Troops out Earlier than Obama’s campaign promise? Really?

contradiction is truth and ending is continuing

We know something about Barack Obama; he can hold two totally contradictory things in this mind at the same time and claim allegiance to both of them. You know we saw it when the D.C. gun ban was over turned and he said he was all for it when ah...but before he had been against ah…before he’d been in favor of the band and when most of it was turned over he said he was in favor of that too. --Fred Barnes
Tonight president Barry Hussein Soetoro will attempt to claim credit for keeping his crystal clear un-bifurcated and unchanged campaign promise to end the Iraq war on March 31, 2008, his promise to end it in 2009 and his promise to end the war in 16 months after January 20, 2009, which would be May 2010. The president promised while campaigning that all troops would be out of Iraq by 2009. So if he never changed his promise how then is he now claiming he promised to withdraw just some of the troops by August 31, 2010 and reassign the remaining troops as support and training units for Iraqi security forces? Yet, he will say or intimate tonight that he has in fact kept his campaign promise to end the Iraq war.

In order for Mr. Soetoro to succeed in his verbal doublethink or “doublespeak”, tonight Americans will have to either suspend disbelief, be incredibly forgetful or be as stupid as he believes Americans are.

In Mr. Soetoro’s Orwellian world, contradiction is truth, like not really ending a war is ending a war.

In George Orwell’s novel 1984 Winston Smith the novel's protagonist, described doublethink in this fashion:

To know and not to know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which cancelled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, to believe that democracy was impossible and that the Party was the guardian of democracy, to forget whatever it was necessary to forget, then to draw it back into memory again at the moment when it was needed, and then promptly to forget it again: and above all, to apply the same process to the process itself. That was the ultimate subtlety: consciously to induce unconsciousness, and then, once again, to become unconscious of the act of hypnosis you had just performed. Even to understand the word 'doublethink' involved the use of doublethink.'

***

Doublespeak is saying what you doublethink—Alaphiah

Following is the record of Soetoro unchanged and crystal clear promises. Promises so clear that the Soetoro media was having problems of their own suspending disbelief. First Soetoro says he authored a bill as a Senator that would have all troops out of Iraq by March 31, 2008. (see 50 sec video)

Then Soetoro promises again to withdraw all troops by March 31, 2008. Then he promises that as president he would have all troops out of Iraq by 2009 and redeploy to Afghanistan a war Soetoro said that we can win. (see 6:10 min video)

We know something about Barack Obama, he can hold two totally contradictory things in this mind at the same time and claim allegiance to both of them. You know we saw it when the D.C. gun ban was over turned and he said he was all for it when ah...but before he had been against ah…before he’d been in favor of the band and when most of it was turned over he said he was in favor of that too.—Fred Barnes

President Soetoro doubles down on ending the war in 2009 (see 3:26min video)

Mr. Soetoro stance is so ever changing that reporters from the middle east even question whether the president broke his campaign promise about ending the war (see 5:19min video)

Even with all of the confusion that president Soetoro has intentionally created about ending the war in Iraq the news media is insistent on aiding with the narrative that Mr. Soetoro has kept his campaign promise to end the war. However, which promise, the one to end the war in 2008, 2009 or 2010? In addition, he made multiple promises regarding bring the troops home first he promised to bring all of the troops home and then he promised just to bring some of the troops home. (see articles here and here)

“[A]s a candidate for this office, I pledged I would end this war; as President, that’s what I’m doing.”—Barry Hussein Soetoro

While you watch the president’s congratulatory self-pat on the back tonight, Barry Hussein Soetoro will be pretending that he is fulfilling a campaign promise to end the war in Iraq. While at the same time he will be telling you that he has began a phased withdrawal of our troops leaving 50,000 in Iraq in reclassified roles as support and trainers for Iraq’s own security forces. These two contradictory things can only be true at the same time in an Orwellian world.

The president cannot brag that he is keeping his campaign promise to end the war while breaking his campaign promise to end the war by continuing the war and leaving troops in Iraq when he distinctly said he would end the war and bring all of our troops home.

Yet, that is what he will do tonight because obviously either he believes that we are a nation of idiots or he doesn’t know about YouTube.

I’m quite sure he knows about YouTube!

The Honor of Becks Event overshadowed ugliness in the name of Civil Rights

Rev. Al Sharpton and Glenn Beck

Civil rights leaders, meanwhile, protested the event by holding a rally of their own. The Rev. Al Sharpton and others claim the timing and location of Beck's rally is a dishonor to King's legacy.--FoxNews.com
Glenn Beck with a million Americans gathered on Saturday in front of the Lincoln Monument to talk about love--love for America. Al Sharpton and hundreds gathered on Saturday at a High school to talk about hate--hate of Glenn Beck and by extension White people.

Not since the Tawana Brawley hoax has the Reverend Al Sharpen been more on the wrong side of an issue as he is now.

We are living in extraordinary times—times in which the lines between right and wrong are increasingly blurred.

Glenn Beck demonstrated on Saturday August 28, 2010 beyond all doubt that his vision of the event to call for the restoration of America’s honor was above the pettiness of his distracters. (see article)

Beck’s all-inclusive event, which featured Jews, American Indians, descendants of Nina, Pinta and the Santa Maria and the descendants of slaves, was a call to the principles that we haven’t heard since Alexis de Tocqueville looked for the source of America’s greatness in the eighteen hundreds.(see 1:19min video)

What Glenn Beck was able to accomplish was good for America and much needed for the spirit of America, especially when there are increasing attempts to divide American into little Balkanized enclaves of hyphenated-Americans and special interest causes. Beck featured the patriotic voice of former Alaskan Governor and Vice President candidate Sarah Palin plus the reconciling voice of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was represented in the person of Dr. Alveda King – the niece of the late Dr. King.

Yet, we are living in times when those who claim constitutional rights are actually working directly against the constitution in very subversive and destructive ways. This is a time when Civil Rights are be used to comment civil wrongs. This is a time when a true patriot like Glenn Beck can be demonized by subversives and anti-Americans who are trained in counter-messaging and chaos politics.

One million American citizens, who are not “activists,” heeded Mr. Beck call to come to the Capital Mall to sing songs, pray prayers and pay respect to America’s military.

After issuing various civil awards to citizen designees the keynote address was, given by Mr. Beck who called Americans to what constitutes as a spiritual and patriotic revival.

This event was free from partisanship, free from politics and free from controversy other than the controversy that detractors have attempted to heap on Mr. Beck and the event.

Mr. Beck’s event transcended race and was all-inclusive it centered on God and never mentioned the Sharpton event. On the other hand, the other gathering organized by Rev. Sharpton was exclusively a racial gathering, which was primarily an all black event which focus was utterly focused on race and hate. It was advertised as a counter demonstration to the Beck event.

It seems that like the N-word Sharpton is working hard to make Civil Rights off limits to White people.

I’m reminded of a remark that a former pastor would sometimes say after a sermon. He would exclaim, “Now nobody’s mad but the Devil.”

We will see in the coming days just who the rest of devils are as partisans in the media report. We'll see just how mad they were driven by Glenn Beck's talk about Christianity and honor to the million attendees in D.C. at the feet of Lincoln.

Today We Pray God Restore Honor In America

2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Why I believe that I’m a Christian

People are questioning my faith so I’m going to share my beliefs. And when I’m done you will know, and when I am done you will know…

I am a Christian.

So, I have a deep faith. So I draw from the Christian faith.

Intellectually I've drawn as much from Judaism as any other faith.

I'm rooted in the Christian tradition.

I believe that there are many paths to the same place, and that is a belief that there is a higher power, a belief that we are connected as a people.

I believe there are values that transcend race or culture, that move us forward.

