil Jones the preeminent scientist at the center of the Climate change/Global warming claims has stepped down from his position as director of the Climatic Research Unit after numerous scandals and alleged criminal conduct regarding his refusal to comply with freedom of Information requests concerning global warming data. Sen. Inhofe shows that the U.N. IPCC got its science wrong on global warming: (see report)

The IPCC mistakenly claimed that global warming would:
• Melt Himalayan glaciers by 2035; i

• Endanger 40 percent of Amazon rainforests;ii

• Melt mountain ice in the Alps, Andes, and Africa;iii

• Deplete water resources for 4.5 billion people by 2085, neglecting to mention that global warming could also increase water resources for as many as 6 billion people;iv

• Slash crop production by 50 percent in North Africa by 2020.v

In addition the IPCC:
• Incorrectly stated that 55 percent of the Netherlands lies below sea level;vi

• Used data from Chinese weather station measurements that are not only seriously flawed, but can’t be located. IPCC scientists suppressed this data for years because of fears that it could cast doubt on a key 1990 study on the effect of cities on warming;vii

• Included a diagram used to demonstrate the potential for generating electricity from wave power that has been found to contain numerous errors;viii

• Used a biased report by the activist group Defenders of Wildlife to state that salmon in US streams have been affected by rising temperatures;ix

• Deliberately ignored a paper written by a scientist that contradicted the panel’s claims about the cost of climate-related natural disasters;x

• Misrepresented the alleged link between climate change and coral reef degradation. The IPCC based this link not on peer-reviewed science but on advocacy articles by the radical group Greenpeace;xi

• Downplayed the increase in sea ice in the Antarctic to dramatize the observed decline in sea ice in the Arctic. Xii (source)
Sen. Inhofe shows that the EPA finding that CO2 is a pollutant is based on flawed science and therefore should be scrapped:

CLAIM: Some have dismissed the email scandal as involving just a few scientists, the IPCC’s major gaffes exposed by the media (e.g. that the Himalayan glaciers will melt by 2035) as irrelevant—and that neither of these things affects EPA’s endangerment finding.
FACT:
• The scientists involved in the CRU controversy violated fundamental ethical principles governing taxpayer-funded research and, in some cases, may have violated federal laws.

• Many of the scientists involved in the CRU controversy also wrote the IPCC’s science reports.

• The flawed IPCC science reports are the most important scientific basis for EPA’s endangerment finding for greenhouse gases.

• On the critical issue of whether man-made greenhouse gases are causing climate change, EPA relied nearly exclusively on the work of the IPCC.

• EPA accepted the IPCC’s conclusions wholesale, without doing an independent review. Therefore, EPA failed to uncover key errors in the IPCC reports that ultimately were incorporated into the endangerment finding.

• EPA claims separately that it also relied on the work of the United States Global Change Research Program (USGCRP). But the USGCRP is closely linked with the IPCC. For example, of the 35 members who worked on a key 2006 USGCRP report, 23 also worked on the IPCC’s 2007 climate change science assessment.

• In short, the CRU emails reveal scientists who worked together on the major reports that form the so-called “consensus.” The emails show that there is no consensus and that EPA’s endangerment finding should be scrapped. (source)

Global warming/Climate Change/Cap and Trade legislation is no longer viable and should no later be able to get out of even the most irresponsible of Congresses in any form imaginable. And the EPA should drop all attempts to force needless laws involving the regulation of carbon on the American people.

Sadly this Congress and the Barry Hussein Soetoro administration have proven to be irresponsible enough to enact laws based on false scientific claims. It only remains to be seen if they will.

President Obama's endorsement Wednesday of a risky legislative maneuver to complete health-care legislation sent Democratic leaders scrambling to settle policy disputes and assemble the votes necessary for passage in the coming weeks. -- Shailagh Murray and Lori Montgomery

According to Barry Hussein Soetoro he is no better than Karl Rove and Democrats are no better than Republicans. At the very least this is president Soetoro's "Read my Lips moment."

President Soetoro and Democrats were all in an uproar a few years ago because they thought that Republicans were about to use a Senate procedure that would have allow Republicans to use a simple majority, 51 votes to pass legislation in the Senate.

But now that Democrats are in the majority they are attempting to use the risky legislative maneuver described above called “Reconciliation.” Reconciliation is a method used to by-passing the Senate rule of requiring 60 votes to pass legislation by implementing measures to allow only 51 votes to pass their health care bill. This 51 vote maneuver is wrong. Not because I say so. It is wrong because Democrats including president Barry Hussein Soetoro have all said so.

Oh Democrats aren’t saying that its wrong now, but even the top Democrat, president Soetoro vehemently spoke against Republicans when Democrats thought that Republicans might use a measure called the Nuclear Option five years ago which would have by-passed the 60 vote norm for the chicanery of a 51 vote maneuver. But now with Democrats in the majority Soetoro is encouraging Democrats to use the 51 vote tactic. (see story)

…those big ticket items, fixing our Health Care system. One of the arguments that sometimes I get with my fellow Progressives, and some of these have flashed up in the blog communities on occasion, is this notion that we should function sort of like Karl Rove. Where we identify our core base, we throw them red meat, we get a 50 plus one victory.

The word hypocrisy just doesn’t do it when describing president Barry Hussein Soetoro and the entire Democrat Party. I know, I know calling someone a hypocrite doesn’t mean much today. Quite frankly the word’s lost all of its meaning.

Oh one thing, everything that the Democrats said about Republicans and president Bush is exactly what they are doing now with their so-called “Reconciliation.”

