Yeah like we’re not going to be hearing a lot of that for the next four years, Tom Daschle’s scandalous tax fraud and his subsequent withdrawal from consideration to be Secretary of Health and Human Services is an embarrassment to the White house and only two weeks into the Obama presidency that’s got to be a Guinness Book world record.(see story)(see video)



Now White House press secretary Robert Gibbs says that the president continues to have confidence in the vetting process? What vetting process? Is Mr. Gibbs speaking about the vetting process that Obama’s people promised was supposed to be the most extensive vetting process to ever be used by a president? You don’t remember that? Well please allow me to aid your memory.

Obama is conducting the vetting process much the way he managed his campaign: methodically, thoroughly and on a prodigious scale. He did not wait until he won the election to vet his favored picks.

We were told that Obama’s transition team was supposed to be manned by an army of volunteer lawyers who were supposed to vet his potential picks with unprecedented scrutiny of their personal, financial and professional backgrounds.(see story)

If President Obama didn’t lie about the unprecedented vetting process how did any of the following get through it: Gov. Bill Richards, Sen. Hillary Clinton, Timothy Geithner, Eric Holder, Tom Daschle, and Nancy Killefer?

Exceptions! The Obama administration explains it this way. There will be a few people who are uniquely qualified that will be excepted from the vetting process.

So to the Obama administration the ends justify the means. In any discussion about ethics that attitude is not very ethical. And for an administration that promised to be the most ethical presidential administration ever this is not good!

Interviewing with Anderson Cooper the President said, "I think that, look, ultimately, I campaigned on changing Washington and bottom-up politics. And I don't want to send a message to the American people that there are two sets of standards, one for powerful people, and one for ordinary folks who are working every day and paying their taxes.”

The only problem Mr. President is you were perfectly willing to present all of these ethically challenged individuals to the Senate and to the American people. You were perfectly willing to support them right up until the time that public sentiment turn against some of them and their unethical behaviors. Only then did you think enough to say that you screwed up.

You had us all fooled President Obama. You even had one of your biggest fans Gwen Ifill fooled. Ms. Ifill reported that all of your appointees would have to face that most rigorous screening process in presidential history. I hope she’s not to disappointed, though it doesn’t seem that you can do anything to shake the faith of your true believers. (see story)

Saying that you messed up or that you made a mistake does not put this behind you Mr. Obama we all know that trick. What it does is it shows that you knew that these where unethical people but that didn’t bother you Mr. President because you have always surrounded yourself with unethical people.



Finally the fact that you would do a Mea culpa is further proof that you are an unethical man yourself. Not because you said it was your fault but the fact that you used the Mea culpa as a device to get over this scandal so that you could quickly move on to the next!

Hum, so according to Pelosi less is better. That’s right the less people born the less people to provide jobs, universal healthcare, food stamps, and contraceptives for. Hey that’s preventative and that’s reducing cost! Way to go Nancy.

But wait a minute in the future when the $819Billion dollar bill comes due and you’ve prevented and reduced all of those births who is going to pay for your stimulus package?

Maybe we can get the Chinese to do it. They already hold a good portion of our debt why not let them worry that the $819Billion too.

That's it! I just came up with our new foreign policy, “Hey China you can’t war against us because if you defeat us or destroy us then who’s going to pay you back the trillions of dollars that we owe you?”

Get that statement to Obama right away it makes just as much sense as apologizing to Iran and the rest of the Islamic world for America.

Pelosi’s stimulus monstrosity is being debated in the Senate this week. Democrats have the votes to pass whatever they want but they still want the “Republican cover” that they didn’t get in the House of Representatives. It’s like they want Mommy’s and Daddy’s approval they just don’t want to be seen in public with them.

The trouble for Conservatives is there are enough Bush Republicans in the Senate to go along to get along with this $900Billion dollar Democrat madness. What’s a Bush Republican you ask? Oh that’s the Republican that wears the kick me sign on his or her back as they abandon their free market principles or any other principles that would distinguish them from a Democrat.

Bush Republicans are very eager to please their Democrat allies in the Senate and are often seen bending over frontward to do so. Bush Republicans are sometimes referred to as RINOs and like the actual animal they are not considered very bright.

So you tell them that a $900Billion dollar Democrat appropriations bill is really a stimulus package to get the economy moving but don’t pay any attention to the $4.3Billion dollars in this bill earmarked for ACORN or any of the other Democrat boondoggles and a senate Bush Republican will go along with Democrats every time.

This so-called Stimulus bill is business as usual in Washington nothing has changed except there are different Conmen in charge.

Senate Republicans should reject this bill if Democrats refuse to strip out all of their non-stimulus irrelevant wish list items.

After seeing what Democrats did to President Bush, Bush Republicans should know by now that voting on any bill just to please Democrats is a lose, lose situation. So why not do the right thing and keep true to Republican principles; small government, less spending, and Conservative values.

If Pelosi or anyone else in D.C. really truly believed in prevention or reduced cost the Senate would prevent any and all non-stimulus appropriations from getting attached to the Senate stimulus bill. That’s right not a single one not even Pelosi’s Orwellian version of prevention and reduced cost.

EU attack America’s Stimulus Bill

Wait a minute didn’t you think the Stimulus bill was about America? I was foolish enough to think that too.

You know strengthening America, creating American jobs and improving the American economy, well maybe not. Apparently the European Union has something to say about what’s in the Pelosi Obama stimulus package. (see story)


First of all, somebody please tell me why the European Union is getting in America’s Kool-aid? (hand on my hip)

I hope it doesn’t have anything to do with Obama’s pre-Presidential “People of the world…” tour. Do you think Obama was signaling to the world that if he were elected they would be able to join in with our Congress to legislate American laws? Certainly looks like it. It’s like the European Union is all up in America’s business.

Personally I think that the EU should step-off and mind their own business but apparently not the president.

