Democrats are Playing 4D Chess

What are Republicans doing? Most are acquiescing to Democrat social demands. You’ve heard the boast, “I’m a Fiscal Conservative” haven’t you? That is simply an admission that a person will and does support Liberal and Progressive social policies. Chicken!

Democrats are playing 4D Chess. Republicans? So far they’ve been playing chicken. Why do I say this? Just look at the evidence.

Democrats stole the House 2018. With obvious participation from anti-Trump former Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan,which was combined with an unusual number of Republican retirements. Democrat’s 4 D Chess!

Democrats control the media narrative with a media replete with former Democrat political operatives ranging from George Stephanopolus to Chuck Todd. Democrats have formed a media rearguard to protect their corrupted political flanks. Democrat’s 4 D Chess!

Democrats have tampered with our election process via laws favoring Democrat population demographics, e.g. motor voter registration, same day registration, ballot harvesting, provisional ballots, early voting, and mail in ballots. Democrat’s 4 D Chess!

And Democrats have influence over our future generations via their control of all social constructs, e.g. media, education, entertainment, corporations and civil government. Democrat’s 4 D Chess!

What does that mean exactly? Well if a popular Progressive social issue is pushed and passed though by Progressive Liberals, no matter what the cost, that “Fiscal Conservative” will vote to approve it and then to fund it because it is a social Liberal issue. Oops! There goes the claim of being fiscal conservative! Actually there is no such thing as a fiscal Conservative for this very reason. If you think yourself to be a “Fiscal Conservative” but a social Liberal or a social Libertarian you will spend money like a Liberal on Liberal causes every time, guaranteed! That means you spend money like the Liberal you are!

For proof look no further than the Paul Ryan Obama years where record deficit trillion dollar spending occurred by a Republican control House. No doubt all that record setting spending was voted for by “Fiscal Conservatives”! The few real Conservatives who resists the lures of Progressivism are quite rare indeed. And rarely do even real Republicans go on the offensive and use majority power to cut funding for programs that Progressive Democrats have forced through with Democrat majorities. Neither do real Republicans advance Conservative agendas when the opportunity arises. The last time we saw this done in exception was Newt Gingrich’s Contract with America. Proving Republicans play Chicken!

Okay, a lot has been laid out here, it's time to speak about specifics.

First Democrat’s reclaiming of the House in 2018. Rarely in politics does one see politicians so confident as Nancy Pelosi and Democrats were in knowing they were going to win the House and Senate in 2018. Though they fell short taking the Senate, don’t think regaining the House was a mere happenstance.

I’m reminded of Pelosi’s confidence in another matter. She stated emphatically and without a doubt that the Supreme Court would uphold the “Constitutionally” of Obamacare. Just how did she know Chief Justice John Roberts would rewrite Obamacare, an act that undermined Democrat’s arguments that Obamacare was indeed not a tax. This is what they argued before the Court. And how did Pelosi know Roberts's legislative act, rewriting Obamacare, would make the law Constitutional. Wow talk about prescience! And on the basis of Robert’s legislating from the bench of the Supreme Court (Congress’s job) Obamacare was resuscitated. You might say it was the first time the Court ruled against afterbirth abortion! Definitely Democrat’s 4 D Chess!

You don’t think Democrats gained the House by chance do you? Noooo… Democrats had help from Republicans. 39 Republicans left Congress 2018 26 of which were retirements.

Next, In the continual saga of the FBI, Deep State insurance policy and Coup d’ 'etat don’t think it an accident Democrat’s now have just the legislative body they needed to impeach the president. They have been talking about impeaching this president since the day of his inauguration. But wait what do I mean when I say Democrats stole the House.

You don’t think Democrats gained the House by chance do you? Noooo… Democrats had help from Republicans. 39 Republicans left Congress 2018 26 of which were retirements. In fact, the 26 pure Republican retirements represent the fifth-biggest exodus of any party in any election going back to 1974. This was a Republican Rexit. Democrat’s 4 D Chess!

What we now know is there was an extensive plan by U.S. Intel community and foreign countries lead by the Obama administration, the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democrat Party to prevent Trump from becoming President. When that plan failed the foreign and domestic conspirators’s efforts morphed into the Russia collusion, Muller investigation, House investigation, Ukraine collusion, and then the Congressional Coup d’ ‘etat we see today.

In order for Democrats to strike the Coup de grace they had to have the House. The coordinated efforts of Republican retirements paired with no Republican organized GOP campaigning to save the House combined with Democrat planning to steal Red State seats is indicative of just how pervasive anti-Trump Deep State anti-Americanism is in our government and in the establishment GOP.

Next still, there is the over representation of former Democrat political apparatchiks in media. Here’s how that started. First, the hyper Partisan Media Matters for America a progressive propaganda organization, with the self stated mission of "comprehensively monitoring, analyzing, and correcting conservative “misinformation” in the U.S. media" was founded in 2004 by journalist and Democrat Progressive political activist David Brock. MMFA claims to be a counterweight to the conservative media. What they considered Conservative media to be at that time was ABC, NBC, and CBS. Or I like to call it straight News.

So what does this mean exactly? Democrats ever the planners knew as far back as 2004 they would have to change the media if their plans to change America society by deception could work. The American people needed to be deceived in order that they would accept Democrat propaganda instead of straight News. Media Matters was the first phase in that endeavor.

Second phase was to infiltrate the straight News media with Democrat apparatchiks so that the majority of Americans wouldn’t notice they are being force fed the Democrat Progressive agenda and anti- American, anti-Republican ideology as “News” presented nightly. So far this ploy has worked beautifully.

Third phase is to back the first two phases with a strong cable news support system, Rachel Maddow, Lawrence O'Donnell to name a few are intended to compete with Fox News on cable and serve as reinforcement for what Liberals are hearing from their first two sources, media matters online and broadcast network news on television.

Finally the pièce de résistance the infiltration of Fox news. Donna Brazille, Juan Williams, Shep Smith, Chris Wallace etc. Liberal ownership of Fox ensured that Conservatives’ one oasis to escape the echo chamber of anti-Conservatism is breached. No more straight News at Fox. You’ll have to find an alternative, OANN perhaps, if you prefer News rather than Progressive view point. Democrat’s 4 D Chess!

Next and In addition, while Democrats are keep us distracted with the scourge of “foreign interference” in our elections we are supposed to remain oblivious to the Democrat interference we experience on a daily basis. The greatest of these Democrat interferences is the Democrat unjustified and unconstitutional “impeachment” hearings. These hearings’ secondary and tertiary purposes are to number two, stop the effectiveness of the Trump agenda dead in it’s tracks and third to affect the 2020 election by keeping impeachment in the minds of Americans hopefully damaging the President’s reelection chances. Democrats hope that this constant continual barrage of negativity will be enough to turn American’s off from the President. They hope this is enough to tamper with the 2020 outcome giving them the win.

Of course we mustn’t forget the very first thing the “impeachment” hearings is supposed to accomplish, that is to remove the President from office. Erasing 63 million plus votes and the Presidency of Donald J. Trump.

