Polite Liars and their Discredited House

Whereas the conduct of the Representative from South Carolina was a breach of decorum and degraded the proceedings of the joint session, to the discredit of the House: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the House of Representatives disapproves of the behavior of the Representative from South Carolina, Mr. Wilson, during the joint session of Congress held on September 9, 2009.

So is the reprimanding of Representative Joe Wilson Republican of South Carolina.

There are seven words that you can’t say on television, that’s the old George Carlin comedy shtick. And apparently there are six things that Congressman and women can’t do in the House they are the following:

• call the President a “liar.”
• call the President a “hypocrite.”
• describe the President’s veto of a bill as “cowardly.”
• charge that the President has been “intellectually dishonest.”
• refer to the President as “giving aid and comfort to the enemy.”
• refer to alleged “sexual misconduct on the President’s part.”

Even if some or all of the above is true you just can’t say it, unless of course, you are a Democrat and unless the president that you are calling a liar is President Bush.

Last year Democrat Rep. Peter Stark of California called President Bush a liar and a murderer on the floor of the House but did he get the same resolution of disapproval that Rep. Joe Wilson received days ago for Wilson’s shout-out to President Obama? Of course not!

What Rep. Stark got was a warm and friendly reminder that he had broken the House rule by the Chairwoman of the House. (see 2:40mins video)



What are we to conclude except that Democrats again took this occasion to show how hypocritical and partisan they can be?

No reprimand for Democrat Peter Stark who called Republican president Bush a liar and a murderer but a reprimand for Republican Joe Wilson who shouted out “You Lie!” in the middle of a speech given by Democrat president Barry Soetoro. A speech that was full of lies!

This House of Representatives is discredited, but not by Joe Wilson this House is discredited by their invited polite liar and their hypocritical members who voted to reprimand Joe Wilson when just a year ago calling the president a liar was in fashion on the floor of the House and the most that one could get for such an offense was a gentle reminder from the Chairman that one had broken the rule.

One has to wonder just how many times was George Bush called a liar on the floor of the House.

Pelosi is at the center of Obama’s Eligibility Question

Nancy Pelosi and Barry Soetoro exchange conspiratorial pleasantries at DNC Presidential Nomination?

Nancy Pelosi was responsible for vetting Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President of the United States of America. That’s what I said, if Barry Soetoro (Obama) isn’t properly vetted it is primarily the fault of Nancy Pelosi. Instead of making sure that a constitutionally eligible candidate was presented to the American people from the Democrats, Pelosi the DNC and the Democrat Party set in motion a conspiracy to steal the Presidency and deceive the American people.

This is a remarkable claim; allow me to lay out the details and when I have finished if the evidence matches my claim you will see that either the entire Democrat Party is complicit in one of greatest political coup d'états in the history of the Western Civilized world or the CIA’s nemesis, Nancy Pelosi, along with Barry Soetoro conspired together to deceive the American people by knowingly having Soetoro pose as a Constitutionally eligible candidate when they knew that he was not.

First I posted December 05, 2008 that the Democrats were staging a Constitutional Crisis by selecting and running an illegible candidate to be president. My post: the entire Party knew directly or indirectly that Obama was not qualified to be president and knowingly defrauded the constitution and the American people by aiding and abetting Obama in his fraudulent pursuit of the presidency”

This issue has been going on since before the Democrat National Convention and was filed in August of 2008. Hillary Clinton supporter and attorney Philip Berg filed suit asking someone, anyone to take responsibility and protect the American people and the U.S. constitution from possible fraud.

Berg’s suit named Barack Obama, Howard Dean and the entire DNC his petition asked to enjoin the Democratic National Committee from nominating Obama. The petition stated that is was feared that if Obama were nominated as the Democrat Presidential candidate his questionable citizenship would at some point cause a constitutional crisis.

Do not be fooled they all knew well before the Democrat nomination process and well before the November 4 general elections that there was a major constitutional problem with Obama running but they did nothing!—Alaphiah (see previous post)

I also posted December 22, 2008 that, Isn’t it a coincidence that an associate lawyer in a Chicago-based firm whose partner served on a finance committee for then Sen. Barack Obama has advocated for the elimination of the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president is be a "natural-born" citizen, calling the requirement "stupid" and asserting it discriminates, that it is outdated and undemocratic.

A paper was written in 2006 by Sarah Herlihy, just two years after Obama had won a landslide election in Illinois to the U.S. Senate. Herlihy is listed as an associate at the Chicago firm of Kirkland & Ellis. A partner in the same firm, Bruce I. Ettelson, cites his membership on the finance committees for both Obama and Sen. Richard Durbin on the corporate website.(see story) and (see paper) (see previous post) and here on August 18, 2009

Now let me bottom line this. We know that as early as 2006 the Soetoro camp was attempting to strategize around the Constitutional eligibility issue by talking the statue down by calling it, "stupid," discriminatory, outdated and undemocratic this is a documented fact.

Attorney Philip Berg filed suit in Pennsylvania District Court August 21, 2008 and served the DNC before Barry Soetoro was nominated as the Democrat candidate for President. The DNC, it’s top echelon and others knew as early as August 2008 (if not before) that legitimate questions were being raised concerning Barry Soetoro’s eligibility.

Then as reported by J.B. Williams in the Canadian Free Press the DNC, upon nominating Barry Soetoro as their candidate for president, mysteriously produced two certifications of Soetoro one saying that he met all requirements and was legally qualified to serve as president and one that completely excluded the language which stated that Soetoro was legally qualified. According to Williams the DNC withheld the certification that said that Soetoro was legally qualified and sent out the certification that excluded that language to the 50 states.

"THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution."

Williams cites the fact that two certifications exist is suspicious enough not to mention that the DNC would elect to send out the certification which excludes the language that Soetoro is legally eligible to serve as president instead of the language that certifies that Soetoro is legally qualified.

Both original documents are signed by Nancy Pelosi, DNC Secretary Alice Travis Germond and Colorado Notary of Public Shalifa A. Williamson. They are dated August 28, 2008.

Nancy Pelosi’s signature affixed to these documents places her in the middle of this conspiracy. Pelosi knew either by the Berg suit filed naming the DNC as a plaintiff in Soetoro’s eligibility suit or by the actions of whomever thought it necessary to duplicate the DNC’s certification of Soetoro and thereby leaving off the wording “legally qualified” on the copies that the DNC sent to the 50 states.

In comparison John McCain only had one certification which reads that he is legally qualified to be president of the United States of America.

In conclusion Nancy Pelosi the DNC and the Federal Election Commission all knew that Barry Soetoro was not eligible or legally qualified to be president of the United States of America as shown by the DNC’s act of duplicity producing two certifications one stating that Soetoro was legal and the other excluding that language.

Pelosi signed both originals. She knew!

