Chief Justice John Roberts has agreed to read a petition filed before the Supreme Court which questions President Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to be president of the United States of America. Whether he will keep his word is yet to be known.(see story)

When I raise the question of President Barack Hussein Obama’s ineligibility, Obama supporters and non-supporters alike wonder how Obama could have gotten as far as he did, becoming president and no one stopped him. Most people believe that it would be impossible for someone to accomplish such a thing.

In March 1997, Gore had to explain phone calls which he made to solicit funds for the Democratic Party for the 1996 election.[91] In a news conference, Gore stated that, "all calls that I made were charged to the Democratic National Committee. I was advised there was nothing wrong with that. My counsel tells me there is no controlling legal authority that says that is any violation of any law."—Wikipedia

The fact is several people attempted to stop Obama all along the way though state, federal and even the Supreme Courts but to no avail. You might say there was no controlling legal authority in other words most of the courts claimed that the Americans who filed petitions attempting to ascertain whether Obama was eligible to be president had no standing to do so several cases were dismissed.

In those courts’ judgment no American has standing enough to question a candidate’s eligibility, therefore no controlling legal authority. So, as you can see, it wasn’t for a lack of trying. Law suits were filed to prevent this very thing from happening. It is my belief that the whole court system has been corrupted by this crisis. (see listing)

• New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress didn't properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of president.

• Pennsylvania Democrat Philip Berg has three cases pending, including Berg vs. Obama in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a separate Berg vs. Obama which is under seal at the U.S. District Court level and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, (now dismissed) brought on behalf of a retired military member who could be facing recall to active duty by Obama.

• Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.

• Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.

• Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.

• Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.

• Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.

• In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.

• Also in Ohio, there was the Greenberg v. Brunner case which ended when the judge threatened to assess all case costs against the plaintiff.

• In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.

• In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.

• California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters.

President Obama is a constitutional attorney he would have known that there is no controlling legal authority to prevent someone who is ineligible from becoming president. So he just went for it! He gambled with the constitution and the courts. Obama gambled that he would be able to accomplish what no one else in American history was able to accomplish. That was becoming the first non-natural born person to become president of the United States of America. And right now his gamble is paying off.

Obama’s presidency is no accident. Obama and his associates researched the possibility in 2004 and wrote a paper two years later dismissing the constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen as stupid and outdated when Obama was a Senator.

…isn’t there some questions whether or not President-elect Barack Hussein Obama is Constitutionally qualified to be President of the United States of America? And weren’t there numerous court filings before the election questioning that fact. And wasn’t a paper advocating for the fundamental change of the constitution to allow other than U.S. natural borns to be President of the United States written two years after Obama won his senate seat in 2004 by an Obama associate? There is no guarantee that Justice Roberts will read the petition or for that matter the court will consider it or even that this petition will ever see the light of day. The only thing that is guaranteed is that we the people need to keep the heat up on our government and make the courts and the Senate to do their jobs and protect the constitution.

If it is ever legally determined that Barack Obama was and is ineligible to be president every court that a petition was presented before is as culpable as the Democrat controlled Senate whose leadership is as liable as Obama. And every Judge, Congressman and Senator that allowed an Usurper to be sworn in and assume the office of President of the United States of America should be duly tried, convicted and jailed along with the Obamas and other unnamed co-conspirators.

Obama is not listening to real climate experts

Right now all the science listened to by the Left is biased. From stem cell research to Global warming it’s all tainted science. Tainted by personal prejudge and hidden agendas. This is the science that Barack Obama wishes to restore to its rightful place.

What passes for science in these areas is actually akin to the massive financial bailouts that banks are receiving from the government. Only the scientists that work for the politically correct Left structure their findings to receive huge amounts of scientific bailouts a.k.a. government grant moneys along with government and public approval.

These university and government supported scientists always clamber for big government dollars by producing so called scientific findings that drives Liberal policy and Liberal agenda thereby satiating what Liberal politicians want. It is this science that Obama wishes to put the full force of the U.S. government behind.

Consider this, Christopher Booker of Europe’s Telegraph online writes, “Nobody listens to the real climate change experts.” In Booker’s report are outlined two Global warming conferences that were held recently. One held in Copenhagen, billed as "an emergency summit on climate change," the other held in New York, organised by the Heartland Institute under the title Global Warming: Was It Ever Really A Crisis? (see story) and (see Heartland)

The Copenhagen event was a gathering of government and UN IPCC funded scientists [a]s one of the organisers put it, "this is not a regular scientific conference: this is a deliberate attempt to influence policy.". There was wall to wall media coverage there.

I did a google search, “global warming conference” and the Copenhagen event was the one that came up almost exclusively.

The New York event was a gathering of world renowned scientific leaders on the topic of climate. President Vaclav Klaus of the Czech Republic, the acting head of the European Union, and Professor Richard Lindzen of MIT, perhaps the most distinguished climatologist in the world gave the opening addresses. Yet there was next to no media coverage at this event.

