The Lawless Presidency of Obama

With everything negative said about president Bush’s war efforts, president Bush has been vindicated in every way. First, he has been vindicated by the find of 550 metric tons of "yellowcake" in Iraq. Second, he has been substantiated by the actions of his predecessor Barry Hussein Soetoro. President Soetoro was one of the voices that attacked president Bush. President Soetoro promised to end the war in Iraq and bring troops home when elected. Actually, president Soetoro continued the Iraq war, he has escalated the Afghanistan war and he has started a war with Libya.

It’s exasperating because of Democrat’s destructive partisanship gamesmanship. At the detriment of the American people, Democrats continue to play with America’s security concerns.

How can one forget the incessant hounding that President Bush received because no weapons of mass destruction were found in Iraq? That is until July 5 2008.

AP News reported July 5 2008 The removal of 550 metric tons of "yellowcake" — the seed material for higher-grade nuclear enrichment — was a significant step toward closing the books on Saddam's nuclear legacy. It also brought relief to U.S. and Iraqi authorities who had worried the cache would reach insurgents or smugglers crossing to Iran to aid its nuclear ambitions. Iraq has no nuclear power plants so the only possible reason for having 500 metric tons of “yellowcake” was for WMD’s.

Did the Obama media report this? Not in any discernable way which made the connection between this material being found in Iraq and president Bush’s claim that Saddam Hussein was gathering material for WMDs. The myth still persists that there were no WMDs found in Iraq. This was clearly not the case. (see story)

I have to say that my greatest disappointment with Democrat partisans is how they played around with American’s security while at the same time attempting to discredit president Bush on the war. Democrat partisans called the Iraq war, “Bush’s war” even though the president went to Congress in strict compliance of the war powers act. In both Afghanistan and Iraq president Bush sought after and obtained congressional approval to engage in war activities. What is so amazing is Sen. Barry Hussein Soetoro was so concerned that president Bush would use the Iraq Resolution to attack Iran that Sen. Soetoro sponsored a bill to prevent such an occurrence. (see below)

If the president understands that congress must be consulted before acts of war as demonstrated by his “View Clarifying that the use of Force against Iran” then why has he not consulted congress with his military action in Libya (see here and here)

Thus one can only conclude that based on president Soetoro actions as a Senator, where he sponsored a bill to force president Bush to comply strictly within the war powers act, the president is well aware that he is in violation of the wars power act and is purposely attempting to flaunt the law.

There can be no question that president Soetoro is willfully acting lawlessly regarding his illegal Libyan war. Something that president Bush did not do in any conflict, which he was engaged although Democrats falsely accused him of starting an illegal war.

Outlandish Donna Brazile baseless claim against GOP simply Outrageous

Only an irresponsible Black political pundit or a Democrat would make the scurrilous claims Donna Brazile consistently makes against Republicans and still expects to be taken seriously.

If Republican woman are considered stupid Brazile should be considered “Rahm Emanuel ‘F’ing retarded.’”

Brazile’s latest rave against the GOP is code for her hate of White people. Hate rapped insidiously in a charge that White people are attempting to suppress the Black vote. If Brazile and the first Black president Barry Hussein Soetoro had, their way there would be an all out race war in America instead of the 2012 elections. (see source article)

The truth is Democrats have been fermenting racial hatred since they selected Barry Hussein Soetoro as their candidate. In addition, the president has participated in divisive volatile and racial tainted rhetoric throughout his presidency. Barry Hussein Soetoro has done more to divide America than any president in the history of this country.

It is time that Liberals and Democrats cease and desist with the race baiting. Ms. Brazile should be called out on her racist comments, as any White person would be.

When Barry Hussein Soetoro losses in 2012 it won’t be because he’s Black, it will be because he and the Liberal Democrat establishment tried to use their own Racism as high ground as they took Racist sniper shots at White people in this country while pretending to be victims of Racism at the hands of the White man.

The truth is president Soetoro will discover that one can’t hate on White people or any people and expect them to vote you back into power. That tactic worked in 2008 as a result of White guilt. Whites were guilted into voting for the first Black president though he wasn’t qualified. But now that there is a blatant record of distain for White people from Soetoro and his supporters, Soetoro is not going to get a free affirmative action pass just because he’s Black this time around! Not to mention that his anti-American failed Progressive Liberal agenda has been exposed.