2 Million March on Washington

Up to two million people marched to the U.S. Capitol Saturday, carrying signs with slogans such as "Obamacare makes me sick" as they protested the president's health care plan and what they say is out-of-control spending.

The line of protesters spread across Pennsylvania Avenue for blocks, all the way to the capitol, according to the Washington Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency.

People were chanting "enough, enough" and "We the People." Others yelled "You lie, you lie!" in reference to Rep. Joe Wilson and "Pelosi has to go," referring to California congresswoman Nancy Pelosi.—Mail Foreign Service

It was originally reported in the Daily Mail two days ago that up to two million people marched on the U.S. Capitol and then without explanation the Daily Mail adjusted the number down to 1 million.

It is unclear whether the change in the estimate is the Daily Mail succumbing to political pressures because they were being used to reference that fact that upwards of 2 million people were in attendance in Washington.

What is suspicious is the Daily Mail made no mention why the number was changed. and adjusted down. (see story)

2 million people are a significant number because if that number stands it would be larger than other significant Marches on Washington: It would be larger than; the October 16, 1995 1 Million Man March with a reported 400,000 people. It would be bigger than the October 12, 1996 Illegal Aliens Rights March - First national march in D.C. for equal rights for Illegals. With a reported 500,000 people. With their slogan, “Today We March, Tomorrow We Vote” (see source) (That? You thought the election of Obama legitimate?)

And it would be bigger than the April 30, 2000 homosexual Millennium March on Washington controversial LBGT political rally with a reported 200,000 to 1 million people.

Marchers overran Washington Saturday to protest big government, out of control government spending and the irresponsible way that Democrats have used the full power of the presidency plus control of both houses of Congress to impose an ultra- partisan agenda on the American people

The American people come out in full force. to protest tax policies, along with growing resentment over the economic stimulus packages and bank bailouts.

Obama media and the White House attempted to completely ignore that a significant number of the American people are not happy with the Barry Soetoro administration and the direction which it is taking America.

The Barry Soetoro administration ignores the American people at its own peril. Barry has all but lost the support that put him in office. The far left alone will not be enough to sustain his radical plans to fundamentally change America.

2010 promises to be an explosive political charged year. If the political activity of Conservatives in the march on Washington is any indication, the fundamental change that was promised will be a fundamental change in the Congress in 2010 and then more of the same in 2012 in the Senate and then change in the White House in 2012 too!

With respect to Decorum, You Lie Mr. President!

In an astonishing admission the White House’s policy change let it be known without a doubt that Congressman Joe Wilson’s concerns had merit. Congressman Wilson was right, you lie Mr. President. Last Friday night the White House publicized that it is backing a provision that would require proof of citizenship before someone could enroll in its proposed Health Care plan. That is huge! It is proof that one lone courageous voice speaking truth to power can in fact make a difference.

Minus Joe Wilson’s voice President Barry Soetoro and Democrats would have been allowed to continue the farce that illegal aliens would not benefit from government imposed public health care.

Democrats intended to allow coverage for illegals the same way they enforce American borders, through non-enforcement of the law. Though there are laws against illegal entry into this country those laws aren’t enforced therefore 40 million illegals live, work and vote in America.

Penny Starr, Senior Staff Writer of CNSNews.com reports, Robert Rector, senior fellow on domestic policy at The Heritage Foundation, told an audience at the National Press Club in Washington.

Title II, Subtitle C, Section 246 of the House health care bill (H.R. 3200) stipulates “no federal payment for undocumented aliens.” The Senate bill states that beneficiaries of federal health care programs must be a citizen or national or an alien lawfully admitted to the United States.

But neither bill has a provision for verifying citizenship status, according to these experts. (see source)

That is exactly like Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution which reads:

“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President…”

Because the Constitutional statute has no provision for verifying citizenship status, it is possible for a person who is not a natural born citizen of the United States to become president. Possible because there is not a clearly defined remedy outlined in law to prevent that person from taking office. But we wouldn’t go there right now.

Yet after accepting the apology of Congressman Joe Wilson the White House virtual admitted that the Congressman was right. After all of the Liberal pundits pronouncements that the President was right and after all of the so called proofs that these pundits produced the White House undermined all of that by announcing that they will back legislation that will have specific language that would require proof of citizenship before someone could enroll in a plan selected on the exchange.

According to Mike Viqueira the bullet points sent by the White House:

• Undocumented immigrants would not be able to buy private insurance on the exchange. Those who are lawfully present in this country would be able to participate.
• Undocumented immigrants would be able to buy insurance in the non-exchange private market, just as they do today. That market will shrink as the exchange takes hold, but it will still exist and will be subject to reforms such as the bans on pre-existing conditions and caps.
• Verification will be required when purchasing health insurance on the exchange. One option is the SAVE program (Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements) which states currently use to make sure that undocumented immigrants don't participate in safety-net programs for which they are ineligible.
• There would be no change in the law that requires emergency rooms to treat people who need emergency care, including undocumented immigrants. There is already a federal grant program that compensates states for emergency room costs associated with treatment of undocumented immigrants, a provision sponsored by a Republican lawmaker. This all would not have come into being without the lone true voice of Congressman Joe Wilson apparently the only person in Congress that knows a lie when he hears it and the only one brave enough to say it when it counts!

Kudos Congressman! I for one am sending you money to fight the George Soros funded attacks against you. I would hope that readers would do that too!

Oh but that was not the only lie you told Mr. President. Following is a Standard Newswire fact check of your speech full of lies:

WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 /Standard Newswire/ --

CLAIM: "...[N]othing in this plan will require you or your employer to change the coverage or the doctor you have. Let me repeat this: nothing in our plan requires you to change what you have."

FACT: This marked an important change in the President's language last night. He used to say, "If you like your health-care plan, you keep your health-care plan." By now using the word "require," the President's admitting that they can't guarantee Americans will keep their health plan. After both the Associated Press, ABC News and others have thoroughly debunked this claim, it's not surprising the White House has made this shift. But the point is that no one knows for sure how many employers will drop their coverage altogether if their plan goes into effect. Experts at the Lewin Group estimate the number could be more than 100 million Americans. And $500 billion in Medicare cuts will obviously reduce the quality of care America's seniors receive.

CLAIM: "The plan will not add to our deficit...I will not sign a plan that adds one dime to our deficits -- either now or in the future. Period."

FACT: According to the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office, the House Democrats' bill would increase the deficit by $239 billion over 10 years. And a recent study by the Lewin Group found that "[i]n the second 10 years...the proposal would add an estimated $1 trillion to the federal deficit."

CLAIM: "(I)t will slow the growth of health care costs for our families, our businesses, and our government."

FACT: As the Associated Press has reported, the Democrats' plan will increase costs, rather than lower them: "Congressional Budget Office Director Douglas Elmendorf warned lawmakers the legislation that he has seen so far would raise costs, not lower them."

