Sorry Democrats not everyone is preparing for the gala event of the Obama inauguration some people are actually staying home and burning Obama’s pictures in effigy. And they're not Republicans either!

Oh you didn’t know? That darn mainstream media I suppose that with all the reporting on the conflict of interest that Sen. Hillary Clinton poses as Secretary of State the MSM just didn’t get around to reporting the international protest against President-elect Obama.

A more important story by far is how Sen. Clinton is sailing through Senate confirmation hearings in spite of the international moneys that her husband, former President Bill Clinton, still receives or how Senator Clinton has used her influence and power as an U.S. Senator several times to intervene on her husband’s behalf doing personal business at the people’s expense.

Yet in light of those significant disclosures, disclosures mind you that would have derailed any Republican’s confirmation, a Democrat controlled Congress is having a virtual love in with Clinton who will be confirmed without opposition. (see story)

Or maybe MSM is to busy reporting on President-elect Obama’s sound judgment in selecting Treasury Secretary-designate Timothy Geithner, Chairman of the New York Fed who by the way in Geithner’s Senate confirmation hearing it was disclosed that Mr. Geithner has not paid any taxes for 5 years. By the way what ever happened to the extensive vetting that all Obama appointees where supposed to get? Wasn't that process suppose to prevent Obama selecting bad choices as Clinton and Geithner? So how does a guy who hasn't paid his taxes in five years slip through the crack Obama vetting process?

It has all just been another Obama lie, there is no strict vetting process going on to protect the American people from political malfeasance.

Look, Gov. Bill Richardson had to withdraw from nomination because of a pay for play investigation that he is under. Hillary Clinton’s misuse and possible abuse of political power to benefit herself and her family is politics as usual not the change that Obama promised and Timothy Geithner’s 5 years of unpaid taxes is a criminal act that doesn’t suggest that these nominees were vetted even under the most lenient terms.

These are just more examples of the double standard in American politics where Democrat corrupt is granted a free pass from the Media and from the America people.

Orwellian Scrub precedes Obama Pick for Global warming Czar

Carol M. Browner has been tapped as the coordinator of climate and energy policies.

Until last week, Carol M. Browner, President-elect Barack Obama's pick as global warming czar, was listed as one of 14 leaders of a socialist group's Commission for a Sustainable World Society, which calls for "global governance" and says rich countries must shrink their economies to address climate change.

Socialist International, an umbrella group for many of the world's social democratic political parties such as Britain's Labor Party, says it supports socialism and is harshly critical of U.S. policies.-- Stephen Dinan, Washington Times

Why does president-elect Obama feel such a need to hide information in this new administration? The president-elect has his birth certificate and college records under lock and key and now his pick for Global Warming or Climate Czar has had her affiliations with known socialist and global governance organizations scrubbed on the organizations websites which she served. Mrs. Browner ran the Environmental Protection Agency under President Clinton. Until she was tapped for the Obama administration, she was on the board of directors for the National Audubon Society, the League of Conservation Voters, the Center for American Progress and former Vice President Al Gore's Alliance for Climate Protection.

The group's Commission for a Sustainable World Society, the organization's action arm on climate change, says the developed world must reduce consumption and commit to binding and punitive limits on greenhouse gas emissions.

Mr. Obama, who has said action on climate change would be a priority in his administration, tapped Mrs. Browner last month to fill a new position as White House coordinator of climate and energy policies. The appointment does not need Senate confirmation.

In the meantime, Mrs. Browner’s name has been removed from the Gore organization's Web site list of directors, and the Audubon Society issued a press release about her departure from that organization.

2008 was the year man-made global warming was disproved, according to the Telegraph's Christopher Booker. Sceptics have long argued that there are other explanations for climate change other than man-made CO2 and here we look at some of the arguments put forward by those who believe that global warming is all a hoax.—Telegraph.co.uk (see story)

Though 2008 is the year that the theory of global warming was disproved, Obama and Browner will ensure that U.S. policy will further subjugate America to international influences regarding global taxation i.e. carbon taxes and various European cap and trade schemes thus moving America closer to international socialism that is to come.

Republicans welcome the coming Democratic Apocalypse

Where are the Republican voices of dissent?

For eight long partisan divisive years Democrats railed against the Republicans. Democrats even went as far as to say that they hated Republicans and everything that Republicans stood for (see previous post) and with the help of subversives that wanted to see America destroyed, Democrats where able to bring the Republican Party crashing down in defeat, first in the Congress 2006 and 2008 and then the Presidency in 2008.

While I’ve already gave my reasons why I believe Barack Obama must fail (see previous post)I must also state that a silent Republican minority is not good for America.

If Republicans believe that they are representative of values that are essential for the preservation of the American dream and the American tradition then they can ill afford to sit by afraid and out of power on the sidelines and watch as Democrats take this country careening out of control into a Jackbooted world of neo-Socialism.

No, Republican voices have to be as loud and as determined as Democrat voices once were when Democrats were in the minority. Republicans must learn the ways of dissent as all good minorities have done.

Remember Democrats while in the minority created the image that it was only fair that the minority voice be heard and every time Republicans or the Republican President would speak we would hear the refrain, “And now the Democrat response.”

And who could forget that once Democrats took control of Congress in 2006 that they created a dual Presidency which countered everything Republicans and the Republican President had to say and do. If the President gave the state of the Union address we would hear the contradictory state of the Democrat Union address shortly thereafter.

If the President spoke on the Iraq war we would then hear Democrats come directly behind him and speak counter to what the President had just said.

Now that Democrats have used partisanship to successfully wrench control of our country out of the hands of Republicans you hear them and their media cohorts saying that the country is tired of partisanship and that they will now work in a bipartisan way with Republicans.

Oh so now Democrats are concerned about the welfare of the country? I find that hard to believe after Democrats, their leaders and their allies tried to lose the Iraq war in order to defeat a sitting president. Republicans must remember what the word bipartisan means to a Democrat.

It means now that Democrats are in power Republicans will be forced go along to get along. You don't think so just wait until Democrats start appointing judges. You'll see that Republicans wouldn't be included in the process and no Conservative judges will be appointed by Democrats.

So here’s my advise to Republicans you are now the minority voice of dissent you most speak truth to power, Democrat power, at every opportunity. Every time Democrat leadership, whether it’s Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi or Senate Leader Harry Reid make an announcement or a pronouncement your minority leadership must make a Republican announcement or pronouncement.


More importantly when the Democrat president holds a press conference you the Republican minority must hold a press conference to express the minority view and why the Democrat president is wrong about whatever he is saying. Do this all in the spirit of speaking truth to power.

I know that Republicans have not considered this because the president-elect has been making his grand cabinet appointments and statements on the economy and we’ve not heard one Republican Senator or Congressman in the minority view.

