Rep. Ellison blames Islamic Ideologues for Islamic Terrorism

"Real Time" host Bill Maher challenged Rep. Keith Ellison on his Muslim religion. Maher cited several passages from the Quran that call for violence, especially against the infidel.

Rep. Ellison countered with passages from the Quran that called for peace and tolerance. Ellison attempted to blame radicals separate from Muslims or Islam.

However, Bill Maher’s point is correct the so-called Ideologues, which Rep Ellison referred to, draw from the Quran for justification for hate against America and American interests.

There is also the problem that there are Muslims who believe that Mr. Ellison is an apostate if he condemns the 9/11 attacks.

Janet Napolitano Secretary of Homeland Security, on the back of the report entitled "Rightwing [sic] Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment," claimed that the culmination of events such as: the first black President in the person of Barack Obama, perceived future gun control measures, illegal immigration, the economic downturn beginning in 2008, the abortion controversy, and disgruntled military veterans' possible vulnerability to recruitment efforts by extremist groups as potential risk factors regarding right-wing extremism recruitment.

According to the Soetoro administration and the leftwing, the country was in eminent danger of radicalized Christians and Constitutionalists who were going to take up arms and overthrow the government.

Little did anyone know that this threat was real enough to happen in just two short years? Racial terrorists have sought to overthrow the government. However, not the Veterans, Christians and Patriots that the President warned about, no these radicals are not from the Right, they are from the Left.

Let me go to Republican Senator Grothman, my question is of course is why did the Governor pick on the unions that didn’t endorse him in the last campaign but give a free ride to the firefighters and the cops who did, in their localities. Well one more time you’re completely misinformed. The Fireman’s Unions around the state have repeatedly campaigned against Republicans and the statewide police have repeatedly campaigned against republicans.

Governor Walker is doing this out of financial necessity. And out of financial necessity, the state with a $3 billion state deficit has to do something.

Governor Walker as well as the cities, counties and schools, which all rely on state’s money, can either lay people off or everybody can take a mild reduction in take home pay. Like Global Warming Obama’s Eligibility is settled Science

The local, state and national media are running scared now – in full attack mode on state legislators across the country who have the audacity to insist that future presidential elections conducted in their states should actually live up to constitutional qualifications for office. –Joseph Farah

A person was called stupid kinda nutty if he or she didn’t believe Al Gore’s opinion about global warming. We are told that all scientists agreed and that there is nothing more to discuss. The earth’s temperature was rising because of trapped CO2 emission cause by man. But if we allowed a world tax on carbon plus a cap and trade carbon “world market” similar to the stock market we could lower emissions. The absurdity of this thinking is absolutely astonishing. It’s like saying that more money will fix our schools.

Just a look at schools that spend the most money reveals that more money is not the answer for the problems that our schools face. Neither are more taxes and carbon trading the answer to global warming if in fact, the earth is warming and it is not.

It turns out that scientists now know that the planet’s temperature hasn’t increase since 1998. Also, over a thousand sciences disagree with the theory that anthropogenic carbon emissions causes increase in temperatures. Global warming is settled science? Sorry Mr. Gore please return your Emmy, your Oscar and your Nobel Peace Prize. Oh and all the money that you’ve made with your fraudulent slide shows and movie.

Then there is the eligibility issue of our current president Barry Hussein Soetoro. We are told that he was born in Hawaii and anyone who doubts this is stupid kinda nutty…a…a “birther.”

After all Soetoro did have posted on a website a copy of a certificate of live birth which the president and his supporters hold as absolute proof of the president’s eligibility. Case closed, it is settled. Just as settled as Global warming is. But it’s really not. Neither one of them Global warming or the president’s eligibility are settled. (see8:47min video)



The truth is the president has spent over a million dollars to keep his eligibility an unsettled matter and he has used media goons and political bullies to scare off any politician or reputable persons who would even broach the subject of his eligibility. And then there’s that perennial favorite, “The American people don’t care whether the president of the United States is eligible to be president or not.”

The American people don’t care that the U.S. Constitution is being violated by an Usurper and his Party of American deconstructionists that believe there are 27 ways to interpret the constitution , or any law for that matter, as long as one of the laws is not a strict constructionist view.

