After all of the efforts the United States made under the leadership of President Bush to mitigate collateral damage and after all of the efforts to be as respectful of Islam and the Iraqi people that the United States could possibly be this highly vetted Iraqi reporter is able to hurl insults at America by disrespecting our President. Do not think for a moment that president elect Barack Obama will escape such disrespect Al Qaeda's No. 2 leader, Ayman Zawahiri has already called Obama a Malcolm X pejorative, a “House Nigger” or House Negro. (see story)

If this latest slight of president Bush is allowed because its only perceived as an isolated insular attack against Bush instead of the international act of aggression against America that it was then President elect Obama will be weakened as all Americans, even as high as the American president, are viewed as vulnerable targets throughout the world.

Ok, we have a mess on our hands. But why do the American taxpayers have to foot the bill for yet another bailout? And one with no guarantees no less.

Pass some 15 Billion dollars of our money off to the imcompetent idiots who have been running the business, and it will only stave off total bankruptsy for maybe a few months.

Oh, and it's not just the management of the Big 3 who are at fault! Take a close look at the UAW's record of demanding more and more over the past thrity years. Remember who it was who actually sowed the seeds of today's problems, when things were still actually running pretty well.

When the robotics technology was introduced (by American developers)and presented to the Big 3, the UAW was the first to complainthat it was going to force layoffs of their workers. Never mind that the workers were employed by Ford, GM and Chrysler, the unions and often the members, feel that they work for the union.Immediately, they threatened "Strike!" if the technology was
introduced. Of course the UAW wasn't worrying about the workers,
but about the huge dues that would be lost if anyone were let go.
Unions have always worried about their "special funds" and top leaders, with the needs of the members coming second.
This is just a continuation of "business as usual"

I say, let the auto makers sink!!!......... we can't be responsible for greedy unions and poor management. They made their beds, so let them fall out of them if they want. It's time to cut the cord, and let them go. For years, they were warned to produce cars that were practical, inexpensive and safe........... those three things never came together. Not in American cars at least. Then they wonder why the Japanese have beaten their pants off. I can tell you why in a few simple words. Greed, greed, greed! Greedy union executives. Greedy business executives. The unions worried about their golden contracts, and the executives worried about their golden parachutes. It's OVER!!!!

Bankruptsy is the solution. Let them collapse, and then the courts will dictate the union contracts. Make them viable with a working company, that can produce a worthy car at a fair price. That is the only way out of this mess!

The Japanese manufacturers are producing cars, with labor costs at one third of what the American makers do. Between actual salary, contributions to pension, medical and other union-demanded benefits, the American worker is earning approximately $60 per hour. OBSCENE! How could anyone expect Ford, Chrysler or GM to produce affordable cars with expenses like that? Add to that the overpaid excecutive expenses at these plants, and there is not a doubt in my mind, that the courts could do it better!

This statement was neatly tucked away in an article reported by Arthur Max of the Associated Press December 10, 2008 announcing that a UNIPCC panel is set to negotiate a new climate treaty to replace the Kyoto Protocol, which expires in 2012. (see story)

Is that true? Is there now irrefutable proof of anthropogenic catastrophe global warming/climate change?

Mr. Buja is referring to a IPCC study published last year of the collected the work of more than 2,000 scientists, which states that climate change is "unequivocal, is already happening, and is caused by human activity."

However the scientific evidence shows a much different outcome than the failed theory of global warming. In actuality scientific data show that the earth is cooling and that 2008 will be the coolest year this decade despite objection from biased scientists that make their livings from the pop scientist of global warming the evidence shows cooling not warming. Also as reported by Lorne Gunter, Don Easterbrook, a geologist at Western Washington University, says, "It's practically a slam dunk that we are in for about 30 years of global cooling," as the sun enters a particularly inactive phase.

His examination of warming and cooling trends over the past four centuries shows an "almost exact correlation" between climate fluctuations and solar energy received on Earth, while showing almost "no correlation at all with CO2." (see story)

I say pay them! American taxpayers were just ripped off of 3 to 6 trillion dollars in the largest hijacking of a financial economy in world history a few multi-millions to get the Saudi oil back, which helps fund terrorism, is a small price to pay for a people who are going to be put on the hook for international taxes on Global warming as we are all headed for in a one world rule global economy under the control of terrorist whether they wear facial hoods and carry semi-automatic weapons or whether they hide behind laws and treaties as they exploit their booty from law abiding taxpayers.

Unlike Burgess I don’t think international law, treaties or courts are the answer to terrorism by piracy. As Burgess demonstrates by his arguments there is already hundreds of years of international law enough to deal with the Somali pirates but no one is doing anything but paying the demanded ransom. Rod Blagojevich before a visible link can be established to Obama. Fitzgerald said that Gov. Blagojevich was on a crime spree and Obama didn’t know anything about it? Oh please!

In spite of the above the Supreme Court Monday has turned down an emergency appeal from Leo Donofrio who says Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he was a British subject at birth and they will not intervene in the presidential election.