The EU spokesman said Europe would launch a complaint with the World Trade Organization (WTO) if the clause [Buy American] remained.

Under the “Buy American” clause passed by the US House of Representatives in the stimulus bill, American iron and steel must be used in construction projects that form part of the recovery plan. This is perhaps one of the few good things in this stimulus package. And the US Senate wants to extend the scope of the clause before the Bill goes to the White House for approval.

But the citizen of the world who is now the President of the United States is indicating that he has heard the people of the world of the European Union and he will remove the Buy American clause (which Congress wrote in the stimulus bill specifically to help the American economy) from the stimulus package to satisfy his fellow world citizens particularly those in the European Union.(see story)

Now I know that international relations are complicated but shouldn’t the President of the United States be concerned first with America’s interest? Like all those good middle class jobs that would be created under the buy American clause of the Stimulus bill.

And here’s another thing why is it when a nation focuses in on its own economic health and well-being the international types start throwing around pejoratives like protectionist, xenophobic, and nationalistic.

Ladies and Gentleman we’ve just witnessed the European Union dictating United States policy and the President of the United States acquiescing to their demands.

That is not the behavior of a sovereign nation. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but we are no longer a government, of the people by the people and for the people.

No we are but one of many satellite nations governed by both the G20, the world’s leading economic nations and the World Trade Organization. And here’s the worst part, our newly elected President and Congress are puppet rulers whose first allegiance is to the one world economy.

Why is Obama so obsessed with the GOP

Lately they are the most sought after group in Washington D.C. and who would have thought after losing both the Congress and the White house in successive national election years that anyone would care about what they think. But interesting enough unconstitutional usurper President Barack Hussein Obama does. These days he cares very much about Republicans (See story)

What’s more Obama is fixated on getting the GOP to back his first efforts at leadership. Why? Because this is the first time that Obama has actually done anything other than talk about what he could do and of course he’s attempting to look in command and Presidential all at the same time.

Apparently Obama feels that winning GOP support will indicate to everyone that he is the one that Washington has been waiting for. Obama has said that he plans to bring an end to partisanship in Washington. The only thing is to Obama bring an end to partisanship means ending the GOP as an actual opposition to his plans to change America from a constitutional republic into a socialist society. Getting this horribly partisan and terrible flawed Stimulus bill passed with GOP support would be proof positive that Obama is the one.

Physician heal thyself

If Obama wishes to end partisanship he has to look no further than his own Party. It was Democrats who set themselves up as the Party of opposition in 2000 after Vice President Al Gore’s loss to George W. Bush and for eight years Democrats have beat a steady drumbeat of vitriol anti-Republican hatred. Might I remind you that it was the Chairman of the DNC Howard Dean who pronounced that he hated Republicans and everything about them. And upon that pronouncement Democrats from grassroots to Congress waged partisan ideologically warfare against a sitting President and his Party. (see Politics of Hate)

And next what does Obama do when he takes office? In a blatant and largely symbol gesture he signs five executive orders undoing what he and his fellow Democrats believe were wrong policies of the Bush administration a further slighting of Republican policies.

And finally at the first opportunity Democrats put everything that they’ve ever wanted to push through legislatively in an appropriations bill disguised as an $819Billion dollar Economic Stimulus Bill hoping that Americans were too distracted with the economy to notice their partisan game playing at a time of national distress.

Most, if not all, of the Democrat wish list is diametrically opposite of Republican values yet Democrats feel that Republican should forsake their own values and sign on to policies that will harm the Country and policies that will harm Conservativism.

If Obama wishes to end the culture of opposition and partisanship in Washington then he should order his Party to cease and desist in their over the top political gamesmanship.

Maybe Obama is seeking the credibility that he doesn’t have because of the way he came into office. Or maybe his overt narcissism and hubris won’t allow him to think that he can’t control what the Republican opposition is doing.

Many feel that Obama is a Usurper who conned his way into Office and used corrupted Rod Blagojevich Chicago politics and ACORN to steal the Presidency. Many believe if the Media had done its job and simply reported on Obama as they reported on President Bush Obama would not be President today.

Remember it was almost as if it were a threat in his victory speech Obama proclaimed that he would be the opposition’s President too as if he could force acceptance of himself on Americans who didn’t support him or Americans who didn’t believe that he or his Party would take America in the correct direction. Can Obama force the GOP to comply to his will? Or will Obama be able to govern for four years without clearing up the legitimacy issues that surround his presidency?

A Stimulus Bill that stimulates the Democrat Party

Right now Obama is focused on getting the GOP to support a terrible stimulus bill.

Instead Obama should go to the Democrats and have them rewrite the bill to focus on stimulating the economy only. This should not be a bill meant to stimulate the Democrat Party as it obviously is.

A clean Stimulus bill that everyone can agree to will indicate that Obama reality is who he thinks he is.

Until Obama can get his own Party to act responsibility now that they are in power he shouldn’t expect anyone but self hating Republicans to go against their best interest and in blind allegiance support a President who has vowed to destroy the constitutional traditions of America with his one word euphemism for destruction, that word is change.

The Dems Just Don’t Get it!

in the ‘stimulus package’, should prevent passage.

Exactly what part of “IT WON’T WORK”, doesn’t he and
flunkies like Barney Frank not understand? This package
is nothing but a bunch of pork, with some “income
redistribution” thrown in for good measure, in order to
get the backing of low income voters, and assure the dems
re-election in ‘12.

Nancy (oink) Pelosi is at the top of the dole-out list,
with her prepostrous requests for monies that have
absolutely nothing to do with stimulating growth. Giving
free birth control to low-income women, doesn’t grow the
economy. Carrying that theory to the ridiculous, it actually
hurts it by not bringing more children into the world.
Incidentally, there are already dozens of such programs in
place on the national and local levels.

