Homosexual Bigots in California Assaults old Lady Stump Cross and Blacklist Opponents

In a stunning loss in California homosexuals were handed perhaps what they must consider somewhat of a death blow to their movement. That would explain the outdated 70’s street marches, the visceral violent reactions against enemies both real and imagined and the sudden violent, bigoted actions of these homosexuals.

First, watch this homosexual mad mob jostles this Palms Springs, California elderly woman, Phyllis Burgess, 68, who blew kisses as the homosexual mob virtually called for her death. Also notice how the biased media reported “hate on both sides” when clearly the only “hate” demonstrated was religious hate and violent protest emanating only from the homosexual mob as illustrated by their actions.

They assaulted Ms. Burgess by grabbing a cross out of her hand and in a show of religious hate and desecration they stomped that cross into the ground. (see video)




Apparently California’s Prop 8 loss was so devastating to the advancement of the homosexual agenda that homosexuals feel they must radicalize to the extreme in order to prevent any other states from joining in like suit along with California by allowing the people a say in opposing the well crafted homosexual agenda which uses courts and state legislatures to force legalized homosexuality on the majority of Americans who oppose it.

To date homosexual strategies successfully blocked out the people by co-opting courts, politicians and corporations to implement their agenda. That’s exactly what was intended in California however the state’s ballot initiative process prevented the California State Supreme Court from stealing the people’s rights earlier this year when the court struck down proposition 22, when a majority of four black robed surrogates for the homosexual movement legislated from the bench and created a new unconstitutional homosexual right never intend by the framers of the California constitution or anyone else in human history, for that matter!

What proposition 8 did was restore people’s rights. How? The people of California took back their constitution from a severely compromised Oligarchical homosexual favoring California court and legislature by amending their constitution to say what everyone knew it meant from the beginning marriage is and has always been uniting man and woman.

In light of this and because homosexuals could not have their way they have absolutely gone mad! They have lashed out against religion, the democratic system, private citizens (who have exercised their constitutional right to vote and contribute in the manner which they chose) and a little old lady.

This is behavior that would be consider hate crime in the least or terrorism at worst by any other group or persons but homosexuals are given a free pass to promote their post elect reign of terror and voter intimidation to whit a private citizen was harassed into resigning because of his support for proposition 8.

Scott Eckern, artistic director for the California Musical Theatre, resigned Wednesday as a growing number of artists threatened to boycott the organization because of his $1,000 donation to the campaign to ban gay marriage in California.

"I understand my supporting of Proposition 8 has been the cause of many hurt feelings, maybe even betrayal," Eckern said in a written statement. "I chose to act upon my belief that the traditional definition of marriage should be preserved."(see story)

Tell me what kind of country have we become when we can not support what we believe and contribute to the causes that we believe in?

An anarchist Gay-Qaeda group by the name of “Bash Back” attacked a Lansing Michigan church, the Mount Hope Church, outside and inside of the church last Friday in a coordinated attack meant to strike fear in the Christian community because the church teaches biblical faith principles regarding homosexuality.

Bash Back views Christian doctrinal teaching regarding homosexuality in direct opposition of the homosexual agenda and detrimental to the movements use of this nations courts to legitimize homosexuality.

What should have been a national story was hardly reported locally by homosexual allies in the media as found by Jason Goldtrap, who a novelist himself, thought it peculiar that very little media coverage existed. (see video)

Mis-Educating and Indoctrinating our Children

The election was held and Barack Obama will be the 44th President but it is not over. We still will be feeling the repercussions of how Obama won and the lack of knowledge that many Americans have about the U.S. Constitution. This lack of knowledge starts in our schools. (see story)

This shocking footage of video shows a teacher at work forcing her political views on her 5th grade class notice how the little girl who said that she would vote for John McCain is bullied by embarrassing her into total submission by her teacher. (see video)




Diatha D. Harris a former teacher of Mary McArthur Elementary School of Ashevelle, Cumberland County schools of North Carolina ridicules little defenseless 5th grade students to the point of total exasperation and embarrassment because they don’t share her political views.

Just think if this teacher has views on sexuality or any other controversial subject it would only be safe if her students did not express views that she doesn’t share.

I was shocked when I saw the clip of an interaction between a Cumberland County Schools teacher and her students as posted on YouTube. While neutral discussion of the political process is appropriate, at no time, particularly with elementary students, should a teacher infuse his/her political views into the discussion. Most disconcerting was the military slant that made its way into this discussion. We are a military community, serving over 15,000 military students and their families. We value the sacrifices, not only of the military parents but also those of their families.

We believe that military children are our children, military spouses are many of our employees, and military service men and women are our heroes. We proudly serve our military children and have received national awards for our support of military families.

I was particularly disturbed to see the uncomfortable position in which our children were placed due to the inappropriate actions of one of our teachers. Please be assured that the actions exhibited in this video are not consistent with the vision of the CCS. Moreover, the actions of one teacher do not represent the 7000 employees in our organization.

Once the video was brought to my attention, I immediately launched an investigation. Personnel laws prevent me from releasing information regarding individual employees and personnel action taken. I can assure you that upon completion of the investigation, I will take appropriate action.

Finally in the above statement from the Cumberland County Superintendent of Schools he attempted to mitigate this situation by suggesting that Ms. Harris is an exception and not the rule.

But is that really true? Aren’t our children being indoctrinated daily with Liberal ideology? Aren’t traditional values being attacked K-12 and on college campuses all throughout the United States.