CLAIM: "f you come to me with a serious set of proposals, I will be there to listen. My door is always open."

FACT: The Hill reported yesterday, that the President has not met with House Republicans since April, and when Republican Leaders asked for a meeting to discuss health care in a May 14 letter, the President ignored the request. The Politico reported on the President' response on June 5, saying, "he makes no mention of the request to meet in the letter," which he signs off by stating, "Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with me and I look forward to further discussions on this critically important issue." But those "further discussions" simply didn't happen. The facts are clear: blame for the lack of bipartisanship in the current health care debate lies squarely at the feet of Washington Democrats.

CLAIM: "I will not stand by while the special interests use the same old tactics to keep things exactly the way they are."

FACT: This is an interesting assertion considering the President also said last night: "Our overall efforts have been supported by an unprecedented coalition of doctors and nurses; hospitals, seniors' groups and even drug companies." So what special interests is he talking about when the White House seems to have struck back room deals with so many of them?

CLAIM: "We've estimated that most of this plan can be paid for by finding savings within the existing health care system -- a system that is currently full of waste and abuse."

FACT: The massive $1.6 trillion House bill's cost is NOT mostly "paid for" through savings in the existing health care system -- not by a long shot. In fact, the House bill includes more than $800 billion in new tax increases during a severe economic downturn on families and employers to "pay for" most of the massive price tag.

And, the Congressional Budget Office has estimated that even with these tax increases, coupled with other "pay fors" in the bill such as cuts to Medicare, the House bill still has a revenue shortfall that will add $239 billion to the federal deficit over a ten year period. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce wrote in an open letter to Congress raising concerns about a $534 billion small business tax in July: "Even with some exemptions, this provision will kill many jobs. Market forces and employer autonomy should determine what benefits employers provide, rather than Congress."

CLAIM: "And one more misunderstanding I want to clear up -- under our plan, no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions, and federal conscience laws will remain in place."

FACT: During his quest for the presidency, now-President Obama declared that everyone deserves access to reproductive health care that includes abortion, and vowed that this "right" would be at the heart of his health care reform plan if elected president. President Obama has never retracted this vow, and the health care reform bill moving through the House would help him make good on it if enacted into law. As written, it would allow the U.S. Secretary of Health & Human Services (HHS) to include abortion as a benefit in the government-run health care option.

Many Democrats dispute this, pointing to the recent adoption of an amendment sponsored by Rep. Lois Capps (D-CA) that would prohibit federal dollars from being used to fund abortion. But under this amendment, the HHS Secretary is explicitly authorized to pay for elective abortions under the government-run insurance plan.

Some have also suggested that the government-run plan would not result in government-funded abortions because it will be subject to the "Hyde Amendment," but this argument is misleading as well. The Hyde Amendment is not a government-wide applied law, but a rather provision included in the annual HHS Appropriations bill, which bans federal funding of elective abortions. According to a memo produced by the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service, the government-option will not be funded through the appropriations process. For this reason, it will not be subject to the Hyde Amendment.

The truth of the matter is that the HHS Secretary will be allowed to include abortion as a benefit in the government-run health care plan under the legislation currently moving through the House. Moreover, FactCheck.Org has stated that the "House bill would allow abortions to be covered by a federal plan and by federally subsidized private plans."

CLAIM: "Now, there are also those who claim that our reform efforts would insure illegal immigrants. This, too, is false. The reforms I am proposing would not apply to those who are here illegally."

FACT: The non-partisan Congressional Research Service confirms in a report that there is no mechanism included in the bill to verify that individuals are U.S. citizens or legal immigrants before they receive government benefits. Furthermore, Republicans offered two amendments in the Ways and Means, and Energy and Commerce Committees that were rejected by Democrats. The first would have prevented illegal immigrants from being automatically enrolled into Medicaid and the second would have required better screening for applicants for federally-subsidized health care to ensure they are actually citizens or legal immigrants. Defending the 787Billion Dollar Mistake with the Economy

President Barry Soetoro will claim today to that he has pulled the Economy back from the brink. A claim that he and his administration has been making since July 11, 2009. So he won't be saying anything new today. He's just attempting to stave off critics of his failed economic policies. In fact it is same old talking points that he's been using since July.

By now it should be plain even to the White House that Barry has a credibility problem with the American people. We no longer believe his claims. He has claim against all evidence to the contrary that he’s improved the economy with the 787 Billion dollar stimulus bill (also called the Recovery and Reinvestment Act) of which a little less than 20% has been spent so far.

Mostly all of it spent on government expansion not private sector jobs. The site Pro Publica keeps track of the stimulus spending (see here)


Sen. Chris Dodd (D) Connecticut who was instrumental in creating and passing the stimulus bill now doesn't believe that it is working in his state or nationally. He believes that Congress may have to pass another stimulus bill. (see1:37min video)



President Soetoro promised that if the stimulus bill was passed by Congress he would be able to save or create 3 to 4 million jobs but instead since the stimulus bill was pass America has lost around 2.1 million jobs. (see1:35min video)



Sen. Mitch McConnell(R) and Senate minority leader declared President Soetoro's Stimulus bill a failure and a mistake that is creating massive deficits and a failed economy. (see 1:21min video)



When the president attempts to reassure the American people today that his stimulus policies are working but need more time to work you should know that he is already behind his own deadline for creating 3 to 4million jobs. That and he has not spent any money to this point to create a private sector job.

If there are no jobs being created it would be truthfully hard to say that there is any real sign of recovery. (see previous post)

Today's speech is supposed to be a major speech on the economy. But it will be nothing new. In fact it is very troubling that the president will attempt to continue to push his failed policies as if they are working.

Spending more money on the Democrat pipedream of Universal Health Care will not get us out of this deficit. Nor will the out of control spending which Democrats have passed since Barry Soetoro was elected help get us out of this deficit.

We need a fiscal responsibility that Democrats and Barry Soetoro have already proven they lack. In addition to that we need honestly and integrity restored to government.

The public no longer trusts Democrats and the man who hides information about his birth from the American people to do the right thing. We also believe that your vision and your policies Mr. Soetoro are not good for America, we believe they are leading America in the wrong direction.

And frankly we're getting tired of seeing and hearing from the president every-single-day! The American people need a Martha's vineyard vacation break from the president of the United States.

You can start off by leaving our health care alone, leaving our children alone and leaving our Constitution in tack.

Na na na na na you have no Standing!

Bill Clinton appointed U.S. District Judge David O. Carter

“Na na na na na you have no Standing” has been the legal argument that President Barry Soetoro, his attorneys and now the attorneys of the U.S. Justice Department, have used to have dozens eligibility suits dismissed throughout the country.