Therefore I think the words projection and hypocrisy have regained their meanings. From the very mouths of Democrats what they are planning to do with “Reconciliation” is wrong but they are going to do it anyways, this after they viciously excoriated Republicans for just thinking about what Democrats are planning to do now.

Marines reject Obama’s repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell

The head of the US Marines, General James Conway one of the few good men left in government or the military did not bow to peer pressure instead he opposes ending the ban on gays serving openly in the military, the first top officer to break openly with President Barack Obama over the issue.

General Conway told the Senate Armed Services Committee that he disagreed with Obama's plan to repeal the ban as reported by AFP News. "My best military advice to this committee, to the (defense) secretary, and to the president would be to keep the law such as it is."

General Conway is joined by the chiefs of the US Army and Air Force who also expressed doubts about lifting the ban. (see article) (see related stories here, here and here)

Conway said the current policy worked and any bid to lift the ban should answer the question: "do we somehow enhance the war fighting capabilities of the United States Marine Corps by allowing homosexuals to openly serve?"

According to the AFP report, Conway's public rejection of his commander-in-chief's stance is sure to fuel debate in Congress on the issue and reflects apprehension among some senior military officers about changing the 1993 law that was signed by President William Jefferson Clinton.

The chiefs of the US Army and Air Force in their opposition said they were concerned about putting the military under further strain in the midst of two wars.

But Conway went further, making it clear he opposed lifting the ban that requires gay service members to keep quiet about their sexual orientation or face expulsion from the military.

His comments contrasted sharply with the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Mike Mullen, who is obviously carrying the Soetoro administration’s line on this controversial policy change and has spoken forcefully in favor of ending the ban but the General’s views are in line with former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Peter Pace who opposed homosexuality. Defense Secretary Robert Gates has called for a review of the issue to survey service members and examine the possible effect of changing the law, known as "Don't Ask, Don't Tell."

This is one more of the far Left-wing agenda items that Democrats intend to pass under the Uber-Liberal to Socialist presidency of Barry Hussein Soetoro. This attempt is more a social engineering ploy more than a concern for military readiness.

Homosexual advocates want this change in the military as one more step in their plan to change the society through legal Fascism, which in their minds is more important than military readiness, or for that matter truth and social morality.

Warming Alarmists turn to Science to explain cooling

So if you can believe your lying eyes…please let me rephrase. If you can believe the empirical evidence before you—you realize that the theory which advances the concept of trapped man-made greenhouse gases causing calamitous global temperature increases and world-wide climate destruction is wrong.

Simply put Al Gore told us that man-made and emitted CO2 in the atmosphere is causing Anthropogenic Global Warming or AGW. However a look outside and we see that Gore’s claims are not matching reality. We also note that the so-called science on which he based those claims is not credible. Oh yeah and there is now a lack of consensus on just what happened to Global warming. Imagine that! (see article)

But there’s more, we also find out that the Barry Hussein Soetoro administration knew that the actual evidence does not support the theory of AGW and the other claims of Global warming alarmists.

However instead of an open and transparent disclosure of the facts the Soetoro EPA suppressed Senior EPA Researcher Alan Carlin’s report that shows unequivocally that global temperatures are not rising with CO2 emissions. (see 2:52 min video)





Also the EPA has threatened that if Congress doesn’t enact and pass a cap and trade bill that the EPA itself would regulate Carbon emissions.

They would enact draconian laws to control emissions in America by imposing its own regulatory edicts. This even in light of the fact that the EPA is aware that there is evidence to suggest that any regulatory measures against CO2 are blatantly unnecessary and unwarranted. (see 6:46min video)





Global temperatures are not increasing due to CO2 in the atmosphere. Global temperatures have not increased since 1998. Global temperatures are decreasing and now Global warming alarmists are turning to science to ask why?

Scientists said they must explain better how a freezing winter this year in parts of the northern hemisphere and a break in a rising trend in global temperatures since 1998 can happen when heat-trapping gases are pouring into the atmosphere.

Scientists can no longer deny that global temperatures are colder and that there has not been an increase in global temperatures since 1998 so scientists are attempting to explain to us how the phenomenon of global warming produces global cooling.

British Hadley Centre scientists said last year that there was no warming from 1999-2008, after allowing for extreme, natural weather patterns. Temperatures should have risen by a widely estimated 0.2 degrees Centigrade, given a build up of manmade greenhouse gases.

Some Global warming Alarmists are still clinging to the Arctic ice melt and the all but debunked 2007 U.N. IPCC report. By doing so they virtually choose to ignore the fact that Alaskan ice mass is growing greater than it has grown in 250 years. (see source)

And Global warming Alarmists completely disregard Prof. Phil Jones, former director of the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research, recantation of elevation of global temperatures and the U.N. IPCC’s recantation of elevated sea levels

Instead Global warming alarmists are going to use science to explain why global warming has been in hiatus for almost 15 years and why it has produced the cooling that the earth is experiencing.

The Only Man who told the truth at the Obama Health Care Summit

No one would think it fair, in any endeavor, whether it was in Academic League or professional sport that the opposition would both control the clock and the referees. Yet that is exactly what happened at the Obama health care summit. President Barry Hussein Soetoro was both the time keeper and the referee.

As a result many supposed unbiased reporters claimed that Soetoro dominated the event and that he always had an answer for every point and that he always had the last word. Well duh? What about controlling the clock and the event don’t they understand?

According to Joseph Curls’ report, Sen. Mitch McConnell, the Senate Republican leader, pointed out early on that Democrats had controlled 52 minutes to Republicans' 24. (see article)

Curl reports [b]y the end of the televised event, Mr. Obama had spoken for 119 minutes - nine minutes more than the 110 minutes consumed by 17 Republicans. The 21 Democratic lawmakers used 114 minutes, giving the president and his supporters a whopping 233 minutes, according to a "talk clock" kept by GOP aides.