As for the science, the Copenhagen group has based it’s entire global warming scare on computer models that have been proven faulty to inaccurately wrong. Yet this is the “science” that world leaders crave because they want to use this “science” to create new revenue streams of taxation on CO2 emissions for the new Global rule, a global tax on the entire world to go to unelected officials at the U.N. That’s taxation without representation, now just where have we heard of that before?

In the New York meeting it was shared that, [s]ea levels are not shooting up but only continuing their modest 3mm a year rise over the past 200 years. The vast Antarctic ice-sheet is not melting, except in one tiny corner, the Antarctic Peninsula. Tropical hurricane activity, far from increasing, is at its lowest level for 30 years. The best correlation for temperature fluctuations is not CO2 but the magnetic activity of the sun. Gee can’t let that scientific information get out it might mess up the plans for global taxation.

Brooks concludes, Yet the terrifying thing, as President Klaus observed in his magisterial opening address, is that there is no dialogue on these issues. When recently at the World Economic Forum in Davos, he found the minds of his fellow world leaders firmly shut to anything but the fantasies of the scaremongers.

As I said in my own modest contribution to the conference, there seems little doubt that global warming is leading the world towards an unprecedented catastrophe. But it is not the Technicolor apocalypse promised by the likes of Al Gore. The real disaster hanging over us lies in all those astronomically costly measures proposed by politicians, to meet a crisis which in reality never existed.

If president Obama is actually going to restore science to its rightful place we would see more scientists with views against the accepted political trending supporting the disproved theory of global warming. Not the blind and closed minded acceptance of a nonscientific failed theory of anthropogenic global warming which the Obama administration presently fully supports.

Just one man in all of Congress cares enough about the America people and the Constitution of the United States of America to do something about what could be an unconstitutional usurper in the White House.

Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., filed H.R. 1503, an amendment to the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, which increased required campaign fund disclosure and was later amended to establish the Federal Elections Commission. (see story)

This amendment will require presidential candidates to provide a birth certificate and other documents to prove their eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.

Up until now American elections have virtually been on the honor system but apparent dishonor has recently manifested in the American election system, a system that saw the organized corruption of ACORN that infected our national elections in 2008.

In addition to the manipulation of election laws that allowed voters with no addresses to vote, polling places to remain open past normal closing times, many communities to hold week along elections instead of the traditional November 20th election day ballot casting, and illegal aliens illegally casting unchallenged ballots in an American election, there is no longer honor or honestly in American elections.

That’s right based on the above America is far removed from conducting honorable and fair elections from this time forward.

Yet the ultimate disgrace is we now have an imposer in the White House, President Barack Hussein Obama was able to advance through the election process even thought he was challenged all along the way by various law suits attempting to make him show that he was eligible to be president of the United States. Yet no Court, state, federal or Supreme, wanted to do the right thing or be the court that prevented the first Black man from becoming president by upholding the Constitution over political correctness and public sentiment.

As you can see no court presently has taken up the part of the Constitution or the people of the United States of America. I think that this is a clear indication that the Obama phenomenon has corrupted all branches of government.

It is my belief that if Obama is at some time found to have been ineligible to be president each court that this question appeared before should be charged with aiding and abetting treason against the people of the United States of America if that court failed to do it’s duty on behalf of the American people.

Rep. Posey be assured that you are not alone the American people are not going to let this affront to the Constitution go un-addressed nor will we allow any court to go unaccountable from charges of dereliction of its duty to uphold the constitution. We make this promise regarding all courts from the Supreme Court on down. Regardless the Courts and the Congress which were involved in this travesty will answer to the American people in no uncertain terms!

Lowry reports that [t]he latest instance of the three-step in action is the matter of presidential signing statements. The left yowled about President George W. Bush's signing statements, arguing they demonstrated his essential lawlessness.

There was nothing new about the statements: Presidents have issued them since the 19th century to indicate that a particular provision in a law might be unconstitutional, or to set out how the executive will interpret a provision to avoid any conflict with the Constitution.

Bush issued more signing statements than any other president, but - with a hostile Congress attempting to limit his war powers - he also was confronted with more legislation involving constitutionally contested ground.

Obama promised change from Bush's "abuse," and the other day issued a headline-grabbing memorandum promising to limit the statements. Oh, blessed day!
Former Bush spokesman Ari Fleischer, casting a justifiably jaundiced eye on the memo, noted of signing statements: "This has been a standard practice going back decades. They're going to do the same thing, whenever they feel like it."

It took a mere 48 hours for Obama to issue his first signing statement, in the words of The New York Times, "reserving a right to bypass dozens of provisions in a $410 billion government spending bill even as he signed it into law."

Obama's stipulations in the statement closely tracked those previously made by Bush: Amid the dramatic pose of change, essential continuity.