America just elected a person President who may not have met the constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen and because of the education or lack of education of the general populist 52% of you didn’t know that or you just don’t care that the constitution could have possibly been violated.

If either is the case we’ve go a lot of work to do, first to reclaim our education system and then to reclaim our nation.

Anyone would think we had just elected a hip, skinny and youthful replacement for God, with a plan to modernise Heaven and Hell – or that at the very least John Lennon had come back from the dead.

The swooning frenzy over the choice of Barack Obama as President of the United States must be one of the most absurd waves of self-deception and swirling fantasy ever to sweep through an advanced civilisation. So says Peter Hitchens of the United Kingdom. These are sentiments which I wholeheartedly agree with. This world-wide Barack Hussein Obama adulation is eerily reminiscence of eschatological prophecy where all people will worship a certain one and become a one world government. (See story)

Hitchens states that to America’s detriment it has finally switched sides in a global cultural war by electing Barack Obama as President. He assesses that America, once uniquely a deeply conservative people, had not made the mistakes of socialism that had ruined the rest of the world. But now America is no different than the rest of the world by electing this unknown political Marxist Socialist

Proper books, recording his (Obama's) sordid associates, his cowardly voting record, his astonishingly militant commitment to unrestricted abortion and his blundering trip to Africa, are little-read and hard to find.

If you can believe that this undistinguished and conventionally Left-wing machine politician is a sort of secular saviour, then you can believe anything.

Finally Hitchens bemoans the fading sovereignty, the fading unabashed Christianity, the fading resistance to politically correct claims of Global warming all of these strengths are dimming from America.

But Hitchens’ most poignant observation was that Conservatives failed to fight for their traditions, they failed to fight for America.

They [American’s traditions and strengths] had also been weakened by the failure of America’s conservative party – the Republicans – to fight on the cultural and moral fronts.

And so at last, the bright shining light on the hill has faded and now it is at best a European satellite awaiting the new Euro-American President Barack Hussein Obama to join the “people of the world” and the United Nations in a Global world economy and Global tax system.

Why McCain chose to run the McCain't Campaign

Before resting from the grueling presidential race, John McCain began discussing with senior aides what role he will play in the Senate now that he has promised to work with the man who defeated him for president.

Democrats, who padded their majorities in the House and Senate, have a suggestion: McCain can mediate solutions to partisan standoffs on key legislation as he did to help avert a constitutional meltdown over judicial confirmations in 2005.

"There's a need for the old John McCain, a leader who worked in a bipartisan way," Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said Wednesday.

What? The Old John McCain? As you know John McCain has been masquerading for several months now as the Republican nominee for President of the United States of America. And if you are anything like me you’ve been wondering why Sen. McCain would never really pull the trigger, you know go after Barack Obama like he wanted to win the Presidency. (see story)

Sen. Obama had not qualms or reservations about going after Sen. McCain, President Bush or the Republicans!

Well I guess Charles Schumer’s opened arm welcome of McCain back into the Senate fold explains why McCain ran a John McCain’t campaign.

It seems to me that Sen. McCain was hedging his bets, in case that new job thingy didn’t workout for him. Well, you know, he didn’t want to burn any bridges now.

So Sen. McCain ran the most non-offensive campaign ever in campaign history.

Many times Sen. McCain came to his opponent’s defense when the nasty old lady partisans in his Party said that they were afraid of Sen. Obama and that they believed that he was a closet Muslim.

Sen. McCain would have none of that and he quickly spring into action and he rebuked any old lady who would say such a thing. Always assuring everyone that his opponent was a good man, a decent man, a family man, oh and did Sen. McCain fail to mention that his opponent would be the next president? He should have.

But that aside now we see why John McCain would run such a campaign, Sen. McCain wanted Chucky Schumer’s love! ‘Oh came back to us old Johnny boy and do what you’ve always done, be that Maverick that we’ve come to know and love and poke those bad Republicans in the eye. Here’s your old spot back!’

Let’s be totally straight talk express right here, John McCain’s work in the Senate screwed Republicans. We all know that. And “Democrat speak” for bipartisanship is ‘We are in control now and Republicans had better go along with it or we’ll put John McCain back on Meet the Press to explain why the Republicans are out of touch with the American people.’

There I hope that clears up why John McCain ran such a pathetic campaign and why Democrats would welcome him back warmly after what should have been a bitterly fought election.

Hey, didn’t the McCain, Lindsey Graham, Trent Lott, and George Bush wing of the Republican Party tell us that all that we had to do is be more inclusive and less Conservative and we would be able to win? Whatever happened to that theory? And didn’t I say way back in January that Independents and Democrats would not support John McCain in the General election against a Democrat?

Sure McCain won New Hampshire and South Carolina but that was only on the strength of Independent and Democrat votes. Are Independents and Democrats going to support McCain in a contest against an Obama or Hillary candidate for President? One word answer… NO!-- Alaphiah

I’ll tell you what happened to that theory it decimated the Conservative base. The so-called Moderate to Liberal go-along-to get-along wing of the Republican Party put up John McCain and it didn’t work. McCain’s campaign didn’t work.

As I said in January McCain’s campaign was a “Dead Campaign Walking,” his campaign was a pathetic display of ineptitude and self Republican flagellation and the only bright spot was the selection of Sarah Palin who showed that she knew who the enemy was and it wasn’t us Conservatives!