233 minutes Democrats to 110 minutes Republicans was the unfair advantage held by Soetoro and Democrats, but even with that over whelming advantage many called the summit a draw or give the edge to the Republicans.

The next time something like this is considered Republicans must insist on a neutral mediator. And not one with Liberal leanings, polls show that whether Democrats like it or not Fox News is trusted by the American people as fairer than any of the other broadcast or cable networks. Therefore someone who is trusted to be fair should come from Fox News and no other.

Nevertheless the most incredible moment in this whole summit was Rep. Paul Ryan’s moment where he spoke truth to power and totally deconstructed any reason for anyone to want or support the Democrats health care reform. (see 6:11min video)




Rep. Ryan’s 10 points that president Soetoro and the Democrats with their advantage in time and control can’t answer are below.

• "This bill does not control costs (or) reduce deficits. Instead, (it) adds a new health care entitlement when we have no idea how to pay for the entitlements we already have."
• "The bill has 10 years of tax increases, about half a trillion dollars, with 10 years of Medicare cuts, about half a trillion dollars, to pay for six years of spending. The true 10-year cost (is) $2.3 trillion."
• "The bill takes $52 billion in higher Social Security tax revenues and counts them as offsets. But that's really reserved for Social Security. So either we're double-counting them or we don't intend on paying those Social Security benefits."
• "The bill takes $72 billion from the CLASS Act (long-term care insurance) benefit premiums and claims them as offsets."
• "The bill treats Medicare like a piggy bank, (raiding) half a trillion dollars not to shore up Medicare solvency, but to spend on this new government program."
• "The chief actuary of Medicare (says) as much as 20% of Medicare providers will either go out of business or have to stop seeing Medicare beneficiaries."
• "Millions of seniors who have chosen Medicare Advantage (Medicare through a private insurer) will lose the coverage that they now enjoy."
• "When you strip out the double-counting and ... gimmicks, the full 10-year cost of the bill has a $460 billion deficit. The second 10-year cost of this bill has a $1.4 trillion deficit."
• "The 'doc fix' (restoring cuts in Medicare reimbursements) costs $371 billion ... a price tag (that) made the score look bad. (So) that provision was taken out, and (put) in stand-alone legislation. But ignoring these costs does not remove them from the backs of taxpayers. Hiding spending does not reduce spending."
• "Are we bending the cost curve down or are we bending the cost curve up? If you look at your own chief actuary at Medicare, we're bending it up. He's claiming that we're going up $222 billion, adding more to the unsustainable fiscal situation we have." (source)

Democrats had a total of 233mins in the Obama Summit to show up Republicans but it only took a little over 6 mins for the Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan to lay bear the fraud and deception of the Democrat health care plan.

Obama’s Dead Fish Presidency

The Barry Hussein Soetoro presidency which is known for its excessive propensity to finger point is getting some fingers pointed back at it as Democrats attempt to assess what’s gone wrong with their opportunity to transform America into the world-wide example of Progressive Left-wing politics as they had hoped this bright young clean African-American without a Negro dialect would do.

Many are blaming his advisors referred to as the “Chicago Mafia” by many. That would also include a writer for the Timesonline, Christina Lamb, in her article entitled, Obama’s ‘Chicago mafia’ blamed for paralysis at the top.

It’s was so nonconventional and refreshing to see someone not blaming the Republicans or George Bush for the Democrat’s self inflicted troubles I had to read Ms. Lamb’s thoughts to why the Greatest presidency ever in the history of the United States (according to the president and his sycophants) was not living up to that billing presently.

Ms. Lamb identifies several sources for the failures that have marked the Barry Hussein Soetoro presidency they are; his advisors, his tactics, his strident partisanship, his unbelievably, his lack of executive experience and his miscalculation of the American people. (see article)

The president consults them on everything. Military commanders were astounded when they participated in Afghanistan war councils and referred to them as the “Chicago mafia”. It was this group that inserted into Obama’s Afghan surge speech the deadline of July 2011 as a date to start withdrawing—Christina Lamb

It seems that the president and his Democrat allies mistook the hatred of George Bush that Democrats had fermented for eight straight years as a mandate to come in and fundamentally change America. Democrats successfully made George Bush a Voodoo Doll which they stuck all of pins of Liberal hate into. However, Bush was just a characterization of Democrat’s larger hate which is the hatred of Conservatism.

Ms. Lamb suggests that Democrats mistakenly thought their own hate was indicative of how the entire country was feeling therefore they could come into office and remake America entirely under their idea of a socialist progressive agenda.

Ms. Lamb notes that it was the Scott Brown victory in Massachusetts was the only thing that gave Democrats pause or president Soetoro would have his health care bill signed into law by now.

Whether it is the dead fish tactics of Rahm Emanuel who advises the president or whether it’s the disdain for the American people and American traditions Ms. Lamb notes that more and more Democrats are looking at the source of the paralysis in Washington.

This paralysis starts where it has started for the last nine years with Democrats. Now they have the White house and Congress and are exposed to the disinfection of Sunlight.

Last week a prominent Democratic senator resigned after criticising both government and Congress. Evan Bayh from Indiana, who had never lost a race and was expected to be re-elected in November, complained that the party’s recent loss of the Senate seat of the late Ted Kennedy should have been seen as a wake-up call.

“Moderates and independents even in a state as Democratic as Massachusetts just aren’t buying our message,” he said.

In criticizing both government and Congress Ms. Lamb means the Democrat President and the Democrat controlled Congress!

