It’s been days since president Barry Soetoro received the Olympic smack down. Plenty of time to think about this whole ugly sordid deal.

Is it just me or did our president look like an errand boy for the Mayor of Chicago?

Well think about it, who has the power to send the president of the United States of America the First Lady, all the top Soetoro advisers plus Oprah Winfrey to Copenhagen Denmark to shill for a certain U.S. City? (see story)

Come on, they took two “Air Force One” jets like, “Honey I’m working late you take your car and I’ll meet you in Copenhegen in my car. And I won’t even talk about the carbon footprint or the cost of deploying two jets to Copenhagen Denmark.

And then they took Oprah. Oprah is Ms. Chicago. Nothing says that I’m here to talk about Chicago like having Oprah Winfrey stepping off of your jet.

Make no mistake this was not, I repeat this was not an attempt to get the Olympics for the United States of America this was an attempt to secure the Olympics for the Sovereign International City of Chicago.

Mayor Daley saw this as a way to boost the economy for the city of Chicago and everyone who owed him was going to make it happen for him whether they wanted to or not. Oh you do know that it’s been reported that president Soetoro didn’t want to go but when the father of Chicago politics calls you, you board Air Force One and try to do daddy proud.

It’s not like Barry had a little free time on his hands he had to drop everything; dealing a war which he chose to send 17,000 troops into months ago, now his hand picked Generals have been requesting 40,000 more troops since April, a economy in the crapper with strong evidence that his 787Billion dollar stimulus package was a fraud, his attempts to force government run health care on the nation another fraud and his pending Global warming taxation scheme another fraud. With all of this fraud being perpetrated on the American people Barry hardly had the time to go perpetrate on the IOC too!

But when the Big daddy of Chicago says, “Boy are you coming?” You get yourself over to Copenhagen Denmark for the sales job. So it's funny to see The White House and the media attempting to legitimize this huge fiasco of failed pop star politics. (see 38sec. video)

 

The White House has an overt case of Richard Daley imprinting all over it. Almost like Mayor Daley is saying, “That’s my White House!” All of Obama’s top advisors are Chicagoans -- many of them Daley allies or acolytes and they are running the White House.

According to Lynn Sweet, Daley's City Hall has served as a farm team for the Obama White House. Senior Adviser Valerie Jarrett comes out of Chicago City Hall; so does First Lady Michelle Obama and her chief of staff, Susan Sher, as well as Education Secretary Arne Duncan and Tina Tchen in the office of public engagement. Even Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel had a Daley appointment -- to the Chicago Housing Authority Board -- back in the day and David Axelrod was a top Daley confidante and advisor. (see story)

I’m sure George Bush had his Texas contingency but I don’t seem to remember him flying of to China on behalf of Texas cattlemen and asking China to buy more beef, or anything remotely similar to the favoritism that this president just displayed for Mayor Daley and the city of Chicago.

It seem to me that this was a defining moment for the presidency of Barry Hussein Soetoro, a moment in which he must decide whether he is an errand boy for the Mayor of Chicago or whether he is the president of the United States of America.

My thought is, one doesn’t use the presidency to do personal favors for your homies. Even if they are responsible for you being president, it just doesn’t look right. And it’s isn't right!

The triumph of man’s hope over experience!

No silly the triumph of man’s hope over experience isn’t referring to Barry Soetoro’s winning the presidential election in 2008, No I’m speaking about something else that is just as sinister as that win. I’m concerned with the recent disclosure that no one can read the Health Care Reform bill that was just finalize out of the Senate Finance Committee.

Sen. Thomas Carper (D.-Del.) member of the Senate Finance Committee, has claimed that the health care bill which his committee has just finished is so convoluted, so filled with arcane un-understandable legislative language that not a single American from the President on down to the Senators who will be voting for this legislation will be able to understand what is in it or what it will cost or what it will inevitably allow or disallow.

Sen. Carper likens the Senate’s version of health care reform to the legal gibberish found on credit card disclosure statements which nobody reads and nobody understands. (see story) (see 4:17min. video)



Huh? So the Senate writes a health care bill in the most cryptic and indiscernible language that it can muster and then writes an English translation that is close but not quite representative of what’s in the legislation. All of this so that Senators can give the appearance that they know what’s in the legislation if, of course, they chose to read the interpretation of the legislative language.

What’s ironic is Sen. Carper’s complete lack of understand regarding his remark that the Senate forced Credit Card companies to write in “plain English” on their disclosure forms. Which begs the question, doesn’t the Senate understand that they should be doing the same with their own legislative language? This by and large means that legislative language is meant to hide meaning (according to the Senator) just as much as it is meant to convey it. Sounds to me that there are going to be things hidden in plain sight in this legislation.

In as much as the original intent of language was to convey thought and meaning it seems somewhat paradoxical to me that the greatest deliberative body in the world, the U.S. Senate, would write in a language that is so codified no one including they themselves can understand it. What is even more troubling is that they have full intentions of voting on that legislation, passing it and sending it to the president’s desk to be signed into law.

Americans should demand that all legislation from this point on be written so that any American can read it. Our legislative branch is currently acting with criminal intent when it uses language to confuse, deceive and defraud the American people.

It’s time to shine the disinfectant of plain language, as if it were the light of day, onto both the House and Senate.

If the Senators, Representatives and the President all do not know what it is that they are signing into law because they can’t understand the legislative language written therein, whether it’s health care or any other bill for that matter, how dare they speak down to American people in tones of derision and mockery when the American people opposite their ill conceived laws? That indeed is a travesty!

No other reform is need in America greater than the need for Comprehensive Congressional Legislative reform! We don’t need Comprehensive Health Care Reform or Comprehensive Immigration Reform until we fix what is broken with our government.

What is broken is our Legislative Branch is writing laws in language that they don’t understand. What’s broken is our Judicial Branch’s rulings when they are inconsistent with the Constitution of the United States, the very document that they are supposed to uphold.