I believe there's an obligation for all of us individually as well as collectively to take responsibility to make those values lived.

I was raised more by my mother and my mother was Christian.

My grandmother was Methodist. My grandfather was Baptist.

My grandparents later joined a Universalist church.

My mother had as much influence on my values as anybody, was not someone who wore her religion on her sleeve. We'd go to church for Easter. She wasn't a church lady.

My Stepfather wasn't particularly he wasn't a practicing Muslim. I went to a Catholic school in a Muslim country. So I was studying the Bible and catechisms by day, and at night you'd hear the prayer call.

I don't think as a child we were, or I had a structured religious education.

My mother was deeply spiritual person, and would spend a lot of time talking about values and give me books about the world's religions, and talk to me about them.

I think always, her view always was that underlying these religions were a common set of beliefs about how you treat other people and how you aspire to act, not just for yourself but also for the greater good.

So that was what I carried with me through college. I probably didn't get started getting active in church activities until after college.

I joined church and committed myself to Christ in church.

I went up to altar call it was powerful for me because it not only confirmed my faith, it gave shape to my faith, also, it allowed me to connect the work I had been pursuing with my faith.

I did this 16, 17 years ago. 1987 or 88

I’m born again, although I don't, I retain from my childhood and my experiences growing up a suspicion of dogma. And I'm not somebody who is always comfortable with language that implies I've got a monopoly on the truth, or that my faith is automatically transferable to others.

I'm a big believer in tolerance. I think that religion at its best comes with a big dose of doubt. I'm suspicious of too much certainty in the pursuit of understanding just because I think people are limited in their understanding.

I think that, particularly as somebody who’s in the public realm and is a student of what brings people together and what drives them apart, there's an enormous amount of damage done around the world in the name of religion and certainty.

I pray often, well I guess I do.

It's not formal, me getting on my knees. I think I have an ongoing conversation with God. I think throughout the day, I'm constantly asking myself questions about what I'm doing, why am I doing it.

The biggest challenge is always maintaining your moral compass. Those are the conversations I'm having internally. I'm measuring my actions against that inner voice that for me at least is audible, is active, it tells me where I think I'm on track and where I think I'm off track.

It's important for me throughout the day to measure and to take stock and to say, now, am I doing this because I think it's advantageous to me, or because I think it's the right thing to do? Am I doing this for the recognition or am I doing this because it's necessary to accomplish my motives.

The most powerful moments for me come when I feel like my actions are aligned with a certain truth.

This power is not necessarily the Holy Spirit or God rather I think it's the power of the recognition of God, or the recognition of a larger truth that is being shared between people and me.

Jesus is an historical figure for me, and he's also a bridge between God and man, in the Christian faith, and one that I think is powerful precisely because he serves as that means of us reaching something higher.

And he's also a wonderful teacher. I think it's important for all of us, of whatever faith, to have teachers in the flesh and also teachers in history.

In my life Jesus is someone I feel I have a regular connection with, a personal connection with.

I think some of the things I talked about earlier are addressed through, are channeled through my Christian faith and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

I read the Bible. I read it not as regularly as I would like. These days I don't have much time for reading or reflection, period.

I'll be honest with you; I used to try to take some time for meditation prayer reading all the time, in a fairly disciplined way. But now I don't. And I probably need to and would like to, but that's where that internal monologue or dialogue I think supplants my opportunity to read and reflect in a structured way these days.

It's much more sort of as I'm going through the day trying to take stock and take a moment here and a moment there to take stock, why am I here, how does this connect with a larger sense of purpose.

I have people in my life that I look to for guidance; my pastor is certainly someone who I have an enormous amount of respect for.

I have a number of friends who are ministers and I interact with and hold close colleagues dear.

Alongside my own deep personal faith, I am a follower, as well, of our civic religion. I am a big believer in the separation of church and state. I am a big believer in our constitutional structure.

I am a great admirer of our founding charter, and its resolve to prevent theocracies from forming, and its resolve to prevent disruptive strains of fundamentalism from taking root in this country.

I'm very suspicious of religious certainty expressing itself in public

Now, that's different from a belief that values have to inform our public policy. I think it's perfectly consistent to say that I want my government to be operating for all faiths and all peoples, including atheists and agnostics, while also insisting that there are values that inform my politics that are appropriate to talk about.

What I say regularly is that my views are informed by a belief that we're all connected. That if there's a child somewhere that can't read, that makes a difference in my life even if it's not my own child. If there's a senior citizen somewhere, that's struggling to pay for their medicine and having to choose between medicine and the rent that makes my life poorer even if it's not my grandparent. And if there's an Arab American family that's being rounded up by John Ashcroft without the benefit of due process, that threatens my civil liberties.

I can give religious expression to that. I am my brother's keeper, I am my sister's keeper, we are all children of God. Or I can express it in secular terms. But the basic premise remains the same. I think sometimes people have made the mistake of shying away from a conversation about values for fear that they sacrifice the important value of tolerance. And I don't think those two things are mutually exclusive.

I think that I am disturbed by, let me put it this way: I think there is an enormous danger on the part of public figures to rationalize or justify their actions by claiming God's mandate.

I think there is this tendency that I don't think is healthy for public figures to wear religion on their sleeve as a means to insulate themselves from criticism, or dialogue with people who disagree with them.

This is something that I'm sure I'd have serious debates with my fellow Christians about. I think that the difficult thing about any religion, including Christianity, is that at some level there is a call to evangelize and proselytize. There's the belief, certainly in some quarters, that people haven't embraced Jesus Christ as their personal savior that they're going to hell.

I find it hard to believe that my God would consign four-fifths of the world to hell.

I can't imagine that my God would allow some little Hindu kid in India who never interacts with the Christian faith to somehow burn for all eternity.

That's just not part of my religious makeup.

I believe that women have the right to choose.

I believe that watching Fox News or listening to talk radio is confusing and dangerous and creates intolerance

I believe that faith is a personal thing.

Oft times people may presume a set of doctrines that I subscribe to that I don't necessarily subscribe to.

I think that each of us, when we walk into our church or mosque or synagogue, are interpreting that experience in different ways, are reading scriptures in different ways and are arriving at our own understanding at different ways and in different phases.

If all it took was someone proclaiming, "I believe Jesus Christ and that he died for my sins," and that was all there was to it, people wouldn't have to keep coming to church.

I don’t believe in heaven, you know the harps and clouds and wings. I don’t believe that heaven is a place you go to when you die.

What do I believe in is that if I live my life as well as I can, that I will be rewarded. I don't presume to have knowledge of what happens after I die. But I feel very strongly that whether the reward is in the here and now or in the hereafter, the aligning myself to my faith and my values is a good thing.

I believe that we can create heaven right here on earth.

I believe in sin, sin is being out of alignment with my values

I believe that one sins the same as what I believe about heaven. What I mean is if I'm true to myself and my faith that that is its own reward, that’s heaven, when I'm not true to it, it's its own punishment, that’s sin.

I find spiritual inspiration in so many things, I can be inspired in church. By a good choir and a good sermon, these things moved me by these things I am transported.

I can also be transported by watching a good performance of Hamlet, or reading Toni Morrison's Song of Solomon, or listening to Miles Davis.

However, I am most inspired in my own sort of mental library, the Civil Rights movement has a powerful hold on me. It's a point in time where I think heaven and earth meet. Because it's a moment, in which a collective faith transforms everything. So when I read Gandhi or I read King or I read certain passages of Abraham Lincoln and I think about those times where people's values are tested, I think those inspire me.

I feel the most centered, the most aligned spiritually when I'm being true to myself. And that can happen in me making a speech or it can happen in me playing with my kids, or it can happen in a small interaction with a person when I'm recognizing them and exchanging a good word.

