A Message to the SCOTUS: Stop Avoiding the Eligibility Issue

It is the 3,000 lb gorilla in the middle of American politics. Is Barry Hussein Soetoro eligible to be president of the United States of America? And if he isn’t, why is everyone who has a sworn duty to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States allowing an illegitimate Usurper to continue his personal quest to undermine the fundamental principles of a Constitution-based federal republic form of government rather than protect the constitution, which is their sworn oath to do? What is absolutely true and in the words of former President Clinton’s U.S. counter terrorism official Richard Clarke. Our government has failed us. Moreover, it is continuing to fail us on the must import constitutional question to come about in the history of the United States of America. Is Barry Hussein Soetoro Constitutionally qualified to be Commander-in-Chief of this nation?

It is on this question, which the fate of our nation turns. This question will determine whether we will continue on as a Constructional-based federal republic or whether we will devolve into something, which exists only in the mind of a man and his likes that have obvious penis envy of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, Mao and Trotsky.

Media, Senators, Congressmen and Congresswomen, Judges and Justices all have played along with and are complicit in capitulating to one man’s and one Party’s assault on the very framework which distinguishes this nation from Communists, Socialists, Religious and Banana Republic disasters that consider themselves governments.

May I remind you that this nation, a constitutional republic, is a state where the head of state and other officials are representatives of the people and must govern according to existing constitutional law that limits the government's power over all of its citizens. And this is a good thing.

When a man or Oligarchy chooses to work outside of or above the constitutional charter this is a bad thing. This is the very thing that is alleged of Barry Hussein Soetoro regarding his failure to clear up the questions concerning his eligibility or lack thereof.

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.—Article 2 Section1, U.S. Constitution

This is also the case if the surrounding powers, the Legislative and the Judiciary, branches that are both aware of a possible gross Constitutional violation, but chose to ignore the constitutional violation on grounds that it is much too uncomfortable to deal with.

As radical as I think people try to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn’t that radical. It didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the constitution.

At least it’s been interpreted and the Warren Court interpreted it in the same way that—that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties, says what the states can’t do to you, says what the federal government can’t do to you but it doesn’t say what the federal government or state government must do on your behalf.

This president believes that the Constitution can be interpreted many ways. As a result, he is in the process of stacking the court with politicos who will interpret the constitution in-line with his beliefs rather than the principle of considering the Founders' intent. (see :21sec video)



It is also true that this president holds the present Conservatives on the Supreme Court and its current 5 to 4 Conservative make-up in contempt. It is my personal belief that he has already co-opted a major Conservative on the Court thereby almost ensuring that the court will not hear any eligibility questions until a Conservative president appoints a true Conservative to replace any liberal or compromised Conservative. We must know whether Chief Justice Roberts and the Supremes are still committed to the principle of considering the Founders' intent when ruling on constitutional issues. Or we must know whether they share the president’s views that the founders and the document, which they passed on to us, are flawed and outdated.

Thereby giving certain citizens the right to disregard all or part of the constitution as this president has chosen to do regarding immigration laws, violating person sovereignty and rights by unconstitutional attempting to force Americans to buy healthcare and by disregarding Article 2 section 1 of the eligibility cause of the Constitution.

If the Supreme Court continues to avoid the eligibility issue, they will be responsible for an Egypt like response to what people will perceive as a totally corrupt government.

Just how close is America from an Egypt like revolution? Travis Smiley and Professor Cornell West speculated the possibilities of Americans revolting against their government and the economic power establishments in America just like what is going on in Egypt in a recent radio interview.

What is so interesting about this February 6, 2011 radio conversation is there is a Black man who is the Leader of America. The American Oligarchy and Plutocracy of which professor West advocates overthrow are both lead by a Black man, president Barry Hussein Soetoro.

The Soetoro stimulus and bailouts that funneled trillions of dollars into the pockets of Bankers and the political upper class left homeowners and the poor stranded. Because of Soetoro’s policies, the poor will remain so or get poorer while the rich get richer in spite of the Soetoro false claims that he is working for the poor.

What is absolutely true is president Soetoro is a devotee of 1960’s radical Saul Alinsky. Alinsky advocated using the poor and middle class [as pawns] to achieve power. President Soetoro has done as his philosophical leader and mentor has taught him to do. He used the poor by promising fidelity to them only to continue policies that keep his fellow Oligarchs and the Plutocrats in power.

Alinsky advises his followers that the poor have no power and that the real target is the middle class: "Organization for action will now and in the decade ahead center upon America's white middle class. That is where the power is. ... Our rebels have contemptuously rejected the values and the way of life of the middle class. They have stigmatized it as materialistic, decadent, bourgeois, degenerate, imperialistic, war-mongering, brutalized and corrupt. They are right; but we must begin from where we are if we are to build power for change, and the power and the people are in the middle class majority."

But that didn't stop Alinsky and his followers from using the middle class for their own purposes. They counted on the guilt and shame of the white middle class to get what they wanted. In order to take over institutions and get power, the middle class had to be convinced that they were somehow lucky winners in "life's lottery."