This doesn’t bode well for Republicans because it signals that Republicans didn’t learn anything from the way that Democrats defeated them. Apparently some of you believe that Republican values fell out of favor with the American people, they did not.

What happen was Democrats were able to manufacture opposition to Republicans using tactics of opposition and dissent in order to achieve their political goal of driving Republicans out of office.

Most Republicans believe that Democrat ideology is wrong for America and that Democrats will bring an apocalyptic ending to America as we know it. Republicans can either stand on the sidelines and welcome the coming Democrat apocalypse or Republicans can raise their voices in dissent like the Democrats who defeated them and Senator Hillary Clinton who said, “I'm sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and disagree with this administration, somehow you're not patriotic. We need to stand up and say we're Americans, and we have the right to debate and disagree with any administration."

Republicans you must learn to be the voice of minority dissent that speaks truth to power if America is ever going to regain its footing in the world and when a Democrat speaks your voice must come right behind the Democrat with the truth!

The only question is, are Republicans willing to do for the truth what Democrats did for lies?

Al Gore has eye off the ball with Global Warming

Question if green house gases has heat trapped in the Earth’s atmosphere as Al Gore and NASA scientist James Hansen have promoted then how is it that the Earth is on the brink of an Ice Age?

It's getting cold all around the globe but because of Al Gore’s and James Hansen’s Nobel peace prize winning deception all international world bodies and economies are preparing to tax carbon foot prints and gaseous cows instead of preparing for what the data is really reporting Global Cooling.

According to Gregory Fegel Most of the long-term climate data collected from various sources shows a strong correlation with the three astronomical cycles which are together known as the Milankovich cycles. The three Milankovich cycles include the tilt of the earth, which varies over a 41,000 year period; the shape of the earth’s orbit, which changes over a period of 100,000 years; and the Precession of the Equinoxes, also known as the earth’s ‘wobble’, which gradually rotates the direction of the earth’s axis over a period of 26,000 years.

According to the Milankovich theory of Ice Age causation, these three astronomical cycles, each of which effects the amount of solar radiation which reaches the earth, act together to produce the cycle of cold Ice Age maximums and warm interglacials.

It is Fegel’s contention that Gore and Hansen focused on the narrow data of only the past one thousand years at most, while ignoring the evidence from the past million years -- evidence which is essential for a true understanding of climatology. This produced the hockey stick data, a thin picture of climate activity which was meant to support the Gore/Hansen theory of Global warming. (see story)

During the 1970s the famous American astronomer Carl Sagan and other scientists began promoting the theory that ‘greenhouse gasses’ such as carbon dioxide, or CO2, produced by human industries could lead to catastrophic global warming. Since the 1970s the theory of ‘anthropogenic global warming’ (AGW) has gradually become accepted as fact by most of the academic establishment, and their acceptance of Anthropogenic Global Warming or AGW has inspired a global movement to encourage governments to make pivotal changes to prevent the worsening of Anthropogenic Global Warming or AGW this theory according to recent data is wrong.

The problem now is that we have had our eyes off of the ball for so long due to Gore’s and Hansen’s falsification of the subject of Climate change that we are totally unprepared to deal with the coming cold.

GO BACK TO THE OVEN

It makes one wonder why do we let these people in America? Bombs are now hitting Northern Israel as Israel allows a cease fire for humanitarian reasons on Israel’s initial counter attack against Hamas in the Gaza strip.

Of course the terrorist method of surrounding missile sites with Palestinian civilians has caused the collateral damage that it was designed to cause. Terrorist use pictures of the dead to wage a propaganda war as well as their initial unwarranted attack against Israel that began this ground war on the Gaza Strip.

What I didn’t expect to hear are voices in America calling for the Jews to go back to the ovens referring to the 5 Million Jews that died in the Holocaust. (see story)(see video)




This is an unconscionable sentiment especially when all agree that Hamas in Gaza began this war by bombing Israel and in addition to that Hamas has admitted that they called for the end of the original cease fire put in place months ago.

Calling for the Jews to go back to the ovens is not what America is about and if anyone should be charged with hate speech the young woman who screamed that epithet should be so charged.

However, as ugly as that sentiment was it is a step up from the ignorance of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and other holocaust deniers who claim that the holocaust never happened.

Obama's gift to Israel

Everyone is concerned about President-elect Obama’s silence on the violence going on it the Gaza strip. Yet Obama says that we can’t have two voices coming out of the United States that we only have one President at a time. But that hardly could be the reason for Obama’s silence because one couldn’t get him to shut up when Russia attacked Georgia. (see video)

Obama’s silence on the Middle East



According to Ayman al-Zawahiri, the number 2 leader of al Qaeda, who earlier called president-elect Obama a “House nigga” if Obama sided with Israel according to current U.S. policies then this whole fight, according to al-Zawahiri, is President-elect Obama’s fault.

It seems that al-Zawahiri is now disappointed that Mr. Obama has not come to the aide of the mujahedeen brothers and children in the Gaza Strip who have attacked Israel . Al-Zawahiri has characterizing Obama’s non-action and non-committal to the Middle East Muslim brotherhood as, “Obama gift to Israel” Apparently al-Zawahiri feels that if Obama would support Islam in the destruction of Israel then there would be peace. For months since leaders of Hamas in Gaza declared that a cease-fire with Israel was over, Hamas has been indiscriminately firing rockets into Israel . Not one voice in the United Nations, not one person on the world stage called for Hamas to end its flagrant missile attacks against Israel . (see previous post)

Yet on Sunday having about enough of the unjustifiable attacks Israel struck back as any sovereign government and country would hoping to end the missile attacks against them once and for all.

Now all that is heard is a world-wide radical crazed anti-Israeli outcry calling for Israel to stop defending itself against the terrorist attacks of Hamas and its Islamic supporters.

And al-Zawahiri has directly attacked president-elect Barack Obama in an effort to get Obama to show whether he will support the elimination of Israel or whether he will defend Israel from the unjustified terrorist attacks that are being waged against it.

If the world is really concerned about peace and the deaths of Muslims then all attention must be turned on Hamas and any Islamic attack against Israel .

If anyone wishes peace in the Middle East I have the answer right here, listen up.

Call off any and all Islamic attacks against the sovereign state of Israel and I will personally guarantee that Israel will not attack any Islamic place or people. That is also the message that Mr. Obama should carry on January 20 and thereafter.

There it is United Nations! I did the job that the United Nations or Barack Obama wouldn’t or couldn’t do. I’ve solved the Middle East problem.

The only possible way that this wouldn’t work is if Muslims, adherents to Islam and their supports are the problem in the Middle East .

If Muslims can’t or won’t stop their attacks against Israel then Muslims are the problem in the Middle East not Israel !