As you know Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson made the Congress agree to give him complete immunity regarding the $700 Billion dollar bailout in section 8 of the legislative proposal from Treasury Department for authority to buy mortgage-related assets, and they did. He also asked for and got complete secrecy as to where the money would go.

So your Congress is as culpable as Paulson for what happen to this unaccounted for money.

If this is true then your Democrat controlled Congress allowed U.S. citizens’ tax dollars out of the country to the tune of $700 Billion dollars, to prop up the world economy. Which means that no matter what President Obama says we are in worst trouble than we could have ever imagined.

What this also means is that the United States of America ’s economy and the world's global economy are so convolutedly and inextricably linked together that we no longer exist as a sovereign nation. We, in fact, have already lost our national sovereignty!

Democrats worked openly to make Bush Fail

Democrats not only wanted Republican President George W. Bush to fail they did everything in their power to ensure his failure.

Whatever President Bush’s presidency was, and whatever his legacy is he was sabotaged by Democrats. Democrats connived and colluded for eight solid years against Bush waging an American political war against the president of the United States of America.

They did this most of the time in outright blatant disrespect for this country, disrespect for our constitution, disrespect for our military and they did this when most of the time president Bush was defending this nation from Islamic terrorists who also declared war against America. Bush was constantly fighting on three fronts, al Qaeda terrorists, Democrat political terrorists and media terrorists.

On the morning of 9/11 Democrat operatives and the press where plotting to bring down George W. Bush. Democrat strategist James Carville and Democratic pollster Stanley Greenberg were meeting with their fellow co-conspirators in the Washington press, subject how to turn public opinion against Bush. All Democrats where and are culpable in this diabolical treachery. They all used the same talking points as they repeated the same anti-Bush rhetoric. You must remember Obama using anti-Bush rhetoric quite liberally and abundantly in his campaign to become president.

Democrats used a number to tactics to turn public sentiment away from Mr. Bush. It started with Bush stole the 2000 election. As I posted previously what happen in 2000 was completely Al Gore’s and Democrats’ operatives’ fault.

If Al Gore cared anything about this country he would have conceded the 2000 election instead of showing off his un-statesmanship like behavior which stirred the whole country up with the nonsense of Chad-gate and taking the 2000 election to court. (see previous post)

Al Gore’s gift to the world! It’s a sort of global warming if you will. Al Gore’s legacy will be that he alone ushered in a new era of doubt in the democratic process, no longer will free and open elections be enough. Next Democrats, in large numbers, voted to go to war in Iraq. But when they found it politically expedite to do so Democrats began using the war to beat George Bush about the head, unjustly and un-fairly of course but nevertheless they mis-characterized the war, they mis-characterized the president’s intentions for going to war and they mis-characterized the fact that they voted for the war. As well Democrats voted several times to fund the war every time they were asked.

And now there is proof positive that 51% of Democrats wanted President Bush to fail.

So President Obama don’t talk about the failed policies of the Bush administration or any other failure of president Bush because if he failed it was because Democrats and the American media worked tirelessly to made failure the only option for president Bush. (see previous post)

When Barack Obama fails it will be because Democrats and the Media propped up this teleprompter reading street organizer from the corrupt politics of Chicago Illinois whose one and only gift of deceptive rhetoric will begin to fail him as the America people begin to see that the talk doesn’t match the walk.

It should be quite clear to all Americans that it was Democrats who reside in the House and the Senate of Congress and now the White House that has set this nation on its present course of failing economic markets, failing jobs, and failing politics.

He’s done it! Not only did he sign the $410 billion omnibus spending bill that Democrats filled up with 9,000 earmarks and pet projects the president attempted to displace blame by embracing the earmarks. And then he attempted to give the impression that he wasn’t in the least embarrassed for doing it. And you know what, he wasn’t. It’s like whatever he says at the time is what he expects the American people to believe. Our President is a psychopathic liar. (see story) (see video)



All those promises, and it’s becoming apparent even to Liberal partisans that he didn’t intend to keep even one of them. Barack Hussein Obama is conscience-free and he has no guilt or shame. Many of you mistook his psychosis for coolness, for calmness but it’s not. Obama just doesn’t give a damn what you or I think.

Obama promised to go through any bill line by line to make sure that he and Democrats weren’t going to spend our money unwisely, remember he promised that on the campaign trail. Now tell me do you seriously think that he went through this $410 billion dollar pork barrel to prevent wasteful spending? I seriously doubt it and you do too!

But here the pathetic part, as he signed the bill Obama blame President Bush for leaving 9,000 Earmarks around which he and Democrats were forced to sign into law! Is that crazy or what?

President Bush did not waste tax payers money on 9,000 Earmarks so according to the Obama administration that’s a bad thing (unfinished business). And not only that, we are supposed to believe that it is actually a good thing that President Obama has signed this Democrat Christmas tree into law.

President Obama checked this bill for wasteful spending just as well as he vets his picks for Cabinet positions for his administration.

