Ask and Tell Military Hero Faces Government Wrath

A military hero and American patriot, Army Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is pledging his live, his Fortune, & his sacred Honor putting his military career on the line. He is putting all of his worldly possesses and his accomplished at risk to speak truth to power by asking the president of the United States of America to do what every other American has to do every day in this country... that is show a birth certificate. Feeling the growing controversy surrounding this issue the president has acknowledge that he is aware that the America people are questioning his eligibility yet he refuses to end the speculation which now has affected his ability to be Commander-in-Chief. (see article)

President Barry Hussein Soetoro knows that the American people have questions about his eligibility. He’s mentioned it several times without being prompted or prodded about it because the Liberal biased News media is derelict in its duty and have failed asked the obvious questions.

Lt. Col Lakin explains why he will refuse all further orders from president Barry Hussein Soetoro until the president shows that his orders are legitimate, lawful and constitutional as is the duty of every officer in the military. It is the duty of every military officer to comply with lawful orders however it is also the duty of officers to disobey an unlawful order.

"An order which is unlawful not only does not need to be obeyed, but obeying such an order can result in criminal prosecution of the one who obeys it. Military courts have long held that military members are accountable for their actions even while following orders -- if the order was illegal.

"I was only following orders," has been unsuccessfully used as a legal defense in hundreds of cases (probably most notably by Nazi leaders at the Nuremberg tribunals following World War II). The defense didn't work for them, nor has it worked in hundreds of cases since. –Rod Powers

At a recent prayer breakfast and in a recent interview with Today’s show Matt Lauer on his own accord the president opened the door to questions regarding his birth certificate and his eligibility. One would think that a “reporter” who is “unbiased” or unaffected by group think or political correctness would ask the question, “Mr. president you’ve spoken on the subject many times and the American people have questions, are you a natural born citizen of the United States of America in accordance with constitutional requirements?” Why not give the president that softball question to hit out of the park?

What a fantastic opportunity to make fools of the so-called birthers, legitimize himself as the commander-in-chief and set a course for a second term as president. All the president would have to say is, “Why yes I am a natural born citizen and I do meet the constitution requirement. I understand there was also some question about Sen. John McCain’s eligibility and he produced both the long and short forms of his birth certificates to verify his place of birth.

Well here also are the long and short forms of my birth records. From this day forward all speculation about my eligibility should be completely laid to rest because as proven by my records I am a natural born citizen.”

That simple! He could make the disclosure on 60 Minutes and be done with it. And since the president feels that the birther movement and the tea party movement are inextricably linked he could rid himself and his Party of two nemeses in one fell swoop and cake walk into a second election!

Instead the president has decided to allow this ugly situation to pustulate and fester like an infected boil on the presidency. Thus this is causing the Army to begin to turning on its own in order to maintain the status quo of apparent illegitimacy for president Soetoro.

The U.S. Army is – unofficially – suggesting a brain scan and medical evaluation for an officer who announced he would refuse to follow further orders until and unless President Obama documents his constitutional eligibility to be commander in chief.-- Bob Unruh

A brain scan, are they kidding? The brain scan should be order for everyone who has suspended disbelief while allowing this president to pretend that he has legitimately satisfied the constitutional requirements to be president. Without proof he and his wife are just “playing house” in the White house!  By allowing this farce to continue well meaning and not so well meaning people have caused irreparable damage to to the government of the United States of America.  This is but one example.  You can be assured their well be more.

I seem to remember when there was a Liberal Democrat initiated controversy concerning President Bush’s attendance for duty when President Bush was in the National Guard. 60 Minutes ran a story on it. The controversy dominated the news cycle for days. I’m sure that reporting on that story was in the name of good journalism and the people’s right to know.

So why haven’t we seen a full 60 Minutes story on the documents that this president is hiding and the over million dollars which he has spent making sure that the America people find out as little as possible about just who it is occupying our White house. Just what is it that Barry Hussein Soetoro is afraid of?

Apparently we will come to the truth by the sacrifice of citizens and patriots of this once great nation. Citizens and patriots like Lt. Col Terry Lakin. Citizens who will, like Lt. Col Lakin, pledge their lives, their Fortunes, & their sacred Honor to restore this country’s greatness by defending it from enemies both foreign and domestic be those enemies be near the Tigris River or be they near the Potomac River.