Donofrio contended that Obama is not a "natural born citizen," as the president is required to be under Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution. The case, referred to the court by Justice Clarence Thomas after Justice David Souter had rejected it, argued that because Obama's father was a citizen of Kenya, at the time a British colony, the president-elect was born with dual citizenship.

This failure of the U.S. Supreme Court to enforce the Constitution represents a failure of American constitutional system at all levels. All any court along the way had to do was order Mr. Obama to show proof of eligibility, the fact that none did indicate a breech in the American system that any unscrupulous individual(s) could work for their own personal gain.

The United States Supreme Court is currently considering whether or not they will consider just one of the many cases filed to protect the Constitution against this fraud.

Humm… now I don’t know but isn’t there some questions whether or not President-elect Barack Hussein Obama is Constitutionally qualified to be President of the United States of America? And weren’t there numerous court filings before the election questioning that fact. And wasn’t a paper advocating for the fundamental change of the constitution to allow other than U.S. natural borns to be President of the United States written two years after Obama won his senate seat in 2004 by an Obama associate? Is there a connection? You bet your sweet American birth right there is!


Today the Supreme Court is reviewing petitions as to whether President-elect Barack H. Obama is constitutionally qualified to be President of the United States of America. (see story)

This issue has been going on since before the Democrat National Convention and was filed in August of 2008. Hillary Clinton supporter and attorney Philip Berg filed suit asking someone, anyone to take responsibility and protect the American people and the U.S. constitution from possible fraud. Berg’s suit named Barack Obama, Howard Dean and the entire DNC his petition asked to enjoin the Democratic National Committee from nominating Obama. The petition stated that is was feared that if Obama were nominated as the Democrat Presidential candidate his questionable citizenship would at some point cause a constitutional crisis.

Do not be fooled they all knew well before the Democrat nomination process and well before the November 4 general elections that there was a major constitutional problem with Obama running but they did nothing!

Neither the DNC nor any lower courts would ask Obama for his birth certificate committing what I consider political and legal malfeasance and negligence. So now we find ourselves with a constitutional crisis just 46 days away from inaugurating a person which he and his entire Political Party possibly knowingly campaigned and fraudulently presented himself, Barack Hussein Obama, as someone eligible to be elected president of this country.

Nevertheless, this question is larger than Barack Obama. The question is should a Political Party that knowingly committed fraud in an election be awarded victory based on that fraud? In other words if Obama is found constitutionally ineligible to be President of the United States of America the constitution allows for the Vice president-elect to be designated President in the disqualified person’s place.

However if the entire Party knew directly or indirectly that Obama was not qualified to be president and knowingly defrauded the constitution and the American people by aiding and abetting Obama in his fraudulent pursuit of the presidency it is my sense that that Party logically should not be allowed to enjoy any of the fruits of their ill-gotten gains. Simply stated no Democrat should benefit from the fraud perpetrated on the American people by Obama and the Democrat Party. And since we are in unprecedented waters here, in that, never has a national Party attempted to knowingly fraudulently run a candidate for president it would not be out of the question to undo what the Democrats have done by holding another national election and retain the current president until the taint of fraud over the national elections which Democrats cause is corrected.

This is the constitutional crisis that the Democrats and Barack Obama have perpetrated on the American people and none of them can say that they didn’t know.

As a web blogger suggested, "So it sure looks like Obama's people have looked into the matter of 'natural born' as far back as early 2006. What is even more disturbing is that it would appear that they are following the thought of: 'If the facts do not support the theory, Destroy the facts!"

If Obama and his people knew, as it appears, that he was not eligible to be President as far back as 2006 before he announced his candidacy in 2007 then it is apparent that he being a constitutional attorney knew or thought he would be able to perpetrate this fraud on the American people and there would be no controlling legal authority to stop him. It is every American’s hope that the U.S. Supreme Court proves otherwise.

So stated this would appear to be a criminal act as well as a direct affront to our constitution one which the Democrats and Mr. Obama should have to pay an exacting toll for!

May the Supreme Court find the wherewithal to protect and defend the constitution of the United States of America in spite of the fact that Barack Obama feels that to do so is stupid, biased, outdated, undemocratic and against current trends of globalization.

This has become the national joke. Now the auto makers are looking for a minimum 34 BILLION...... and we all know that is the tip of the iceberg. Hand them that money, and within 3 months they will be back looking for three times that amount.

Let them go into Chapter 11, total reorganization under the bankruptsy laws. That way, they will be forced to regoniate union contracts, which to my way of thinking are the primary cause of the overall problem. After WW2, when the industry was in it's heyday, the unions took serious advantage of the industry, and made unrealistic demands for its union menbers. Some of the workers make in one week, what workers in other industries make in a month. The union's view was to make it while they could...... as evidenced by the UAW's massive stone ediface in Washington DC.

When robotics were invented in the US, it was the unions, and not management of the auto industry that squawked. Under the guise of "job loss" they prevented the industry from adopting the latest and newest technologies, and therefore laid the groundwork for today's problems.