The unfortunate political ploy that Democrats and the Obama administration are attempting to sell to the American people is that President Bush is responsible for this earmark infested bill. That’s right you heard me, if President Bush would have signed these 9,000 Earmarks into law then President Obama would not have had to. What a load!

The Obama administration has said it will recommend changes for future spending and appropriations measures, but that the president viewed this bill as essential. Obama has "no second thoughts" about signing it, White House spokesperson and Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said.

"I bet many presidents have signed bills that may not meet 100% of their desires," Gibbs told reporters in the televised briefing. "This stuff should have been done before Sen. Barack Obama became President-elect Barack Obama and certainly before he became President Barack Obama."

Gibbs said the bill was not perfect, but that the president was committed to changing the process. "There'll be some new rules of the road," Gibbs said.
Now that’s just insulting to our collective intelligence President Obama funds 9,000 earmarks for billions of dollars and at the same time promises a future fix for pork barrel spending.

I would call that the audacity of stealing tax payers’ money in the middle of the worst economic times since the great depression or you might call it a president who is a psychopathic liar and a Democrat controlled Congress that is complicit in thief of taxpayers’ money.

How does the Obama administration justify this bill? By deception of course, just as they always do.

Notice the pattern first sign it, and then promise to do something different in the future, then justify wrong action by stating that it is an emergency or that it is critical that something wrong be allowed just for the moment, express that you are not ashamed of doing the wrong thing. Point out the fact everyone is doing it and finally if all else fails or even if it doesn’t, Blame Bush.

There’s no moral high ground here Mr. Obama only Psychopathic behavior Mr. President.

I began to recant Murtha, Reid, Clinton, Kerry, Dean, Gore and Obama who all at the height of the Iraq war and for eight solid years of the Bush presidency made it known in no uncertain terms that they wanted President Bush to fail, they wanted the Iraq war to fail and by extension they wanted America to fail. Al Gore has discovered that one can use the former prestige of being the Vice president of the United States of America couple that with bad science and turn them into phenomenal fame and riches. Gore has won a Grammy, an Oscar, and a Nobel Peace Prize but I’m sure that he would give it all back if he could have the one prize that has eluded him thus far, taxing billions of dollars of your money.

For years Mr. Gore has been heavily leveraged on the front end of cap and trade investments. He was hoping for windfall profits when he first started his campaign in 2000 denouncing anthropogenic Global warming due to man-made CO2 emissions. (see here, here and here)

In Gore’s vision the world would simply panic persuaded by his cataclysmic pronouncements and dire warnings to act immediately or face the irreversible consequences of melting ice caps, dieing Polar Bears, rising sea levels and the CO2 induced warming of Earth that would be so extreme that the Earth would soon resemble the terrain on Mars. Well after nine years of Gore’s Global Warming Prophecies, the Earth is still standing, we are all still here. And the fact that you didn’t allow the government to willy-nilly run off and join the Kyoto agreements and other European cap and trade schemes which would have forced American tax payers and their children’s children to pay for Al Gore’s and his children’s C02 investments has Gore perplexed and a bit angry.

President Obama will enact Clean Air policies and EPA regulations which residually will make Al Gore wealthier than the country of Venezuela but Obama has got to get money flowing in the economy again so that tax payers won’t notice the siphoning off of more billions of their dollars.

We all know that Global warming is not the Earth killer that Gore said it was in 2000 so why are they still doing this? Your money, it couldn’t be anything else because according to Dr. Singer CO2 is not even a pollutant!

But why reduce CO2 emission at all?

This country is suffering from 20 to 30 years of Corporations outsourcing middle class jobs to the global economy in order to maximize their own profits free from U.S. taxes and regulations. All the while president Obama is talking about enacting government funded Health Care that will be yet another tax on the American people because realistically it is the American people who are paying for it all.

If the president truly wanted to pull America out of its crisis he would take control of America’s monetary system, he then would pull America out of all of its international commitments. Like for instance if American is in such grave crisis (which we are), why did Secretary of State Hillary Clinton just commit the American tax payer on Thursday March 5th to $900 million dollars in aid to the Palestinians? Where is that money coming from?(see story)

And lastly if the President really wanted to help America and Americans he would stop spending not increase it!

Moderates are to Blame for Obama

Those of us who consider ourselves moderates — moderate-conservative, in my case — are forced to confront the reality that Barack Obama is not who we thought he was.

His words are responsible; his character is inspiring. But his actions betray a transformational liberalism that should put every centrist on notice.

As Clive Crook, an Obama admirer, wrote in The Financial Times, the Obama budget “contains no trace of compromise. It makes no gesture, however small, however costless to its larger agenda, of a bipartisan approach to the great questions it addresses. It is a liberal’s dream of a new New Deal.”—David Brooks

Moderates are sniveling little politicos who vacillate between political ideologies like undecided underachieving high school graduates who can’t decide between a job at McDonald’s or signing up for the Armed Services.