Finally what is broken is our Executive Branch in it a president that is using his office to fundamentally change the United States of America from a Constitutionally based Representative Democracy to one of a 1960’s utopian dream of which all of the underground elements that worked to undermine the establishment in the by-gone days of street revolution are presently in charge.

Instead of hearing burn, baby burn from the streets of the ghettos one can hear it being exclaimed on any given day coming from the halls within the White House. Burn tradition and traditional values, burn meaning and the dictionary and burn down the Party of opposition. And right next to the portrait of George Washington there is now posters hanging of H. Rap Brown and Huey P. Newton.

This Government, this administration is a Ball of Confusion of change. The kind of change where we have Health Care and Climate Change Bills being advanced that no one can read. In addition to that change we are experiencing a changed to that of a radical 60’s Black Panther style in-yo-face militancy that promises to punch back twice as hard at its political opponents when any question is raised about consequences of the laws that this administration intends to enact.

This is the change that America has voted in and this is why Senator Johnny can’t read the Health Care Bill. (see 36 sec. video)



It seems nobody in Washington wants to read the laws that they wish to enact!

Oh, here’s a thought Sen. Carper and Rep. Conyers don’t write a bill or allow a bill to be written that you personally or your colleagues can’t read. Now that’s the kind of reform that that America needs not any of this other stuff!

Judge David O. Carter

October 5, 2009 was the day that Judge David O. Carter scheduled to hear arguments for dismissal of the case regarding the eligibility of Barry Soetoro to be President of the United States of America. Judge Carter did in fact hear the arguments presented by both parties, the Government for President Soetoro and Attorneys Orly Taitz and Gary Kreep who represent several political candidates and party officials, including former U.S. ambassador Alan Keyes and Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson of the American Independent Party.

After hearing both sides argue their points Judge Carter informed the parties that whatever his decision they both had the right to appeal and then he informed them that his decision would be continued to a later date.
According to reporter Bob Unruh of Worldnetdaily.com, the Government is arguing that "no single federal district court has the power to declare that a sitting president is not fit or qualified to occupy the office, and is, therefore, not a legitimate president." (the Na na na na argument!) (see previous post)

The attorneys have argued the election process and Constitution allow only Congress to examine the credentials of a presidential candidate, and in any event, that opportunity is long gone. (see story)

This argument attempts to neutralize the courts power while placing control of enforcing the constitution in the hands of Congress thus firmly ensconcing Soetoro fate into the hands of a favorable Democrat controlled Congress. And of course, Congress has everything to lose in this case if their candidate is illegitimate. There is even proof that the Congress is complicit in the conspiracy to perpetrate Soetoro’s fraud against the American people. (see previous post)

While we wait, Judge Carter has a lot to consider here it my thoughts on what the Judge must decide.

The government’s argument doesn’t make sense, if the electorate and the Congress have been deceived by a candidate the government’s arguments that the court is not the proper venue and/or it is too late to do anything because the candidate is already in office leaves no remedy for fraud just an, “Oh well there’s an Usurper in office and there’s nothing that we can do about it, its to late!” That can’t be right.

Secondly if the electorate was deceived and the Congress was complicit in that fraud the government’s argument completely unravels the checks and balances idea that our founders built into our government.

If a person obtained the office of president by fraud and if a Political Party was complicit in that act and if that Political Party controls the Congress, it would naturally fall on the third branch of government, the judiciary to defend the Constitution. That is why the founders conceived the idea of the separation of powers. The checks and balances built therein were envisioned exactly for a time when one or more branches would have to prevent one or more of the others from operating outside of their prescribed constitutional authorities.

A person who obtained the office of president by fraud and a Congress that was complicit in aiding and abetting that fraudulent act are operating outside of the Constitution. If the Courts are not complicit in that act as well, then it falls to the courts as the third branch of Government to protect the People and the People’s Constitution.

If Attorneys Orly Taitz and Gary Kreep have present evidence to supports the claim that fraud has been perpetrated against the People and the Constitution of the United States Judge Carter must do the right thing and hear this case on its merits.

Judge Carter would be well within his Constitutional duties and authority to rule whether or not this case go to trial. It is his responsibility to hear legitimate claims that are properly filed before his court the government’s arguments notwithstanding.

Judge Carter need not worry of the consequences if he allows the case to proceed. If Barry Soetoro is found to have obtained the presidency by fraud America will be able to correct itself. I won’t be easy but we will do it.

If Barry Soetoro is a legitimate president then let it be officially known by the way everything is settle in America, the courts. For the government to argue that the courts aren’t the proper venue to settle this matter is like saying the dictionary is not the proper source in which to find meaning.

It is the People’s Constitutional right to know whether Barry Soetoro is a legitimate President nothing that the government has presented outweighed that right and it is the court’s responsibility to preserve the People’s rights.

Pray for Judge Carter as he decides that he does the right thing and pray for America!

Why the Obama story failed to bring home the Olympics

The International Olympic Committee has been listening to President Soetoro’s recent accounts of America and they agree with him America is not what it should be.

President Soetoro spent the first few months of his presidency reaffirming all of the world’s most negative feelings toward America and they heard him. (see previous post)(see 2:16min video)



For years Democrats and Liberals have been attempting to undermine America’s position as world leading super power. Former Democrat President Clinton even forecasted that this day would come, a day when America would not be the pre-eminent military, economic and political power. (see related story)

America is now an “also ran” among the world powers due to decades of outsourcing American jobs for low wages and outsourcing American technology to China or any other countries that had low wage labor and/or lots of capital.

America has destroyed its own middle class by decades of illegal workers taking jobs that Americans would do had wages not been artificially driven down so low by the competition of 40 million extra people and their families who should not be here in the first place. They are only here so that corporations can realize usurious profits at the American worker’s expense.

America is a debtor nation. Congress has not protected American domestic and foreign commerce and that has allowed America to slip into a disadvantage against countries that have. If China and Japan called in America’s debt right now we would be speaking Chinese and or Japanese by the end of the month. Of that fact, I really think so.

