A Perfect Storm of Illegal Alien Legislation

From left Senators Kyl, DeWine, Brownback, Graham, and Spector talk prior to the continuation of a Senate Judiciary Committee debate on immigration yesterday. Saul McSween (THE WASHINGTON TIMES)
"If we will not endure a king as a political power we should not endure a king over the production, transportation, and sale of any of the necessaries of life."—John Sherman

Its 790 pages of confusion. S. 1348, The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act is an attempt to bring impenetrable opaqueness to a subject that is already unclear. Why would its proponents make it so difficult to understand? Obviously they’ve got something to hide! Though this bill was recently defeated in Congress there is talk about reviving it. It must not be forced on the American people. 69% of the American people are against this bill so what is Congress trying to force it down the throats of the American people?

Have you read S. 1348? No one has. Not even its alleged author Senator Ted Kennedy has read it in its entirety. Hell, he didn’t even write it. It was written by the U.S. Chambers of Commerce (CoC) the lobbying arm for big business in America.

Their plan was to cobble together legislation that would have something for everyone to like and some things that obviously some would not like, but the true intent of this smorgasbord of legislation was to “Trojan Horse” in legalization for business practices that thus far are illegal.

Up until now these otherwise brilliant public manipulators of the CoC thought that they could play both sides, conservatives and advocates for illegal aliens, against the middle with this illegal immigration legislation while striping out sanctions for the current illegal act of hiring foreign nationals a law which they are now guilty of breaking. This is just another example that big business is out of control!

Unlike you and me who go to jail for breaking laws big business comprehensively reforms laws that they are guilty of breaking, that is what this whole issue is about.

Yes they can even enlist President Bush, Harry Reid, Ted Kennedy and a Democrat controlled Senate to attempt to convince you that it is good for America for non-Americans to work in America for low wages and enjoy all the benefits of citizenship if they pay a fee. No skin off of big business nose if America loses its sovereignty in the process after all business is transnational so why can’t America be transnational or (tri-National) too!

Of course the true intent of this legislation will be couched in Orwellian newspeak and President Bush and other big business sycophants will be speaking to give the impression to the public that they are securing the borders but the truth is there are laws already existing that would do the same thing that the President’s comprehensive reform promises.
Existing Penalties for Employing Illegal Aliens (Since 1986)

With today’s complex immigration and labor laws, an employer with foreign workers must be careful to avoid violating immigration laws.

For example, if a worker presents a temporary work authorization document from the Immigration Service at the time the worker is hired, the employer must not only make a good faith effort to verify the legitimacy of the document, but also re-verify the employee’s work authorization at the time the initial authorization expires.

There are civil and criminal penalties for hiring illegal aliens. Sec. 274A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and 8 U.S.C. 1324a, makes it unlawful for any person knowingly to hire, recruit or refer for a fee any alien not authorized to work. An employer that violates these laws can face penalties of:

• $250 to $2,000 fine for each unauthorized individual;

• $2,000 to $5,000 for each employee if the employer has previously been in violation; or

• $3,000 to $10,000 for each individual if the employer was subject to more than one cease and desist order.

The employer could also be fined $100 to $1,000 for each individual “paperwork” violation.

The criminal penalties for a pattern and practice violation can be up to $3,000 for each unauthorized alien, imprisonment up to six months, or both.

Further, Section 8 USC 1324 provides it is a separate federal offense of conspiracy to commit the crime of sheltering, harboring, or employing illegal aliens and is punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 or five years imprisonment.
These laws are too cumbersome for big business so if they can get you to argue about border fencing, granting citizenship to 20 million foreign nationals or any of the other points in this bill that are meant to draw your attention away from this bills true intent which is big business getting what it wants. And that is a change in the laws that govern them.

However the biggest caveat, instant citizenship, for the felonious millions who have invaded this country many of which believe that being in the United States is apart of larger plan to take this country back from the white man is the most troubling aspect of this legislation. Poor people are being used as pawns by business but also by radical special interest groups who plan to re-conquer California, Texas and Arizona for Mexico.

I’m not kidding many Mexicans believe that they have broken no laws by crossing over into the United States as far as they see it California, Texas and Arizona is theirs anyway taken unjustly in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo that ended the Mexican-U.S. War.

Mexicans are taught in school that the United States unfairly took much of Mexican territory in 1848 in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo that ended the Mexican-U.S. War. The ceded territory included what is now Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California, and parts of Colorado, Nevada and Utah, which the United States received in exchange for $15 million plus the U.S. assumption of millions of dollars of Mexico's debt. That explains the strident disrespect that Americans witnessed in both 2006 and 2007 May 1 Marches in which Mexican flags flew high as Mexican nationals demanded rights which are guaranteed to citizens of the United States of America.