Donna Brazile is a Racist who plays the Race card. She is the worst possible Racist she projects her own Racism on others. It seems that Democrats are doing the same these days, which is behavior that is simply outrageous.

With the Obama, media turning over every rock and looking beneath every shrub for Racism 1 would think they would race to pick the low hanging fruit that professor West offers. And they will eventually. (see story)

Had a White person remotely hinted that the president was simply the black face for Wall Street, Corporate America and the Western Industrialized Military Complex, a 24-hour news barrage equaling the combined forces of hurricanes Rita, Katrina and the tsunami that recently destroyed part of Japan would hound him or her.

That White person would have been swept away on a tidal wave of oblivion. A tidal wave which career and reputation would be spewed out over vast fouled beaches of unemployment.

Alas, Professor West is a Black man. So as Black on Black crime has historically been overlooked in America, the media will not report on a Black man calling another Black man the N-word or calling him a Sell-out or calling him an Uncle Tom or any of the pejoratives that are usually reserved for inter-racial confrontations. Professor West’s complaints will go largely unnoticed by the Brian Williams Katie Couric News media that made the Affirmative Action first Black president possible.

Professor West’s grievance is largely that Barry Hussein Soetoro is a sell-out and Uncle Tom to the people who voted for him. Professor West says that he will neither vote for Soetoro in 2012 nor will he recommend that anyone vote for Soetoro. Dr. West believes Soetoro has become a trader to his self-avowed race.

“And even at this moment, when the empire is in deep decline, the culture is in deep decay, the political system is broken, where nearly everyone is up for sale, you say all I have is the subversive memory of those who came before, personal integrity, trying to live a decent life, and a willingness to live and die for the love of folk who are catching hell. According to professor West president, Soetoro has betrayed his race and his progressive liberal ideology for the power of the White man.

“I was thinking maybe he has at least some progressive populist instincts that could become more manifest after the cautious policies of being a senator and working with [Sen. Joe] Lieberman as his mentor,” he says. “But it became very clear when I looked at the neoliberal economic team. The first announcement of Summers and Geithner I went ballistic. To Dr. West Barry Hussein Soetoro has a Machiavellian tendency, which over-rides any sense of decency, loyalty, courtesy and respect for any other cause or persons than that of gaining power for himself.

Dr. West also believes that president Soetoro is perpetrating on his claim that he is a Black man. According to Dr. West president Soetoro is afraid of real Black men similar to his grandmother who the president once said was afraid of Black men.

“I think my dear brother Barack Obama has a certain fear of free black men,” West says. “It’s understandable. As a young brother who grows up in a white context, brilliant African father, he’s always had to fear being a white man with black skin. All he has known culturally is white. He is just as human as I am, but that is his cultural formation. When he meets an independent black brother, it is frightening. And that’s true for a white brother. When you get a white brother who meets a free, independent black man, they got to be mature to really embrace fully what the brother is saying to them. It’s a tension, given the history. It can be overcome. Obama, coming out of Kansas influence, white, loving grandparents, coming out of Hawaii and Indonesia, when he meets these independent black folk who have a history of slavery, Jim Crow, Jane Crow and so on, he is very apprehensive. Professor West is so distraught by the president’s fake Black populism that he does the unimaginable and praises the Tea Party for pointing out that the government under Soetoro is corrupt. Conversely one senses that professor West blames the government for corrupting the president as he comes to gasp with Soetoro own corruption.

Finally, Dr. West sees Barry Hussein Soetoro as he is not as he projects himself to be. For seeing, this and attempting to warn others Professor Cornell West will pay an exacting toll. Just as any Republican would when the Obama Media sets out to destroy them Dr. West will be set upon by the Obama media and then relegated to the enemies list that heretofore was reserved for Obama political foes.

Democrats Happy Gas Prices are High

I’m kinda happy that gas prices are going up in one sense. It’ll force us into thinking about changing the culture, to create more emphasis on mass transportation from the local on up to the federal level —Obama supporter Kaukauna, Wisconsin

The president should campaign on high gas prices. Liberals and Democrats are happy that gas is $4 a gallon because they want “investments” in alternative energy solutions, or so they have been saying. Even president Barry Hussein Soetoro has said it. So why doesn’t the president just go all in on high energy prices and claim them as a good thing for America? (see 2:12min video)



Well we all know that the president didn’t end the Iraq war in fact he escalated the Afghanistan war and started a new conflict in Libya and perhaps that why he hasn’t started his plans for low cost alternative energy.