Conservatives must move to reclaim the Republican Party from Stockholm syndrome Republicans such as John McCain and Lindsey Graham(see story)

Run back to Chucky Schumer Johnny like a good little Maverick but don’t expect any adulation from the Party that you threw under the bus because you preferred to be called bipartisan rather than truly fighting for the opportunity to be called the President of the United States of America!

That aside, after years of legal coercion arguing false civil rights claims before courts in America and after years of attempting to persuade Americans that homosexuality is the “new normal” through surrogates Rosie O’Donnell, Ellen DeGeneres and Will and Grace it all comes down to rioting in the streets for homosexuals as ironically they protest the very electoral process that gave America it’s very first Black president.

After years of homosexual indoctrination in schools by pro-homosexual agitation groups, Gay-Straight Alliance, etc. and after years of homosexual propaganda in movies and television it has come down to homosexual thugs roaming the streets of Los Angeles and San Francisco spouting hate speech and committing hate crimes against the church. The polling statistics clearly shows that the same people who voted for Barack Obama to be president of the United States, are the same Californians who voted yes on proposition 8 which defines marriage, as it has always been known throughout human existence, uniting man and woman. Yes on 8 changes nothing it only preserves the status quo.

Statistics also show that Whites voted overwhelmingly NO on 8 where Blacks and Hispanics voted YES.

In addition to that the hundreds of millions of dollars that homosexuals, their corporate sponsors and NO on 8 groups spent on defeating the people’s will in California should not go unnoticed.

And neither should government officials; San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Senator Dianne Feinstein, California Attorney General Jerry Brown, California Superintendent of Schools Jack O’Connell and California Supreme Court Justices Ronald M. George, Carlos R. Moreno, Kathryn Mickle Werdegar and Joyce Kennard or the many City Councils throughout the State of California they should all be dealt with for their part in creating this social mayhem.

It was their combined actions that brought about the anarchy that prevail in the streets of California. These leaders were and are all wrong in the positions that they hold regarding homosexuality but to openly and unabashedly promote their person beliefs and attempt to force those beliefs on the general society is simple unconscionable.

These officials are supposed to be representative of the will of the people yet they oppose what the people of California know to be true and legal, 61% of the people in the year 2000 defined marriage as uniting man and woman and here in the year 2008 52% of the people of California says that marriage is the uniting of a man and a woman constitutionally.

If any of you, as a representative of the people, feel that you cannot support the legitimate cast constitutional votes of the people of California and the electoral system by which they cast them, then the whole lot of you should kindly step down to save this bankrupted State the money it would take to remove your non-representative bodies from office!

If you don’t feel that you need to step down and if you continue to misrepresent your office and the people of this state, we will be all too happy to remove you from office with the same majority that voted to support marriage as it has been defined all throughout human experience, uniting man and woman.

Finally, the people of California will not be intimidated by street protest whether they are hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens marching in our streets demanding illegitimate rights or whether they are a few hundred homosexuals and their advocates demanding that society change because they are confused about their own sexuality. The people have seen this fake “rights” grab before and we’re not buying it!

We said in no uncertain terms by vote that just because 3% of the population is confused about their sexuality doesn’t mean that the rest of us have to be confused as well. And we will not allow your small percentage to force your sexual confusion onto the majority by legal coercion and/or court mandated political Fascism.

It is pathetic to think that a small army of reporters were sent to Alaska to investigate Gov. Palin before the election and we know all that we need to know about Joe the Plumber before the election, however in contrast, before the election the media did not investigate Sen. These discussions are too little to late and I’m sure the American people would have appreciated this kind of information before they elected some slightly creepy cult personality to be president of the United States of America.

ABC Still Not Satisfied!

I can't believe that ABC NEWS is still putting out 'hit pieces' on Sarah Palin. They must really be worried that she is going to mount a major comeback in 2012, and figure that they can derail that possibility now.

What purpose does it serve to have a supposedly
respected "News Channel" air a segment based on "rumored
accusations by unnamed sources" and call it news? But that has been the recent history of ABC, so who's surprised?

This just goes to FOX NEWS' Sean Hannity's accusation
that "journalism died in 2008". Why don't they spend
the airtime concentrating on the facts that Obama is
already in the process of "letting the public down easy",
by revising his many, unrealistic promises, down to reasonable
levels. But you won't see that from ABC..... it's too difficult to expose fraud, when that fraud was originally perpetrated by themselves.

California voters Slap down the California State Supreme Court

Californians celebrating righting the wrong of the California Supreme Court ruling on protecting the sanctity of marriage

Let this be a teachable moment for anyone who is confused about sexuality, according to the California Constitution marriage is officially defined between a man and a woman.

Let this also be a teachable moment for anyone who attempts to change our society through legal coercion and political Fascism by using the Courts and government to intrude into our bedrooms to do so. This will not be allowed and it is not acceptable even in the ultra Liberal state of California. (see story)and (here)

And let this be a teachable moment to the hubris men and women of the California Supreme Court who could have prevented the chaos of their own making by first respecting the legally voted mandate of the people in proposition 22 and after that by honoring the request for a stay of ruling until the vote on proposition 8 which was request after the California Supreme Court ill-advisedly overturned the will of the people early this year.

Nevertheless, homosexuals, their supporters and their activists attempted to use the courts to ramrod their personal confusions and beliefs on our society in general.

This round started for California with the lawlessness of San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom’s blatant disregard for his office and the rule of law. Newsom took the law into his own hands to force his beliefs about homosexuality on the State of California.