Frustrated in the US, the developers offered the technology to Japan, ................. and the rest is history. Now, Detroit complains that Japan has taken over the auto industry. Duhhhh.............. what kind of idiots.........both in management and in the unions,............ couldn't see that coming.

Both groups deserve what they are getting today, and the taxpayers should NOT be bailing them out. The unions pushed and pushed for more and more.............now it is time for them to give some of it up. Management has to give up the lucrative bonuses and the high salaries, in order to conform to the real world.

According to CNSnews.com, during the campaign for the Democratic nomination, Obama mocked Clinton’s primary claim that she possessed the necessary foreign policy experience to be president. (see story)

Obama questioned Sen. Clinton’s foreign policy expertise while flying from a campaign event in Texas. Obama’s statement to reporters who were obviously attempting to gin up controversy between the two of them responded to the question of Clinton’s claim to be an expert on foreign policy in this fashion, “Was she negotiating treaties? Was she handling crises? The answer is no.”

President-elect Obama also questioned Sen. Clinton’s integrity and character during the days of the campaign, “Hillary Clinton will say anything to get elected,” Obama said in a January radio ad. “Hillary Clinton. She’ll say anything and change nothing.”

Last year the Obama campaign also charged that Sen. Clinton’s ideas about foreign policy were extraordinarily similar to President Bush’s policies, “Barack Obama doesn’t need lectures in political courage from someone who followed George Bush to war in Iraq,” the campaign said in a December 2007 statement about Sen. Clinton.

Obama further maligned Clinton by indicating that she did not represent real change, “Real change isn’t voting for George Bush’s war in Iraq and then telling the American people it was actually voting for more diplomacy,” he said about Clinton in March.

Greg Craig, incoming chief counsel, said of Clinton in a March conference call: “There’s no evidence that she participated or asserted herself in any of the crises that took place during the eight years of the Clinton presidency. White House records show that she was consistently absent when critical decisions were being made and that her trips abroad were largely ceremonial.”

Susan Rice, Obama’s choice to become U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, meanwhile, said that a First Lady doesn’t deal with international issues.

“There is no crisis to be dealt with or managed when you are First Lady,” Rice said in March. “You don't get that kind of experience by being married to a commander-in-chief.”

In the most hotly debated dust-up of the primary season – over Clinton’s famous “3 a.m.” ad asking which candidate would better handle a crisis call at three in the morning -- Obama himself said Clinton had already failed the foreign policy test.

“The question is, what kind of judgment you will exercise when you pick up that phone,” Obama said. “In fact, we’ve had a red-phone moment. It was the decision to invade Iraq. Sen. Clinton gave the wrong answer.”

Despite all of the above, President-elect Barack Obama designated Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) to be his next secretary of state on Monday.

Good Obama Hunting

Stockholm Syndrome Republicans (SSRs) (Republicans who have been abused and psychologically defeated by their opponents the Democrats, for over twelve years commentating in both the 2006 and 2008 electoral defeats, who are therefore showing signs of loyalty and sympathy to their captors and vanquishers) are now looking, no are now hoping for some sign or signs that Barack Hussein Obama will not be the racial Marxist Socialist that defeated them with his anti-Bush, anti-Conservative and anti-Americanism rhetoric that seemed to resonate with so many American voters November 4, 2008.

These SSRs are demanding that Obama be given a chance as well as supported in enacting his government with hopes that the reality of governing might make the Neo-Marxist see the error of his ways and instead of governing from his Moveon.org base their hopes are that he will freely chose to move away from his base and govern to the center.

They see the so-called bipartisan Cabinet appointments as a sign of Obama's political benevolence. They are wrong.

But why would he? He didn’t need the center to be elected so why would he need them now? Democrats and the far left are so ensconced in their partisanship that nothing is going to make them vote Republican. Absolutely nothing, there is no alternative to Obama and the moves to fill his cabinet, the mainstream media fawning, and the general approval of his every move are all indicative that this country is ready to be taken over by nefarious forces while we all gaze hypnotically at the personification of the 1960’s radical anti-establishment burn baby burn affirmative action baby who will be President and who will radically change America as he has promised.

Or in the language of the 60’s, “Burn the whole “F”ing thing down!” The “F”ing thing in this case is America as based on the traditions of the Founders and its Constitution. Obama intends to Burn America down. Oh he'll refer to his radical plans as fundamental change as not to alarm anyone!

Any Republican who is fooled by Obama’s methodology doesn’t deserve to be listened to or followed in any capacity. Obama's moves are merely tactical. They are meant to assuage your fears as he places a straggle hold on power that will be irreversible.

Obama promised fundamental change of America, that goes to the ideas and the traditions that make this country uniquely exceptional. If Obama keeps his promises look in the coming days for America to become internationalized by treaties signed by the Obama administration which will appear benign and even helpful at first glance but underlying are filled with iniquitous complications that in essence will strip the United States of America of its sovereignty by putting this country under the control of foreign interest, i.e. The World Court, The World Bank, and World Environmental authorities (carbon regulators).