Democrat’s “impeachment” hearings notwithstanding, The Democrats have also tampered with our election process via laws favoring Democrat population and demographics as I have previously stated. Their methods are motor voter registration, same day registration, ballot harvesting, provisional ballots, early voting, and mail in ballots. These “legal” methods are pervasive and deeply corrosive to the undermining of the United States political system. A system that depends on honestly and fairness in our elections. Democrat’s 4 D Chess!

Next and finally it goes without saying those who control our children control our future. Democrats have influence over future generations via their control of all social constructs, e.g. media, education, entertainment, corporations and civil government.

From K-12, To undergrad to Doctorate. From Law to Business, Progressives are miseducating Americans. Americanism has been replaced with Globalism. And Constitutionalism has been replace with the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights. For the first time in United States history we no longer have the ability to pass on to the next generation the principles and beliefs that have sustained this country for two hundred forty-three years of our existence. Democrat’s 4 D Chess!

America has been the preeminent force for freedom and innovation in the modern world. America has been the one place in the world where the only thing that limited you as an American is your imagination. If you are industrious and enterprising in America you can achieve dreams that can not be achieved anywhere else in the world.

With the advent of Socialism all of that changes. Unlike America’s Democratic Republic, Socialism is not known for freedom. Rather, Social is known for control of people. Safe spaces, Politically correct speech, socialized medicine, The Green new Deal, and Climate Change. All of that is control over people. All of that is Socialism.

If Democrats can successfully usher in a complete advent of Socialism over American Constitutional Republic-ism it will be the greatest regression of human progress the world has ever witnessed. Unfortunately I fear if it is up to Republicans to stop them Democrats will not be stopped because they are playing at a level, which Conservatives have proven they don’t understand.

Democrat 4D Chess is a difficult game to master when all that you’ve been taught to play is Republican Marquis of Queens bury checkers and you are too chicken as a Party to learn the tactics and techniques being used against you. Wouldn't you want to know how to keep your country from being destroyed?

Republicans have been too chicken to fight the ongoing advances of Socialism because they are deathly afraid they may be called Racist, Sexist, Homophobe, Misogynist, Xenophobe or a deplorable. Chicken!

If it were not true at any other time, this is a time of grave peril! This is the time America is in need of Chess Grand Masters. People who know how to play the game Democrats are playing and have the strategies and skills to beat them at their own game. Thank God we have one such person in the White House. But we need more Grand Masters and less chickens! Will Republicans respond to the challenge?

Why you don’t Like Trump

You hate President Trump because you are a hater, a Partisan and you love lies. You hate President Trump because unlike Muhammed Ali you have no morals, no scruples, no honor and no character.

Muhammad Ali refused Army induction. On April 28, 1967, with the United States at war in Vietnam, Ali refused to be inducted into the armed forces, saying "I ain't got no quarrel with those Vietcong." His reasoning was he didn’t know why he should fight minority people on the other side of the world for a government that was fighting him and his community. The fight Ali was pointing out was the on-going and continuing fight that had been waged against his community of Blacks for centuries.

So what does this have to do with with President Trump? And the fact that Democrats don’t like him? Everything. Presently President Trump is engaged in an on-going and continuous fight waged against every Republican who dares to to run for President. Ali was not going to act on the bad things said about the Vietnamese from a government he knew is prone to lie on and mistreat a group or country they are attempting to destroy.

No! something much worse. President Trump came out as a Republican. If you’ve noticed these are the same hateful tropes Democrats trout out against every Republican, every time.

On the other hand Democrats just like the rest of us know Donald Trump. Donald Trump has been in the public eye for decades. Before Mr. Trump ran for President rappers rapped they wanted to be him, the media gave him a TV show, even a youthful Obama said that he aspired to be like Donald Trump.

So what changed? Did Mr. Trump suddenly turn into a Racist, a bigot, a sexist, a homophobe, or a xenophobe?

No! something much worse. President Trump came out as a Republican. You know “a Racist,a bigot, a homophobe, a Xenophobe and a misogynist.” If you’ve noticed these are the same hateful tropes Democrats trout out against every Republican, every time.

Poor George W. Bush’s presidency was so devastated by this hate for Republicans that he can’t be seen,even today, watching a football game with Ellen DeGeneres unless they both be stoned with public condemnation. Why? Because DeGeneres has committed the unpardonable sin of socializing with a Republican.

So what’s happening here? Remember I said, “Ali was not going to act on the bad things said about the Vietnamese from a government he knew is prone to lie on and mistreat a group or country they are attempting to destroy.”

Well not so with Democrats. Democrats are more than perfectly willing to believe and act on the bad things said about President Trump even if everything that the Democrats are saying are lies.

The fact is Democrats want the President destroyed so that their Progressive agenda can continue. If that means destroying the good faith and trust in the Congress, the Presidency and the government in general, so be it!

The reason that you, a Democrat, a NeverTrumper, or a RINO don’t like or hate president Trump is not that he is guilty of anything that Democrats are lying about. It is not because the President has committed crimes, three years under investigation proves this. The President is not a Racist, Sexist, Homophobe, Xenophobe, Misogynist or deplorable.

Like Christ since the day of his inauguration Trump’s Presidency has been ‘arrested’ by multiple delaying and hindering tactics and schemes (Strzok insurance). Yet the parallels don’t end there.

What Americans are witnessing will undoubtedly go down as the Greatest political scandal in America’s history. Two Thousand Nineteen will be forever remembered as the year Democrats ended two hundred and forty-three years of peaceful transference of power in the United States. Democrats accomplished this by waging political warfare by Deep State and Congressional Coup d’eta against their political opponents Donald J. Trump and the American people.

There is no doubt Democrats have made President Donald J. Trump a quintessential 21st Century Christ figure. Hyperbole you say? Well let’s recap.

Like Christ since the day of his inauguration Trump’s Presidency has been ‘arrested’ by multiple delaying and hindering tactics and schemes (Strzok insurance). Yet the parallels don’t end there. There have been instances of various U.S. Intel agencies colluding with foreign governments and media outlets. They have all borne false witness and continue to do so against President Trump’s campaign and his presidency. The latest being the CIA spy who’s false third party witness was virtually discredited by the release of the Trump Ukraine phone conversation. Nevertheless the dirty CIA report is giving renewed energy to multiple false media reports and Congressional investigations of said false charges.

In addition, and to strengthen the analogy, Pontius Pelosi washed her hands in a basin of feigned Patriotism before she turned the President over to her committee mobs for a thorough scourging of forty lashes less one or as they are calling it presently, Congressional oversight or now “impeachment investigations” (all unconstitutional) before they carry out their ultimate stated goal of impeachment.

The words, impeach or impeachment is how today’s Religious leaders of the Democrat Party shout, Crucify, crucify!

If 2016 presidential lost by Democrats taught them anything it should have taught them that America doesn’t view the world has they do. Nevertheless, Democrats have learned nothing. Sadly Democrats still believe they can project their beliefs on all of America by force and or propaganda.

In that vein Democrats have continually lied on President Trump with designs of driving his popularity down thus turning America against him. As 2020 approaches it is becoming increasingly evident that this tactic is not working for Democrats so they are going for the more direct approach of impeachment via Congressional hearings and the Drudge Report.

