The Most Constitutional Ignorant president ever in the History of the U.S.

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the Supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.Article III Section 2, U.S. Constitution
What does president Barry Hussein Soetoro, the Soetoro Justice Department, Judge Susan Bolden and Elena Kagan all have in common? They are all woefully ignorant of the Constitution of the United States of America. Either they are supremely ignorant of the constitution or they are anarchists or both.

The Constitution specifically affirms that if a case is involving a State, that case is to be filed directly in the Supreme Court of the United States of America. You would think that the smartest president in the history of the United States of America and all of the brilliant people that he has surrounded himself with would know this.

On the contrary, this constitutional ignorant administration doesn’t know the first thing about the Constitution it’s like when he was a candidate he didn’t know how many states are in the Union…57 or the additional two that he said his staff didn’t let him go to.

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. —Article III Section 2, U.S. Constitution

The fact is judge Susan Bolden had no standing to adjudicating this matter, one would think she would have known that. The fact is Bolden’s decision in the case; “United States of American vs. State of Arizona; and Janice K. Brewer, Governor of the State of Arizona, in her Official Capacity, CV 10-1413-PHX-SRB” is not worth the paper that it was written on. The fact that the case was filed in the federal district court, the fact that it was heard in the federal district court and the fact that it was decided in the federal district court is all, unconstitutional. Once again confirming that this is the most unconstitutional administration in the history of the United States of America.

One would think that the Clinton appointee, Federal District Judge Susan Bolden would know the law well enough to know that she had no standing to hear this case. If she did not know, Judge Bolden has also shown her ignorance of the constitution. Furthermore, this president touts the fact that he taught Constitutional law, so why didn’t he know the District Court had not standing to hear this case? He too has repeatedly proved that he is woefully ignorant of the constitution.

Finally this constitutionally inept president has nominated, and the Democrat controlled Senate is about to confirm an equally constitutionally ignorant person to be a justice on the Supreme Court, Elena Kagan.

Senator Jeff Sessions explains why no one who values the constitution can vote to confirm Elena Kagan. (see 9:07 min video)

The Barry Hussein Soetoro presidency continues to exhibit a blatant disregard for the constitution. First by not enforcing it, thus consciously allowing, no aiding and abetting, illegal entry into the United States, though they are sworn to enforce the constitution. Secondly, the Soetoro administration disregarded the constitution by working directly against it, i.e. wrongly suing a State in constitutional principle and venue.

First suing a State that is attempting to follow constitutional mandate to protect the United States is wrong. Second for the Soetoro, administration to bring this suit in District Court instead of the Supreme Court was unconstitutional and wrong.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion—Article III Section IV, U.S. Constitution

The constitution guarantees that the Federal government shall protect the States from invasion. Arizona is clearly being invaded.

Not only is Arizona being invaded the invaders have declared war on Arizona and the United States by placing a one million dollar bounty on a citizen of the United States of America. Due to the invasion of Arizona by illegal aliens and threats of murder against a U.S. citizen, who is a law enforcement agent, by a Mexican Drug Cartel.  Therefore Arizona is within its constitutional rights to engage in war with Mexico.

No State shall…engage in War, unless actually invaded—Article I Section X, U.S. Constitution

I’d say that Democrats, this president, and Democrat appointed judges have some boning up on the constitution to do.

Allow me to make it plain president Soetoro. Your administration has a constitutional responsibility to stop illegal aliens from entering the United States. Your administration has a constitutional responsibility to support Arizona in its efforts to protect America from this Illegal Agent invasion.

Nevertheless, it bears repeating, when the federal government abdicates it’s duties to protect a State from illegal entry and a State is invaded that State has the constitutional authority to engage in war against such invaders.

Not only is Judge Susan Bolden’s decision to interfere with Arizona’s illegal alien law unconstitutional, she has no standing in this matter, and therefore her decision is invalid. there is nothing preventing Arizona from enacting Arizona SB1070 in full Governor Brewer should.

If Arizona enacted SB1070 fully, over judge Bolden’s decision they would by completely within their constitutional rights to do so. Just think that would be such a teachable moment for the constitutional ignorant Barry Hussein Soetoro, the Soetoro administration and Judge Susan Bolden.

Shame on the lot of you, Mr. Soetoro because such ignorance of the law and constitution is no excuse!