As legally profound and convincing as that argument is on September 8, 2009 in a California Federal Court, Judge of the Central District David Carter has for the first time since this issue has been brought up has scheduled a case to be heard on its merits. Image that someone in black robes has finally said okay let’s get to the bottom of this controversy once and for all. That ought to make all of the anti-birthiers happy.

The first case was filed before Barry Soetoro received the Democrat’s nomination to be the Democrat candidate for the presidency. It was filed in Philadelphia by attorney Philip Berg a Hillary Clinton supporter who feared that if Sen. Soetoro received the Democrat Nomination Republicans would be able to use the fact that there was were questions surrounding the birth of Sen. Soetoro however Sen. John McCain never raised those questions. Democrats in the DNC all knew of the questions regarding a lack of a birth certificate because they were served notice by Mr. Berg in fact all of the major players knew but no one did anything about it for whatever reason(s).

Then Philadelphia District Judge R. Barclay Surrick dismissed the case on a technicality as every judge following him has done until now.

Subsequently dozens of cases have been filed challenging Barry Soetoro’s eligibility and if dismissed they are always dismissed on a technicality and never on the merits of the case. Not one case was ever dismissed the case on its merits.

Even the Supreme Court dismissed an eligibility case that came before it on a technicality rather than hearing the case on its merits.

Not so with Judge David Carter who has tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama's eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution. (see story)

Still the trial is not guaranteed. Carter has ordered a hearing Oct. 5 on a motion to dismiss and ordered arguments submitted on the issue of discovery as filed by Dr. Orly Taitz.

If the case survives that challenge, according to worldnetdaily.com’s Dr. Jerome Corsi, a pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 11 and the trial for two weeks later.

In the government’s motion to dismiss, government lawyers did not directly rebut the fact of the case. Instead, the federal attorneys argued that the suit is inherently flawed because such disputes can't be resolved in court and because the dozens of plaintiffs can't show they are directly injured by Obama's presence in office. Effectively if one follows the logic of this nonsensical argument it goes, no citizen in the United States of America can sue a person that becomes President by illegitimate and unconstitutional means because a citizen can not prove that they were directly harmed by said person becoming president. It’s the old Na na na na na you have no standing technicality ruse.

For now Judge Carter is going through the motions that he will be the first to allow the actual facts to come before him through discovery and argument and that is all that people of a free country who still believe in the rule of law can ask for.

Whether it’s the nation’s school children or the Congress or the American People President Barry Soetoro enjoys talking down to people. Soetoro scolded Congress and the American people like we were all school children on the first day of school.

All I hear is that Democrats need to regain the debate on health care and that was what your speech was about wasn’t it, regaining the debate? If so, with all of the misinformation, scare tactics and ideological warfare that Democrats engage in, how dare you get up on your soapbox and wash your hands before the American people like you're Pontus Pilot and you're above the fray. Don't pretend that you had nothing to do with any of the rancor and bickering that your policies and your Party has produced around the subject of health care and all the other policies and laws that you’ve introduced since January 20th.

And when Soetoro went to set the record straight as has become his custom I was screaming that the television Liar! But surprising this time I wasn’t the only one Rep. Joe Wilson, R-S.C., shouted out "You lie" when the president said illegal immigrants would not benefit from his proposals. Wilson perhaps the only honest man in Congress knows like you and I know that what Obama said in not true. There are upwards of 40 million illegal aliens in America already enjoying the privileges of citizenship. (see story) (see38sec. video)



Barry has been doing nothing if he hasn’t been working to included Illegals into receiving Health Care.

And now, Obama and Congress are not only preparing to implement that dramatic funding increase, but also to remove current restrictions prohibiting illegal immigrants from exploiting SCHIP to receive benefits.

That prohibition originated in 1996 as part of the successful welfare reform effort, and was applied to SCHIP when it was created one year later. For his part, Obama himself sponsored a bill to remove the illegal immigrant prohibition while he was still in the Senate, and supposedly "moderate" Senate Finance Committee Max Baucus (D - Montana) told reporters that he also favors ending the ban.

Accordingly, Obama and the new Congress appear dead-set on forcing already-strapped American taxpayers to fund health benefits for illegal immigrants. --CFIF (see source)

The president enjoys saying that nobody’s talking about providing Health Care for Illegal Aliens and that nothing in his proposal or the bills written provides for Illegals receiving Health Care. But his argument can be described as a sin of omission.

What I mean by that is Illegals will receive Health Care just like they enter into this country. There is no provision in the Constitution or our laws that allows Illegal Entry into this country but Mexicans and others are doing it, as a matter of fact it is against the law to enter this country without going through the proper process but you wouldn’t know it by the lack of enforcement of the laws and the border.

Yet 40 million illegals have crossed our borders and the Federal government has done nothing about it. In actuality the Feds have made it harder to enforce laws regarding illegals by making it virtually impossible to ask for identification of suspected illegals that would be called racial profiling to illegal alien rights activist.

If the Fed can’t or won’t stop illegals from entering the country they certainly aren’t going to deny them health care. They’ll just look the other way as they do with everything else regarding illegals everyone knows this therefore the President was in fact lying.

Even if it is written law that illegals will not receive health care benefit they will just disregard the law as they do with illegal entry. That’s the dirty little secret that Rep. Wilson called the president on last night. We all know that illegals will get health care and no matter how Soetoro attempt to dispel the truth we all know he is lying.

It comes down to a matter of trust Mr. president we don’t trust a word you say no matter how you say it. We’ve seen what Democrats do with power. They stuff good bills with pork, they try to pass bad bills that are ruinous for the country, they lie about legislation, they attempt to propagandize our children and they call Republicans A**holes.

No more with your lies and lectures! Like you said president Soetoro instead of honest debate from Democrats, all we have seen are scare tactics" and ideological warfare that offers no hope for compromise. Then Mr. president, you come out on your bully pulpit to attempt to browbeat the American people with your Health Care plan—a plan that we don’t want.

Well, the time for bickering is over, the time for the games from Democrats has passed. Now is the season we begin to take our country back from Democrat Liberal partisans who stand before the American people and lie so bald facedly that Congressmen forget all sense of decorum and rise to their feet and call a liar a liar!

This is the Speechifying Presidency but whatever President Barry Soetoro’s pontifications are on Wednesday night regarding Health Care Reform the fact of the matter is he tried to hoodwink and bamboozle the nation with a rush to passing this bill already.

We all know that he originally demanded that Congress have the Health Care Reform bill on his desk to sign before Congress’ August recess. What you didn’t know is that even if Congress would have been totally successful in accomplishing that task Democrats have written the bill so that the actual reform doesn’t start until 2013—2013?!? Wait you mean this is like the Stimulus package that Congress rushed through in a record 2 days? That bill incidentally sat on president Soetoro’s desk for 3 days after Congress passed it because the president was on vacation. But weren’t we told that the stimulus bill had to be passed immediately or the whole economic engine of the United States would melt down?

