President Soetoro stated that his intentions are to go throughout the land to clear up all of the misconception about his new Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act but did he really think he had to do it in one fell swoop? The president left his pants on the ground with this 2500 word answer that spanned a full 17 minutes. He was looking and sounding like a... well you know.

The way I see it Joyce Ravis expressed her concerns about being over taxed by the president’s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, but she ended up being over taxed to the extreme by the president’s 17minute attempt to explain, defend and justify his law.
Yet as bad as this 17 minute answer was it is not as bad as the over taxation that the American people now face from the implementation of president Soetoro's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Worried? Democrats should be. By all indications their messaging isn't working the way they'd planned. Democrats were told that during their Easter recess from Congress they couldn’t hide from what they have done to the American people when they voted for and passed their strictly partisan health care law. Democrats were instructed to go forth and defend the new health care law so Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz did.
Now this video tells you the real story. After attempting to completing control the narrative; CNN interviews Wasserman Schultz, by first establishing the issues of “threats” against her, an obvious attempt to put her in the victims category, and then CNN shows how the organizers of Wasserman’s town hall Easter recess meeting took great pains to keep all of the dread loony tea partiers on the outside of the meeting while surrounding Wasserman with only supportive loving Democrat Health care well-wishers, but in spite of all of that something strange happened.
In a completely pro Democrat and controlled “tea partier free” environment Congresswoman Wasserman’s meeting was disrupted by people, her constituents, who didn’t support or appreciate what she and her Congress colleagues have done by passing their partisan health care law.
One of Ms. Wasserman’s constituents was even escorted out of the meeting by armed police (see 1:59min video)
In yet another example of Democrats defending Health Care badly Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, what was it about the American people telling Democrats, last summer in town hall meetings all across this country, that the American people didn’t want your health care law that you didn’t understand?
You and a Democrat Controlled Congress and a Democrat President didn’t listen to us and now you’re back attempting to explain yourselves by employing fascist tactics to quash debate?
It’s clear that even at a completely staged meeting Democrats can’t defend the indefensible. In what is just another example of Democrats defending health care badly!
Recently I was challenged by a reader in which he ended his defense of president Barry Hussein Soetoro’s lack of proof of eligibility to be president with the following statement, “Alaphiah, President Obama won the election 53% to 45%. The people have spoken. He's black. He's the President. Now be a man, be an American, and get over it.”
Well I’m guessing that this person is not keeping up with current events because looking at the numbers this president is in serious trouble.
According to Andrew Malcolm of the Los Angeles Times (not a conservative newspaper), Now that [president Soetoro] has signed his beloved healthcare legislation and despite his continued stumping for the measure, CBS News finds a) the stumping has been ineffective, b) most Americans don't like the bill (53%), c) many expect the quality of care to decrease while costs continue to increase and d) few see anything in it for them. Other than that, it's a huge public relations success.
As another result of the passage and preceding rancorous healthcare debate, Rasmussen Reports finds that 53% of Americans now say they trust Republicans more with this traditionally Democratic issue, while 37% still trust [the Democrat] party.
Soetoro may have won the election but that was before the people saw what they were voting for. Now only 44% of Americans give Soetoro a favorable rating.

Now to the fun. I’ve dealt with this particular reader before on the issue of Soetoro’s birth certificate. I know this because he continues to make the mistaken attempt to present his case that a “prima facie document” as he calls the phony document, which the president presented as a Certification of Live Birth, is substantial proof of Soetoro’s Hawaiian birth.
I on the other hand have shown on several posts, on this subject, evidence that more than refutes a prima facie claim. First I established that before Soetoro was president he and his associates were exploring whether they could challenge the Natural Born Citizen Requirement. Sarah P. Herlihy an attorney with a working relationship with Soetoro wrote a paper with the intent of challenging the Constitutional requirement. It is apparent this was done with Soetoro in mind. This establishes that Soetoro always knew that he is ineligible to be president.
Now regarding that so-called prima facie Certification of Live Birth, below is a copy of that document as it was posted on the president’s own website fight-the-smears (see document below)
And below is a real Hawaiian birth certificate issue from Hawaii the day after president Soetoro is said to be born there.
Not the same as Soetoro’s is it? That’s the point! There is enough evidence to counter any Prima Facie document. Enough evidence to warrant discovery and enough evidence to have court proceedings follow.
The Reader who continues to point to the Certificate of live birth as proof positive of Soetoro’s Hawaiian birth is simply wrong.
What must Barry Hussein Soetoro do? He must recognize that there is a deficit of trust between him and the America people now. And he must show the original vaulted copy of his birth certificate something that every American has had to do at least a dozen times in their life time.
Showing his original vaulted copy would prove that Obama is constitutionally eligible to hold the office of the presidency. Why is it necessary? Well as I have said Soetoro has posted a fake Certificate as proof on his website, “Fight the Smears” as his birth Certificate (see site) and (here)
However we now know that a different type of birth certificate was issued by Hawaii at the time of Soetoro’s birth as presented by Ms. Eleanor Nordyke. Worldnetdaily Ms. Nordyke has come forward with copies of the original vaulted birth certificates issued to her for the births of her twin daughters born in Hawaii the day after Obama was purportedly birth there at the same hospital which he claims to be born in. The president was having real trouble last weekend in Charlotte, N.C. attempting to defend health care but at least he was trying. In spite of the president's efforts the rank and file Democrats were running away from what they did to the America people.
However when they chose to show up they are ineffective advocates for health care reform, take for instance Democrat Congressman Phil Hare of Illinois. Back in his district the Congressman was asked where in the Constitution does Congress receive the authority to mandate health care for all Americans on the following video.