In other words in spite of all of the lofty rhetoric and the political misdirection and finger pointing the America people now have a clear and unobstructed view of just who is the problem in Washington D.C. They are the reason that Evan Bayh departed and they are the reason for the bitter partisan rancor that we witness in are government.

They are Democrats no matter how much they finger point at Republicans, Democrats are the Dead Fish, Chicago Mafia, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barry Soetoro problem not Republicans.

Stop crying about reconciliation?

An answer to Sen. Harry Reid

Today the Ultra-Partisan Barry Hussein Soetoro meets with Republicans to: a) show them up in front of America like he did the Supreme Court b) force them to accept that there will be his health care reform or there will be political blood c) get something about health care televised on CSPAN d) put the focus and blame on Republicans where Democrats all know it belongs or e) all of the above

A funny little thing happened just days before the great Soetoro vs. Republicans health care debate. It was leaked to the Soetoro press that if there is no agreement reached in the televised on CSPAN health care meeting Democrats will precede with the nuclear option. (Nuclear Option renamed “Reconciliation”  like Global warming was rename to Climate Change ) So no crying you Republicans.

Apparently, Sen. Harry Reid has forgotten about Democrats who cried like big babies about reconciliation in 2005 when Republicans were in the majority. Listen to him misrepresent the case as if Republicans did this kind of stuff all of the time. (see :24sec video)



The fact of the matter is Republicans considered the “Nuclear Option”, as it was called in 2005, when Democrats who used the filibuster in the unprecedented way of preventing president Bush’s nominations to fill court vacancies. Until this time the filibuster was never used to block court appointments.

It was Sen. John McCain and the gang of thirteen that thwarted Republican efforts to put a stop to Democrat’s misuse of the filibuster. Republicans were talking about using the nuclear option or changing the Senate rules that required 60 votes for confirmation to require only 51 votes, a bare majority, to approve Bush’s judicial nominations.

Needless to say Democrats went absolutely apoplectic at the notion that Republicans would change the Senate rules to prevent Democrats from abusing the Senate rules. (Irony noted) Democrats from Barry Hussein Soetoro to Joe Biden to Hillary Clinton and to Harry Reid all cried to the sympathetic media attempting to turn public sentiment against the Republicans. One of the chief criers Sen. Harry Reid in just 5 short years later and now in power, is himself considered using the “nuclear option” redubbed “reconciliation” if the outcome of the President’s meeting with Republicans today isn’t total capitulation to the president’s demands of Democrat Universal Health Care Plan, which is not so universal not to mention that it costs $950 billion dollars which we don’t have. Outrageous! If you ever get arrested breaking the law in Chicago just threaten to sue each police officer personally. That should make the police drop everything and stand idly by just to watch you commit your crime and then allow you to go home without being arrested. Oh you think that wouldn't happen?

That's exactly what Chicago police did when homosexuals protested a Mass held at Chicago's Holy Name Cathedral. Homosexuals were in violation of the Chicago Municipal Code which states that someone is punishable for disorderly conduct whenever he "pickets or demonstrates on a public way within 150 feet of any church, temple, synagogue or other place of worship while services are being conducted."

Last Valentine’s day February 14, 2010 a Chicago Catholic Church and its parishioners were celebrating marriage renewals. That’s when they were purposely targeted by the Chicago branch of the Homosexual hate group, the Gay Liberation Network (GLN). (see story) (see 2:56min video)





Since the 1970’s Homosexuals have inappropriately used the civil rights movement—a movement that was created by Blacks who are descendants of slaves and sufferers of White Supremacy and Jim Crow laws which denied Blacks of humanity and civil rights. Homosexuals took the language and the experience of the Black Civil rights movement and created a whole new genre of never before seen “rights” regarding homosexuality.

In its over 30 years of creating and expanding on the right to be homosexual, somewhere in the redefinition of rights, homosexuals mostly through their advocacy groups have became militant bigoted haters who will stop at nothing to push the homosexual agenda of normalization of homosexuality at all levels of society.

Incidentally that is why “Don’t ask, Don’t tell” the policy that regulates homosexual conduct in the military is being challenged under a Democrat president and Democrat controlled Congress. If the military can be co-opted by the homosexual movement then it is reasoned by homosexuals and their advocacy groups that they can infiltrate the entire social structure, political, business, and public of America.

If homosexuals can break laws under the pretence of civil rights and if homosexuals can hatefully attack, threaten and bully churches and synagogues with impunity all the while spewing the very hate that they accuse their opponents of then there is a double standard in law where homosexuals are considered to have greater rights than everyone else. If they can do all of this while police who are sworn to uphold the law stands by because they are threaten and afraid of being named in a law suit then America has been changed we are no later a nation of laws. America is officially a hope and change Non-Constitutional Oligarchy.

Prof. Phil Jones is like the father of the current global warming movement. Without him all of the new green movement is built on nothing. (see article)

A recantation of this magnitude is history changing. For example if Martin Luther would have recanted at the Diet of Worms in the 1500’s there would have been no Protestant Church.

Prof. Jones’ recantation of global warming is just as important and devastating to the Global Warming movement as Luther’s recantation would have been to Christianity. However, after the bottom has fallen out of the arguments supporting Anthropogenic Global Warming the Obama administration is moving forward lemming like, progressing over a cliff of global warming lies and fake science. I can’t believe that any rational intelligent person can still believe in Global warming. As I have written previously on this subject; Bret Stephens’ “Global Warming as Mass Neurosis” explains that Global warming is not science and that its proponents offer religious like claims about Global warming which are to be believed by faith in spite of the physical evidence that the Earth is actually cooling.

Stephens offers three reasons why Liberals blindly follow Global warming propaganda.