Either that or the fact that Liberals have been a little inconsistent on high gases prices if you remember under Bush high gas prices were ruinous to the country but under president Barry Hussein Soetoro high gas prices are a blessing.

The point here is Liberals can’t seem to make up their minds whether high gas prices are good or are bad. I think it has something to do with what ideology is in control of this country. If Liberals are in control Liberals tend to think high gas prices are a good thing. If Conservatives are in control Liberals tend to think high gas prices are a bad thing.

I’m being to think that Liberals really aren’t making a lot of sense on the subject of energy. After all most of the Liberal’s emphasis for green energy and alternative fuels is based in the debunked theory of anthropogenic global warming, the belief that man-made carbons are polluting the atmosphere thereby trapping heat in the atmosphere and causing unprecedented rises in earth’s temperature.

The president is preparing to sign an executive order that would give the federal government the power to punish or reward government contractors based on which Party and what causes that they support. There is always an underlying and insidious motive the, “we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.” Sure Democrats say that an executive order the president is floating is about transparency but there is this history with Democrats, which establishes that this executive order is more about political favoritism rather than transparency. With the blatant politicizing of everything the Barry Hussein Soetoro administration leaves very little room for trust. There is a warranted and healthly mistrusted of the Soetoro administration concerning this Executive Order. There is also a mistrust of the entire Soetoro agenda.

Saying Food Stamps is Racists

Dog-whistle politics, also known as the use of code words, is a term for a type of political campaigning or speechmaking which employs coded language that appears to mean one thing to the general population but has a different or more specific meaning for a targeted subgroup of the audience. The term is invariably pejorative, and is used to refer both to messages with an intentional subtext, and those where the existence or intent of a secondary meaning is disputed. Dog-whistle or code words are words that only an exclusive group of people understands. Liberals police speech by labeling words hate speech and then they doggedly sniff out every sentence phrase and paragraph in politics, hounding out any perceived or so-called vestige of racist rhetoric in the public sector that Republicans might use.

For instance, this recent “Meet the Press” interview Newt Gingrich made the point that Barry Hussein Soetoro policies are responsible for putting unprecedented numbers of Americans on food stamps. Mr. Gingrich is absolutely correct the bizarre desire of Liberals to twist and contort every word, sentence, phrase or paragraph into a racist epithet is outrageously preposterous.
Since Barry Hussein Soetoro has been president every criticism no matter how true or how warranted is consider racist by Soetoro defenders.

Like the, “It’s Bush’s fault” card the “Racism” card is over played. Whenever it is heard, Republicans have permission to disregard it in the same manner as Mr. Gingrich did. And please, plenty of righteous indignation is warranted!

Will Obama use Osama as much as he used Bush?

Here’s some fun. We all know how the president loves to blame that “other administration” for all of his troubles. He’s probably has underlined and in red in this campaign playbook if all else faults blame Bush!

Nevertheless, what if he changes that to a little end zone dancing and spiking of the football? What if Soetoro changes blaming Bush with touting that he was the president that did what Bush couldn’t do? Moreover, what if president Soetoro replaced his Bush blame rhetoric with, “I killed Osama bin Laden, “in every campaign speech?

I’m thinking had Bush did this he would have received international rebuke as a unilateral cowboy and war criminal. They would be calling for his trial at the World Court at the Hague and would be attempting to arrest him on sight and frog march him directly to the Hague. The Media would have bombarded Bush with questions whether its legal to assassinate a world figure criminal or not. They’d be after Dick Chaney too.

The Broken “Illegal Entry Invasion” Moral Compass of Barack Hussein Soetoro

Mexicans leaving Mexico for a better life in another country speaks to a problem in Mexico not the United States of America. Are U.S. politicians to stupid to understand this?

Just in one speech president, Barry Hussein Soetoro revealed his utter lack of lawfulness and truth. He mis-quoted scripture, he mis-applied legal immigration of Ellis and Angel Islands and he mis-represented civil rights movement to justify something that is wrong.