America had nothing passed a “power point presentation” to offer the Olympics and the Olympic committee and the IOC knew it. President Barry Soetoro and his wife Michelle weren’t advocating America’s case from a position of soundness and strength, they were begging for the Olympics to come and fix the economic ruin that Congress and International Corporations have wreaked on America. The president and his wife’s presentation to the IOC was a deep waist bow to the committee, deeper than the bow that President Soetoro gave to Saudi King Abdullah.

But that was the problem. America’s selling point has always been that she was always the biggest, brightest, the best and the most prestigious place to come because of our abundance and opportunity.

Minus those attributes, as president Soetoro has taken extra-ordinary pains to tell the world we no longer have since he’s been in office, there is no reason for the world to want to come to an America that is on its descendancy. There is no reason that the world would want to come to an American (in Soetoro’s words) that has been arrogant, dismissive, and derisive to the rest of the world.

Why would and world want to help that kind of country? Why would the IOC award the Olympics to America, because of the personal appeal of Soetoro, because of Chicago?

Though the committee took note of President Soetoro’s celebrity, his celebrity wasn’t enough and they were not moved by the story of him and his wife. In the international community Barry Soetoro and Michelle’s stories are not extra-ordinary. Poor people, people with nothing have struggled and sacrificed on a daily basis in the rest of the world, That struggle is real and on going. The world doesn’t see the president’s struggle in the land of plenty and opportunity as legitimate as their struggle.

Neither is the president and his wife’s rise to power any more dynamic than let’s say, Sergei Stanishev Prime Minister of Bulgaria who politicked his way to the top of his party or Mikheil Saakashvili President of Georgia who led the Rose Revolution or Roosevelt Skerrit Prime Minister of Dominica who like Soetoro was just in the right place at the right time.

All three individual’s ascendency to power and to leadership in their respective countries was equal feats of note as Soetoro’s was so Soetoro gets no points there.

In the pass several months President Soetoro as presented his country in an extremely negative light to the world and now that he wants something Chicago is a hell of a town?

Well it seems that the IOC connected the dots and oh yes Chicago is still apart of the United States.

Rio De Janeiro in Brazil has not been a oppressor nation like the United States has been and now that America has no clout above any other third world nation (because we are all equal now) it was easy for the IOC to over look, the Oprah and Barry Soetoro show for a more deserving country, in their opinion, to host the Olympics.

The Soetoro personal story before the IOC didn’t work because the IOC had already heard the story that president Soetoro had been telling about an America that is arrogant, unilateral, dismissive and derisive.

There is no way in the world that the international community was going to help a bully now that she’s down and in the last throes if her military, economic and political power.

So the IOC didn’t. They give the Olympics to Rio thanks to President Soetoro earlier reaffirmations of all of the negative feelings that the world has against the United States.

While Obama’s deciding U.S. Troops are Dying!

President Barack Obama will take several weeks to review U.S. strategy on Afghanistan and Pakistan , the White House said on Wednesday after a meeting between top U.S. officials about the region.

"When it comes to decisions as important as keeping this country safe and putting our troops into harm's way, the president has made it clear that he will rigorously assess our progress," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said in a statement.—Reuters

In February of 2009 President Barry Soetoro ordered 17,000 troops into Afghanistan my 20-year-old received orders and is now serving there along with other sons, daughters, husbands, wives, brothers and sisters. (see source)

My question is why did the president order this nation’s young men and women into harms way if he didn’t properly assess the consequences of sending them there in the first place?

Did his advisors tell him that 17,000 additional troops were enough to successfully complete our objectives and our mission in Afghanistan? Or was sending my child and other’s children to Afghanistan an empty political gesture only meant to show up a former president.

All during Soetoro’s campaign for president he scolded president Bush for fighting the wrong war. Barry continually chided president Bush for being in Iraq instead of Afghanistan; “We took our eye of the ball” he would say. So could it be that president Soetoro only sent our brave military personnel to Afghanistan to show that he was willing to fighting the “good” war the “correct” war? And did he send our military into war without a plan? (see 1:31mins video)




Whatever president Soetoro’s reason for sending the original 17,000 military personnel, his General—General McChrystal has asked for additional troops in Afghanistan 30,000 to 40,000 additional troops not to win, it seems the General’s request is to prevent from losing the war—Obama’s war. (see story) Can you believe it president Soetoro was supposed to fight a smarter war a better war.

It’s been about 7 weeks since Gen. McChrysal, a man whom president Barry Soetoro said he had confidence in, issued his report on Afghanistan which called for 30,000 to 40,000 additional troops. The General believes that if his advice is not acted on the 17,000 troops that the president has already sent to Afghanistan will be put in jeopardy and the complete mission will be compromised.

In spite of the General’s concerns the president has push his duties as Commander-in-Chief onto the back burners for another two weeks and in the interim he has “Air Force Oned” to Copenhagen Denmark to shill for his hometown of Chicago in hopes to land the 2016 Olympics. Barry’s appearance before the IOC is an unprecedented presidential effort to land an Olympics for his home city. (see story)

Instead of a trip to Copenhagen, I’m thinking a more appropriate trip would have been made to the war zone of Chicago streets to sign a peace treaty between the perpetrators of Black on Black crime in that city.

Maybe some of that Obama soaring rhetoric could convince his fellow Chicagoans that they are frightening Nancy Pelosi and Thomas L. Friedman with the actual violence going on in that city against one another.

All the while General McChrysal’s report is sitting on the president’s desk. And in the intervening time 43 of our troops have died since the General’s report was submitted in what the General has characterized as a losing cause if the president doesn’t send more troops.

Rep. Paul Ryan says he believes top U.S Military Commanders may very well resign if President Obama decides not to give them the reinforcements they need to win in Afghanistan. He made the comments in response to a question about whether we might see military resignations if Obama chooses not to add troops to Afghanistan, as Gen. Stanley McChrystal want to do:... (.53sec. 43 of our military have died. So imagine my consternation about a president who would put our troops needs on hold while he Air Force Ones himself over to Copenhagen to shill for the 2016 Olympics for Chicago while the blood from a innocent honor student runs red in the streets of Chicago.