Yeper that’s right! That’s exactly what they told us.

Is it just me, or does anyone else detect a pattern emerging here?

We were told that the stimulus bill would immediately jump start the economy and that it would create 3 to 4 million jobs by this month. In reality we have lost 6million jobs with 2.1 million of them lost since the stimulus was signed into law.

I’m sorry but this president has already attempted to sneak this bogus Health Care bill by the American people once already purely on his popularity and ability to speechify nothing.

Soetoro’s speech to both Houses of Congress Wednesday night will be a bouquet of words and in the end his words will signify nothing — nothing that we don’t already know and nothing new.

The president’s words will just be a long drawn out sermon (he enjoys lecturing and sermonizing us) and when it’s all over America will ask what did he say and we’ll scratch our heads and say, “I don’t know but he sho’ did say it good!”

Democrats lost the fight over Health care this summer, they know it and that’s the reason for tonight’s speechifying. . Health Care is technically dead. The president’s rare bicameral trip to Bethany on Wednesday night is an attempt to roll away the stone and call Lazarus from the dead.

The only reason that we are still discussing this dead bill is that after Congress got an earful from their constituents back home this summer they are still determined to pass some sort of Health Care agenda over the objections of the American people.

Yet there are ultra partisans like Jonathan Cohn of the New Republic who believes that one good bicameral officious browbeating will be enough to break the Blue Dogs away from the recent memories of Doghouses which they found themselves in back home this summer. They believe that one good speech will be enough to breathe life back into their beloved Health Care Reform.

Somehow, though, health reform is not dead. Despite all of the setbacks and all of the missed opportunities--despite this train wreck of a month--the situation remains remarkably similar to what it was before the recess.

One good speech, huh?

It’s been over four days and by this time this bill stinketh! If this bill is passed in this manner, over the objections of the American people, it will not be a victory for president Soetoro and his Democrat cohorts. And contrary to what Democrats are hoping for Soetoro’s speech will not be the miraculous moment when Health Care walks out from its grave to be accepted by the American people to which the president orders Congress to loose it of its bandages.

No, if Congress and president Soetoro passes Health Care Reform and sign it into law it will be more like a “Weekend at Bernie’s” moment. One in which Democrats will pretend that they have a victory while in reality they will be actually carrying around the dead weight of their betrayal against the American people. That is, of course, until the 2010 and 2012 elections sweep out the stench of a Democrat Congress that betrayed the American people over a bogus Health Care bill that will further hurt and endanger the American economy and that is no fix for the present Health Care System.

We know all of the arguments and in this case to even do nothing is better than what the Democrats and the president are presently proposing. We know there is no rush because the bill is written to begin in 2013.
This speech will mainly be a plea to Blue Dogs who alone stand in the way of Barry Soetoro’s plans. If Democrats value their majorities in both houses of Congress they’d better heed my warning and tonight President Soetoro its best to let sleeping Blue Dogs lie.

The Politico Attacks Conservatives on Van Jones Departure

I thought I’d accidently browsed over to the Daily Kos in reading the Politico’s BEN Smith’s & NIA-MALIKA Henderson’s hit piece, “Glenn Beck up, left down and Van Jones defiant.” This article was a direct frontal assault lashing out against the conservative grassroots, Fox News, talk radio, the Drudge Report’s Matt Drudge, Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck .(see story)

Smith and Henderson left no stone unturned attempting to fault all of Conservatism for Van Jones’ self inflicted troubles. Jones a black nationalist, anarchist, and self avowed communist remade himself into a Green Jobs/Economic rights activist and presidential advisor, found it impossible to run away from years of strident revolutionary acts and words. Yet on the day of his resignation he found it easier to defiantly blame others for his situation even as the YouTube mirror of his very own words and actions were reflected back at him.

"On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me,” he said. “They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.” –Van Jones

Jones chose to characterize the reason he resigned as a vicious smear campaign against him which is quite an interesting way of using the word smear. In the past the word meant to bring unsubstantiated charges or accusations against a person, but not so with Jones.

The groups or persons that the Politico and Jones have accused of smearing Jones have only use Jones’ own words, writings and videos of Jones in action.

It would appear that Jones is a victim of his own militancy not unsubstantiated charges or accusations. Jones if smeared is smeared with the nastiness of his own words and ideas. As proof that Jones only has himself to fault he has even apologized for the words of his present and of his past. First he apologizes for a derogatory remark he made about Republicans in general in a recent speech where he called Republicans A**holes.

I apologize for the offensive words I chose to use during that speech," Jones said in a written statement to Politico. "They do not reflect the views of this administration, which has made every effort to work in a bipartisan fashion, and they do not reflect the experience I have had since I joined the administration."—The Examiner.com

And then there’s his blanket apology for his militant grassroots and community organizing rhetoric over the years.

"In recent days some in the news media have reported on past statements I made before I joined the administration – some of which were made years ago. If I have offended anyone with statements I made in the past, I apologize."—Van Jones

Jones apparently missed the Saul Alinsky courses on how to deceive white people. Instruction that his former boss President Barry Soetoro took and is successfully engaged in today

Soetoro I believe is a closet Racist not an open one like Jones. Soetoro in his own words learned the tactic of assuaging White people’s fears by appearing docile rather than radical as he so states in his book Dreams from my Father. Dreams from my Father pp. 94-95

To further demonstrate, The Canadian Free Press reports how President Soetoro uses religion to hide his Socialist Marxist tendencies and how he uses the veneer of an Educated Liberal Elite to hide his wanton Racism:

While [Rev. Jeremiah] Wright’s racist tirades against America would never fare well in electoral politics, Obama had learned from Alinsky to be sensitive to middle-class “aversion to rudeness, vulgarity, and conflict. Start them easy, don’t scare them off.”14

From his own experience Obama confirmed that being genial is an effective way to beguile people:

It was usually an effective tactic, another one of those tricks I had learned: People were satisfied so long as you were courteous and smiled and made no sudden moves. They were more than satisfied, they were relieved—such a pleasant surprise to find a well-mannered young black man who didn’t seem angry all the time.15

His genial demeanor explains in part why many Americans are drawn to Obama. To support him assuages white guilt for racial sins of the past, while at the same time they are reluctant to doubt him for fear of being racist.

They cannot admit to themselves that this nice, well-spoken man was mentored by Wright for two decades, is a longtime ally of an unrepentant domestic terrorist, and that he himself embraces their agenda. Obama’s charm is an effective tactic, one of those tricks that he learned .(source)

Because President Soetoro was so well groomed by Alinsky’s methods of Rules for Radicals his velvet brand radicalism was virtually undetectable by all but a few who knew the Alinsky teachings.