Let’s be clear president Soetoro’s “admiration” for Reagan is solely for Reagan’s ability that transformed America after the dismal failure of the Democrat presidency of James Earl Carter, Jr. Soetoro views himself as a Reaganesque type of singular figure who will transform America again. But this time into his own vision of what America should be.

Perhaps more surprising is that there is a new claimant to the Reagan throne this year: President Barack Obama. Having once routinely derided Reagan as, in the words of Democratic greybeard Clark Clifford, an “amiable dunce”, the liberal establishment is now seeking to embrace him.

Obama against Forced Healthcare reform before he was for it

It’s the classic John F. Kerry I was for it before I was against it. Not only did the District Court in Florida rule that Obamacare is unconstitutional, the president when he was Senator running for office thought the individual mandate was unconstitutional too.

So why did president Barry Hussein Soetoro waste two years of the country's time campaigning for a law that he knew was unconstitutional? In the words of former president Bill Clinton, "Because [he] could."

Joe Manchin Lied to be elected Senator of West Virginia

In a 47-51, party line vote with two Senators Lieberman (CT) and Warner (VA) abstaining Democrats proved that there is no such animal as a Conservative Democrat.

The utter failure of the Republican Party's ability to politic like Democrats in order get votes from the other side notwithstanding, not one Democrat voted to repeal Obamacare even if their constituencies demand its repeal.

Sen. Claire McCaskill (MO) voted with Democrats against 71% of her fellow Missourians who cast ballots against Obamacare last August. Sen. Ben Nelson’s (NE) state is 2-to-1 against Obamacare yet he voted with Democrats blocking Obamacare’s appeal.

Joe Manchin represented himself as a conservative to be elected Senator of West Virginia over his Republican challenger John Raese. West Virginians now know that had they elected a Republican they would have been one vote closer to repealing Obamacare. (see article)

Katie Couric your Multicultural fantasies do not work

It’s not unusual that the Radical left wing wishes to embark on totally crazy and destructive ideas that have already failed in the world. What is unusual is these Radical Lefties are now in charge of Media and government with power to actually put their counterproductive ideas into practice.

In case you didn’t notice the hope and change of the Barry Hussein Soetoro presidential campaign was actually about embedding Radical Leftwing ideologies so deeply within the American psyche and laws that it would be virtually impossible to extricate all of them.

Case in point, there is not an anti-Muslim sentiment in America. Our government has worked hard to successfully prevent that, however there is a well deserved anti-terrorists response to Islamists after Islamists have made it unmistakably clear since 1998 that they are at war with America and Western civilized cultural. These extremists vow that they will work to the death to destroy America and the Western way of life by replacing them with Islam.

Katie Couric ignorantly feels that these radicalized extremist are equivalent to American Blacks of the 50’s and 60’s. Couric’s feelings are that radical Muslim extremists only need the ambassadorship of television with similar programming that Americans viewed such as “Little House on the Prairie” or the “Cosby Show” in order to teach the Islamophobes and American bigots (who she imagines are against Muslims) that they are wrong to have such feeling. Couric wishes to teach Americans that Muslims are no different in their American experience from Blacks and they are exactly the same as Blacks of the civil rights era who were attempting to integrate into the American idea.

As I previously stated there is no anti-Muslim sentiment in America. Especially when compared to the unwarranted racial hatred that Blacks endured in over 300 years as slaves and former slaves in this country. Blacks were never funded by foreign African governments to infiltrate this country with a religious agenda to bring this country under the control of an African religion. In addition, there were never any sleeper cells of Blacks waiting to detonate nuclear dirty bombs in the name of some African deity.

Therefore, to compare any aspect of the Black civil rights struggle with an Islamic jihad against the Western world is completely mad, or as you say crazy, Ms. Couric, yet you and your media cohorts insist in doing exactly that! (see 1:49min video)



Just as Global Warming is a made up catastrophe advanced by the left in order to support their go green agenda, so too is Couric’s pretense that there is anti-Muslim feelings made up. The Left’s phony threats are used in attempts to herd all Americans into certain desired behaviors, which the left deems important. Couric is now attempting to suggest to the American mind that problems, which Muslims bring with them, are not Muslim problems but instead are problems that American Racists have with Muslims.

Katie Couric wishes to convince Americans of our bigotry rather than look at the evidentiary facts gathering around the world. These are facts, which point to proofs, which suggest that problems with Muslims and Islam are systemically found in Muslims and Islam. There is no unwarranted hate in the world against Muslims rather there is a reasonable response to Radicalism that has threatened to destroy everything that is not like it, such threats are the sum and total of hate and bigotry.

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, David Cameron realizes that Muslims who are extremists are the problem.

David Cameron has criticised "state multiculturalism" in his first speech as prime minister on radicalisation and the causes of terrorism.

Does the Obama administration incite hate against Conservative Judges?

Earlier today, Judge Roger Vinson ruled that the health reform legislation passed last year is unconstitutional. Not surprisingly this evoked a harsh reaction from the administration—David Whelan

I don’t like the fact that under the present president the third Branch of our government has became increasingly polarized and increasingly politicized. Justice is supposed to be blind and there is supposed to be the rule of law in this country.