I believe bin Laden to be a bad example of a spiritual man

I believe Gandhi to be a good example of a spiritual man

I also believe that Dr. King and Lincoln applied their faith to a larger canvas without allowing that faith to metastasize into something that is hurtful.

I did not suddenly come to faith or belief in God I just acknowledge that faith that was in me all the long. I think my going to the alter was just a moment to certify or publicly affirm a growing faith in me.
The most detailed and fascinating explication of Barack Obama's faith came in a 2004 interview he gave Chicago Sun-Times columnist Cathleen Falsani when he was running for U.S. Senate in Illinois. The column she wrote about the interview has been quoted and misquoted many times over, but she'd never before published the full transcript in a major publication. -- Steve Waldman (source)

What’s Best for America

Sharif El-Gamal, owner of the property slated for Ground Zero mega-mosque

[Daisy]Khan evaded the question of whether they had been in talks with New York Gov. David Paterson about moving the center to another location. Asked twice about it, Khan said her side wants to meet first "with all the stakeholders who matter, who are the New Yorkers. The community board has overwhelmingly supported this. . . ."And we have to be cognizant that we also have a constitutional right. We have the Muslim community around the nation that we have to be concerned about, and we have to worry about the extremists as well, because they are seizing this moment." -- Michelle Boorstein
E PLURIBUS UNUM-- Many uniting into one. "Out of many, one"

There was a time that civil rights were used to batter down the doors to a closed society. Civil Rights were the catalyst meant to guarantee inclusion into the American Dream and the American idea. No matter what your origin we are all Americans first and foremost. But alas the melting pot became a salad bowl and the principle that made American, American was lost.

Daisy Khan wife of Imam Faisel Abdul Rauf, the ground zero Imam, exemplifies the worst in modern civil rights. Ms. Khan claim that her group has the constitutional right to bring offense to America by building this Mosque near ground zero is correct but if your stated purpose for building this Mosque is to promote good will, you’ve defeated your purpose. (see article)

After our proposal to build a community and cultural center two blocks from the World Trade Center site, I was pleased and gratified by the outpouring of support from city officials and a wide range of people who understand our mission—Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf (source)

Yet in Imam Rauf’s proposal, we find the cause and the answer to the whole controversy. The proposal is not to build a Mosque; the proposal is to build a Mosque two blocks from ground zero with emphasis on ground zero.

The idea to build a Mosque two blocks from ground zero is insensitive to American values. Only someone with loyalties other than to America would conceive it and support it. In addition, to attempt to wrap the constitution around this bad idea is the epitome of using civil rights to perpetrate civil wrongs. (see previous post)

Of late Civil Rights have been used for something else. Now when Civil Rights are exerted, they are a wedge to Balkanize the nation into hyphenated-special interest groups rather than the unified one nation under God that the Founder intended. For example, the original Civil rights movement fought in this Nation was for total inclusion into the American experience in every aspect.

Today’s Civil rights whether used by Mexican illegal aliens, homosexuals or Muslims is being waged to make America conform to the wishes of special interests groups. Rather than honoring the American tradition, these groups fight to tear down American tradition to replace tradition with something foreign, something bizarre and offensive to the principle of E Pluribus Unum.

Illegal aliens are fighting for Civil rights in a Country that is not their own. There is not a constitutional right to illegally enter America and set down roots to exploit the American economy. The Constitution doesn’t give illegal’s rights in the U.S. because Mexico has failed to use its vast resources to produce a vibrant first class economy. Yet Mexican illegal aliens are fighting to change America to conform not only their individual needs by to the needs of their entire country in the name of Civil Rights. Therefore, Mexican illegals are not concerned with what is best for America.

Homosexuals are fighting for Civil rights that are not Constitutional defined. There is no constitutional right to be homosexual, there is no constitutional right to engage in homosexual sex and there is no constitutional right to marry. Yet homosexual activists invented a group status, the “homosexual community” which to confer none existence rights upon thus counterfeiting the original civil rights experience. Homosexuals aren’t fighting for the right to be the same as ninety-seven percent of the rest of our society as Blacks fought so earnestly for.

Homosexuals fight for new and special designations made up in courts so they can celebrate how different they are a part from rest of society. They fight for exclusive needs and for their exclusive “community” not for what is best for America.

Muslims fight for Islam not what is best for America as demonstrated by the ground zero Cordoba House Muslim Community Center & Mosque renamed Park51 to avert the connotations of the Islamic conquest of the Christian city of Córdoba Spain.

Mosque promoters defend the proposed $100 million dollar project as an act of friendship, respect and goodwill. Yet what the promoters and the supporters of this highly controversial Mosque fail to take into account is the ill will that this particular Mosque generates and the disrespect that Americans feel because of this affront.

Such a bad idea and the recalcitrant nature of the defense of this bad idea beg the question do Muslims fully understanding what the American experience is.

Civil Rights are about correcting societal wrongs. The American experience is supposed to bring us together around American ideas. E PLURIBUS UNUM.

Unfortunately, that is not what is going on here. What is going on is Muslims using Islam to divide us while hiding behind the constitution. Muslim Rights of Religious Freedom will not be wronged if the ground zero Mosque is not built, but America and Americans will be egregiously wronged if this particular Mosque is built.

Muslims should respect this and do what’s best for American rather than what is best for Islam.

The Collaboration of Mosque and State

The Islamic Center of Washington is a mosque and Islamic cultural center in Washington, D.C

While much attention has been focused on questions surrounding the Ground Zero mosque and the appropriateness of the State Department funding Ground Zero mosque imam Feisal Abdul Rauf’s trip to the Middle East, little attention has been given to the fact that U.S. taxpayer money is funding mosque development around the world.>—Caroline May
Here is something that all fair-minded Americans need to consider. In Barry Hussein Soetoro’s American, there seems to be a disparity. It seems there is Separation of Church and State for Christianity while Islam enjoys the Collaboration of Mosque and State. Now that doesn’t seem fair or constitutional but that is what’s presently going on with our government. Allow me to explain.

With all of the high-minded talk about first amendment freedom of religious rights one would think American is going through another Age of Belief.

It is not. Instead, America is reverting into another Dark Ages one, which the Great Inquisitions of the past gives away to the sweet Azan, which according to president Barry Hussein Soetoro is “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.”

Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it’ll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.”-- NICHOLAS D. KRISTOF (source)

The media insist on attempting to make the ground zero mosques a intolerance issue, but it is not there are already two mosques in the vicinity of ground zero as reported by CNN’s Susan Candiotti (see 1:48min video)

This debate is not about building a mosque. There have been many mosque built in America as there are churches built. Its not about opposition to a mosque, because Governor Patterson has offered another possible location to the developers where the mosque could be built.

It is becoming apparent, even through all of the misuse of civil rights jargon, that Muslims and supporters of this project are not concerned about a mosque. It isn’t about a mosque to them it’s about location, location, location. It's about ground zero. They’ve rejected offers of building elsewhere because is not about having a mosque, rather it’s about having a mosque as close to ground zero as possible. It seems, if they could build directly on top of ground zero they would.

What this austere approach, to seeking rights, shows us is those who support this project are not willing to give deference for the true hurt and feelings of their neighbors. We use to call it Christian compassion. Rather they demand their constitutional rights in the most hateful way imaginable, as if they were using the very constitution to fly into the twin towers of our memories of all who died on 9/11 and into the offense that this mosque symbolizes in this particular location.

If one listens, closely one can hear the Muslim call to prayer wafting through neighborhoods all across America and throughout the world. Can you hear it? Not yet? Soon it will be very soon. What does this mean, and why would I say this?