David Brooks is such a Moderate, he and Moderates like him are the reasons that we have a far left radical in the White House and the best that Brook can say now in his mea culpa entitled, A Moderate Manifesto” is , Oops my bad! (see story)

Too little to late Mr. Brooks but I would be remiss if I didn’t say that Conservatives tried to warn you about Obama but you wouldn’t listen to reason.

Brooks and Moderates wouldn’t hear it when Conservatives warned them that Barack Hussein Obama is the job at McDonald’s. Mr. Brooks is only realizing that point now in his admission that the President is not who he and his fellow Moderates thought he was.

Well Mr. Obama told you exactly who he was in two years of campaigning we all heard it but it was Moderates who chose to hear what they wanted to hear regarding Obama.

Let me be clear Barack Obama did not deceive in this case. He is doing exactly what he said that he was going to do, that is fundamentally change America, if he were elected president Mr. Brooks.

So for Mr. Brooks or any Moderate to imply that they didn’t know who Obama was or what he would do is emblematic of the problem with Moderates.

And it is for this reason all Moderates should be striped of the illusion that they are rational fair-minded individuals who attempt to see both sides of an issue and will always come down on the correct side of said issues.

A Moderate is a Liberal who for faulty imprinting or fear is afraid to totally claim his or her Liberal tendencies. As Republicans discovered in the 2006 and 2008 elections a Party that houses Moderates is a Party that will be defeated by the opposing radical Party who harbors no such perfidy.

There is a biblical scripture that describes a Moderate as vomit.

Mr. Brooks’ realization of what America has become under an Obama administration is like a young girl explaining a pregnancy as, “It just happened!”

No it didn’t just happen Mr. Brooks this was the plan all along.

Democrats have been planning for this day since they lost the Congress in 1994 in the Contract with America revolution.

It took them until 2006 to reclaim Congress and 2008 to reclaim the White house and Barack Obama is only the face of the Democrat Liberal agenda to remake America Mr. Brooks.

One would think that a syndicated columnist like you would be better informed Mr. Brooks.

Brooks says that he didn’t realize that an Obama administration would mean; Social programs piling up on top of each other, a gargantuan $3.6 trillion budget, and deficits that, when considered realistically, are $1 trillion a year or an agenda that represents a social-engineering experiment.

Brooks says that the U.S. has never been a society riven by class resentment. Yet the Obama budget is predicated on a class divide.

Brooks points out that the president issued a read-my-lips pledge that no new burdens will fall on 95 percent of the American people. All the costs will be borne by the rich and all benefits redistributed downward.

Brooks further laments the following; the U.S. has always been a decentralized nation, skeptical of top-down planning. Yet, the current administration concentrates enormous power in Washington, while plan after plan emanates from a small group of understaffed experts.

The U.S. has always had vibrant neighborhood associations. But in its very first budget, the Obama administration raises the cost of charitable giving. It punishes civic activism and expands state intervention.

The U.S. has traditionally had a relatively limited central government. But federal spending as a share of G.D.P. is zooming from its modern norm of 20 percent to an unacknowledged level somewhere far beyond.

I only have one question for you Mr. Brooks what is it about fundamental “Change” that you don’t understand?

Oh I do have another question, What is it about Socialism and radical Liberal agenda that the Democrats have represented for well over 50 years that you didn’t understand Mr. Brooks?

What Democrats have achieved is Democratic Nirvana; this is the total Democrat program the total Democrat package.

This whole Democrat Liberal program is what Moderates voted for when they supported and voted for Barack Hussein Obama so to write that you didn’t know or it just happened or what is happening isn’t what you thought was going to happen is not acceptable because the damage that you and your fellow Moderates have afflicted on the country is a Pandora’s Box of radical Liberalism which cost to this Country’s integrity will be more than we can pay.

Obama never would have been elected had it not been for the Moderates in the media and in the Republican Party.

So take a look at your handy work Mr. Brooks and know that what Moderates bring to our politics is vomit.

It would be better if you where either hot or cold, Liberal or Conservative because according to your article even you Mr. Brooks can’t stomach what you’ve brought on the American people by supporting Barack Hussein Obama!

who voted for Barack Obama. You wanted change,

You criticized older, wiser parents and other adults,
for “messing up the country”. But long after I am

You can’t say that you weren’t warned. Older, wiser voters had tried to inform you that programs like Obama’s

I remember a story that someone told me, about a female
college student and her dad. They had been discussing
political parties, and the daughter stated that she was a
staunch Democrat, and belittled the father for being a
Republican, saying that he favored benefits for the “rich”,
rather than “entitlements” for the middle class.

The father asked her how things were going at school, and
told her that he missed her coming home on weekends as
she had previously done. She began to bemoan the fact that
she was carrying a more than normal credit load, and that
plus her part-time job on campus, kept her busy all the time.
She said that she missed all the campus parties, because she
just didn’t seem to have any time to have fun, and was proud
that she was able to maintain a 4.0 grade.