Add to that, her insulting ninety three thousand dollar
increase in the individual petty cash accounts, of all
senators and representatives, and you know that Nancy
doesn’t give a damn about you, me or the country. Just
herself and her piggish pals. (Republicans will vote
that in also, because pork knows no party).

The bulk of “Obama’s” plan (that’s spelled
P - E - L - O -S -I) allocates millions and millions
of wasted dollars, to programs that have proved failures
in the past, and will again. This is even less than
applying a band-aid to a hemorrhaging economy. These
policies have proved disastrous whenever they have been
enacted, and only pad the voting rolls for the democrats.
Only the ill-informed, ignorant, lazy and unscrupulous
believe that taking an unearned handout from the
government, is good for the economy or the country.
All is does is grow government, permanently increase
the federal budget, and cause larger and larger deficits
as we go down the line. Eventually, these deficits
will trigger the largest and longest round of tax
increases in the history of the United States. They
will cause hyper-inflation as the government tries again
and again to “stimulate” by spending........ first, money
that it doesn’t have and secondly by just printing more
and more cash. We all know what happened to pre Second
World War Germany............. when it cost 2,000,000
marks to buy one egg.

Looking closely at this "marvelous" plan, which is supposed
to be the panacea of our problems, take note that a large
portion of this "help" will not be available until late
2010 and 2011. This will help us now?

Going back to the “Great Depression”, economists looking at
what transpired then, have shown that had Roosevelt left the
economy alone, and not interfered, this country was already
coming out of the financial collapse..........on it’s own.
His meddling caused it to last another two years. Was this
a “change we could have believed in”? One thing that he
said did make sense. “The only thing we have to fear.....
..... is fear itself”. Putting that into context.......
.... why are we messing around with the world’s largest and strongest economy?

Cut taxes, across the board..... NOW!!!!!...............
for businesses large and small, and for individuals.
President Reagan proved that by doing just that, federal
revenues actually rose, millions of jobs were created by
companies who then had capital in order to grow and hire,
and we had the largest and most sustained economic expansion
in our history.

........... but as I mentioned.......... the dems just don’t
get it! And if by some remote chance they do, why would
they admit that the Republican policies are what we need?

Ali Obama and his Five Hundred and Thirty-Five Thieves

These are the last days of the United States of America. America is in its last throes can’t you feel it? You probably thought that with the change of Presidential administration that what you are feeling is a new era, right? But Bill Clinton had in right in 2002 speaking in Australia when he prophesized that America was in its last days as a world Super power. Clinton said:

[T]his "brief moment in history" when the US had pre-eminent military, economic and political power, would not last.

"This is just a period, a few decades this will last, and I think that all of us who are Americans should think about this and ask ourselves how do we wish this moment to be judged 50 years from now," Former President Bill Clinton (see story)

But something is terribly wrong wouldn’t you say? It’s like I’m looking at an old movie remake of Ali Baba and the 40 thieves.

Only instead of 40 thieves, President Barack “Ali Baba” Hussein Obama or “Ali Obama” has 535 thieves in Congress, 100 U.S. Senators and 435 U.S. Congressmen.

Barack Ali Baba Hussein Obama first appeared on the national scene a mere 5 years ago when he spoke at the Democrat National Convention on a losing John Kerry and John Edwards campaign ticket.

Soon after and fresh from winning a Senate seat for the state of Illinois in 2004 Ali Obama (himself a consummate lair) did not wait but immediately started a campaign for the Presidency of the United States of America without serving one day in the Senate so technically Obama doesn’t even have Senate experience he’s been campaigning the whole time. Thusly, Barack Ali Baba Hussein Obama, his Chicago style corrupt pay for play politics and his ACORN minions have stolen the 2008 Presidential election and he is now appointing every known liar and tax fraud that he can find to high office.

Isn’t there a Democrat among us that pays their taxes? Oh that’s right Democrats raise taxes they don’t bother to pay taxes. Well not the more affluent ones it seems anyways.

That said, it is simply breathe-taking to witness the incoming liars and grafters that are the new Barack Ali Baba Hussein Obama cabinet and we though Ali Obama’s pre-election associations with William Ayers, Saul Alinsky, Tony Rezko and the Reverend Jeremiah Wright were troubling. Maybe Ali Obama’s choice of friends should have given Americans some pause. But it didn’t and what’s even more disturbing is Ali Obama’s 100 thieves in the Senate who gleefully have confirmed every liar and grafter that Ali Obama sends in to them.

Senator Hillary Clinton: a known lair as proven repeatedly in her Presidential campaign against Ali Obama. Clinton who also has a serious case of conflict of interest because of the money that former President Bill Clinton received and continues to receive from foreign governments and foreign interest was confirmed to be Secretary of State by Ali Obama’s 100 thieves in the Senate.

Timothy Geithner: failed to pay self-employment taxes for money he earned from 2001 to 2005 while working for the International Monetary Fund. Only when Geithner was tapped to be Secretary of the Treasury, which by the way is in charge of the IRS as one of the agencies which he oversees, did Geithner see fit to pay 5 years of back taxes equaling $42,000 in taxes.

“Although many have criticized his minor oversight, I believe that Geithner is just the kind of person that we need in charge of our money,” said President Ali Obama. Ali Obama was even heard calling Geithner an American Patriot.

Geithner, the American Patriot paid his taxes without penalty or interest and was confirmed by Ali Obama’s 100 thieves in the Senate.

Tom Daschle: Former South Dakota U.S. Senator Tom Daschle is President Ali Obama’s nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services, who after being chosen by the Obama recently paid more than $100,000 in back taxes and interest after previously failing to declare a free chauffeur service provided by a wealthy Democratic friend with whom he was in business, ABC News reported. And the Washington Post reported that there was also unpaid tax related to unreported consulting fees and questionable charitable contributions, according to a confidential draft report prepared by Senate Finance Committee staff. It said the total sum involved was about $128,000.--Philip Sherwell (see story)

Also, Daschle in somewhat of a conflict of interest also received $220,000 in speaking fees from health care groups with an interest in the work he would do once confirmed as health chief, reported by Politico.com.
Not to worry Ali Obama’s 100 Senate thieves will put on a good show before they welcome Daschle back into the den of thieves.