The world must acknowledge this. Muslims are the problem, Hamas is the problem, and al Qaeda is the problem. No one else!

Once this is acknowledge we can “end the pretend” that we want peace in the Middle East by calling for Israel to cease fire when we all know the truth, this violence is perpetrated and continued by Muslims.

Instead call for Hamas and its Islamic supporters to cease fire against Israel and there will be peace.

Or you can always wait for President elect Obama to end his silence on the matter. I’m sure whatever he has to say after January 20th won’t be bifurcated nuanced political double talk!

Democrats Bringing the Corruption With Them

Yes the Culture of Corruption is back, as strong as ever (some say it never left) and this time it’s not one Party simply accusing the other Party in a hypocritical sense to win the Congress and the White house. Hypocritical because at the time both Party’s were doing some of the very same things, no this is full bore unadulterated Obama Blagojevich Chicago style and Al Franken Minnesota stolen election corruption, the likes of which we have not seen, this is fundamentally a Democrat thing and the Democrats are bringing this corruption with them.

Sara K. Smith of NBC New York calls Democrat corruption “Dull Scandals” because Democrat corruption has not been hyped up by the media to the extent that the Republican’s scandals were. For instance, Sen. Larry Craig’s (R-Idaho) homosexual foot tapping incident in a Minnesota Airport in August of 2007 or the 2006 congressional page sex scandal of Florida Republican Rep. Mark Foley's whose e-mailed and Instant Messaged exchanges with 16-year old male pages cinched the 2006 midterm elects for Democrats. (see story)

No Democrat corruption is much less spicy you might even say it’s down right cold as in the cool cash of $90,000 found in the freezer of Democrat Louisiana congressman, Rep. William Jefferson in 2006.

Look it up in the Constitution, we have the right not be offended here in America! That’s right no one can be subjected to anything that they feel is objectionable.

So if homosexuals offend anyone then they should be excluded. If Jews offend anyone then they should be excluded. If Muslims offend anyone then they should be excluded.

Hey why don’t we take a poll, everything and anything that is deemed offensive should be excluded from American life.

But wait, that type of thinking is completely antithetical to the American idea yet Dan Barker, co-president of the Freedom From Religion Foundation, has joined with Michael Newdow, in a federal lawsuit seeking to enjoin the Presidential Inaugural Committee from sponsoring prayers at the official inauguration.

This kind of intolerance would not be tolerated save for it is intolerance against American tradition and Christianity. Apparently the only two things that can be safely attacked by agents of intolerance such as Barker and Newdow.

The enemies of American tradition and Christianity see this as their time, the time to completely eradicate America as we know it. They believe that a Barack Obama presidency has given them license to support and propose every sort of nefarious and devious ideology. (see story)

Could this the change that president-elect Obama promised? It will be if the courts rule in these intolerants favor.

New York Sen. Charles Schumer said Sunday that Democrat Al Franken is the clear winner in Minnesota's Senate race and should be seated as soon as possible. But a leading Republican lawmaker said calling the race for Franken would be premature.-- AMY FORLITI, Associated Press Writer

November 5, 2008 with 100 percent of the 4,130 precincts reporting, Sen. Norm Coleman had an unofficial margin of several hundred votes out of nearly 2.9 million cast over challenger Al Franken. (see story)

Minnesota's Senate race was recounted using the same tactics Democrats attempted in the 2000 presidential elections only with completely different results this time. The joke is on the State of Minnesota because Democrats have stolen the Minnesota senate seat for a comedian. It took months but Democrats have recounted themselves a win.

Al Franken of Saturday Night Live fame is up by 225 votes in the recount and Sen. Charles Schumer is calling for his immediate seating in the U.S. Senate today. (see story)

This travesty is a clear indication that the American electoral processes are unraveling right before our eyes. This type of election fraud is tolerated by the American people because Democrats are its benefactors.

First an illegitimate Presidency and then stolen Senate seats this is indeed an acrimonious start for a Democrat controlled America.

Since liberals are in control of our government now they think that they have found an ATM machine, YOU and they are going to tax you into a semi form of slavery to finance their Utopian dreams of socialism and a new Green World Order.

From the United Nations, to the White house, and to your state and local governments; elected and non elected officials are planning to get into your pants to fiscally assault you worst than any rape victim has ever been treated. Why would I say that? Because a rape victim knows what’s happening to them a rape victim knows when the rapist has stopped. You on the other hand will be deceived and repeatedly fiscally assaulted by taxation time and time again as you lay in a comma like state of acceptance while the international and country state governments find new ways to take away what is rightfully yours through bogus and unfounded tax schemes now that Liberals are in power here are but a few.

THE FRAUD OF OIL SUPPLY AND DEMAND

2008 was the year that oil companies made profits greater than any other time in the history of mankind. They achieved this infamous accomplishment by destroying the United States economy. Hiking gas prices up so high you couldn’t even afford to drive to work.

The hidden fact it all of this was that your government was enjoying record taxation rates at the height of your suffering because of high gas prices and now that you’ve been forced to use less gasoline your government is scheming to exact more taxes from you because you can’t afford to buy the gas that they’ve attached a 18.4 cents a gallon federal gas tax and the 24.4 cents a gallon diesel tax on. And of course State fuel taxes vary from state to state.

Oh they’ll disguise their demands as road upkeep and repair but if you’ve noticed the multimillions of tax generated dollars that has be already exacted from you has in the past been used in ill advised and wasteful government spending. Not to mention that if they can’t get the taxes they want from you directly without any danger to their reelection they’ll just call it a carbon tax and take it that way. (see story)

THE FRAUD OF THE NANNY STATE

The Government can not solve all of our problems! Yet some government tool is looking at every aspect of your life right now and they are attempting to tax you for one reason or another. Take for instance the Fat Tax the Governor Paterson of New York is proposing.

The State Health Commission (sounds Orwellian doesn’t it) has decided that you are no longer capable of making health choices for yourselves so they will tax you when you make the wrong choices of unhealthy things to eat.(see story)

Fortunately many New Yorkers see this scheme for what it really is as they responded to the governments attempt on YouTude to convince them that a fat tax was indeed good for them. These New Yorkers say:

"Once again, NY, the land of liberals and taxing," wrote one such commenter, MajorLeeFubar0. "This is such a lie, do you really think they care if you are fat or fit? Of course not, it is just another way for them to tax people and spend our money."

THE GREATEST FRAUD OF ALL

Finally 2008 will be remembered as the year that the Democrat Party in America knowingly ran a candidate that was not constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States of America and won!

Democrats and the DNC were sued before their primary warning them that Barack Hussein Obama was not a natural born citizen of the United States of America and was therefore constitutionally ineligible to run for the office of president.