Dad asked about her roommate and whether she was in the
same boat. The daughter said, “no way dad...... she parties
all the time, never does her assignments and is close to failing.
Laura can barely maintain a 2.0, because half the time she is
either late for class or misses it entirely”.

Dad said, “you really like her, don’t you?” The daughter said,
“yes dad, she is my best friend”. “Well”, said dad, “why don’t
you give Laura just one of your credits........... that way, each of
you will have a 3.0?

Daughter hit the ceiling!!!! “What???.......... I should give her
one of my credits, that I worked so hard for, when she has been
partying every night since term began? No way!!! Those
credits are mine, I earned them and I will not share them!”

Dad smiled, looked at his daughter and said,................”welcome
to the Republican Party honey”

Ron Kirk President Obama’s nominee as U.S. Trade Representative

President Barack Hussein Obama enjoys comparing himself with historical presidents and their administrations. He often makes some sort of claim that his administration is the first or the most of any administration in American history.

But oops those pesky taxes again, and don’t be hatin’! You just wish you could cheat on your taxes and be nominated for some prestigious job instead of going to jail like the regular tax frauds.

Ron Kirk has just got it like that you’ all. Kirk owes an estimated $10,000 dollars in back taxes.

According to STEPHEN OHLEMACHER and DAVE ESPO of the Associated Press, […] the taxes arise from Kirk's handling of speaking fees he donated to a scholarship fund that he set up at his alma mater, and for his deduction of the full cost of season tickets to the Dallas Mavericks professional basketball team.

Kirk also agreed to make changes in his accounting of charitable deductions, including reducing the claimed value of a donated television from $3,000 to $1,500. (see story)

Uh that’s tax fraud, I’m I the only one seeing this? But after sailing through President Obama’s top notch highly rigorous vetting process the Senate Finance Committee doesn’t think that a little tax indiscretion will stop Obama’s pick for Trade Representative. Open and accepted corruption this maybe a first for any U.S. administration!

Committee chairman Max Baucus (D-Mont.) issued a statement expressing support for Kirk, calling him “the right person for this job and I will work to move his nomination quickly.” --KENNETH P. VOGEL, Politico (see story)

What is this the 4th tax evader to be nominated to the Obama administration? That has got to be some kind of record!

A third of the Senate voted against Tim Geithner's confirmation as treasury secretary after it was disclosed that he had to pay more than $34,000 in back taxes and interest on income he made while working for the International Monetary Fund. (He was confirmed anyway)

Former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle then withdrew as a nominee to become Health and Human Services after it was disclosed that he failed to pay $128,000 in taxes. Nancy Killefer, Obama's pick for chief performance officer, also bowed out amid tax problems.

This has got to be the world’s record for the absolute worst vetting process of any administration in the history of the Presidency or this has got to be the most corrupt start any President has ever had selecting a cabinet in the entire history of the United States of America! Old honest Abe must be turning in his grave!

The White House is confident that Kirk will be confirmed by the Senate. That’s right, let’s see, a Democrat in the White House and a Democrat controlled Congress, and yes I’ll say that the White House’s confidence is well placed.

When Senator Obama promised to fundamentally change America did you have any idea that he meant changing America from a Country of honestly and integrity into a Country of tax cheaters and liars all on his cabinet?

One should ask, “Why does this President continue to surround himself with William Ayers, Jeremiah Wrights and Tony Rezkos types. We should have seen this lack of character flaw of Obama’s. Before the election, Hillary Clinton tried to warn us but we didn’t listen.

With the nomination of Kirk, President Obama has established his administration as the Anti-Ethics Administration. Obama is well on his way of having the worst ethically run presidential administration in American history.

In a Country of Morons!

It amazes me that with each passing day,
we go deeper and deeper into this financial quagmire.
Why? It might be because those “in charge”
can’t find their posteriors with two hands and a flashlight.

To me, it’s a no-brainer, that raising taxes will only push us further down into the rut. What are these idiots thinking?Rather than “fix” the problem by mortgaging our great-grandchildren’s future, working with what we have available to us today, would have been too simple for them.

Look!........... recessions come and go. They are the natural phenomena of a free-working capitalistic society. They weed out the weak, and reinforce the strong. If you don’t like that,
then you are living in the wrong country.

What Obama wants to do, with the help of the liberal Democrats
in Congress, and a few misguided “Republicans”, is steer the
country directly into Socialism.!He is determined to tear down the very fabric of the United States, and convert us into a member of a “world government”, built on socialism, income redistribution,
and “cradle to grave care”. Very admirable! But totally
unworkable, as witnessed by the great success of the Soviet Union,
that had to build walls, not to keep people out of the country, but
to keep their own citizens in. Can you imagine a “Union of Socialist American States”? This is Obama’s ultimate aim. He has deceived
the fools who didn’t see through his pie-in-the-sky rhetoric, and they
are the ones responsible for bringing this incompetent to the highest
office of the United States.