Make no mistake President Soetoro is just as radical as Van Jones, they are both community organizers they have the very same goals, President Soetoro’s method is more of the “Never let them see you coming” rather than the “In your Face” approach that Jones used in the past and now has had to answered for by the termination of his short political career within the Soetoro administration.

President Soetoro was also able to scrub his past clean but sealing all of the pertinent records that would have given Americans a look at his own radical days. When America is able to see those records they well see that Van Jones doesn’t have nothing on Barry Soetoro!

Until then these are the Soetoro records that remain sealed: kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, the original vault copy (OVC) of his birth records, and his adoption records.

And don’t insult us with that Jones don’t fill out his vetting questionnaire he probably would have been the first to do it. We know of that none existent vetting process of the White House. We remember Gov. Bill Richards, Sen. Hillary Clinton, Timothy Geithner, Eric Holder, Tom Daschle, and Nancy Killefer, Ron Kirk and Adolfo Carrion, all went though the so called White House vetting process. None of them should have made it though but some did while other simply bowed out.

This wasn’t a vetting problem this was an ideological problem. This White House is drawn to this kind of radical, President Soetoro has always been drawn to radicalism. What do you think a community organizer is? Frank Marshall Davis, William Ayers and Rev. Jeremiah Wright were but early warnings that Soetoro enjoys the company of communist and other radicals.

As for the Politico's reporting of this story, Smith and Henderson combined for the least factual yet most bias commentary in a supposed news article that I’ve seen in professional media that is supposed to be this side right of the Daily Kos.

This excuse for a report left me wondering if the Policio is ever worth reading again.

No, no,no! You don’t get to reword propaganda and then repackage it as if only the words themselves were the only problem. The problem is this administration and the Democrat Party that has ignited a partisan Civil war in this country starting in 2000 when they unofficially declared war on George W. Bush and the Republican Party after losing the presidency.

Because of that lose every political act of Democrats has been domestic insurgent attacks for the advancement of their cause, which is to promote the Liberal agenda, and secure the ultimate defeat of their opposition, Conservatism. (see related story)

So let’s not pretend. Everything that Democrats are doing has an ulterior meaning and everything that they do is partisan and politically driven. Don’t give us this ridiculous and insulting narrative that all that president Barry Soetoro is going to do is encourage the little children to do good in school when we know that Democrats specialize in artfully crafted communications. Take the health care issue for instance though Democrat’s ultimate goal is a single payer plan that will eventually lead to government run public socialized medicine Soetoro said so much in the recent pass now he’s artfully wording it differently in order to get Americans to go along with him. Soetoro says that Nobody’s talking about a government take over of health care. No you’re not talking about it but you’re certainly plotting to slowly and incrementally enact it! And that is the reason that we must keep you away from our children. Children don’t know how to tell whether teachers, administrators or the president is lying to them for some political end.

But as adults we’ve seen the “America is bad everyone else is good” tour that President Barry Soetoro went on. We’ve seen the 700 Billion dollar bank bailouts, we’ve seen the 787 Billion dollar Democrat pork infested stimulus package which has not created any jobs or helped stimulate the economy. We’ve seen the wise Latina Racist that Soetoro nominated and Democrats confirmed to the Supreme Court. We’ve seen the tax cheats and the radical communist that Soetoro has recruited as Cabinet members and Czars, and we’ve resisted the blatant attempt to rush through a trillion dollar Health Care Reform bill that would ultimately impose a single payer system that would lead to government take over of health care.

President Soetoro’s September 8th speech tomorrow is his version of “No Child left Un-indoctrinated,” a speech that will be broadcasted across the entire United States and into our nation’s schools in an inartfully conceived act of propaganda. The speech and the lesson plan are all designed to have our children acclaim, ballyhoo and idolize Barry Soetoro.

Yes, the Barry Soetoro administration did withdrew the inartful wording as it appeared in the original draft of the Department of Education’s supplemental instructional teacher’s guide that was published nationwide. But the supplement lesson plan of the president’s speech to America’s school children remains. So that doesn’t stop the intended goal of having our children, your and my child, writing, thinking, coloring and talking about the president all year long as teaches follow up on the president’s speech all year long with the real intended message which is they are working with the president to make a better world by doing what the president wants.

How do I know that teachers will follow up with the lesson plan all year? Because there are zealots out there both teachers and administrators who will ensure that Soetoro’s message gets out and is complied with. Zealots like this Ashville N.C. teacher, Dianthia Harris, did in her classroom as she browbeat Kathy one of her McCain supporting students during election time.

Notice the little boy’s, that was sitting next to Kathy, response as little Kathy is put down time and time again by her teacher. And after this horrific propaganda session for Barry Soetoro the teacher seemed complete oblivious to what she had done to the student in a post interview she thinks that she was complete open minded and fair. This is but an example of the type of partisan poison that Barry Soetoro address will inject into our nation’s schools this year.

Now if we had a president who loved America and put America first his address to the school children of America wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing but we don’t. We have a president who hates America and has stated numerous times that his goal is to fundamentally change everything about America. Do you want your children helping the president with that goal? I don’t!

In another example of the partisan poison that Soetoro has already injected into our education process a college class was asked to write about the merits of President Soetoro like he’ll be asking grade school kids to do tomorrow, when one student did not respond positively about Soetoro she was harassed by her fellow students and subsequently was force to drop the class. Do we want this for our young children? (see 2:08min video)



The president’s “better world” incidentally is a world without the U.S. constitution as we know it, that and remaking America without the traditions that once made this country great. While our children are happy writing, reading and singing about how they need to help the president they are too naïve to know or understand that what is really going on is a low key recruitment into the Obama youth corps.

That said, Soetoro will be delivering a “first day of school” address September 8, 2009 to the students of this nation which is clearly meant to manipulate our young children for political purposes. We owe it to our children to protect them from partisan propaganda by not allowing them to be abused or manipulated in any form or fashion by Democrats and Soetoro.

According to the Associated Press the White House revised it’s plans last Wednesday by stating that students could write letters to themselves “how they can achieve their short-term and long-term education goals," instead of about the president. But many consider that too little too late.

We all know that all of the Soetoro down line in education has already been notified and though the official statement is “write letters to themselves” (wink, wink) we all know that Dianthia Harris teachers in the classroom will make sure that Soetoro message will get through and all dissenters will be appropriately crushed.

Never have we seen such radical rabid partisan behavior around a U.S. president following is discussion about what Soetoro's speech means to our nation and to millions of students (see 2:42mins video)



As innocuous as the president is attempting to make this speech to the nation’s school children what president Barry Soetoro is attempting to do is plant seeds of Liberal radicalism in the lives of our nation’s children.