Eric Himpton Holder, Jr.: Ali Obama’s nomination for U.S. Attorney General according to Wikipedia played a significant role in facilitating the Rich pardon, first by recommending the well-connected Jack Quinn to legal representatives of Marc Rich, by failing to fully inform prosecutors of the pending pardon, and by eventually delivering a "neutral leaning favorable" opinion of the twilight pardon to the President from a position of authority.

Holder was also involved in Clinton's decision to reduce the sentences of 16 members of the Boricua Popular Army, an organization that has been categorized by the FBI as a terrorist organization. The clemency request was initially opposed in 1996 by U.S. Pardons Attorney Margaret Love. When Holder was elevated to Deputy Attorney General in 1997, he was asked to reexamine the issue by 3 members of Congress.

In July 1999, Holder recommended clemency to President Clinton with a report from then U.S. Pardons Attorney Roger Adams that neither supported nor opposed clemency. A month later, the clemency was granted by Clinton.

According to The Hartford Courant, the clemency was unusual because it was opposed by the FBI, the federal prosecutor and the victims. According to the newspaper, it was also unusual because, before the commutations, the Boricua Popular Army members were not required to repudiate their actions, and they were not asked to provide any information concerning the whereabouts of Victor Manuel Gerena, a co-conspirator and one of the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives, or the millions of dollars stolen by the group in a 1983 robbery of Wells Fargo in West Hartford, Connecticut.

An Attorney General who pardons terrorist and criminals is another example of Ali Obama’s lack of judgment and a confirmation of Holder will enforce the fact that the Senate is Ali Obama’s 100 thieves.

Yet the largest pack of thieves reside in the House of Representatives where Ayotallah Nancy Pelosi and the 255 Democrat majority passed a $819Billion partisan bill that included billions of dollars in cash for Democrat causes and programs which would enslave unborn Americans to this most heinous act of tax payer gouging.

A valet effort no doubt but it proved unsuccessful 177 Republicans and 11 Democrats voted no to the dreaded Democrats attempt to steal the American dream from future generations by saddling them with unnecessary debt made by their forefathers who are Liberals Democrats.

Now it’s 100 Senators turn at the $900billion Obama Stimulus package it is believed that Senators will vote this coming Wednesday. 56 Democrat Senators 1 Independent and 1 Independent Democrat are the majority to 49 Republicans, incidentally many of the Republicans are Republican in name only Arlen Specter, Olympia Snowe, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Mel Martinez, Orrin Hatch,Susan Collions, Saxby Chambliss, to name a few.

It has become apparent that Democrats desperately wish to be able to say that they have produced a bipartisan bill. The only thing is it is not a bipartisan bill. This bill is a disrespectful attempt to fool the American people. Tell the American people that you’ve produced a stimulus bill for the troubled economy and then load up the bill with everything that will promote a Democrat partisan agenda.

This is stealing from the American people and if any Republican Senator aids and abets Democrats in this $900billion dollar heist we will know it and we will pursue that Republican thief until he or she is run out of office. However there are some Republicans who are attempting to protect the American people from this fraud. (see story)

On Wednesday we will see which Republicans are apart of Ali Obama’s 535 thieves or which Republicans are for the people.

Bipartisanship Achieved

Unconstitutional usurper President Barack Hussein Obama attempted to get his Chicago $819 Billion dollar schmooze on with House Republicans but it was to no avail. He held closed door meetings the day before the House vote on his so-called stimulus package with House Republicans attempting to persuade Republicans to forget about Rush Limbaugh and just rubber stamp his $819 Billion dollar mixed bag of Democrat wish list goodies and some actual economy boosting measures. It was important to Obama and the Democrats to have a bipartisan face on this bill which of course was written by Democrats. This was important because when Americans realized that this is not the economic stimulus that was promised, no this is actually economic “porkulus” and Democrats would like to be able to say that everyone; Democrats and Republicans thought that this $819 Billion Democrat boondoggle was a good idea.

But wait, I know that you didn’t hear it in the media but bipartisanship was achieved regarding the unconstitutional usurper’s “porkulus” package. That’s right! Both Republicans and Democrats agreed that this is a bad idea; they’ve decided that this is a train wreck going somewhere to happen. Designation Senate next stop. Choo, choo!

And though the bill was rubber stamped by the majority in the House controlled by Democrats, 177 Republicans and 11 Democrats in a bipartisan fashion said no to the Democratic Jackboot and refused to goosestep behind Nancy Pelosi and the unconstitutional usurper Barack Hussein Obama. (see story)

That’s right 11 Democrats joined 177 Republicans and said no to the frivolous spending items in the $825 billion package. Frivolous spending you say? Well apparently not to the Democrats but I would think that most Americans would object to ACORN, those thieves of modern day elections, being earmarked to receive $4.19 billion for "neighborhood stabilization activities" in the Pelosi/Obama “porkulus package but it’s in there. That’s not all, Illegal Aliens are getting in on the deal too. Tax payer’s rebates up to $1,200 include cash returns for illegal immigrants who pay taxes.

Under the plan passed by the Democrat controlled House, illegal immigrants who qualify as "resident aliens" and earned a minimum of $3,000 would be eligible for rebates of between $300-$600, FOX News has learned.(see story)

I’ve already alerted you on yesterday (see story) on the numerous indulges that Democrats have larded on this bill but this is normal fair for Democrats. Don’t you remember it was Democrats who attempt to laden down President Bush’s military spending bills with pork too. Apparent this is standard practice for Democrats. The story here is that the hard work that the unconstitutional usurper put in giving dinner and cocktail parties in support of his “porkulus package did in fact create bipartisanship the only thing is the bipartisanship was against the unnecessary big government spending that Democrats are attempting to put on the backs of the American people. This bill represents cost greater than the Iraq and Afghanistan wars combined and it will be saddled on the backs of our children and our children’s’ children.