Before the Orwellian named Patient Protection Affordable Care Act became law Democrats claimed that such a law would pay for itself, bring down exploding healthcare cost and save Medi-Care and Medi-Caid from bankruptcy. Now it’s a different story. After Democrats forced the legislation through a Democrat controlled Congress over a majority of American’s objections and after partisan president Barry Hussein Soetoro sign the legislation into law, Democrats are no longer are saying that this monstrosity is self-sustaining. Democrats are admitting the opposite. They now say the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act is not affordable and will not protect patients.

It seems that the administration has landed on a new way of dealing with the fact that the health-care debate will be far from over when the president is up for reelection next year. Rather than defend their health-care law, they’re going to say that it has many huge problems that they want to fix, but then allow for only those fixes that do not actually permit a different approach to our health-care financing crisis.— Yuval Levin

Fix it? How would one fix the problem of creating Frankenstein’s monster? There is no fixing this mangled mass of a train wreck. HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has admitted that portions of Obamacare are “totally unsustainable” as laid out in the law. Her answer is that she will fix it.

As the law is written Obamacare cedes a great deal of Congressional power and authority to Sebelius and she will be able to make any change she desires to the law. This unconstitutional condition will essentially give one person the ability to make law in the United States as it relates to Healthcare.

It‘s the same as when Congress ceded its authority to print money over to the Federal Reserve. For every dollar that the Reserve prints, it sells it back to the U.S. thus one of the reasons that the U.S. is in deficit. If the Congress would print its own money as authorized in the Constitution we would not be in the grave financial situation we find ourselves.

Similarly having a person writing healthcare rules and regulations as Sebelius claims to have authority to do is an extra-Constitutional ability, which Congress should be performing. This new Sebelius ability is something which will no doubt come back to hurt the American people. Just one more reason that this law must be repealed.

The Patient Protection Affordable Care Act was conceived in deception and Democrats to this day propagate Obamacare by lies. This law is so bad that the debt-reduction group that president Soetoro commissioned said this law should be reformed or repealed.

Mr. Obama’s debt-reduction commission, a bipartisan advisory body, said in its report late last year that Congress should “reform or repeal” the program.
“The program’s earliest beneficiaries will pay modest premiums for only a few years and receive benefits many times larger,” the panel said, “so that sustaining the system over time will require increasing premiums and reducing benefits to the point that the program is neither appealing to potential customers nor able to accomplish its stated function.” — ROBERT PEAR

Written in secrecy, cloaked in deception and force on the American people by Democrats and a Democrat president this law is fatally flawed and everyone knows it.

Finally, one knows that It’s much worse than I’ve described when Democrats are admitting that the healthcare law needs to be fixed. I don’t even have to mention how wrong it is for the president to issue 733 waivers that exempt his Union supporters and friends from being forced to buy Government mandated healthcare. Congress should repeal it. If not the Supreme Court must end it.

This Lawless President

How quickly did he forget? He swore an oath. It was completely unforced. To faithfully execute the office of the presidency, he swore it you heard it, I heard it. If he didn’t want the job as it is prescribed, he shouldn’t have taken it. He swore to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. So how in God’s name does a person swear that oath before God but after attaining the office he then works to destroy the very thing he swore to protect?

In our Constitutional Republic, we are governed by three co-equal branches of government each branch has its role defined very narrowly by the Constitution as a precaution against any one branch assuming un-prescribed power thereby creating a tyrannous regime.

The United States doesn’t have a presidency, which the Senate and the Judiciary bows down. Neither is it intended for the citizenry to bow before the presidency, the United States’ government derives its authority and power from the people as represented by our Constitution and our laws.

Our President, our Congress and our Judiciary are answerable to the people not the other way around. Therefore, when one of our elected representatives suddenly announces that he is not going to abide by the Constitution or the laws of this nation then that person has just placed himself or herself above and outside of all Constitutional authority. Such an act makes that person lawless. Barry Hussein Soetoro has done this once again. He has placed himself outside the laws of the United States. The president is an outlaw.

The Soetoro administration’s first act of lawlessness was violating a court order. For that, they were held in contempt of court. The administration ignored a court ruling that struck down their moratorium on deepwater drilling after the Gulf oil spill.