Newsom meant to create chaos in the law and to create an irretrievable point where his acts would be irreversible. Rightly the courts ruled that Newsom’s activities where illegal and in violation of the state constitution and voided out his handiwork. Marriages conducted by the City of San Francisco were declared invalid by the court.

The same must be done with the chaos that the California Supreme Court has purposely caused and all marriages that were entered in under the specter that proposition 8 would be approved must be voided as well. Some believe that the Courts did not allow the requested stay in order to create legal chaos.

Four homosexual advocates on the California Supreme Court, Ronald M. George, Carlos R. Moreno, Kathryn Mickle Werdegar and Joyce Kennard went along with a Orwellian suspension of logic, human history, and Constitutional law by ruling that the eight years old, Californian ballot initiative which 61% of Californians voted into law to define marriage as being only between a man and a woman was unconstitutional.

The California Supreme Court overturned the year 2000 ballot measure, Proposition 22, in the court’s decision May 15 of this year thereby legalizing homosexual mock marriages. Interestingly though they cited that marriage had always been understood to be between a man and a woman according to the State Constitution but they went on to invent a Constitution standing anyway.

Writing for the majority Chief Justice Ronald M. George noted:

First, we must determine the nature and scope of the “right to marry” –a right that past cases establish as one of the fundamental constitutional rights embodied in the California Constitution. Although, as an historical matter, civil marriage and the rights associated with it traditionally have been afforded only to opposite-sex couples…”—Justice Ronald M. George

So how did the California Court get around its own Constitution? By legal jujitsu according to dissenting Justice Marvin Baxter and here’s how they did it, first the four person majority on the court found a fundamental constitutional right to form a family relationship and in addition to that they ruled California Constitution properly must be interpreted to guarantee this basic civil right to all Californians.

The court further found that although our state Constitution does not contain any explicit reference to a “right to marry,” past California cases establish beyond question that the right to marry is a fundamental right whose protection is guaranteed to “all persons” and here’s the legal jujutsu Justice Ronald George had already stated that, as an historical matter, civil marriage and the rights associated with it traditionally have been afforded only to opposite-sex couples.

But what the majority did was redefine historical understanding with the Orwellian phrase “all persons” and by this legal jujutsu they were able to rule that all persons means gay and straight in additional to man and woman. Simply outrageous!

To which Justice Baxter dissented noted:

I cannot join this exercise in legal jujitsu, by which the Legislature’s own weight is used against it to create a constitutional right from whole cloth, defeat the People’s will, and invalidate a statute otherwise immune from legislative interference.
…
The majority has violated these principles. It simply does not have the right to erase, then recast, the age-old definition of marriage, as virtually all societies have understood it, in order to satisfy its own contemporary notions of equality and justice. (Page 134)


Therefore what the Majority has done, as it was already established with Mayor Gavin Newsom, must be undone and any homosexual marriage resulting because of their ruling must be declared legally null and void to confirm what the will of the people has always been they must do so because the Courts ruling was capricious, arbitrary and not based on the California Constitution. No homosexual marriage should be allowed to hide under the false legal blind which the Court created by its own prejudice and hubris.

Thus the May 15, 2008 ruling was an improper use of judicial authority. Four justices substituted their own prejudices and opinion for law and in an act of judicial tyranny mandated their own desires upon the people of California. Consequently, the people of California were able to cast off this tyrannous, onerous and oppressive ruling therefore no trace of its making should be allowed to remain.

Thomas Jefferson knowing that this day was inevitable for the United States of America wrote in his Bill establishing Religious Freedom in Virginia:

[T]he opinions of men are not the object of civil government, nor under its jurisdiction; that to suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion and to restrain the profession or propagation of principles on supposition of their ill tendency is a dangerous fallacy, which at once destroys all religious liberty, because he being of course judge of that tendency will make his opinions the rule of judgment, and approve or condemn the sentiments of others only as they shall square with or differ from his own; that it is time enough for the rightful purposes of civil government for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order; and finally, that truth is great and will prevail if left to herself; that she is the proper and sufficient antagonist to error, and has nothing to fear from the conflict unless by human interposition disarmed of her natural weapons, free argument and debate; errors ceasing to be dangerous when it is permitted freely to contradict them. —Thomas Jefferson, Bill Establishing Religious Freedom in the State of Virginia, 1786

Jefferson argued that opinions, including those of religion, but nevertheless men’s opinions should not be the object of civil government.

In other words whatever your opinion is on homosexuality, it should not be made a government matter. However that is exactly what the Courts and proponents if homosexual rights and homosexual mock marriage did they used government courts to impose their opinions on the rest of society.

What about marriage doesn’t the sexuality confused and their allies in the government and the courts understand? It is the same as it ever was a union between a man and a woman.

Yet after a shocking defeat in one of the most Liberal leaning states in the union homosexuals vow to never give up they will have their way no matter what and they have already filed another suit challenging the legitimate vote and the will of the people of California. Attorney Gloria Allred has filed suit in hopes to once again void out millions of constitutional cast votes however this must not be allowed and it must never happen again. (see video)



In 2000 the people of California defined marriage for its citizens in ballot initiative proposition 22. That wasn’t good enough for a small minority who is confused about their sexuality and wishes to convey this confusion on the general society.

Obviously attempting to make a name for himself, Mayor Gavin Newsom took the law into his own hands and illegality ordered the City of San Francisco to conduct illegal and unconstitutional weddings under his auspices. In response the courts ruled him in violation of the law.

November 4, 2008 the people of California restored their rights under the Constitution and amended the California State Constitution with the definition of marriage for the state to be between a man and a woman.

