Words Matter Mr. President, No Borders—Really?

America is not defined by its borders—president Barry Hussein Soetoro
During a December 3, 2010 surprise visit to Afghanistan, President Obama spoke to the troops at Bagram Air Base.

Although most of what the president said would be expected from a United States president, there was one remark that was most troubling and could overshadow the whole trip. President Barry Hussein Soetoro told the young fighting men and women of the armed services that America is not defined by her borders but instead is defined by what he referred to as a common creed, which is in fact a statement from the Declaration of Independence.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—Declaration of Independence

Perhaps the president was preparing the men and women of our armed services for their return home where illegal aliens will soon have the right to go to college on the DREAM act pushed by his political Party. Or perhaps he was referring to the already defacto borderless United States Mexico southern border situation.
Nevertheless, this president has stated emphatically that word matter. (see 25sec video)



Please Progressive Media when the president returns would someone show some journalist integrity and ask the president just what he meant by his statement that America is not defined by its borders?