It means that the fundamental transformation of your way of life and the United States has already begun. There is no more constitution, at least not as you’ve once known the constitution.

Do you remember when George W. Bush sent Christian envoys throughout the world as representatives of Christianity in America? You don’t remember that, you say that would be a violation of separation of church and state. Well you do remember when the United States government funded the building and refurbishing of Churches all around the world don’t you? Hum, you don’t remember that either.

Why not? Because it never happened, Bush never sent a Christian minister or priest as a special envoy on the behalf of the United States anywhere at any time. In addition, Bush never authorized the funding of Christian Church projects throughout the world for building and refurbishing Churches.

So why is president Barry Hussein Soetoro’s state department paying for and sponsoring the ground zero imam, Feisal Abdul Rauf, trip to the Middle East on behalf of the United States representing Islam to Countries in the Middle East?

According to Washington Times Mr. Rauf is scheduled to go to Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Qatar to foster "greater understanding" about Islam and Muslim communities in the United States.

Huh? Mr. Soetoro how is sending the Ground Zero imam to the Islamic Middle East to foster greater understanding about Islam and Muslim communities in the United States?

Isn’t that like sending a Mexican Illegal alien back to Mexico to foster greater understanding about crossing the border illegally. And reporting how illegal Mexican communities are getting along in the United States?

And who’s paying for this nonsense? “Youse” paying for this nonsense! Imam Rauf will get a daily $200 honorarium for the 15-day tour to Bahrain, Qatar and the United Arab Emirate.

Airfare is included, as well as the standard federal government per diem for expenses and lodging in each of the cities, he will visit. Those per diem rates range from nearly $400 to nearly $500, according to official documents. Our federal government according to the Associated Press discloses that this unconstitutional trip to “foster greater understanding” about Islam in the United States will cost you and I sixteen thousand dollars. That’s only what they’re willing to disclose.(source)

But, that’s not even the half. You and I are paying mosques to be built and refurbished all around the world. That’s right, U.S. taxpayer dollars are going to fund construction, renovation, and rehabilitation of various mosques abroad. The benefiting countries include Bulgaria, Pakistan, Mali, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Benin, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Egypt, Tunisia, the Maldives, Yemen, Turkmenistan, Tanzania, Uganda, Azerbaijan, Sudan, Serbia and Montenegro. (source)

How is the government able to violate separation of church and state when it comes to Islam? According to the DailyCaller by The U.S. Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) —, which is putting millions toward “heritage preservation” projects in the developing world — financed mosque-related projects in all the aforementioned countries. By calling it “Heritage” that’s how. Don’t even think about saying that Christianity is a part of America’s heritage though you would be supported by Alexis de Tocqueville who wrote, “Democracy in America.”

In Montenegro, for example, the State Department has funded an effort to restore and conserve the Shadrvan (Fountain) of the Old Mosque in Pljevlja. According to the State Department’s website, without needed repairs there would not be a sufficient place for ritual washing before prayer.

“To support the restoration of a fountain at a 16th-century mosque concurrent with the restoration of the mosque itself. Used for ritual ablutions before prayer, the fountain has deteriorated over time and needs a new wooden octagonal roof, pipes, water-taps, and pavement,” the description of the project reads.

I can think of many churches in this country that would benefit from such generous government largess. Oh but there’s that pesky ACLU and lawyers that would raise constitutional issues if a mere dime where spent on a church.

Caroline May informs us that, “The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has also spent millions reconstructing and financing multiple mosques in Cairo and Cyprus, as well as providing computers for imams in Tajikistan and Mali.

Interestingly, however, according to the Code of Federal Regulations, “USAID funds may not be used for the acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation of structures to the extent that those structures are used for inherently religious activities.”’
The Washington Times disclosed that in April, U.S. Ambassador to Tanzania Alfonso E. Lenhardt helped cut the ribbon at the 12th-century Kizimkazi Mosque, which was refurbished with assistance from the United States under a program to preserve culturally significant buildings. The U.S. government also helped save the Amr Ebn El Aas Mosque in Cairo, which dates back to 642.

The mosque's namesake was the Muslim conqueror of Christian Egypt, who built the structure on the site where he had pitched his tent before doing battle with the country's Byzantine rulers. For those who think the Ground Zero Mosque is an example of "Muslim triumphalism" glorifying conquest, the Amr Ebn El Aas Mosque is an example of such a monument - and one paid for with U.S. taxpayer funds. (source)

Is anyone getting that this is double standard? For Christians its separation of church and state but for Muslims it’s taxpayer funding and the collaboration of mosque and state. I've an idea why doesn't bankrupt America discontinue funding the religion Islam and let the multi-billionaire oil rich Muslims fund their own religion.

The whole irony is, while the supporters of the ground zero mosque are calling us all racists, bigots and haters of Islam U.S. citizens are paying imam Rauf expenses, of over $16,000 to go fundraise for the $100 million dollars he needs in the Islamic countries of Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Qatar. For money to build his Mega mosque, an Islamic headstone to the 3,000 that died at ground zero.

Furthermore, while we are being called intolerant and ignorant and insensitive to Muslim concerns we, U.S. taxpayers are building mosques in Muslim countries Bulgaria, Pakistan, Mali, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Benin, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Egypt, Tunisia, the Maldives, Yemen, Turkmenistan, Tanzania, Uganda, Azerbaijan, Sudan, Serbia and Montenegro.

Can you hear it now, faintly in the distance…

God is most great. God is most great.
God is most great. God is most great.
I testify that there is no God except God.
I testify that there is no God except God.
I testify that Muhammad is the messenger of God.
I testify that Muhammad is the messenger of God.
Come to prayer! Come to prayer!
Come to success! Come to success!
God is most great. God is most great.
There is none worthy of worship except God.

Isn’t that one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset?

Obama cannot be re-elected in 2012 and he knows it

Florida sign

If Barack Hussein Obama is able to hang on to the presidency for one term in spite of his radical left wing social agenda, his out of control spending, his mismanagement of the U.S. economy, his political motivated plan to legalize 20million illegal aliens or his blatant disregard for the United States and its Constitution, one thing that he won’t be able to do is seek a second term without showing proof that he is eligible to be president of the United States of America.—Alaphiah, Obama a one-term president without a birth certificate July 14, 2009
Let me be perfectly clear Barry Hussein Soetoro would like to be elected a 2nd term. He just wouldn’t be able too. In other words, “No he can’t!” Oh, he’s enjoying the abundant golfing, the multiple vacations in one summer, the gourmet White house Chef and most of all he’s enjoying lecturing the American people regarding our lack of understanding of the Constitution and American history. Or so he thinks.

But he gets it. He’s seen the signs. What signs? The sign all across America and on the roads that he traveled in Florida while he was visiting the Gulf Oil Spill catastrophe. There were signs posted all along Florida highways posing the question, “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” A question that Soetoro refuses to or is unable to answer but it is the single question that stands between Soetoro and a 2nd term.

Democrats who are responsible for this Constitutional crisis attempted to take control of the messaging. Their strategy was to attempt to make anyone who raised the question of Soetoro’s eligibility appears to be kind of kooky, kinda nuts or kinda stupid, after all there was a certificate of live birth posted on the internet. So you know it has got to be authentic. Oh wait what does it say at the bottom –“Any Alterations Invalidate this Certificate” Oh snap! What’s that big bold black lineout on the top right hand side of the word Certificate No.? (see COLB) Oh, no it’s an alteration. Now how did that get there?

All kidding aside, I now know who the kooks are and they ain’t the so-call “birthers” neither!

You see, Democrat’s first strategy was to attempt to force Republican politicians to take a stand on the issue of the birth certificate by demanding that Republicans answer Democrats pointed query, “Do you believe that the President is a U.S. citizen.” Certainly, Republicans wouldn’t what to seem to be “birthers.”