People of the world the world’s last best hope, America has been finally delivered to you now you can show us how humanistic international law is superior to divinely inspired constitutional law.

Losing America will be the ultimate price paid for looking, no for hunting for some good to come out of electing Barack Obama.

So what does al Qaeda call a Black President? Apparently the same thing as any racist would.

Al Qaeda using the words of Malcolm X sent a message to President elect Barack Obama that if he continued current U.S. policies then he was no better than White people who would continue those same policies. As a matter of fact he was even worst because he would be acting as White's slave.

Then in a second more powerful message 11 days following on November 30th an al Qaeda front group Lashkar-e-Taiba, a Pakistani militant group believed to be connected to Al Qaeda bombed several sites in Gauhati India in a coordinated synchronized killing of 61 people in an effort to kill 5,000 people targeting mainly Americans and Brits. India apparently was targeted because India is being developed as one of the new frontiers of American and European capitalism as evident by the outsourcing of thousands of US jobs to India for cheaper labor over the last 10 or more years.

India’s economy is growing exponentially while Americans face an economic down turn that could be a recession leading to a depression. All brought about by corporate outsourcing of American middle class jobs.

Like 9/11 al Qaeda has chosen to strike at the economic strength of America and the free world using this recent bombing in India to do so.

This second message is aimed directly at President elect Obama signaling that American economic interest are not safe anywhere in the world and equally there will be no peace just because America elected a Black man, in al Qaeda’s opinion, to do the White man’s bidding.

The question is where is the world peace that Barack Hussein Obama promised? Both messages issued from al Qaeda indicate that there will be no peace simply because American policy has put on a Black face.

More Change than Americans could have ever imagined

One day there will be an International Court composed of unelected and unanswerable judges who are not accountable to U.S. Citizens. These Judges will have the power over nations and peoples to mete out environmental rights and environmental justice over any nation, any international company or any citizen of an aggrieving nation or company.

This International Environmental Climate Change Court will have the ability to prosecute any world citizen and charge them with Environmental crimes. (see story)

One must ask why the world was so anxious to finally have the Democrat Party and the most Liberal member of that Party in power in the United States. Could it be that those who propose International Law to govern all world Nations and who also propose that the International Court at The Hague to be the highest court on the Planet see this as their best hope to achieving their goals of making The Hague Court and this new Environmental Court sovereign over all Nations and their peoples.

According to Louise Gray an Environmental correspondent with the United Kingdom Telegraph.co.uk; Stephen Hockman a deputy High Court judge in the UK is proposing a body similar to the International Court of Justice in The Hague to be the supreme legal authority on issues regarding the environment.

What this means is if the Internationalist have their way the United States will no longer be a sovereign self governed nation we will all be under a one world system with rights defined and or enforced by individuals that we did not select or elect.

The group Greenpeace has already been acquitted in a United Kingdom court of causing more than £35,000 ($53,820 USD) worth of damage to a coal-fired power station, a jury decided that under British Law, Criminal Damage Act 1971 allows damage to be caused to property to prevent even greater damage. In a verdict that shocked British ministers and British energy companies the jury at Maidstone Crown Court cleared six Greenpeace activists of criminal damages. How long will it be before American companies are attacked in like fashion? (see story)

That aside what seems to be inevitable is the United States is going to sign over its sovereignty to foreign powers by its new left wing Democrat controlled government it will do this by signing into treaties like the Kyoto Protocol which will grant powers to the International Courts which will then have the authority to charge, convict and try U.S. Citizens for Environmental crimes.

Debra Saunders of the San Francisco Chronicle reporters that NASA director James Hansen, testified in the London court in September in support of the six eco-vandals of Greenpeace. A jury then acquitted the six Greenpeace activists of charges of vandalizing a British coal-fired power plant based on the "lawful excuse" defense that their use of force would prevent greater damage to the environment after Hansen predicted the one Kingsnorth plant could push 400 species into extinction.

The Theory of Anthropogenic Global Warming has neither been proved nor accepted by all scientist yet if internationalist like Stephen Hockman and Global warmist James Hansen have their way they will use the momentum that the false cry of cataclysmic anthropogenic Global warming has generated as a excuse to create an One World Government.

According to the Constitution Mr. Obama will not officially be the President Elect until the Electoral College convenes after the second Wednesday in December, December 10th, and elects him based on the results of the Nov. 4 general election as stated in the Constitution. President elect Obama is creating what all past dictators have created in previous fascist state rules, an air or appearance of complete control and power.

The authority that Obama is using to be able to do this is called The presidential Transition Act created in 1963 and amended in 2000. The transition act establishes formal provisions for the transition period by outlining training and other assistance that the president-elect and his team of advisers can receive as they prepare to assume office and under Section 3(a)(7)(c) it also provides that Mr. Obama can be called the president elect. Under this Act President elect Obama has received 12 million dollars for transitioning into the presidency and he is given the authority to set up his administration but outside of that he has no real power. He has only the illusion of power which the media is all too happy to grant him.