Today homosexuals and their allies still fight against the will of the people. Therefore the people will have to continue to fight and remain ever vigilant to protect their rights and to protect what they know to be true.

Marriage by definition, law and history is the union of man and woman only.

that his 37 1/2% black blood, was the crucial link to

make him 'just one of the guys', "being arab" would
not help him one bit in this present world environment,
BUT "being black" would get him the support of all the

This election was a farce from the start, and will come

little as 4 years. It might start as early as the next

It took them three elections but they’ve finally done what they set out to do. Democrats have defeated President George W. Bush.

Oh he wasn’t running and he didn’t campaigning in 2008 but you wouldn’t have known that from the campaign that Sen. Barack Obama and the Democrat leadership ran. In the record 10 months that this campaign took George Bush’s name was invoked in vain more than the Pope prays.

Democrat’s campaign strategy was to make this presidential campaign about George Bush and they accomplished that. They can’t defeat him in 2000 and they didn’t defeat him in 2004 so they defeated him symbolically in absentia in 2008 and that’s just as good as a real win for Democrats.

So now that George Bush is finally defeated and Democrats won’t have him to kick around anymore who are they going to blame when they are in power and they actually receive what they’ve asked for?

They asked for the presidency and control of congress and now they’ve got it. Are they, through their media friends, going to make excuses about why they can’t deliver on their promises to fix the economy and promote peace and goodwill throughout the world?

If we are attacked January 21st or 22nd as Vice President elect Joseph Biden has predicted will George Bush be blamed? He better not be!

According to Liberals who blame president Bush for everything that happen during his presidency, Bush wouldn’t have anything to do with a 21st or 22nd attack because as Biden pointed out if Obama is elected the world will test him (Obama) and that has nothing to do with any previous policies of the Bush administration that will be on Biden’s and Obama’s watch and if it should happen as Biden promised that it will, it will be completely because of Barack Obama not George W. Bush.

There are plenty of questions for a president elect who has his health, college and birth records sealed. Plenty of questions for someone who convinced the American people to vote for him not on the strength of his experience, he has none, not on his proven track record, there is no record.

The American people elected Barack Hussein Obama simply on hate not hope. It was because of hate of the White man that Senator Obama was elect that and because of his attacks against the Bush administration.

Democrats and Senator Obama defeated President George Bush. Like the saying goes, "The third time’s the charm." With that Conservatives are also defeated, we are beaten but not bowed. We will root out the failed Bush, McCain, Lindsey Graham Conservatives from the Party and rebuild for 2012 with the energized Sarah Palin Conservatives.

You know it’s occurred to me that instead of a farewell address President Bush should just concede the lost of the 2008 presidential race, he wasn’t running but boy did they run against him!

At the risk of coming across as selfish and greedy capitalists with not an ounce of concern for the less fortunate, we'd like to put in a good word for the concept of not spreading the wealth.

It's funny how that chance encounter between Joe the Plumber and Barack the Presidential Candidate and the sound bite it produced dominated the final days of this seemingly interminable campaign. But it turns out that Americans feel very strongly about the Robin Hood politics of taking from the well-off and giving to the economically challenged.

It is not surprising that those who have worked hard, made sacrifices, saved money, started businesses and made payrolls would frown on the idea of a presidential candidate actually boasting that he plans to raise their taxes, if elected, in order to give tax breaks to those who make less money. But it is a little frightening to think that there are so many people on the other side who covet their neighbor's bank account.

And what's the cut-off for the tax cuts? No one knows, because Obama and his running mate, Joe Biden, can't settle on a figure. First, it was said that only wage-earners who earned more than $250,000 annually would have their taxes raised. Then Obama, in an interview, lowered the figure to $200,000. Then Biden, in a speech, lowered it to $150,000. Luckily, this campaign is ending. Or we might be headed for a situation where anyone earning more than poverty level gets a tax increase.

But the real problem with Robin Hood economics isn't just that it is unfair, but also that it's harmful to the same people it professes to help. Like any handout, it kills incentive and rewards a lack of achievement. And, in this case, by confiscating the assets of the haves, it also punishes initiative and penalizes success.

That's not a winning formula. In fact, it wouldn't be good for anyone. And let's hope we never get a chance to see that for ourselves. –Union Tribune Editorial

We are on the eve of losing our Republic this is not hyperbole this is reality. It took us over two hundred years to do it but that’s about the time that most major historical civilians have failed.

The fact is we could possibly lose it to someone that we don’t even know, someone who is backed by forces that are hidden from us in plain view. Oh yes there is a public persona of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. The smiling charismatic demagogue but the hidden and the sealed recorded Barack Obama is a subversive that is back by George Soros, Soros’ Moveon.org, the Daily Kos, Europe, Hamas, al Qaeda, the vast left wing conspiracy of the main stream media and the far left Democratic Party.

All of these are complicit in wanting either the overthrow or the radical remaking of the United States of America. They wish America transformed into something that is not in keeping with the Constitution. The very Constitution that the Founding Fathers left for the procurement of our rights, these nefarious forces seek to destroy and so does Obama.

Barack Obama has openly advocated his disdain for the Founders and our Constitution in his opinion the Founders, the Constitution and Americans are flawed with a blind spot that only he can correct.

I think that we can say that the Constitution reflected an enormous blind spot in this culture that is carried on until this day and the framers had that same blind spot.