I’m wondering if this president has his priorities straight? Placing the Olympics above our troops and jetting off to Denmark while the disturbing violence in his city of Chicago is raging where young people are being murdered in senseless acts of violence is a little like being president but waiting in line at a store for the new Xbox to come out before you attend to the Nation’s issues.

Sure the Olympics are great but they are call games for a reason Mr. President. And can Chicago even afford the Olympics?

You’ve put our military in a life and death situation in Afghanistan Mr. president and because of that they are deserving of your full attention right now not after you’ve secured the Olympics for your political buddies back home.

How many more of our troops will die because of your inaction? You need to decide whether you are going to finish what you’ve started in Afghanistan or whether you’re going to bring our military home because you don’t like the images that the word victory conjures up in your mind.

This is your 2am Hillary Clinton moment president Soetoro you just can’t hit the snooze button for 2 weeks and then wake up to answer the phone. Either Hillary Clinton or John McCain would have decided what to do by now and either of them would have made the correct decision. Yet even with two additional weeks there is no guarantee that president Soetoro will get it right.

President Soetoro you have 17,000 troops in Afghanistan that you've sent over there and they need reinforcements now!

What are you going to do to protect them?

Liberals get a taste of International Law and they don’t like it.

Roman Polanski

[Roman Polanski] raped a 13-year-old girl, pleaded guilty to a charge and then chose not to face imposition of whatever sentence a court was going to set. As the offender, […], Polanksi does not get to determine his punishment -- the legal system does.

Polanski fled the United States in 1978 after pleading guilty to unlawful sexual intercourse with Samantha Geimer after plying her with champagne and Quaaludes at the home of actor Jack Nicholson.-- SARAH NETTER

Shocking! It’s simply shocking that a man who drugged, raped and sodomized a thirteen-year-old little girl—a man who pled guilty to statuary rape and was submitted for psychological evaluation for 43 days before sentencing—the man, Roman Polanski would be arrested in Switzerland on a U.S. warrant and is scheduled to be returned to the United States for his crimes of rape and fleeing sentencing. There are a lot of things going on between Switzerland and the U.S. right now and for the first time in history under Obama the U.S. is pressuring Swiss government to release information on secret banking accounts held there. But that’s another story. (see here and here)


Polanski, before his sentencing date fled the United States and has been a fugitive from the law and justice for 32 years but as a result of the new international cooperation that Barack Obama has ushered in we fellow citizens of the world can be arrested internationally and brought back to the United States of America or for that matter any venue of international cooperation to received the justice that we deserve or as in Polanski’s case to receive the sentencing that he skipped out on. We truly live in a world without borders. Isn’t international cooperation just great!

For all of you proponents of international law you should be glad. This is your vision come true. I admit you’d probable were thinking more Bush and Cheney but look at the positive side at least now the structure is in place to arrest a person anywhere in the world and have him or her whisked off to any foreign court in the world. That could be, The World Court at the Hague or any country’s court that is cooperating in this new international alliance. A fugitive who has been avoiding the legal consequences of his or her crimes against the citizens of the United States of America or someone convicted in absentia for war crimes or crimes against humanity would suffer the same fate as Mr. Polanski, wouldn’t that just be wonderful?

So why are Liberals around the world taking Polanski’s arrest so hard like some great injustice has been committed? (see 5:41min video)



I don’t understand why Liberals are so upset. This is the genesis of the international law that you’ all have been heralding for all these years. It’s now here and this is how it will work. When someone commits a crime such as Polanski did there will be nowhere on earth that he or she can hide. Neat, don’t you agree?

Unless you agree with that sapient Star Trek counselor Whoopie Goldberg who in her most Clintonesque descriptive language assured us all that drugging, raping and sodomizing a thirteen-year-old is not really Rape, rape! (see 3:37mins video)



So according to Whoopie Goldberg what Polanski did to little Samantha Geimer was not really rape, rape.

Sorry Mr. Polanski, beg our pardon. We forgot that if someone successfully skips out on sentencing in the United States and eludes the law for 32 years then by the law of “He’s already suffered enough” and by the law of “diminishing statues” rape, rape is reduced to rape and then rape is reduced to sympathy for the criminal and distain for the law.

Sorry you are free to go we don’t enforce U.S. laws any more anyways.

Unless of course someone doesn’t buy health care under the Obamacare plan when Congress passes it into law and then you’ll go directly to jail after being tried by an international court of law.

Kevin Jennings remember that name.

A teacher was told by a 15-year-old high school sophomore that he was having homosexual sex with an "older man." At the very least, statutory rape occurred. Fox News reported that the teacher violated a state law requiring that he report the abuse.

That former teacher, Kevin Jennings, is President Obama's "safe school czar." It's getting hard to keep track of all of this president's problematic appointments. Clearly, the process for vetting White House employees has broken down. –The Washington Times

White House vetting has broken down? A teacher abrogated his duty to report a statutory rape because it was homosexual in nature and he winds up as President Barry Soetoro’s Safe Schools Czar instead of in jail? Is this White House purposely going out looking for the very worst people to occupy the president’s cabinet and serve in senior advisory capacities just to piss off the American people? To say that the vetting process has broken down is an understatement. There is no White House vetting system, is more of the reality.

Contrary to Gwen Ifill’s assertion, the Obama administration never had a vetting process. They only have a radical agenda to place the most polarizing radical ideologues in government by any means necessary.

What was Ifill’s assertion? The Obama non-vetting process has let through a Secretary of the Treasury that didn’t paid his taxes, a Secretary of State that Obama himself said had no experience and who lied about being shot at in mid air over Bosnia. The Obama vetting process has allowed a myriad of others to pass who were either morally or ethically challenged.

The latest casualty of the White house non-vetting was the Green Czar Van Jones who the White house now claims didn’t fill out the complete vetting documentation. Jones resigned after revelations began to surface about him which would have been vetted by someone interviewing employees to work at a Popsicle stand.