Oh I attempted to warn you that electing Barack Obama would be the end to meaning and language as we know it but apparently you didn’t care or you just didn’t understand.

Allow me to show you one quick instance of what we will be seeing throughout the four years of a President Obama’s administration.

In his report Kuhnhenn lays out that President-elect Barack Obama wants to project fiscal restraint even as his economic team assembles a massive recovery package that could cost several hundred billion dollars. (see story)

These are two mutually exclusive goals which contradict yet according to Kuhnhenn, “The dual images - big spender and disciplined budget watcher - were designed to give both political and economic assurances to the public, the Congress and the financial markets.”

Yes it's called doublethink! One thing for sure in the coming years we will see plenty of created dual images and hear an abundance of dual messages, all mutually exclusive and all contradictory meaning that they could not possibly be true.

Yet those of us who are Obama Proles will cast all logic to the wind and believe in the image and in the creation which is President Barack Obama and when we come to our rational minds (if we come to our rational minds) it will be to late.

I want Barack Obama to fail

There I say it, and I understand that Liberal shills who call themselves Progressives now, are attempting to frame all conversation to make one a bigot, or a non-patriot or a naked Partisan if one makes such a declaration but in the words of a great pioneer of women’s suffrage and the one woman that was solely responsible for the 18 Million Cracks in the Glass Ceiling:

"I'm sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and disagree with this administration, somehow you're not patriotic. We need to stand up and say we're Americans, and we have the right to debate and disagree with any administration."—Sen. Hillary Clinton

Thank you Hillary I knew that you would understand why I want Barack Obama to fail, after all you and your fellow Democrats did so much to ensure that the Bush administration seems to be an failed administration at the end of eight years of the partisan warfare which you Liberals waged against a sitting President his political Party and the people of the United States.

But alas I’m not wishing Obama’s failure simply so that the Republicans can have power…no my wish is based on the opinion that everything that a Barack Obama presidency represents is wrong for America. The whole world is leaning toward conservatism while conversely American’s selection of Liberals and super Liberal Obama constitutes a step backwards from the world’s new found progress.

Yes I know, I know RINOs and Stockholm Syndrome Republicans alike are calling for Conservatives to give president elect Obama a chance hoping that he governs from the middle, they postulate that somehow maybe it won’t be so bad to lurch into Socialism and Democrat liberal Fascism. They are wrong!

Democrats including Sen. Obama have virtually broken down the American political and social system in order to achieve power. They have done this with an unflagging hardcore political partisanship that would rather see this country destroyed rather than be lead by Republicans.

This Democrat political treachery has left America exposed to an Uber-Liberal internal radical coup as well as an external threat against American sovereignty and power.

These are the changes that a Barack Obama presidency brings to America and these changes are nothing that the American people could have ever anticipated and nothing that the American people ever wanted. Yet through eight years of talking down the United States and its Government Liberals have succeeded in convinced the American people that a road to socialism is better than the democratic constitutional republic that is presently America’s government.

I want Barack Obama to fail because the policies and philosophy of the Democrat Party and Sen. Obama’s will bring great harm to our nation, here’s why:

Sen. Obama managed to get elected to the Presidency even though in 2004 he stated that he thought himself unqualified for the job.

Sen. Obama managed to get elected to the Presidency with his birth certificate, medical records, and college papers under lock and key so Americans really don’t know a lot about the man who is due to be inaugurated January 20, 2009.

Sen. Obama managed to use the internet to receive unaccountable multiple millions of dollars from sources all around the world to defeat his opponents. Obama virtually bought this election and it is my suspicion that he used foreign money to do it.

If this is true this is the first election that foreign interest over the American peoples interest played such a crucial role in electing America ’s President.

Sen. Obama managed to get elected to the Presidency using ACORN and corrupted Chicago style politics to virtually corrupt America ’s entire electoral process.

Sen. Obama, oh excuse me, that’s right he did resign his Senate seat last Sunday, President elect Obama’s life long friends, assocites, mentors, and colleagues have been Radicals, Terrorist, Communist, and Anarchists and wouldn’t you know it, these groups all want to fundamentally change America too! What a coincidence.

President elect Obama has an apparent lack of respect for the constitution, the founding fathers, and the traditions that have made this country exceptional. President elect Obama feels that the Founders and the constitution which they wrote has blind spots.

So it will be interesting to see a man who has devoted his entire adult life and political career attempting to destroy the constitution swear with his hand on a bible that he will protect and defend a document that (according to Obama) is fundamentally flawed.

Finally I want Barack Obama to fail because he and his fellow Liberal Democrats have created an Orwellian worldview by using Machavellian tactics. This is a politic that words don’t mean what one thinks they mean. Old definations are cast aside and new definations for words like marriage, freedom, and rights mean something totally different to Liberals than to some of the people who voted them into power. That is the fundamental change that we will be seeing in the next four years, a sea change of redefining America and patriotism and American life as we have known it.

Americans will sooner or later discover that not all change is good! The change that Obama promises is not good change for America that is why he must fail.