A June 2002 Zogby poll of Mexicans found that a substantial majority of Mexican citizens believe that southwestern America is rightfully the territory of Mexico and that Mexicans do not need the permission of the U.S. to enter. The poll found that 58 percent of Mexicans agree with the statement, "The territory of the United States' southwest rightfully belongs to Mexico." Zogby said 28 percent disagreed, while another 14 percent said they weren't sure.

Most Mexicans believe that the United States unfairly took from Mexico what is now the Southwest of our country, and that it is legitimate for them to ignore U.S. immigration law when illegally crossing the border.

Radical movements within the Mexican community such as La Raza and the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán (MEChA) have taken advantage of big businesses’ desire to use the cheap labor of Mexican nationals and these organizations plan to use the President’s Comprehensive Reform to flood the United States with millions of Mexican nationals who will not assimilate or honor the traditions of the U.S. their plan is to take this country by sheer weight of numbers.

The ultimate goal of these radicals is the conquest of the United States of America without firing a single shot. It reality is a perfect storm of immigration confusion, one that big business and our elected officials have gotten citizens of this country into!

If it’s still hard for you to believe here are a few quotes from the radicals themselves.

We have an aging white America. They are not making babies. They are dying. It's a matter of time. [laughter] The explosion is in our population. — José Angel Gutiérrez, former Associate Professor of Political Science, University of Texas at Arlington; comments at a Latino conference (Jan. 14, 1995) [Audio link]

It is an honor to be with the new leadership of the Americas, here meeting at UC Riverside. So with 187 on the ballot, what is it going to take for our people to vote, to see us walking into the gas ovens? It is electoral power that is going to make the determination of where we go as a community. And power is not given to you; you have to take it. Remember: 187 is the last gasp of white America in California. Understand that. And people say to me on the Senate floor when I was in the Senate, 'Why do you fight so hard for affirmative action programs?' And I tell my white colleagues, 'because you're going to need them' [laughter]. — Art Torres, formerly a member of the California State Assembly, State Senator. Currently California Democratic Party Chairman.

Go back to Simi Valley, you skunks! Go back to Woodland Hills! Go back to Boston! Go back to the Plymouth Rock, Pilgrims! Get out! We are the future. You're old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you; leave like beaten rats.

You old white people, it is your duty to die. Even their own ethicists say that they should die; that they have a duty to die. They're taking up too much space, too much air.

We are the majority in L.A. There are over seven million Mexicans in L.A. County alone. We are the majority. And you're going to see every day more and more of it, as we ... we manifest as our young people grow up, graduate from high school, go on to college and start taking over this society. Our people ... are ... the vast majority of our people are under the age of 15 years old. Right now we're already controlling those elections, whether it's through violence or nonviolence. Through love of having children we are gonna take over. — Augustine Cebeda, member of Brown Berets de Aztlan; comments in Westwood, California, 1996, at a 4th of July rally. [Audio link]

"California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn't like it should leave." — Mario Obledo, co-founder: Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund

Why does America need workers? Since 1973 America has aborted 48.5 Million citizens. This is the legacy of Roe vs. Wade and because of it 20 million foreign nationals and more are needed to fill the place of citizens who were denied their right to life in this country. According to Angel Gutiérrez, former Associate Professor of Political Science, University of Texas, white America is aging and not making babies. So again thanks to Roe big business has to export workers from other lands.

We don’t have to believe the lies of Comprehensive Immigration reform. We alright have the laws if enforce will correct the crash on the borders of the United States.

President Dwight D. Eisenhower solved the problem of illegal aliens and virtually stopped illegal immigration into the United States and the results of these efforts were felt for over 10 years in this country.
President Eisenhower cut off this illegal traffic. He did it quickly and decisively with only 1,075 United States Border Patrol agents - less than one-tenth of today's force. The operation is still highly praised among veterans of the Border Patrol.

How did President Eisenhower virtually stop the flow of illegal immigration into this country?

President Eisenhower hired the people who wanted the best for America, he resisted powerful political and corporate interests, and he enforced the law.

Finally this complex piece of legislation is only complex to cloud this issue for the people. Its primary purpose was to deceive the American people. Therefore it must be defeated and rejected every time that it comes in this form no matter who supports it from President Bush to Senator Kennedy.

If there is truly a need for immigration reform in this country then state your case plainly, don’t try to force it down the throats of the people and don’t insult the intelligence of the American people with a carrot and stick bill that is meant to stick it up the back side of the American people!