Second, the Soetoro administration contemptuously ignored U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson ruling that The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act a.k.a. Obamacare’s so-called individual mandate went too far in requiring that Americans start buying health insurance in 2014 or pay a penalty. After the ruling, the Soetoro administration immediately announced that it would continue with their plans to defy the court decision, which declared unconstitutional the law’s implementation.

Suddenly the president has declared that he feels that DOMA or the Defense of Marriage Act, which is law of the land, is unconstitutional. Speculation is that he is doing this to throw Red Meat to his Homosexual base and its supporters. It is thought that he is doing this because the rest of the country has deserted him. Furthermore, the president has ordered the Department of Justice not to defend DOMA in court. Never in our history has a president shirked his sworn duty as such. This unconscionable stance has never been taken in the history of the presidency of the United States. (see story)

No one wishes to be a three times loser. All were found to have outstanding tax problems, which would be tax evasion if similar lapses in ethics were discovered in you or me.

Then there was New Mexico’s Governor Bill Richardson’s pay-for-play federal grand jury investigation that stopped his would be cabinet appointment by president Soetoro. Remember Soetoro promised the most ethical administration in the history of the United States of America, quite an inauspicious start to an administration that made ethics its banner in the beginning.

Would it be too trite to say that in Rahm Emanuel‘s case the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Or perhaps shall we ponder which came first the apple or the tree? In any event, for Chicago’s Mayor-elect Emanuel to start his administration in the same embarrassing fashion as did his former boss suggest a common mind set one would think.

The president’s administration as well as his personal eligibility has been under ethic scrutiny since day one of his presidency and even behind that regarding his eligibility. One would think that Mayor-elect Emanuel would have taken note to be somewhat careful regarding questions of ethics since he was a part of the Soetoro administration and has firsthand knowledge of how damaging suspicions of ethic violations can be.

She did Chicagoans and Americans a favor too. We now are aware that the same processes that are in place corrupting our national politics are also in place wherever anyone who is connected with Barry Hussein Soetoro goes.

Lawrence O’Donnell is Dan Rather

Governor, I want you to listen to that last line of that Republican attack ad against President Obama one more time.

The Republican Party is saying that the President of the United States has bosses that the union bosses this President around, the unions boss him around. Does that sound to you like they are trying to consciously or subconsciously deliver the racist message that, of course, of course a black man can't be the real boss? -- Lawrence O’Donnell

I think it fair to say that most Liberals consider themselves smarter than they consider Conservatives. Throughout our national dialogue in whichever venue if there is a Liberal versus a Conservative the Liberal will attempt to take the high ground by suggesting that his or her case is based on reason, science or the general good and wellbeing of all existence.

All the while, the Liberal will assume the Conservative’s position is based on ignorance, hate and a general superiority complex with bigoted or xenophobic tendencies. Interestingly, it is the Left that often uses this type of stereotyping against the Right. However, it is also true that this type of stereotyping is a key element of the Left's agenda.

Case in point MSNBC’s host Lawrence O’Donnell on his show, The Last Word (Even the show’s name is indicative of Liberal arrogance and superiority)demonstrates the comprehension of an I.Q. of 55 while attempting to make the case that the Republican Party is racist. (see story)

Wow, I hadn't thought about the racial overtones—Former Gov. Jennifer Granholm

O’Donnell attempted to drag former Governor Jennifer Granholm (D-MI) into a race baiting assault against Republicans based on a political commercial that the RNC ran in which the RNC tied the president directly to the Union unrest seen throughout the country. Notice how Gov. Granholm was completely taken aback at O’Donnell's suggestion of racism. Ironically, there was no racism nor was there any hint of racism in the ad that O’Donnell used to base his claim of Republican racism.

The only racism evident was O’Donnell’s own for seeing racism where there was none. Former Gov. Granholm stepped back from O’Donnell’s idiotic claim of Republican racism exclaiming that she had not entertained such a foolish thought until O’Donnell forced it upon her. (see 1:52min video)

What is true is O’Donnell took a statement, which he perceived to be racist totally out of context. Because he did that, it allowed his already dubious thinking to project into the ad meaning that is clearly his own heartfelt interpretation. Had O’Donnell done a few seconds more investigative work by viewing the 31-second ad in its full context he could have come to a better understanding of what the ad really said rather than make up his own convoluted meaning.