May Barack Obama receive the same respect from around the world when his administration makes tough decisions that affect world events as did President Bush

May Barack Obama share the same quiet and noble dignity when he leaves Office as President Bush who, after eight years of being attacked, derided, ridicuded and demeaned by Partisans in the Democrat Party and Partisans in the Media, received graciously Mr. Obama and his wife into the White house as an symbolic jester of nonviolent transfer of power that has made this country truly exceptional for over 200 years.

Finally after Mr. Obama four years of service to his country may he be as gracious as President Bush when Mr. Obama hands over power to the next Republican President.

How Many California Justices does it take to screw in a Light Bulb?

You would think that the light would come on for the Government in the State of California. The people want Government out of our bedrooms. That’s what homosexuals have always claimed that they wanted and that is what millions of Californians who voted for and passed both Propositions 22 and 8 want too! No government intrusion whether courts or any other form of government because after all what two consenting adults do behind closed doors is nobody else’s business, right!

Thomas Jefferson knowing that this day was inevitable for the United States of America wrote in his Bill establishing Religious Freedom in Virginia:

[T]he opinions of men are not the object of civil government, nor under its jurisdiction; that to suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion and to restrain the profession or propagation of principles on supposition of their ill tendency is a dangerous fallacy, which at once destroys all religious liberty, because he being of course judge of that tendency will make his opinions the rule of judgment, and approve or condemn the sentiments of others only as they shall square with or differ from his own; that it is time enough for the rightful purposes of civil government for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order; and finally, that truth is great and will prevail if left to herself; that she is the proper and sufficient antagonist to error, and has nothing to fear from the conflict unless by human interposition disarmed of her natural weapons, free argument and debate; errors ceasing to be dangerous when it is permitted freely to contradict them. —Thomas Jefferson, Bill Establishing Religious Freedom in the State of Virginia, 1786

Yet once again the California State Supreme Court has inserted itself into the constitutional quagmire of their own making by first striking down a perfectly constitutional ballot initiative, proposition 22, for politically correct reasons and then accepting three challenges to proposition 8, the constitutional amendment that defines marriage for the State of California and which is now an amendment to the state constitution. The three cases; Strauss v. Horton (S168047); Tyler v. State of California (S168066); and City and County of San Francisco et al. v. Mark B. Horton, et al. (S168078) (see court order)attempt to invalidate the November 4, 2008 electoral process by claiming that 1. Proposition 8 is invalid because it constitutes a revision of, rather than an amendment to, the California Constitution 2. Proposition 8 violates the separation of powers doctrine under the California Constitution and the question 3) Should Proposition 8 affect homosexual mock marriages that occurred during the brief window that Courts invalidated proposition 22.

As demonstrated by the homosexual street riots and attacks on church congregations, this law suit is not about homosexual rights it is about change. Homosexuals, their allies and their advocates in government intend to change the law and thereby change the society by any means constitutionally or non-constitutionally necessary. That fact is clearly seen in Chief Justice Ronald George’s opinion written for the majority which invalidated prop 22.

When the Courts originally overturned proposition 22 the majority freely admitted that the Constitution of the State of California give them no basis in which to overrule prop 22 but the majority reasoned that because it is now time for change they, a small Oligarchy of 4 justices, invalided 4 million California votes thus their actions subsequently were the catalyst for anarchy to reign in the street of California. It was the Court’s own actions that caused this legal and social quagmire because they chose to dismiss a stay that would have prevented homosexual mock marriages until the vote of prop 8 was decided on November 4.

Marriage had always been understood to unite man and woman in the state of California according to California Chief Justice George, he said so in his judgment. In addition to that in the year 2000 the people of California did not want to leave any doubt about the clarity of that fact and passed proposition 22 by an overwhelming 62% vote on a ballot initiative, everyone clear?

Apparently not. San Francisco Gavin Newsom up and started defying the State law and began issuing illegal wedding licenses and performing illegal weddings in February 2004 as a prequel to the planned challenge of prop 22, Mayor Newsom’s open defiance of the law was so blatant that even the liberal tilted California State Supreme Court had to keep up a veneer of legality by ruling against what Mayor Newsom had done and in addition they ruled that all the illegal marriages that Newsom and the city of San Francisco preformed where invalid.

The justices ruled unanimously that Mayor Gavin Newsom overstepped his authority when he ordered the marriage licenses issued on Feb. 12 in defiance of a state law that defines marriage as a union between a man and a woman.

By a 5-2 vote, the court ruled that none of the 3,955 couples who flocked to City Hall in response to Newsom's decree was ever legally married or entitled to the rights of spouses. The court said their $82 license fees should be refunded.

"A same-sex marriage performed in violation of state law is void and of no legal effect,'' said Chief Justice Ronald George, rejecting the city's plea to leave the couples' status unresolved until the court decides the validity of the marriage law in a future case. -- Bob Egelko, Chronicle Staff Writer

What proposition 8 does is restore what the small and obvious biased Oligarchy on the State Supreme Court changed. It was the Court that changed the definition of marriage in its August 2008 ruling, not the people and not proposition 22 or proposition 8.