But no more. Not since the Obama justice department dismissed a case where clear violations of voter intimidation was won by U.S. Attorneys yet the case was dropped before judgment why, because the defendants who were the intimidators where Black and the voters being intimidated were White.

Dismissing the case against the New Black Panthers is a clear indication that under the Obama administration, justice is no longer blind and the rule of law no longer applies in America.

Then there was last year’s State of the Union Address the president attacked the Supreme Court as Democrats applauded and jeered the Supremes (see :27sec video)



Incredible! What kind of country is this if our most important issues are decided by numbers and partisan appointment rather than by the Constitution? What do I mean by that?

Well if you want a favorable ruling on homosexuality, you try your case before a homosexual judge in San Francisco. You want favorable rulings on the constitutionality of Obamacare you get two Progressive Liberal appointed judges, one in Virginia and the other in Michigan, to rule that your law is constitutional.

If a judge rules against your health care law or if a judge rules against your immigration, policy he or she is deemed your enemy. Therefore, you and your media cohorts do everything you can to call in to question that judge’s appointment, motives and politics. (see here and here)

Under the presidency of Barry Hussein Soetoro America has become a nation of partisans and lawbreakers in the highest echelons of our government. No longer is our country defined by the constitution. instead, there are Progressive Liberals in office who are attempting to rewrite the constitution by Court order, by bureaucratic policy implementation or by an imperial presidency.

We now live in a country in which the law is decided by whether a judge is Democrat or Republican, Liberal or Conservative. And if that law is appealed to the Supreme Court for ruling on its constitutionality, the result is determined by numbers like a 5 to 4 split. Cases are now decided by each judge’s personal political view rather than what the constitution means and whether the meaning and intent of the Constitution is violated.

Ironically just weeks after the president’s call for national civility in our political discourse, a call spurred on by the failed assassination attempt on U.S. Congresswoman Gabrielle Gifford. The murder of a Federal judge and the wounding of 12 people in which six people were murdered, it is against this backdrop that the Soetoro administration issued a political attack against Judge Roger Vinson in the Northern District of Florida.

Judge Vinson ruled that Obamacare, which forces American citizens to buy health care, is unconstitutional. And in response, the Soetoro administration in a show of blatant contempt against the court’s ruling began to incite hatred against the court by falsely labeling the court’s ruling an act of judicial overreaching and activism. This nation has had a Congressman shot in the head and a Federal Judge murdered. In response to those horrific events, the President called for civility. I find in unconscionable that this president’s administration would disregard its own call for a civil discourse and put another Federal Judge at risk by calling the judge a wild out of the mainstream activist.

Today, a judge in Florida issued a decision in a case filed by 25 Republican Attorneys General and Governors striking down the Affordable Care Act. This ruling is well out of the mainstream of judicial opinion. Twelve federal judges have already dismissed challenges to the constitutionality of the health reform law, and two judges – in the Eastern District of Michigan and Western District of Virginia – have upheld the law.

In one other case, a federal judge in the Eastern District of Virginia issued a very narrow ruling on the constitutionality of the health reform law’s “individual responsibility” provision and upheld the rest of the law. --Stephanie Cutter (source)

Who knows if there are another wide-eyed Progressive Liberal out there like Jared Lee Loughner who would be angered by the White house characterization of Judge Vince and his ruling? The Soetoro administration is clearly attempting to incite hatred against Judge Vince. In the name of Gabrielle Gifford and all who were wounded and murdered in Arizona, Democrats must stop this politics of personal destruction. Democrats must cease fomenting hate against Conservatives and Republicans.

It is an iceberg with the promises of hold costs down, letting people keep their current health insurance if they like it and allowing grown children to remain on parent’s plans until 25. All of these things showed above the waterline while the true consequences of Obamacare remain hidden.

The truth is the consequences are so severe that president Soetoro has issued first 111 waivers, then 222 waivers and now a total of 733 waivers, which permit his friends and supporters the ability to opt out of his signature achievement. This is the health care law that the president, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid unconstitutionally forced on the rest of Americans. (see story)

WASHINGTON (AP) — Two of the central promises of President Barack Obama's health care overhaul law are unlikely to be fulfilled, Medicare's independent economic expert told Congress on Wednesday.

The landmark legislation probably won't hold costs down, and it won't let everybody keep their current health insurance if they like it, Chief Actuary Richard Foster told the House Budget Committee. His office is responsible for independent long-range cost estimates. (source)

Now we are told by a health care chief actuary that Obamacare will not hold costs down as promised and in addition many Americans will not be able to keep their current health insurance if they care to again as promised.

There was no reason to pass this law except for the fact that Democrats wanted to pass it and could. Likewise, there is absolutely no reason for this critically flawed law to remain on the books. Everything about it is a lie and a detriment to the American people.

733 friends and allies of the president have been granted special clemency by the president from participating in Obamacare, which by any measure is unfair to the rest Americans. If Obamacare is not good for friend of Soetoro like SEIU and others, it is not good for the rest of us.

Rachel Maddow lash out at Bachmann backfires

Michelle Bachmann’s CNN appearance, which Bachmann gave an outstanding Tea Parties response to the President’s State of the Union Address (which eclipsed the president) Maddow and others have been looking for the slightest peculiarities in attempts to discredit the core message of Rep. Bachmann.