The President’s impeach will not cover or pay for Joe and Hunter Biden’s sins. Neither will impeaching the President cover or pay for Democrat’s grave political sins against our nation in 2016 and up until now.

Keep in mind the president has withstood separate FBI, House, Senate and Mueller special counsel investigations all concluding the same thing. No collusion, no obstruction. The false charges brought against president Trump were proved untrue. Instead of ending their plot to “kill the messiah” Deep State CIA intervened with the new false charge of Trump 2020 election meddling with the Ukraine government.

To wit Pontius Pelosi and the Religious leaders of the Democrat Party plan is to release Barabbas Joe Biden for his known and self admitted Ukrainian interference, using the power and authority of the Vice presidency to protect his son Hunter Biden, in a Ukraine corruption investigation (a known crime). Then what Democrats plan to do is impeach an innocent president to cover up the 2016 through 2020 sins of the Democrat Party. Thus making President Trump a 21st Century Christ figure.

Only Democrat convictions in a court of law will do that. Instead an impeachment of President Trump will introduce a new chapter in American politics. Thus ending the Two hundred year old tradition of peaceful transference of power. If this happens no Democrat President hereafter ever will be able to claim they are President of all Americans.

America must be saved from the Democrat Party. President Donald Trump will not be able to do this alone. In this case and to borrow words from a Democrat (whom I will not mention his name), we are the ones we’ve been waiting for. In this case Christ is in all of us and we have all been made 21st century Christ figures who pray, work and vote for the preservation of a country that was created by divine inspiration. And as President John Adams stated, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Until the Democrat Party reforms they are not compatible with nor are they worthy to govern the people of America.

Neither do they seem to realize that Conservative ideas and principles are being burned in ever-increasing destructive flames of Progressive Liberalism and Left-wing intolerance.

They seem to have accepted the Left’s poisonous rhetoric and it’s progressive beliefs, which says that the sustainable virtues and morals, of the last two hundred-plus years can simply be cast away and replaced by the more trendy windmill and solar panel-like untested progressive belief systems, which are championed by today’s shallow and ill-educated Ocasio-Cortez Millennials.

Conservatives did not riot in the streets nor did we protest when Obama (I'm so thankful I don’t have to refer to him as president) deconstructed constitutional norms by Executive fiat. Many of our elected Republicans, however, aided and abetted him and his fellow Democrats as they reconfigured the United States government into that of an authoritarian surveillance state. In Obama's Deep State America Congressmen and women, the DOJ, Intelligence heads and Supreme Court Justices could and were being co-opted and controlled. We have good reason to believe this controlling continues even now in the DOJ, the FBI and with respect to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Obama and this anti-American cabal then turned their attentions to the 2016 election. Thinking they had enough of their Deep State operations in place, via their media, cultural support and Worldwide Leftists networks they, the Left, were absolutely convinced that no Republican would ever again be elected as president of the United States. And certainly not Donald Trump!

In light of this Left-wing Deep State corrupting of government by using, the media and Left-wing societal influencers it is now completely understandable why the Left vomited their sickening and vitriolic reactions to the 2016 election into the streets and on to the feet of the American people. They fixed the outcome of the 2016 election, or so they thought, and there was no way under heaven in their minds that Donald Trump could have won.

Donald Trump is most hated because he was elected a sis gendered straight White male. That in itself flies into the face of all of the Progressivism and diversity propaganda of the last fifty years.

But he did win, in spite of the best laid plans of Democrat mice,men and women, he won. His unexpected win produces the following highly unwelcomed consequences for Democrats. His win interferes with the Left’s march to synchronization with the rest of the World and their breaking down of nation states as is occurring in Europe. His win impedes the Left’s plans to disarm Americans of our 2nd amendment rights thus readying the American people to be submitted to the unelected ruler ship of the United Nations, the EU and the International Human rights Law of the Geneva Courts. These kinds of references used to be considered “conspiracy theories” yet one only have to look at the fight over Brexit in Europe to see that every bit of it is true.

Yet, Donald Trump is most hated because he was elected a sis gendered straight White male. That in itself flies into the face of all of the Progressivism and diversity propaganda of the last fifty years. Donald Trump is the twenty-fist century Jessie Owens! Trump out preformed and is out shining propaganda that showed modern day White men as Homer Simpson incompetents who can’t survive day to day without Marge Simpson, Lisa Simpson or any female since this is the age of #MeToo female ascendancy.

The election of Trump, no doubt, has impeded the Left plans. But don’t be fooled. His election has not stopped them. The Left is already working on hacks, work-arounds and election compromises to insure that a Conservative is never elected again; Computer algorithms, States changing election laws, continual open ended investigations of President Trump and now reaccusations against Justice Kavenaugh, etc. Why? Because according to every day Progressives Conservatives and Conservatism must be destroyed.

Finally, Progressive Democrats have turned their sights on you and me. They are attempting to publicly shame anyone who would dare contribute money or host a Trump fundraiser, or vote for any Conservative. Yes the radicals of the Progressive Left-wing are now coming after US directly!

Apparently we are the ones they've been waiting for! Only they've been wait on us to hate! We are the ones who voted for Trump. We are the ones that support him no matter what they throw at him. We are the ones who made them look foolish the night of November 3, 2016 when they where regaled in Party attire and awaited the celebratory bell of which the calumniation of all of their tampering, interfering, lying and cheating would have made Hillary Clinton the first career political criminal to ever so unmeritoriously reach the presidency of the United States based on her made up credentials and on her sexual gender. But mainly on her sexual gender!

Therefore we mustn't sit in the comfort of our homes and watch this unprecedented onslaught of hate and vitriol targeting President Trump and think, oh they hate him because he’s unfit to be president, or they hate him because he tweets, or they hate him because he is so drool, or they hate him because he’s a racists or any of that made up nonsense.

You and I know exactly why the Progressive Left hate Donald Trump. They hate him because he loves America and they hate him because he loves our American values. When they come at him they are coming after you and they are coming after me. They have said as much!

So, my Conservative friend, don’t ask why the bell of hate tolls for Donald Trump, because that bell of hate actually tolls for thee and me!

Something is happening in America…

It is as palpable as hair dyed like Easter eggs or bodies crowded with tattoos like the graffitied walls of many of our inter-cities when tagging was en vogue in the Nineteen Eighties. America’s politics are changing and not for the good. One thing is for certain though, not all change is good change. We should stop pretending that it is.

In America today black suited masked thugs may “counter-protest” your constitutional guaranteed right to freedom of speech, and your right to peaceably assemble. When these “Antifa” thugs show up they are usually armed with clubs, “human waste bombs”, ”milkshakes” (liquid usually something vile and harmful), and an unhealthy heaping of authoritarianism. These domestic terrorists are always spoiling for a fight, which is the reason they show up. To the Left this is perfectly acceptable behavior, the “new normal” if you will. But it is not American behavior and we should stop pretending that it is.

