President Obama notified Congress that he started an Illegal War 2 days after

President Obama Monday officially notified congressional leaders that at “approximately 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, on March 19, 2011, at my direction, U.S. military forces commenced operations to assist an international effort authorized by the United Nations (U.N.) Security Council and undertaken with the support of European allies and Arab partners, to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe and address the threat posed to international peace and security by the crisis in Libya.” -- Jake Tapper
Exercising extra-Constitutional authority president Barry Hussein Soetoro started a war with Libya. What is extra-Constitutional authority? Allow me to put it this way, when President George W. Bush when to war with Iraq, looking for weapons of mass destruction, he first consulted with Congress and Congress, both the Senate and the House authorized the Iraq invasion. (see Iraq war resolution below)

Congressional Resolution on Iraq

George W. Bush had the full authority and backing of the U.S. Congress before he initiated any action against Iraq.

Barry Hussein Soetoro already has two wars going, the Iraq war that was ongoing before he was elected and the Afghanistan war, which Soetoro chose to escalate and make his own.

On March 19, 2011 with two wars going and without consulting Congress in total violation of The War Powers Act, Barry Hussein Soetoro, by his own admission, directed U.S. military forces to commence operations in a third war, this time an illegal waged war against the country of Libya. (see story)

George W. Bush had the full authority and backing of Congress before he invaded Iraq yet Liberals have described Iraq as an illegal war.

I think the president should have come to Congress to get authorization but I think what’s the purpose of being a powerful country if we aren’t going to us it to defend people…but I do believe the president made a mistake by not going to Congress and asking permission—Rep. Anthony Weiner

Interestingly enough when a Democrat president starts an actual illegal war Democrat partisans can overlook the illegality as if it were a trifle and completely downplaying the unconstitutional act as an inconvenience, “Well maybe he should have consult with Congress before committing war acts against Libya, sort of thing." Rep. Anthony Weiner defended the illegal war on Imus in the Morning (see 1:47min video)

President Bush had congressional approval to start the Iraq war. Barry Hussein Soetoro started war against Libya and after hearing Rep. Dennis John Kucinich suggest impeachment against Soetoro for starting an actual illegal war. Moreover, two days after the president starts his illegal war against Libya he sent and letter after-wards telling Congress (not consulting with) what he had done. That's not how supposed to work.

…(c) The constitutional powers of the President as Commander-in-Chief to introduce United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, are exercised only pursuant to (1) a declaration of war , (2) specific statutory authorization, or (3) a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces.

Consultation

Sec. 3. The President in every possible instance shall consult with Congress before introducing United States Armed Forces into hostilities or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, and after every such introduction shall consult regularly with the Congress until United States Armed Forces are no longer engaged in hostilities or have been removed from such situations. --50 USC S.1541-1548, 1973 The War Powers Act of 1973 (source)

The president in every possible instance shall consult with Congress before introducing United States Armed Forces into hostilities or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities… Barry Hussein Soetoro sent a letter to Congress after he started war with Libya and while he was on vacation two days after he sent Armed Forces into hostilities.

Authorizing acts of war without Congressional approval is such a violation of the constitution that in 2007 Sen. Joe Biden said it was an impeachable offense. In fact Biden threaten to start impeachment processes against the president himself if then president Bush when to war without first consulting Congress. (see 1:26min video)

Mr. Biden you need to get the impeachment papers ready that is if you aren't a complete partisan hack who doesn't put the country above his politics.

If Mr. Soetoro is playing fast and loose with the lives of American Armed Forces, what other laws is he playing fast and loose with, Huh?