Ideological convenience, theological replacement, and Munchausen syndrome

According to Stephens, global warming is a hodge-podge of all Left leaning Ideological beliefs conveniently wrapped up into and ultimately resulting in a cataclysmic eco- disaster.

Then Stephen seems to suggest that global warming allows the Liberal to replace belief in God and God’s judgment on the earth and man with an animist paganism which ironically has nature pronouncing judgment on man via itself.

Lastly Munchausen syndrome according to the Cleveland clinic, is a type of factitious disorder, or mental illness, in which a person repeatedly acts as if he or she has a physical or mental disorder when, in truth, they have caused the symptoms. People with factitious disorders act this way because of an inner need to be seen as ill or injured

Likewise, Global warming proponents have an unhealthy need to see the earth as injured by mankind (more correctly that would be Munchausen syndrome by proxy). So they have created the perfect multi-symptom conflicted affliction in which the phenomena of cooling or heating, storms or lack of storms, floods or droughts are all symptomatic of Global warming. The only thing is Obama, Reid or Pelosi can’t directly tell the American people how they reality feel so close to elections. In any event the American people have had a whole year in which to size up all of the talk of president Soetoro to the actual reality. And judging by president Soetoro’s job approval rating and tanking poll numbers I would say the American people have heard what the president has been saying quite well.
But the president on the other hand isn’t listening to the people.

According to Jonathon Petre reporter, Colleagues of Professor Phil Jones say that the reason Professor Jones has refused Freedom of Information requests to produce his data supporting the claims of man-made global warming is that he may have actually lost the relevant papers. Has the dog eaten the professor’s papers? (see source)

The only thing man-made about global warming is the science.

Senator Jay Rockerfeller has the same problem that we all have these days—believing our president Barry Hussein Soetoro. Sen. Rockerfeller’s plight is that he represents a coal producing state and our president has campaigned on a green agenda and has stated that he will be responsible for putting coal producing companies in bankruptcy.

Sen. Rockerfeller ‘s questioning of Dr. Peter Orszag, president Soetoro’s budget director is an interesting coming of understanding for Sen. Rockerfeller. Democrats have been in control of Congress since 2006 but prior to that they waged a bitter partisan war against Republican President George W. Bush and the Republican Party starting in 2000 when Bush was forced to defend his win in a controversial and hard fought post-election fight with Democrat candidate Al Gore. The Gore initiated political battle divided the country down ideological and political lines.

In 2008 Democrat Barry Hussein Soetoro was elected president. Soetoro was noted as the most far left ideologue ever to be elected president in the United States of America. Soetoro pushed an ultra partisan agenda for the first year of his presidency often blaming George W. Bush for any perceived wrong in government.

It is apparent that the great harm that the country suffered in the subsequent eight years of high partisan political wrangling has impeded the working of government to Sen. Bayh’s displeasure.

Bayh cited two recent examples of the Senate not stepping up as possible reasons for his decision to retire – the voting down of a bipartisan commission to deal with the federal deficit and the stymied attempt to craft a jobs bill. Though Bayh would not say anything against Democrats directly both situations were under Democrat control. Democrats outnumber Republicans in voting outcomes and Majority Leader Harry Reid killed the bipartisan effort to create a jobs bill.

Democrats only fool themselves if they attribute Sen. Bayh’s departure to anything other than the last eight years of partisan poison that they have produced.

President Soetoro and Democrats should take note otherwise Sen. Bayh wouldn’t be the only Democrat saying bye-bye in 2010 and 2012.

Scientist: Check that Global Warming Consensus Please

“The temperature records cannot be relied on as indicators of global change,” said John Christy, professor of atmospheric science at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, a former lead author on the IPCC.-- Jonathan Leake

In its last assessment the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said the evidence that the world was warming was “unequivocal” wrote Jonathan Leake reporter for the Timesonline UK.

The IPCC warned that greenhouse gases had already heated the world by 0.7C and that there could be 5C-6C more warming by 2100, with devastating impacts on humanity and wildlife. However, new research, including work by British scientists, is casting doubt on such claims. Some even suggest the world may not be warming much at all. (see story)

This new report is helping to bring a dramatic conclusion to the scientific farce known as Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW). The fact that the errand hypothesis of AGW is being disproved day by day and has helped morphed it into the all encompassing and ambiguous phase called Climate Change.

Global Warming’s change to Climate Change should have been the first indicator that something was not quite right. To give a particular scientific phenomenon the same name and characteristics as a phenomenon that is normal and reoccurring in nature at both the historical and seasonal levels doesn’t make for good scientific unbiased observable quantifying.

Instead what it does is obscure the facts which we now know probably was the intent all along.

What is more, in light of other recent disclosures of scientific malfeasance regarding global warming, this new report shows us that AGW advocates were willing to dispel and destroy the factual evidence of no global warming or the lack thereof pressuring their peers and the public into group think and P.C. thinking also referred to as consensus. This group think has permeated the sociality at all levels —even at the scientific level.

Terry Mills, professor of applied statistics and econometrics at Loughborough University, looked at the same data as the IPCC. He found that the warming trend it reported over the past 30 years or so was just as likely to be due to random fluctuations as to the impacts of greenhouse gases. Mills’s findings are to be published in Climatic Change, an environmental journal.—Jonathan Leake

Yet there are those that still insist that AGW is real although almost everything that previously supported this claim has been disproved as either bad science or no science at all.

According to Leake, Kevin Trenberth, a lead author of the chapter of the IPCC report that deals with the observed temperature changes, said he accepted there were problems with the global thermometer record but these had been accounted for in the final report.