We should also stop pretending that values Democrats present as “our values” are American values. They are not. Democrat’s values are Left wing Progressivism, which they are attempting to force on America and everyone knows it. Democrats reject American values while attempting to use sleight of hand to pass off their beliefs and values as inclusive. Democrats are not inclusive and they should stop pretending that they are.

Left wing hatred of America has zenithed to unprecedented levels of acting out. It’s bold and unashamed embrace of anti-Americanism coupled with it’s radical Social-Communist ideology is now aggressively pushed.

The Left has redefined everything that has gotten in their way of fundamentally transform America into the Animal Farm of their dreams. A place where all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.

Yes, something is happening in America it has been happening progressively over time. Heat is slowly turning up. Unlike the false claims of Climate Change/Global warming these temperatures are increasing, first at an unnoticeable rate and now some of us notice.

Question is will we jump out of the pot of American Left-wing socialism or like the proverbial frog will we remain in it to be boiled?

2016 will be forever remembered as the year American Liberals had a National group psychotic meltdown because they lost the Presidential election, an election which their elected officials and civil service employees rigged to win. An election in which they chose to run a sickly incompetent career political criminal for no other apparent reason than she wore various colored pants suits and it was a woman’s turn to be President after the Black guy! Amazingly, every subsequent year thereafter, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Liberals have wrongly and falsely, muled and puked about how Donald Trump cheated them out of the election that they themselves were cheating in to win. For this I am ashamed.

Naturally the facts are, that even in Liberal’s best laid plans, their own assumptions prevented them from succeeding. As well as, there were unaccounted contingencies that blindsided them from achieving their dastardly goals. Motor voter registrations, same day registrations, extended week long voting (early voting), mail in ballots, fraudulent voting, fraudulent Debolt vote tabulation machines, multi-millions of illegal non-citizens, flooding Red states with blue voting illegals, immigrants and asylum seekers, voting and the harvesting of ballots all aided Democrats to illegitimately lay siege to the House of Representatives in 2018. A feat they well intend to repeat in the 2020 election. In 2020 Liberals have already made plans to storm the White House with their non-sis gendered LGBTQBXYZ choice, Oh! But their choice can not be a White man, sorry Joe Biden. Pedophilia is not completely accepted yet. Though Liberals are working on it! Not to mention, you are a White man! I am equally ashamed that after three years of the most transformative economic boost that America has ever seen as a result of President Trump’s leadership and economic policies, Liberals lack the ability to objectively look back at eight years of failed Obama economic efforts comparatively and admit that the man whom they elected merely for the color of his skin was out of his depth and an incompetent. Though, I must admit, the crease in his slacks made those two things; being out of his depth and an incompetent, look good.

DID THE FOUNDERS MAKE A MISTAKE ADOPTING THE SECOND AMENDMENT?

Florida’s February 15, shooting where gunman 19-year-old Nikolas Cruz murdered 17 high school students and faculty is without saying an unimaginable tragedy or is it? Was it or is it really unimaginable? If it was unimaginable why did Nikolas Cruz come up with the idea as a way of self expression?

My thought is what Nikolas Cruz did has become all too imaginable. Today we are exposed to imaginary and very real ideas, which have created our common social standards. Some of these ideas are new progressive ideas. These ideas are being used to shape what our society considers to be acceptable or not acceptable. Songs and mannerisms from recording artist of today were unimaginable fifty short years ago. Movies, Television, Games were held to standards, back in the day, that today’s guardians of social freedoms would poo poo.

Our society has undergone a fundamental transformation, that is undeniable, but did we really think this change would be without a cost? Interestingly, and before I go any further, one of only constants during this period of time is that of guns and gun ownership. Guns have always been a part of our society from our country’s inception until now.

I know of a story of a family, which moved into a neighborhood. The house they purchased was beautiful as was the neighborhood. One minor thing annoyed them. A old ratty fence blocked the view of majestic scenery just below their property line so they removed the fence to get a better look at the scenic view from inside the house. Several months past then one evening a hurried knock at the door. When the door was opened they were met with an emotional commotion. The family was informed that two children visiting next door wondered over to their yard and had fallen to their deaths from their yard.

I have always been a proponent of never removing fences before knowing why they were put there in the first place.

The Bill of Rights is like an old ratty fence. Some of the rights listed seem to be blocking our views of a more progressive society. However, in light of the present calls for restricting or completely repealing the second amendment the questions go begging, did the founders make a mistake adopting the second amendment and would society be safer without it?

WISDOM OF THE AGES VS AMERICA POPULAR CULTURE CONSENSUS

Simply stated the second amendment is a safe guard or “a fence” against tyranny. The cruel, unreasonable, or arbitrary use of power or control can manifest from a Ruler, a government or the tyranny of the majority. The second amendment was adopted to protect individuals from wide ranging and ever present threats of tyranny.

Whether derived from the rule of popular opinion, what we witness so much of today (and better known again as the tyranny of the majority) or to the rule of our government, if our government violates it’s constitutional mandate to be subservient to the people. The founders thought it wise for individuals to have the ways and means to protect ourselves from those who would use force or power to subjugate us.

In discussing the need for the second amendment the founders considered that every government ever known to them eventually became a tyrannical threat to the individual. In addition they knew that governments were eventually conquered. The conquerors were usually governed by tyrants who violated individual rights. Therefore, based on this knowledge of world history the individual fundamental right to self protection was recognized and codified into what we know today as the second amendment. Much of the background for the thinking, which when into the 2nd amendment is found in Federalist paper #46 (see here)

Even so, those who hold anti-second amendment opinions, in the wake of the horrific Florida attack on Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School have all but forgotten our history and persists on a temporary remedy, which they feel is, gun control or banning guns altogether, to feel safe. We have already been warned of this misconception by one of the greatest American minds to have ever lived Benjamin Franklin. Mr. Franklin presciently warned that, a people who would willingly give up their rights for what they think is safety would have neither their rights nor their safety!

If the justification of the Tyranny of the Majority or anti-gun advocates is to ban guns to feel safe, that is not an adequate or even reasonable ground to give up the constitutional right to bear arms.

Yes I want our schools to be safe but I will not be bullied into a decision by the majority to ban guns based on pure group consensus, emotionalism and political manipulation.

Gun control is like a cheap teenage date. No wonder so many High school students are drawn to it. It sounds sexy, it’s cheap and its an easy solution but it’s not what you’d select later in life! Yes I understand that everyone of the Douglas High school students have gone through an horrific and traumatic experience. Yet I also know that decisions made in a knee jerk fashion to a traumatic experience are rarely solutions to real problems. Making decisions under conditions of trauma are hard for any adult and almost impossible for children.

In normal times, grief counselors would be bused in by the tons to help the Douglas High children deal effectively with their grief and loss. But these are not normal times. No these are highly charged partisan times. These are times of Antifa organizing, Pink Knit hat organizing and grieving high school students organizing. Instead of a bus load of grief counselors getting sent to the school, what we are witnessing instead are hundreds of grieving kids organized for action, then put on buses and sent to carry a message that may be partially theirs but not totally because the message has been politicized.

