I will not allow the arbitrary and relativist belief that the ends justify the means which Obama supporters hold, what that is, is even if Obama ran an illegitimate and ineligible campaign and won it is now too late to do anything about it. So Mr. Maher, Mr. Funnyman you get your president to show the OVC of his birth certificate, a document that you or any of Obama’s supports have not seen, and release any of these other sealed records and I’ll guarantee that Don Ho won’t be needed for further proof.

Congressman John Conyers like his fellow Congressmen are having trouble with the Obama Health Care Reform Bill, H.R. 3200. The trouble Democrats are having is they can’t past this bill fast enough. The only problem is they met unexpected resistance within their own ranks.
Talk about cash for a clunker.H.R. 3200 is a clunker. It is a 1017page disaster that Democrats are throwing money at. Trillions of your tax dollars. This Health Care clunker was supposed to be passed before Congress took their August summer break by command of the president but it wasn’t passed. Democrats couldn’t get their super majority in the house to agree on the bill before the president’s deadline. So a vote will have to wait until after August when Congress returns from listening to the people back home.
Which by the way negates one of Rep.Conyers’ excuses for voting for a bill that he hasn’t read because two days are suddenly expanded to about a month which is plenty of time to read 1017pages but will he? Will Congress?
Not only are Senators and Congressmen having trouble reading the bill they are having troubles explaining themselves to their constituents back at home. Former Republican turned Democrat Sen. Arlen Specter brings Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius for support to a townhall meeting and attempts to explain Democrats talking point about the bill but citizens where having none of it. Barack Obama doesn’t seem to remember what he as said about his plans to eliminate private insurance which is in direct contradiction of his statements that if you like your insurance or if you like your doctor then you can keep them. You probably heard that Obama is going around attempting to sell his Health Care plan because it’s in trouble, right? His basic argument is the world will end if his plan isn’t enacted immediately. He even showed up at an AARP telephone townhall meeting recently. One caller named Robert asked, If health reforms “were so great,” why don’t members of Congress have to participate? Bingo!
That is the question! If Obama’s promised “Congressional health care” for all then why is he and Congress creating an elitist group and a common group of Health Care users.

Well I actually think that the Health Care exchange that people like Jeannine would be able to participant in would be very similar to the kind of program that we have for the federal health care employees.

James Crowley. Without knowing all of the facts Barack Obama called Sgt. Crowley’s actions stupid referring to the arrest of professor Gates.
Crowley was responding to a 9-1-1 call of a possible break in and entry. He was just doing his duty trying to protect Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. from a reported breaking in at Gates’ address.
Sgt. James Crowley is a police instructor who instructs his fellow police officers on the subject of racial profiling. Sgt Crowley is not the stereotypical redneck prejudge White police officer looking to mistreat Black men in America. You know like the type that Professor Gates and Mr. Obama obviously know so much about. Following president Obama’s statement on the issue (see 3:24 min video) .

Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate no longer exists! It was destroyed in 2001 when Hawaii went paperless. This startling revelation was reported by Joseph Farah, founder, editor and CEO of Worldnetdaily.com in his article questioning whether or not the story regarding Obama’s eligibility is still relevant.
Farah reports that CNN researchers contacted the Hawaii Public Health Department about the missing long-form birth certificate and they were told that the original no longer exists. According to Farah Hawaiian authorities’ story to CNN was that it was destroyed in 2001 when Hawaii went paperless. (see story)
If this is true then Hawaii Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino lied when she claimed in October 2008 that she personally inspect the original birth certificate. Not to mention that the Annenberg organization Factcheck.org also lied when it claimed as early as August 2008 that their staffers had seen, touched , examined and photographed the original birth certificate. Neither of these incidents could be true if the Hawaii Public Health Department is now saying that the original birth certificate was destroyed in 2001. (see Fukino’s statement below):

This development does not help Obama rather it hurts him. If the document that was reportedly under lock and key and has been the center of the most intense scrutiny all of this time is reported suspiciously destroyed and this is the same document that several individual sources said that they saw in 2008 while it was yet under lock and key Barack Hussein Obama has a problem if now it is reported destroyed in 2001.
The fact is Barack Obama can not prove that he meets the constitutional requirement that he is a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America.
So therefore he is deemed ineligible to serve and act as President of the United States of America and to the extent that he is not removed from office by impeachment during his first term there is no possible chance that he will be reelected if he attempted to seek a second term.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell tells CNN’s John King that the stimulus was a big mistake and a failure after six months of Obama in office. (see 1:20min video)
Sen. McConnell’s statement comes at the same time that the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office issues a second warning regarding the Obama Health Care Reform. The President is touting his Reform as a fix for health care and a cost saving measure. Not so says the CBO, they say that the bill actually saves no money over 10 years.