Families are struggling, state budgets have run dry and the Federal debt is skyrocketing. But Obama and the Union Bosses are standing in the way of economic reform. This pattern of misinterpretation and misrepresentation seems to be a staple of Lawrence O’Donnell , President Barry Hussein Soetoro and the Left wing.
Since the Left’s ascension to power in the United States, the world has been in economic , social and political freefall. Our descent into utter world chaos is a direct product of thinking like Lawrence O’Donnell’s thinking.

O’Donnell see racism when there is none as Al Gore saw Global warming when there was none and president Barry Hussein Soetoro hyped hope and change when there was neither hope in radical Progressive Liberal ideology nor is there the utopian change of sustainable equality for all.

The truth is not all ideas are the same nor are all ideas equal, neither are all ideologies the same. There are right ideas and wrong ideas. Also, there are good ideologies and there are evil ideologies. Nevertheless, this is what is true, there will always be someone who sows the seeds of hate among people.

Lawrence O’Donnell did this very thing. He is such a person. By taking what he perceived to be true, Republican racism against president Soetoro, he broadcast his misconception to his small audience. Because O’Donnell put on air that mistaken belief, a belief that is actually in his heart but not borne out by the facts of the full RNC ad, that is the summation of insidiousness and darkness. That is the act of propagating the lie of his heart rather than representing the truth.

We have a special name for people (especially so-called reporters) who purposely engage in such acts, we call them…Dan Rather.

An eleven-year-old boy was taken from his home a couple of night ago, arrested, handcuffed, his mug shot was taken and he was jailed. Police charged the little eleven-year-old with interfering with staff and students at an Educational facility, a third degree misdemeanor an apparent trumped up charge to justify police’s Fascist intrusion into the home and the unlawful arrest and detention of a child.

What did the little boy do? Months ago while sitting at his desk the little student drew a stick figure picture of a “kid” holding and firing a gun at other stick figure drawings, the other stick figures had the caption teachers written above them. (see article)

It is simply outrageous and utterly inappropriate that the community of Arvada Colorado is sitting back acceptingly watching the beginning of State Fascism rise up in their midst. (see 2:33min video)



There is simply no justification for the police state tactics of Arvada police or the Orwellian thought control demonstrated by teachers and school administrators. There is nothing that can defend the taking of a child from his home at night. And equally, there is nothing that can defend treating that child like a common criminal. The last I checked there are no laws against drawing stick figures, there are no laws against drawing a gun and there are no laws against drawing a stick figure shooting another stick figure or stick figure on stick figure crime.

In a more rational time, the parents of this child would not be hiding in the shadows of shame. Instead, they would be suing everyone from teacher to teacher’s union. They would be suing school administrators and every police from arresting officer to booking officer.

In a more rational time, the parents of the little eleven-year-old would be suing the police chief, the city mayor, and the state governor for this malicious injustice and the trauma, which has been inflicted on their child.

This already troubled little 11 year old student purportedly suffers from Attention Deficit Disorder therefore he was told by his therapist, Dr. Patrick Bacon to draw pictures as a substitute for disrupting the sixth grader’s class.

As a substitution for acting out in class the little 11 year-old student followed this physician’s instructions and drew a picture of stick figures. According to reports he was about to throw the picture away when his teacher saw the picture and sent him to the principal’s office.

The school was aware that the boy was in treatment, determined he was not a threat, notified his parents and sent him back to class. His mother, "Jane" was shocked when Arvada Police showed up at their home later that night.-- Julie Hayden

How is it that mindless drones have replaced educators and government officials in Arvada Colorado. How is it that pliant governmental subservient parents have come to a point that government can intrude into their homes in the darkness of night and abscond with their children on trumped up charges and nothing is being done.

In the Tom Cruise film, Minority Report set in the year 2054 there exists a pre-crimes division where precrime police would violently arrest citizens for future crimes not yet committed as foretold by three Procogs.

In Arvada Colorado October 2010, we have witnessed one of the first unconstitutional precrime arrest in American’s history as a Constitutional Republic. We have also witness the violation of a little 11 year-old boy and his family’s constitutional and civil rights. And no one not even they breathe a word against a Fascist State government’s inappropriate violation of their rights.