Someone or some group(s) is orchestrating this well run campaign to disarm Americans of our second amendment rights. There are adults standing in the shadows of these orchestrated events. High School students don’t organize National Marches on Washington DC. at the drop of a hat in calm peaceful times. They never have before in my recollection. Yet we are to believe that days after perhaps the most traumatic event that many of them will ever face they got themselves together and organized and funded protest against the NRA and guns both at the state and federal levels? Hmm...

It has been interesting to see our herd mentality in the United States move from Russia, Russia Russia to that of Guns, Guns, Guns! That notwithstanding, the second amendment is a right that the founders placed very carefully to protect Americans from Governments and mobs both foreign and domestic that would prey on defenseless citizens of the United States if given the chance.

So what is the answer to school shootings or violence in our society. In the terminology of fences, we have taken down a gate which kept the barbarians at bay. That was the first line of defense against heinous crimes such as school mass murders as well as most of our social ills. That gate is Virtue. Or has the second President of the United States said, “morals and religion.” President John Adams said…

W. Cleon Skousen,in his book The Five Thousand Year Leap, tells of the heated debates occurring in the thirteen colonies between 1775 and 1776 over the issue of morality. Self-government was generally referred to as “republicanism,” and it was universally acknowledged that a corrupt and selfish people could never make the principles of republicanism operate successfully. These early Americans were, in essence, debating whether or not the people (citizens of the thirteen colonies) were sufficiently moral and virtuous to govern themselves.

George Washington declared in his Farewell Address, “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports.” Later in his Farewell Address Washington went on to say, “Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principles.”

Did the founders make a mistake adopting the second amendment? No! Yet, in all of the discussions we will entertain in the upcoming days about how to keep schools safe I venture to say the actual problem and solution will never be mentioned. We have taken down fences and opened our gates to all sorts of immorality and have allowed the barbarians of our non restraints to come crashing through. And then we self righteously point our fingers at guns or at the NRA as the problem.

But as with all finger pointing three fingers always point back at us!

Let me remind everyone Donald J. Trump was not always a Republican. Just a few short years ago President Trump was Donald J. Trump an admired Billionaire Businessman with a highly rated Reality Television Show, The Apprentice. In addition to that, he owned a major American Beauty Pageant. Donald Trump walked in the circles that Harvey Weinstein and Mika Brzezinski walk in. Barack Obama once mused that as a young man he admired Mr. Trump as a figure to aspire to and be like, one day. Donald J. Trump for all intentions and purposes was a Social Liberal. In fact he still may be.

Before Donald J. Trump was a “Republican” he was accepted, loved and supported by Liberals on the Left and the Right. He was one of them. He partied with them, ran women with them, give them plenty of money and funded many of their campaigns. He also give Bill and Hillary Clinton money. We know these things because the Left and Establishment Republicans used to throw these facts in our faces.

Republicans warned everyone who would hear them, “Trump is not a Republican” before he was elected. Liberals like Kanye West went crazy ( He literally went crazy) because they didn’t know how to cope with the fact that their friend was going over to the enemy.

So why the Trump hate? Well it isn’t because he’s a Republican. Or not just because, you see the Left hates Republicans just on general principle. Yes, they hate President Trump for that reason too but also for a more maniacal reason.

The Left hates President Trump because the President loves America. The Progressive Left can not reconcile Patriotism and the pan-worldism that most of them, some knowingly and some unknowingly, support. Not so with President Trump! He is an American Patriot first.

One must remember, just one short year ago for eight years the Left celebrated a President who by word and deed showed the upmost contempt for America, it’s constitution and it’s traditions. He vowed before he entered the Presidency that his presidency would fundamentally transform the United States. Obama was a pan-worldism extremist, a citizen of the world if you will.

Everything he did, from over regulation of American businesses and industries, producing the lowest economic growth of any President in our recent history to weakening American military readiness to ignoring constitutional laws he opposed and to creating unconstitutional laws via fiat by executive orders Barack Hussein Obama wore his disdain for America on his well tailored suit sleeve. For this he was cheered by the Left. They cheered him for his hatred for America because it is popular to hate America. Obama shared the Progressive Left’s view on world citizenry.

If one remembers the 2006 DNC Convention where Hillary Clinton accepted the Democrats’ nomination for the presidency, on it’s opening day Democrats did not have a single American flag on the DNCC stage. Faithful Americans pointed out the lack of American flags on that DNCC stage, only then did the flag become important to Democrats. The very next day American flags appeared. Oversight?

From where did the hate of the Left originate? Our Liberal college campuses foments hate against America, Liberal social media foments hate against America and the popular culture foments this hate. Because Obama hates America he was embraced by the Left. The Left rejects President Trump because he loves America. The Progressive Left believes that other nations and other societies are better and more noble than America.

What the President has demonstrated for all to see is above any partisan politics Donald Trump is an American patriot. He is not readily identified as Republican or a Conservative everyone knows this. President Trump identified with America. Progressives hate this because they hate the history, tradition and culture of America.

The Left wishes to fundamentally change America to some European Utopian Progressive Socialist dream. President Trump wants to make America the America that it always was, Great!

So the president is dismantling all of the Progressive socialist policies and programs of his predecessor. He is disassembling all of the Pan-worldism or One World government /United Nations advancements of all of the recent Presidents before him. Thusly, President Trump has halted the Progressive social change of the Left and that infuriates Progressives. It is these acts that have angered them the most.

The Left needed an extra term of the Presidency to protect and lock in the Progressive socialist changes Barack Obama put in place. They were depending on that next term. Hillary was the guarantee that Obama’s fundamental transformation would be permanent. But she loss and the Progressive Left is devastated.

It is amazing to see the Left’s and the Progressive Right’s, vitriolic and maleficent attacks against an American President. Russia collusion, obstruction, sexual harassment, questioning this president’s mental capacity, all of it is the Left’s and Progressive Right’s inability to accept the results of the 2016 Presidential election. They rather destroy the good faith and credit of United States elections, no, they rather destroy all US. elections going forward into perpetuity than to accept that they lost an election, which they rigged using information in a dossier that they got from the Russians.

In Defense of Judge Roy Moore - Redemption and Forgiveness

Amazingly no matter what century one lives in pious social gatekeepers, (Keepers of the Law) and Pharisees still live among us. In Jesus’ day their intent was to discredit the Son of God with a sexual scandal so egregiously complex whatever He said about it the Pharisaical group could denounce Him as a fraud and charlatan. Their little ploy had very little to do with the woman whom they were accusing of sexual immorality. She was an unfortunate extemporaneous prop being used for a much larger goal. Resisting Jesus!

Today’s modern day Gate Keepers of ‘social ethics’ and Pharisees (who serve in the Congress) have taken the Honorable Judge Roy Moore’s reputation and thrown it at the feet of a mob with hopes they can entice this mob to once again yell, “Crucify, crucify!”

The Judge Roy Moore scandal is a sordid tale of political machinations that extends well beyond the obvious. You see Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King’s reputation was besmirched with sexual allegations by a government that was attempting to quash the civil rights movement. President Trumps’ reputation is still being attacked first by several women who came forth and said he was inappropriate with them and then by a Clinton manufactured dossier which claims that the president hired prostitutes to stand and pee on a bed that former President Obama and his wife slept in while the Obama’s were in Russia. Why these allegations against Mr. Trump? They were first meant to stop his presidential bid and now they are meant to end the Trump presidency.