The children of Israel fled from the cruel slavery of Egypt they didn’t invade Egypt. Immigrants enter the United States legally not illegally. Black Slavery and subsequent civil rights fights had to do will people who were brought to the United States against their will. These people’s language, culture and humanity were stripped away from them in over 400 years of chattel slavery and Jim Crow discrimination.

In contrast, the illegal entry invasion that the president is attempting to promote, the illegal entry invasion of over 40 million Mexican national into the United States of America has absolutely nothing to do with anything in the history of the bible or the history of the United States of America.

However, to the twisted mind of Barry Hussein Soetoro it’s all the same thing. It is not. (see 3:37 min video)



That very thing, the Illegal Entry Invasion into the United States of America by Mexican Nations has devastated U.S. economy as a plague of locust devastates croplands causing blight. The influx of 40 million plus like swarming hordes has devoured our healthcare system, destroyed U.S. education and crash the U.S. job market. The president might as well be arguing for the metastasis of cancer or the proliferation of AIDS as natural body functions. Although cancer and AIDS do occur naturally and have a history with the human species, no one is going to welcome the death and devastation they cause to the body.

A more productive discussion would be what the United States could do to stabilize the country of Mexico. How can we take advantage of it’s resources and help it’s people build up a self sustaining economy that will employ it’s own people. We should have had these discussion years ago but it’s not too late to begin now.

We should be working to strengthen Mexico to become a partner in the 21-century global economy rather than the pedantic weak sister it has become. Mexico sends it’s children to the United States while it engages in activities not worthy of being considered a country. Drug cartels, puerile and corrupt government and the encouraging of millions of it’s citizens to invade another country, the U.S. A. These are not activities befitting an ally of the United States of America. Yet they are permitted to go on while we argue the wrong arguments about what to do to reform our policies when it’s the government of Mexico that is broken.

For the president of the United States to defend Mexico by advocating that we make duel citizens of Mexicans who then would able to vote in U.S. elects and their own country’s elections is sheer madness.

Is anyone looking at what Mexicans have done to their own country? Do we want them voting in our elections when it is obvious that they don’t know how to vote for the best leaders for their own country. Take a look at California. Illegal Mexican National voting abounds in that state. California is but an example of what Comprehensive Immigration Reform will do. It is the illegal voting in California that is making it’s government a dysfunction mirror reflection of Mexico’s government.

We don’t need to reform the United States to handle Mexico’s problems as we are attempting to do. We need to reform Mexico to handle it’s own problems.
That starts with saying no to “The Dream Act,” no to “Comprehensive Immigration Reform,” and no to non-enforcement of our borders and non-enforcement of our deportation laws.

Our president is demanding that we become even more of an enabler to a country that is a junkie hooked on drugs and corruption. Mexico needs an intervention not a clean needle program of taking in its citizens while Mexico continues it’s cocaine induced beheadings, murders and government corruption.

We need Comprehensive Country of Mexico Reform. Mexicans leaving Mexico for a better life in another country speaks to a problem in Mexico not the United States of America. Are U.S. politicians to stupid to understand this?

Joe Biden Non-essential Government Personnel

He’s Vice president of the United States but according to al Qaeda he’s non-essential. Found in the late Osama bin Laden’s diaries was bin Laden’s posthumous note that it wouldn’t be worth al Qaeda’s trouble to kill the Vice president.

Bin Laden did have the president as a “top target” along with any of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Secretary of Defense.

Bin Laden noted that the vice president is not an important enough target. Biden was never mentioned by name only the designated office of the Vice presidency was. Bin Laden reason? It is because of Vice presidency’s constitutional weakness. That is what Desperate Housewife star Eva Longoria said she is doing to advance the cause of the Mexican National invaders that are in the United States. And she is doing it for the 2012 elections. Longoria believes that rewarding 40 million Mexican Nationals, who left their country to enter the United States illegally, with citizenship if spoken with the right words isn’t so bad. One could use the right words and make an “argument “a “conversation” and make illegally living in the United States, “Citizenship.”

In fact if one says it just right, the American people are too stupid to know that the term “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” is the new sexy for Mexican Nationals illegally entering the U.S., living in the U.S., working in the U.S., getting free education and healthcare in the U.S. and voting in American elections. It’s going to be a long process , we have to hold accountable many people of Congress and hopefully in 2012…hopefully the Dream Act will come up before 2012. And those who do not support Comprehensive Immigration Reform will hopefully pay for it in those elections. Longoria said that president Barry Hussein Soetoro is all ears for this new plan of sexing up the Illegal Alien argument for the 2012 election. Obama sets back Democrat Republican relations one hundred years.

