Will Biden recommend Impeachment for Obama?

"I don’t say those things lightly, Chris, you’ve known me for a long time. I was chairman of the Judiciary committee for 17 years or its ranking member. I teach separation of powers and constitutional law. This is something I know…The president has no constitutional authority to take this nation to war against a country of 70million people unless we are attacked or unless there is proof that we are about to be attacked. And if he does, if he does I would move to impeach him. The House obviously would have to do that. But I would lead the effort to impeach him"--Joe Biden
Vice President Joe Biden when he was Senator Joe Biden wanted to warn president George W. Bush against going to war without constitutional authority. (see 1:26min video)

Of course president George Bush did not commit America to an illegal war. However, the current president the president that Biden is serving as VP for is presently waging an unconstitutional and illegal war.

The question is will Vice president Biden bring articles of impeachment against president Barry Hussein Soetoro or is Biden a partisan political hack who acts for Party rather than for the good of the Country.