But according to the report ,”Surface Temperature Records: Driven by Deception?” written by Joseph D’Aleo and Anthony Watts adjustments were not made or were made poorly. (source pg 34)

Leake also reported that , The European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts has recently issued a new set of global temperature readings covering the past 30 years, with thermometer readings augmented by satellite data.

Dr Vicky Pope, head of climate change advice at the Met Office, said: “This new set of data confirms the trend towards rising global temperatures and suggest[s] that, if anything, the world is warming even more quickly than we had thought.”

Is this some sad attempt to keep the AGW scare going by unflagging climate change scaremongers?

For instance the argument that Antarctica is gaining ice, made by Patrick Michaels, senior fellow in environmental studies at the Cato Institute is placed in the skeptics column by Skeptical Science website, a global warming alarmists site.

This is laughable as Skeptical Science performs so called “scientific” acrobatics to avoid Ockham’s Razor.

"The amount of ice surrounding Antarctica is now at the highest level since satellites began to monitor it almost 30 years ago. It’s simply too cold for rain in Antarctica and it'll stay that way for a very long time. The bottom line is there is more ice than ever surrounding Antarctica."—Patrick Michaels

Ockham's Razor is the principle proposed by William of Ockham in the fourteenth century: ``Pluralitas non est ponenda sine neccesitate'', which translates as ``entities should not be multiplied unnecessarily''. In many cases this is interpreted as ``keep it simple'' or "the simplest solution is usually the correct one"

What Skeptical Science does is construct a complicatedly opaque argument which conclusion is, “the amount of ice surrounding Antarctica is now at the highest level since satellites began to monitor it almost 30 years ago.” With of course a few caveats, addendums and theretofores.

When the issue of AGW was originally raised it was presented as a consensus. No argument, no questions but in the end we find that there was no science—no creditable science.

Now that the truth is coming out we all understand that consensus is not science. Those who have said so have done a great deal of damage to science.

It’s the Big Tent Socialism Stupid!

Noemie Emery’s article, “Democrats inflicting themselves with wedge issues” and Michael Barone’s article, “With absolute power, Team Obama grows stupid” both attempt to diagnosis the problems ailing the Democrat agenda.

Emery starts out by illustrating good and great politicians and then contrasts those politicians against the “I’m the Greatest” wannabe, president Barry Hussein Soetoro. And no the irony was not lost on me. Emery doesn’t consider president Soetoro either a good or a great politician.

Good politicians, like Ike and JFK (and yes, our Bill Clinton), use the landscape around them to shape coalitions that sustain them in power. Great politicians, like Reagan and Franklin D. Roosevelt, refashion the landscape, creating realignments that survive them by decades.

Obama, by contrast, has done something different: He first formed, and then shredded, his own coalition, creating wedge issues that splintered his party, with no help from opponents at all.—Noemie Emery

Barone begins by slamming the Soetoro Chicago inner circle. He notes that they were brilliant campaigners but have turned out to be mere amateurs at governing.

How could such smart people do so many stupid things? That question, or variations on it, is being asked in Washington and around the country about the Obama administration.

The same people who directed the campaign that defeated Hillary Clinton and routed John McCain, a campaign that raised far more money and attracted far more volunteers than any before it, have within a year come up with a legislative program that is crashing in ruins and that, to judge from recent polls, has left the Democratic party weaker than I have seen it in almost 50 years of closely following politics.

The 2008 campaign was an impressive achievement. So, in a negative way, is the 2009 legislative program that has left the Democrats in such woeful shape in 2010.—Michael Barone

So just what has happened to the righteous wind at the back of president Soetoro? Just where is the love, that swept him into power just one short year ago? Democrats are now scratching their heads and they want to know.

What is true is, president Barry Soetoro government can be summed up in two areas. Barry Hussein Soetoro himself is an Ideologue who surrounds himself with Ideologues. And second, he promotes a radical socialist agenda as policy by which he means to change America. In other words it’s the Big Tent Socialism Stupid!

It’s the people that this president chooses to work in his administration; it’s the way that this president is going about conducting the affairs if this country and it’s the policies that this president is promoting. It’s all wrong for America and the American people see it.

Emery relays a story of a Soetoro government under fire from all sides of the liberal spectrum. According to Emery, the Associated Press writes of "Democrat-vs.-Democrat anger" in all sorts of venues. (This is like Thunderdome under the Big Tent)

The House of Representatives Democrats at odds with Senate Democrats. Senate Democrats at odds with the White House and the moveon.org and Daily Kos radicals angry at everyone, this is the failing Big Tent concept that ridiculously many establishment Republicans believe they need in order to be a viable Party. (No wonder they lost in 2008).

This is even more reason that RNC chairman Michael Steele should consider some kind of rubric to define what a Conservative is so that “Progressive Conservatives” like Meghan McCain, Compassionate Conservatives or Maine Conservatives can be exposed for the frauds that they are and can be stopped from harming the Party similar to what Democrats are experiencing (see story)

Barone on the other hand believes that Democrats troubles are embedded in the Chicago clique that surrounds the president. In Barone’s opinion the president would have better served himself and the country had he availed himself to the wisdom of the Washington establishment instead of the small town Chicago politics which he brought to Washington. Team Obama failed to realize they were no longer running in Chicago or in the Democratic primaries or facing an electorate fed up with Republicans. And, more important, they failed to realize that vastly expanding government goes deeply against the American grain -- and against the basic appeal of their successful campaign.—Michael Barone

What I believe is, president Soetoro overestimated himself and his ability to sell his message of hope the American people aren’t watching too closely has I change their system of government to a non-Constitutional Socialist model.

I also believe that he misread the American people. Soetoro believed that he could say anything and the America people would accept it just because he said it. He also thought that he could completely topple the figurative political statue of George W. Bush in the square of public opinion and the American people would climb upon it and while hitting it with shoes they would howl, wail and ululate. He was wrong on all counts.