Now there is the president’s Safe School Czar, Kevin Jennings, a homosexual advocate who promotes homosexuality in schools from K through 12 and in addition he has utter contempt for Christianity. Kevin Jennings is supposed to promote safety in schools but he has encouraged a minor to pursue a homosexual relationship with an older man which the 15 year-old met in a bus station restroom(see story)

Two things every American should know about Health Care Reform proposed by President Barry Soetoro and Democrats. If you chose not to buy Health Care Insurance you would face legal action from the Internal Revenue Service, according to the Joint Committee on Taxation. That would be in the form of a mandated penalty as high as $1,900 dollars for non-compliance.

Americans who fail to pay the penalty for not buying insurance would face legal action from the Internal Revenue Service, according to the Joint Committee on Taxation.

The remarks Thursday from the committee's chief of staff, Thomas Barthold, seems to further weaken President Barack Obama's contention last week that the individual mandate penalty, which could go as high as $1,900, is not a tax increase. —Carrie Budoff Brown (see source)

If you chose simply not to pay the penalty then you could be charged with a misdemeanor and could face up to a year in jail or a $25,000 penalty. America, Obamacare just transformed into Jailcare!

Working on behalf of the American people Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.) received confirmation that this was indeed the Democrat’s plan in the form of a handwritten note from Joint Committee on Taxation Chief of Staff Tom Barthold (see note)and (see story)

Under questioning from Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.), Barthold said the IRS would "take you to court and undertake normal collection proceedings."

Ensign pursued the line of questioning because he said a lot of Americans don't believe the Constitution allows the government to mandate the purchase of insurance.

"We could be subjecting those very people who conscientiously, because they believe in the U.S. Constitution, we could be subjecting them to fines or the interpretation of a judge, all the way up to imprisonment," Ensign said. "That seems to me to be a problem."

The president still insists that nobody’s talking about government taking over health care.

I don’t think so. Since July Soetoro has been talking like he had a Health Care Plan but after nearly three months of taking about it the Soetoro administration has not produced a plan. Some believe that the plan is probably locked away in the same vault in Hawaii where Soetoro stores his Birth Certificate.


Free the Health Care bill Mr. Soetoro so that we may read it. And if you think that you are going to get Americans to junk their system for one that models after Canada’s or European Union’s socialist models then you’ve go a fight on your hands Mr. president. If you fight it as poorly as your decision to send troops into Afghanistan and fail to support them with enough supplies and men to win then you will lost this fight too as you’re losing in Afghanistan.

And don’t forget you and your Party have elections to lose or win in 2010 and 2012!

They never sang praises to President Bush

Sounds strange because it is. Fact is you can’t name a time in U.S. history when school children were taught to sing a song to a U.S. president. Go ahead name just one… I didn’t think so.

Students did not sing praises to President Bush but they are being encouraged to singing praises to President Barry Soetoro.

September 8, 2009 the Barry Soetoro administration created a national controversy with an intended speech to the children of America. While we don’t know what the original speech would have been. And we’ll never know what President Soetoro originally intended to say because his speech was reconfigured due to parent protest all across the nation, many Soetoro supporters are now claiming that the speech was harmless and parents overreacted by keeping their children home. But I don’t think so.

What we do know is that President Soetoro intended to have the students thinking about him this school year. That fact was in the curriculum that was released by the Department of Education, children were instructed to write a letter explaining how they could help the president. Teaches were instructed to hold the children accountable to their goals to help the president throughout the year. That idea too was change when parents protested. (see previous post)

Parents and School administrators had the right to be concerned because any learned person knowledgeable regarding propaganda techniques used in Stalinist and Red Communism recognized the techniques that the Soetoro administration was attempting to employ on our children. Those same techniques were used in Nazi Germany as well. (see 2:57mins video)

Some are suggesting that Soetoro’s September 8 speech was totally harmless and even appropriate. For those who say that they are wrong on both counts. Everything that Soetoro does has an ulterior motive because he is trained in the methods Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, which is a rule book for how to undermine the government by stealth.

Like a bad episode of Sci-fi TV serial Heroes, “Kill the Cheerleader Save the World” Global warming fanatics like Jonathan Freedland still intend to advance their Sci-fi theories of anthropogenic global warming in spite of the facts. (see story)and (here)

The facts are that their discredited theories that CO2 emissions are the cause of globing warming are fundamentally wrong. So they know that the only way to completely rid themselves of any real rational debate and keep the Al Gore hysteria of global impeding doom alive is to kill all Republicans to save the World. Or as Freedland puts it, “defeat the Republican headbangers [or] our planet is doomed”

What is so totally amazing is how the rest of the world is “all up in the business” with respect to American policy. Freedland unconventionally ties America’s battle concerning Health Care Reform with the total destruction of the Earth via global warming. And he blames a Republican bogeyman when Democrats have super majorities in both houses of Congress. Republicans can do nothing to stop Democrats from passing any policy or bill that Democrats want to pass therefore Freedland’s piece is just an overstated hit piece against Conservatism in America.

His remedy is of course the destruction of those dread “headbanging” Republicans to save the world. His reasoning is if Barry Soetoro can’t defeat the Republicans on health care reform then Soetoro doesn’t have a chance with regards to cap & trade in up coming Copenhagen Global warming talks in October (see related story).

Oh and by the way, what “headbanging” Republicans? Please tell me who, I’d like to support at least just one headbanging Republican in my life time!

The facts are these, there has been no, I repeat no global warming since 1998 The globe is actually cooling. And the coup de grâce CO2 emissions are not linked to global warming! One other thing Cap & Trade and other policies surrounding CO2 emissions are gateway policies meant to subject the USA to World government and the World economy (see previous post)

According to Freedland the only thing that has prevented this transfer of U.S. taxpayer’s money to the world thus far has been former president Bush and Republicans. So he is very much in favor of Barry Soetoro’s mandate to have the United States join in Global warming scheme to rip-off of the American taxpayer.