But a funny thing happened, pollsters discovered that one-fourth of Americans also believe that the president was not born in the U.S.A. Who would have thought? So now, the “birthers” can’t be disrespected like a small insignificant little right wing crazies group with alternating colored yellow and red propeller beanies atop their heads.

More and more Americans are demanding that Barry Hussein Soetoro unlock his vaults to let us see just what he’s been hiding in there. What’s hidden could be his connection to Muslim financiers who defrayed costs of his Harvard education and funded his presidential campaign via the internet with oil money enough to make John McCain Senator McCain again.

It seems highly unlikely that Obama will decide not to run in 2012. But he might well be calculating that a embarking post-presidential role as the leading global thinker in the post-American world as a Republican successor enters office is more attractive than being sullied by the political compromises and manoeuvrings necessary to win.—Telegrah.co.uk

Interestingly the Telegrah is questioning president Soetoro’s desire to run in 2012. It seems that to the Telegrah he’s not acting like he wishes to be a two term president. I think that’s interesting because when 1 out of 4 Americans say Soetoro is not acting like he is a Christian we are called morons. (see article)

However just as it is evident by his actions to the Telegrah that Soetoro doesn’t particularly want to run in 2012 it is also evident to one-fourth of Americans that he is not a Christian.

What is the evidence? There is mounting evidence that Soetoro was born in 1958 and not 1961 which would give him the same problem that Senator McCain had, well almost. McCain was born in the Panama Canal on a Military installation while his father was serving in active military duty technically McCain wasn’t born on U.S. soil so some have suggested and even filed suit that McCain was not a “Natural Born” citizen.

Only thing is both McCain’s parents where U.S. Citizens and technically the Military base were considered U.S. property. And as a Constitutional measure, Congress sanctioned Senator McCain’s birth as satisfying the Article II Section 1 requirement of the U.S. Constitution of “natural born citizen.”

On the other hand, Hawaii didn’t become a state of the United States until 1959. So if Barry Hussein Soetoro was born in 1958 as some evidence suggest he would not have been born in the United States even if he were born in Hawaii. He would not be a “natural born” citizen. Is that why he refuses to show his birth certificate?

Or if he was born, as some suggest, in Kenya Africa he would not be a United States “natural born” Citizen thus he is constitutionally ineligible to be president of the United States of America and is actually Usurping the role of president of these United States. Could this be the reason why he has failed to show his birth certificate or any of his vital records from Kindergarten to Illinois State senator and all points in between.

Unlike John McCain who produced documents when he was dealing with this same issue, Soetoro has taken a different tact. He has resisted every effort from anyone and everyone from attempting to verify his eligibility. President Soetoro has spent well over one-million-dollars to employee attorneys to keep his records undisclosed.

The Telegrah believes that president Soetoro is behaving like he doesn’t want to be a 2nd term president. One quarter of Americans, believe that president Soetoro doesn’t act like a Christian. Mr. Soetoro could erase both doubts by releasing his hidden records because they are the only thing standing between him and a 2nd term. If Soetoro would release those records, he could begin to convince Americans that he has no hidden Muslim agenda and that he meets the constitutional requirement to be president of the United States of America.

Believe me no Liberal is going to scare away anyone who has doubts about Soetoro’s eligibility by calling them birthers or nutty or kooky. We have a right to know if Soetoro is legitimate. To not want to know that he is legitimate is nutty and kooky.

Conservative welcome this debate brings your evidence to support why you think Barry Hussein Soetoro is constitutionally eligible to be president and we will bring ours. (see previous posts here and here)

At the end of the day, Soetoro will not be elected in 2012 because he has locked up and also destroyed evidence. This question is not going to go away. And may I suggest that the new Republican president and Republican Congress immediately open an investigation into the possible illegitimacy of the 44th president of the United States of America and convene hearings to determine who was behind the greatest fraud perpetuated on the United States of America.

An act so heinous that it defies all that is right and acceptable in a Constitutional Representative Republic. Liberal Democrats and their Liberal media cohorts knowingly aided and abetted a constitutionally ineligible Usurper helping him to treacherously hold and act in an office that was not constitutionally rightly his.

It should thereby be decided in these hearings that every bill signed every executive order signed and every appointment made by the Usurper shall be disallowed and voided out in accordance to the illegitimacy in which they were performed.

Finally, the Usurper and all who aided in this fraud against the Constitution and fraud against America should be tried for treason and summarily dispatched in accordance with the laws of treason.

Then the Democrat party should be disbanded for knowingly defrauding the nation with a candidate who is not constitutional eligible. Neglecting what was their constitutional responsibility to protect the people and their constitution from such an occurrence as a Usurper in the White house.

Maybe that’s why Mr. Soetoro is on a mad rush to pass everything and get everything done now, he knows that he can’t win in 2012 especially if he continues to refuse to legitimate himself in the eyes of the American people and in the eyes of the world.

Amy you ignorant partisan slut

Amy Sullivan, TIME magazine writer, author and Democrat Partisan

Yes, I realize that the above parody of SNL’s Dan Aykroyd’s and Jane Curtain’s infamous attempted at comedic verbal pratfall is not newsworthy but I am making a point.

The point is Amy Sullivan cannot expect to be taken seriously if she does the same thing with her Times.com article entitled, “Are One-Quarter of Americans Freakin' Morons?”

Personal insults aside Ms. Sullivan entire thesis is if 1 out of 4 Americans say they do not believe President Barry Hussein Soetoro’s confession of Christian faith that makes one-fourth of the U.S. population morons because they are choosing to ignore facts, evidence, and the president's own profession of faith. (see article)

Okay, even if your accusation that, Americans are ignoring facts, evidence and the president’s personal profession, is true Ms. Sullivan, calling Americans stupid for not believing what a politician says about himself or any other subject is not a winning argument even though it might seem it is to the Liberal mind, especially if that politician is Barry Hussein Soetoro.

Nevertheless, first let’s just examine this issue from a rational point of view. First, most Americans believe that politicians as a whole are unethical unprincipled liars. This is a nonpartisan belief.

[I]n a poll taken in 1997 by Fox News and Opinion Dynamics, 55% agreed that people who go into politics cannot remain honest.
In 2010, 55% told Gallup interviewers that the honesty and ethical standards of members of Congress were low or very low, the only time a majority has given that response since the question was asked first in 1976. Only 9% described them as high. A new Fox News Opinion Dynamics poll found that most people thought that elected officials were more interested in power and wealth (67%) than in public service for their constituents (14%).—Karlyn Bowman (source)

Also, according to the leftwing Huffington Post since Democrats have been in control of the government a majority of Americans poll that they don’t trust the government and they don’t believe that government can fix what is ailing America.

Public confidence in government is at one of the lowest points in a half century, according to a survey from the Pew Research Center. Nearly 8 in 10 Americans say they don't trust the federal government and have little faith it can solve America's ills, the survey found.-- LIZ SIDOTI (source)

Therefore, Ms. Sullivan if I were to use your faulty reasoning I could say that 80% of Americans are idiots for not trusting the Soetoro administration and the Democrat controlled Congress.

Then there is this bit of troubling information 68% of Americans believe that the current administration and government doesn’t care what Americans think. (source). Only a puny 23% believe that this current government has the consent of the governed. (source)

In Gallup's 2009 polling just 19% said the honesty and ethical standards of bankers were high; 12% felt that way about business executives, and 9% about stockbrokers. Stockbrokers were tied with members of Congress. Both ranked only slightly above HMO managers (8%) and car salesmen (6%), who took last place in the poll.