Sexual allegations are an old and continued way of attacking one’s opponent. These type of allegations are quite effective because of their moral implications.

Nevertheless, let us suppose that all the allegations against Judge Roy Moore are true. This would be an excellent teaching opportunity for the Church if the Church was still in the moral teaching business. Hearing nothing from the Church, to their shame, allow me explain.

If the 40 year old allegations against Judge Moore are true. Then perhaps Moore, the 30 year old attorney should not seek high office. In fact I highly recommend that the 30 year old Moore doesn't. I can say emphatically, I will not support the 30 year old Roy Moore. However, we are not considering that man for the Senate. We are considering a 70 year old man who is not the same man as his 30 year old former self.

Judge Moore is a married man and because of maturity, experience and faith he is not the same man as his former self. Therefore, if there are no current complaints regarding sexual misconduct and if there weren’t any legal charges then and are not any pending now why would anyone attempt to say this past conduct is indicative of the Roy Moore of today?

If that were true no criminal should ever be release from prison because he or she would remain guilty for the rest of their natural lives. So there is no restorative penal correction. There is no payment of one's debt to society, so why serve a sentence? This would mean permanent guilt for all past transgressions. Is that how we are living now? So why doesn’t this seem to apply to Democrats?

Yet this is an magnificent opportunity! What the Church should be doing is using this occasion as a teachable moment. The Bible teaches that a person can be forgiven for sins. The Bible teaches that Christians are people of a second chance.

So if Judge Moore is guilty of doing what he is accused of doing, here are the questions that should be asked. Is he a changed man? Did he repent? Has Judge Moore bore fruit worthy of repentance? Come on Church am I right?

If each and everyone of us are held in account for everything we have ever done none of us would be worthy to hold political office, not Barack Obama, not Hillary Clinton, and not the pedophile former Vice president Joe Biden! None of us.

Strikingly, in today’s political hate climate if Jesus said to media, to Democrats and to establishment Republicans, “He without sin cast the first stone.” Jesus would be hit upside His head with multiple stones. He would suffer multiple concussions and He would be dragged to the side so the media and political Pharisees could launch their assault against Roy Moore. Judge Moore would be subsequently killed and thus prevented from assuming a Senate seat as a Conservative which is the ultimate goal of bringing these ancient resurrected political charges of sexual misconduct against him.

Make no mistake these are political charges. The motive is quite clear, prevent a man who is known to fight for Conservative ideas and principles from reaching the Senate.

If Roy Moore did what he is accused of doing 40 years ago, he was wrong. Thank God he didn’t run for the Senate 40 years ago because I won’t have supported him. However the 70 year old Roy Moore, the Roy Moore of now is not the same man and if he has asked God for forgiveness from his pass transgressions he like you and I who ask God to forgive us, he like us is forgiven. The bible teaches that we also are to forgive him.

This is a simple Christian principle. Unfortunately not many Christians or unbelievers today are familiar with God’s grace. I say this to the Church’s shame!

Lebron’s demonstration is equivalent to the tee-shirt that Marshawn Lynch so proudly wore some weeks ago prior to a football game, “Everybody against Trump”.

Why is everybody against Trump? They weren’t before he became president. Why now? Because he’s a Republican and Republicans in the minds of haters stand for White people? So all of these protest are actually anti-White people protest?

Isn’t that Racist? Is Lebron James a Racist?

There was a time black parents would tell their children, “Whatever you do while you’re gone don’t bring trouble back to our door.” That would be foolish don’t you think? Foolish like destroying black businesses and burning down one’s own black neighborhoods in riots. So why would Black players of the NFL and NBA bring trouble to the door step of the organizations that have produced more Black millionaires than any other business enterprise in the history of the world?

It is completely idiotic. It is idiotic because however well intended, millionaire black athlete protests produces no solutions, these protests only creating animosity and division. One would have to be an idiot not to know this.

Ironically, I have heard White men bring forth solutions whereas none have been offered by the Black athletes involved in sports protest.

I have heard White men offer money as well as they have offered to organize an effort to address Black athletes concerns.

Do you hear this? White men whom you are protesting are offering money and solutions to your problems.

So where are the Black business men? Where are the Black organizers, where are the Black problem solvers? Where is the Black money? Where are the Black ideas? Where are the Black innovators.

You mean to tell me not one Black man, athlete, businessman, academic, millionaire, multi-millionaire can come up with a solution to help Black people other than kneeling down and locking arms?

Shame! Shame on Lebron James for being Racist, shame on Lebron for being an Idiot and shame on him for being a very very bad businessman. Shame because Lebron is acting like a poor helpless depraved black man with no rights and no resources to address his own concerns.

Lebron you don’t have to protest any more. That was for a time when Black people had nothing but a hope and a prayer. You have great wealth and power. If you can get your team to link arms. You can get them to go to their banks withdraw one million dollars each. Then with your influence get all the kneelers in the NFL to do the same.

Next, hire some Black thinkers, problem solvers and organizers to do something about the problems you think you see. You don’t need help from a single White person to do this.

Because you hate America and White people so much you should even be ashamed to take their help!

I don’t know if you have a NIKE endorsement but you should definitely steal this from them! Just Do It! Or in your case Just Do Something! Which will require getting up from y'alls knees and unlocking y'alls arms!

Weekend (Social Justice) Warriors

If Weekend Social Justice Warriors of the NFL, SNL and Late Night television wish to DO something about the social injustices they claim to see. They should do what has always been the way America solves it problems. Put money behind whatever their concern is.

Hospital emergency rooms are often occupied Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings with Weekend Warriors. You probably know of some. They are the guys who work sedentary jobs five days a week either computer coding or selling insurance then it’s off to home after eight to twelve hours in the office. Then another five hours of sitting on the couch T.V. watching, eating leftover pasta from Gino’s and guzzle a beer whilst cheering on the Detroit Redwings against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Then the weekend warrior ends the evening with Jimmy Kimmel's political commentary/comedy!

Yet, on the weekend these fantasy fakeball or fakestick players spring into action with a group of friends to enact the 1980 Grey cup between the Edmonton Eskimos and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats! But alas, due to the trauma of bodily movement outside of sitting in a chair for twelve hours straight, the Weekend Warrior succumbs to injury that requires emergency medical care. Tsk tsk.

What is fascinating to me is a like occurrence is beginning to happen with who I call Weekend Social Justice Warriors! These are the guys, some are professional athletes some are late night television hosts. These guys spend countless hours training and rehearsing in their chosen fields of endeavor whether on the field or on a stage.

Lo and behold these guys begin to get out of their lanes and they become community agitators and social commentators on current events that have little to nothing to do with what they are being paid to do.