We all know that President Soetoro doesn’t mind taxing the American people for things that are important to his agenda of fundamentally changing America. After all he was willing to give ACORN 80Billion dollars!

Undoubtedly the funniest interview segment that Barry Soetoro has done to date, the George Stephanopholus interview on Sunday 20, 2009, entitled the “Health Care Blitz on every channel except Fox,” had to be hands down funniest. In it President Barry Soetoro attempted to replace Merriam’s Dictionary with his own Orwellian Worldview and definition of what a tax is. I gleefully yelled at the television screen; No, you lie, you lie, you lie as the president straight faced called George Stephanopholus and Merriam’s Dictionary a lie. (see transcript)

According to the president anyone who uses a reputable source of meaning, one that has been in use for centuries on end, that person is stretching the truth. Sooo does that make the president the only authority for meaning now, the divine LOGOS? Watch out next there’ll be a “Meaning of Words” Czar.

In this one interview President Soetoro showed God and everyone watching, why no one can win an argument with a Liberal Democrat. Democrats make up language and definitions like thick rope bridges stretched out over wide canyons of misinformation only to burn the bridges behind them as they run across so that no one else can get any footing (understanding) or join them across on the other side of a conversation for a reasonable and logical conclusion to a debate. So should one bring their own rope or ladder (a dictionary) a Liberal Democrat will either cut it in two or kick it off the side of the cliff before everyone can arrive at a truthful conclusion to an argument. OBAMA: No. That's not true, George. The -- for us to say that you've got to take a responsibility to get health insurance is absolutely not a tax increase. What it's saying is, is that we're not going to have other people carrying your burdens for you anymore than the fact that right now everybody in America , just about, has to get auto insurance. Nobody considers that a tax increase.

OBAMA: No, but -- but, George, you -- you can't just make up that language and decide that that's called a tax increase. Any...

OBAMA: What -- what -- if I -- if I say that right now your premiums are going to be going up by 5 or 8 or 10 percent next year and you say well, that's not a tax increase; but, on the other hand, if I say that I don't want to have to pay for you not carrying coverage even after I give you tax credits that make it affordable, then...

STEPHANOPOULOS: I -- I don't think I'm making it up. Merriam Webster's Dictionary: Tax -- "a charge, usually of money, imposed by authority on persons or property for public purposes."

Lost in all of that Barry Soetoro bull? Here’s a general translation of what he said.

Translation: Obama: How is that not a tax? Well, hold on a second, George. Your perception of reality is serious skewed. Almost like a Republican!
Here’s what I want you to believe, people like you and I pay on average of $900 dollars [annually] on higher Health Care premiums because of stiffs who are uninsured. Now what I've said is if someone is a poor stiff then we should all be responsible for paying for poor stiffs.

On the other hand, the way we intend to hide that cost from the tax payer is to bamboozle them with phony tax credits, we've set up an exchange scam, and you are now part of a big pool to make it so confusing no one will understand that government is taking their money.

But if someone who is not a poor stiff exercises their God given freedoms to decide and doesn’t want government to take their money, then that person is hit but a bus you and I have to pay for their healthcare expense just like they were a poor stiff.

But, we’re going to prevent that freedom of choice by making people pay for themselves. That may sound like a tax to you but it isn’t. It’s just allowing people to be responsible for themselves. You know like making people carry their own burdens. It’s like auto insurance everybody is forced by the government to have auto insurance and nobody realizes that, that is a tax!

And George for us to say that every American has got to take responsibility to get health insurance is absolutely not a tax increase. Huh? Well Mr. President the Associated Press did a fact check of your statement against the language of the Democratic bills in both the House bill and the Senate Finance Committee proposal and they say for you to mandate that Americans carry Health insurance and for you to fine Americans if they don’t do it, that is a tax. Memo to President Barack Obama: It's a tax. Obama insisted this weekend on national television that requiring people to carry health insurance — and fining them if they don't — isn't the same thing as a tax increase. But the language of Democratic bills to revamp the nation's health care system doesn't quibble. Both the House bill and the Senate Finance Committee proposal clearly state that the fines would be a tax.

And the reason the fines are in the legislation is to enforce the coverage requirement.

"If you put something in the Internal Revenue Code, and you tell the IRS to collect it, I think that's a tax," said Clint Stretch, head of the tax policy group for Deloitte, a major accounting firm. It all sounds like Obama hopnosis to me! And by the way hopnosis by definition is Barry Soetoro’s attempts to redefine reality on his word alone. Redefinitions above the facts and completely separate from any traditional meaning such as those found in a dictionary!

A Lie by any other name is just as Untruthful, Deceptive, False or Misleading

I like Charles Krauthammer’s work. Even more than that I respect him as a thinker and political analyst,. but I was a little put off by his attempt to finagle the word “Lie” in his article, “Does Obama Lie? No, but Obama implies, misdirects, and misleads.”(see article)

According to Webster Dictionary a lie is: 1 : to make an untrue statement with intent to deceive
2 : to create a false or misleading impression

It seemed to me Mr. Krauthammer go lost in a concept as writers sometimes do and instead of proving his point, after reading his article I said out loud, “My God Mr. Krauthammer just lost an argument with himself!

His original premise was flawed. He was arguing against the very definition of the very word that he was attempting to nuance. It was like arguing that water, in its natural form, is not wet.

What does the word “lie” mean if it doesn’t mean to misdirect and mislead? Therefore if Barry Soetoro Obama misdirects and misleads then by definition he lies! It’s just that simple.

Mr. Krauthammer gave examples of just how the president implies, misdirects and misleads which I thought where classic. But what I can’t figure out why Krauthammer didn’t see himself undermining his own argument, for example Soetoro’s statement broken down;

(1) “I will not sign (a plan),” he solemnly pledged, “if it adds one dime to the deficit, now or in the future. Period.”

Wonderful. The president seems serious, veto-ready, determined to hold the line. Until, notes Harvard economist Greg Mankiw, you get to Obama’s very next sentence: “And to prove that I’m serious, there will be a provision in this plan that requires us to come forward with more spending cuts if the savings we promised don’t materialize.”