Congresswoman Bachmann pointed out via visual aids what the “official Republican” response failed to show. President Barry Hussein Soetoro’s administration has don’t far worse than the previous administration and has in fact exacerbated America’s fiscal down turn by its reckless enactment of social fiscal policies which will serve to kill job growth and saddle the economy thus the American people with more astronomical debt.

In typical Liberal fashion Maddow ,with ad hominem parody of the skewed camera angles which were produced by and were solely the fault of CNN, attempted to minimize Rep. Bachmann for looking off camera. Then Maddow hoping to get some opposite Party assistance in her attack against Bachmann brought in the biggest Republican spokesperson that her obvious limited political gravitas could muster, in her words, “the immediate former Communications Director for the Republican National Committee, Doug Heye.”

Mr. Heye immediately self deprecated and suggested if he were the best that Maddow could do then she was not very well politically endowed.
Nevertheless, Mr. Heye from his lowly political estate was able to defend and counter Maddow’s attacks against Bachmann, Tea Parties, Conservatives and Republicans (see 7:53min video)

If Maddow is the new MSNBC standard-bearer for anti-Conservative propaganda in place of Keith Olbermann, she should really select her guests more carefully. I’m sure it is not MSNBC’s intentions that their viewers be accidently exposed to the truth.

Whatever Maddow intended it apparently backfired. Mr. Heye showed why Liberals generally prefer not to have Conservative guest.

SNL Complicit in CNN’s attempted Sabotage of Bachmann and the Tea Party’s Message

In the tradition of lampooning everything, Conservative SNL attacked Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann’s response to the President’s State of the Union Address last Saturday night. SNL represented that Congresswoman Bachmann’s core message was not properly conveyed. But it was. Those who were listening to the case that Rep. Bachmann presented got a clear picture of the duplicitous nature of the Barry Hussein Soetoro administration, that is why SNL felt the need for a second attempt to discredit the message.(see 4:11min video)



What is ironic is Rep. Bachmann was only seen by a very limited audience because of CNN’s limited viewership. SNL’s decision to give the Tea Parties response a much broader audience must be seen as a tactical error for Progressive Liberals because according to Breitbart TV the “technical difficulties” which SNL made fun of were actually a result of a CNN plot to sabotage Congresswoman Bachmann.

Breitbart reports that CNN had originally agreed to use the live feed set up by Tea Party Express, which had a teleprompter running on the lens in which Rep. Bachmann was delivering her speech. However, when Rep. Bachmann left the camera set-up and sat in the House chamber to hear Pres. Obama's speech, CNN set up a camera of their own, just off to the side of the main, tele-prompter/camera. Thus, when CNN provided their network feed it ended up skewed and off-kilter creating the effect, which SNL made light of.

Now in later developments CNN is blaming Fox News saying it was a Fox News camera that took the shot. So we are to believe that a rival News agency set up their camera on a CNN set and CNN used that camera to broadcast the Bachmann response over the CNN network. Interesting.

Had CNN or Fox News honored the agreement with Rep. Bachmann and used the Tea Parties' camera that was already set up for the shot their broadcast would have matched the original broadcast that on-line viewers the night of the speech saw. (see 7:01 min video)



What happened to the president’s call for political civility in our national discourse SNL and CNN? These unwarranted and false political attacks against Conservatives must cease. SNL as well as CNN must simply desist in their partisan hatchet jobs against Conservatives.

SNL and CNN owe Rep. Bachmann, the Tea Parties, Conservatives and Americans an apology. Fair minded Americans should write, email, tweet and press until SNL and CNN discontinue their discriminatory practices.

Today for example when we were out on the streets this is what a lot a people were showing us about American involvement. And they say this is the kind of support that the United States have been giving to the Egyptian government and bear some responsibility although day it is trying to say that it never backed Mubarak so much as it has been calling for reforms for a long time.

David Gregory uses partisan passive aggressive attack against Americans

There is no pretense of partiality with Meet the Press David Gregory. On last Sunday’s show Gregory attacked Americans with some of the same Orwellian language as Uber-partisan Nancy Pelosi used when she infamously labeled Americans who protested Obamacare by calling them Astro Turf.

But Gregory doesn’t directly attack. No he cowardly assaults Americans by proxy through the people’s elected representative House Majority Leader Eric Cantor. Gregory’s strategy? Gregory believes if he can badger Rep. Cantor into calling Americans who want the same proof of Barry Hussein Soetoro’s eligibility that 2008 presidential candidate Sen. John McCain showed, a long form birth certificate, he can shut Americans up so that the greatest scandal in America’s political history can continue undisturbed. Such a discovery would totally discredit the entire Democrat Party and its Diane Sawyer-Katie Couric Media co-conspirators. (see 2:28min video)



MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, Chicago Times’ Clarence Page and Mother Jones’ David Corn all partisan Liberals are asking the president to show the long form birth certificate. Though they claim, the president must unseal his vital records to show up “birthers” nevertheless they see the importance of the bright disinfectant of sunlight rather than the tact of pretending that the president’s legitimacy has been established beyond all doubt and anyone who disbelieves is “crazy”.