They have either ignored or fought off numerable law suits filed by their own fellow Democrats attempting to prevent this fraud on the America people.

At this point U.S. District Courts, the Electoral College, the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court are all aware of this fraud yet none of these governmental bodies have acted to ensure that the constitution is protected.

A Barack Hussein Obama Presidency will therefore be the greatest fraud perpetrated in the year 2008. And ever to be perpetrated on the civilized world and in 250 years of the American experience.

The reality is polar bears and people are not in danger, well not in the danger that the politically correct causes of Global warming would have us to believe. Everything from Carbon taxes, to gasoline taxes to fat taxes are ways to exert political control over the masses.

The danger that animals and humans face alike is government careening out of control at the direction of some well intentioned megalomaniacs who believe that government intrusion and intervention are the only and best answers to everything in life. Even if that intrusion and intervention is illegitimate.

And those in government are willing to force these answers on us by any fraudulent means necessary.

Can any good thing come out of Chicago Illinois?

In a stoke of genius Gov. Rod Blagojevich summed up what is wrong with Barack Obama being the next President of the United States of America.

As everyone knows Gov. Blagojevich is a disgraced and indicted politician who has just fulfilled his lawful duty as governor by appointing former Illinois Atty. Gen. Roland Burris to the U.S. Senate. So why is it genius that Gov. Blago appointed Burris to the U.S. Senate? (see here and here)

Well first if you haven’t noticed Burris is Black and America has already shown that one doesn’t have to be experienced or qualified to be president if one is Black. One doesn’t even have to be a natural born citizen to be president if one is Black so why would anyone object to Roland Burris being appointed to the Senate at least he meets all of the qualifications to be Senator and he certainly has the experience.

Is it Burris’ association with Blagojevich? Why because Blagojevich is indicted? Have you forgotten Barack Obama’s associations, indicted and convicted felon Tony Rezeko who Obama did a suspicious house deal with, or what about Obama friend, neighbor and boardmember American terrorist William Ayers who plotted and planned to blow up the pentagon and help launch Obama’s Senate campaign or the infamous G-d Damn America Rev. Jeremiah Wright who Obama spent years under his spiritual tutelage.

If Americans are willing to believe that Barack Obama came out of Illinois politics complete unscathed from the corruption that would make selling a senate seat completely plausible and acceptable to Gov. Blagojevich then what’s the problem with Blagojevich appointing another Black man to an office?

Everyone knows that Obama was elected because he is Black, he wasn’t experienced and he wasn’t qualified. He used his entire time in the Senate running for president. The people of Illinois have gone without a senator for the better part of 4 years now.

With his appointment of Roland Burris Gov. Blagojevich has exposed everyone who voted for and supported Barack Obama as the hypocrites that they are. Why? Because everyone was so willing to overlook the radical, corrupt and criminal associations of president-elect Obama so why sweat Roland Burris who has done absolutely nothing wrong and is immensely qualified to be senator and did I mention that he’s Black?

Really what did you expect something good to come out of Illinois?

Blagojevich is an ethically bankrupt governor who is but a reflection of an ethically bankrupt America who voted for Barack Obama a ethically bankrupt president elect who is not constitutionally qualified to be president of the United States of America. Obama knew this before he ran and he knows it now.

You wanted change, so much so that you’ve elected the first non natural born American person to be President of this country thereby obliterating the constitution.

Prof. Panarin has been predicting the demise of the United States for a decade he wasn’t taken serious at first but now more than just he can see the handwriting on the wall.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that by outsourcing middleclass jobs for over 10 years and in-sourcing Illegal Alien workers, U.S. corporations have destroyed the economic ecosystem of America, it is akin to breaking the food chain in the ecosystem and the higher animal life forms begin to be affected because the food that animals down the food chain is missing, starving the mid chain Animals because the food that they depend upon was taken out of the system. This is what Corporations have done to the entire economic system in America.

Though Corporations’ original goal was more profit by cheaper labor their insatiable appetite for Global economic greed has in fact caused the economic crisis that we face today. Corporations are at fault for everything that is wrong with America today!

Prof. Panarin has long predicted that that an economic and moral collapse will trigger a civil war and the eventual breakup of the U.S. The same argument that Osama bin Laden argued in 1998 when he declared Jihad against America for its moral depravity.

Bin Laden’s argument was that a long protracted war would bring America down to its knees and because of America’s degeneracy Americans would not have the moral turpitude to fight and win against religious zealots who are morally pure.

Well, we are in the midst of our long protracted war and because of it America has chosen a president who may be constitutionally illegitimate whether the Supreme Court says so or not.

And because there is this question of legitimacy regarding Barack Obama the American system has thus far shown that it is incapable of protecting or defending its very own constitution. That I would say is showing a weakened state in American affairs.

In addition Americans have elected a Democrat majority Congress. All three governmental branches are now under Democrat control meaning this is the scenario that bin Laden had in mind in 1998 with Bill Clinton as president. Bin Laden was counting on the fecklessness of Democrats when he declared jihad in 1998 and now all the conditions that bin Laden needed for victory are finally in place in 2009.

There are many enemies that are counting on the demise of America and Prof. Panarin calculates, in brief, that mass immigration, economic decline, and moral degradation will trigger a civil war next fall and the collapse of the dollar. Around the end of June 2010, or early July, he says, the U.S. will break into six pieces -- with Alaska reverting to Russian control.

Wait a minute isn’t 2010 the calendar year the Mayan calendar ends, therefore the end of the world? (see story)

Well like most things experts can’t agree whether it’s 2010, 2012 or 2039, but one thing I think we can all agree January 20, 2009 will be the end of America as we have known it.

And I don’t say so, the man that you’ve just elected as President did! And I think for once Russia, al Qaeda and America is in agreement on something.

Harry Reid pronounced that the Iraq war was lost when it wasn’t, Harry Reid who openly undermined this country while we were at war.

Harry Reid is to America what Doctor Smith was to Will Robinson and the crew of Lost in Space. “Danger America, Danger America!

Sen. Reid, however, faces a potentially tough fight. A recent Research 2000 poll of likely voters put his approval rating at 38% and his disapproval rating at 54%, a possible reflection of voters' displeasure with gridlock and partisanship in Washington.-- T.W. FARNAM, TWSJ

Sen. Reid is worried that the people of America will actually want change and put an end to the bi-partisanship that has been the hallmark of Harry Reid politics.

Yet he is preparing to fight to keep his seat of power and will not be so easily removed.

Well here it is America you said that you wanted change, you said that you don’t like the bi-partisan gridlock, the do nothing Congress, if you where serious about any of it you will encourage Nevadans to vote out one of the chief architects of Senate ineptitude, dissention and bi-partisan gridlock. Since December 19th 2008 Hamas has officially declared an end to the cease fire between Israel and Palestinians in the Gaza strip however they have been firing missiles into Israel for months. (see story) and (here)

Palestinian group Hamas has declared that the six-month ceasefire between Israel and the Gaza Strip is over.