No Congressman your words were not taken out of context and you are not helping your cause by attempting to lie about it. However if there is any solace the leader of the Democrat Party is having a hard time defending the new health care law himself.

At a recent prayer breakfast and in a recent interview with Today’s show Matt Lauer on his own accord the president opened the door to questions regarding his birth certificate and his eligibility. One would think that a “reporter” who is “unbiased” or unaffected by group think or political correctness would ask the question, “Mr. president you’ve spoken on the subject many times and the American people have questions, are you a natural born citizen of the United States of America in accordance with constitutional requirements?” Why not give the president that softball question to hit out of the park?

That simple! He could make the disclosure on 60 Minutes and be done with it. And since the president feels that the birther movement and the tea party movement are inextricably linked he could rid himself and his Party of two nemeses in one fell swoop and cake walk into a second election!
Instead the president has decided to allow this ugly situation to pustulate and fester like an infected boil on the presidency. Thus this is causing the Army to begin to turning on its own in order to maintain the status quo of apparent illegitimacy for president Soetoro.

Soetoro knows that he has absolutely no chance at reelection if these two threats to his secrets are not neutralized and what better way to do that than to use one to negate the other. Earlier this year the president attended an annual prayer breakfast after deciding to miss the first prayer breakfast during his presidency. And an interesting happened there without provocation or prompting president Soetoro brought up the subject if his illegitimacy. (see :50sec video)
If the president wanted to end speculation about his eligibility he could do it today by releasing documentation that he has hidden from the American people.
Records of his Chicago legislative history, his schooling, his childhood life and yes his birth certificate are hidden behind a legal Berlin Wall while the media, Democrats and the president’s supporters ignorantly claim that he is a natural born U.S. citizen as mandated by the U.S. Constitution. How would they know this? They don’t. Any information that they have about him and his birth has been selectively given by Soetoro in order to give him the appearance of legitimacy. None of it has been independently verified. Why?
You have never heard the president say that he is a natural born citizen because he is an attorney and is too smart to perjure himself unnecessarily. So when he brings the subject up unsolicited, in an attempt to cast aspersions on people who legitimately question his eligibility, why doesn’t a real reporter ask the natural question, “Mr. president were you born a natural born citizen in keeping with constitutional requirements to be president of the United States?” Huh, Katie Couric? Huh Matt Lauer?
So why is the president so obsessed with so-called “Birthers”? I’ll tell you why… because this issue will inevitably be the ruination of everything that Liberals have put in place as well it will be the factor to end Barry Hussein Soetoro’s illegitimate presidency.
If Americans with the legitimate right to know, whether or not the president is legitimate or illegitimate, get to the truth of what the president is hiding and if it is determined that Democrats knowingly put forth an illegitimate candidate and then conspired to hide the fact that he has illegitimately usurped the presidency, all of those who aided and abetted in the Democrat Party’s duplicity will be brought down and that act of treason will mark the end if Liberalism and the Democrat Party in America.
This would explain Soetoro’s concern. Such information when it is revealed will fundamentally change America. The president’s hope is that he can complete his agenda before it is discovered that his presidency is illegitimate.
President Soetoro’s hope is that the truth will be discovered somewhere in the future when those who are guilty of this treasonous presidency will be far removed from their crimes against America . Soetoro is also hoping that the America people won’t care that the Constitution has been breached by his and his Party’s behavior.

O.J. Simpson was heard to say that he would look for the “real” killers of his deceased wife and her friend Ron Goldman after he was acquitted of their murders.
Ironically, Mr. Simpson’s search was cut short when he landed in state prison in Nevada over a memorabilia dispute involving trophies of his illustrious football career. Giving new and unintended meaning to the phrase what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
Maybe it was only me who saw a parallel between Mr. Simpson’s looking for the “real” killers and Democrats who after they passed and signed their new health care law allegedly received threats of violence. Assisted by the media’s unfounded attempt to lay those allegations at the feet of Republicans Democrats attempted to suggest to our minds that Republicans were the source of threats against Congress.
To date there have been no arrest of a Republican affiliate or a Republican Racist, Sexist or Hatemonger for threats against Democrat lawmakers however when we turn our attention to the “real” haters we find a Barry Hussein Soetoro supporter who donated on back-to-back days in June 2008, $255 and $250 to Obama for America.