Now that the American people see that the message of hope and change is in actuality a message of government control, lost of freedoms, gross deficit spending and of course blaming the previous administration, the American people have rejected the rhetoric because for the first time they see the reality.

The reality is, as Joe Biden said on the campaign trail in 2008 Barry Hussein Soetoro wasn’t ready to lead and as Hillary Clinton warned us we needed someone ready to lead on day one. They were both warning us that Barry Hussein Soetoro would not be even a good president let alone a great president. We should have listened.

What we voted for in spite of their warnings was a piped piper with a melodious message of hope and change when we needed a seasoned conductor who could conduct this symphony which is America.

That is not just a rookie mistake that is an indication of someone completely out of touch with reality. That is why the president is failing, he is out of touch with American reality. The American people finally see that president Soetoro is not attempting to fix what is wrong with America he is attempting to fundamentally change America into something that it was never intended to be.

Obama Would Drive Republicans into the Sea

Knoller get’s it. Democrats, their leader and Spokesperson-in-Chief, president Soetoro declared jihad on their political rivals the Republican Party after the 2000 election which George W. Bush won. For eight continuous years Democrats unrelentingly battered and beat up on the hapless George Bush.

So extreme and vile was their hatred for Bush that Democrats would have preferred that America lose the Iraq war than let Bush receive credit for winning it. They did in fact declare the war lost several times. Everyone from Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to the late Congressman John Murtha on the Democrat side of the aisle called the war lost.

This goes to show that Democrats were willing to jeopardize the safety and security of the Nation and give aid and comfort to the enemies of America in order to destroy President Bush. If the war was lost, they thought, it would put President Bush in the worst possible light and ensure his defeat in 2004.

Bush won in 2004 and Democrats continued to undermine his presidency until the day that Barack Hussein Obama was inaugurated. It should be noted that during president Soetoro’s whole campaign he berated and belittled George W. Bush as most Democrats did. And as a result of their combined efforts they won the presidency and a super majority in the Congress in 2008.

It is on that background that we must understand the context of president Soetoro’s call for bipartisanship, the only thing more disingenuous then president Soetoro’s call for bipartisanship between Democrats and Republicans is Palestinians’ demand on Israel requesting land for peace.

Mark Knoller notes that president Soetoro’s call for bipartisanship is really a request for Republicans to give up their principles, and their beliefs to surrender to Soetoro’s legislative ideology.

Mr. Obama said he "won't hesitate to embrace a good idea from my friends in the minority party." But he wants his way. He wants his energy policy enacted along with his jobs bill, his financial regulatory reform and his health care plan.

And if the opposition continues to block his objectives, he said he "won't hesitate to condemn what I consider to be obstinacy that's rooted not in substantive disagreement but in political expedience."—Mark Knoller

What that means is in the president’s mind Republicans shouldn’t exist just as Israel shouldn’t exist according to Islamic leaders like the late Yasser Arafat and Mahmoud Adinemadjab.

Who could ever forget the 2000 President Clinton summit between Palestine ’s Yasser Arafat and Israel ’s Ehud Barak which was meant to produce peace in the Middle East.

Prime Minister Ehud Barak offered the most substantial concessions and far reaching proposals, going beyond all the long-standing Israeli "red lines", especially as regards Jerusalem . The US team called Barak "courageous" for these offers. When these terms were later revealed in Israel , people were stunned at the extent of the concessions Barak offered and it is unclear whether the Israeli public were prepared to support the deal.

However they were never given the opportunity to endorse or reject the proposals; Arafat rejected them out of hand.

The details were not disclosed formally, but according to media reports Barak's offer included:
• Israeli redeployment from 95% of the West Bank and 100% of the Gaza Strip
• The creation of a Palestinian state in the areas of Israeli withdrawal
• The removal of isolated settlements and transfer of the land to Palestinian control
• Other Israeli land exchanged for West Bank settlements remaining under Israeli control
• Palestinian control over East Jerusalem, including most of the Old City
• "Religious Sovereignty" over the Temple Mount , replacing Israeli sovereignty in effect since 1967

In return Arafat had to declare the "end of conflict" and agree that no further claims on Israel could be made in the future. Despite the considerable concessions by Israel , Arafat chose not to negotiate, not to make a counter-offer but to just walk out. (source)

The issue is this reader, Democrats, like an Islamic nation state, fundamental goal is to have it all. Every point of concession that Israel or Republicans make would make them incrementally smaller and weaker.

Republicans in bipartisan negotiations with President Soetoro will be expected to concede their principles giving more and more ground when, as example, this health care bill is already written by far left ideologues.

True bipartisanship would call for the scrapping of this bill and both Parties craft a bill from the ground up. As it is presently written ideologues in the Democrat Party, Pelosi and Reid, whose ultimate goal is to impose Liberal ideology on the Western world to the exclusion of Conservative principles, wrote this bill so this bill has a Liberal makeup intrinsically.

In other words bipartisan efforts to the president and Democrats actually means, come join us forcing left wing policies on the people of the United States. And if the people don’t like it they’ll have us both to blame.

Soetoro brought the subject of bipartisanship up so if he is serious about it and he is not just trying to get some political advantage by calling for bipartisanship when he really doesn’t want it then he has to lead. And as a show of leadership he should be ready to make the first substantial concessions. Republicans wish to start from scratch, the president should do that.

Soetoro and Democrats are the ones faced with the deficit of trust so the onus is on them to make Republicans feel that this is not some kind of trick.

If the president is unable or unwilling to do this then we all know that his true motives were not to work in a bipartisanship way after all. His true motives were to put Republicans at a disadvantage and in the worst light possible.