Instead Gregory uses the same old tired Liberal tactic of attempting to scare everyone away from the birth certificate topic by establishing that the topic is off limits by acting as if questioning president Soetoro lack of bona fides is somehow crazy, it is not.

The tactic is called “the pivot.” It is essentially worked by turning your opponents best and strongest arguments against them by making the argument unpopular and then made your opponent ashamed to own it.

Yesterday on Meet the Press House Majority Leader Eric Cantor was asked if he would reject birther crazy talk and he wouldn’t. But he did allow that he believes that the president is a U.S. citizen. I’m wondering if you think that Republican leaders ought to reject that kind of birther talk—Whitehouse reporter

David Gregory is a part of the Sawyer-Couric media group, which aided in electing and aids in protecting the illegitimacy of president Soetoro. So naturally he’s not going to entertain the possibility that his position is the crazy one. Neither would he think that the so-called “birthers” are the rational ones.

Notice how White house reporters and White house press Secretary Robert Gibbs discuss how David Gregory failed to get Eric Cantor to completely pivot away from the topic of the birth certificate. Liberals asks one to disavow or reject the Liberal weakest argument or your strongest argument in this case the subject of Soetoro's birth is a weak spot for the Obama administration. Slight of tongue, Gibbs never says that the president is a natural born citizen because that would be a lie. Instead, he says that the president is a citizen. Also, notice in Gibbs' world how people who are unquestioning and accepting of the president’s word without evidence about his birth are rational. But people who ask for verification are crazy. This is a total pivot of reality. This is the evil of calling light darkness and darkness light.

The difference between Nancy Pelosi and David Gregory is Pelosi doesn’t obscure her disdain for the American people with indirect passive aggressive insults. In this regard Gregory is not half the man that Pelosi is.

However judging by Gregory unsubstantiated belief in president Soetoro’s birth story, Soetoro, known for his duplicity, Gregory can ill afford to call anyone crazy!

Olbermann Fired as predicted by Glenn Beck

Who doesn’t Know anything about Television Mr. Olbermann?

He is the voice of the wide-eyed Progressive Liberal lunatic fringe. Keith Olbermann said outrageous nonsense better than most. Make no mistake this is not to Olbermann’s credit.

However if you ever wondered how Jim Jones got so many of his followers to drink the kool-aid Olbermann showed us the Jim Jones technique nightly on MSNBC.

Interestingly when it was reported last November that Comcast bought MSNBC Glenn Beck predicted that Olbermann would be a casualty of that merger if Comcast chose to follow more of a business model rather than it’s Olbermann fuelled hate campaign against everything and everyone Conservative. In Olbermann’s usual,“all Conservatives are wrong because I say so” mode Olbermann used typical Progressive Liberal counter arguments supported by his usual false and faulty “facts” to pronoun that Glenn Beck was wrong about what would happen in the Comcast merger. Ironically recent developments (Olbermann’s firing) indict that, like everything that Olbermann has ever said, Olbermann was completely wrong and in this case Beck was right.

Bachmann Outshines Ryan and Obama

I started out thinking that I would write how Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin stole the night away from a man who is supposed to out communicate the Great Communicator.

It is said that president Barry Hussein Soetoro studied Ronald Wilson Reagan before giving this State of the Union address. A lot of good that did him, President Soetoro address was like Taco Bell meat we don’t know how much of the president’s speech is real and how much of the speech is just filler.

Then I listened to Rep. Michele Bachmann make the case for Conservatives as represented by the Tea parties. Bachmann spoke as clearly and succinctly as anyone in politics today. Last night was clearly a night for Conservatives and Republicans because both Bachmann's and Ryan's response was better, more honest than the president’s bifurcated and Orwellian misuse of the language. The fact that both Republicans were truthful and forthright was in stark contrast against the president's abuse of the American people’s intelligence.

Democrats speak like bad telemarketers who attempt to sell produces by much fast talk. It is as if the marketer believes that the rapidity of the read script is in direct relation to bypassing my reason and my ability to say no.

The American people have endured two years of president Soetoro fast talk and over eight years of Congressional Democrat fast talk. The American people just aren’t buying what Democrats are selling.

In under ten minutes Michele Bachmann slowed the talk down and explained to the American people why it is totally unfair to blame Bush for the economic mess we are in. If people believe Bush was bad, Democrats and Obama are worst much worst. (see 6:42min video)



If we are going to turn America around we must continue voting out Democrats for the 2012 elections. Moreover, we must not replace Democrats with RINOs. What is need are Tea Party Conservatives who will fight for Conservative ideas instead of acquiescing to the qualms of silly little Democrat plots like, “Let’s sit together.”

Last night Michele Bachmann did Conservatives and Republicans proud in her response to the SOTU address. It is long overdue that someone on the Republican side of the aisle responds in a powerful and cogent way to the lies of president Soetoro and Democrats.

Rep. Joe Wilson, made famous by his “shout out” to the president needed some company. Although Bachmann did not shout-out in the chambers of the United States house the effect of her presentation resulted in the same conclusion, Mr. president You Lie!