The healthcare bill that your Congress and your president just signed into law is a little bit of this and a little bit of that according to Sens. Harry Reid and Max Baucus. This is in fact a timed release stealth bill meant to minimize; cost, tax increases and its punitive nature only in its beginning. And that is to lessen its impact on president Soetoro’s reelection bid. This bill is designed to come into full realization only after president Soetoro secures a second election if in fact he can.
The bills have been carefully crafted so that the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) can declare them cost-saving. But in reality, patients would be responsible for an additional $210 billion in direct costs over the 10-year budget projection window and an even greater increase in total costs.

Many of you don’t know its name. It is officially called the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. And it is 906 pages of treachery against the America people. It is an omnibus bill chuck full of surreptitious legislation that does things which the American people are not aware. This bill is un-constitutional, this bill pays off unions, this bill nationalizes health care and this bill is headed for numerous law suits challenging its constitutionality.
There should be multiple lawsuits brought before the U. S. Supreme Court to strike down this unconscionable and unconstitutional Democrat power grab.

In that effort Democrats have decided to use the tactic of calling anyone who attempts to get to the truth of what Obamacare, or any other of their changes to our government, liars.
By so labeling these concerned Americans; confused, misinformed and dishonest liars Democrats throw the health care debate into a realm in which their less than capable constituency can't fathom who is really telling the truth.
Moreover by using the puerile tactic, “I’m not a liar, you’re a liar” exchange Democrats are confusing the issue of health care reform for their sycophantic followers. According to Democrats their mission is to “debunk” the wrong and false things said about Obamacare. Their method is to filibuster every conversation with a number of dishonest rhetorical maneuvers.
First they attempt to establish themselves as the truth; second they attempt to establish their opponents as mistaken, wrong, dishonest, unreasonable, unclear about the facts or they simply intimate that their opponents are just plain liars.
When you say something -- it is no different than any of the various things we have in our life. If you go littering and that's a $50 fine, no one is following you around to get your litter.

Democrats have used the bully pulpit of the White house, their majority in Congress and the Liberal media to make up things that are complete lies about Obamacare and there is no opportunity for someone, anyone to clarify these lies.

You heard of a term called Dead Reckoning, is a Navigational term usually used in Maritime law. And what it is when you decide to figure out where you’re going base on where you are, right now and where you’ve been, rather than using navigation tools.
Sometimes it’s used when people don’t have access to navigation tools or they don’t use the stars. And what happens is they tend to get lost. Because they are frequently going from a false premise they’re already lost. And they’re under the impression that they are somewhere.
I don’t know if I’m articulating this correctly, dead reckoning, but if you go from a false premise which a lot of Conservatism does. And then you move on from there, you’re going to continue to stack falsehood from falsehood.

Sharpton suggested that the recent health care bill is just the beginning of the campaign promised socialism that president Barry Hussein Soetoro campaigned upon.
Sharpton seemed to be surprised that Americans didn’t realize that a vote for Soetoro was a vote for Socialism. Gee I guess the American people are just stupid like that.
Sharpton wondered why anyone would be complaining that Democrat’s health care passed and that America is moving toward socialism.

That outcome is a Blue Dog Democrats, or Fiscal Conservative Democrats are nothing more than Liberals when the arm twisting is done and the votes are counted.
Everything that pro-life Democrats, fiscal Democrats and Blue Dog Democrats were supposed to represent was promptly deserted when the gang of Capital Hill closed ranks against the American people.

ON Thursday, the Congressional Budget Office reported that, if enacted, the latest health care reform legislation would, over the next 10 years, cost about $950 billion, but because it would raise some revenues and lower some costs, it would also lower federal deficits by $138 billion. In other words, a bill that would set up two new entitlement spending programs — health insurance subsidies and long-term health care benefits — would actually improve the nation’s bottom line.
Could this really be true? How can the budget office give a green light to a bill that commits the federal government to spending nearly $1 trillion more over the next 10 years?

In reality, if you strip out all the gimmicks and budgetary games and rework the calculus, a wholly different picture emerges: The health care reform legislation would raise, not lower, federal deficits, by $562 billion.
Gimmick No. 1 is the way the bill front-loads revenues and backloads spending. That is, the taxes and fees it calls for are set to begin immediately, but its new subsidies would be deferred so that the first 10 years of revenue would be used to pay for only 6 years of spending.
This is a political victory of Democrat by Democrats for Democrats as this was always a fight between Democrats with a little conscience and Democrats without a conscience. Democrats without a conscience won. Now there are no Democrats with a conscience.
The American people are now left sick with the cost and the repercussions of what Democrats have wrought on this country.