The president’s address to the nation’s school children tomorrow is unacceptable and totally inappropriate behavior for a president and for the schools that would allow this blatant attempt to manipulate our children.

The president in affect has asked the nation’s schools to violate the public’s trust by working with him to manipulate our children.

We already know that we can’t trust this president and his administration to do the right thing for this country. Tomorrow we will know which of the nation’s school districts we can trust to protect our children from undue political influences and which ones we can’t trust to protect our children.

How’s that 787 Billion Dollar Stimulus Package working for Ya America?

Here’s a conundrum for ya, America needs consumers to spend in order to support this consumer based economy everyone knows that right? Also people need jobs in order to earn money to spend which in turn supports this consumer driven economy. Ironically American jobs are what is needed to stimulate this consumer based economy. (see related story)

Now that idea must be a surprise to someone in American because for decades corporations (that went international) outsourced American jobs to foreign countries because the American worker was too costly to their bottom lines.

Understand, the American worker was just not allowing corporations to make the profits that a third world low wage non-union worker in a nation with no standard of living would allow.

Now understand this, consumer spending accounts for 70% of Gross Domestic Product growth in America. Combine that with the fact that Americans are unemployed or underemployed due to decades of outsourcing American middle class and technical jobs and the in-sourcing of over 40 million Illegal workers which serves to undercut wages for the American worker in this country. Corporate profits increased at the expense of the American worker and at the expense of the American economy.

Before a consumer can be a consumer she or he must be a worker or an earner. If a worker has no job or if a worker has a job that doesn’t pay a living wage a worker can not be a consumer. It’s the whole, for the lack of a nail scenario:

For lack of a shoe, a horse was lost.
For lack of a horse, a rider was lost.
For lack of a rider, a battle was lost.
For lack of a battle, the kingdom was lost.
All for the want of a horseshoe nail."

The American economy is failing for the lack of jobs, private sector jobs. The 787 Billion Dollar stimulus package was not used to create one American private sector job and it will not be used to create one. 14.5% of the money has been spent but none of it to create private sector jobs. Following is where the money has been spent.

Railroad Retirement Board: Small chunk of change and unclear where the funds are going.

Social Security Administration: 13 billion spent upgrading computers and one time payments. Not stimulating as there is no direct impact to job creation.

Veterans Affairs: .5 billion spent on upgrading facilities, payments, state grants and benefits to veterans. While not stimulating, entirely justifiable given the neglected veterans in this country.

Department of Labor: 18 billion spent on providing education and worker training to workers and "easing the burden of the recession" by assisting and expanding access to health care. Not stimulating, no direct impact on job creation or tax benefits. Providing education to workers is not the responsibility of the federal government and easing the burden of the recession can create a dangerous precedent of reliance.

Department of Justice: 1 billion spent on providing training, equipment and support for crime prevention including the hiring of additional police offers. Stimulating as it provides jobs to those seeking employment as police officers, however police are the responsibility of municipal governments. In other words we here in Boston should be not be paying for cops in Wichita, Kansas.

Health and Human Services: 28 billion spent on upgrading hospital's IT programs, research and state grants, Medicare payouts. The biggest recipient of taxpayer moneys has also the most vague and hard to navigate web-page, giving no clear answer as to what the money is being spent on.

According to the information there, it appears that the money is being used to advance Obama's theory regarding electronic record keeping and the health industry. Whether or not upgrading our hospitals will impact us beneficially is to be determined, but this appears to be non stimulating spending and egregious spending at that.

It is also worth mentioning Department of Education which has spent 14 Billion on state grants, school modernization, Pell grant funding and possibly preserving education jobs in states where funding is critical. Largely not stimulating as most of the money is being used on things that simply have no impact on our economy what so ever and do not belong in a federal stimulus package.

No matter what the Soetoro administration says if no jobs are created there is no real economic recovery. Yet Vice president Joseph Biden attempts to give the Soetoro administration some positive news after a brutal August of Obamacare Health Care townhall meetings. Biden did his best Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf impression. And just who is Mohammed Saeed al-Shaf? If you don't remember you'll have to wait. (see 1:08min video)



Come on Mr. Vice president the last time you Liberals wanted us to believe in a consensus you told us Global Warming was going to destroy the planet. According to a consensus of scientists now the earth is not warming it is cooling. By the way, there is no censensus that the earth is warming and neither is there any consensus that your stimulus package is working Mr. Vice president! To the contrary, according to Congressman Paul Ryan the stimulus package is not working. Only 3% of stimulus money is designated to create jobs in the first place. And Vice president Biden is doing his best impression of Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf,Iraqi Information Minister a.k.a. Baghdad Bob. Yet according to Rep. Ryan the stimulus is not working. You remember Mohammed he was the communications liaison between Saddam and world media. Baghdad Bob, as he was nicknamed, attempted a one man campaign of disinformation suggesting that the United States was losing the Iraq war, he claimed Iraq was winning and American troops never successfully made it to Baghdad. All were blatant easy proven lies. (see 5:27min video)



Here’s a news flash for the Soetoro administration, no jobs no recovery! (kinda catchy in a no justice no peace kind of way) President Soetoro promised 3.5million jobs instead 2.1Million jobs were lost.

The Bottom line for America is, Americans are not going to became consumers again until we are working and we have full confidence and trust that we can work good jobs that pay living wages that are up to our standards.

Vice president Biden should really stop his Baghdad Bob routine and concentrate on creating real jobs for real Americans who are suffering because our government failed to protect the citizens of this nation when they approved all of this outsourcing of jobs to foreign countries at the behest of companies while they refuse to protect America's borders.

As children across America go back to school, President Obama will deliver a national address directly to students on the importance of taking responsibility for their success in school on Tuesday, September 8th at 12:00 PM EDT at Wakefield High School in Arlington.

In advance of this address, the Department of Education is providing resources developed by and for teachers to help engage students and stimulate discussion about persisting and succeeding in school. (see source)

The above is the official White House speil on this upcoming unprecedented presidential intrusion into the lives of this nation’s children. At first glance it seems innocent enough but there is some history with president Barry Soetoro and other people’s children.

It seems that president Soetoro desires children to sing his praises and laud his influence. The following is how the world would be if Barry is allowed to get into the heads of America’s children. (see 4:24min video)



Children singing his praises is not the only thing Barry wants, no Barry wants your children’s complete devotion and commitment. Why else would he by-pass parents and speak directly to students in school with messages that subliminally suggest that he is their father figure. This is not only a speech this is a program of indoctrination just take a look at the teaching syllabus which instructs the teacher how best to prepare the young minds which president Soetoro is distributing to the nation’s schools (see letter below)

Make no mistake this is not just a simple encouraging speech to the nation’s children this is a destructive and insidious plan to infiltrate the minds of our youth. And it’s going to be done without our permission and in violation of our paternal rights.