SOTU: Jobs, Jobs, J…Re-election campaign begins again

Here we go again. Every time Democrats want to bamboozle the American people they talk about jobs. Well as the American people have discovered talk about jobs is all that it is; just talk, just words! Which brings Americans to tonight's State of the Union address which will be a mixed seated arraignment meant to hide the fact that Americans rejected Democrats and voted them out of office in 2010.

There will be much pomp and circumstance and much speechifying about jobs and civility. The only thing is the one doing the speaking has shown the American people he knows very little about either. Two years ago, President Barry Hussein Soetoro promised immediate action on creating jobs instead president Soetoro spent two years passing his Liberal Social agenda. The trillion-dollar job killing health care reform also known as Obamacare and repealing DADT in the military. With Liberals, their social agenda always come first even before the preservation of the nation. (see 1:36min video)


President-elect Soetoro promised to act swiftly and boldly to save or create 2.5 million jobs in his first two years of his presidency. That was his promise. Ken Duberstein reminds us that the American people elected Soetoro because of Soetoro’s promises to fix the economy. (see 2:18min video)



One year ago president Soetoro reports on the failure of the alleged jobs creation program which he announced one year previously by largely using excuses and blame instead of owning up to the fact that his administration was focused on the Progressive Liberal agenda rather than job creation. Which means that even though the president will be saying the word jobs at various times in his speech tonight and though he will be talking about economic recovery what he will really be talking about is being re-elected for a second term without showing proof that he is a natural born citizen as required by Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution.

This president and his Party have already shown that America or jobs is not their top priority; their Progressive Liberal social agenda is and was. That explains why the Progressive Liberal agenda was the only thing that was accomplish in Soetoro’s first two years.

A story ignored by the Diane Sawyer—Katie Couric Media except to mischaracterize patriots and constitutionalists by the Leftwing pejorative, “birthers.” Nevertheless, it is the media’s complicity in and support of the Barry Hussein Soetoro illegitimate presidency that made this Democrat Party coup d'état of our government possible. If media would have turned, the same skeptical eye on president Soetoro is it did against president Bush in the beginning of Soetoro’s candidacy the country would not be in the constitutional crisis we presently find ourselves. So in an interview with the Hawaiian newspaper, Honolulu Star-Advertiser, the reporter asks as an aside at the very end of the interview, Oh yes governor, how is the investigation into the president’s birth certificate going? From the governor’s response, you’d have thought the reporter had asked about the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus or the lost Ark of the Bible. (see story)

Though it is yet unspoken under this present administration the United States is viewed by the world community as an illegitimate power that doesn’t respect its own laws. Our enemies will abide us as long as they are able to dismantle and disable our economy and our military power (which is happening even now). however if the United States would act to defend its economy, the dollar and our military American’s illegitimacy under this president would be thrown back into our face like that of the court testimony of a prostitute who claimed rape.

Even if all that Barry Hussein Soetoro has to show that he was born is a posted note then he must produce that posted note. He must be forced to authenticate himself as John McCain was forced to do. McCain produced his long form birth certificate and his mother during his campaign when the question about his eligibility was asked.

On the other hand, Barry Hussein Soetoro produced an altered therefore invalid website copy of a COLB, attorneys and over a million dollars of attorney cost to prevent Americans from seeing any substantiated independent verified proof of his birth, which is enough to make any non-partisan fair-minded person a birther!

What Democrats and their Media cohorts are finding is the majority of Americans have awakened. Soetoro will not be allowed to usurp the presidency one term longer. In all the time, leading up to the 2012 election Americans must be vigilant and resolute on this one point. We will not have even the appearance of an illegitimate unconstitutional government in authority over us nor will we knowingly permit a constitutionally ineligible person to lord it over the people of the United States of America.

When it is totally uncovered that Democrats poisoned America’s body politics with the taint of illegitimacy every person from the left leaning to the RINO politician, every judge and justice, every person from Speaker of the House to DNC Chairperson must be brought before the American people to answer for violations of their sacred oaths, to protect and defend the constitution. As well, each of these partisan co-conspirers will answer for their treasonous aiding and abetting of the ongoing Democrat Party political coup of the government of the United States.

In a new development since Rush Limbaugh has commented on Governor Abercrombie’s failure to bring forth evidence of Soetoro’s birth, the Leftwing Sawyer—Couric Media has gone into full damage control reporting that Hawaii’s law prevented the Governor from more disclosure. But this counter is much too late because the Governor’s statement wasn’t that he was prevented by law from investigating, his statement was that his investigation only resulted in speculative and dubious results concerning the president’s alleged Hawaiian birth.

Finally, whether Barry Hussein Soetoro was born in Hawaii or not the president’s actions all along the way betray him. His refusal to verify his birth in the same manner that presidential candidate John McCain did. His active fight to conceal all documents from Kindergarten to his time as a Senate Senator in Chicago and the jailing of Military Officer Terry Larkin a political prisoner detained in order to protect the secret of the president’s ineligibility. In all, the president has committed multiple political crimes against Americans and the Constitution.