So the argument that prop 8 revises the Constitution is fundamental flawed as the Court has already stated in its decision against prop 22 that the California Constitution had always been interpreted as marriage uniting man and woman. To simply state that as an amendment to the Constitution does not change thousands of years of human history nor does it change a hundred years of California law and neither does it revise the Constitution.

Also to argue prop 8 violates separation of powers the courts would have to declare the whole ballot initiative process unconstitutional.

The idea of “direct democracy” by vote of the people is an ancient one, predating even the Greek city-states. Today’s forms of direct democracy—the ballot initiative, referendum, and recall—all provide ways to bypass the normal institutions of representative government and place legislative power directly in the hands of the voters.

The initiative process, in particular, is widely used across the United States, with about half the states providing access to it. But only in a few states is the initiative route applied as rigorously and with such sweeping results as in California.

The ballot initiative has a long and colorful history in this state. In the 1800s, only one kind of politics took place in California: corrupt politics, according to the Sacramento Bee, the leading newspaper of the time. The Southern Pacific Railroad, often called “The Octopus,” controlled almost everything in the state—the legislature, the courts, even the press.

The initiative process evolved out of an attempt to wrest control of the state’s political process away from the special interests, especially Southern Pacific. The initiative, referendum, and recall were first enacted at the local level in California when John Randolph Haynes, M.D., convinced the voters of Los Angeles in 1903 to adopt a reform package.

Statewide, the reform movement got a boost when corruption and bribery trials of several prominent labor leaders and corporate executives began in 1906.

Five years later, after many futile attempts to persuade the legislature to adopt the initiative process, direct democracy became part of a package sponsored by newly elected Governor Hiram Johnson.

In 1911, his first year in office, the legislature placed the three components of direct democracy—initiative, referendum, and recall—on the ballot. They were overwhelmingly approved by the voters.-- Robert M. Stern, President, Center for Governmental Studies (see source)

The same is true today homosexual special interest controls and has corrupted the California Governor, the State Attorney General, the State Superintendent of Education, the State legislature and the State Supreme Court as evident by the public support given to homosexuals by each of the afore named.

It is for the purpose of bypassing this very kind of corruption that the California initiative process was approved by the people in 1911.

Last, should prop 8 affect homosexual marriages that occurred during the time that an apparent compromised State Supreme Court made them legal by disregarding hundreds of years of California constitutional precedence and the people’s vote on prop 22 to uphold that precedence.

In the same spirit that San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom violated California law to which the illegal weddings that were produced by his actions were declared invalid by the California State Supreme Court the Court must be fair and find that its own actions violated the State Constitution which by the Court’s own admission had recognized marriage to join man and woman only.

Further the Court’s own negligence in dismissing a motion for stay on its own verdict in the case dismissing Prop 22 has caused the legal quagmire of illegal homosexual marriages in the state of California as well as the street riots that occurred with the passing of Prop 8.

By the Court’s own reasoning it must find itself in violation of the California constitution for invalidating the initiative process with regards to prop 22 and any and all subsequent actions that resulted from the Court’s decision is not valid meaning any marriages that violate prop 22 and/or prop 8 are not legal in the State of California. The Court must so rule.

From Rathergate to Obamagate Media finally Elects President

Former News Anchor Dan Rather of the CBS News attempted to single-handedly affect the 2004 presidential elections two months before elections by reporting that six forged and falsified documents proved that President Bush’s Air National Guard service was bogus therefore making President Bush claim of military service illegitimate. Such a scandal would have thrown the 2004 election into Sen. John Kerry’s favor at least that is what Rather was hoping for.

Four of these document where presented on CBS 60 minutes as authentic however it was soon discovered that Rather and his anti-Bush assistant and associate Mary Mapes all too willingly participated in an fraudulent smear campaign initiated by Lt. Col. Bill Burkett.

Burkett claimed to have burned the originals after faxing copies to CBS. Burkett was retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the Texas Army National Guard (see Rathergate)

Rather did not vet these documents or Burkett’s story before he broadcasted this smear to millions of viewers on his primetime Sunday night show. Up until now this was perhaps the single most blatant attempt by modern media to affect the outcome of a U.S. election.

Rathergate however was only the beginning. Former radio talk show host John Ziegler commissioned the Zogby Poll attempting to discover the media’s affect on this 2008 election. He is set to present his finding in an upcoming documentary "Media Malpractice... How Obama Got Elected". (see Zogby Poll)

What Ziegler details is a Main Stream Media pro-Obama campaign to negate the candidacy of Sen. John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin while virtually establishing themselves as a campaign arm of the Obama campaign. (How Obama got Elected)

MSM did this by selectively informing and misinforming the electorate concerning the candidates. And in President elect Obama's case the MSM completely blacked out any and all negative reporting that would have help voters make an informed vote. (see video 5:15mins)



In the most important election of our generation, it is frightening to see that millions of people went to the polls and cast ballots based on misperceptions that they received largely from the media.