The stick figure art may have been puerile and somewhat primitive. The subject matter may have been undesirable but what was complete inappropriate and questionable was the adult reaction to the little drawn out expressions of a sixth grader who is diagnosed with A.D.D. and who drew pictures as prescribed by his therapist.

This is but one more instance that the Thought Police are well and functioning in 2011. They are in our schools, they are on the police forces and they are in our government. Down with the Thought Police, all Thought Police must die!

The only thing that is inappropriate in this story is that there is no outrage from the American people. We are losing our Freedoms right before our eyes because apparently no one realizes what it means when a little eleven-year-old sixth grade boy is dragged from his home at night and is handcuffed, booked and imprisoned because he drew a picture of a stick figure with a gun shooting other stick figures.

Freedom of thought and freedom of expression have just been outlawed de facto in our life time, in our country and the American people apparently don’t care.

Case in point Liberal Cynthia Tucker offers her skewed opinion on whether Governor Chris Christie will run for president in 2012. No, she didn’t just go there! (see 1:26min video)



First of all Ms. Tucker have, you even heard of Chris Christie? If you had you would know that one of the appealing aspects of Gov. Christie is he is his own man. Furthermore, Gov. Christie has established himself within the Conservative framework not as a Liberal. Everyone knows if Gov. Christie were a Democrat he would have had to blow to the Unions in his State like president Obama bows to every foreign dictator that he meets.

Secondly, you seem to think that American citizens who have substantiated proof that this president is the most deviously secretive president in the history of the United States of America are crazy.

It is common knowledge that this president has hidden his records from Kindergarten to his time as a Chicago state legislator. He has hidden his original passport as well as his birth certificate and you believe that people who question the president’s hidden past are crazy. No people who take any politician at face value are the crazy ones. Trust but verify, must be our model in order to keep politicians honest. Moreover, when we come across a politician, like president Soetoro, who refuses to allow us to verify we must apply the disinfectant of sunshine on what that person has hidden in the shadows.

I don’t know if Gov. Christie will run for the presidency in 2012 however, I do know this he has started a federal political action committee to evaluate the possibilities. What I know is you have no dreaming idea of what a Conservative believes or thinks Ms. Tucker.

Senator John McCain showed his long form birth certificate when birthers on the left claimed that McCain was not a natural born citizen. Obviously, you don’t remember that. The least that president Soetoro can do is be as much of a man as Sen. McCain.

And since there are leftwing birthers as well as birthers on the right it is only fair that president Soetoro appease the “crazies” on the right like McCain appeased leftwing birthers by showing his long form.

Finally, Ms. Tucker being a leftwing Soetoro sycophant and intimating that Conservatives are crazy is like the Leftwing’s rant that Bush went to war for oil.

Boy, don’t we all wish that there were some truth to that!

Moreover recent political unrest has went viral in foreign governments Iran, Algeria, Yemen, Morocco, China and domestically in Wisconsin USA. They all have the same political instability in common. However, do they share something else, perhaps something yet unconsidered.

On Sunday, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei called on Muslims to "remove" the US from the Islamic world in the middle of an explosion of Islamic unrest in the Middle East. Coincidence?

Then is it also chance that the Progressive Liberal agenda detonated across the American political landscape over the last two years? In addition, is there a common catalyst that is driving this worldwide cataclysmic political change as well as this current domestic upheaval? (see article)

Moreover, what about the last two years in the United States, We’ve witnessed Homosexual advancement not by the American people but by the U.S. government over the objections of the American people. There has been U.S. government backed illegal immigration lawsuits and politicking by special interests illegal alien lovers and their government backers. In addition, we have seen forced Obamacare legislation made law over the utter objections of the American people now declared unconstitutional by the courts. We have also seen trillion dollar spending and bailouts in just the past two years the likes that took the previous administration eight years to spend.

All of the above separately or collectively could have been cause for massive street protest in the United States yet Conservatives did not resort to such tactics. However what did cause an uprising in the Wisconsin streets of that state’s capital were the president Barry Hussein Soetoro’s back Union’s objection of Wisconsin state government’s attempt to regain in control of its budget. To which we can only conclude that president Soetoro is against the state of Wisconsin just as he is against the state of Arizona.