In fact, dissatisfaction with our current government runs deep in America. Americans are cynical of the President, Congress, politicians; poor leadership; corruption and abuse of power. Americans view these identified problems as more dangerous to America’s well-being than issues of Illegal alien invasion, healthcare problems, disaster relief, federal budget deficit, gas prices, war and poverty.

The only issues viewed more crucially than “dissatisfaction with current government” are the Economy and Unemployment/Jobs, which president Soetoro has claimed for over 19 months he could fix. (source)

Second, we know that President Soetoro has gone to extraordinary lengths, lengths which no other U.S. president in history has taken to conceal information about his origins and his past. Thus creating for himself a cloud of suspicion.

No other president while in office has put independent verifiable documentation off limits preventing the American people to see for themselves whether the president claims about himself are true or not. What is most troubling is the size and scope of this hidden information. Everything from kindergarten records to Chicago State Legislative records and everything in between is hidden from public view. As journalist, Tom Brokaw and talk show host Charlie Rose opined, “We don’t know who Barack Obama is.” (see previous post)

Sure, the president has released a very limited amount of carefully selected information; an invalidated certificate of live birth (COLB) and a just released new passport. The Soetoro COLB was invalid because it was physically altered. The document said right on its face “Any Alterations Invalidate this Certificate” yet the brain trust of the Soetoro administration thought that they could pass an Invalid document with a big bold black lineout as proof he was born in Hawaii. (see document)

Obviously, it worked on Ms. Sullivan and people like her, the three-fourths non-morons.

As a freshman, he quickly became friends with Mohammed Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, two wealthy Pakistanis

In 1981, Obama transferred from Occidental to Columbia. In between, he traveled to Pakistan - a trip that enhanced his foreign policy qualifications, he maintained in a private speech at a San Francisco fundraiser last month. Obama spent “about three weeks” in Pakistan, traveling with Hamid and staying in Karachi with Chandoo’s family, said Bill Burton, Obama’s press secretary.-- ADAM GOLDMAN and ROBERT TANNER (source)

It was reported that after one such trip, perhaps this one in 1981, Barry Soetoro (Soebarkah) officially became Barack Hussein Obama. Forsaking the name that he “was known as” in his formative years.

Soetoro’s new passport undoubtedly raises the question, “What happened to the old passport?” The passport which he made multiple trips to Africa and the trip to Pakistan in 1981. Not to mention that travel to Pakistan was restricted to Americans in 1981 so how did Mr. Soetoro manage to take that trip. He didn’t take those trips on his bright shiny new passport that was just release. The one which claims he was born in Hawaii, now would he?

Nevertheless, the White House insist on insulting to our intelligence by showing a new passport so that the president's supports will swoon and ignorantly claim that they’ve seen the passport. Uh one problem it is not his original passport but his new presidential passport with all of the information on it that confirms the Soetoro narrative of born in Hawaii, U.S. citizen and the like. You may see this propaganda on the White house website.

Katie Johnson the president’s personal secretary states that she filled out the paperwork for his “new presidential passport” when she first arrived as his secretary. Thus dashing Obamabots hopes of, “see here is the ‘holy grail’ this proves he was born in Hawaii.” No this proves that he as a new passport and it is possible that we will never know the truth.

In addition, at the same time the president’s deceased mother’s passport, a passport that could give vital information on the president was destroyed, how convenient! (source)

This is what this administration does they release bits and pieces of information in attempts to mollify questions rather than completely clarify questions. Such a practice will undoubtedly satisfy those who have a desire to suspend all disbelief regarding Barry Hussein Soetoro but to those who believe that verification is an integral part of the trust process the president’s actions only serve to foster doubts about all of his professions. The secrecy which surrounds Barry Hussein Soetoro will dog him to his grave, and much before that. Barry Hussein Soetoro’s hidden life will limit him to only one term as president.

He successfully managed to hide these warning signs with the aid of a partisan media and in the middle of a nation hate George Bush diversion in 2008. Bush wasn’t running in 2008 but Democrats had eight years of hate invested in George W. Bush and they weren’t going to let that hate go to waste so they ran against Bush in absentia and won. Now that there is clearly no George Bush to “hate on” in 2012 President Soetoro will have to run on all of the things that he has hidden from full view of the American people, i.e. who he is, what he has done (both past and present), and why he has done it. Yet, I’m sure he’ll try to inject George Bush’s name wherever he can.

Then there are the questions of Mr. Soetoro’s personal veracity. Here I could point to so many things that the president has not been truthful on i.e. where Mr. Soetoro was born, his actual age, his connections with known terrorist and subversives like William Ayers. I could also raise issues concerning the problems with his truthfulness regarding his connects with Dr. Khalid al Mansour who is an Islamic Supremacist, a Black Nationalist and an advisor to one of the richest men in the world. Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Alsaud who ranks 19 on The World's Billionaires in 2008, a Muslim advised by Dr. al Mansour a Muslim who also advises Barry Hussein Soetoro.

One point of importance Prince bin Talal Alsaud’s stated goal is the Islamification of the entire world. All the just mentioned are subjects are made opaque by this president’s campaign of obfuscation and/or bald face lies of which the Liberal Elite Media and Soetoro supporters are complicit.

Finally, Ms. Sullivan there's quite a peculiar practice in Islam that is not sanctioned in Christianity, that practice is called lying. You see Ms. Sullivan in Islam one is permitted to lie in order to defeat the Infidels.
The practice is called Al-taqiyya. Under al-taqiyya and dissimulation […] words used for a practice of Muslims blatantly lying to non-Muslims. All but some of the most fundamental Muslims consider the act of Al-taqiyya or lying to non-Muslims to be a good work. This is very important when one remembers that, in Islam, salvation is determined by good works. This means that a Muslim lying to a non-Muslim is that Muslim doing a good work to earn salvation.

It is almost equivalent to a Christian accepting Jesus as his savior. One of the big differences is that a Christian only needs to accept Jesus as his savior once to become saved forever but a Muslim must do his good works consistently and repeatedly to earn his salvation with the except of the greatest work of dying while fighting non-Muslims.

This is particularly important when one realizes that the only work which can guarantee salvation for a Muslim is to wage war against and kill non-Muslims or at least support those who do wage war against and kill non-Muslims. It is only logical that to lie in support of a war against non-Muslims could guarantee salvation for a Muslim because it would be considered supporting the war. This is a very powerful motivation for any Muslim to lie to any non-Muslim for any reason but especially when concerning any war or military effort against non-Muslims. (source)
Therefore, it is not entirely unfeasible that if Mr. Soetoro is a Muslim, he could be engaging in the practice of al-taqiyya. That is, he could be claiming to be Christian to first gain the presidency and second to implement his plans for fundamental change of the United States before anyone realized what he is doing. So when one-fourth of the population have their doubts about the so called “evidence” that the president is a Christian let me remind you of the sayings of two great men, Jesus Christ and Abraham Lincoln.

From their fruits ye shall know them; do men gather from thorns grapes? or from thistles figs? so every good tree doth yield good fruits, but the bad tree doth yield evil fruits. A good tree is not able to yield evil fruits, nor a bad tree to yield good fruits. Every tree not yielding good fruit is cut down and is cast to fire: therefore from their fruits ye shall know them. –Jesus Christ, Matthew 7: 16-20

***

You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.-- Abraham Lincoln, (attributed)16th president of US (1809 - 1865)

All of this could happen, that is a Muslim agent who is bent on the Islamification of the United States could be operating in the Whitehouse right now because of smart people like you Ms. Sullivan.

Christians know what Christian activities look like and nothing of that has been demonstrable in Barry Hussein Soetoro has anything to do with Christian beliefs or Christian activities. Ms. Sullivan you wouldn’t know this because you or not a Christian or if you are not a very good one.  Moreover, you must have forgotten the fundamental principal of the founding fathers and of the 1960’s and that is why you call one-fourth of the population morons.