Now I know, I know before you go down that freedom of speech highway. You know the one where you claim these guys are using their platform to raise social consciousness and create a dialogue for social change, let’s agree on one thing. These problems perceived or real did not start with the election of Donald J. Trump as president. Neither were any of these problems addressed while Barack Hussein Obama was president. This established let’s speak about solutions.

If Weekend Social Justice Warriors of the NFL, SNL and Late Night television wish to DO something about the social injustices they claim to see. They should do what has always been the way America solves it problems. Put money behind whatever their concern is.

Hillary Clinton’s failed presidential candidacy spent more money than any other presidential candidacy in the history of our Republic. Money spent because some people wanted the continuation of a radical progressive socialist government. AIDS/HIV and Immigration are funded by public and private sources which are willing to spend huge sums of money to research and develop ways of finding cures and solutions.

If the weekend social justice warriors of the NFL and Late night television want the change they protest and speak about they must do like everyone else put money behind their concerns. Until they put money where their protests and mouths are, they can’t be taken serious.

Oh and a final thought, weekend warriors, whether the Social Justice type or the couch potato variety always tend to bring great injury upon themselves. They also tend to end up needing emergency care or they end up filing a law suit or a grievance.

Speaking of grievances, how is that self-inflicted weekend social justice warrior wound Mr. Kaepernick? Employed yet? And how is that collusion grievance coming along?

Freedom of speech and Cam Newton

So will the NFL take a knee and/or link arms in solidarity with Newton? No, they sided with the reporter and the social influencers of today. They claim what Cam said is Sexist, Racist, and Misogynistic. They have issued a statement, which they state they do not support neither do they agree with Mr. Newton’s view. A sampling of NFL players have players scattered all over the support of Newton, or the non-support of Newton, terrain.

May I confess something? I grew up in America and as a child I heard things. Things such as ‘Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me.’ And things such as, ‘ This is a free country I can say what I want to say!’ I remember hearing many remarks, philosophies, beliefs and points of view, which I did not agree with, but it was always my thought that the person speaking had the right to express herself/himself in whichever way they wished. And equally I had the right to agree or disagree with what was said.

I believe everyone in America understood freedom of speech in the way I just described. If the majority of people didn’t believe that way, not any of the socially accepted behaviors that are anti- Conservative or anti-Christian would be in existence today. Why? When I was coming up Conservatism and Christianity were the dominant influencers of our society. If Conservatives and Christians were as closed minded as the present social influencers are, there would be no open Homosexuality, no Illegal Aliens among us, no Abortions, and no Progressivism. All of those things would have been shut down quicker than one can say Antifa or Black Lives Matter!

It is only because of the people of my generation’s understanding of freedom of speech that any of the present, socially engineered accepted practices exist day. Why do I say this? Simple, if Conservatives and Christians had the same closed minded attitudes as the social influencers of today, they would have used their substantial power to stop those then nascent ideas from entering social consciousness or from gaining social acceptance, just as present day social influencers are doing today against any ideas that are different than what these influencers deem socially permitted.

This brings me to my subject, the remark of Cam Newton quarterback for the Carolina Panthers and freedom of speech. In a recent news conference Cam observed that he found humor in the instance of being questioned about receiver routes, the planned position a receiver will run to in order to catch a pass, by a woman. What Cam said is, "It's funny to hear a female talk about routes. It's funny." As a result of stating his personal observation out loud Cam is facing a firestorm of public condemnation. As of this writing he has lost his Dannon Yogurt endorsement. See Dannon Cancels

So will the NFL take a knee in behalf of and/or link arms in solidarity with Newton? No, they've sided with the reporter and the social influencers of today. Newton is the same guy who just last week lifted Black power fist in air after scoring a touchdown in solidarity with the NFL and Colin Kaepernick protest against America.

My point is this. It is sad to see Constitutional freedoms being eroded. In my day Cam’s statement would have been his opinion. And since it is a completely harmless personal observation it would have been forgotten as quickly as it was said.

The difference is, today’s social influencers are trying to control speech and thought so that their agenda can be advanced. Mr. Newton’s comment is in violation of what today’s social influencers deems one can say or think, which is another Orwellian tendency of the Left.

For those of you that can’t tell the difference between freedom of speech as claimed by those in the on going NFL Player’s protest and as related to what Mr. Newton said, allow me to spell it out for you. The NFL protest is an abuse of its platform and its audience. For example, I’m sure you will agree that if someone enrolled in a course, let’s say English 101 and the instructor spent the entire class or semester espousing their personal political views, that would be wrong and totally inappropriate. Does the instructor have the right to speak her/his beliefs? Of course they do, however I think we can agree that in English 101 is not the appropriate venue,in which to do it. That is not what the person enrolled in the class paid their fee for. That person expected and is entitled to English and that is what they should get. The instructor is clearly abusing her/his platform and abusing her/his captive audience. Same with the NFL Player’s protest. The players are abusing the NFL's platform and abusing the NFL's audience

In contrast, Mr. Newton simply, in the course of an interview, expressed a sentiment. Right or wrong, it was his personal observation. In America we used to hear other’s point-of-views and either agreed, disagreed or disregarded the point-of-view completely. Why? Because this used to be a free country in which you and I had the freedom to speak our minds. It isn’t any longer.

What present day social influencers are doing is, they are attempting to control Mr. Newton by affecting his income and rebuking him publicly. Such a public flogging will keep the rest of us from thinking or saying anything that is unacceptable. As it will also correct the wayward Cam Newton from ever finding anything funny, which is approved as the social norm by the social influencers of today!

The lesson for anyone who will learn from this situation is this, this attack against Cam Newton is the same politically correct attack made against President Trump. It is the same politically correct attack used against Conservative Republicans. And it is the same politically correct attack used against Christianity.

This is an attack against Constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech. These attacks must be recognized for what they are, a vile attempt to rob Americans of their rights to think and express themselves freely as guaranteed by the US Constitution, and consequently these attacks must be stopped if freedom of speech means anything any longer in the United States of America.

Players why protest when you could do something?

Blacks, you now have the resources that your slave ancestors; mothers and fathers prayed for. Rise up from your knees, lower your fists, unlink your arms, open your checkbooks and be men and women. Do something with your wealth and you will MAKE the change you seek.

The present protest spat that NFL Players are engaging in originated with former NFL player Colin Kaepernick’s stated purpose of drawing attention to racial inequities that continue to plague minorities in the United States of America. Kaepernick’s idea was to “take a knee” as a symbol of disapproval of lack of progress for minorities in America.

Sounds like a noble thing to do, correct? But why settle for acts of symbolism? Why not do something about the injustices you see. The NFL according to some sources is comprised of about 80% African-American players. Mr. Kaepernick is half White and half Black. Apparently he identifies with his black half, therefore he promotes the idea that black people are still overtly and continually oppressed in this country.

Whether Mr. Kaepernick’s observations are correct or not the reality is a symbolic protest does very little if nothing to correct the inequities that Mr. Kaepernick wishes to address. If Mr. Kaepernick, the Black players in the NFL and their supporters are really looking for true answers to their concerns, rather than their gratuitous swipes at the President via their “Everybody [In the NFL] vs. Trump” tees, I have a suggestion to start.