No child that is under my control is going to be exploited by Barry Soetoro and his administration. When you mess with our children Mr. Soetoro you’ve crossed the line.

There will be no pledging to Barry Soetoro or to his secret program of indoctrination. There will only be the rejection of his attempt to community organize the nation’s children right there in the sacred places of their classrooms on September 8, 2009.

There will only be parents across this nation alerting their children in the next few days that the president of the United States will attempt to indoctrinate them with the help of their teachers and their school’s administration. Parents will be telling their children that this is something wrong and this is not something that is suppose to happen in America.

If any child is a conscious objector against saying the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America then pledging allegiance to the person of Barry Soetoro should be totally out of the question!

The 2010 Census is Americans “Stupid” Test

Comedian Bill Maher seems to delight in calling Americans stupid.

That however is a matter of opinion obviously but now it seems that Democrats are going all out to test Maher’s theory. In February President Barry Soetoro seized control of the U.S. Census Bureau from the Commerce Department and will be using it for political purposes in 2010. This power grab is illegal according to the U.S. Constitution but when does that mean anything to President Soetoro?

According to Dr. Paul L. Williams of the Canadian Free Press the 2010 Census is important because:

It will determine which states gain seats in Congress and which ones lose them.
It will divert billions in federal funds to states and cities with the greatest number of illegal aliens.
It will support the conviction that America has become a bilingual country.
It will allocate of billions of taxpayers’ dollars to special interest groups, such as NAACP, Fundacion Azteca, Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow Push Coalition, and Acorn.
The dice have been loaded.
The results of the 2010 Census will be snake-eyes for the conservatives, Christians, and Caucasians who now inhabit the once fabled land of the free and the home of the brave. (see source)

President Soetoro is testing the American people once again. First he tested the electoral process and the Constitution with his questionable candidacy. It is believed by many that president Soetoro is not constitutionally eligible to be president, to date he has not showed proof to confirm that he is. America has already failed the test of allowing an unconstitutional non-natural born citizen to become president.

Last February, Mr. Obama assumed complete control of the 2010 Census in sharp violation of Article 1, Section 2, of the Constitution.
This Article, which concerns the legislative rather than executive branch of government, stipulates that the “enumeration” be conducted by a commerce official under the supervision of the Senate and the House of Representations. It reads:

Representation and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union , according to their respective Numbers … .. The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States , and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they (the House of Representatives and the Senate) shall by Law direct.

Now in a clearly unconstitutional move Barry has assumed for the executive branch responsibilities constitutionally deemed for the legislative branch.

In addition, Soetoro has set $14 billion dollars aside for the Census and with this money, he will obtained the services of “Census partners” - - organizations that will assist the “Commerce department” in the head count.
A lion’s share of the $14 billion has been set aside for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform, better known as ACORN.
During the last two election cycles, Acorn was under investigation for election fraud and related offenses in nearly 20 states.
As Mr. Soetoro knows very well, no one is better than Acorn at cooking the books and falsifying records.

“The Census Bureau has a constitutional mandate to count everyone living in the United States , count them only once, and count them in the right place,” said Preston Jay Waite, the Census Bureau’s deputy director and associate director for the decennial census.(U.S. Census)

Yes according to Preston Jay Waite deputy director and associate director for the decennial census the 2010 census is supposed to count everyone living in the United States. I’m sure that what was meant was count citizens of the United States of America with one exception that was Indians that live in the U.S.

This Census does much, much more; it is an invasive questionnaire that asks for information that is not constitutionally mandated to give. (see census questionnaire)

It simply becomes a matter of trust. Do you trust president Barry Soetoro and his administration with your personal information? Information that is over and above what the constitution expresses is your obligation to provide.

I don’t trust Barry Soetoro I will give the required number of persons that live in my home when the census arrives in March of 2010 but I will not share any more information than I am constitutionally required to.

To do anything more would just be stupid!

Obama eyes One term rather than release sealed Birth Certificate

President Barack Obama is “quite comfortable” with the prospect of being a one-term president in order to address the issues he is concerned about, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said Friday.-- Fred Lucas, CNSNEWS

Well he’s thinking about it! What in the world would make a president think that he is only a one term president? Whatever that is President Barry Soltero is thinking about it! (see 1:24min video)



Do you think it’s Health Care that’s got him thinking one term? Don’t be fooled President Barry Soltero is not that noble. He’s not going to pin his entire presidency on the fight over Health Care. He’s not that principled President Bush maybe but not Barry. (see story)

The White House, facing increasing skepticism over President Obama’s call for a public insurance plan to compete with the private sector, signaled Sunday that it was willing to compromise and would consider a proposal for a nonprofit health cooperative being developed in the Senate.

The “public option,” a new government insurance program akin to Medicare, has been a central component of Mr. Obama’s agenda for overhauling the health care system, but it has also emerged as a flashpoint for anger and opposition. Kathleen Sebelius, the health and human services secretary, said the public option was “not the essential element” for reform and raised the idea of the co-op during an interview on CNN.-- SHERYL GAY STOLBERG (see source)

How do I know? He’s already floated the possibility of no “public option” before Democrats slapped him back into their reality. The public option is the fundamental reason that Democrats want public health care but at the first sign of resistance Barry sends the message that he was willing to give it up in order to get a health care compromise. So again Barry’s not that principled so what’s the real story?

Barry has come to the realization that he can’t win re-election without showing the American people those precious documents that he has under executive order 13489. (see previous post)

Therefore he allowed his spokes mouths to imply that fighting for his issues are so important to Barry that he would even risk his presidency in order to support them. (Nobody believes that!)

The Barry I’ve come to know will use any excuse to appear to be a martyr while he cowers behind any issue. There’s Health Care that’s as good as any issue while in reality he has accepted the reality of a one term Barry Soltero presidency because he’s ineligible to serve and he knows it.

He should feel pretty clever it’s not everyone who could have hoodwinked the vast majority of the American people into electing a constitutionally unqualified person to be president.

And he did get all of the Czars in place to “fundamentally change America ” so wherever happens to him America will never be the same. Since Barry has been elected some already believe that it is not America anymore (see1:36min. video)



Is that true? “This ain’t America no more?” It’s hard to believe that someone would say that and even harder to think that anyone would think that this ain't America no more but apparently some do.

And why is that, is it because a black social Marxist is President now?

If Americans are paying attention they should understand that Soltero’s birth certificate was only the tip of the iceberg. President Soltero is hiding much more than where he was born. Soltero is hiding a vast left wing Marxist agenda that has to be installed under the cover of 787billion dollar stimulus package and Universal Health Care Reform.

And part of that process is that you know as little about his background as possible and the more you seek the truth about who he is the more that he sees himself as a one term president.

If the American people knew only the half of what Barry Soltero represents he wouldn’t even last the one term.