Under the pretense of bipartisanship the president actually wanted to push Republicans into the Sea.

Obama: Republicans in the Room quick turn on CSPAN

After months of seeing Obama try to muscle legislation through with only Democratic votes, Republicans are wary of his new overture.

Oh did I mention that Democrat Uber-Partisan President Barry Hussein Soetoro is scheduling a meeting with Republicans to(as Soetoro says) find bipartisan solutions with which to get his signature Legislation, Health Care, passed.

However, Soetoro has spent a whole year depleting his trust capital with acts that could be perceived as anti-American. Not to mention that he has committed harsh partisan acts that could only be described as anti- Republican. At this early juncture in his presidency Soetoro has lost trust with the people. It’s a matter of trust president Soetoro and you have none. But let’s go back to the beginning shall we…

Contrary to the promises of bipartisanship president Soetoro has acted out as a strident partisan. And in spite of multiple promises that all Health Care negotiation would be bathe in the bright sunlight of transparency instead it was forged in the deep darkness of the Congressional netherworld. At one point as many as three to four bills circulated in those underground caverns where they were guarded and kept safe from view by the mythological three-headed dog Cerberus. (This is probably the same dog that guards the president’s long form birth certificate and the rest of any identifying documents that he has guarded and on lockdown.)

Here’s what we know, president Soetoro is in a crisis by his own words he is in a deficit of trust. After one year of seeing the Democrat attempt to force their agenda on America and after a year of hearing the president go on incessantly attempting to show us that he was the smartest person in the room on every topic, Americans have drawn the conclusion based on the Democrat agenda and their talking head president (who by the way doesn’t keep his campaign promises) that conclusion is, we don’t trust him or his Party. It is clear that if Democrats could have they would have forced all of their political agenda items through Congress to be signed by their Uber-partisan president. Whether it would have been Health Care Reform or Global Warming legislation.

They tried it— armed with their Super majority in Congress and a presidential spokes mouth. They relegated Republicans to the sidelines and they jammed their partisan issues into the faces of the America people all without Republican participation for the most part.

Soetoro’s numbers are only 44% of the America people believe that he is doing a good job, which means that the American people have heard all of the hype but they have seen none of the hope that was promised in the change.

What is true is Republicans didn’t have numbers in Congress to stop Democrats from getting their prized agenda items through. It was Democrat’s fellow Democrats who stopped Health Care Reform not Republicans.

Nevertheless a Democrat controlled Congress and the President’s favorability poll numbers have tanked. Soetoro’s numbers are only 44% of the America people believe that he is doing a good job, which means that the American people have heard all of the hype but they have seen none of the hope that was promised in the change.

Soetoro who is noted for wanting to spread the wealth around has taken on a new tact, now he wishes to spread the blame around for the failure of his ideas and his policies, in essence his whole government. So that alone explains the about face.

Instead of excluding the Republicans as Democrats have done for the entire first year of the Soetoro presidency now Democrats want to craftily draw Republicans in so that Republicans can share some of the blame that Democrats have heaped on themselves.

Ergo Soetoro calls for a Bipartisan Health Care summit.

A bipartisan meeting where he controls all aspects of the meeting and the agenda then he invites in CSPAN why? Why to attempt to shift blame to Republicans. That way in November voters will have no discernable difference between the two Parties which to base their voting decisions on.

Democrats say they want to resolve remaining differences between the House and Senate versions of their own legislation in advance of the meeting. That may mean Obama wants to emphasize contrasts with Republicans, not probe for common ground.— RICARDO ALONSO-ZALDIVAR

This ploy is so obvious that it is the only thing transparent in the Soetoro administration. It’s the political version of the rope-a-dope employed by Barry Hussein Ali. This Health care monstrosity is a Democrat vehicle down to its chassis now for Republicans to add on to it would be like Toyota sending their recalled vehicles into GM for repair.

And if Republicans refuse to play along or if there is no agreement reached Soetoro and his media sycophants will begin the Bush blame game. However, this time they will place blame on Congressional Republicans in general. And it’ll all be recorded on CSPAN.

What should Republicans do?

First thing, Republicans should have nothing to do with legislation that was already written without them—start the process over. Any legislation that Democrats crafted by themselves is flawed and filled with untrustworthy legislation.

Second Republicans should ask to see the president’s health care ideas. He has been touting this thing for a year surely he has something to show the people and Republicans in writing. Enough with the talk lets see what the president has if anything.

Third thing Republicans should go over the president’s ideas with a fine tooth comb in the truest bipartisan spirit. Exposing those ideas to the disinfectant of sunlight.

Fourth after and only after Republicans have seen the president’s ideas they should present theirs in the same fashion and spirit that the president presents his.

Fifth Republicans should have a say in the format and structure of the meeting and demand equal assess to presenting their ideas. They are not reporting to or answering to the president. The Congress is not subservient to the President in our system.

The Legislative and Executive branches are co-equal branchs one is not above the other Republicans should not allow the president to act as if he is above them.

Starting from scratch is not an option, Democrats say. But Republicans say they can't see the House and Senate Democratic bills as a beginning. For one thing, both would raise taxes.— RICARDO ALONSO-ZALDIVAR

Remember Democrats could not get their own Party to pass this bill without $100-$300 million dollars in added federal aid for Medicaid recipients, a bribe of the Senator of Louisiana Mary Landieu and the Corn Husker kickbacks worth a permanent exemption from the state share of Medicaid for the state of Nebraska for Sen. Therefore Republicans should not allow the president to aim the CSPAN cameras on them while he and Democrats direct this production and make this film all about blaming Republicans.