The Democrat policy of CIR as promoted by president Soetoro is intended to secure the Hispanic vote for Democrats but it also will forever change the social and economic make up of the United States of America into that of a third world nation. Such “Reform” would ensconce Progressive Liberals of the Democrat Party as rulers of this new inferior nation, which Comprehensive immigration Reform would create.

The president flippantly chided Republicans and once again intimated that they are “enemies” of Mexicans. All the while, he failed to mention that Mexicans are illegally in this country. Instead, he vilified Republicans because they like any other people in all other countries of the world value the citizenship of their own country, the United States of America.

Preposterously the president falsely charged that Democrats have made the necessary border protections that would warrant the government giving Mexican nations undeserved United States citizenship. In spite of the CIR report president Soetoro was in full campaign mode in the border state of Texas yesterday when he denounced Republicans in a strict partisan attack. Just days after calling for national unity after the killing of al Qaeda mastermind and leader Osama bin Laden the president set Party relations back one hundred years with his bitter political strike against Republicans.

Let’s be perfectly clear this president is a strict partisan divider whose policies are not intentionally meant to do well for the country at large. This president is agenda driven and is attempting to fundamentally change this country.

Granting amnesty to 40 million illegal aliens in the name of comprehensive immigration reform would in fact change this country and not for the better.

Instead of Reagan’s lofty shining city on a hill, Soetoro’s vision for America is Sodom and Gomorrah in the valley of tax, debt and entitlement financial ruin. The president seems to believe that he only has to speak it out to the universe and Americans will give him whatever amount of our hard-earned money that he demands.

The president and his Liberal counterparts are probably not particularly familiar with the Ten Commandments since they have made it their goal to remove them from every public institution in America. However, the 10th commandment is particularly interesting because it runs counter to the president’s desired way of funding his vision. The president and Progressive Liberal Democrats plan to covet our neighbor’s houses, his oxen, his assets and his money. Of course, the president calls our neighbors, “the rich” so that it makes it easier in his mind to covet their property.

Wasn’t Sen. Obama against President Bush’s policies on “the war on terror” and enhanced interrogation techniques before, as President, he was for them and began to use those policies himself?

By no means, I’m I condemning the decisions and actions that led to the death of Osama bin Laden. What I am is shocked. I’m shocked at the blatant hypocrisy of the Liberal Left. The Left excoriated president George W. Bush starting at the war on terror and going through to the Abu Ghraib prison photographs that showed the sophomoric antics of a few military prison guards engaged in largely fake torture scenarios meant to demean their terrorist captives more than anything else.

What ensued was a national, no a world outcry against a perceived wrong doing by the United States in general and against president Bush and vice president Cheney in particular.

Sen. Barry Hussein Soetoro used both the war on terror and the topic of torture to denounce U.S. policy. As well, he vowed that as president he would not use such tactics because those type of tactics are against the morals of America.

As president, Soetoro did again denounce torture and he signed an Executive order to close Guantanamo Bay (which never happened) to give an impression that he was morally superior to the previous administration. (see 1:34min video)



The total hypocrisy is that, as president, everything president Soetoro denounced as morally inferior policy of the Bush administration; the torture, the wars and the warrantless wiretaps are being done by president Soetoro or he is directly benefiting from them. Ironically everything that president Soetoro told the American people we should not be doing because, he said, they are not representative of the American way, he is presently doing.

This is in total contradiction of everything that Barry Hussein Soetoro claims he believes in, yet the capture of Osama bin Laden was the result of all of George W. And we have to pay the consequences, and the consequences mean that we do not capture Osama bin laden and we do not prevent certain preventable acts of terrorism. If we are prepared to pay those prices then we are a better country.

We are not a better country if we pretend that we are prepared to pay those prices but hypocritically below the radar we actually do all of these things because we want to have our cake and eat it too. That’s the position that we are in now!

We say that we are against torture, we would torture if we had the nine, ten hypothetical that Congressman King set out. We did use the information we elicited from waterboarding, we continue to wiretap without warrant and we shot a man in cold blood without giving him an opportunity to surrender and we all think that that was terrific.