The ceasefire officially ended at daybreak in Gaza on Friday and came after armed Palestinian groups admitted that they had been using the truce to train and better arm themselves.--Al Jazeera.com

Israel and Palestinian militant groups reached an Egyptian-mediated cease-fire in June after months of indirect negotiations. The deal halted a deadly cycle of Palestinian rocket attacks and Israeli reprisals. This is the ceasefire which Hamas violated by showering Israel with missiles

For two months now Hamas Palestinians have been raining hundreds of missiles on Israel attempting to kill Jews indiscriminately and in response Israel retaliated by firing back 30 targeted missiles aimed at missile sites and supply tunnels. As you know terrorist purposely position their missile launch sites in the middle of civilian populated areas for the purpose of protecting their launch sites with potential civilian blood if enemies choose to retaliate. Try as you may you can not blame Israel for this violence this is terrorist initiated violence. (see video)



If there were a U.S. administration that was perceived as squarely supportive of Israel it is highly unlikely that terrorist would be attacking Israel now but because President-elect Obama has attempted to have it both ways Hamas is pressing Obama and a Democrat controlled Congress to see if Democrats will be as feckless with their support of Israel as they’ve been for 6 years of the Iraq war.

Now that terrorist have the leadership that they want in America you can bet as Vice President-elect Joe Biden has warned Barack Obama will be tested.

Hamas repeated rocket and mortar attacks against Israel are just one of the first of such tests!

Obama is investigator, judge and jury; Finds Himself Not Guilty

What did you expect? Can anyone else see the absolute absurdity in this? Like President-elect Barack Obama’s own investigation would find that he was involved in a Quid Pro Quo deal involving his ex-Senate seat, Gov. Rod Blagojevich and close associate and ally Valerie Jarrett. (see story)

No, no, no this is a man who successfully ignored a Federal Lawsuit asking him to produce a valid Birth Certificate. When the time to respond to a lawsuit filed by attorney Philip Berg expired, under Federal Court Rules, they (Sen. Obama, the DNC and Obama’s attorneys) all admitted, according to law, that he was not a citizen of The United States of America and is deemed to have committed fraud. (see story)

In other words this is a man who knows how to manipulate the laws of the United States of America, the media (releasing findings of his own investigation in the Blagojevich investigation) and the American people.

And speaking of birth certificates wouldn’t it be better for President-elect Obama to put his crack Blagojevich team on the job of locating the vault copy of his full original birth certificate rather than waste our time with a redundant investigation that the U.S. Attorney is officially handling.

If Obama chooses to enter office under the cloud of illegitimacy, that will taint the image of America throughout the world, it will taint the image of the first Black president, it will taint the whole Democrat Party and it will taint the DNC.

As a matter of fact the whole American election process and the Supreme Court are all at jeopardy because at this point they all know that Obama has admitted legally that he is not a natural born citizen and is in violation of the constitution and if they all knowingly go along with this fraud the whole American system is admitting that it is as corrupted as Obama.

But to the contrary, PE Obama has released his own version of what happened in the Gov. Blagojevich scandal, an on going criminal investigation, it is an accounting which totally absolves himself, his confidante, Valerie Jarrett and his transition team of any wrong doing whatsoever instead of speaking directly to the constitutional critical question of whether he is even qualified to be president under article II of the U.S. constitution.

So according to PE Obama’s investigation U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald’s investigation is a big waste of time so the question is why did Patrick Fitzgerald arrest Gov. Blagojevich in the first place? And why is he taking up President-elects Obama valuable time with this non-issue? Is it because he’s Black?

The President-elect must be allowed to get back to his Hawaii vacation and his preparations to take over power when he is officially President of the United States of America whether or not he is legitimate or illegitimate.

It is obvious that Fitzgerald, having nothing else to do is attempting to make the first Black President look bad with these scurrilous allegations.

Fitzgerald should be arrest and sent to Gutonimo prison for immediate questioning and torture. Well at the very least he should be fired along with the other 93 U.S. Attorneys when PE Obama is President.

On this Christmas day the man who Americans vote president believes that America is no longer a Christian nation. Therefore I say that there are two things that President-elect Barack Obama knows absolutely nothing about they are American ideology and the Christian religion. (see video)



First Obama calls America a modern pluralistic society. He no doubt is attempting to speak to the many languages, cultures and religious beliefs that presently reside in America. But this is nothing new or modern, America from its inception accounted for different cultures and faiths.

For example the first Jewish synagogue opened in Newport, Rhode Island in 1790. (It was called the Touro Synagogue. President George Washington sent this letter, dated August 17, 1790 upon its opening:

“May the children of the stock of Abraham who dwell in the land continue to merit and enjoy the goodwill of the other inhabitants. While everyone shall sit safely under his own vine and fig-tree and there shall be none to make him afraid.” (source)

In another example, campaigning for religious freedom in Virginia in the 1700’s, Thomas Jefferson demanded recognition of the religious rights of the "Mahamdan," (Muslim) the Jew and the "pagan." So contrary to Sen. Obama’s assertion America has long been a Christian nation that has always been open and tolerant of other beliefs, faiths and traditions. (source)

However what the Founding Fathers did not envision was a multicultural, polytheistic society as Sen. Obama is mistakenly advocating for. No the Founders knew that if America was going to survive it would have to be one nation made up of many people, faiths and beliefs.

"E PLURIBUS UNUM" ("OF MANY, ONE")

"E Pluribus Unum" was suggested by the committee Congress appointed on July 4, 1776. E Pluribus Unum describes an action: Many uniting into one. An accurate translation of the motto is "Out of many, one"

The American idea symbolizes the uniting of differences into one American reality much as a marriage combines two life experiences into one. Simply stated we need one American tradition that everyone who considers themselves American will identify, if this country is to continue to survive.

Sadly Obama’s vision is a throw back to the multicultural, polytheistic balkanization that has been shown to be a dismal failure throughout the world and is the primary reason that so many people around the world flee the chaos of their countries and come to America.

Obama is simply wrong to suggest the end of what has fundamentally made America what it is and he is wrong to equate parity to any other beliefs. And although other faiths reside here, in this country, they did not share in the formation of the ideas that make this country what it is. A simple look at the countries from which these other faiths come is enough to cancel out any false parity to Christianity in America.

WHO’S CHRISTIANITY

Furthermore, Sen. Obama showed his ignorance of the Christian faith when he cited Levitical law and law from the book of Deuteronomy as if those laws were somehow applicable to Christianity. Any neophyte Christian would know that they are not!

