INSULT!

Shoe thrown at President Bush
"This is a gift from the Iraqis; this is the farewell kiss, you dog. This is from the widows, the orphans and those who were killed in Iraq." –Iraq shoe throwing Journalist
It was an Insult against American! The sole of the shoe is an ultimate insult in the middle eastern world. Two years ago at the toppling of Saddam Hussein’s statue one of the ways that the Iraqi people celebrated was by striking the statue with shoes as a sign of disrespect. (see 2:02min. video)

In an ironic turn of events as President Bush visits Iraq on Sunday to highlight the recently completed security agreement between the United States and Iraqi government the United States is insulted by an attack against its president. (see 2:10min.video)

After all of the efforts the United States made under the leadership of President Bush to mitigate collateral damage and after all of the efforts to be as respectful of Islam and the Iraqi people that the United States could possibly be this highly vetted Iraqi reporter is able to hurl insults at America by disrespecting our President. (see story)

Do not think for a moment that president elect Barack Obama will escape such disrespect Al Qaeda's No. 2 leader, Ayman Zawahiri has already called Obama a Malcolm X pejorative, a “House Nigger” or House Negro. (see story)

If this latest slight of president Bush is allowed because its only perceived as an isolated insular attack against Bush instead of the international act of aggression against America that it was then President elect Obama will be weakened as all Americans, even as high as the American president, are viewed as vulnerable targets throughout the world.