The bills that President Obama signs, it seems on a daily basis, will
do nothing for us............neither today nor a year from now. These
are “welfare” bills, not investments in our future.

Mr. President............ a first year economics student could see what
has to be done. You keep adding insult to injury, with your massive
spending programs. Instead of mortgaging our great-great-grandchildren’s
futures, do the only sensible thing that can be done. Put a nine month
moratorium on all federal income taxes. No personal income tax, no business tax, no corporate tax. Simple..... and I am willing to bet that our problems will be solved within that time frame. The companies that
are presently in trouble, will get the chance to dig out. The workers
will have that extra cash to pay down debt, or invest in the markets.

Oh, ......................”we will lose revenue”, did you say? You will lose a
lot less revenue than the trillions that you are draining from our national
wealth. The economy will turn around, without all these stimulus
packages that have no hope of accomplishing that, because most of
what is in those packages is pure pork or payback to your ultra-left constituents.

By this time next year, we could be well on the way back to where we
were a year ago. The government would begin taking in sufficient
revenue from all the new jobs that would be created, to cut that
“awesome Bush deficit” which you have now tripled.

So President Obama.............please don’t continue to insult the
intelligence of most of the American voters. You got into office by
misrepresenting your intended purpose. I did believe that you
were going to bring “change you can believe in” which is why I didn’t
vote for you. If only the ones that you conned had felt the same as
I did, I think that this country would be better off today.

NASA Scientist James Hansen Called for Global Warming Civil Disobedience

Yesterday March 2, 2009 in an event that was supposed to draw thousands of protestors and other subversives in Congress like Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Ed Markey, Chairman of the Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming was a bust. Only 500 radical leftists marched on Washington D.C. and Pelosi and Markey didn't show according to CNSNews.com.

However the 500 that braved frigid snowy temperatures to demand an end to Global warming and the end of the use of coal and other fossil fuels seems to have gotten at least something of their wishes fulfilled. (see story)

One wonders if God was listening because there was not the slightest hint of Global warming yesterday in fact there has not been any Global warming since 1998! (see previous post)

And here's another shocker there was absolutely no need for this march because according to scientist the effects of 100 years of green house gases, the cause of global warming, have be wiped out last year so everybody can just ease up on the Global warming/Climate change mantra! (see previous post)

How ironic that a freezing snowy day in Washington D.C. would punctuate the fact that the Global warming theory is a farce, a charade. So why were those 500 brave souls braving the frigid wintry weather to protest Global warming in Washington D.C. you ask? They are egged on by Dr. James Hansen who has used his position at NASA to gin up support for his failed theories of Global warming. (see story)

Against all empirical evidence that the Earth is cooling not warming NASA scientist Dr. James Hansen is still issuing Al Gore like cataclysmic predictions that CO2 in the atmosphere is trapped and is producing a greenhouse effect that is melting polar icecaps.—Alaphiah (see previous post)

There are noted scientist such as Environmental Scientist Professor Delgado Domingos of Portugal who have refused Hansen’s claims of carbon dioxide induced Global warming in addition to Dr. John Theon. (see story)

“Creating an ideology pegged to carbon dioxide is a dangerous nonsense…The present alarm on climate change is an instrument of social control, a pretext for major businesses and political battle. It became an ideology, which is concerning.”- Environmental Scientist Professor Delgado Domingos of Portugal, the founder of the Numerical Weather Forecast group, has more than 150 published articles.

Joshua Rhett Miller of Foxnews.com reports Dr. Theon, a former senior NASA atmospheric scientist, rebuked Hansen last month in a letter to the Senate's Environment and Public Works Committee, saying Hansen had violated NASA's official position on climate forecasting without sufficient evidence and embarrassed the agency by airing his claims before Congress in 1988.

"Why he has not been fired I do not understand," Theon said. "As a civil servant, you can't participate in calling for a public demonstration. You may be able to participate as a private citizen, but when you go on the Internet and call for people to break the law, that's a problem."

Miller also reported that, Chris Horner, author of "Red Hot Lies: How Global Warming Alarmists Use Threats, Fraud, and Deception to Keep You Misinformed," also denounced Hansen's latest call to arms against climate change.

"He's providing ample cause to question his employment on the taxpayer dime," Horner told FOXNews.com. "He's clearly abused his platform provided to him by the taxpayer, principally by the way he's been exposed of manipulating and revising data with the strange coincidence of him always found on the side of exaggerating the warming."

Horner claimed that Hansen doctored temperature data on two occasions in 2001 and once in 2007 in attempts to show an impending climate catastrophe.
"He's creating an upward slope that really wasn't there," Horner said. "At some point you have to say these aren't mistakes."

It is clear that the over 90 groups in the so-called progressive Liberal movement who that were expected to participate see this as their time now that the most Liberal member of Congress is president.