According to his college records he was a below average student. John Kerry's I.Q. and academic achievements are reported to be less than president Bush's I.Q. and grades. And Kerry also attempted to project that he was always the smartest person in the room.

So it seems that George W. Bush was just as smart if not smarter than all of the above. (see stories here and here) I can hear your protest now, ‘Well what about president Soetoro, I know he’s smarter than Bush.” To which I ask you on what evidence do you base that speculation?

Out of the men mentioned only president Soetoro’s records from Kindergarten to when he was a Illinois State Senator are hidden and protected by court order. Because this is true we don’t know what Barry Hussein Soetoro’s legal name is, what his I.Q. is what his grades were or where (that’s right)where he was born. (I understand that he's released a third record purported to be his "birth certificate") All we know is what he has told us in the two autobiographies that he allegedly wrote. Besides that we are expected to take him at his word.

Why so secretive Mr. president?

That is why Jon Stewart is so brilliant. Without getting into the minutia Stewart makes a point that we can all understand. The president is hiding something.

Yet instead of treating bin Laden like the war criminal that he was, some politically correct decision maker (s) ordered that Osama bin Laden be given a dignified burial in accordance with Sharia Law. A dignified burial was more than Osama bin Laden deserved.

He was washed according to Islamic custom and receiving a religious funeral. A military officer read prepared religious remarks, which were translated into Arabic by a native speaker. Thus preparing bin Laden to receive his reward of 72 virgins for his holy war against the infidels of the United States.

Osama bin Laden did not deserve the honor that was bestowed upon him at his death. Neither do Islamists deserve to have their sensibilities protected by the U.S. suppression of pictures that bin Laden is dead.

Is the Weather being used to destroy America’s economy?

Some of the killer tornadoes that ripped across the South may have been among the largest and most powerful ever recorded, experts suggested, leaving a death toll that is approaching that of a tragic "super outbreak" of storms almost 40 years ago.

"There's a pretty good chance some of these were a mile wide, on the ground for tens of miles and had wind speeds over 200 mph," said Harold Brooks of the National Severe Storms Laboratory in Norman, Okla.

What if there never was Global warming, what if it has always been Global Weather Warfare? Recent super tornados dubbed “Killer Tornadoes” have cut a swath across seven southern states of the United States. Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia,East Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Virginia all have been hit by abnormally sized and super strengthened tornadoes costing nearly 300 lives and estimates of billions of dollars of property damage. But what if these recent tornadoes and hurricane Katrina in 2005 were not simply capricious acts of nature, what if these devastating destructive acts were the surgical strikes of al Qaeda or another enemy of the United States of America. An enemy with money and technology to control the weather and what’s more, use those resources against it’s enemy the United States of America.

And what if Global warming is actually being manipulated and caused by those who know how to change the climate? Far fetched?

After hearing about the magnitude and destruction of these recent super tornadoes, I was reminded of a show that I watched on the history channel. The show claimed that scientist and the military were successfully conducting experiments on and with the weather. This program hypothesized that hurricane Katrina could have been an enemy strike against the United States from an enemy like Russia or China.

But not so. As indicated by the Pew Research Center the number one topic covered by the media during the time period the president specified was the economy not his birth certificate. Thus putting his motive for releasing the document in doubt.

News about the president and/or his birth certificate was a distant 4th in reporting by the media not the dominant news story that the president said.
Then there are the discrepancies on the form that the website, the Smoking Gun has already pointed out.

• If the original document was in a bound volume (as reflected by the curvature of the left hand side of the certificate), how can the green patterned background of the document's safety paper be so seamless?
• Why, if Obama was born on August 4, 1961, was the “Date Accepted by Local Reg.” four days later on August 8, 1961?
• What is the significance of the smudges in the box containing the name of the reported attendant?
• David A. Sinclair, the M.D. who purportedly signed the document, died nearly eight years ago at age 81. So he is conveniently unavailable to answer questions about Obama’s reported birth.
• In the “This Birth” box there are two mysterious Xs above “Twin” and “Triplet.” Is there a sibling or two unaccounted for?
• What is the significance of the mysterious numbers, seen vertically, on the document’s right side?
• Finally, the “Signature of Local Registrar” in box 21 may be a desperate attempt at establishing the document’s Hawaiian authenticity. Note to forgers: It is spelled “Ukulele.” (source)

And then there is this little matter. If what the president has just recently released is the original certified copy of his birth record then that would mean for 2 ½ years the president has been depended upon forgeries which he has been demanding that the American people accept as proof of his eligibility.