That principle? Government no matter who’s it is, cannot and should not be trusted.

During the turbulent days of the 1960s hippies frequently utilized the term 'establishment' when referring to the government and 'unelected ruling authorities'. It was a matter of the government, the media and powerful corporations being in cahoots which was creating a threat to the whole of American society.-- A.O. Kime (source)

Your bashing of a quarter of Americans was just wrong Ms. Sullivan. However, what is true is blind Partisanship will make one a moron much quicker than questioning a dubious politician, his doubtful claims and his unconstitutional agenda, Ms. Sullivan.

Where are the Jobs in a Summer of Recovery?

Union members hold up "I want to work" placards as they join a protest of several thousand people demanding jobs outside City Hall in Los Angeles on August 13, 2010.

As the summer heats up, it is becoming clear that it could quite possibly be the most active season yet when it comes to recovering our economy. There are Recovery Act-funded projects breaking ground across the country that are creating quality jobs for Americans and economic growth for businesses, large and small.
This summer is sure to be a summer of Economic Recovery.-- Ron Sims, the White House Blog
This is the death of the American Dream. Near 10% joblessness and no hope or change, propaganda can rescue this economy. President Barry Hussein Soetoro and Vice President Joe Biden announced this as the Summer of Economic Recovery; instead, millions of Americans have been out of work for more than 99 weeks and counting. They know we all know this is the end of American Exceptionalism; this is the end of the American middle class, as we know it. (see story)

Andrew Klavan gives a unique informative and comparatively witty look at president Soetoro’s Summer of Economic Recovery and the War. (see 4:30min video)

Though corporations, especially in the banking sector, are posting healthy profits, they are not hiring new workers. At the same time, government cuts are sweeping through city and state governments alike, threatening tens of thousands of jobs and slicing away at services once thought vital. Schools, street lighting, libraries, refuse collection, the police, fire services and public transport networks are all being scaled back.

America appears to be a society splitting down the centre, shattering the middle class that long formed the cultural bedrock of the country and dividing it into a country of haves and have-nots.-- Paul Harris

Democrats spent $787 billion dollars on a stimulus package that to date has not stimulated the U.S. economy.

Dr. Laura, the Progressive Liberal Democrat Terrorists have Won

Dr. Laura Schlessinger
Well, I'm here to say that my contract is up for my radio show at the end of the year and I have made the decision not to do radio anymore. The reason is: I want to regain my First Amendment rights. I want to be able to say what's on my mind, and in my heart, what I think is helpful and useful without somebody getting angry, some special interest group deciding this is a time to silence a voice of dissent, and attack affiliates and attack sponsors.—Dr. Laura
Why is Dr. Laura quitting her radio show? Dr. Laura has been terrorized by Liberal terrorists, you think I’m exaggerating? I’m not. Liberal terrorism has embedded itself into the American culture and it is as real as Islamic terrorism.

Dr. Laura told Larry King that she is quitting her radio show because, “[Liberal terrorists] try to silence you. They try to wipe out your ability to earn a living and to have your job. They go after affiliates. They send threats to sponsors.” That sounds like terrorism to me! (see 4:09min video)

You know, when I started in radio, if you said something somebody didn't agree with and they didn't like, they argued with you. Now, they try to silence you. They try to wipe out your ability to earn a living and to have your job. They go after affiliates. They send threats to sponsors.—Dr. Laura

What is totally amazing is just at this time the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the case United States of American vs. Xavier Alvarez found that the constitution protected speech to the extent that Xavier Alvarez can lie about receiving the Congressional Medal of Honor, in violation of the Stolen Valor Act (the Act), 18 U.S.C. § 704(b), (c). yet where is the constitutional protection of freedom of speech for Dr. Laura Schlessinger?
[t]he constitutional right of free expression is powerful
medicine in a society as diverse and populous as
ours. It is designed and intended to remove governmental
restraints from the arena of public discussion,
putting the decision as to what views shall be
voiced largely into the hands of each of us . . . .

. . . We cannot lose sight of the fact that, in what otherwise
might seem a trifling and annoying instance
of individual distasteful abuse of a privilege, these
fundamental societal values are truly implicated.—written in The 9th Circuit of appeals stolen valor opinion
Now if the 1st amendment of the Constitution can protect a liar why can’t it protect a Conservative talk show host who is a good and decent person?

Well one reason Dr. Laura’s 1st amendment rights where not protected by the courts is while some terrorists use airplanes, some use the courts but in this particular case, these terrorists used economic terrorism. These terrorist target one’s ability to earn a living by threatening those who sponsor a Conservative talk show.

Yes, but I don't ha[ve] the right to say what I need to say. My First Amendment rights have been usurped by angry, hateful groups who don't want to debate. They want to eliminate.

So, that's why I decided it was time to move on to other venues where I could say my piece and not have to live in fear anymore that sponsors and their families are going to be upset, radio stations are going to be upset, my peeps, as I call them, are going to be upset. –Dr. Laura

These terrorists have done it to Rush Limbaugh, to Michael Savage, to Glenn Beck, and to anyone who has an opinion contrary to their agenda. You would think that sponsors would know this by now, some do but as you know terrorism works by inducing fear and sponsors are fearful that Liberal terrorists will hurt their business.

Most of Conservative talk radio lives in constant fear that one misspoken word will be the cause of an untimely demise to their radio show. The fact that any Conservative talk show is on the air in this climate of Liberal terrorism is a tribute to the professionalism and skill of each of and everyone of Conservative talk radio’s hosts.

Dr. Laura lived in consist fear for the sake of her sponsors and radio family a burden that no one should have to bear in a country that boast itself to be a free country.

What is so ironic is some of those who make up the Liberal terrorists group attacking Dr. Laura are attempting to defend the rights of Muslims to build an Islamic Mosque near ground zero on the basis if the 1st amendment. Moreover, at the same time others in that terrorist’s network are fighting to deprive Dr. Laura of her 1st amendment right of freedom of speech.

Who will fight for Dr. Laura? Who will fight for Conservatives in this country? Martin Niemoeller's message,”First they came for the Jews” comes to mind, please allow me this adaptation of this very powerfully poignant and famous thought:
First they came for the conservatives, and I did not speak out--
because I was not a conservative;
Then they came for the Christians, and I did not speak out--
because I was not a Christian;
Then they came for the tea party, and I did not speak out--
because I was not a tea party member;
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out--
because I was not a Jew;
Then they came for me--
and there was no one left to speak out for me.
Only you and I are left to fight for Dr. Laura and Conservative talk radio. Sure, we’re going to vote out the Liberal Democrat insurgency this November but we have to do more. It’s time for action What will you do?

If we do nothing or if we quit the terrorists win. The Progressive Liberal Democrat terrorists win if we do nothing.

Radical Islam is behind building Ground Zero Mosque and Obama Knows

Raheel Raza, Muslim Canadian Congress Board Member and author Their Jihad not my Jihad

[H]ow is building a Mosque in the very place where Muslims murdered so many other Americans would create any kind of respect?—Raheel Raza
Those who argue for the building of the Ground Zero Mosque argue two points, which Bill O’Reilly identifies. These are the same points which president Soetoro strongly advocated during an iftar (special evening meal observed by Muslims during Ramadan) which he hosted last Friday night, one point is “Freedom of Religion” and the second point, Muslims argue is that a Mosque near ground zero would show respect for the victims of 9/11.

First, attempting to wrap the Constitution around the “Ground Zero” Mosque is a transparent attempt to force a hidden agenda upon the American people. Attempting to make this a constitutional issue is a tactic as old as putting applesauce on the same spoon as carrots so baby won’t spit out the carrots.