Bipartisanship in the House said NO to the Pelosi/Obama stimulus package and even though the package passed on a partisan majority vote, if bipartisanship is the measure (as Democrats attempted to make it before the vote) then the day was won by Republicans and Democrats who worked together attempting to protect the American people from the biggest appropriations bill disguised as stimulus package in American history.

Could this be the change that Obama has promised? Let’s take a look. There are 647 text pages in the Democrat crafted stimulus bill and nobody Democrat or otherwise has studied it or the impact that this bill will have on our economy. Yet the Democrats have hastily pushed this bill through and passed it on a straight partisan line vote.

With regard to some of the sections in the bill the base print in the energy title has a provision that if our efforts to conserve energy bear fruit and we actually use less electricity we give the governor of the state the authority to approve the right of the utilities providing the electricity to raise their rates to off set the revenue lost because of the conservation gains.

Democrat unconstitutional usurper Opresident Barack Obama again used the fear of crisis to prod his fellow Democrats into doing something even if that something is the wrong something.

This $819 Billion dollar Democrat appropriations like bill is the equivalent of the decision to invade Iraq in the damage that it will do to our economy. The bill is likely to reach $900 billion that is larger than the combined total cost of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. And that is because of the inappropriate and unnecessary spending hidden in this bill. Calling this situation an economic crisis Obama hopes to turn the America people against anyone who opposes him.

This is supposed to be a new era of bipartisanship, but this bill was written based on the wish list of every living -- or dead -- Democratic interest group. As Speaker Nancy Pelosi put it, "We won the election. We wrote the bill."—WSJ

And wrote this bill they did! This bill is supposed to create jobs but according to the Wall Street Journal the following is the pork that Democrats packed into this bill.

$1 billion for Amtrak, the federal railroad that hasn't turned a profit in 40 years; $2 billion for child-care subsidies; $50 million for that great engine of job creation, the National Endowment for the Arts; $400 million for global-warming research and another $2.4 billion for carbon-capture demonstration projects. There's even $650 million on top of the billions already doled out to pay for digital TV conversion coupons.

Some $30 billion, or less than 5% of the spending in the bill, is for fixing bridges or other highway projects. There's another $40 billion for broadband and electric grid development, airports and clean water projects that are arguably worthwhile priorities.

Add the roughly $20 billion for business tax cuts, and by our estimate only $90 billion out of $825 billion, or about 12 cents of every $1, is for something that can plausibly be considered a growth stimulus. And even many of these projects aren't likely to help the economy immediately.

Most of the rest of this project spending will go to such things as renewable energy funding ($8 billion) or mass transit ($6 billion) that have a low or negative return on investment.

Congress wants to spend $600 million more for the federal government to buy new cars. Uncle Sam already spends $3 billion a year on its fleet of 600,000 vehicles. Congress also wants to spend $7 billion for modernizing federal buildings and facilities. The Smithsonian is targeted to receive $150 million; we love the Smithsonian, too, but this is a job creator?

$252 billion is for income-transfer payments -- that is, not investments that arguably help everyone, but cash or benefits to individuals for doing nothing at all. There's $81 billion for Medicaid, $36 billion for expanded unemployment benefits, $20 billion for food stamps, and $83 billion for the earned income credit for people who don't pay income tax.

As for the promise of accountability, some $54 billion will go to federal programs that the Office of Management and Budget or the Government Accountability Office have already criticized as "ineffective" or unable to pass basic financial audits. These include the Economic Development Administration, the Small Business Administration, the 10 federal job training programs, education, which would get $66 billion more. That's more than the entire Education Department spent a mere 10 years ago and is on top of the doubling under President Bush. Some $6 billion of this will subsidize university building projects.

If you think the intention here is to help kids learn, the House declares on page 257 that "No recipient . . . shall use such funds to provide financial assistance to students to attend private elementary or secondary schools."

There is no doubt that the media and Democrats will attempt to paint Republicans as wrong for standing up for the American people in the face of Democrat wasteful spending such as funding Democrat wish list projects hidden in a bill that is supposed to stimulate the economy by saving and creating jobs.

But Americans are tired of Democrat finger pointing. Democrats control the government and Democrats are in charge of the economy and they have passed a historic spending bill that will cost Americans more than the Iraq and Afghanistan wars combined the results will be very little job creation. This bill is an absolute failure!

No one to blame in this fiasco but a Democrat!

If you haven’t noticed the unconstitutional usurper president Barack Obama is big on appearances. So he stages a “meeting” with Republicans to show a spirit of bipartisanship and if that doesn’t work well at least HE tried to work bipartisanly with the Republicans. What class!

But it’s all for show, its all smoke and mirrors, its all dog and pony; like everything else that Democrats do. That’s how Liberal Democrats roll people!

Why do I say that?

Obama doesn’t need one single Republican vote on his stimulus package to get it through Congress but he does need to be able to say that Republicans voted for the bill too.

This bill can be passed by straight party line vote all Democrats YES and all Republicans NO and it would still pass the House and the Senate.

Democrats asked voters to increase their numbers so that they’d get their agenda through and voters did that. Democrats have the numbers to do whatever they want so why is the Obama administration launching an all-out lobbying blitz to pick off Republicans?

Appearances! Democrats need to be able to blame someone, if things go awry and yeah there is always Bush but they need a current and actual fall guy like Rush Limbaugh or the Republican Party for that matter. Such is the state of Democrat politics.