When the media actively engages in politicking for one Party over the other we then no longer have the constitutional 4th estate that media was constitutionally protected to be.

Finally Chris Matthews of MSNBC Hardball thinks that it is his job in the media to make Barack Obama's Presidency sucessful.

CHRIS MATTHEWS: Yeah, well, you know what? I want to do everything I can to make this thing work, this new presidency work, and I think that --

JOE SCARBOROUGH: Is that your job? You just talked about being a journalist!

MATTHEWS: Yeah, it is my job. My job is to help this country.

Matthews wasn't done with his odd new job description . . . An incredulous Scarborough kept pressing, astonished at such a complete 180 from Matthews's repeated insistence during the Bush presidency that he had to hold the government accountable.

SCARBOROUGH: Your job is the make this presidency work?

I suppose this explains the tingle Matthews gets up his leg when he thinks of Obama!

Republicans suffering from Stockholm Syndrome

Sens. Lieberman, McCain and Graham



It’s no secret that the moderate to liberal wing of the Republican Party staged a coup to take over the Party.

It was their idea that if Republicans were more like Democrats and Liberals and less like strict Constructionist and the Religious Right, the Party could became a big tent Party and win even in 2008.

To that end these Stockholm Syndrome Republics, hereafter SSR, put up Sen. John McCain who at the time was running a campaign going nowhere fast. SSR’s theory was that McCain would be able to pull moderates, liberals and third Party Independents into this group of, excuse the pun, Mavericks and he would be able to defeat the Democrats whether it was Sen. Hillary Clinton or Sen. Barack Obama.

Well we all know how that theory turned out.

So after such a dismal failure, one which I predicted, I stated that in a general election Liberals, Moderates and Independents were going to support a Liberal Democrat candidate over a Conservative candidate of any sorts. And I don’t mind saying that I was complete right. In fact some of the SSRs voted for Sen. Obama too. (See Dead Campaign Walking)

I only bring this up because very prominent SSRs are again attempt to influence the direction of the Republican Party. With the same “We’ve got to be more like the Democrats and work with them” mentality that lost control of both houses of Congress in 2006 and lost the Executive Office in 2008.

Here is a note to all of you Stockholm Syndrome Republicans out there, Democrats are your captors they are not your friends. Democrats declared war on your Party in 2000 and have tarnished the image of President Bush with an all out war of politics of personal destruction.

Democrats have waged a war against the war in Iraq attempt to lose that war so that they could win political victories at home. Allow me to make this clear, Democrats were willing to lose in Iraq, to actually hurt America in order to win the 2008 elections.

Democrats have waged political guerrilla warfare in Congress preventing president Bush and the Republican majority from putting forth a Conservative agenda when they were in power and Democrats have completely hindered President Bush from appointing conservative judges at the state and federal levels.

So lets review Democrats have attacked and maimed a sitting President to the point that his whole Party is now vilified. Democrats caused the biggest financial meltdown in recent history by their actions in Congress and were able to pin this financial debacle on the Bush Administration. And Democrats repeatedly attempted to lose the war in Iraq to win political points.

So tell me how in light of such treachery and blood lust for power which Democrats have displayed, even at the expense of losing our county, are Republicans supposed to now join hands with Democrats and sing “Cumbiya my Lord!”

A very prominent Radio talk show host and early supporter of Sen. McCain (notice that I didn’t say Conservative, though he claims that he is) is suggesting that Conservatives give the new President-elect Barack Obama a chance, that maybe Barack will govern from the center and be inclusive of all Americans.

What this poor sufferer of Stockholm Syndrome doesn’t realize is that captors hold all the power and sure they can seem to be gracious and sure you can fall in love with your captors and even fight for their cause but there’s just one small reality.

YOUR VALUES, YOUR CAUSES HAVE BEEN DEFEATED! You are a slave you idiot! You are a puppet vowing to work with an enemy that hates Republicans and everything that they stand for ala Howard Dean. (See Politics of Hate)

Yes I saw the dreadful photo op of John McCain and Barack Obama and I heard that McCain promised to work with the Obama administration. So why should Sen. McCain deviate from the norm? He has always worked with enemy captors in his Senate career where do you think the label Maverick came from?

Democrats won in 2006 and 2008 because they would not relent and they would not give up on their principles, as bad for the country as they are.

For Republicans to now talk about working with Democrats as Democrats implement their socialist agenda for the country is a severe symptom of Stockholm Syndrome and any Republican acting in this way is psychologically compromised and should not be listened too or followed.

That Stockholm Syndrome suffers should be recaptured and deprogrammed immediately before the damage is permanent.

You will be able to tell quite easily which Republicans have not been affected with Stockholm Syndrome. They will be the Republicans who are not talking about giving Barack Obama the chance that Democrats didn’t give President Bush.

Also they will be the ones laying out a clear plan on how to fight the coming socialization of our country until we can reclaim the government back from the Socialist.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, John McCain, Lindsey Graham and others like them are SSRs and should not be listened to at all until they are recaptured and deprogramming is accomplished.