And I don’t think that the two views are contradictory to say that it was a remarkable political document that paved the way for where we are now and to say that it also reflected the fundamental flaw of this country that continues until this day. –Barack Hussein Obama (listen to recording)

To whit, Barack Obama is proposing a fundamental change to the Constitution of the United States of America. According to Barack and Michelle Obama America has been waiting for over two hundred years for Barack Hussein Obama to came and change America and save us from the blind spots that we, our Founders and the Constitution suffer from.

And what are these blind spots? For one the Obama’s are proposing more government intrusion into our lives via health care, social engineering and government created jobs.

According to the Obamas all of the ills of America can only be solved if government controlled by Obama takes control of every aspect of our lives and dictate how we live.

"A republic if you can keep it" responded Franklin.

The term republic had a significant meaning for both of them and all early Americans. It meant a lot more than just representative government and was a form of government in stark contrast to pure democracy where the majority dictated laws and rights. And getting rid of the English monarchy was what the Revolution was all about, so a monarchy was out of the question.

The American Republic required strict limitation of government power. Those powers permitted would be precisely defined and delegated by the people, with all public officials being bound by their oath of office to uphold the Constitution. The democratic process would be limited to the election of our leaders and not used for granting special privileges to any group or individual nor for defining rights.

Federalism, the binding together loosely of the several states, would serve to prevent the concentration of power in a central government and was a crucial element in the new Republic. The authors of the Constitution wrote strict limits on the national government and strove to protect the rights and powers of the states and the people,’ These are the words of Congressman Ron Paul, views which I agree are an accurate assessment of the Founders intentions for this country.

America from its inception was designed to limit governmental power not release government power unbound and unrestricted to intrude into the lives of the American people.

Yet everything that Senator Obama has promised to us shows his clear intentions to unleash the power of the government against the American people to create a utopia that exist only in the minds of Sen. Obama and the radicals that he pals around with.

It is surprising that on this election eve Americans stand willingly on the precipice of following subversive forces of George Soros, Moveon.org, Hamas, Europe and al Qaeda off of the sure foundations of the Constitution of the United States into the unknown with an unknown entity who is a front man for these subversive forces, Barack Hussein Obama.

I predict that Barack Obama will lose tomorrow because as Abraham Lincoln said, you can fool some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.

Obama will lose because Obama is only a fad. He is a cause célèbre. He is a face on a tee shirt like Bob Marley. He is save Darfur, but as we all know, liberals never do anything about Darfur.

Obama is the 60’s striking out against the 21st Century. He is Lin—coln Hayes, super cool brother of the 60’s mod squad. He is the burn baby burn the rage against the 60’s establishment “back to the future” transported here in 2008.

Obama is the verbal bomb that William Ayers was too inept to throw against the government. He is the sermon that Rev. Jeremiah Wright only preaches to his congregation but never directly to the White people that he disrespects in them.

Obama is George Soros’ front man. He is the Radical leftwing dressed up in a suit and tie. He is moveon.org’s man. He is Europe’s slap at America, He is al Qaeda’s “I told you we would defeat America.”

Barack Obama would drag America left to socialism when the rest of the world is tracking right to America’s ideas of capitalism and freedom.

All of this is the fundamental change that Barack Obama promises to transform America to.

I believe that there are enough Americans that are not fooled by Obama’s empty and corrupted Chicago styled, Acorn, Saul Alinsky and Democrat anti-Bush politics. I believe that there are enough Americans who will vote for John McCain and vote to reject another Democrat ploy to steal America’s elections.

Whatever happens on tomorrow and the days ahead, this is only the beginning when we begin to fight back the radical left wing that has taken over so much of our country.

May Nancy Pelosi and John Murtha be the first victims by both losing their election bids and may Americas fight to push back the radical left wing agenda in our schools in our politics and in our society in general.

Obama Promises to Bankrupt coal producing States

Let me sort of describe my overall policy.

What I've said is that we would put a cap and trade system in place that is as aggressive, if not more aggressive, than anybody else's out there.

I was the first to call for a 100% auction on the cap and trade system, which means that every unit of carbon or greenhouse gases emitted would be charged to the polluter.

That will create a market in which whatever technologies are out there that are being presented, whatever power plants that are being built, that they would have to meet the rigors of that market and the ratcheted down caps that are being placed, imposed every year.

So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it's just that it will bankrupt them because they're going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that's being emitted.—Senator Barack Obama (see video)

What two things does Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Colorado have in common? Sen. Barack Obama promises to bankrupt their coal industries and they are all leaning toward voting for him.

According to RealClearPolitics.com Virginia polls for Obama, Ohio polls for Obama, Pennsylvania polls for Obama, Colorado polls for Obama and Indiana is the only coal producing sensible job saving state in the bunch voting for Sen. McCain who promise to protect their jobs!

Maybe Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Colorado is satisfied to wait for all those good clean green jobs that the Obama administration is going to produce!

But I wouldn't count on it because first it’s not the government’s job to produce jobs and second Sen. Obama has not ever actually did anything to prove that he has the experience to do such a thing.

Just what are all those people applauding? Obama is calling for civilian security forces and they don’t even know what that means.

In retrospect the German people did not enjoy the change that the Führer brought to Germany. That not withstanding the American people has the benefit of have seen a demagogue making promises and then bring forth the total ruin of his nation.

Are the American people so dim to the historic implications of Obama calling for a civilian security force that we must go through our own third Reich before we understand that this man, that we know nothing to very little about, is for the destruction of the Constitution and American traditions that have served us well for the last two hundred years?