Look here’s the bottom line, Republican concerns are that Democrats are using the stimulus package for political advantage and to strength, reward and insulate ACORN and other Democrat foot soldiers for their part in the 2008 Congressional and Presidential victories and for projected victories to come. How do I know? Democrats have tucked away a cool $100 million dollars for ACORN under the Housing Trust Fund right inside the stimulus package. That and other Democrat boondoggles are hidden there while the unconstitutional usurper and Democrats cry the sky is falling if Republicans don’t get on board. (see video)

“If you can just get some intel on 4-5 of the members and report it back to me, I will try to aggregate the information and get it back to the [White House] and House [Democratic] leadership,” wrote Ralph Hellman in an e-mail Tuesday morning to fellow lobbyists, listing those House Republicans Obama considers in play. Hellman is lobbying in support of the stimulus package for technology companies, but Obama officials say he’s not working with the White House.

Hellman, a former top aide to former Speaker Dennis Hastert, noted in the message that the Republican target list consisted of those who recently voted with Democrats on extending the SCHIP program. Privately, White House aides are playing less nice, warning Republicans what is at stake.

With all the talk of bipartisanship Republicans are complaining that they were not included in the drafting of the bill neither were Republicans consulted in anyway. Yet Obama has a list of 40 Republicans which he and Democrats believe that they can turn.

Rep. Mike Pence (R-Ind.) closed the meeting by arguing that Republicans had been left out of the drafting process and had minimal contact with Pelosi and other House Democrats.

So there it is, Keep up appearances, tell people what they want to hear and work secretively to destroy your opposition. I’d say Democrats have Obama’s Borg politics of assimilation down cold.

If Republicans don’t learn how to counter in the first 100 days of Obama’s reign the die with be cast for the remainder of the Obama 4 year term as unconstitutional usurper of the United States of America and Conservative Republicans will be rendered ineffective for the duration of the Obama administration or they will become apart of the collective like Sens. McCain and Lindsey Graham.

You remember all that talk about debating and disagreeing with the Bush Administration and how patriotic it was to dissent against Bush, that the Democrats were spewing? Everything and anything that Bush did was met with the most vehement of protest for 8 solid years.

Now that Liberals have defeated George W. Bush (who incidentally didn’t run for a third term) they have the President of their choice and dreams, so do you suppose that the same principles that they applied to President Bush should apply equally to the unconstitutional usurper President Obama?

It was all the fashion to wish for President Bush to fail and the whole Liberal world was in on the joke. They even made films about Bush’s assassination and created such an anti-Bush climate that enemies of the United States; Hugh Chavez president of Venezuela and Mahmoud Ahmadinejab president of Iran would come to the United Nations in New York city to denounce Bush and they’d all sit around having big laughs together as they inhaled sulfur.

Congressional Democrats even went the extra mile in attempts to guarantee President Bush’s failure this at the expense of America by sabotaging the Iraq war effort. That’s right Democrats attempted to lose a won war to defeat George Bush. You remembering any of that?

If I wanted Obama to succeed, I'd be happy the Republicans have laid down. And I would be encouraging Republicans to lay down and support him.

Look, what he's talking about is the absorption of as much of the private sector by the US government as possible, from the banking business, to the mortgage industry, the automobile business, to health care. I do not want the government in charge of all of these things. I don't want this to work. So I'm thinking of replying to the guy, "Okay, I'll send you a response, but I don't need 400 words, I need four: I hope he fails."

(interruption) What are you laughing at? See, here's the point. Everybody thinks it's outrageous to say. Look, even my staff, "Oh, you can't do that." Why not? Why is it any different, what's new, what is unfair about my saying I hope liberalism fails?

Bipartisanship is Democrat speak for, “blame the Republicans you dodos!” If any of you were smart and I’m not accusing any of you of being smart, You would vote straight party line “NO” on everything that the Democrats do. You can’t stop them, it’s not like your no vote will prevent Democrats from doing what ever they really want to. But if you learned anything you should have learned that the man who is President of the United States of Omerica right now sole and only accomplishment is that he always voted against George Bush he did nothing else of note.

You want to know who the next Republican President will be? I know and I’ll tell you. The next Republican president will be the one who will be able so say, “I voted against everything that Democrats where doing because I knew that they were only going to hurt this country!” And believe me Democrats and the “unconstitutional usurper” are going to fail big time!

The Democrats don’t have Bush to kick around any longer (though they will continue to crap on his memory) so they need the next best thing “bipartisanship.”

So I feel that it is my duty as an American patriot to dissent against the unconstitutional Obama Presidency and all of the Marxist-Leninist Democrat ideology that “abortion will aid the U.S. economy” Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat Party intend to foist on the Omerican people.

But if the "unconstitutional usurper" asks for Republican input, let’s say on the economy, then give him the most time honored Conservative ideas that you can think of and watch your input get cast aside or used against you in some partisan fashion.

According to William Branigin of the Washingtonpost.com days ago Barack Obama took the oath of office as the 44th president of the United States and pledged to "begin again the work of remaking America." (see story)

That work has begun. I no longer recognize a country once called America I only see before me Omerica and Toto; we ain’t even close to Kansas!

Omerica is an Orwellian governed Country where words and meaning are confused to get the Democrats desired results. It is ruled by its newly crowned head-of-state Barack Hussein Obama who usurped his position as Opresident by disregarding the American Constitutional requirement to be a Natural Born Citizen and won. But wait, Opresident Obama said that we are to begin again the work of remaking Omerica Now will someone please tell me when the first remaking of America happened? And what exactly does the newly elected illegitimate President mean,[we must]begin again the work of remaking America?

Oh that’s right the illegit president Barack Hussein Obama feels that there is something fundamentally wrong with America and he is the one to correct it but who attempted to remake America before you Mr. Obama? Answer, No one! Ergo your Orwellian speak.