Soetoro knew that he was ineligible for the presidency before he ran as proven by a letter written by an associate lawyer of his in a Chicago-based firm whose partner served on a finance committee for then Sen. Barack Obama. In the letter she advocated for the elimination of the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president is be a "natural-born" citizen, calling the requirement "stupid" and asserting it discriminates, is outdated and undemocratic.

The paper was written in 2006 by Sarah Herlihy, just two years after Obama won a landslide election in Illinois to the U.S. Senate. Herlihy is listed as an associate at the Chicago firm of Kirkland & Ellis. A partner in the same firm, Bruce I. Ettelson, cites his membership on the finance committees for both Obama and Sen. Richard Durbin on the corporate website.

What this means is Barry Hussein Soetoro with foreknowledge that he was ineligible did intentionally plot and plan to overthrow the Constitution of the United States of America by usurping the presidency. (see paper below)

House Republicans Do Their Job Waiting for America to Do its Job in 2012

Yesterday’s vote to repeal Obamacare is what the American people wanted. We wanted a responsive government. That is what House Republicans became yesterday. By a vote of 245-189, House Republicans approved the repeal of the court ruled unconstitutional Health care law. Since 2009 the American people have been united in one thing their opposition to Government mandated health care. (see story)

Democrats disregarded the American people and because they did they paid an exacting toll in the 2010 elections, no one can dispute that. It seemed that the American people were asking Democrats who lost control of the House, “Can you hear us now?”

In spite of the Shellacking that Democrats took the 111th lame duck Democrat controlled Congress defiantly passed of the health care law like erecting a middle finger to the American people.

Democrats and their progressive media elite cohorts will not relent they will not back down or admit that the health care law that they passed and now support is a detriment to the U.S. economy and destructive America’s health care system.

Repeal of ObamaCare can't come soon enough -- as several damaging provisions are set to take effect this year.

For starters, it has effectively stopped the construction of physician-owned hospitals throughout the country.

Section 6001 of the health-care law required physician-owned hospitals to obtain their Medicare certification by the end of last year. Without it, they can't treat Medicare patients. And the facilities needed to be open to get that certification.

So construction halted at 45 hospitals as the New Year arrived. Work on countless others will never start, having been effectively banned by ObamaCare. This will limit competition in the health-care marketplace, driving up costs for patients.-- SALLY PIPES

House Republicans are to be commended for doing the right thing by voting to repeal Obama care. Now begins the two-year fight against the most corrupt administration and political party in America’s recent history.

Of course, patients may have trouble finding not just a hospital, but a doctor. A Physician's Foundation survey revealed that 40 percent of doctors plan to "drop out of patient care in the next one to three years." Sixty percent said ObamaCare will "compel them to close or significantly restrict their practices to certain categories of patients" -- typically those on Medicare or Medicaid.

This health care law should never have been enacted Democrats know it and the president knows it. What they didn’t know is the American people are not stupid, not most Americans at least.

What they didn’t know is that sometimes might is not the only thing in enacting laws. Most times laws are enacted because it is the right thing to do. Something obviously Democrats know absolutely nothing about.

The Coming Health Care Cost Explosion

In fighting against Obamacare repeal this week, Democrats portray their health care law as a money saver, claiming Republicans would add to the deficit by abolishing the legislation. Today the 112th U.S. House of Representatives will engage in the most important vote of it young term. It will speak for and vote for the majority of the American people. That is something that the 111th Congress failed to do. The consequences of that failure resulted in the expulsion of Democrats who controlled the House and awarded control of the House to Republicans.

The Democrat Partisan president Barry Hussein Soetoro warns the new Republican led House not to listen to the people but forego voting to repeal the court ruled unconstitutional law that he and Democrats made law. However with good reasons a Republican, led House will indeed vote to repeal Obamacare today.

Why you ask? You’ve heard the term, buy now pay later? In light of the recent bogus AP poll that suggests that Americans are okay with Obamacare, Americans are not okay with this law. And those who are if they are not closed minded partisans they would not be either! If they know the truth about Obamacare.

The poll obviously didn’t ask about the imminent hidden unpaid detonation of charges scheduled for the near future. In other words those who were polled have been deceived into thinking the cost of Obamacare will not add to the deficit and will not further wreck the American economy by killing more American jobs. If Americans knew the truth about the explosion of cost which Democrats deferred in order to make the health care law acceptable to the American people, election year of 2012 would be a clean sweep out of office for Democrats; House, Senate and White House.

After the 2009 summer of health care discontent by the American people, which Democrats ignored by passing Obamacare, the people are not going to forget. Again, a fact that Democrats seem to forget but the rest of us remember, forcing Health care on the American people resulted in the 2010 sweep of Democrats out of the House of Representatives.