The saddest part of is once again college students are being used as pawns to advance some radicals’ version of political correctness whether they realize it or not.

As for James Hansen, he should be summarily fired!

Just because it looks like quid pro quo doesn’t mean it is

President Obama’s pick for Urban Czar Adolfo Carrion

Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrion often received contributions just before or after he sponsored money for projects or approved important zoning changes, records show.

We have a new Department of Urban Affairs as I reported on Friday. Today we have a new head of that Department he’s former Bronx Boro President Adolfo Carrion. Carrion starts his job, as President Obama’s Urban Czar, in a wake of speculation that he is up to his eyeballs in political corruption that would make even former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich blush.

In Carrion’s world pay for play or quid pro quo is just one great big coincidence and according to Benjamin Lesser and Greg B. Smith of nydailynews.com there are an awful lot of coincidences in the way that Carrion conducts business in the Ghetto (or Urban area) we lovingly refer to as the New York Bronx. (see story)

Just by pure coincidence almost every building project that needs to be approved by Carrion, which means that millions of dollars of taxpayers money would be used to fund said projects, there are quite timely but unrelated donations that fill the coffers of the Carrion political machine.

Quite remarkable political talent wouldn’t you say? In fact so remarkable that such talent didn’t escape the eye of the President of the United States but just how did Mr. Carrion get pass that crackerjack team of vetters that the Obama administration is so proud of we’ll never know?

You remember the vetters in the Obama administration were supposed to guarantee that the Obama administration was to be the squeakiest cleanest most ethical administration in the history of administrations. (see previous post)

I guess pay for play or quid pro quo must not be an offense to the Obama administration. For that matter none payment of taxes doesn’t seem to bother them either, they must be reserving the vetting process for anyone who has ever had or has any ties to the Republican Party.

As the new Czar of Urban Affairs settles into the Obama administration today here are a list of the coincidences that the Obama administration obviously overlooked or didn’t feel that these appearances of political criminality were out of place in the Obama government.

• Last year Jonathan Coren and a partner wanted to build 166 units of affordable housing in Parkchester.
Coren, for the first time in his life, became a registered fund-raiser - for Carrion. He raised $2,577 from multiple donors in the three weeks before Carrion approved the project on March 26.

• A top source for Carrion's campaign cash comes from a publicly funded project to build 679 units of housing and a 14-story college tower in Melrose.
Top officials at the Atlantic Development Group, the project's developer, and Boricua College contributed nearly $70,000 to Carrion during the time the project, called Boricua Village, moved through the system

College President Victor Alicea has been a fund-raiser for Carrion. Alicea insisted all Boricua donations came from "individuals," not the college. "We're very careful about anything that could be construed as a tradeoff or a quid pro quo."

• In 2004, a real estate group moved to build affordable housing on the site of an old Mott Haven brewery on St. Ann's Ave. The project stalled.

In April 2007, dozens of employees of Jackson Development Group started donating to Carrion. There were 23 contributions in two months, including $1,000 from a construction worker.

By November 2007, 41 donations from Jackson employees to Carrion totaled $35,650. In May 2008, Carrion approved the project. Two months later, he announced he was sponsoring $3 million in taxpayer funds for the project.

• One of Carrion's largest donors and fund-raisers is Jose Velazquez, owner of Tri-Line Contracting Inc. of Manhattan. Between his employees and developers and other donors, he has raised $83,700 for Carrion.

Tri-Line is working at two of the biggest developments Carrion has championed, including the new Yankee Stadium.

Carrion signed off on it in 2005 with the caveat that the Yanks hire a big percentage of local contractors and workers. One of the contractors was Tri-Line, which is building a conference center and museum in the stadium.

• Developer Related Companies' subsidiary, BTM Development Partners, needed Carrion and the city Planning Commission to change zoning, modify height restrictions and approve permits for parking spaces.

As the project moved forward, the neighborhood railed about increased traffic and the impact the chain stores would have on local businesses. All the while Related executives wrote campaign checks to Carrion.

• In March 2008, Carrion sponsored $1 million in public funds for the Ader Group's plan to build 177 low-income rental units. On June 17, owner Israel Neiman gave Carrion $4,950, a donation Neiman said was "just coincidental."

For an administration that has promised to shun the very appearance of impropriety to bring Adolfo Carrion into the administration on the heels of the none vetting of Gov. Bill Richards, Sen. Hillary Clinton, Timothy Geithner, Eric Holder, Tom Daschle, and Nancy Killefer shows that President Obama never intended to run an ethical administration. He just said he would because he knew that is what you wanted to hear.

Note to Obama whatever you're doing in your vetting process do the opposite! You'll find it'll work better!

So much for honesty and integrity from Barack Hussein Obama, now that small matter of your original vaulted birth certificate would put us back on the path of integrity Mr. Obama! Why don’t you release it from under lock and key?