Second let’s do something about a Supreme Court that refuses to do anything to protect the constitution of the United States. Several law suit before the Supreme Court simply ask the Court to enforce the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President." If the Supreme Court can not enforce the constitution the Court along with the presidency is no longer valid.

Right now in Omerica we have an illegitimate president and an invalid Supreme Court made invalid by it’s refusal to uphold the constitution over political correctness because the court has knowing allowing a man who is deemed ineligible; to be sworn in to be Opresident of the United States of Omerica.

He is known as Al Gore’s brain because all of Gore’s hair-brained ideas about global warming originate with him, Dr. James Hansen of NASA.

Against all empirical evidence that the Earth is cooling not warming NASA scientist Dr. James Hansen is still issuing Al Gore like cataclysmic predictions that CO2 in the atmosphere is trapped and is producing a greenhouse effect that is melting polar icecaps. (see previous post)

In Hansen’s mad attempt to control the newly incoming Obama administration Hansen has forecasted a dire warning that if the Obama administration does not act on Hansen’s already disproved theories in four years the entire planet Earth will be lost in the balance. (see story)

Please enough already of Dr. Hansen’s attention getting “two-year-old baby-like” tantrums. Dr. Hansen’s predictions have already been proven wildly false. It was about eight years ago that he and Al Gore predicted the end of the world but we’re still here and the Earth has not burned up and melted away as Hansen said it would. (see previous post)

There are no increasing cataclysmic hurricanes and no rising oceans due to melting ice caps it was all a theory that is horribly wrong. (see previous post)

Gore’s statement completely contradicts what scientists are telling us. The oceans are cooling not warming, 100 years that’s one century of global warming has been wiped out in one year’s time, and there has not been an overall rise in Earth’s temperature since 1998. Those are the facts. So sometimes Mr. Gore a cyclone is just a cyclone attributable to the workings of nature not some anthropogenic cause and affect.

We know this because scientist tell us that the Earth is actually cooling they tell us global warming is on hiatus and won’t be back until 2015. (See here)

Global warming will stop until at least 2015 because of natural variations in the climate, scientists have said.

Researchers studying long-term changes in sea temperatures said they now expect a "lull" for up to a decade while natural variations in climate cancel out the increases caused by man-made greenhouse gas emissions. --Charles Clover(see previous post)

Dr. Hansen and Al Gore are to be discredited not listened to. And there certainly shouldn’t be any U.S. climate policies made on Dr. Hansen’s disproved theories.

NASA should fire Hansen for the harm and fear mongering that he’s cause by promoting his very own global warming social agenda in the name of NASA and in the name of science.

Come on I know somebody has thought about firing Hansen!

Once, Twice, Three Times A President

You’ve probably heard President Obama being sworn on Tuesday and didn’t think too much of the fact that both Obama and Justice Roberts, Harvard Law grads couldn’t get the Presidential oath right. (see video)



Well this troubled the newly sworn in President’s White house counsel Greg Craig so much that he had the Chief Justice come back yesterday for a do over with the President in the map room of the White house before the witnesses of the press. (see story)

Craig, the White House lawyer, said in a statement Wednesday evening: "We believe the oath of office was administered effectively and that the president was sworn in appropriately yesterday. Yet the oath appears in the Constitution itself. And out of the abundance of caution, because there was one word out of sequence, Chief Justice John Roberts will administer the oath a second time."

The Constitution is clear about the exact wording of the oath and as a result, some constitutional experts have said that a do-over probably wasn't necessary but also couldn't hurt. –Associated Press

Aren’t politics funny? For two years on the campaign trail Senator Obama spoke about how the Founding Fathers and the Constitution were flawed, he also promised repeatedly to fundamentally change America. Early in the campaign Obama refused to wear a U.S. flag pin on his lapel. And who can forget when he refused to put his hand over his heart to salute the flag when the National anthem was being played.

Then in the most important oath that president Obama will ever take, besides of course his marriage vows, a Freudian slip perhaps with the oath of office?

Could it be that President Obama subconsciously can’t bring himself to swear to protect and defend the very Constitution that he had been attempting to deconstruct all of his adult life?

You say but it was Justice Roberts that caused President Obama to slip up on the Presidential oath. That can be explained too.

The Supreme Court has had several law suits before it recently in conference regarding the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama’s Presidency.

Knowing this perhaps Justice Roberts subconsciously flubbed the oath knowing that there is a question pending that he was swearing in an illegitimate President.

The "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President." Perhaps Justice Roberts had this on this mind.

What is even stranger is just how meticulously careful the Obama White house is regarding the proper administrating of the oath of office because the oath is in the Constitution. This is in stark contrast to the cloud that is over the Obama Presidency because he chose to enter office knowing that there is legitimate question about whether or not he is even eligible to be President.

Yet Obama has been negligent because he has failed to answer a law suit regarding his birth certificate and under Federal Court Rules, President Obama has admitted, according to law, that he was not a citizen of The United States of America and is deemed to have committed fraud.

So far Obama has refused to be as dutiful with proof that he is a “Natural Born” U.S. citizen in accordance to the Constitution. (see previous post)

The reality is, it doesn’t matter whether President Obama is sworn in once, twice or three times; until President Obama produces proof that he is eligible to be President he will forever be a usurper who has illegitimately obtained the Presidency and was illegally sworn in by Justice John Roberts. A true trivia question for the future. What Chief Justice swore in an illegitimate President?

Well what did you expect President Bush? Eight years ago you came to Washington D.C. and you said that you were a uniter not a divider remember that? President Bush I’m thinking that you mis-underestimated Liberals and Washington D.C. politics.

Apparently you thought that if you came to D.C. with good intentions you would be loved and accepted by everyone. The only thing is Liberals, Democrats and D.C. politics chewed you up and evacuated you out of its south side. President Bush you became the face of what Liberals hate the most, someone who espouses Christian ethics and lives an honestly decent life.