Obama has given us countless warnings of what he intends to do if elected. Will the mindless masses that applaud Obama’s every word bring down the nation by electing a closet anti-Constitutionalist and an anti-traditionalist which means that Obama, as he has promised, will fundamentally change America.

Whoa buddy. How does Nancy Pelosi sleep at night? At a Mountain View appearance at Google which she used to advance the Democrats’ agenda, Pelosi was asked about the trouble of having one Party holding sway over all three branches of our government, the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary. Remember Pelosi and Democrats thought that one Party rule of a Republican president and Republican controlled Congress was quite a problem before the 2006 mid term elections yet in the 2006 elections Democrats gained the majority in both house of Congress and therefore spilt power with the Republican executive branch establishing a Democrat legislative majority that notwithstanding, she responded to the questioner, "Elect us, hold us accountable, and make a judgment and then go from there. But I do tell you that if the Democrats win, and have substantial majorities, Congress of the United States will be more bipartisan."

Now that is the most ridiculous and insulting statement that I’ve heard coming from a politician since Democrat Senate leader Harry Reid and Democrat Congressman John Murtha both declared that the Iraq war was lost earlier this year.

Pelosi is asking for more of the same. After winning the majority in Congress in 2006 she’s asking American to elect more Democrats in 2008? Who among us have forgotten the promises that Democrats made in 2006 that if they were elected the majority in Congress in 2006 they would change the direction of American and they would end the war in Iraq. Who has forgotten the top 100 broken promises made by Democrats simply to get them elected?

At the beginning of the 110th Congress, the new majority came to power full of promises for a bipartisan working relationship and a landmark pledge to create the “most honest, most open, and most ethical Congress in history.”

Unfortunately, the first six months of Democratic control have been marked by long string of broken promises. Contrary to the pledges they made to the American people, the leaders of the current majority have delivered a more closed, intellectually-dishonest, and ethically ambivalent House of Representatives.

By decree instead of open debate, Democrats have attempted to weaken our national defense and legislate retreat from the Global War on Terror; impose the largest tax increase in American history; propose the most indiscriminate, wasteful spending this Congress has seen in decades; craft multi-billion dollar slush funds for secret earmarks; make gas prices worse by raising taxes and increasing regulation; and cut Medicare at a time when our seniors are enjoying large savings in their prescription drug medicines.

By Pelosi’s own standard of holding them accountable, because Democrats were voted in the majority in both the House and the Senate in 2006 and because Democrats did not keep their promises instead they have been holding partisan hearings that have created partisan wars and gridlock in the Congress resulting in the lowest approval rating for Congress in American history, Democrats should be held accountable right now for their failure to keep their promises and be summarily dismissed from their seats in Congress not rewarded with additional seats!

But in the Orwellian world of Nancy Pelosi Democrat failure should be rewarded with more Democrats that would result in a Democrat supermajority and imbalance in the Congress and that according to Speaker Pelosi would make Congress more bipartisan. What?

Oh, that’s right! If more Democrats are added then the checks and balances of an evenly divided Congress that is representative of the American people would be removed and Democrats will not need to negotiate with the half of Congress that is Republican. For that matter they wouldn’t have to work with Republicans at all if they have substantial majorities they would then just run roughshod over Republicans and do whatever they wished to do and that in Congresswoman Pelosi’s opinion is bipartisanship.

Congresswoman we have already had years of failed Democrats influence and two years of failed Democrat leadership in the Congress. Speaker Pelosi, Congress’s approval rating is at an all time low and nothing is getting done and you want the American people to continue down that failed road of Democrats control?

All I can say is that I wish Cindy Sheehan well in her bid to unseat you in your reelection race in San Francisco this year. Also I hope that John Murtha and a host of cut and ran Democrats will be voted out of office also.

But to ask the American people to vote in more Democrats when you have clearly shown that Democrats in leadership are a fiasco to this nation and the world’s economy, because we know that it was Democrats who made Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac possible through the failed policies of the Carter and Clinton administrations.

It was the failed leadership of Democrats like you, Christopher Dodd, Barney Frank and Maxine Waters who prevented Republicans from putting regulation on Fanny and Freddie that may have prevent the housing and credit crisis that we are experiencing world-wide today.

No, Democrats don’t deserve additional seats in Congress, they don’t even deserve the majority in Congress based on their performance since they came into power.

And if we use your criteria of, “Elect us, hold us accountable, and make a judgment and then go from there.” Then 2008 will be a very bad year for Congressional Democrats because in the judgment of the American people this is the worst Congress in history and you have the worst record of leadership of any Congress ever.

If America holds you accountable for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and if America holds you accountable for the top 100 broken promises that you made in 2006 to gain power then there will not be a Democrat majority in Congress after 2008.

That is if Americans don’t already share in the Nancy Pelosi Orwellian world of delusion!

Stop Obama’s Mockery of our Democracy

Barack Hussein Obama cannot faithfully take the Presidential Oath of Office because all of his adult life he has been working to attack and destroy the Constitution and the very principles which are represented therein.

We have seen warning signs of this in Obama’s very brief national political career; his refusal to wear a flag pin and his refusal to put hand over heart in respect to America as the Star Spangled Banner is sung. (see videos)

Both of these acts unwittingly expose a dark deep opposition to America and American values as these values are presently. Such sentiments lend themselves over quite easily to the themes of change. Change meaning that Barack Obama intends to change America into something that is was never intended to be.
This change is something that America has not seen ever before on American soil.