During the call, a blogger from Maine said he kept running into an Investors Business Daily article that claimed Section 102 of the House health legislation would outlaw private insurance.
He asked: "Is this true? Will people be able to keep their insurance and will insurers be able to write new policies even though H.R. 3200 is passed?" President Obama replied: "You know, I have to say that I am not familiar with the provision you are talking about."—Heritage Foundation
Not familiar with the provision that he’s talking about? Are you familiar with any provision in the 1,018 page bill Mr. Obama? Forget all the speechifying Mr. Obama just answer one small insignificant question, have you even read the Health Care bill?

This question is important Mr. Obama because you keep promising that if we don't like your overhaul of the health care system, no worries we just keep the coverage that we have but there is just one small problem on page 16 in the bill it says that ain’t so!
According to Investor’s Business Daily; On Page 16 is a provision making individual private medical insurance illegal. The provision would indeed outlaw individual private coverage. Under the Orwellian header of "Protecting The Choice To Keep Current Coverage," the "Limitation On New Enrollment" section of the bill clearly states: (see full bill)
"Except as provided in this paragraph, the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day" of the year the legislation becomes law.
So we can all keep our coverage, just as promised — with, of course, exceptions: Those who currently have private individual coverage won't be able to change it. Nor will those who leave a company to work for themselves be free to buy individual plans from private carriers.
From the beginning, opponents of the public option plan have warned that if the government gets into the business of offering subsidized health insurance coverage, the private insurance market will wither. Drawn by a public option that will be 30% to 40% cheaper than their current premiums because taxpayers will be funding it, employers will gladly scrap their private plans and go with Washington's coverage.
The nonpartisan Lewin Group estimated in April that 120 million or more Americans could lose their group coverage at work and end up in such a program. That would leave private carriers with 50 million or fewer customers. This could cause the market to, as Lewin Vice President John Sheils put it, "fizzle out altogether."
What wasn't known until now is that the bill itself will kill the market for private individual coverage by not letting any new policies be written after the public option becomes law. (see source)
Then there was that needy health care news thingy that Obama did earlier this week. Did you watch it? (yawn!) Well according to FactCheck.org Obama lied all the way through the conference to sell his health care reform to Democrats!
That’s right Republicans don’t have the numbers to stop this train wreck (voters made certain of that last November) so the only reason that Health Care reform is held up and won't meet Obama's deadline is because Obama doesn’t have enough Democrat votes to pass it. Believe me this thing is soooo bad that even Democrats are balking at the chance to blow another trillion dollars of tax payers money just for the giggles.
Oh and the other reason that Democrats are holding this bill up is since no Congressman, Senator or the President has read it they’ve heard that some of you did read it and you have discovered pages like page 16 and other matters of embarrassment for Democrats so they’re running for cover.
The lesson learned from Obama’s health care and his hope and change? No matter how much one hopes the more things change the more they remain the same!
And please Congressmen and Senators, since you aren't going to pass Health Care reform before your summer break like Mr. Obama requested. Why don’t you guys and girls do a little light reading before you return from vacation and I'm not suggesting Nancy Drew novels either!
They are called birthers a term which is meant to be derisive. A birther is anyone who demands that Barack Hussein Obama cease stonewalling on the issue of his birth certificate and release the original vaulted certificate so that his citizenship can be confirmed. Don’t worry the Revolutionaries of our country’s birth were called insurrectionist by the British government so birthers are in good company.
I reject the term birther. People who are attempting to protect the Constitution and seek truth should be honored as patriots. People who oppose them are the crackpots because they work against theirs and their country’s own interest whether they know it or not. To date Obama has spent over one million dollars to conceal his birth certificate and other records that would verify whether or not he is constitutionally qualified to hold the office of President of the United States of America. He has used government resources to protect the fact that he may be ineligible to be president and he is using the blindness of his supporters to shield himself from truth and reality.
According to the Constitution only someone who is a natural born citizen of the United States is eligible to be president of the United States of America. All that Obama would have to do to end all of the speculation regarding his birth would be to release his original certificate and put the so-called birthers to shame but he hasn’t and he won’t.
So why are Truthers who are attempting to defend the constitution and who are seeking truth about a possible violation of everything that America stands for being treated with such disdain by people who considers themselves fair-minded? Two word answer; Ignorance and Partisanship!
Why? Because there is an obvious disconnect with truth, right and wrong and the rule of law in America. People for the most part are ignorant of the common virtues of truth, right, and lawfulness.
The reason that Barack Obama’s birth certificate matters is for all of the above. Truth means something, right means something, the rule of law means something and the Constitution means something. If any of the just mentioned are meaningless concepts then there is no social order, no civilization, no United States of America.
Presently no one has seen Obama’s original birth certificate so for anyone to look down on anyone else asking to see his birth certificate is engaged in an act of arrogance ten times to the ridiculous.
The bottom line is it is wrong for someone, to be President when he knew before he ran that he was not constitutionally qualified. It is wrong for anyone to aid him and defend him whether or not they know he is qualified. If one knew that this is a question (and everyone does Obama mentions it himself) then it is your duty as an American citizen to ask Barack Hussein Obama for proof of his Constitutional eligibility to hold office.
If he refuses to show you his eligibility or he can’t then it is your duty to demand that all of the legal authority of the United States of America is brought to bear on Obama and everyone who transgressed this nation’s laws in order to gain illegitimate power thus making our country an illegitimate power.

