Lessons about America that most Americans have forgotten or didn’t know

You have to pinch yourself – a Marxisant radical who all his life has been mentored by, sat at the feet of, worshipped with, befriended, endorsed the philosophy of, funded and been in turn funded, politically promoted and supported by a nexus comprising black power anti-white racists, Jew-haters, revolutionary Marxists, unrepentant former terrorists and Chicago mobsters, is on the verge of becoming President of the United States.

And apparently it’s considered impolite to say so.
--Melanie Phillips, The Spectator
This day as many will cast their votes not truly understanding why and from whence this right derives we find this as a day needed to review this 29min. video to learn how much we have lost in understanding the American way.

But before we do that remember that only one candidate has stated that he is not qualified to ran for President this year. This could be the only believable thing that he has said this whole campaign and I'm taking his word on it! (see 1:09min video)

With that said, if hard working Americans knew the lessons of America in the following video, Sen. Barack Obama would not stand a chance of winning the Presidency.

As you view this video and if you know Sen. Obama’s ideas of redistributing wealth and big government you will see just how far Barack Obama’s ideas are diametrically opposed to the ideas of the founding fathers’ ideas.

A vote for Obama is a vote against America, as you will see for yourself. (see 29min video)

Finally this editorial speaks to Sen. Obama’s fundamental campaign philosophy to enact Obama-socialism on the people of the United States if he is elected.
Spread the wealth economics harmful to all

November 1, 2008

At the risk of coming across as selfish and greedy capitalists with not an ounce of concern for the less fortunate, we'd like to put in a good word for the concept of not spreading the wealth.

It's funny how that chance encounter between Joe the Plumber and Barack the Presidential Candidate and the sound bite it produced dominated the final days of this seemingly interminable campaign. But it turns out that Americans feel very strongly about the Robin Hood politics of taking from the well-off and giving to the economically challenged.

It is not surprising that those who have worked hard, made sacrifices, saved money, started businesses and made payrolls would frown on the idea of a presidential candidate actually boasting that he plans to raise their taxes, if elected, in order to give tax breaks to those who make less money. But it is a little frightening to think that there are so many people on the other side who covet their neighbor's bank account.

And what's the cut-off for the tax cuts? No one knows, because Obama and his running mate, Joe Biden, can't settle on a figure. First, it was said that only wage-earners who earned more than $250,000 annually would have their taxes raised. Then Obama, in an interview, lowered the figure to $200,000. Then Biden, in a speech, lowered it to $150,000. Luckily, this campaign is ending. Or we might be headed for a situation where anyone earning more than poverty level gets a tax increase.

But the real problem with Robin Hood economics isn't just that it is unfair, but also that it's harmful to the same people it professes to help. Like any handout, it kills incentive and rewards a lack of achievement. And, in this case, by confiscating the assets of the haves, it also punishes initiative and penalizes success.

That's not a winning formula. In fact, it wouldn't be good for anyone. And let's hope we never get a chance to see that for ourselves.

Obama's saving grqace is that he has no Political Courage, and only enough Moral Courage to get by on. Obama is much like Hamlet, who wants to do good but is afraid of doinng it. Hamlet failed because he missed the only opportunity to finish off Claudio during the Prayer Scene because he departs to quickly and hears only what he wants to hear.

Contrast with Clinton, who lacked Moral Courage but had plenty of Political COurage, would follow in the footsteps of MacBeth, except that Clinton actually survived his reign. Clinton is more like Henry the Eighth, who left a big mess for his successors.

Looking back, and despite my optimism about McCain, I find that McCain made mistake after mistake. Let us start with the only thing McCain did right, that is, Groom a Successor, which is what is respnsible for his September Surge. The Economy broght him down, but it did not have to. McCain could have went after the root cause of the Credit Crisis, ACORN, and as a bonus curb their Voter Fraud. McCain could (listening to Bill O'Reilly) have promised to go after those who caused the Credit Crisis with the team of Secretary of the Treasury Mitt Romney and Attorney General Rudolf Guiliani. He took Public Campaign Financing when he could have announced that Obama's breaking of his promise to use Public Funds released McCain from his promise. McCain, who was responsible for McCain-Feingold, did himself in by his own law that restricted "Big Money". If McCain actually wins, it will be because he was carried across the Finish Line, yelling, kicking, and screaming.

It is fortunate that Obama has no Political Courage. I am counting on a Do-Nothing Presidency to Weather ot the Recession. Irving Fisher's remedy of "Reflation" to a Recession is beyond Obama's IQ, so don't expect the Economy to recover too quickly. It is good that Obama will chicken out of his Tax Hikes and will not repeat Herbert Hoover's mistake of raising Taxes during a Recession.

I also hope for at least 41 Republican Senators to survive the Election to keep Liberty intact.

Hang on for a couple of years. Maybe Obama will do himself in.