Moreover, the Wisconsin Union backed street protest look very similar to those in Egypt, Iran, Algeria, Yemen, Morocco and China leaving one to ask the question is there a common denominator among all of the protests?

Ayatollah Khamenei said the Egyptian uprising was anti-American. He has also stated that all similar Islam events are for the removal of American influences from the Middle East. I’m willing to say the Wisconsin uprising is anti-American as well.

Since president Soetoro has said that he is backing the Egyptian, uprisings, which the Ayatollah claimed are anti-American, and since the president has said he is backing the Union uprisings in Wisconsin which are anti-government, it is not difficult to see what the foreign and domestic political unrest both have in common.

The Hot and Cold of the Global Warming Argument

According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia,within a few years winter snowfall will become "a very rare and exciting event".

Can two completely contradictory things be the same? Is darkness and light the same? Is life and death the same?

And what do you call someone who would argue an issue from selective and anecdotal information while totally disregarding scientific evidence and other factual evidences because the evidence doesn’t support his or her already formulated conclusions?

Instead of continuing the back and forth of name calling of such a person as, biased, partisan, ignorant, Al Gore, Robert Kennedy, Jr., Barry Hussein Soetoro or Erza Klein I will not resort to such name calling. I will merely present evidence why Global warming, or its recent Orwellian Newspeak name “Climate Change,” is not caused anthropegenically.

First, I think that we can all agree that climate has always changed. It is therefore my contention that there is next to nothing that man can do to change climate or prevent climate from changing.

Recent evidence suggest that the heavy snowfalls which Europe and the United States are experiencing is not irregular in nature but quite normal though some are attempting to argue otherwise.

Some climate alarmists would have us believe that these storms are yet another baleful consequence of man-made CO2 emissions. In addition to the latest weather events, they also point to recent cyclones in Burma, last winter's fatal chills in Nepal and Bangladesh, December's blizzards in Britain, and every other drought, typhoon and unseasonable heat wave around the world.-- ANNE JOLIS (source)

Anne Jolis reports in the Wall Street Journal article, “The Weather isn’t Getting Weirder” that there is no evidence that there is an intensifying weather trend due to Global warming.

The Twentieth Century Reanalysis Project is the latest attempt to find out, using super-computers to generate a dataset of global atmospheric circulation from 1871 to the present.

As it happens, the project's initial findings, published last month, show no evidence of an intensifying weather trend. "In the climate models, the extremes get more extreme as we move into a doubled CO2 world in 100 years," atmospheric scientist Gilbert Compo, one of the researchers on the project, tells me from his office at the University of Colorado, Boulder. "So we were surprised that none of the three major indices of climate variability that we used show a trend of increased circulation going back to 1871."

In other words, researchers have yet to find evidence of more-extreme weather patterns over the period, contrary to what the models predict. "There's no data-driven answer yet to the question of how human activity has affected extreme weather," adds Roger Pielke Jr., another University of Colorado climate researcher. –Anne Jolis

To the contrary Erza Klein writing for the Washington Post attempted to assure his readers that the recent snow storms in Washington D.C. and the rest of the country where in fact predicted by Climate Change scientist and where accounted for in the theory of Climate change in his article, “No, the snow does not disprove global warming.”

Klein cites a 2009 report by the U.S. Global Change Research Program, which used an unproven theory to explain how overall increased Global warming produces more precipitation in the atmosphere thereby producing greater oxymoronic Global warming snowstorms. (see article)

The only thing wrong with Mr. Klein’s selective citation is it does not explain how it contradicts and how it completely disregards the original hypothesis of Global warming by the originators of the theory of Global warming. The climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia, are the originators of the theory of Global warming and according to them as they stated in the year 2000, because of Global warming snow would be completely eliminated within a few years.

Global warming, the heating of the atmosphere by increased amounts of industrial gases, is now accepted as a reality by the international community. Average temperatures in Britain were nearly 0.6°C higher in the Nineties than in 1960-90, and it is estimated that they will increase by 0.2C every decade over the coming century. Eight of the 10 hottest years on record occurred in the Nineties.