The NFL is a multi-billion dollar organization and it employs multi-million dollar employees. This stated, there are enough resources in this group to tackle any problem that the NFL and it’s employees focuses on.

For example, not last weekend but the weekend prior, at the NFL protest high point, about 200 players, coaches and owners either knelt, linked arms or stayed in the locker room during the National Anthem. All of these actions were in violation of NFL rules and procedure governing behavior during the National Anthem. This pass weekend the Black Power fist in the air was added to the lessening numbers of NFL players willing to follow along with the protests.

No matter what your feeling is about what players are doing, I think we can all agree that what they are doing has not been effective in achieving their goals. Many of us still are not sure what the player’s goals are, therefore as a PR move this protest is highly ineffective.

However if Players actually want to do something about the injustices they see may I suggest a plan of action.

First each concerned and protesting player should donate one million dollars to a foundation to address the concerns of racial injustice in America or whatever they are protesting. The NFL should match this fund since it is complicit in these protests. So at minimum if 200 players donate one million dollars that totals 200 million dollars. The NFL’s matching fund would bring the total to 400 million dollars. (NFL Sponsors should donate as well).

400 million dollars can and will fund an organization, which would focus like a laser on the problems the players are concerned with. This is twenty-four seven no distractions, no conflicts of interests, focus.

One million dollars per player will put their money where their protests are. And in addition, an organization as I described will do some things in permanent and tangible ways.

There was a time in America under the cruel whip of slavery Black’s had nothing but a hope and a prayer. In the ‘60 Black added to hope and prayer symbolism and protests. Surely in the 21st century with more Black millionaires and billionaires than ever in the history of the world someone can come up with an idea better than a Black power salute, a kneel and a prayer, or the linking of arms. Come on NAACP, come on Urban League, and come on Rainbow coalition or any of you so called rights and help groups. No ideas or progress in fifty years?

Here’s your solution NFL and the rest of you SOBs that got involved

Since this piece is about the NFL and it’s employees lets examine that relationship specifically. The NFL is a very complex organization, however for the sake of this conversation I’ll attempt to keep it simple. The NFL has rules of conduct which governs the behaviors of it’s employees. You are probably already aware of that fact. Following is what the NFL says about conduct regarding the National anthem.

The answer to all the turmoil the NFL presently finds itself embroiled in is elegant in it’s simplicity. To kneel or not to kneel that is the question. Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer. The slings and arrows of ubiquitous injustices past and present. Or to take a knee against a sea of troubles. And by kneeling end them. To protest fist in air, to be woke--. No more—and by protest to say we all win.

Okay, okay Hamlet’s Soliloquy is a bit much but my point is all of this drama is excessive. Why are we fighting and why are we using sports as a MMA cage for this fight?

Originally Colin Kaepernick said he wished to draw attention to police injustices. But recently everyone is attempting to use this protest to strike out at the President of the United States of America. Whatever your reasons can we all agree that the protest has not achieved Kaepernick’s original desired intent?

So what is the simple solution that I promised? The answer is right there before us and here it is, every man, woman and child connected with the NFL, when the National Anthem is played if you are on the side line, as you should be, stand quietly and respectfully with your helmet under your left arm. Stand there until the anthem is completed. After the anthem is completed then you may resume your normal activities. There, I told you the answer is simple.

Then, you may say to me,“Well what about the player’s rights?” Which rights are you referring to? Freedom to protest? Freedom to express oneself? Freedom of speech? Those rights? None of these “rights” apply. "Why?" You ask. Here's why, rights are enshrined in the United States Constitution. In general the Constitution outlines the relationship between the individual and the state or the government. The Constitution recognizes that there are God given rights, which each individual has. Rights which the government should not and must not impede upon.

That would be the end of the story except that the individual has other relationships. There is the parent and child relationship, the marital relationship and the employer and employee relationship to simply name a few. Each of these relationships have certain special and unique conditions and expectations.

NFL Game Operations Manuel

The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem. During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition. It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag our country. Failure to be the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s) for violations of the above, including first offenses.

So this discussion is not really about rights, is it? No this discussion is about the Employer, employee relationship between the NFL and it’s players/employees. Also this discussion is about the relationship between the NFL and it’s fans.

According to the NFL ‘s Game Operations Manuel there is no kneeling, no staying in the locker room, and no pregame stretching during the National Anthem.

Simple situation, the NFL should enforce it’s own rule because as the rule states, “It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag our country.” (Boy that’s kind of an understatement isn’t it!)

Finally, the NFL has caused major damage to it’s own image and to the relationship with it’s fans. For whatever reason the NFL chose to ignore it’s own rule therefore making the NFL complicit in the disrespect that it’s employees demonstrated to our National Anthem, our Country, and to us the citizens of this country, and last the NFL has caused major damage between itself and with NFL fans.

Solution, NFL, follow your own rule book. In addition to that you’re going to have to spend some money on a lot of television ads. Then this is what you should do, you should have every player, coach and owner who locked arms and knelled in disrespect to the American people and to NFL fans, apologize to America on your television ads for your misguided and bad behavior.

After that can we please just play football?

Why the NFL and NBA loses this fight

Donald J. Trump is therefore carrying the banner for the fifty-nine million Americans who voted for him. Not because we follow him, on the contrary, he listened to us and again he got our train.

Every Liberal organizer and strategist understands optics, the political science of designing issues to look best for your Political side’s interests.

It’s astonishing to see America’s Left’s ignorance as to how they look to Americans regarding their ”take a knee protests”. Sure in the minds of the NFLPA, which is the NFL’s players union (who is actually orchestrating this League wide “take a knee” effort) they are only virtue signaling to their popular culture homies. The message? “Hey we wanted Hillary to win too! We don’t accept Trump as a legitimate President.” “After all, even though there is no proof, we believe the Russians hacked the election and give Trump the presidency.”

Every sports figure that has refused to go to the White House during president Trump’s term is taking a knee, every sports star, owner or coach that makes a negative interview commit about the president is taking a knee. It’s divisive and it’s virtue signaling!

What the Left seems to be missing is in 2016 the American electorate had eight years of your greatest orator, Barack Hussein Obama, Obama made the Left's best case for fundamentally changing America. By hook or by crook Democrats attempted to do just that by undermining traditional American values.

But in 2016 the American people revolted against those ideas. Seeing that revolt Donald J. Trump got on our train and rode passed eleven to twelve Republican primary presidential wanna-bes and then defeated the greatest political scam artist in American history, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Donald J. Trump is therefore, carrying the banner for the fifty-nine million Americans who voted for him. Not because we follow him, on the contrary, he listened to us and again he got our train.

So what are the optics? The optics are President Trump is standing up for America and the American people when he speaks about the NFL players disrespecting America. We see kneelers acting in ways that disrespect America.

On the other hand, Kneelers see themselves as disrespecting a president whom they don’t see as a legitimate president. Therefore they are permitted to do or say anything disrespectful against him.

President Trump defending the American idea. Kneelers disrespecting a dully elected president.

Yeah, the NFL and the NBA loses on those optics all day long and Democrats lose on those optics in the election years 2018 and 2020!
