McCain is Bush Lite - Less bright more Liberal

McCain supported by Lite Republicans Schwarzenegger and Guiliani

"I was in a conference in Germany over the weekend and President Putin of Germany gave one of the old Cold War style speeches"—Sen. John McCain
With all of the negatives and none of the positives John McCain is Bush Lite. Sen. McCain thinks that Russia President Vladimir Putin is President of Germany. I’m not kidding. Democrats accuse President Bush of being dumb but McCain is dumber. See for yourself:

You may also remember this little ditty sung by Sen. John McCain on the tune of Barbara Ann...

Bomb, bomb, bomb...bomb, bomb Iran! Not only a stupid attempt at humor but warmongering when people want to end the war in Iraq, now that’s dumb!

I thought that America didn’t want a dumb President so why are the Liberals, Independents and Moderates backing the intellectually challenged McCain?

John McCain has promised that there will be other wars! So much for ending the war now and bring the troops home. McCain says the troops will be in Iraq for 100 years. (Why don’t you tell us what you’re really thinking Sen. McCain?)

Like DNC Chairman Howard Dean, You may hate President Bush and the Republicans but you find yourself strangely drawn to Sen. John McCain because well he's so liberal but boy is he dumb.

How does one make a career in the United States Senate of pissing off Conservatives and then decide to run as the Republican nominee to be President unless you’re dumb or either you think Republicans are as dumb as you.

McCain was one of five senators implicated in the 1989 Keating Five, a congressional scandal alleging federal regulators were pressured against an investigation of Charles Keating, the former chairman of the Lincoln Savings and Loan Assn.
McCain was cited by the Senate Ethics Committee for “poor judgment” but it recommended no further action.
-- Rick Pearson
Speaking of poor judgment John McCain is bff (best-friends-forever) with the Clintons according to President Bill Clinton. He spoke of McCain’s and Hillary’s relationship he said, "She (Hillary) and John McCain are very close," Clinton said. "They always laugh that if they wound up being the nominees of their party, it would be the most civilized election in American history, and they're afraid they'd put the voters to sleep because they like and respect each other."

The comments may not be welcome by the McCain camp — which yesterday faced fire from several of its rivals for winning the backing of the New York Times — a longtime archenemy of conservatives.-- Alexander Mooney

According to Pat Buchanan : Where Bush has been at his best, cutting taxes and nominating conservative judges, McCain has been his nemesis. Not only did he vote twice against the Bush tax cuts, McCain colluded to sell out the most conservative of Bush’s judges.

In 1993, McCain voted to confirm the pro-abortion liberal Ruth Bader Ginsburg. But when Bush set out to restore constitutionalism, McCain formed the Gang of 14, seven senators from each party. All agreed to vote to block the GOP Senate from invoking the “nuclear option”—i.e., empowering the GOP to break a filibuster of judicial nominees by majority vote—unless the seven Democrats agreed.

With this record of voting for Clinton justices and joining with Democrats anxious to kill the most conservative Bush’s nominees, what guarantee is there a President McCain would nominate and fight for the fifth jurist who would vote to overturn Roe v Wade?

McCain also colluded with liberals to pass McCain-Feingold, a law that denies to Second Amendment folks and right-to-lifers their First Amendment right to identify friends and foes in TV ads before national elections.

On ANWAR, too, McCain votes with the liberals, and on global warming he has moved toward Gore.

After five record trade deficits have denuded the nation of thousands of factories and 3 million manufacturing jobs, McCain is still babbling on about Smoot-Hawley. “When you study history,” he told a Detroit newspaper, “every time we’ve adopted protectionism, we’ve paid a very heavy price.”

But what history was McCain talking about? From Lincoln through Calvin Coolidge, the GOP was the Party of Protection that put 12 presidents in the White House to two for the Democrats, and the U.S. became the most awesome industrial power and self-reliant nation in the history of mankind, producing 42 percent of the world’s manufactured goods.

Even Hillary, whose husband passed NAFTA with McCain’s support, has begun to question the free-trade paradigm and the disastrous results it has produced.

On controlling America’s borders and halting the invasion through Mexico, McCain collaborated with Senate liberals in the McCain-Kennedy amnesty, which was rejected only after a national uprising.

When 190,000 Arizonans petitioned in 2004 to put Prop 200 on the ballot, requiring proof of citizenship before an individual could vote or receive welfare benefits, John McCain led the GOP congressional delegation in opposing it unanimously. Prop 200 passed with the support of 56 percent of all Arizona voters and 46 percent of Hispanics.

Unsurprisingly, Juan Hernandez, the open-borders chatterbox and former adviser to Vicente Fox, has turned up in McCain’s campaign.

So you see McCain is Bush Lite, but less smart and much more aggravating to Conservative causes. Those of you who are asking for change this election will just get the same old ill-advised decisions but only worst, if John McCain were to win the election.

Still You may agree with Sen. McCain on this views of Global warming, giving prisoners of war habeas corpus rights and bring enemy combatant to the United States and you may cast your Super Tuesday’s vote for him just know that just like Lite Beer isn’t real Beer, Sen. McCain really isn’t a real Conservative.

Exercise your Constitutional Guaranteed Rights and Vote!

Maybe things aren't so bad with McCain after all. He's going to have to solidify the base. With Ann Coulter wanting to bolt, the old goat will have to straighten up and fly right.

Still, he looks like he's taking harp (or pitchfork) lessons, especially in the Martinez photo. While I won't wish him too much calamity, I'm not going to pray for the sudden discovery of the Fountain of Youth just for him.

Maybe it is better that McCain gets some payback instead of going to his eternal reward.

I changed my mind again. Whoever gets the Presidency this time around is not going to enjoy the job. Iran is the main reason why, with the Economy being a major contributing factor.

It will be enough to make a Preacher (Huckabee) cuss. Look for Huckabee to lock himself up in his Prayer Tower like Oral Roberts did.

McCain will almost certainly get into trouble over the Economy and will take his Wrath out in Foriegn Policy. A candidate for Apoplexy al la Harding if you ask me.

Clinton will repeal the Tax Cuts and get soft on Iran. She will break down and cry when the Economy sours and when Achmadinijad gets nasty. In the end, Hillary may have to rehabilitate the Bushes to save her legacy, much the same way that Truman rehabilitated Hoover.

Obama will be pressured to do the right thing when things go south. All of his solutions will take him to the South Pole. When he can't go further South he will either have to take a fying leap off the Planet or come out of his neverneverland. He couldn't last two years.

Romney, even after he does the right thing, will tire of the cacophany of steady criticism, back-stabbing, and treachery. He'll get the blame, no matter what happens. If he's sane, he'll tire of the job after four years.