However, the warming is so far manifesting itself more in winters, which are less cold than in much hotter summers. According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia,within a few years winter snowfall will become "a very rare and exciting event".

So which is it? According to the originators of the theory of Global warming, winters should have gotten increasingly less colder starting at least seven years ago as the planet got progressively warmer. So the contradiction that we now face is does Global warming eliminate snow or does it’s pseudonym Climate Change create snow?

My thinking is this, after The climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia was exposed as fraudulent in its claims and proofs regarding Anthropogenic Global warming it is hard to imagine that any reputable person would still irrationally support the tainted science of Global warming. What is fascinating is it doesn’t seem to bother our former Vice-president, or our current president or even a reporter for the Washington Post who all continue in their support of this fraudulent science.

Moreover who can forget how environmental attorney Robert Kennedy, Jr. excoriated people who did not agree with him that Global warming was, in his mind, causing less snowfall in Washington D.C. in 2008.

With tawdry language, Kennedy berated Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, John Stossel, Sen. Jim Inhofe, Sen. John Cain and Gov. Sara Palin for not believing as he believed, in the theory of Anthropogenic Global Warming. And he falsely accusing them of being shills for the Mobil-Exxon corporation.(see article)

In all, proponents of the debunked theory of anthropogenic C02 induced Global warming have done more to hurt modern science and education than the harm they claim teaching Creationism might do.

Well this is living! Marvin Gaye who sung about intercity Blues had no idea that we’d all be receiving sexual healing inside our near-the-city airports. Who among us wakes up every morning and after the morning rituals of hygiene and breakfast bolts out of the door to work where hundreds of women are lined up before you? And your job is either to scan anatomically correct female images all day or to glide your lecherous fingers up and down the nether and frontal regions of the female body?

Not your job description? Well one might think it is the job description of some employed with the TSA.

Although countless stories have been reported on the TSA’s “work” to keep America’s air travel safe, there always remains an undertone that some TSA agents‘ benefits packages just might extend beyond healthcare and retirement.

Case in point, Amy Sullivan reports an instance in which she felt uncomfortable about being one TSA agent’s e-scanner centerfold du jour. So she opted out of the full body scan and was reassigned to the full body pat down “safety procedure.” (see story)

After receiving her examination from a female TSA agent a male agent, obviously disappointed, walked by and hollered, aloud so everyone could hear, that someone had taken something that belonged to him.

Yes someone else patted down Amy when he thought that he was going to be the one to “protect Americans from terrorists.”

Me thinks this agent enjoys his job a little too much. And he should be reassigned to the all male pat down line immediately! Or he could be fired and be made to find a real job.

I’m not so certain though, to what his employment skill set would transfer to. Perhaps a job in a meat market…it’s just a thought!

What I am certain about is Amy’s situation probably happens hundreds of times a day in airports all around the country, done in a more discreet manner to be sure.

Knowing that this is the case leads me to borrow yet again from Marvin Gaye to say... When I get that feeling I think TSA.

Leave Barry Hussein Soetoro Alone!

Oprah Winfrey made Barry Hussein Soetoro president. So naturally in the closest feelings that she can muster to mimic maternal instincts Oprah came to the aid of her ideological spawn.

Ironically, the smartest woman in the world doesn’t realize that she just confirmed everyone’s suspicions about her little man-child. That suspicion is he is not qualified to be president.

Vice-president Joe Biden, when he was running for president himself told us that Soetoro wasn’t ready to be president. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told us when she was running for president against president Soetoro that Soetoro wasn’t ready for that 3 am call as president. Therefore, when Oprah says that, “I feel that everybody has a learning curve.” We all already know what she means. (see 30sec. video)



The fact that Oprah waited two years into Soetoro’s presidency to defend him indicates that Soetoro has been screwing up royally and it doesn’t look like he’s going to stop or recover. Therefore, he’s in need of a mother hen to remind us all of how hard the job of the presidency is and he just needs some time to figure it all out.

So which is it Oprah? Either Soetoro is the smartest president that the United States has ever had or he needs you to come and explain to the American people that the job is very very hard.