Yet, this is the man that America has voted to be the 44th President of the United States of America. A man who apparently doesn’t understand the concept of “E Pluribus Unum”, a man who doesn’t understand the uniquely singular relationship that only Christianity has with America and a man who has no understand of what indeed Christianity is itself!

Because of Barack Obama’s profound ignorance of these things we can expect profound and fundamental change to the pillars of our society Americans, pillars that up until now have made America uniquely different and great among the nations of the world.

As we ready ourselves to enter into a new era under an Obama administration we must prepare for damage to the social fabric of our society in proportions that we’ve never seen before. Hoping that I am not overstating my angst, this may very well be the last Merry Christmas I can wish you because of the change which Barack Obama will implement. So in anticipation of the multicultural polytheistic new world order of the Obama administration I wish you all this day…

Pope Benedict’s Go Green Sexuality

The Catholic Church teaches that while homosexuality is not sinful, homosexual acts are. It opposes gay marriage and, in October, a leading Vatican official called homosexuality "a deviation, an irregularity, a wound."

Go green sexuality is sex as it was designed and intended to be and in the new green world Pope Benedict is calling for the ecology of man. The spiritual ecology that is! In a recent statement the Pontiff said that saving humanity from homosexual or transsexual behavior was just as important as saving the rainforest from destruction. (see story)

The Pope also said that, the tropical forests do deserve our protection. But man, as a creature, does not deserve any less.

In a very timely comment on the state of homosexual leaders’ organized attempts to promote legalized homosexuality worldwide Pope Benedict XVI has come out for heterosexuality.

The pope said humanity needs to "listen to the language of creation" to understand the intended roles of man and woman. He compared behavior beyond traditional heterosexual relations as "a destruction of God's work."

And though in a normal world you would think the Pope wouldn’t have to, he also defended the Church's right to "speak of human nature as man and woman, and ask that this order of creation be respected."

However Congressman Barney Frank the first openly homosexual U.S. House Representative is still fuming that President-elect Barack Obama has extended an invitation to Pastor Rick Warren of the Saddleback Church in California to do the invocation at Obama’s inauguration. (see story)

Frank refusing to change from the hatful and divisive bi partisan politics of the left is accusing President-elect Obama of overreaching in his apparent attempt to bring the country together. According to Frank, “… he (Obama) overestimates his ability to get people to put aside fundamental differences."

Rep. Frank feels that since Pastor Warren promotes biblical ideas regarding sexuality that to have Warren in such an auspicious setting would send a message to the country that Frank doesn’t agree with.

Like the Pope Pastor Warren teaches that homosexual acts are biblically sinful and only heterosexual relationships are God ordained.

This teaching does not sit well with homosexuals like Frank who are attempt to change this society through the courts by bringing legal actions that define homosexuality as a legal right.

If the entire scope of the homosexual agenda is realized the Pope and Pastor Warren alike would be prevented from speaking inside their own churches affirming the teachings of the bible with regards to homosexuality.

Such biblical teachings would be governed by so called hate speech legislation that homosexual advocates are attempting to legalize throughout the United States and the world.

So there is no wonder why Rep. Barney Frank is against Pastor Warren speaking outside of his congregation and on such a prominent occasion as the Obama inauguration.

If homosexuals like Frank have their way no Christian would be apart of the Obama inauguration nor would they be apart of the change that they have envisioned for America.

Frank’s view of America is a carbon coal and fossil fuel like view of sexuality whereas the Pope is espousing a new clean green renewable sexuality which is meant to keep America and the world safe, healthy and protected from the scourge of AIDS and other life threatening man-made diseases. Diseases made by man’s unwillingness to admit that sexuality and sensuality have a purpose much higher than just recreational functioning.

In order to have a sustainable humanity the Pope is calling for go green sexuality for the 21st century.

Barney Frank should listen and heed the Pope’s call and stop with the bi-partisan bitterness and wrangling that have typified the last eight years of Democrat politics.

Charles Krauthammer’s “Caroline Kennedy's Senate quest: entitlement is the problem” spells out what I consider to be one of the current major problems with American Politics and is what the Obama Blagojevich scandal is so symptomatic of. (see story)

The Blagojevich scandal is laden with political favoritism and nepotism, as everyone now knows president-elect Obama wanted his long time friend and confidante Valerie Jarrett appointed to Sen. Clinton’s senate seat but what you probably don’t know is the reason why Gov. Blagojevich is not yet impeached by the state senate of Illinois for attempting to sell in a Quid pro quo deal Senator Clinton’s senate seat.

It is now believed that House Speaker Michael Madigan of the state senate of Illinois is holding off of impeaching Blagojevich even though he has the votes to impeach, because of his hope that the Governor will name his daughter attorney General of Illinois Lisa Madigan to Hillary Clinton’s senate seat. Nepotism, bloodlines and entitlement, The Roosevelts, Kennedys, The Bushes, are not exactly what the founders had in mind at the formation of our Democratic Constitutional Republic, bloodlines or monarchies were and are the antithesis to the American idea.

Yet due to what appears to be the dumbing down of the American electorate and its representatives, it seems that Americans and their Representatives are perfectly fine with the idea of losing the Republic for the simple-minded convenience of name recognition, political fame and dynasty.

How else would one explain the mentioning of American political Royalty, Princess Caroline Kennedy’s name with that of Sen. Hillary Clinton’s New York Senate seat which will become vacant due to Sen. Clinton’s appointment to the Obama Cabinet as Secretary of State?

Are there really no better qualified and meritorious considerations than Caroline Kennedy? Answer yes there are but that is not what is at issue here, what is at issue is the superficial and iconic thinking that would even raise the possibility of Caroline Kennedy filling Hillary Clinton’s Senate seat.

But despite Mr Obama's victory, America's most prominent political families remain remarkably resilient, partly because of the president-elect's own fondness for the star power of the Kennedys and – since he won the Democratic primary – the Clintons.-- Toby Harnden (see story)

We are now officially a star struck paparazzi driven culture that elects its governing officials like all U.S. High Schools elect their Prom King and Queen, is he or she popular, photogenic and are we able to turn our current desired choice into a tee shirt imaged cause célèbre?

I can see Caroline Kennedy’s face now, silhouetted upon a nice form fitting hot pink tee supported by the slogan, “It’s Her Turn now, why because she’s a Kennedy!”

And we will all alternate it within our wardrobes with our hip Obama ’08 and Che Guevara silhouetted image tees.


If not the scenario mentioned above then political office is handed down to the politician’s progeny like dad’s old worn jacket when a few pounds prevent him from wearing it.

And finally if no politically popular icon, if no political progeny, then friends and acquaintances will do, but if your name is Kennedy we bow and curtsy as you ascend your rightful place of power Your Highness.

