The 2010 Census is Americans “Stupid” Test

Those who count the vote decide nothing. Those who count the voters decide everything.—Joseph Stalin
“If you think redistricting is always partisan and political which it is... it’s going to be on steroids this time.” – Obama Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, who will control the 2010 Census (see source)
Comedian Bill Maher seems to delight in calling Americans stupid.

That however is a matter of opinion obviously but now it seems that Democrats are going all out to test Maher’s theory. In February President Barry Soetoro seized control of the U.S. Census Bureau from the Commerce Department and will be using it for political purposes in 2010. This power grab is illegal according to the U.S. Constitution but when does that mean anything to President Soetoro?

According to Dr. Paul L. Williams of the Canadian Free Press the 2010 Census is important because:

It will determine which states gain seats in Congress and which ones lose them.
It will divert billions in federal funds to states and cities with the greatest number of illegal aliens.
It will support the conviction that America has become a bilingual country.
It will allocate of billions of taxpayers’ dollars to special interest groups, such as NAACP, Fundacion Azteca, Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow Push Coalition, and Acorn.
The dice have been loaded.
The results of the 2010 Census will be snake-eyes for the conservatives, Christians, and Caucasians who now inhabit the once fabled land of the free and the home of the brave. (see source)

President Soetoro is testing the American people once again. First he tested the electoral process and the Constitution with his questionable candidacy. It is believed by many that president Soetoro is not constitutionally eligible to be president, to date he has not showed proof to confirm that he is. America has already failed the test of allowing an unconstitutional non-natural born citizen to become president.

Last February, Mr. Obama assumed complete control of the 2010 Census in sharp violation of Article 1, Section 2, of the Constitution.
This Article, which concerns the legislative rather than executive branch of government, stipulates that the “enumeration” be conducted by a commerce official under the supervision of the Senate and the House of Representations. It reads:

Representation and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union , according to their respective Numbers … .. The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States , and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they (the House of Representatives and the Senate) shall by Law direct.

Now in a clearly unconstitutional move Barry has assumed for the executive branch responsibilities constitutionally deemed for the legislative branch.

In addition, Soetoro has set $14 billion dollars aside for the Census and with this money, he will obtained the services of “Census partners” - - organizations that will assist the “Commerce department” in the head count.
A lion’s share of the $14 billion has been set aside for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform, better known as ACORN.
During the last two election cycles, Acorn was under investigation for election fraud and related offenses in nearly 20 states.
As Mr. Soetoro knows very well, no one is better than Acorn at cooking the books and falsifying records.

“The Census Bureau has a constitutional mandate to count everyone living in the United States , count them only once, and count them in the right place,” said Preston Jay Waite, the Census Bureau’s deputy director and associate director for the decennial census.(U.S. Census)

Yes according to Preston Jay Waite deputy director and associate director for the decennial census the 2010 census is supposed to count everyone living in the United States. I’m sure that what was meant was count citizens of the United States of America with one exception that was Indians that live in the U.S.

Waite explains census further: (see5:55min video)

This Census does much, much more; it is an invasive questionnaire that asks for information that is not constitutionally mandated to give. (see census questionnaire)

It simply becomes a matter of trust. Do you trust president Barry Soetoro and his administration with your personal information? Information that is over and above what the constitution expresses is your obligation to provide.

I don’t trust Barry Soetoro I will give the required number of persons that live in my home when the census arrives in March of 2010 but I will not share any more information than I am constitutionally required to.

To do anything more would just be stupid!

  1. So what is Constitutionally required? I'm thinking it is just the number of persons.

(time to spread the rumor that illegals will be counted and deported.)

Why do you call the President Barry Soetero?

"America has failed the test of only allowing a constitutional natural born citizen to become president."

That's where I stopped reading. That's nonsense and you know it.

  5. According to sources the reason he would show his birth certificate is that the name on it is Barry Soltero or Soetoro

So I use his official name.

  6. Anon, you are correct this;"America has failed the test of only allowing a constitutional natural born citizen to become president."

    Should have read;

"America has already failed the test of allowing an unconstitutional non-natural born citizen to become president."

    Thanks for the correction!

  7. It looks like it's high time to run Barry and the
rest of the banksters puppets right out of
Washington and install people who understand
    what The Constitution is for.

The longer that all of this nonsense drags on,
the more apparent it becomes that this country
is in the grip of a Marxist Dictatorship.

Stupid? While the workers can be well-meaning, the organization itself does merit Tom Coburn's assessment of "incompetence". They're almost begging people to apply. You can test and re-test to get in on it; there is no averaging of your score, and only the highest is considered. Getting it only half right is about good enough; they'll suggest you retest if you don't pass. They give out the D-222.1 practice test in spanish, cards in spanish, brochures in spanish, the back of the D-31 confidentiality notice is spanish. There's an occasional other language poster or recruitment publication, but rare... for good reason. They want to count those living here regardless of citizenship, so we can give Title 1 money to programs benefiting undocumenteds.

Michele Bachmann of MN has a worry about use of the data, in light of the round-up of Japanese-Americans thanks to census help in locating them. In spite of the claim that this info is kept under wraps for 72 years, the gov't is already sharing it with researchers outside gov't agencies (such as universities) by swearing in the workers to keep it private- but they're not gov't workers anyway, so they're actually spreading it past what they tell people when they interview and count.

The quality of people they hire is scary. You read that it's getting better with all the CEOs out of work now, but take an actual look at the people they get. Requirements are age, a good I-9 and no felonies. Past that, get a decent score on the test (for really tough things like alphabetizing names) and you're in. Those enumerators are pretty dedicated too. Some have jumped over fences into back yards and walked through police stakeouts because they think they're federal agents on some big mission to root people out. The postal service gets the mail where it has to go, but millions were spent on GPS PDAs to mark exactly where entrances to living quarters are- by satellite coordinates- which is a little weird when no other agency seems to do this.

If you don't feel like answering, you can pay 5 grand for a fine.