We get a very clear picture of this change in a recent discovered audio interview of Barack Obama on WBEZ, a Chicago public radio station. In that interview Obama is heard to say that in his opinion the Warren Supreme Court was not radical enough for his taste in that it did not break free from the Founding Fathers’ vision of America and the Constitution which they wrote. And uh, to that extent, as radical as I think people tried to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn’t that radical.

It didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution — at least as it’s been interpreted, and Warren Court interpreted it in the same way, that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties: [It] says what the states can’t do to you, says what the federal government can’t do to you, but it doesn’t say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf.

And that hasn’t shifted, and one of the, I think, the tragedies of the civil-rights movement was because the civil-rights movement became so court-focused, uh, I think that there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalitions of power through which you bring about redistributive change. This admission is absolutely startling, and to think that an unvetted person as Barack Obama a person which the American people know very little to nothing about is days away from, if he is elected, taking an oath that he does not believe in and in all likelihood will not keep.

In Steven G. Calabresi’s Obama’s ‘Redistribution Constitution’ Mr. Calabresi makes this point:

This raises the question of whether Mr. Obama can in good faith take the presidential oath to "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution" as he must do if he is to take office. Does Mr. Obama support the Constitution as it is written, or does he support amendments to guarantee welfare?

Is his provision of a "tax cut" to millions of Americans who currently pay no taxes merely a foreshadowing of constitutional rights to welfare, health care, Social Security, vacation time and the redistribution of wealth? Perhaps the candidate ought to be asked to answer these questions before the election rather than after.—Steven Calabresi (see story)

Sen. Obama has already stated that his choice of judges will not be based on whether or not his picks will uphold the rule of law and the Constitution his choices will be based on whether or not a judge will be biased in favor of special interest groups.

That leads me to my final point. President Bush failed to fill vacancies and appoint judges to the lower federal courts. Democrat for eight years prevented those appointments.

If Barack Obama is elected he will undoubtedly fill the two vacant seats of the most important lower federal court the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the seats of two older Clinton appointees who will retire, and most likely the seats of four older Reagan and George H.W. Bush appointees who may retire as well.

According to Calabresi, in addition Obama will shift the balance on 12 other federal appeals courts. Nine of the 13 will probably swing to the left if Mr. Obama is elected (not counting the Ninth Circuit, which the left solidly controls today).

Circuit majorities are likely at stake in this presidential election for the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal.

That includes the federal appeals courts for New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia and virtually every other major center of finance in the country.

On the Supreme Court, six of the current nine justices will be 70 years old or older on January 20, 2009. There is a widespread expectation that the next president could make four appointments in just his first term, with maybe two more in a second term. Here too we are poised for heavy change.

In essence we could see very systemic changes to the American society by law that 60’s radicals could have only dreamt of. This will be changing America not by blowing it up with William Ayers’ bombs but by imploding America onto itself and its Constitution by using the judiciary, executive and the legislative branches to break away from the essential constraints that were placed on us by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution.

That is the significant change of which Obama speaks about and if you were dull enough to missed the tell-tell signs of a flag pin not being worn or a missing hand over the heart in honor of America, if Obama is elected and when laws are enacted to subvert the very Constitution and the ideology of the Founding Fathers that gave America existence pray that it is not to late to do something to save America from the change that you’ve allowed to happen.

Because you have allowed an unknown political demagogue with a radical hidden agenda for changing America into his image of a socialist nation to forever destroy freedom in the benevolent name of redistributing wealth to the poor.

Pray that he who you held up as the Messiah is not that one who is supposed to came in the image of the Messiah offering world peace and prosperity but in reality he ushers in a new millennium like nothing that we’ve ever seen before or ever wish to see.

Or do the right thing and disregard Sen. Obama’s highfalutin rhetoric for change and ask Sen. Obama to first prove his citizenship by producing original birth certificate and unseal all college records so that we may see just who it is that is attempting to change America.

We can’t vote for Barack Obama if we don’t know if he is Constitutional qualified to be president. If he isn’t his election to the presidency would be a mockery of this very democracy and the sacred trust that each of us have been given to be ever vigilant and guard this democracy from those who would seek to destroy it but call their actions change.

These people most be resisted and turned back to the abyss from which they came. This is a huge task and Americans must do this in under a week.

So on November 4th 2008 vote to Stop the Mockery of our Democracy!

JUST OBAMA’S WORDS

Ah, that’s what every American wishes to do break away from the essential constraints that are placed upon us by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution. And I suspect that this is the change that Sen. Obama has been talking about, along with redistributing wealth, in his campaign for Change and if elected no one should be surprised if a President Obama sees fit to break away from those essential constraints change the Constitution and take your money. Actually that’s what Sen. Obama is already doing, why he’s even running for president knowing that he is an illegitimate candidate. He knows that his candidacy is unconstitutional and he knows that we know it too but if one is going to break away from the essential constraints placed upon us by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution what better way than to desecrate the Constitution with an ineligible Democratic presidential candidate.

And speaking about Sen. Obama’s words here’s more Obama on the Constitution:

The question is do you think that a President Obama will attempt to fix the fundamental flaw of the Constitution? What is interest about Sen. Obama is that he can hold two completely contradictory ideas in his mind at the same time and believe in them both. He just said that he believes that the constitution is fundamentally flawed and in the same sentence that it is a politically remarkable document. I’d say that that is a bit of Orwellian doublethink:

Above is how Sens. Obama and Sen. Biden think. That explains how he and Sen. Biden could say the most radical things and then completely contradict themselves.