Yes indeed, a Republic if you can keep it. Prospects are looking more like we are losing what Benjamin Franklin and the Founders intended. We are posed to fundamentally change the Constitution by disregarding the parts that we do not like as we return to the reign of monarchy.

Today we call these moves to tyranny by a 21st century term CHANGE!

Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to be President of the United States of America we’ve known it for years and who can deny him? The Federal courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Electoral College, the Senate? Fact is there is no controlling legal authority that could stop Arnold if he would just go for it!

The only thing that could stop someone like Arnold would be his own personal code of ethics but providing that he didn’t have any then even he an Austrian born naturalized U.S. citizen could just disregard the constitution and became President. (see story)

Isn’t it a coincidence that an associate lawyer in a Chicago-based firm whose partner served on a finance committee for then Sen. Barack Obama has advocated for the elimination of the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president is be a "natural-born" citizen, calling the requirement "stupid" and asserting it discriminates, is outdated and undemocratic.

The paper was written in 2006 by Sarah Herlihy, just two years after Obama had won a landslide election in Illinois to the U.S. Senate. Herlihy is listed as an associate at the Chicago firm of Kirkland & Ellis. A partner in the same firm, Bruce I. Ettelson, cites his membership on the finance committees for both Obama and Sen. If there is one thing that President-elect Barack Obama has proven is one shouldn’t allow a little thing like the U.S. constitution stop one from following his or her dream Arnold. Just think of all of the little foreign born boys and girls who are dreaming to one day become President of the United States of America.

According to Mark S. McGrew President elect Barack Obama has successfully ignored a Federal Lawsuit asking him to produce a valid Birth Certificate. When the time to respond to a lawsuit filed by attorney Philip Berg expired, under Federal Court Rules, they all admitted that he was not a citizen of The United States of America and deemed to have committed fraud. A normal man would have been found to have admitted he was not a US citizen but not Obama and so far the Supreme court has allowed the obliteration of the constitution. (see story)

The U.S. Supreme Court has denied 2 request by citizens of this country who were attempting to do the job that American judges and justices won’t do, that is protect and defend the U.S. constitution. The Court is scheduled for a third conference concerning PE Barack Obama’s eligibility, a conference is a meeting at which the justices discuss the merits of a case and whether to accept the case for trial. The Supreme Court is scheduled to consider the case filed by Philip Berg January 9th.

In the meantime the Electoral College met on December 15th and gave PE Obama the constitutional required electoral votes so all that is left is Congressional ratification of the Electoral College vote on January 6th 2009 and the formal inauguration on January 20th and the first other an natural born citizen will be President of the United States of America.

If Arnold really wants to be president Obama has already proved that there is nothing in America that can stop him! No Court, not the Electoral College, not the Congress and neither can the American people stop someone who willingly disregards the blind and flawed founding fathers and the outdated document that they created.

Look homosexuals are always attempting to identify their crazy political grab for power and legitimization with Black people and the civil rights movement which was largely created by Blacks and others who risked their lives for racial equality, but where in the 60 years of Black people working for equal rights did anyone see Blacks demanding that White people just simply jump off of the planet? You didn’t.

Through it all Blacks worked with Whites, some of the same Whites that hated them, disrespected them, discriminated against them and carried on the legacy of 250 years of oppression of the Black race. Blacks didn’t demand that White vanish or be otherwise ostracized for slavery and the sequential Jim Crow discrimination that followed for at least another 150 years after slavery.

So why it is that homosexuals, who are attempting to mimic the Black experience, have it so wrong when it comes to the 97% of the population that believes normal heterosexual relations are the foundation on which humanity is built? Homosexuals can not ask 97% of the heterosexual population to go away and neither should heterosexuals feel compelled to stand aside while homosexuals attempt to reinvent definitions of civil rights, marriage and family.

Yet for whatever the reason Barack Obama has asked Rick Warren, Pastor of the Saddleback Church (which Obama and Sen. John McCain had their historical faith meeting earlier this year) to do the honors of the invocation at the Presidential inauguration January 20, 2009.

However according to Politico.com homosexuals have gone absolutely livid that such an inclusive invitation was extended to a Christian who believes the teachings of his faith regarding homosexuality. (see story)

After the somewhat surprising and historic support for marriage in California homosexuals are attacking anyone and everyone who dare oppose their agenda of redefining social and culture norms through Orwellian language and legal coercion.

According to the Politico homosexuals are attempting to force either Obama to change his selection from Warren or they hope Warren will be intimidated into shrieking away from the invitation. In an Orwellian speak laced letter the President of the Human Rights Campaign wrote Mr. Obama:

“Your invitation to Reverend Rick Warren to deliver the invocation at your inauguration is a genuine blow to LGBT Americans,” the president of Human Rights Campaign, Joe Solomonese, wrote Obama Wednesday. “[W]e feel a deep level of disrespect when one of architects and promoters of an anti-gay agenda is given the prominence and the pulpit of your historic nomination.”

There is so much wrong with this type of thinking and on so many levels that I will devote time in the upcoming days on how homosexuals use language to confuse their agenda with the civil rights movement and also how they intend to infuse their deviancy with language of normalcy in order to advance their cause.

Calling for the exclusion of Warren from the inauguration is what one would expect from anti-religionist bigots not a group which is suppose to be advocating for total acceptance and tolerance. To which I say: My, my look at whose intolerant now!

Maybe homosexuals don’t see Christians in this “new era that’s dawning.” Maybe just maybe only those who have been left behind will be in the homosexual vision of a new era!

Scandal plagued Obama should show Birth Certificate and fire Emanuel

Others had talked to her about it. Apparently its one thing to stand behind a blue placard pretending that you are the Office of the President-elect while naming people to fill your future cabinet post and then it is quite another thing to send your emissaries into the sewer of Chicago politics, from whence you came, to negotiate the bequeathal of your vacated senate seat to a confidante and loyal ally.