The time-bomb nature of Obamacare was presaged by Mitt Romney's health care bill in Massachusetts, which also expanded health insurance coverage by mandating that all individuals buy insurance, prohibiting insurers from dropping customers, and subsidizing the insurance of those with difficulty affording it.-- Timothy P. As Democrats know and everyone else knows Obamacare is a coverage law, not a cost reduction law so when the bill comes due in 2012 and beyond there will be a scenario of tax increases, price controls and budget crisis that will make Al Gore’s hype about the coming Catastrophe Global Warming crisis unimportant because Global Warming is not real. However, the most insidious part of Obamacare is the Bureaucratic Dictatorship it introduces into the political bloodstream of the United States. As the law is written, it is not written like a normal Congressional law, which specifies and defines its own scope and authority, no. This law is written giving bureaucrats the ability to make up law as they go. As the law is written, it grants sweeping new powers to Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius.

There are more than 2,500 references to the secretary of HHS in the health care law (in most cases she's simply mentioned as "the Secretary"). A further breakdown finds that there are more than 700 instances in which the Secretary is instructed that she "shall" do something, and more than 200 cases in which she "may" take some form of regulatory action if she chooses. On 139 occasions, the law mentions decisions that the "Secretary determines." At times, the frequency of these mentions reaches comic heights. For instance, one section of the law reads: "Each person to whom the Secretary provided information under subsection (d) shall report to the Secretary in such manner as the Secretary determines appropriate."

The powers given to Sebelius are wide ranging. In the coming years, if she remains in office, the former Kansas governor will be able to determine what type of insurance coverage every American is required to have. She can influence what hospitals can participate in certain plans, can set up health insurance exchanges within states against their will, and even regulate McDonald's Happy Meals. She'll run pilot programs that Democrats have set up in an effort to control costs, and be in a position to dole out billions of dollars in grant money. (source)

This law must be repealed not only because it is the antithesis of a constitutional representative government. This law is the first official establishment of an Oligarchical dictatorship embedded like a computer worm or Trojan hidden deep inside the programming (or laws) of the United States. Democrats have scheduled the effects of Obamacare to take control and crash the health care system and the United States economy while Americans are unaware and before we can do anything to stop it.

With the vote to repeal Obamacare in the House today the America people applies a computer anti-virus, if you will, that will begin to cleanse our system of the Democrats that unleashed the Socialist virus of Obamacare into the bloodstream of United States government.

SNL parody on Civil Discourse got it all wrong

Last week’s call for civility from President Barry Hussein Soetoro was lost on the Left as demonstrated by the Left’s favorite source of News and Information Saturday Night Live.

The Progressive Liberal lowbrow base of the Democrat Party uses sitcoms and comedic shows such as Saturday Night Live, The Steve Colbert Report and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart to receive information about the world and politics.

That is why the Democrat Party uses these comedy shows to connect with its base. Everyone from Democrat Senators to the current Democrat President will make appearances on Letterman and other late night comedic shows because that is where they must go to reach their voting constituents.

Therefore, when SNL does a skit on Conservatives automatically you know its conception and point of view will have a Progressive Liberal orientation. Case in point after initial Left wing reports attempting to link the massacre of thirteen people in Arizona and the attempted assassination of Rep. Gabrielle Gifford by gunman Jared Loughner to Conservatives and talk radio the Liberal punditry, bloggers and News Media went wild attempting to blame Conservatives and the Right for this national tragedy.

Yet after a week of serious searching for a motive it was factually determined that Conservatives and the Right had absolutely nothing to do with the reason that Loughner attempted to kill Congresswoman Gifford and murder and wound others as if he was playing a massacre “everyone you can” video game.

Nevertheless, in the aftermath of the heartbreak and in spite of the president’s call to stop the incivility in our national dialogue SNL presented a totally partisan and stereotypical skit, which enforced the Left’s unwarranted and fanatical view that Fox News and its hosts are the ones suffering from the inability to restrain themselves from political vitriol. In actuality, this skit was a disturbing look through the looking glass of the Liberal warped mind. Apparently, the Liberal mind is a place that pictures reality upside down and inside out. In opposition to all of the factual information that has come out about the motives for the Arizona killings between and up to the broadcasting of Saturday’s show SNL still chose to foment hate against the Right by suggesting to the minds of their undemanding viewers that Sean Hannity, Michelle Malkin, Greta Van Susteren and Glenn Beck have a problem with hate.

When in fact all evident is, that it was the hate of the Left against Conservatives that created the false narratives by the Left’s own media. False narratives, which the Left began at the start of the Arizona shootings are the cause of this instance of political incivility. Moreover, they are the cause for the president’s call for civility.

Why didn’t SNL do a skit depicting Slate's Jacob Weisberg who wrote that there was no evidence of Loughner's politics “but the deranged are most easily swayed by the surrounding political climate.”

Why didn’t SNL do a skit depicting Left-wing blogger Andrew Sullivan who wrote that Palin's “recklessly violent and inflammatory rhetoric has poisoned the discourse and has long run the risk of empowering the deranged." As written and commented on by the “The Oklahoman” in their Editorial (source)

In addition, why didn’t SNL do a Skit on the MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann and others who falsely blamed the Right or on the Leftwing Media and Newspapers that did the same.

What SNL did to its viewers was to suggest by Jedi mind trick that the droids that they were looking for where Conservative droids instead of the Liberal droids that actually was responsible for stirring up the partisan hate around the Arizona shootings.

SNL’s ploy will probably work too because as we all know Jedi mind tricks only work on the weak minded.