I say forgeries because the first released COLB was invalidated. The administration later claimed that they invalidated it because they thought the number would be a problem. So they blacked the number out.

When it was brought to the Soetoro administration’s attention that the form was invalid because of what they did. They then reissued a COLB with the number. 151 1961 10641 which is suspicious to say the least since the just newly released “official” birth certificate has the number of 151 61 10641.

Ultimately it will become clear to even the most entrenched Progressive Liberal Soetoro sycophants that this new release is but the third bite of the apple. Not to mention, there are problems with the number again as pointed on by Dr. Corsi.
The problem since the short-form certificate was released during the 2008 presidential campaign has always been this:

• As WND reported, the long-form birth certificates issued by Kapi'olani to the Nordyke twins have certificate numbers lower than the number given Obama, even though the president purportedly was born at the same hospital a day earlier than the Nordykes.
• Note, Susan Nordyke, the first twin, was born at 2:12 p.m. Hawaii time Aug. 5, 1961, and was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10637, which was filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.
• Gretchen Nordyke, the second twin, was born at 2:17 p.m. Hawaii time Aug. 5, 1961, and was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10638, which was also filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.
• Yet, according to the Certification of Live Birth displayed by FactCheck.org during the 2008 presidential campaign – and now according to the long-form birth certificate the White House released yesterday – Barack Obama was given a higher certificate number than the Nordykes.
• Note, Obama was given certificate No. 151 – 1961 – 10641, even though he was born Aug. 4, 1961, the day before the Nordyke twins, and his birth was registered with the Hawaii Department of Health registrar three days earlier, Aug. 8, 1961.

In 1961, the birth certificate numbers were not assigned by the hospitals.
Instead, the numbers were stamped to the birth record by the Hawaii Department of Health at the main office in Honolulu.

This is the only place birth certificate numbers were assigned.

At the last step of the process, the documents were accepted by the registrar general, with the date of registration inserted in box No. 22 on the lower right hand corner of the long-form birth certificate.

The date the birth document was accepted by the registrar general was the date the birth certificate number was stamped on the birth record.

The birth certificate number was stamped on the form by a rubber stamp that automatically increased by one each time a birth certificate was stamped.

The question, therefore, is how was it possible that the Nordyke twins had their birth certificates accepted by the registrar general in Hawaii three days later than the registrar general accepted Obama's birth certificate, when the twins' numbers are lower than Obama's number?

So the Certification of Live Birth that the president released yesterday and then promptly headed off to Oprah for more of that 2008 Oprah magic, has to be carefully screened to determine whether this document is not just one more in a long line of “Shut up” here’s the birth certificate "are you happynow" documents.

So again thanks to Donald Trump, Dr. Jerome Corsi, Joseph Farah and the Birthers for speaking truth to power when we all were expected to accept a document(s) that was not real, as proof that this president is constitutionally legitimate.

Move over Mr. Trump Meet Professor John F. Gaski

History is going to show that in the 21st Century two men attempted to save the United States of America from a political coup d'état when the Supreme Court and the U.S. Congress refused too.

Donald Trump and Professor John F. Gaski are two men who refused to allow group think or politically correct “suspension of disbelief” blind them from the truth.

President Barry Hussein Soetoro is hiding evidence that possibly proves he is and has always been ineligible. Because the president is hiding his vital records, school records and political records that suggest that he always knew he was ineligible, when he first pursued, and obtained the presidency. Therefore, it is with foreknowledge that he has committing a crime against the constitution.

What’s more is the Democrat Party is responsible for destroying over two hundred years of our Constitutional Republic form of government and nobody’s talking about it. The Democrat Party is complicit in aiding and abetting Barry Hussein Soetoro’s usurpation of the presidency.

Donald Trump has single-handedly outed the Democrat Party as the enabler of a usurper. Yet what is more shocking is Soetoro supporters are largely ignoring the fact that the president is hiding documents that possibly disqualify him from the presidency.