According to you Ms. Winfrey, you only backed Soetoro because of his personal characteristics; his integrity and his heart. Too bad for the American people you didn’t base your choice for the leader of the free world on higher standards and more tangible qualifications like experience, ability and loyalty to the American people and to America.

Nevertheless, Ms. Winfrey if you are concerned with what the American people think about you and the man that you backed for president. If you are concerned with how we hear your plead for respect for Soetoro.

When a man or Oligarchy chooses to work outside of or above the constitutional charter this is a bad thing. This is the very thing that is alleged of Barry Hussein Soetoro regarding his failure to clear up the questions concerning his eligibility or lack thereof.

This is also the case if the surrounding powers, the Legislative and the Judiciary, branches that are both aware of a possible gross Constitutional violation, but chose to ignore the constitutional violation on grounds that it is much too uncomfortable to deal with.

As radical as I think people try to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn’t that radical. It didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the constitution.

At least it’s been interpreted and the Warren Court interpreted it in the same way that—that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties, says what the states can’t do to you, says what the federal government can’t do to you but it doesn’t say what the federal government or state government must do on your behalf.

President Soetoro has said that the Constitution is flawed and everything that he is doing indicates that he and his presidency are engaged in changing what he believes are the constitution’s flawed orientation of “negative liberties.” Soetoro wishes to change what he considers negative into that of “Positive Subjugation” of your thoughts and your actions. This president believes that the Constitution can be interpreted many ways. As a result, he is in the process of stacking the court with politicos who will interpret the constitution in-line with his beliefs rather than the principle of considering the Founders' intent. (see :21sec video)



It is also true that this president holds the present Conservatives on the Supreme Court and its current 5 to 4 Conservative make-up in contempt. It is my personal belief that he has already co-opted a major Conservative on the Court thereby almost ensuring that the court will not hear any eligibility questions until a Conservative president appoints a true Conservative to replace any liberal or compromised Conservative. We must know whether Chief Justice Roberts and the Supremes are still committed to the principle of considering the Founders' intent when ruling on constitutional issues. Or we must know whether they share the president’s views that the founders and the document, which they passed on to us, are flawed and outdated.

Thereby giving certain citizens the right to disregard all or part of the constitution as this president has chosen to do regarding immigration laws, violating person sovereignty and rights by unconstitutional attempting to force Americans to buy healthcare and by disregarding Article 2 section 1 of the eligibility cause of the Constitution.

If the Supreme Court continues to avoid the eligibility issue, they will be responsible for an Egypt like response to what people will perceive as a totally corrupt government.

Just how close is America from an Egypt like revolution? Travis Smiley and Professor Cornell West speculated the possibilities of Americans revolting against their government and the economic power establishments in America just like what is going on in Egypt in a recent radio interview.

What is so interesting about this February 6, 2011 radio conversation is there is a Black man who is the Leader of America. The American Oligarchy and Plutocracy of which professor West advocates overthrow are both lead by a Black man, president Barry Hussein Soetoro.

The Soetoro stimulus and bailouts that funneled trillions of dollars into the pockets of Bankers and the political upper class left homeowners and the poor stranded. Because of Soetoro’s policies, the poor will remain so or get poorer while the rich get richer in spite of the Soetoro false claims that he is working for the poor.

What is absolutely true is president Soetoro is a devotee of 1960’s radical Saul Alinsky. Alinsky advocated using the poor and middle class [as pawns] to achieve power. President Soetoro has done as his philosophical leader and mentor has taught him to do. He used the poor by promising fidelity to them only to continue policies that keep his fellow Oligarchs and the Plutocrats in power.

Alinsky advises his followers that the poor have no power and that the real target is the middle class: "Organization for action will now and in the decade ahead center upon America's white middle class. That is where the power is. ... Our rebels have contemptuously rejected the values and the way of life of the middle class. They have stigmatized it as materialistic, decadent, bourgeois, degenerate, imperialistic, war-mongering, brutalized and corrupt. They are right; but we must begin from where we are if we are to build power for change, and the power and the people are in the middle class majority."

But that didn't stop Alinsky and his followers from using the middle class for their own purposes. They counted on the guilt and shame of the white middle class to get what they wanted. In order to take over institutions and get power, the middle class had to be convinced that they were somehow lucky winners in "life's lottery."