Finally the truth will eventually come to light and when it does where will you stand? Will you be one who defended constitutional anarchists whose intent was to destroy America’s constitution? Will you be one who lamely laments that you didn’t know about this issue when you should have?
The very Constitution is at stake. The very Country is at stake. What that means is the freedom that you and I have come to expect and enjoy is at stake. Already you are being taxed more and more, already your rights are being eliminated, already the state is intruding where the state has never intruded in the whole history of this nation.
Just think if it is this easy for someone to misrepresent himself and take control of this country and Americans are too confused or too weak to demand what is right and what is true then America is not great or smart or any of the things we used to be.
For America’s sake, for the founding fathers sake, for your children’s sake you need to see proof that the man who is representing himself as the president of the United States of America is eligible to do so. If he is not you have the constitutional authority to demand that he and his cabinet and his czars and his vice president vacate office. That is your right.
And everyone from the Supreme Court, District Courts, and the United States Congress that aided and betted in this treasonous presidency must be tried by the full force of the law and that full force of that law must be brought against them.
Barack Hussein Obama’s birth certificate is important because every time he is referred to as president Obama that is an injurious lie against America. And every time he acts in the capacity of that office that is a crime against Americans.
There is no more important issue in America today than to know whether or not Democrats conspired to seat a constitutionally ineligible person in the office of the president. If Democrats committed this gross crime against America the Democrat Party should be legally disbanded.

Oh there are some pockets of resistance within the Republican Party but for the most part Republicans have been made mini-me Democrats from issues ranging from not opposing the first openly radical Racist Sexist Supreme Court nominee, Sonia Sotomayor to supporting the Democrat $700Billion dollar bailout plan and don’t forget the Democrat’s $787Billion Dollar Stimulus bill (that didn’t stimulate). Some Republicans are “going along to get along” with Democrats who have virtually defanged Republicans of any real fighting leadership like the Democrats have.
Now there’s this $1.6Trillion dollar Health care bill that no centrist Democrats and no Republicans should ever support in their right minds but under the threat of a Democrat beatdown both opposing Democrats and Republicans are being forced to support legislation that they and everyone else knows is not good for the country.

On top of all of this drama Nancy Pelosi has called out the CIA. Earlier this May she accused the CIA of lying about what she knew about waterboarding and when she knew it and as a result Pelosi has suffered for it in the polls. And also this, the organization Americans for Tax Reform reports that the Democrat health care bill is laden with usurious taxes across the board meaning that Obama’s promise not to raise taxes on the middle class was just a lie.
A draft of the House Democrat health care bill is out, and it's been leaked to ATR staff. There are several major tax increases in here, most of which violate the Taxpayer Protection Pledge. They include:
• a tax on individuals failing to sign up for health care equal to the lesser of 2.5% of adjusted gross income (AGI) or the average individual premium amount • a tax on employers for not providing a health care plan equal to 8% of payroll. This becomes 0, 4, or 6 percent of payroll as payday totals dip below $400,000 annually • a new and undetermined excise tax on health insurance plans • codification of the "economic substance doctrine," whereby businesses would not be able to engage in legal tax avoidance techniques without demonstrating a bona fide business purpose • delay of worldwide interest allocation, a baby step toward the full double-taxation of corporate profits earned overseas • the big one--a new "surtax" on the AGI of small businesses and other high income earners. Here's the details:
1% on AGI of $350,000 to $500,000 1.5% on AGI of $500,000 to $1,000,000 5.4% on AGI of over $1,000,000 Those brackets are 50% if you're Married Filing Separately, and 80% if you're Single or Head of Household
This will result in a top rate of 45%, and a capital gains rate of over 25%. It's more than that when you factor in that this surtax is not on taxable income, but on adjusted gross income. Factoring that plus state income tax in means that the top rate will exceed 50%, and the capital gains rate will exceed 30%. (source)

Republicans who have the moxie and the integrity stand up to Democrat’s Health Care catastrophe are attempting to warn the American people that we are in grave danger if Democrats pass this so-called health care reform. Democrats are determined to dig a hole to China literally. If this health care reform is passed Democrats will have dug a fiscal hole in our economy so deep that we would literally be depending on China (a nation that already holds too much of our debt) to hold even a larger stake in America as we borrow money to help defray the cost of socializing America’s health care system.
Obama’s health care reform is too costly and layered in too much bureaucracy both things are ingredients for fraud, waste and poor government health care,none of which will keep Democrats from enacting it but I thought the American people ought to know.