That is where professor Gaski enters into the discussion. Gaski is a professor at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. His top research field is the nature of social and political power. He is the author of "Frugal Cool" and "The Language of Branding" and is a long-time, but former, registered Democrat.
Mr. Gaski wrote a powerful two part article. First part entitled, “Agnostic's Dreaded Verdict: Birthers Are (Mainly) Right” and second part, “If Obama Is Natural-Born, Why Suppress Evidence?”

Professor Gaski laid out a cogent logical and nonpartisan case that president Soetoro supports are going to find next to impossible to refute. His argument is Soetoro is constitutionally ineligible to be president. In fact, Gaski starts his article with this startling but frank statement, “There is sufficient evidence to reasonably conclude that Barack Obama is probably not a U.S. citizen, therefore constitutionally ineligible to be president of the United States.” (see article)

Professor Gaski shows that everyone that claims that the president is a citizen bases that claim on spurious argument and evidence that wouldn’t hold up in a twelve-grade debate contest not to mention they wouldn’t hold up in a court of law. That exactly why the president has spent over a million dollars to keep the arguments out of the courts.

In Mr. Gaski, second part of his argument, “If Obama Is Natural-Born, Why Suppress Evidence?” Profession Gaski said what Donald Trump is saying, don’t argue about whether you think he’s eligible just show the original long form birth certificate. (see Article)

In this part professor, Gaski shows the cumulative evidence against Mr. Soetoro being a citizen let alone that thought that he is a Natural Born Citizen as mandated by the constitution of the United States.
These two articles are enough to convince even the most ardent Soetoro supporter that perhaps it’s time to look for another candidate for 2012 because this issue is not going to go away.

Every Conservative talking head that has downed Donald Trump, every Republican candidate that has said that they take the president at his word and therefore believe he is a citizen, none of you are worthy to be considered relevant any longer. That that goes from Rush to Ann Coulter to Glenn Beck you all have invalidated yourselves from the Conservative discuss.

All you so-called Republican hopefuls who have acquiesced to Democrats by saying that you believe that Soetoro is a Natural Born Citizen and therefore eligible to be president are wrong. Speaker John Boehner, Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Gov. Mitt Romney, Sen. Rick Santorum, Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour (who just announced he won’t be running), Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Rep. Michele Bachmann all have disqualified themselves as leaders for the Conservative Party.

This practice of knowingly violating the Constitution and having everyone pretend that it isn’t happening has to cease. The only Republican that has shown fire in the belly about this cause and the condition of the country is Donald Trump.

Professor Gaski has come out with quite clear evidence indicating that the man in the White house is a fraud. That is simply remarkable. What is unremarkable are Republicans, some who say they want to be president, who are too afraid to stand up against the enemies of the Constitution of the United States. These so-call Republicans are just as guilty as those who perpetrated the crime against the constitution.

George W. Bush fractured the Republican Party in two by his stance on Illegal immigration. Thus, Bush created a vacuum, which John McCain filled which among other things resulted in a Barry Hussein Soetoro win 2008.

The Republican establishment, Rush, Beck and Coulter included, are causing another split in the Party by attacking Donald Trump and by extension attacking everyone who believes that the most important thing is the integrity of the constitution. No matter how you talkingheads feel about it, Americans feel that the Constitution should be upheld completely.

If the constitution is being violated no matter how small or insignificant Rush, Beck and the others feel the violation is, if one clause is violated that sets the precedence for the whole document to be changed by de facto action or inaction rather than by the constitutional process of amendment. This is what defines the “Birther” issue!

We cannot simply take the word of someone whose connotations and denotations of words are different from our own, or the founding fathers or Webster’s dictionary for that matter. Democrats have been changing meaning through politically correct language for well over fifty years. So, when the president says he was born in Hawaii, what does that really mean? Does it mean that he is constitutionally eligible to be president? He would like you and me to think so. However, one thing I have learned from Soetoro Pelosi and Reid is that you have to wait ‘til something is passed before you know what’s in it. That suggests that Democrats above all cannot be trusted.

The bottom line is this president cannot be trusted.

Right here I depend on the wisdom of a former President, President Ronald Wilson Reagan when he was speaking regarding U.S. Soviet relations Reagan said, “Trust, but verify”

When I’m asked if I believe president, Barry Hussein Soetoro was born where he says he was born, I answer in this manner. 'That is a question in the minds of the American people. That is a question the president would do well to clear up for the record if he intends to be re-elected.'