President-elect Barack Hussein Obama has unequivocally stated that neither he nor any of his team has been involved in the Gov. Blagojevich scandal of quid pro quo politics.(see story)

“I have never spoken to the governor on this subject. I am confident that no representatives of mine would have any part of any deals related to this seat. I think the materials released by the U.S. attorney reflect that fact,” —President-elect Barack Obama

Yet sources say that Congressman Rahm Emanuel, PE Obama choice for Chief of Staff of the Obama administration, contacted Gov. Blagojevich people 21 times, recorded on court ordered wiretap probably unknown to him or Blagojevich, to ensure that PE Obama would get his personal pick of Valerie Jarrett place in the Senate spot. According to the Noquarter blog an Obama advisor only identified as “Advisor A” on at least two occasions spoke to the Obama team about receiving something for the Senate seat. In a November 5, 2008 conversation;

• Blagojevich speaks to Advisor A
• Blagojevich mentions how Obama could remove someone from the Board of a private foundation and appoint Blagojevich
• Blagojevich voices demands for something for the seat, and he reiterates an intention to appoint himself to the seat

Then on November 7, 2008 the follow conversation ensues;

• Blagojevich speaks with Advisor A
• Blagojevich tells Advisor A he will offer the seat to Jarrett if he is appointed Secretary of Health and Human Services

If Advisor A is indeed Rahm Emanuel and if Congressman Emanuel relayed Gov. Blagojevich’s request to his boss, PE Obama then that completes the Quid pro quo circuit and contrary to Mr. Obama’s assertions his office was deeply involved in this conspiracy. (see story)

Whether or not the US attorney will go after a man that is days away from being inaugurated the 44th President of the United States of America is the question that remains to be answered.

But in all likelihood Obama will enter office with this another taint on his Presidency.

What an auspicious start for the first Black President. To enter office thought of by half of the electorate as a conman who usurped power by run for the office knowing that he is ineligible to do so because he is not a natural born citizen of the United States of America and second being involved in Chicago styled corrupt politics of Quid Pro Quo up to days of his inauguration.

So much for openness and transparency that Obama promised. If Obama wishes to be believed by anyone at all he needs to show that he is a natural born citizen before January 20, 2009 and fire Emanuel for his part in the Senate Seat for Sale scandal!

Electoral Colleges across the country voted 12/15/08

As mandated by the United States Constitution at noon December 15, 2008 state electors all across the country voted and signed their names in all 50 states and the District of Columbia making official the election results of November 4, 2008, that Barack Hussein Obama and Joseph Biden will be the 44th President and the 49th Vice President of the United States of America. Did you miss it? (see story)

One would think that the significance of this occasion would have been widely heralded but it went largely unnoticed by media and political pundits alike who seemed to be smitten with the Blagojevich corruption watch, the Iraqi farewell news conference and shoe drive held for President Bush and the finding of what could be little Caylee Anthony’s remains.

With all of that important news who would notice that Barack Obama is mere steps closer to achieving his goal of become the Nations first openly Black President, who by the way, is not at all open about his constitutional eligibility to hold the office. (No original birth certificate produced yet!)

In spite of the questions and clouds of corrupt that surround the Illinois politician regarding his Senate seat, his associations and his origin of birth, one of the last constitutional provisions which are meant to protect the American people, the Electoral College sanctioned Obama-Biden. The process as reported by ANDY BARR of politico, Electors must cast ballots for both president and vice president and sign six “Certificates of Vote” and “Certificates of Ascertainment” that report the results to the nearest federal judge, each Secretary of State, the National Archives and Vice President Dick Cheney. On January 6, Cheney will read the results and certify the election in front of a joint session of Congress before Obama is sworn in on January 20.

Therefore the only steps remaining after the December 15th Electoral College will be the Electoral College’s results will be certified on January 6, 2009 by Vice President Dick Cheney before a join session of Congress leaving only Obama’s and Biden’s swearing in ceremony on January 20, 2009.

A historic accomplishment? I’ll say! The first non-natural U.S. born person elected President of the United States of America.

Now that’s Constitutional fundamental change! Change which indicates that the Constitution is no longer the controlling authority of this nation.

America your end is near December 15, 2008 is but one benchmark of that dreaded faithful end, January 6, 2009 is another and January 20th 2009 is another.

Finally, shoes thrown at your President who is supposed to be the most powerful man in the world is the strongest indication to date that America’s power is waning and your end America is near!

Obama’s own Investigation Clears Himself

President-elect Barack Obama said Monday a review by his own lawyer shows he had no direct contact with Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich about the appointment of a Senate replacement, and transition aides did nothing inappropriate.-- CHICAGO (AP)

Is that right Obama conducted his own investigation? You can’t make this kind of stuff up! Conducting his own investigation on himself President elect Barack Obama found that not he or any of his staff did anything wrong. Hmm, Okay!

So you there, just move along there is nothing here for you to see there was no criminal activity committed by the Obama transaction team. So move on. (see story)

However it is interesting that Chicago AP reported that Obama, fielding questions at a news conference, sidestepped when asked whether his Chief of Staff to be, Rahm Emanuel had spoken with aides to the governor about potential Senate appointees.

Then according to the Chicagotribune.com one source confirmed that communications between Emanuel and the Blagojevich administration were captured on court-approved wiretaps. The Chicagotribune reports that Obama Chief of staff Emanuel did in fact have multiple talks with Gov. Blagojevich. (see story)

Another source said that contact between the Obama camp and the governor's administration regarding the Senate seat began the Saturday before the Nov. 4 election, when Emanuel made a call to the cell phone of Harris. The conversation took place around the same time press reports surfaced about Emanuel being approached about taking the high-level White House post should Obama win. (see 1:56min video)



Emanuel delivered a list of candidates who would be "acceptable" to Obama, the source said. On the list were Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett, Illinois Veterans Affairs director Tammy Duckworth, state Comptroller Dan Hynes and U.S. Rep. Jan Schakowsky of Chicago, the source said. All are Democrats.

Sometime after the election, Emanuel called Harris back to add the name of Democratic Atty. Gen. Lisa Madigan to the approved list, the source said.

Among other things, a government affidavit filed with the charges claimed that Blagojevich had kicked around the idea of using his Senate selection to leverage an appointment to an ambassadorship or Cabinet post in the Obama administration.

We need to know how much of this was broached with the Obama team.

Unlike Obama Emanuel who is now working full-time on Obama's transition, has yet to resign his congressional seat. Illinois law has a different process for filling vacant House seats than Senate seats. But remember Vice President elect Joe Biden hasn’t resigned his Senate seat either only Obama has. When Emanuel resigns, a special election will be held for his replacement.

One alleged scheme outlined in the charges against Blagojevich involves the special election for Emanuel's seat when it becomes vacant. The government affidavit said Blagojevich and others were recorded talking about an unnamed "president-elect adviser" concerned about the election for Emanuel's congressional seat who might help the governor land a new job at a non-profit organization. If this is true we have the conspiracy to sell Obama's Senate seat and also a conspiracy around Emanuel's Congressional seat as well.

But just disregard anything that you might hear that might incriminate Obama, his Chief of Staff or his transaction team, Obama has done a thorough job investigation himself and his personal attorney says that neither Barack Obama nor his transaction team were involved in the play for pay scheme to sell the Senate seat that Obama resigned early to allow Gov. Blagojevich to “fill.”

Yeah Obama came out of the cesspool of Chicago politics but we are to believe that he is completely pristine and untouched from the corruption which is Chicago politics.