The issue here is not “Freedom of Religion” neither is the issue intolerance by non Muslim Americans. The issue is whether Muslims will show the same sensitivity to American feelings by avoiding this particular affront to American sensibilities as such deference has been afforded Muslims over the years as they live, work, worship and have built over 2,000 Mosques all over America.

Raheel Raza a Moderate Muslim, a Muslim Canadian Congress Board Member and author of the book “Their Jihad not my Jihad” spoke to Bill O’Reilly and illustrates that this push for a ground zero Mosque is the effort of Radical Islamists and ignorant bleeding heart White Liberals with hidden agendas. (see 4:16 min video)

O’Reilly asked Ms Raza if the arguments of Constitutional right of religion and good will are justification for building a Mosque near ground zero Mr. Raza answer is perhaps the most profound answer one will ever hear on this subject.

Well no as a Muslim I am not buying that at all, how is building a Mosque in the very place where Muslims murdered so many other Americans would create any kind of respect?

What I am hearing from people especially those who are victims and who are family of the victims is that this is very hurtful and it is very painful and as a Muslim I read in my holy book the Quran that we should not… we should be very sensitive toward people of other faiths especially when we are living in lands that are not Muslim lands and these are our neighbors and our colleagues and the people we care about.

We don’t show our caring about them by being intolerant.

Ah, building a Mosque or a place of worship in the particular spot across the street from ground zero is a slap in the face of all Americans. I mean New Yorkers have experienced this pain and the people who are behind this project are themselves Americans and New Yorkers. I can’t begin to imagine how they would even conceive an idea. That building a Mosque there, which is an exclusive place of prayer for Muslims, would in any way build tolerance and respect.

Major Bloom…Mayor Bloomberg and other bleeding heart White Liberals like him don’t understand the battle that we Moderate Muslims are faced with in terms of confronting Radical Islam and Islamization and political Islam in North America. Which, has only grown since 9/11 because of political correctness and people because of their politically invested agendas not speaking out against issues like this. -- Raheel Raza

You are right Ms. Raza Michael Bloomberg is a bleeding heart White Liberal who apparently doesn’t understand that he is being played like a one string fiddle by those who are sponsoring this Mosque. (see 1:34min video)

I am positive that large sums of money are behind this Bloomberg interpretation of what America stands for. This Bloomberg speech is a kiss on the check of America so that Bloomberg can receive his thirty pieces of silver for a Mosque built across the way from ground zero in lower Manhattan.

America, Bloomberg is another leader selling America out while feigning American values and Constitutional concerns.

As Ms. Raza so aptly put it, Bloomberg is bleeding heart White Liberal who doesn’t understand the battle that we all are in. Americans, Moderate Muslims and the world are in the same battle. We are faced with confronting Radical Islam, Islamization and political Islam in North America all of which is introduced under the Trojan cover of a religion and in this case a building .

Bloomberg and President Soetoro would pull this Trojan deception into our gates and command us all to go to sleep and dream dreams of constitutional bliss while Trojan doors slowly open and unleash stealth jihad upon us that strikes us while we dream.

Obama Approves of “Islamic Head Stone” over the graves of 3000 Americans

US President Barack Obama (2nd R) and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan (L) take off their shoes as they visit the Blue Mosque with Muslim clerics Emrullah Hatipoglu (R) and Mustafa Cagrici (L) in Istanbul, Turkey, 07 April 2009

President Barack Obama on Friday endorsed a controversial plan to build a mosque and Islamic center just blocks from ground zero in Manhattan, despite the strong objections of conservatives, the ADL and those who lost loved ones in the Sept. 11 attacks.

“Ground zero is, indeed, hallowed ground,” Obama said at a White House dinner celebrating the Muslim holiday of Ramadan. “But let me be clear: As a citizen and as president, I believe that Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as anyone else in this country. That includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances.”

IT’S AMERICA’S TURN TO BE OFFENDED

We are told that the world is offended because of America. We have a president who has travelled around the world apologizing for America. Now at an Islamic dinner held at the White House celebrating the Muslim holiday of Ramadan the president openly hailed the building of a Mosque at ground zero despite the affront that such a Mosque would be to the American people.

However, let it be known from this day forth that offense runs both ways. Just as the world can be offended because of America, America can be offended because of acts of terrorism against it from the only religion that has openly declared jihad on the United States, Islam.

Yes, we are a tolerant people even toward those who consider themselves our enemies, presently there are over 2,000 Mosque in the United States of America. In addition, it is estimated there are approximately 2.8 million Muslims in the United States of America that practice Islam (see source)

Islamic Mosques are here and Muslims practice their faith here because America, unlike all Muslim countries around the world, is tolerant of all religious faiths. Actually, America is tolerant to a fault because it is even tolerant of that religion which has declared war on America. Moreover, let’s all be clear Islam has declared war on the United States of America twice. Once in 1996 and again in 1998. (see previous post)

War was declared on America first in 1996 and again in 1998 by Osama bin Laden. Bin Laden has been indicted for terrorism by the U.S. States District Court.—Alaphiah

America doesn’t need a lecture from a president of questionable allegiance about our traditions and Constitutional principles. Most of us know them better than he. We don’t have to be reminded about Islam’s role in the world. We see Islam’s abuses and intolerance of women, Christians and Jews every day. (see 1:28min video)

We don’t need Barry Hussein Obama to tell us that Islam has a right to build a Mosque near ground zero. We all know that Islam is attempting to use our very own Constitution against us in order to place a memento near ground zero to commemorate the 3,000 American Infidels that they killed in the name of their god on September 11, 2001. Let me be clear, it is no coincidence that Muslims scheduled the opening of the “Ground Zero” Mosque on September 11, 2011. This is “In yo Face” Jihad.

It is Islam’s practice to erect a mosque on opponent’s holy sites which have been destroyed. That is why Haram a-Sharif or the Dome of the Rock sits on the ruined Jewish Temple mount. Following a brief period of Persian rule, Jerusalem was captured in 638, six years after the death of Muhammad, by the Muslim Caliph Umar. Soon after his occupation of the city, Umar cleansed the Temple Mount , built a small mosque and dedicated the site to Muslim worship. Later the Dome of the Rock was constructed meant to permanently send the message that Islam’s Allah is greater than the Jew’s Adonai. (source)
Why? It is a custom in Islam to show up their defended foe. It is Islam's way of saying, "We have defeated you, we rule you, and our god is better than your god." (source)

Mr. President, this is not a question of American denying a group religious freedom, even to suggest that is a blatant attempt to mischaracterize this insult to the 3,000 dead Americans at ground zero. On the contrary, Islam is practiced freely in America as evidenced by the over 2,000 Mosque presently here and the nearly 3 million Muslims that practice their faith in America.

This is a question of whether a religion that has declared Jihad on the United States will farther insist on offending U.S. citizens by insisting that they build an “Islamic Head Stone” over the graves of 3,000 dead Americans.

I AM OFFENDED AT THE THOUGHT OF AN “ISLAMIC HEAD STONE” OVER THE GRAVES OF 3,000 DEAD AMERICANS!

Here’s a thought, Americans take tremendous efforts attempting to avoid offending others. Those efforts are reflected in our laws as well as our customs. It is time for others to do the same.

It is time for Islam to do the same. It is time for Muslims to note that building a Mosque, an “Islamic Head Stone”, at ground zero is offensive to Americans and in the tradition of a country that is sensitive to others concerns Muslims should not only hear our concern but they should attempt to avoid the affront to Americans’ sensibilities that this particular Mosque will cause.

I know, that is what Americans would do. What will Muslim do?