Krauthammer remarks that Mankiw states, (t)his apparent strengthening of the pledge brilliantly and deceptively undermines it. What Obama suggests is that his plan will require mandatory spending cuts if the current rosy projections prove false.

Umm… if a statement is deceptively undermined by a second statement wouldn’t that mean that even if the original statement was true the second statement would create a false impression?

But this is what I consider the funny part, Krauthammer calls Obama’s use of language a “bait and switch.” Bait and Switch is a term synonymous with fraud for most people. And fraud is the intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right. Like attempting to bamboozle the American people into allow government to take over their health care! But the coup de grâce is the Mankiw translation of what Obama’s “I will not sign (a plan), pledge” really meant. I thought this was classic!

“Translation: I promise to fix the problem. And if I do not fix the problem now, I will fix it later, or some future president will, after I am long gone. I promise he will. Absolutely, positively, I am committed to that future president fixing the problem. You can count on it. Would I lie to you?”

It’s all enough to make a person jump to one’s feet and shout-out “You Lie!” Oh yeah it did make someone jump to their feet and do exactly that.

Sorry Mr. Krauthammer everyone is off of their game every once in a while. You usually bring your "A" game and I must admit that attempting to nuance or parse what Obama and Democrats do with language is a Herculean task that most of us are not up to.

If to lie means to misdirect and mislead, among other things, then the answer to your question is Yes! He does lie. As proven by your own article “Does Obama lie?”

Apparently Nancy Pelosi loves the smell of inciting racial hatred and racial fears every morning, afternoon and evening.

In one of the darkest, dank, cryptic, foreboding and apocalyptic warnings ever to be given by an elected official, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi choked out a dread warning of impeding violence which apparently will be sparked by yours and my first amendment rights to freedom of speech.

It was as mysterious as foreboding and as bizarre a warning against debate and disagreement as anyone could ever remember. It’s as if in Pelosi’s Orwellian worldview dissent against Democrat radical leftwing leadership is different than the dissent demonstrated against George W. Bush and Republicans. It’s like now Pelosi believes that dissent and debate will somehow spark some kind of violence.

Pelosi’s answer to divert the coming calamitous disaster is for everyone to voluntarily give up their first amendment rights for the safety of the country. You think that I’m exaggerating? (see 1:17min video)



What was Pelosi suggesting? Some believe that the subtext of this, a most ominous dirge, was Democrats again playing the race card. We already know that Democrats are attempting to float the idea that any opposition to President Barry Soetoro is only because he is Black. According to Pelosi’s thinking no one could be opposing Soetoro because of his radical leftist governing.

Not to mention that opposition to Soetoro could be opposition to an un-constitutional usurper who is acting out like a Fascist Megalomaniac, someone who believes that he is divinely ordained to fundamentally change the mistakes that he sees with the forming and shaping of America. The truth is there is plenty to oppose this president about none of which is because he is Black.

Democrats are the ones that have encouraged radical rhetoric and radical disrupters up until now. Democrats are the ones that have presented that type of activity as completely American and part of the American expression when Republicans were in leadership but now Democrats are in leadership and now they don’t like it. "Nancy Pelosi should apologize for her irresponsible, dangerous rhetoric," DeLay, R-Texas, said. "She apparently is so caught up in partisan hatred for President Bush that her words are putting American lives at risk."

Pelosi did not back down, even when asked if her comments would undermine Bush's abilities as commander in chief.

Pelosi remained defiant after calls for her to tone down her rhetoric. She stood by her characterizations of the president as being incompetent and said that the president should be blamed for U.S. troops dying. (see story)

Do Democrats think that Newton’s Third law doesn’t apply to them? Wasn’t it Rev. Jeremiah Wright who so infamously claimed that America’s chickens would come home to roost? Didn’t Democrats think that eight years of disruption of government and Bush bashing wouldn’t come back home to them?

Did Liberals not think for a second that all of the Karma that they expended to vilify George W. Bush and Republicans would not manifest itself back in the same way that it was projected at others?

Or was Pelosi warning entirely something else altogether? What you ask?

Well this is just a thought but there is a court case filed in the Santa Ana District Court, Case SACV09-00082-DOC. District Court Judge David O. Carter promises to hear the facts of the claim that Barry Soetoro is ineligible to be president of the United States of America.

If this case where actually heard and if facts where disclosed that Pelosi and Democrats plotted to place an unconstitutional person in the White House wouldn’t those events be something that might incite the cataclysmic violent reaction that Pelosi, Janet Napolitano and Democrats have been hinting at?

What else could it be? What is it that would have an elected representation issue such a grave and somber warning of impeding cataclysmic violence?

Of course we don’t know if these cases will go to trial and we don’t know what the outcomes will be, but it seems to me that Democrats are telegraphing by their warnings that there is some grave and serious cause for the American people to be very alarmed about. Something that has either transpired or is transpiring in their government.

Disturbingly, Pelosi by her warning has suggested that there is a reason that the American people should be highly upset even to the point of violence except for the fact that we don’t know it yet. However Pelosi’s warning suggest that once it is known there will be a justified cause for violence.

It’s either that or Nancy Pelosi just loves the smell of inciting racial hatred and racial fears in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Polite Liars and their Discredited House

Whereas the conduct of the Representative from South Carolina was a breach of decorum and degraded the proceedings of the joint session, to the discredit of the House: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the House of Representatives disapproves of the behavior of the Representative from South Carolina, Mr. Wilson, during the joint session of Congress held on September 9, 2009.

So is the reprimanding of Representative Joe Wilson Republican of South Carolina.

There are seven words that you can’t say on television, that’s the old George Carlin comedy shtick. And apparently there are six things that Congressman and women can’t do in the House they are the following:

• call the President a “liar.”
• call the President a “hypocrite.”
• describe the President’s veto of a bill as “cowardly.”
• charge that the President has been “intellectually dishonest.”
• refer to the President as “giving aid and comfort to the enemy.”
• refer to alleged “sexual misconduct on the President’s part.”

