Obama Justifies NSA’s unconstitutional Acts

Thinking that he can talk his way past his unconstitutional acts Barack Obama spoke 44mins in a mishmosh of gibberish only to conclude that he will allow the NSA to continue it’s unconstitutional acts. (see 44min41sec video)



Nothing Obama said to set up his argument for collecting all electronic data on all Americans and his proposed “remedies” justifies his government’s violation of Americans 4th amendment Constitutional rights.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.-4th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States