For your confession of faith in Jesus Christ and because you were somewhat Conservative you caught eight years of hell in D.C. as apart of the larger culture wars. But the greater tragedy is because you never lifted a finger to defend yourself or Christian values or Conservativism you allowed the whole Republican Party to be almost irreparably damaged by those who attempted to destroy you and what you represented, Conservative values.

President Bush your compassionate Conservatism left the Republican Party in shambles because you chose to appease Democrats that considered you their enemy rather than take Democrats at their words when they said that they hate Republicans and they hated everything about Republicans. You never quite understood that Democrats were waging war against you while you were engaging in gentlemanly Marquess of Queensberry Politics(see previous post)

To hear Democrats now talk of bipartisanship after what they’ve done to you, Mr. Bush is like being defeated by the sword of Islam and then afterwards Islamists tell their vanquished foes that they are free to worship Allah any time they please.

Just as an offer to worship Allah is not an offer of freedom of worship, neither should Democrat’s recent talk of bipartisanship be confused with fair, equal and inclusive politics. Remember when the Democrats where out of power they were willing to lose the Iraq war thus seriously jeopardizing the security of America in order to defeat you Mr. Bush.

Democrats have declared an absolute jihad against Conservativism and in eight years they were able to sack the Congress raze the Bush White house. And now that they have the White house the Judiciary is next.

While it is true that Bush hatred is a real phenomena, it is only the lesser of the greater threat. You see Bush hatred is only cursory and as I stated before President Bush was only the face of Conservatism in the minds of the haters. What Democrats are really after is Conservatism and everything that Conservatives stand for.

J.R. Dunn wrote in American Thinker an excellent thesis on Bush hatred in which he states that President Bush endured a deliberate and planned assault on everything he stood for, everything he was involved in, everything he tried to accomplish. (see story)

There is one thing certain to go through Barack Obama's mind during the inauguration: at one point or another, while glancing at George W. Bush, he will consider the treatment that Bush got as president and hope to God he suffers nothing even vaguely similar.

Obama mere presence standing before the American people with all of the trappings of American history and tradition is an anathema to the very country that he will be swearing to uphold.

An ineligible non-“Natural born” citizen is an abomination to the Constitution of the United States of America the fact that Obama will be swearing to uphold the Constitution that he is in violation of today will be forever marked as the beginning of troubles for America and the American people.

When Barack Obama won the Democrat nomination he promised to change America and the day before the presidential general election Obama promised to change America. What Americans will all experience is what Obama has promised, that is America will no longer be tied to its Constitution or its traditions we will all be fundamentally changed according to Barack Obama. On the eve of the Obama inauguration why did Muslims expect an immediate negative response against Israel from President-elect Barack Hussein Obama? And why do world leaders; British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and German Chancellor Angela Merkel expect the President-elect to help Europe and China to build a stronger global economy at the expense of the U.S. economy? One word answer, “CHANGE,” if you haven’t noticed pundits and anti-Israel Semites are already signing off on Israel’s death warrant. This is the moment that many around the world believe that Barack Obama was elected president of the United States of America for. They believe that Obama will usher in a new American compliance with the Global agenda’s of Kyoto II or Global taxation via cap and trade on carbon usage. Hillary Clinton has already vowed that she would use her position as Secretary of State to get Global warming treaties signed.

Brown and Merkel and other internationalists are depending on an Obama America to merge its economic interests with European goals of restructuring free-trade markets from America’s own individual Nation-state control to that of a global one world market where the control of the American economy is no longer in the hands of the American people but is at the whelm of Elitist of international authority.

Finally Muslims expected Obama to automatically side with them concerning the Gaza strip. The fact that Obama is playing coy until his coronation on Tuesday has given the Muslim world pause, could they have funneled record amounts of money into Obama’s presidential campaign through his internet fundraising and not receive the return of his loyalty that they were expecting?

Apparently the world is look for a different America under Obama. Apparently the America that they are looking for becomes a satellite for the European Union and the United Nations. In addition to that, this new America forsakes Israel to its own fate against enemies in the Middle East.

And if President Obama doesn’t deliver on these expectations Muslims are already chanting their best wishes for the soon to be President… “Death to Obama!”

Interesting enough Muslims called for President Clinton’s death, President Bush’s death and now President Obama’s death.

Just another Obama Innocent Mistake

And like many of his Party, Barack Hussein Obama believes that he can change reality by simply misstating facts and by defining reality to be what he would have it to be, i.e. as “Enemy fire over Bosnia”, Sen. Hillary Clinton did in her bid to become President. (see previous post)

Which brings me to my point, Secretary of the Treasury-designee Timothy Geithner in an extreme case of negligence failed to pay $42,000 in taxes from 1991-1995. He also employed a housekeeper whose work permit had expired. Either scandal would be a death blow to a Republican nominee by a Republican president.

If either Obama or Geithner had a shred of ethics Geithner’s name would be withdrawn like Obama’s previous scandal riddled Secretary of Commerce-designee Gov. Bill Richardson. (see story)

Yet, in this new era of Obama hope, change and full Democrat control of Government and media, tax evasion is simply reclassified as an innocent mistake for Democrat political elitists who will serve in Obama’s cabinet. In addition, the soon to be President Obama hopes that an "innocent mistake" such as this wouldn't keep his designee from being confirmed as the new administration's top Treasury official.

Let me assure you Mr. Illegitimate President-elect there is not one soul in America that can stop you and your Democrat co conspirators from fundamentally changing America and no one will prevent you from getting what you want.

Perhaps Mr. Obama, you will do the same for cheating on taxes what your Democratic predecessor President Clinton did for the blow job, that is, make it a national pass time!

I can hear the school yard talk even now, “Hey baby you want to help me cheat on my taxes?” “The President let the Secretary of the Treasury do it!”