Even if some or all of the above is true you just can’t say it, unless of course, you are a Democrat and unless the president that you are calling a liar is President Bush.

Last year Democrat Rep. Peter Stark of California called President Bush a liar and a murderer on the floor of the House but did he get the same resolution of disapproval that Rep. Joe Wilson received days ago for Wilson’s shout-out to President Obama? Of course not!

What Rep. Stark got was a warm and friendly reminder that he had broken the House rule by the Chairwoman of the House. (see 2:40mins video)



What are we to conclude except that Democrats again took this occasion to show how hypocritical and partisan they can be?

No reprimand for Democrat Peter Stark who called Republican president Bush a liar and a murderer but a reprimand for Republican Joe Wilson who shouted out “You Lie!” in the middle of a speech given by Democrat president Barry Soetoro. A speech that was full of lies!

This House of Representatives is discredited, but not by Joe Wilson this House is discredited by their invited polite liar and their hypocritical members who voted to reprimand Joe Wilson when just a year ago calling the president a liar was in fashion on the floor of the House and the most that one could get for such an offense was a gentle reminder from the Chairman that one had broken the rule.

One has to wonder just how many times was George Bush called a liar on the floor of the House.

Pelosi is at the center of Obama’s Eligibility Question

Nancy Pelosi and Barry Soetoro exchange conspiratorial pleasantries at DNC Presidential Nomination?

Nancy Pelosi was responsible for vetting Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President of the United States of America. That’s what I said, if Barry Soetoro (Obama) isn’t properly vetted it is primarily the fault of Nancy Pelosi. Instead of making sure that a constitutionally eligible candidate was presented to the American people from the Democrats, Pelosi the DNC and the Democrat Party set in motion a conspiracy to steal the Presidency and deceive the American people.

This is a remarkable claim; allow me to lay out the details and when I have finished if the evidence matches my claim you will see that either the entire Democrat Party is complicit in one of greatest political coup d'états in the history of the Western Civilized world or the CIA’s nemesis, Nancy Pelosi, along with Barry Soetoro conspired together to deceive the American people by knowingly having Soetoro pose as a Constitutionally eligible candidate when they knew that he was not.

First I posted December 05, 2008 that the Democrats were staging a Constitutional Crisis by selecting and running an illegible candidate to be president. My post: the entire Party knew directly or indirectly that Obama was not qualified to be president and knowingly defrauded the constitution and the American people by aiding and abetting Obama in his fraudulent pursuit of the presidency”

This issue has been going on since before the Democrat National Convention and was filed in August of 2008. Hillary Clinton supporter and attorney Philip Berg filed suit asking someone, anyone to take responsibility and protect the American people and the U.S. constitution from possible fraud.

Berg’s suit named Barack Obama, Howard Dean and the entire DNC his petition asked to enjoin the Democratic National Committee from nominating Obama. The petition stated that is was feared that if Obama were nominated as the Democrat Presidential candidate his questionable citizenship would at some point cause a constitutional crisis.

Do not be fooled they all knew well before the Democrat nomination process and well before the November 4 general elections that there was a major constitutional problem with Obama running but they did nothing!—Alaphiah (see previous post)

I also posted December 22, 2008 that, Isn’t it a coincidence that an associate lawyer in a Chicago-based firm whose partner served on a finance committee for then Sen. Barack Obama has advocated for the elimination of the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president is be a "natural-born" citizen, calling the requirement "stupid" and asserting it discriminates, that it is outdated and undemocratic.

A paper was written in 2006 by Sarah Herlihy, just two years after Obama had won a landslide election in Illinois to the U.S. Senate. Herlihy is listed as an associate at the Chicago firm of Kirkland & Ellis. A partner in the same firm, Bruce I. Ettelson, cites his membership on the finance committees for both Obama and Sen. Now let me bottom line this. We know that as early as 2006 the Soetoro camp was attempting to strategize around the Constitutional eligibility issue by talking the statue down by calling it, "stupid," discriminatory, outdated and undemocratic this is a documented fact.

Attorney Philip Berg filed suit in Pennsylvania District Court August 21, 2008 and served the DNC before Barry Soetoro was nominated as the Democrat candidate for President. The DNC, it’s top echelon and others knew as early as August 2008 (if not before) that legitimate questions were being raised concerning Barry Soetoro’s eligibility.

Then as reported by J.B. Williams in the Canadian Free Press the DNC, upon nominating Barry Soetoro as their candidate for president, mysteriously produced two certifications of Soetoro one saying that he met all requirements and was legally qualified to serve as president and one that completely excluded the language which stated that Soetoro was legally qualified. According to Williams the DNC withheld the certification that said that Soetoro was legally qualified and sent out the certification that excluded that language to the 50 states.

"THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution."

Williams cites the fact that two certifications exist is suspicious enough not to mention that the DNC would elect to send out the certification which excludes the language that Soetoro is legally eligible to serve as president instead of the language that certifies that Soetoro is legally qualified.

Both original documents are signed by Nancy Pelosi, DNC Secretary Alice Travis Germond and Colorado Notary of Public Shalifa A. Williamson. They are dated August 28, 2008.

Nancy Pelosi’s signature affixed to these documents places her in the middle of this conspiracy. Pelosi knew either by the Berg suit filed naming the DNC as a plaintiff in Soetoro’s eligibility suit or by the actions of whomever thought it necessary to duplicate the DNC’s certification of Soetoro and thereby leaving off the wording “legally qualified” on the copies that the DNC sent to the 50 states.

In comparison John McCain only had one certification which reads that he is legally qualified to be president of the United States of America.

In conclusion Nancy Pelosi the DNC and the Federal Election Commission all knew that Barry Soetoro was not eligible or legally qualified to be president of the United States of America as shown by the DNC’s act of duplicity producing two certifications one stating that Soetoro was legal and the other excluding that language.

Pelosi signed both originals. She knew!
